Nick Denton And Michael Barrett Skid Into Bankruptcy Over Perverted Voyeurism In Secretly Spying On Others Via Video

Hulk Hogan

The financial price of being perverts is hitting home with Gawker's Nick Denton and perverse private citizen, Michael Barrett, who are in bankruptcy court in separate cases over massive multi-million dollar financial judgments being levied against them. Denton illegally uploaded secretly recorded video of wrestler Hulk Hogan having sex with Heather Clem. Barrett stalked, hacked off the peephole of the hotel suite sportscaster Erin Andrews stayed in while on assignment for the ESPN network, used his mobile phone camera to secretly record her naked in the room, then uploaded it to the internet like a real degenerate.

Nick Denton

Denton and his company Gawker were hit with a $140,000,000 court judgment. Denton is liable for a portion of the judgment. Hence, Denton preparing to file personal bankruptcy. However, if other cases serve as an example, it will not benefit Denton much in a personal filing. Here's why. Barrett was hit with a $27,000,000 judgment from the Andrews civil case. The bankruptcy court has already ruled Barrett cannot discharge the court debt under his filing.

Erin Andrews

Therefore, Barrett is still indebted to Andrews, who can garnish his wages until every dime is paid ($27,000,000). Barrett complained it is difficult obtaining work being a felon, as he served time for the criminal offense. However, Barrett created the situation he is currently in via his illegal conduct. Other felons have found work and so can he. Every time his paycheck is docked to pay Andrews, he can remember how he destroyed her life, as she has to live with what he did in violating her privacy in a very sick way.

Michael Barrett

In closing, all voyeurs should face prison time and hefty fines. It is a sick crime perpetrated by sexual predators and sex offenders. It is extremely sick and deranged to secretly watch someone in their home, hotel room, toilets or anywhere else privacy is to be expected. It is a sign of serious mental illness that is a danger to the public.

Bankruptcy Judge Denies Gawker's Efforts to Shield Nick Denton from Hulk Hogan

July 19, 2016 3:07pm PT - A rejected injunction motion likely means personal bankruptcy for the Gawker founder. A rejected injunction motion likely means personal bankruptcy for the Gawker founder. Gawker founder Nick Denton appears headed for personal bankruptcy after a bankruptcy judge on Tuesday refused to stop Hulk Hogan's collection pursuits. Denton had hoped that Gawker's Chapter 11 bankruptcy filed on June 10 would give him temporary relief from his portion of a $140 million judgment in favor of Hogan, who prevailed in an invasion-of-privacy lawsuit over the posting of a sex tape...

Denton, who has gotten a $200,000 loan and has at least prepared bankruptcy papers, may now move quickly to file for personal bankruptcy so as to take advantage of an automatic stay that will result in pausing Hogan's collection pursuits. Denton has testified that his main assets are Gawker stock holdings and his New York City apartment, which he recently listed for sale...

Erin Andrews’s Stalker Must Pay $28 Million From Lawsuit Despite Bankruptcy, Judge Rules

July 12, 2016 - The man who secretly filmed Erin Andrews in a Nashville hotel room through a peephole in 2008 must pay the $28 million awarded to Andrews by a jury despite the fact that he is bankrupt, PEOPLE confirms. Judge Trish Brown of the U.S. Bankruptcy court in Oregon ruled that the damages owed by Michael David Barrett are “non-dischargeable,” according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE. Barrett was ordered to pay 51 percent of the $55 million awarded to Andrews in damages in March. Barrett filed for bankruptcy in Oregon, where he lives, in 2012. Previously, he had served two years in prison after pleading guilty to interstate stalking of Andrews in 2009...

Canelo Alvarez Wins Amir Khan Bout Via Knockout Now Faces Risky GGG Slugfest

Canelo Alvarez knocks out Amir Khan for the victory

Boxer Saul "Canelo" Alvarez retained his WBC middleweight title against challenger, Amir Khan, via a sixth round knockout on May 7, 2016. Khan was sent to the canvas via a devastating right hook from Canelo. Three months ago in the March 16, 2016 Judiciary Report article "Is Amir Khan Bulking Up For The Canelo Fight The Right Approach" I expressed this would happen via stating, "What is 10 pounds going to do against a man you would think can punch through steel when he hits people in the ring, due to his knockout ratio." In the months leading up to the fight I also tweeted on Twitter that Canelo would win (see tweets below).

Khan on the canvas from the knockout

You have to give Khan credit for going six rounds with Canelo. It wasn't easy, especially considering he moved up two divisions (weight class). However, it was a dangerous fight. When Khan hit the canvas, slumped to the ground, he looked like his brain took a terrible blow. It was like Canelo "punched a hole in" Khan. It was not pleasant seeing him (or anyone) laid out on the ground like that, eyes fixed and his body struggling to breathe. I hope there is no longer term damage.

Trainer Virgil Hunter (right) consoling Khan (left) after knockout

Canelo is a fit power puncher. It is very difficult to avoid someone like that for 12 rounds, while registering punches that count as points. The minute someone of that strength catches you in the ring the right way with a hook or uppercut, it's lights out. You have to be a power puncher as well. Khan is more known for his speed. Nonetheless, according to numbers released by ESPN, Khan pocked approximately $2,000,000 for the fight. Canelo's purse is $3,500,000 with millions more made on the backend from pay-per-view sales, endorsements and related merchandising. The fight was also a plus for Khan, who raised his profile in the boxing world, while Canelo's already bright star shined even brighter.

Gennady Golovkin (GGG)

Canelo is more suited to fight boxer, Gennady Golovkin, also known as GGG (triple G). Both men are strong power punchers who can work the ring well. A potential bout would turn into a slugfest. It is the fight the fans want and are asking for on social networking. Canelo and GGG's promoters are said to be in talks about a potential match between the two.

ESPN Article Explores Athletes Dangerous Practice Of Finding Women On Social Networking For Random Sex (It Goes Down In The DM)

Screen cap regarding ESPN news story about athletes using social networking to find women for random sex (Credit: Industry On Blast)

ESPN published an article on professional athletes using social networking sites such as Twitter and Instagram to find women for sex. It is a dangerous habit some men are engaging in and it has gotten a number of them into trouble. It can cost you your health, career and name (the latter two to scandal that goes public). There are an estimated 40,000,000 people living with HIV. It is dangerous to engage in sex with random strangers. No one is too special for HIV. Even babies have it (transmission during birth in countries with less medical resources) and who is more special than a baby.

Women also need to be careful. You're sitting there thinking you're special, when you're not the only one he is approaching online for sex. He tells you to keep the hook up private, by not going public to protect his privacy. However, he is fooling different women into thinking they are the only one and don't want them all to know about each other.

It eventually turns into desperate side chicks fighting online, with some trying to trap famous men with a pregnancy they are not ready for and end up resent you for. All this occurs in an effort to nab a man who is not serious about them. Then they get stung with child support payments that destroys their bank accounts. Some women will also run from them, deeming they have a baby mama (or baby mamas) trying to eliminate all the competition, which is something many women do not want to deal with. This keeps happening in entertainment and sports, resulting in broken lives. Promiscuity is dangerous.

Warrant Issued For Adrien Broner's Arrest On Charges Of Assault And Theft Carried Out At Gunpoint

Adrien Broner and Floyd Mayweather before their recent string of arguments. Mayweather has been telling Broner to calm down regarding his activities outside the ring.

Several hours after the Judiciary Report posted the article "Boxer Adrien Broner On The Verge Of Tears Slams Former Mentor Floyd Mayweather (Video)" to the site and blog very early yesterday morning, again imploring boxer Broner to take a more reserved approach in his life, a warrant was issued for his arrest. The TMZ website broke the story yesterday afternoon that back on January 21, 2016 at 3:30 AM, Broner was gambling at a bowling alley in his U.S. home state of Ohio and got into trouble.

Broner lost thousands of dollars in bowling bets and it is alleged he lashed out and beat a man at gunpoint, knocking him out, then retrieved the money. The injured man was transported to the hospital, where he was given 60 stitches (whoa, 60 stitches, why don't you fight like that in the ring instead of knocking civilians out, you could have beat Maidana LOL). Yesterday afternoon, authorities decided to charge Broner with felonious assault and aggravated robbery.

Broner is a millionaire. He didn't need the money. This episode was very unnecessary. Something else is going on with him and he is self-destructing under it. He needs to apologize and make amends regarding the injured man from the bowling alley. He also needs to get help lest what's going on inside him destroys him. I don't want that to happen to him. He has a lot of potential and has come very far.

Adrien Broner vs. Marcos Maidana

In past articles the Judiciary Report has repeatedly implored Broner to calm down and spend his time and money on family and educating himself. When you achieve financial success and are in the public eye, it is not difficult to get into trouble. The site has repeatedly implore entertainers and athletes to leave a certain element behind from their past, if what they do and encourage you to partake in is negative and or illegal. How is it "keeping it real" when people are encouraging you to do wrong in what could take your freedom and fortune. There's nothing wrong with having rich or poor friends. It is not a question of money, but the mentality they possess. If they have the wrong mindset it will corrupt you at some point or another.

I  remember reading about the late boxing trainer Cus D'Amato and his struggles with keeping boxer Mike Tyson on the straight and narrow. When Tyson was 15-years of age, D'Amato took him into his home and began training the troubled youth as a boxer. Tyson had a rough start in life, due to his parents involvement in crime. D'Amato taught him discipline by making him exercise/train as a boxer and clean up the house, doing chores on a regular basis. However, D'Amato noted there were times after he moved Tyson out of the boxer's native Brooklyn, that he had to go searching for and retrieving him, lest he fell back in with the same crowd he got into trouble with in the first place.

Adrien is detached from reality, as evidenced by a text message between himself and ESPN boxing analyst, Dan Rafael (Um, what's up with your phone battery LOL).

Broner is also hanging around people with the wrong mentality, such as Miami rapper Rick Ross, who is a violent, thieving man known for getting into criminal trouble. Ross has criminal cases against him for violent behavior. Ross, a former prison guard in Miami, adopted the persona of incarcerated drug dealer Freeway Ricky Ross and has been trying to become him, in violation of the drug dealers image rights (Right of Publicity and the Lanham Act). Freeway took great exception to this mimicking and denounced Ross for this behavior in a $10,000,000 lawsuit (Freeway mysteriously lost the case in what warrants a proper judicial review for denying someone their image rights as a human being and as Warner Bros was involved, an entity known for bribing federal and Supreme Court judges with stock, it's clear what transpired here).

Ross also promotes rape through his music and has an album that is sick and seriously blasphemous against God. Ross, apart of Hollywood's so-called "Illuminati" which is steeped in the occult, greatly offended the church in America with a particularly contemptible album. One of my friends in Miami, who knew Ross growing up, stated he was not a thug and was working as a correctional officer. However, trying to adopt a tough rapper image, Ross has been breaking the law in violently beating up people in Georgia (and other states) and in one incident a man was murdered at Ross' Miami house. This is not good company of Broner to be keeping, as Ross and company are headed for serious trouble. However, that's his choice.

Adrien Broner's next fight is against British boxer Ashley Theophane

A few weeks ago, I was pleased to learn that Broner had proposed to his longtime girlfriend, who is mother of his two children. Broner made the announcement on Twitter a few weeks ago and I congratulated him on the social networking site. For Broner to get on the right path in life he is going to have to settle down. Getting married and spending time with his wife and children will do him a world of good and vice versa. Spending time working on his boxing, rather than partying and gambling with people who love to carouse, will also be more beneficial to him. He is a millionaire in his twenties and needs to make the most of the advantages he has been blessed with. Do not lose everything you have worked for over foolishness. Avoid certain people and situations, lest they cost you everything.

Broner was arrested last summer for reckless driving while intoxicated. He was given six-months probation, which he successfully completed without rearrested. I am also of the belief Broner needs to go to rehab. Broner is struggling with alcoholism and that is a dangerous thing for anyone, especially an athlete, as it will impact your performance in play, damaging your career and overwork the respiratory system and the heart while other bodily mechanisms try to compensate for the negative impact of alcohol abuse (Johnny Manziel Loses Contract With Cleveland Browns After Constant Drinking And Partying).

Newly Crowned WBA Heavyweight World Champion Lucas 'Big Daddy' Browne Tests Positive For Steroids And Faces Losing His Title

Lucas 'Big Daddy' Browne

Boxer Lucas 'Big Daddy" Browne recently won the WBA regular heavyweight title in a victory over, Ruslan Chagaev, which took place in Chechnya. Yesterday, ESPN boxing analyst, Dan Rafael, broke the story that Browne has tested positive for the banned drug, Clenbuterol. Browne's "A sample" revealed traces of the drug in his urine. Browne must now pay a fee to the Voluntary Anti-Doping Association (VADA) to test his "B sample" to determine if the original test result is a fluke.

Lucas 'Big Daddy' Browne and Ruslan Chagaev

The composition of the drug Clenbuterol indicates it boosts the metabolism, sharpens acuity and reflexes. This is likely the reason it has been banned, as it would create an unfair and undue advantage in sports. The primary purpose of Clenbuterol is to treat asthma. It opens constricted airways, allowing the patient to breathe more freely. However, it has "off label" uses it has not been approved for, such as weight loss, used by bodybuilders during "cutting cycles" to obtain greater muscle tone and definition. Clenbuterol speeds up the body's metabolism in aiding the system to burn fat at a more rapid rate. However, in speeding up one's metabolism, it is improving reflexes, reaction time and heightens awareness.

Some consider Clenbuterol a steroid, others do not. However, for years it has caused athletes to fail drug tests due to being banned. Over two dozen athletes have received sports bans prohibiting participation over the detected use of Clenbuterol. However, some athletes did test positive for Clenbuterol by consuming meat that unbeknownst to them contained the drug, as stated previously in the column on May 29, 2014 (Steroids Shortens Your Penis And Life).

Browne has expressed dismay at the test result. In a tweet on Twitter, Browne stated, "I don't understand today's news, and I'm seeking legal advice." Rafael is reporting Brown will be stripped of his title, which is sad. Browne is the first Australian heavyweight champion of the world, which complicates the situation more, as it has been a source of national pride. Whatever happens, Browne needs to not beat himself up too much over this. Life goes on and he must too.

Australian boxing champion Lucas Browne tests positive for clenbuterol

March 22, 201610:04am - AUSTRALIA’S first heavyweight boxing champion Lucas “Big Daddy” Browne has sensationally tested positive to banned substance clenbuterol. A drugs test conducted by the Las Vegas-based agency Voluntary Anti-Doping Association (VADA) before his WBA regular heavyweight world champion title fight victory over Russian Ruslan Chagaev in Chechnya two weeks ago returned a positive result.

ESPN has reported Browne tested positive to clenbuterol in his “A sample” and no testing has been done of his “B sample” because of the testing agency demanding the Sydney-based fighter pay for the second round of testing. Browne’s breakthrough win over Chagaev marked him as an Australian champion, but his bright future and promise of potential mega-fights against the likes of David Haye, Tyson Fury and Fres Oquendo is now clouded.

ESPN boxing analyst Dan Rafael reported the 36-year-old is expected to be stripped of his title. VADA president Dr. Margaret Goodman wrote a letter to the organisers of the Browne-Chagaev fight, informing them of Browne’s positive test. Unclear future. “This letter is to advise you that the ‘A’ sample urine specimen number 2998060 collected from Lucas Browne ... has been analysed for anabolic agents, diuretics, beta-2 agonists and stimulants,” Goodman wrote. “The results of the analysis are as follows: Adverse. Urine specimen contains Clenbuterol. “Mr. Browne has the right to promptly request analysis of the ‘B sample’ at his expense.”...

Erin Andrews Wins $55,000,000 In Case Against Marriott Hotels Over Being Stalked And Secretly Filmed In Her Room By Sick Voyeur Who Disseminated The Video Online

Erin Andrews in court

ESPN sportscaster and "Dancing With The Stars" television host, Erin Andrews, was victorious in court this week, with a jury awarding her $55,000,000 in damages against the Marriott chain of hotels (and her stalker), for allowing her deranged voyeuristic stalker, Michael David Barrett, to obtain her hotel room information and booking him a suite next to her, enabling him to secretly record her naked, then upload it to the internet like a depraved pervert and sexual predator. As the damages are split 51/49, Marriott Hotels is liable for $27,000,000 in damages. Barrett, who is not wealthy, is liable for the remaining damages. As such his wages will be garnished, as will any existing bank account in his name, likely for the rest of his life, in attempts to financially repay his victim. Barrett was also sentenced to 5-years in prison in a separate criminal case.

Erin Andrews

Andrews sued for $75,000,000, but the jury awarded her $20,000,000 less than requested. Previously, the Judiciary Report alluded to the fact the damages requested would be considered high for the crime in question, as usually cases that resulted in death for the victim (filed by heirs) or extreme medical misconduct, are awarded such high damages (Erin Andrews Seeks $75,000,000 In Hotel Voyeurism Case). The Judiciary Report's figure of $20,000,000 in damages is in line with what Andrews is likely due to receive, regarding the $27,000,000 verdict. The $27,000,000 damage award could be reduced on appeal, but hopefully the verdict regarding said figure will stand. Nonetheless, it is a sizeable sum of money for such a case.

Michael Barrett

Andrews deserves the money. What was done to her is cruel and inhumane. It was meant to degrade and humiliate. Regrettably, the Marriott's negligence facilitated the sick conduct of a sexual predator. Under the law, they are liable for the severe mental and emotional trauma Andrews sustained. Hotels are not supposed to release the information of their guests to unauthorized parties. It is an invasion of privacy and security risk. What if Barrett had been a killer.

Floyd Mayweather Accused Of Taking Steroids Before His Win Against Manny Pacquiao

Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather after historic May 2, 2015 fight

The world’s richest boxer, Floyd Mayweather, is seeing his name take a battering, after the top rated American sports network and website ESPN released a report that he had an illegal IV, banned under World Anti-Doping Agency rules, before his May 2, 2015 fight against his number one rival, Manny Pacquiao. Mayweather then received an exemption from the USADA (US anti-doping) weeks after the fight on May 21, 2015. However, the Nevada State Athletic Commission is angry stating USADA did not have the authority to give Mayweather the wavier.

Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao

The report indicates the IV Mayweather was given right before the fight and anti-doping arriving at his house in Las Vegas to test him for steroids, contained saline and vitamins. However, the Nevada Athletics Commission has plainly indicated, Mayweather and other athletes are banned from taking IVs in this manner and his dosage far exceeded the amount of fluid allowed under existing rules. This rule is in effect as excessive amounts of saline flush out steroids from the system. The limit is 50 milliliters. Mayweather was given an IV containing a whopping 750 milliliters.

Andre Berto and Floyd Mayweather

Mayweather, who formerly accused Manny Pacquiao of using steroids, was sued by the Filipino star and settled with him out of court, states he did nothing wrong in using the IV before the May 2, 2015 fight. Ironically, Pacquiao was denied the use of the painkiller Toradol before the Mayweather fight regarding the torn rotator cuff he sustained in training camp, which is a very painful injury that hampers the use of one’s arm due to shocking and jarring pain. Pacquiao underwent surgery to repair the torn rotator cuff and has been wearing a cast while the injury heals.

Floyd Mayweather, USADA deny rules violations prior to Pacquaio fight

17h - LAS VEGAS -- Floyd Mayweather strongly denied Thursday any wrongdoing related to his receiving an intravenous injection mix of saline and vitamins -- banned under World Anti-Doping Agency guidelines -- on the eve of his record-breaking fight with Manny Pacquiao on May 2. The United States Anti-Doping Agency on Thursday also disputed that Mayweather violated any rules, saying the boxer applied for and was granted an exemption for the infusion...

Mayweather's IV usage, reported Wednesday by SB Nation, was allowed by USADA despite it being against the very WADA rules that USADA claims to follow. The contract that Mayweather and Pacquiao signed with USADA to cover the drug testing protocol for the bout allowed for therapeutic use exemptions, but USADA issued Mayweather's exemption for the IV use three weeks after the fight, which is unusual.

In addition, USADA did not notify the Nevada State Athletic Commission, the regulatory agency overseeing the fight, or Pacquiao's team until after it was granted well after the fight, something NSAC executive director Bob Bennett took major issue with. Bennett said only the commission can grant a therapeutic use exemption (TUE) to an athlete, not a drug testing body such as USADA...

Mayweather's medical team told the USADA collection agents that the IV -- which reportedly included a mixture of 250 milliliters of saline and multivitamins and a 500-milliliter mixture of saline and Vitamin C -- was being given to Mayweather for rehydration purposes following the weigh-in.

The fact that they were given intravenously was not allowed, according to WADA rules that state intravenous infusions or injections of more than 50 milliliters per six hours are prohibited "except for those legitimately received in the course of hospital admissions, surgical procedures, or clinical investigations." WADA bans such large injections and infusions because they can be used to "dilute or mask the presence of another substance."...

Ticket Sales For Floyd Mayweather's Fight Against Andre Berto Are Lackluster

Floyd Mayweather and Andre Berto. As it stands, many think experienced and evasive Floyd will win, turning Andre into Andrea in the ring. Andre, for his part, is indicating he is determined to put up a fight.

Reports on several websites indicate ticket sales for the Floyd Mayweather v. Andre Berto fight are lackluster. According to ESPN, many tickets are still available, even lower priced seats in the venue. In the August 13, 2015 article "Boxing Fans Upset Floyd Mayweather Chose Andre Berto For His Last Fight" the Judiciary Report expressed its view the match would not be a big draw among fans, as many were complaining at the announcement. One month later sales are reflecting the Judiciary Report's view as correct. However, I will watch Mayweather v. Berto.

When Mayweather, the world's richest athlete, announced he would fight moderately known Berto for his last bout, it was met with mixed feelings in the boxing world. No disrespect to Berto, who is a good fighter, but fans wanted Mayweather's last fight to be a big one, against a name such as the Philippines' Manny Pacquiao (rematch).

Andre Berto and Floyd Mayweather

Another top draw fans wanted is Kazakhstan's Gennady Golovkin, also known as GGG. He would have been a good choice, but Mayweather Sr. stated he is too big ("We not fixin to fight no damn giant" LOL). Mayweather against Cuba's Guillermo Rigondeaux would have been special. Rigondeaux and Mayweather are not in the same weight class. However, if Rigo bulked up, adding 25-pounds in weight and the fight was made, it would have become a classic bout.

Britain's Kell Brook (the IBF champ) or Amir Khan would have made for entertaining match-ups against Mayweather. However, (Floyd has been stringing Amir along and it wasn't pretty (LOL). A fight against Mayweather fellow American protégé, Adrien Broner, would have been interesting too. Mayweather fighting Mexico's Leo Santa Cruz, if the latter made weight, would have been a top rated slugfest (Santa Cruz throws and lands so many punches, it must be like getting hit by two guys in the ring at the same time).

Andre Berto, boxing's top executive Al Haymon and Floyd Mayweather

Side Bar: I just realized, Adrien Broner is America's Tyson Fury, giving outrageous quotes in interviews, verbally slamming other boxers and not caring about the press fallout.

Floyd Mayweather Reneges On Offer To Fight Manny Pacquiao In Rematch And Calls Him Names

Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao

Undefeated boxer, Floyd Mayweather, angry at the renewed bad publicity surrounding him, has reneged on an offer to fight rival Manny Pacquiao in a rematch, after winning the unanimous decision over him a week ago in their widely watched bout. Mayweather had stated to ESPN's Stephen A. Smith that he is open to a rematch with Pacquiao.

The news of the rematch delighted many on social networking. However, Mayweather changed his mind after a stream of bad publicity calling the first fight fixed and his mood was worsened after negative exposure via a serious $20,00,000 defamation lawsuit by the mother of three of his children, Josie Harris. Mayweather is now calling Pacquiao a "sore loser" and a "coward."

It should be noted, Mayweather has changed his mind many times in the past about fighting Pacquiao, but did so anyway in what was a record breaking, lucrative bout. Mayweather loves money and will unlikely leave another $180,000,000 on the table in not having a rematch with his top rival Pacquiao. Mayweather has become very wealthy from hard work in the gym and boxing ring, as has Pacquiao. They earned their money fair and square. A rematch would be a wise financial decision.

Do I have any regrets about ordering the fight? No. It was an entertaining experience, under card included. However, I would like to see Mayweather set a better example outside the ring as a wealthy young black man (go to anger management, refrain from domestic violence and stop keeping a stable of girlfriends).
Though he has not finished school, he is no fool (it would be beneficial to him if he obtained his high school diploma via private tutoring). Anyone who listens to Mayweather speak should be able to discern that. However, people are watching him and he has to do better regarding his personal life.

Muhammad Ali And Laila Ali Remind Floyd Mayweather The Former Heavyweight Champ Is The Greatest Boxer

Muhammad Ali's tweet on social networking website Twitter

Undefeated world welterweight boxing champion, Floyd Mayweather, recently slammed legendary heavyweight champ, Muhammad Ali, stating he is not the greatest boxer of all time. The comments were made during an interview with ESPN's Stephen Smith. Mayweather insulted Ali stating, "So you gonna tell me it's cool to lay on the ropes, take punishment, then land a few punches."  Mayweather further stated he has been through racism as well, not truly realizing what Ali faced during the civil rights era is infinitely worse.

Floyd Mayweather faces Manny Pacquiao on Saturday, May 2, 2015 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. The fight is also available on Pay Per View. Check your local listings.

Ali took to Twitter shortly after and posted the comment, "'Don't you forget, I am the greatest!' #MuhammadAli." The champ's daughter, Laila Ali, also reminded website TMZ that her dad is the greatest boxer. I don't know why I'm defending a man who tried to nail my mom and offered to kick my dad's butt in exchange for her (LOL) but Mayweather should not have insulted the man most view as the top boxer ever to hit the ring.

Floyd Mayweather Slams Muhammad Ali And Says He's The Greatest Boxer Of All Time (Video)

Floyd Mayweather offended many members of the public today regarding statements he made in an interview with ESPN's Stephen A. Smith. Mayweather slammed legendary boxer, Muhammad Ali stating, "So you gonna tell me it's cool to lay on the ropes, take punishment, then land a few punches." Considering Ali now has Parkinsons and in my opinion from head trauma he suffered in the ring, Mayweather's statements are unkind and insensitive.

Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao

Mayweather further stated, "No one can ever brainwash me to make me believe that Sugar Ray Robinson and Muhammad Ali was better than me. No one could ever brainwash me and tell me that. But one thing I will do, I'm going to take my hat off to them and respect those guys because those are the guys that paved the way for me to be where I'm at today." Despite Mayweather's statements, Ali is still considered the greatest boxer.

Muhammad Ali

Mayweather also stated he faces racism in America just as Ali did, but that is wholly inaccurate. Ali is from the civil rights era and faced far greater racism than Mayweather has known. Mayweather can book the top suite in any hotel in America. Last year he vacationed in Miami at the FontaineBleau hotel. When Ali would train in Miami that is not where he would stay. Many black musicians and athletes were not allowed to stay in the same hotels as white people during the civil rights era.

Jay Z's Roc Nation Sports Loses CAA And Gary Shaw Promotions (Boxing)

Jay Z

Jay Z’s rip off Roc Nations Sports is imploding. First one of the two biggest agencies in the world, CAA, ended their partnership with Roc Nation Sports, that was created after sports leagues began making rules to keep incompetent, unintelligent, lawbreaker Jay Z out. Jay Z begged CAA to partner with him to get around new rules in leagues embarrassingly being called “The Jay Z rule” in sports circles.

The second blow arrived recently when prominent boxing promotions company, Gary Shaw Promotions, dropped Roc Nation Sports as well, severing all ties with the company. A number of prominent boxers refused to leave their promoters, managers and agents to sign with Jay Z. Two other top boxing promoters have taken exception to Jay Z trying to poach their clients they invested money in and built their brands into recognizable and lucrative names. Last month I heard a top black boxing promotion executive stated of Jay Z’s poaching, “I’m gonna fix this nig*a.”

Jay Z Just Lost One, Roc Nation Sports Loses Partner

Feb 04, 2015 - Music mogul Jay Z`s Roc Nation Sports company just lost partner Gary Shaw after recently bringing in the renowned promoter. According to reports, Shaw and Roc Nation Sports went their separate ways last Friday (January 30).

He was in the process of finalizing the assignment of many of his fighter contracts from his old company, Gary Shaw Productions, to Roc Nation Sports. But things were not going smoothly - there was plenty of infighting at the company, according to various sources - and they decided to part ways in a surprising move. (ESPN)

Boxing News: Jay Z's Roc Nation Sports Suffers Major Blow Following Split With Gary Shaw Promotions After A Month. GSP Retains Bryant Jennings (Audio)

The boxing arm of Jay Z's Roc Nation Sports has suffered a significant loss. RNS cut a deal in early January to acquire Gary Shaw Promotions and it's stable of fighters, including rising heavyweight contender Bryant Jennings. "On January 8, Shaw announced "I have officially joined Roc Nation. I'll be running their boxing division."

The newly formed teamed promoted a January 9 card at the Theater at Madison Square Gardens. Troubles soon followed after infighting between the companies began. On Monday, February 2. Shaw announced the two companies had parted ways.

"We gave it a try and unfortunately it did not work out for both parties," Shaw told ESPN.com on Monday. "It is an amicable separation. Roc Nation was very professional at our meeting and they allowed me to keep all of my fighters and my company, and terminate any agreements we had together. They gave me back my company."

"Both parties decided to go their own way and we wish Gary nothing but the best," said Roc Nation Sports spokesman Ron Berkowitz. GSP promoted fighters Jennings, interim lightweight titlist Darleys Perez, middleweight contender Tureano Johnson, lightweight Jonathan Maicelo, lightweight prospect Kenneth Sims Jr., welterweight Francisco Santana, unbeaten junior featherweight Roman Morales and former middleweight titlist Daniel Geale all leave with Shaw.

Bryant Jennings (left) and Wladimir Klitschko will battle on April 25. The loss of Jennings is an especially big blow to Roc Nation's fledgling boxing division. At 19-0, 10 KOs, he is scheduled to fight Wladimir Klitschko, 63-3, 53 KOs, on April 25 at Madison Square Garden. The fight will be televised by HBO.

Klitschko's WBA (Super), IBF, WBO, IBO and The Ring Heavyweight titles will be on the line. Roc Nation still has one superstar boxer in it's stable. They signed WBA (Super) and The Ring super-middleweight champion Andre Ward last month. They also have two cards remaining on their three-fight deal with Fox Sports 1.

Kevin Hart Gets Manhandled By 14-Year-Old Mo'Ne Davis During NBA Celebrity All Star Game (Video)

Kevin Hart was the star of the NBA Celebrity All Star Game, delivering the laughs. Kevin's performance on the court included clawing, scratching, screaming, plenty of side eye and yelling at refs. Kevin even tried to run over a 14-year-old girl on the court. It was true sportsmanship (LOL). Dignity just out the window.

Kevin Hart's only dignified moment during the entire game

Kevin played for the East. He was guarded by super talented 14-year-old female athlete Mo'Ne Davis...who is average height...yet was still taller than Kevin. Mo'Ne manhandled Kevin. Mo'Ne brushed Kevin out the way like he was a little mosquito buzzing under the rim. That's right girl. Teach that little pint sized Eddie Murphy a lesson.

Mike Golic trying to take the trophy from Kevin Hart. That's the white Kanye (LOL).

Despite Kevin's best efforts, the West won. Yet, Kevin won MVP. Meanwhile I'm watching the show thinking MVP must not mean Most Valuable Player anymore and now stands for Most Valuable Pipsqueak (kidding). Kevin's acceptance speech was hilarious. Kevin was interrupted by ESPN's Mike Golic, who correctly concluded he should not have won MVP.

Golic tried to snatch the trophy from Kevin, in what he branded "A Kanye moment" telling him "You don't get this." Kevin pulled the race card over the undeserved MVP, informing Golic, who is white, that "It's black history month. Let this happen." Then Kevin compared himself to basketball greats Lebron and Kobe.

Look at Mo'Ne behind Kevin with that "I'm gonna beat him down in the parking lot and take my trophy" look on her face

Kevin's Kobe/Lebron moment

Side Bar: Mo'Ne Davis is such a talented athlete. She plays baseball and basketball so well. She is also photogenic. With the right career guidance she could become a big star.

Side Bar 2: I know I teased Kevin Hart a lot in this article, but he is truly a funny comedian. His expressions are priceless. Not to mention, it takes a big man to turn jokes about his height into a multi-million dollar fortune. You're a good sport.

Johnny Manziel Gets Into Club Confrontation On A Night Of Drinking

Johnny Manziel

Cleveland Brown's quarterback, Johnny Manziel, got himself into more trouble this week. According to TMZ, the athlete nearly got into a fight at a night club in Houston, Texas, when people became aggressive and loud in trying to take his picture.  Manziel threw a birdie at people in the club and they threw drinks at the alcoholic football star in retaliation.

Manziel and his entourage were drenched in drinks that had been thrown at them and temporarily left the club to change. The athlete and his crew returned to the club and continued partying. The time Manziel spends drinking and partying, he could spend training to become the best footballer he can be.

Manziel throwing the birdie at people in the club

This incident comes on the heels of ESPN host Skip Bayless, calling Manziel an alcoholic last week during a television broadcast, for getting drunk and missing an important team session (ESPN's Skip Bayless Labels Johnny Manziel An Alcoholic After He Gets Drunk And Misses Team Session). That did not stop him from flying to Miami and drinking various alcoholic beverages and partying the night away.

Several months prior, the Judiciary Report warned that Manziel's behavior would damage his career and over the past few weeks it has begun happening (Partying Your Career Away). He's a talented football player. He should not throw his opportunities away via partying his career away. That's not how you become a legend. Many football players in high school and university wish they had the opportunity Manziel does to play in the league. Manziel needs to appreciate the opportunities in his life and make the most of them, lest they are taken from him.

ESPN's Skip Bayless Labels Johnny Manziel An Alcoholic After He Gets Drunk And Misses Team Session

Johnny Manziel getting drunk in Miami yesterday

In the July 12, 2014 article "Partying Your Career Away" the Judiciary Report wrote about U.S. football player, Johnny Manziel, before he turned pro, as the prospect had been indulging in destructive habits prior to his debut with the NFL team the Cleveland Browns. Six moths later, Manziel, who's nickname is "Johnny Football" missed an important team session, due to being absolutely drunk and hung-over.

The next day, ESPN commentator Skip Bayless, labeled Manziel an "alcoholic" and he's right. All the signs are there Manziel needs help regarding alcohol addiction. The next day, Maziel did not listen and headed to Miami. Despite asking the public not to photograph him drinking and partying, people did and shots of Manziel taking shots of alcohol ended up online.

My dad, a former pro-athlete who coached for many years, emphasizes that athletes cannot drink and party during the season and be at their best in their sport. There is a scientific basis to this. Excessive alcohol consumption slows down your reaction time, pickles your organs, saps your energy and interferes with your focus. However, when athletes are young they believe they are invincible and can do anything. Then reality sets in. You can't do any negative thing and there not be consequences. The body does not work like that.

Make the most of the opportunities you are given in your career. Drinking, smoking, narcotics and partying will hamper your career. You have to discipline yourself if you want to be successful. Alcohol, drugs, smoking and partying is not worth your career. Not to mention, your health.

Floyd Mayweather Lashes Out At ESPN's Stephen Smith Over Manny Paquiao Who Responds (Videos)

What's Going On With Floyd Mayweather

Stephen A. Smith expresses shock at Floyd Mayweather slamming him. Mayweather stated, "I ain't never seen Stephen A. Smith dribble a basketball, catch a football, or get in a boxing ring. He's just a critic." For full video click here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mk1vCxbtOxA

Undefeated lightweight boxer, Floyd Mayweather, slammed one of his top supporters, highly rated ESPN sports analyst, Stephen A. Smith, for stating he should give the fans the fight they want against fellow pugilist, Manny Paquiao. Many people hold this view, but Floyd was not amused with Smith stating it.

Manny Paquiao tweeted the video posted above featuring Smith on Twitter with the words, "Last I checked Freedom of Speech was still part of the U.S. Bill of Rights. Bravo!"

Ironically, the man considered by most to be the greatest, not to mention prettiest boxer of all time, Muhammad Ali, tweeted at Mayweather and Paquiao months ago. Ali congratulated Mayweather on his win in the ring. Ali also complimented Mayweather and politely stated what we've all been thinking and saying, Floyd should give fans what they want, a fight against Paquiao.

Mayweather did not respond to Ali's tweet, which was stunning. Bro, that was Ali. You should have answered him (when Ali kicks your butt, you'll know - I'm kidding). Paquiao responded to the tweet and thanked the champ for his kind words.

Floyd Mayweather

I will admit, Smith was hard on Mayweather's rival, Amir Khan, in the video, who is a good boxer as well and just wants a shot at the champ. Doesn't everybody! There have also been times when Smith's co-host Skip Bayless ticked me off talking about my Miami Heat, but I digress (watch your back, Skip...I'm joking).

It's all covered by free speech. However, to turn on the ones who support you is not advisable. Something's going on with Mayweather. He's been lashing out at people a lot lately. Recently, he slammed the fastest man in the world, sprinter, Usain Bolt, for no reason. Mayweather was in London, England at a barber shop in Brixton.

Muhammad Ali

A Jamaican Briton in Britxon asked Mayweather who he is and he became offended and angry that she did not know. Boxing fans in Britain know who Mayweather is, but he's not known by everyone in the United Kingdom. When Mayweather told her who he is, it still didn't ring a bell.

She informed him that she knows who former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson is, but she hadn't seen any of Mayweather's fights. She stated she only watches the big fights. She also stated she knows who Rihanna, Beyonce and Usain Bolt are. When she mentioned Bolt, Floyd became enraged and snapped, "Who the f**k is Usain Bolt."

Usain Bolt

As far as I know, Bolt had nothing against Mayweather. Bolt even responded to the video on Twitter, trying not to take Mayweather's diss seriously. However, Mayweather seems to be angry and troubled in general and lashing out at people this year. Could it be ex-fiancee, Shantel Jackson, aborting his unborn twins after lying to him that he stressed her out and caused a miscarriage [Shantel Jackson Confirms She Is Going To Do A Tell-All About Boxer Floyd Mayweather Confirming This Site's Previous Claims (Video)]. Jackson is now suing Mayweather, divulging the details of their tumultuous time together.

Whatever is bothering Mayweather, I hope he gets it sorted out and finds some peace in his life. Even in the face of what happened regarding the twins, he has a lot going for himself. At the end of the day, life's too short to be angry and bitter over the past. Some things in life we've got to let go and move on, as difficult as it may be.
