Donald Trump Leading Hillary Clinton In The Polls For President Of The United States Of America

Donald Trump

The Politico website reported Donald Trump has surged past Hillary Clinton in a Quinnipiac poll in key swing states for the November 8, 2016 U.S. presidential election. Trump is leading Clinton in the swing states of Florida and Pennsylvania, which often determine the winner of the election. Trump is also tied with Clinton in the key swing state Ohio. Florida, Pennsylvania and Ohio are considered must win states for any U.S. presidential candidate.

Hillary Clinton

Clinton's campaign has taken a serious hit after the FBI Director, James Comey, called her a very careless woman who broke U.S. law, but because she is rich and famous, the so-called law enforcement agency will not charge her with the crimes appropriate for her criminal misconduct. Clinton deliberately violated U.S. law in the mishandling of classified information, via maintaining a private email server, with no computer security. Clinton's server ended up hacked by communist nations. Clinton's conduct exposed a large amount of U.S. top secret information to America's rivals.

Swing-state stunner: Trump has edge in key states

07/13/16 06:00 AM EDT - Did Donald Trump really just surge past Hillary Clinton in two of the election's most important battlegrounds? New swing-state polls released Wednesday by Quinnipiac University show Trump leading Clinton in Florida and Pennsylvania — and tied in the critical battleground state of Ohio. In three of the states that matter most in November, the surveys point to a race much closer than the national polls, which have Clinton pegged to a significant, mid-single-digit advantage over Trump, suggest.

The race is so close that it's within the margin of error in each of the three states. Trump leads by three points in Florida — the closest state in the 2012 election — 42 percent to 39 percent. In Ohio, the race is tied, 41 percent to 41 percent. And in Pennsylvania — which hasn't voted for a Republican presidential nominee since 1988 — Trump leads, 43 percent to 41 percent.

Thurman v. Porter Scores Big With Boxing Fans

Keith Thurman Jr vs. Shawn Porter

Thurman v. Porter lit up the boxing world on Saturday night in New York. Keith Thurman Jr. ("One Time") squared off against Shawn Porter ("Showtime"). Two great welterweight boxers went to war. Thurman won in a unanimous victory during the slugfest with a score of 115-113, 115-113, 115-113. Many on social networking are branding it the fight of the year. The reviews from fans are overwhelmingly positive. Ironically, though it was slugfest, the two men are friends. However, it was all business in the ring.

Thurman should fight boxer Adrien Broner, who can box, but is trouble prone outside the ring. Broner is a big puncher for his weight class and would bring a significant amount of publicity from fight fans and casual observers. Broner is currently fighting a criminal case for knocking out a man in a Ohio bowling alley parking lot, after he lost a $10,000 bet.

I need to stop making jokes about Broner, due to what I have written in past columns. He might sic his baby mama on me. You guys would just see it on the news “And on tonight's news, blogger knocked out cold in parking lot by Adrien Broner’s baby mama” (LOL).

Parents Of Boy That Fell Into Gorilla Pit At Cincinnati Zoo Leading To Animal Being Killed By Staff Are Under Investigation By Police

Deonne Dickerson and Michelle Gregg

The parents of 4-year-old boy, Isaiah Dickerson, are facing a police investigation in Cincinnati, Ohio, after their son fell 10-feet into a gorilla pen, leading to a zoo response team shooting and killing endangered silverback Harambe. After an argument with his mother, demanding he be allowed to go in the water, to which she repeatedly stated no, Isaiah broke free. The child crawled through a hole in a fence, tumbled downward, then fell into the gorilla pen. Harambe and two female gorillas were present.

Harambe looked at the child in disbelief and wonderment, clearing wondering what the boy was doing in the pen that is not a human habitat. Onlookers began screaming and leaning forward towards the pen, which unintentionally spooked the gorilla. Not realizing his own strength, Harambe lifted the child off the ground, causing the boy to hit his head. He sustained a concussion from the blow.

Harambe holding Isaiah's hand

Harambe, trying to escape the loud noise, dragged the child away from the crowd, who were looking down into the pen, while frantically screaming in fear for the boy's safety. Harambe then held the child's hand. As the screaming continued, Harambe fixed the back of the child's shirt and used it to drag him further away from the crowd again. They fell out of sight for 10 minutes. The entire ordeal lasted 20-minutes before an emergency response team shot Harambe dead. Little Isaiah witnessed the shooting and will need therapy.

Some online are outraged at Isaiah's parents for failing to properly supervise the child. People are calling for them to face criminal charges over Harambe's death. The couple has been issued death threats. Some are also stating the gorilla was not going to kill the child. However, they don't know that for sure. A 400-pound gorilla does not know its strength and could seriously injury a person, especially a child. Harambe had already accidentally caused the child to hit his head against the wall. It is truly regrettable the gorilla was killed. However, these wild animals should not be in captivity in the first place for human amusement.

My first thought regarding Isaiah was how did this boy get loose from his mother's care and into the gorilla pen. You know when you're about to get self-righteous and God brings something back to your memory. When I was about age 6, my mom and I went for a weekend at a great hotel in the countryside. It had a massive pool. My dad, a former professional athlete, taught me to swim from the time I was about 4-years old. Then he asked one of his friends, a former Olympic swimmer, to help me improve my swimming.

It worked like a charm, because while at the hotel with my mom that weekend, I decided I was Jacques Cousteau and was going to touch the bottom of the pool...on the deep end. And within seconds I did. My mother panicked. When I surfaced, proud of my little accomplishment, my mother looked like she was gonna kill me. She didn't hit me (there were too many witnesses LOL) but make no mistake, she was yelling. So yea, sometimes kids do things they should not.

Side Bar: The zoo may get sued over the incident. Some lawyers will pursue the family and convince them everything was the zoo's fault and that they are entitled to millions, due to the hole/breach in the fence little Isaiah found and crawled through into the gorilla pen. However, such a lawsuit will not go over well with the public.

EXCLUSIVE: Parents-of-four whose son fell into zoo enclosure sparking killing of Harambe the gorilla as it emerges father has a lengthy criminal history - including kidnap and drug trafficking

Published: 19:12 EST, 30 May 2016 | Updated: 00:31 EST, 31 May 2016 - These are the parents of the four-year-old boy whose 15-feet fall into the gorilla exhibit moat in Cincinnati Zoo resulted in the death of 17-year-old silverback gorilla, Harambe. Seen here for the first time is mother Michelle Gregg, 32, who has four children by father Deonne Dickerson, 36, a man who, Daily Mail Online can disclose, has a lengthy criminal history.

Criminal filings against Dickerson stretch over a decade and include burglary, firearms offences, drug trafficking, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and kidnap. In 2006 he was sentenced to one year behind bars for a drug trafficking conviction. But in numerous pictures posted on Dickerson's Facebook site in recent years he appears to have turned his life around to become the proud father of four. Indeed, the majority of his postings to the social media site are updates of his children and his working life. In others pictures he has uploaded his friends congratulate him and Michelle on the birth of their fourth child last January...

Boxer Adrien Broner Facing 3-10 Years In Jail Over Assault And Robbery Due To Gambling Incident

Adrien Broner (center) and fiancée Arie Nicole (left)

In the April 13, 2016 Judiciary Report article "Adrien Broner Arrested And Jailed For Probation Violation And Trouble Strikes In His Personal Life With Claims He Cheated On His Fiancée" the site implored troubled boxer Adrien Broner to "throw yourself on the mercy of the court" regarding an assault and robbery incident that took place while he was gambling outside a bowling alley in Madisonville, Ohio and inflicted grievous bodily injury on a man at gunpoint. The next day, April 14, 2016, prosecutors in his home state of Ohio formally indicted Broner and he faces 3-10 years in jail, on charges of aggravated robbery as well as felonious assault and robbery.

The charges Broner faces is serious. Cincinnati.com is reporting that a special prosecutor, Michael Tranter, has been appointed to the case in Hamilton County. The judge presiding over the case is Robert Ruehlman. Broner is currently in jail on a probation violation stemming from an unrelated case for driving under the influence, then engaging in reckless driving months later. Broner was given 6-months probation on July 25, 2016. He was arrested again on January 21, 2016 for the aforementioned assault. The cases appear to have overlapped. However, prosecutors are keeping the cases separate, which is beneficial to Broner.

Adrien Broner's mug shot

As stated in the April 7, 2016 Judiciary Report article "Boxer Adrien Broner Pleads Not Guilty To Assault And Robbery" Broner needs to make peace with the victim and pay compensation (the victim has filed a lawsuit against Broner over the assault). The court may have more mercy on him if he does so. Broner's pride got him into trouble. He is a millionaire and is facing serious charges over losing $10,000 in a gambling incident. His legal fees will total far more than that in relation to this matter.

It's a shame it has come to this. Since 2014 the Judiciary Report has been running a series of articles on Broner, which implored him to changes his ways, lest he ended up in serious trouble [How To Reap The Benefits Of Boxing While Avoiding The Pitfalls and Floyd Mayweather Tells Adrien Broner To Quit Partying And Making So Much Music (Video) and Boxer Adrien Broner Has Been Suspended By The WBC For Racist Remarks About Fellow Pugilist Carlos Molina]. However, young and famous stars sometimes have to figure out things the difficult way in life, via consequences of unwise choices that could have been avoided.

Special prosecutor to handle Adrien Broner case

7:37 p.m. EDT April 14, 2016 - A special prosecutor has been appointed to handle the case against local boxer Adrien Broner, who is accused of knocking a man unconscious and then robbing him outside a Madisonville bowling alley. Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters said he requested a special prosecutor because one of his friends, described by officials as a businessman, has tried to be a mentor to Broner.

“He’s just a very good friend of mine,” said Deters, who declined to name the man. Deters said he wanted to avoid any perception of impropriety. Hamilton County Common Pleas Judge Robert Ruehlman on Thursday appointed Cincinnati-based attorney, Michael Tranter, to handle the case. Also Thursday, Broner, 26, was formally indicted on robbery and felonious assault charges.

Court documents say Broner on Jan. 21 pointed a handgun at a West Chester man during a betting dispute, knocked him unconscious and robbed him of $10,000. The incident has also led to a lawsuit against Broner, who lives in Westwood, according to court records...

Boxer Adrien Broner indicted on assault, robbery charges

April 14, 2016 2:45 PM - CINCINNATI (AP) -- Boxer Adrien Broner was indicted Thursday on assault and robbery charges, the next step in prosecutors' case against the former WBA super lightweight champion. The charges arise from a lawsuit filed by a man who accuses Broner of pointing a handgun at him during a dispute over gambling in January and knocking him unconscious.

Broner was indicted on an aggravated robbery charge, a first-degree felony that carries a maximum sentence of three to 10 years. He also was indicted on second-degree charges of felonious assault and robbery, which carry sentences of two to eight years. Bond was set at $100,000. No date has been set for a pretrial hearing...

Adrien Broner Arrested And Jailed For Probation Violation And Trouble Strikes In His Personal Life With Claims He Cheated On His Fiancée

Adrien Broner's second mug shot taken this month

For years the Judiciary Report has been imploring former four time boxing champion, Adrien Broner, 26, to calm down and forsake his wild ways (2014's How To Reap The Benefits Of Boxing While Avoiding The Pitfalls and last week's "Boxer Adrien Broner Pleads Not Guilty To Assault And Robbery"). Yesterday, Broner was arrested in his home state of Ohio and jailed for 10-days on a probation violation. Broner was arrested in January 2015 for drunk driving. Broner told the arresting officer that he had made over $100,000,000 in his career as a boxer.

In July 2015, Broner was sentenced to 6-months probation and community service. However, Broner was arrested again in November 2015 for reckless driving, which constituted a probation violation. Broner made an appearance in court today, where he was sentenced to 10-days in jail. In light of how much time he could have been given, 10-days is not bad at all.

Adrien Broner and fiancée Arie

Broner has bigger problems on the horizon. He was arrested for assaulting a man in January 2016, which resulted in the victim needing 60 stitches. On April 4, 2016, Broner was granted $100,000 bail. There are some judges and prosecutors who will negatively take into account the fact he was arrested on a probation violation and jailed for days during his bail on another offense.

As stated in the column last week, Broner has made it out of very impoverished circumstances in Ohio, to attain fame and fortune. This makes what he is doing via repeat offenses all the more risky, as he has so much to lose as a rich, high profile figure. People will also sue for millions of dollars stating they are victims.

Adrien Broner's six children

There are some judges who will deviate from sentencing guidelines and punish people how they see fit. Where a person may have gotten probation or days in jail, judges have thrown the book at some for being repeat offenders, locking them up for months and years. Broner needs to stay out of trouble and throw himself on the mercy of the court in the assault case, as a father of young children and a husband-to-be, because if he is not careful, he could get locked up for a long time, especially if he keeps getting arrested. The judge will start looking at his priors and it will create problems for him.

Broner has a big family he is close to and a fiancée, who would miss him if he is sent to jail for years. Broner has also become accustomed to a wealthy lifestyle. If he is placed in prison for years, he will miss it. He has become used to having steak, lobster and wine. Prison meals are completely different - they are not the gourmet food he has become accustomed to eating. He is used to sleeping on luxury sheets/bedding. A small prison bed and rough sheets is not the same thing.

Alexis Sky

Instead of waking up at 5AM to train for a boxing match, it will be to do prison chores and with no boxing equipment in sight, which will derail his fitness as a boxer. Instead of fighting in the ring, he will have to fight off people in prison who may resent his fame and fortune, if he is transitioned into the general population. Adrien needs to think about all of that the next time he is in a situation that could get him into trouble. Learn to walk away from conflict.

Broner is also having trouble in his personal life. Rumors online state a woman from Instagram, Alexis Sky, has stated things online that led the public to believe Broner cheated with her on Arie Nicole, his fiancée and the mother of his two youngest children and is hiding it.

Boxer Adrien Broner Pleads Not Guilty To Assault And Robbery

Adrien Broner at his arraignment this week

26-year-old boxer, Adrien Broner, plead not guilty to assault and armed robbery at his arraignment this week, in connection with an incident of bowling alley betting that went wrong. After losing $8,000 betting, multi-millionaire, Broner went to his vehicle, retrieved a gun and punched another gambler in the face twice, splitting open his chin. The victim received 60 stitches. Broner has been arrested several times over the past 10-years for assault.

According to TMZ, the prosecution has no video of the assault, only sketchy audio. On the tape men are heard telling Broner to "chill A.B." A good lawyer will get that suppressed, if nothing incriminating indicating the crime is heard on the tape. It is Broner's word against the victim's potential testimony. Sadly, Broner has a penchant for engaging in this very type of assault outside the ring, which leads me to believe he did this.

Broner v. Theophane fight last week

Broner needs to make peace with the victim, pay compensation and stop engaging in these unlawful acts of assault (and robbery). He has so much going for himself, but is taking it for granted and risking his freedom and career. He has a pretty fiancée and lovely children. He needs to marry his fiancée and spend time with her, his children and parents. He also needs to dedicate himself more to his career (he failed to make weight last week and was stripped of his boxing title).

As these assaults keep happening, as attested by his criminal record, Broner could encounter a judge that decides enough is enough and sends him to jail. It could get even worse than that, as I've read cases regarding people getting into basic fights on the street and with one punch, hitting someone who falls over at a dangerous angle on the sidewalk, sustaining a severe head injury that results in death. People have been tried for murder in such cases, even though they did not mean to kill the person they punched.

Adrien Broner's mug shot from his most recent arrest

For Broner to make it this far, coming from poverty in achieving fame and fortune, only to end up behind bars would be sad. Then he would miss the simple pleasures of life, such as waking up and seeing his kids in the morning, spending time with his fiancée, visiting his parents and going wherever he feels like. Broner needs to stop jeopardizing everything he has worked for and most of all, stop hurting members of the public in street disputes.

Boxer Adrien Broner Turns Himself Into Police On Assault And Robbery Charges Posting $100,000 Bail Adding To His Long Rap Sheet

A troubled looking Adrien Broner posting on Instagram about turning himself in to police

Troubled 26-year-old boxer, Adrien Broner, has surrendered to police in his native Cincinnati, Ohio, on armed robbery and assault charges. Broner posted $100,000 bail and was released pending trial. In January 2016, Broner was gambling outside a Cincinnati bowling alley and lost $8,000. In an attempt to win his money back, Broner asked the unnamed man, who won the bets to continue gambling with him.

When the man refused, Broner went to his car, retrieved a gun, brandished the weapon, then punched him in the chin twice. The man’s chin split open as he was knocked unconscious. Broner then took the $8,000 back from the man and an additional $2,000 from his pocket, then fled the scene. The man was taken to the hospital and given 60 stitches.

Adrien Broner's mug shot from his most recent arrest

A warrant was issued for Broner’s arrest on March 24, 2016. Broner made an arrangement to turn himself in today. Broner is fresh off his controversial stoppage victory on April 1, 2016, against boxer, Ashley Theophane, which scored the biggest boxing ratings in Spike television’s history. 1,013,00 viewers tune in to watch the fight in America. The fight also aired on Spike in Britain.

This was not Broner’s first brush with the law. Broner was arrested last year for drunk driving and sentenced to 6-months probation and community service. In 2007, when Broner was a minor aged 17, he was arrested on three felonies for robbery and assault. When he turned 18-years-old, Broner was arrested for assault and battery. At age 18, Broner was also arrested for carrying a concealed weapon. At age 19 Broner was arrested for witness intimidation and aggravated menacing. In 2012, Broner was arrested for assault and battery. In 2013 Broner was arrested again for assault and battery.

Adrien Broner’s Arrest Record : A Courthouse Regular

March 24, 2013 7:23 pm - Adrien Broner is unquestionably a top talent in the ring, where he has dominated all opponents with ease to this point. Despite that he is just as well known for his interesting antics outside of the ring, especially in recent weeks. Just last week he was arrested and charged with an Assault and Battery in Miami-Dade County, Florida. In this it is well documented that he got into an altercation with a few men to where he allegedly “bit” a man on the arm during the fight...

His documented troubles began shortly before his 18th birthday in 2007 where he was arrested and charged on 4/3/07 with an Aggravated Robbery, and 2 counts of Felonious Assault and Battery (despite being a minor, due to the severity of the crime he was charged as an adult). All 3 of those charges were Felonies. He was able to be free’d after making a bail of $100,000 cash, but during this period he violated his bond when he was once again charged with Assault and Battery (a misdemeanor version) on 8/17/07. This charge was dropped nearly 3 weeks after.

Broner was acquitted of the 3 major charges as well that October, but this was only the beginning. In September of 2008 he was charged with Carrying a Concealed Weapon (another Felony), but once again was acquitted jury a jury trial 12 months later. During this time while awaiting trial he was unable to stay away from trouble again, being charged with an Intimidation of a Witness and an Aggravated Menacing in December of 2008. But this was dismissed 3 months later due to a lack of feasible evidence. That also counted as a violation of his bond.

He was able to stay out of the courtroom after this for nearly 3 years while he rose thru the ranks as an A-list prospect. But he was arrested once more just a few months ago on 12/21/12, for yet another Assault and Battery. This charge is still pending, and his next court date will be held in the upcoming future on an unspecified date. During this time once again he failed to live by the guidelines involved with his bond, with his recent Miami arrest...

Warrant Issued For Adrien Broner's Arrest On Charges Of Assault And Theft Carried Out At Gunpoint

Adrien Broner and Floyd Mayweather before their recent string of arguments. Mayweather has been telling Broner to calm down regarding his activities outside the ring.

Several hours after the Judiciary Report posted the article "Boxer Adrien Broner On The Verge Of Tears Slams Former Mentor Floyd Mayweather (Video)" to the site and blog very early yesterday morning, again imploring boxer Broner to take a more reserved approach in his life, a warrant was issued for his arrest. The TMZ website broke the story yesterday afternoon that back on January 21, 2016 at 3:30 AM, Broner was gambling at a bowling alley in his U.S. home state of Ohio and got into trouble.

Broner lost thousands of dollars in bowling bets and it is alleged he lashed out and beat a man at gunpoint, knocking him out, then retrieved the money. The injured man was transported to the hospital, where he was given 60 stitches (whoa, 60 stitches, why don't you fight like that in the ring instead of knocking civilians out, you could have beat Maidana LOL). Yesterday afternoon, authorities decided to charge Broner with felonious assault and aggravated robbery.

Broner is a millionaire. He didn't need the money. This episode was very unnecessary. Something else is going on with him and he is self-destructing under it. He needs to apologize and make amends regarding the injured man from the bowling alley. He also needs to get help lest what's going on inside him destroys him. I don't want that to happen to him. He has a lot of potential and has come very far.

Adrien Broner vs. Marcos Maidana

In past articles the Judiciary Report has repeatedly implored Broner to calm down and spend his time and money on family and educating himself. When you achieve financial success and are in the public eye, it is not difficult to get into trouble. The site has repeatedly implore entertainers and athletes to leave a certain element behind from their past, if what they do and encourage you to partake in is negative and or illegal. How is it "keeping it real" when people are encouraging you to do wrong in what could take your freedom and fortune. There's nothing wrong with having rich or poor friends. It is not a question of money, but the mentality they possess. If they have the wrong mindset it will corrupt you at some point or another.

I  remember reading about the late boxing trainer Cus D'Amato and his struggles with keeping boxer Mike Tyson on the straight and narrow. When Tyson was 15-years of age, D'Amato took him into his home and began training the troubled youth as a boxer. Tyson had a rough start in life, due to his parents involvement in crime. D'Amato taught him discipline by making him exercise/train as a boxer and clean up the house, doing chores on a regular basis. However, D'Amato noted there were times after he moved Tyson out of the boxer's native Brooklyn, that he had to go searching for and retrieving him, lest he fell back in with the same crowd he got into trouble with in the first place.

Adrien is detached from reality, as evidenced by a text message between himself and ESPN boxing analyst, Dan Rafael (Um, what's up with your phone battery LOL).

Broner is also hanging around people with the wrong mentality, such as Miami rapper Rick Ross, who is a violent, thieving man known for getting into criminal trouble. Ross has criminal cases against him for violent behavior. Ross, a former prison guard in Miami, adopted the persona of incarcerated drug dealer Freeway Ricky Ross and has been trying to become him, in violation of the drug dealers image rights (Right of Publicity and the Lanham Act). Freeway took great exception to this mimicking and denounced Ross for this behavior in a $10,000,000 lawsuit (Freeway mysteriously lost the case in what warrants a proper judicial review for denying someone their image rights as a human being and as Warner Bros was involved, an entity known for bribing federal and Supreme Court judges with stock, it's clear what transpired here).

Ross also promotes rape through his music and has an album that is sick and seriously blasphemous against God. Ross, apart of Hollywood's so-called "Illuminati" which is steeped in the occult, greatly offended the church in America with a particularly contemptible album. One of my friends in Miami, who knew Ross growing up, stated he was not a thug and was working as a correctional officer. However, trying to adopt a tough rapper image, Ross has been breaking the law in violently beating up people in Georgia (and other states) and in one incident a man was murdered at Ross' Miami house. This is not good company of Broner to be keeping, as Ross and company are headed for serious trouble. However, that's his choice.

Adrien Broner's next fight is against British boxer Ashley Theophane

A few weeks ago, I was pleased to learn that Broner had proposed to his longtime girlfriend, who is mother of his two children. Broner made the announcement on Twitter a few weeks ago and I congratulated him on the social networking site. For Broner to get on the right path in life he is going to have to settle down. Getting married and spending time with his wife and children will do him a world of good and vice versa. Spending time working on his boxing, rather than partying and gambling with people who love to carouse, will also be more beneficial to him. He is a millionaire in his twenties and needs to make the most of the advantages he has been blessed with. Do not lose everything you have worked for over foolishness. Avoid certain people and situations, lest they cost you everything.

Broner was arrested last summer for reckless driving while intoxicated. He was given six-months probation, which he successfully completed without rearrested. I am also of the belief Broner needs to go to rehab. Broner is struggling with alcoholism and that is a dangerous thing for anyone, especially an athlete, as it will impact your performance in play, damaging your career and overwork the respiratory system and the heart while other bodily mechanisms try to compensate for the negative impact of alcohol abuse (Johnny Manziel Loses Contract With Cleveland Browns After Constant Drinking And Partying).

The Public Outraged At The Grand Jury Not Returning An Indictment In The Tamir Rice Murder

Tamir Rice

Yesterday, a grand jury in Cleveland, Ohio failed to return an indictment in the murder of 12-year-old, Tamir Rice. The young boy's killing occurred at the hands of police officer, Timothy Loehmann. This sparked outrage on social networking, as the public condemned the poor decision. The murder occurred when Loehmann and a fellow officer, Frank Garmback, were responding to an emergency dispatch call, regarding a person walking around with a gun the caller stated "might be fake." Ohio has an open carry law, meaning people are allowed to openly carry weapons in the state.

Tamir Rice left to die on the ground on police orders

Rather than maintaining a safe distance, as police are trained to do, Loehmann and his fellow officer drove right up to the 12-year-old with the toy gun in his hand and within 2 seconds shot Rice in the chest. Shortly after, when Rice's 14-year-old sister, Tajai Rice, rushed to his aid as he lay bleeding, she was pushed to the ground, dragged away from the dying boy, placed in handcuffs and thrown in the back of a squad car, in what is completely inexcusable and reprehensible conduct, she stated lacked "respect" and was void of "decency." Tajai stated, "I did not do anything wrong."

Tamir Rice's funeral

Loehmann and his fellow officer also refused to provide any first aid to the dying child. He was allowed to bleed to death with no oxygen via CPR. What kind of animals and savages treat anyone, let alone, children that way. It is mental derangement. And the mere fact a previous police department forced out and fired Loehmann for being a mentally unstable, emotionally volatile person, says he should not have been working anywhere as a police officer. He has proven them correct.

Tamir Rice's traumatized sister

You'd have to be crazy to think you did the world a service by murdering a 12-year-old boy, leaving him to bleed to death and manhandling his underage sister. It showed an absolute lack of humanity and no compassion whatsoever. You've disgraced the government and no cover-up via a poorly presented case to a grand jury is going to change the nation or world's opinion on this matter. How the local government presented such a poor case the grand jury failed to see the blatant violations of police protocol and civil rights violations is quite telling. They clearly wanted Loehmann to walk free for doing the unthinkable, otherwise they would have presented a better case.

Tell me, where at the police academy do they train police officers to drive straight up to a person, especially a minor, creating an unsafe distance, then within 2 seconds fire a bullet to the chest of a child you were clearly told probably had a fake gun. And don't state you did not know he was a child, bringing up his size 36 pants. One look at his pictures online and you can instantly tell he was an underage minor. If anyone treated a (future) child of Loehmann or Garmback as they did Tamir, they would be enraged and demand justice.

Timothy Loehmann

The message you have sent the nation and the world is black lives do not matter, even when it is that of a 12-year-old child. In similar situations, white people of various ages were safely brought in, even after waving guns at police and physically attacking. The minute Loehmann and his partner saw little black Tamir, they drove straight up to him, in violation of police protocol and shot him in the chest in the blink of an eye, as the phrase goes. Then refused to give him any aid, with the intent of him dying. Case closed. Once again it is clear, to some police in America, black lives don't matter, when all lives matter. The double standard is there. It is blaring. It is cruel. It is wicked. It is inhumane. It is un-American. And it is you - every time you kill an unarmed minority, with no thought to the preservation of life, in situations where murder can be avoided.

Judge Finds Probable Cause For Murder Charges Against The Police Officer Who Shot And Killed 12-Year-Old Black Boy Tamir Rice

Judge Ronald B. Adrine has gone on record recommending police officers, Timothy Loehmann and Frank Garmback, be charged with the murder of 12-year-old Tamir Rice. The young boy was in a Ohio park playing with a toy gun. A woman called police to report the incident, but did emphasize the gun was probably fake, though it was scaring a few people.

Police officers Timothy Loehmann and Frank Garmback were dispatched to the park to investigate what was transpiring. However, rather than handle the situation diplomatically, Loehmann opened fire, killing Rice. His death caused outrage among the public. Judge Adrine stated, "There appears to be little if any time reflected on the video for Rice to react or respond to any verbal or audible comments."

It was later revealed, the Independence Police Department had declined to keep Loehman as a police officer, due to poor gun performance issues. A senior officer at the Independence Police Department stated in his report prior to Rice's murder, "He (Loehmann) could not follow simple directions, could not communicate clear thoughts nor recollections, and his handgun performance is dismal...show a pattern of a lack of maturity, indiscretion and not following instructions...due to this dangerous loss of composure during live range training and his inability to manage this personal stress, I do not believe Ptl. Loehmann shows the maturity needed to work in our employment. I do not believe time, nor training, will be able to change or correct the deficiencies."

Police Officer Who Shot And Killed 12-Year-Old Black Boy Was Initially Rejected From The Police Force As 'Mentally Unprepared' And 'Weepy' With Poor Shooting Performance (Video)

12-year-old Tamir Rice was shot and killed at a public park in Cleveland, Ohio, after someone made a call to emergency services to report he was playing with a toy gun. It is being stated the dispatcher did not communicate to responding police officers sent to the scene that the gun in Tamir's possession appeared to be fake.

Two officers drove up to Tamir and the park and one of them, Timothy Loehmann, 26, immediately opened fire shooting the boy directly in the stomach, killing him. It turns out the alleged weapon was an "airsoft toy pistol." Further investigation by Cleveland.com revealed, Loehmann has a a very poor record as a police officer.

Timothy Loehmann

Deputy Chief Jim Pollack of the Independence Police wrote regarding Loehmann, "He could not follow simple directions, could not communicate clear thoughts nor recollections, and his handgun performance is dismal." Pollack further states Loehmann's conduct during incidents, "Show a pattern of a lack of maturity, indiscretion and not following instructions" and "due to this dangerous loss of composure during live range training and his inability to manage this personal stress, I do not believe Ptl. Loehmann shows the maturity needed to work in our employment. I do not believe time, nor training, will be able to change or correct the deficiencies."

Loehmann was given the option of resigning as opposed to being fired when he quit his post with the Independence Police. However, he obtained employment with the Cleveland Division Of Police, who now state they did not review Loehmann's personnel records from the Independence Police. He is clearly not fit to be a police officer. This was a horrifically poor judgment call. Many are asking why the child was not tased, rather than shot to death.

Abducted Cleveland Trio Suffered Repeated Rapes And Miscarriages From Severe Beatings By Pedophile (Video)

Three Cleveland, Ohio girls, Amanda Berry, Georgina "Gina" DeJesus, and Michelle Knight, who were missing for almost a decade, were finally found after one was able to signal for help. The abductions occurred when they were between the ages of 14 and 21.

The trio was abducted by Ariel Castro, who kept them in a basement, bound by rope. They were subsequently raped and repeatedly impregnated. Due to severe beatings, many miscarriages occurred (Knight was beaten so badly she suffered hearing loss). Only one pregnancy was brought to full term, with Berry having given birth to a daughter, who is now six-years of age.

The trio was freed after a neighbor, Charles Ramsey and Angel Cordero, heard Berry’s cries for help. They kicked a hole in the bottom of the door and rescued Berry. Police were called and they searched the house and freed the other two abducted women, DeJesus and Knight.

Castro was arrested on May 6, 2013 and charged with kidnapping and rape, among other serious charges. His rap sheet has a number of violations from domestic violence to traffic infractions.

My heart goes out to them. Their ordeal was horrific. I hope in time they will be able to heal and find peace and happiness in life.

More Troubling News For President Obama As Mitt Romney Takes The Lead In Polls Covering Key States Florida And Ohio

Mitt Romney and Barack Obama

Polls continue to spell trouble for President Barack Obama. With America only days away from the November 6, 2012 presidential election, not only is Republican challenger Mitt Romney leading President Barack Obama in national polls conducted by Gallup and Rasmussen, he is now ahead of him in political key states Ohio and Florida.

Barack Obama

Previously, Obama held the lead in the aforementioned polls and states, but since the time of the first debate, Romney took the national lead. This past weekend, polls also began to reveal Romney now has the lead in Florida and Ohio, two states that have played a key role in determining U.S. Presidents. A new poll by the bipartisan group Battleground has stated, "Its 'vote election model,' is projecting that Mitt Romney will defeat President Obama 52 percent to 47 percent."

Mitt Romney's new slogan is "We (America) can't afford four more years of Barack Obama"

Political analysts have stated early voting usually benefits Democrats, whereas Republicans tend to vote on election day. However, in another twist, Hurricane Sandy has brought early voting to a halt in several major East Coast states, as noted by numerous publications watching the storm. As the phrase goes, Obama truly is facing "the perfect storm" and in more ways than one.

Warning: video contains violence and profanity

The alleged blow led to the elderly bus driver decking Lane and booting the woman from the bus. Lane refuses to comment on those claims and the bus driver has been removed from his post. Naturally, the bus company will end up on the receiving end of a lawsuit, over conduct precipitated by Lane and made much worse by the bus driver's violent actions. If it is proven Lane hit the driver first, he may sue or countersue her, claiming it was self-defense.

Man Tried To Attempt Copycat Murders At Batman 'The Dark Knight Rises' Cinema Showing

37-year-old Scott Smith was arrested in Cleveland, Ohio, after entering a movie theatre showing the violent film "The Dark Knight Rises" with a gun (9mm Glock), ammunition and four knives. An off duty police officer doing security at the cinema became suspicious when Smith brought a large bag into the venue and sat with his back to the wall at the very back of the cinema.

He was arrested shortly after and police discovered Smith was not licensed to carry a gun. A search of his home revealed more guns, ammunition, gas masks and bullet proof vests. This marks the third security alert that has occurred in America at a showing of the "Dark Knight Rises."

Previously, a fight and stampede broke out in one theatre and threats were exchanged, while in another incident, shots were fired outside the theatre. In Mexico, a masked gunman robbed two theatres showing "The Dark Knight Rises."
