Hillary Clintonwas clearly not in a good place after the
announcement the FBI reopened a criminal investigation
into her mishandling of classified files. The probe stemmed
from Clinton's time as Secretary of State, under U.S.
President, Barack Obama. Last week, Clinton flew back to
Miami again to campaign for votes and was seen in a bar
drinking alcohol on a Sunday morning, which is frowned upon
in the South (because it's Sunday morning).
Tweets on Twitter about Hillary Clinton drinking in a
Miami bar
Clinton is very fond of alcohol. Clinton has been pictured
many times with an alcoholic drink in her hand. When she
lost the presidential primaries to Barack Obama in 2008,
Clinton was photographed drinking in public and drunk.
Clinton was out of it and swaying with a smirk on her face.
Things have not gone well for Clinton in Miami, Florida.
Hitting the bar on Sunday morning was not the only thing.
Singer/actress Jennifer Lopez held a concert in Miami in a
bid at assisting Clinton with the election, but the show was
rained out.

IT’S COME TO THIS=> Hillary Clinton Campaigns at Bar, In

FBI INVESTIGATION – Hillary Clinton campaigned at a Miami
bar, mid morning, on Sunday. There were a handful of people
there – and plenty of liquor. Bloody Mary Morning…
A Florida purse snatcher was caught on a gas station camera,
stealing a $300 purse out of a woman's SUV as she attempted
to fill her vehicle with gas. 32-year-old Janelle Della-Libera,
looked over just in time to see him remove her purse from
the vehicle. Della-Libera chased the thief, who fled to his
car.
She hopped on the hood of his car and began hitting him with
her wallet she had removed from her purse, prior to pumping
gas. She hit him several times, which caused him to drive
off with her on the hood. This resulted in the woman falling
off the hood of the car. The thief then ran over her leg.
Della-Libera was taken to hospital with a sprained ankle.
Woman leaps on the hood of purse snatcher's car
Della-Libera told the press, "He could have killed me. What
if he had a gun? What if he would have been more vicious?
The scenario could have played out so much worse." Indeed.
What Della-Libera did was brave, but very risky. Thankfully
she did not die as a result of the purse snatcher's conduct.
People must be careful not to keep their purse or wallet
with their money/bank cards/credit cards in their vehicle
while they pump gas or going into businesses. Thieves often
walk by vehicles looking for unlocked doors to steal cars or
items on display such as purses/wallets to break the window
of vehicles and stealing people's belongings. Keep your
purse/wallet on you. Some thieves in smash windows. For
years Florida has been plagued by people engaging in what is
known as "smash and grab." Some incidents left victims dead.
Woman attacking purse snatcher
This same man was accused of stealing a car days prior that
had a baby in the back seat. Police were able to apprehend
him. They have since discovered he was a felon who was
recently released from prison. Some people fail to learn
from prison, that it is a correctional facility meant to
rehabilitate bad behavior. I do believe people deserve a
second chance. However, what you do with that second chance
is up to you.
You can take your freedom and turn your life around or go
back to criminal behavior and end up in prison again. The
choice is yours. Do not make the unwise decision of
returning to crime. Make the most of your life in an honest
manner.
U.S. Presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton, has cancelled
another campaign stop, as she is suffering from the serious
side effects of a blood clot, blackouts and concussions, as
well as the debilitating symptoms that accompany
Parkinson’s. Last week, Clinton cancelled two campaign stops
to rest for four days, after she had an on camera seizure,
related to an ongoing blood clot (hematoma) brain trauma
that first surfaced in 2010. The video has been viewed by
many millions online and caused people to rethink her
ability to be President of the United States, as she is
clearly sick.
Clinton was very tired on Saturday due to Parkinson's
medication and pain meds, among other pharma drugs
Many of Clinton's interviews and public speeches have been
marred by violent, sustained, chronic coughing spells
indicative of her poor health. Clinton’s fading health has
repeatedly sidelined her for days at a time during the
campaign, resulting in the candidate missing important
interviews and events. Clinton loves attending fundraisers.
Therefore, for her to miss three fundraisers in a week and a
half, is an indication of how much her health is
deteriorating.
Clinton and company should not have stolen the election from
rival Democrat, Bernie Sanders, who was the better
candidate. Sanders could have made his way through the
campaign of a nominee far better and without all the
controversy Clinton has steadily attracted, due to past
government and business dealings that are packed with
impropriety.
There's also the question of popularity. Clinton's
popularity has waned. First her book "Stronger Together"
flopped last week. This week, Clinton’s most recent campaign
stop took place in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and attracted
200 people. The press is contrasting it with the fact
Clinton's rival Donald Trump drew 8,000 people the same day
in Estero, Florida. Trump's previous rally in Pensacola,
Florida drew 12,000 people. Clinton's rally in Tampa,
Florida drew 1,500 people.
Donald Trump said, "Sleep well Hillary. She needs some
rest."
Trump has been catching and surpassing Clinton in a number
of polls regarding the election. However, as U.S.
presidential elections are often heavily contested and other
factors sometimes enter the picture, the public will have to
wait until all the ballots are cast and counted. Hopefully,
everyone that wants to vote will get a chance to do so and
their vote will be properly counted. Everyone in America
should also abide by the final tally.
No more rigging or hacking the vote if it is not to
one's liking, as that's not what democracy is about.

‘Sleep well Hillary!’: Trump Comments on Clinton Campaign
Break
"She needs the rest!"
September 20, 2016 - GOP nominee Donald Trump is hoping his
opponent Hillary Clinton has a nice rest during her days
off. On Tuesday, the Republican presidential candidate
mocked the former First Lady’s six-day break via Twitter,
saying, “she needs the rest.” Trump’s comments come as
Hillary’s campaign schedule appeared bizarrely Hillary-less
for the next six days with less than 50 days to go before

Hillary was set to return to the campaign
trail next Monday at the first presidential debate,
according to TheAmericanMirror.com, however her schedule was
updated to add a campaign stop in Orlando, Florida on
Wednesday, September 21. The former secretary of state had
already taken several days off in the past weeks after her

pneumonia. Trump has made it a point throughout the campaign
to call attention to the Democrat nominee’s stamina, or lack
thereof...

George Zimmerman: and that's when he punched me in the
face
George Zimmerman was wrongly found not
guilty of murdering unarmed 17-year-old, Trayvon Martin,
after stalking him as a self-appointed neighborhood
watchman. Ever since his acquittal, Zimmerman has been
engaging in other acts of violence and arrogantly showing
off about getting away with murder. He did it one time too
many. While having a meal at a restaurant in Florida,
another diner over heard Zimmerman bragging about killing
Martin and punched him square in the face.
The unnamed man walked up to Zimmerman's
table and stated, "You’re bragging about that?" and punched
him in the face. Zimmerman called 911 and stated, "He
recognized me. He said he’s going to kill me. You need to
send like three or four cops." For someone bragging about
killing a kid, he sure turned into a punk when an adult
challenged him, demanding three or four cops for protection
(something Martin was not afforded).

James Loibl, shot her in the head and chest, as she extended
her arms to hug him, as she did other fans, at a meet and
greet in Orlando, Florida. The talented singer was the
opening act for the boyband Before You Exit. Both recording
acts were spending time signing autographs for audience
members and giving out hugs when tragedy struck.
Kevin James Loibl
Loibl, who had never met or spoken to Grimmie, built up a
non-existent relationship with her that existed solely in
his mind and became angry upon logging on to social
networking one day and discovering she had a boyfriend.
Loibl stalked Grimmie across the state of Florida to her
show in Orlando. The bullets to Grimmie's head and chest
proved catastrophic. Surgeons battled to save her, but she
was pronounced dead hours after the shooting. Loibl turned
the gun on himself and was also pronounced dead. This
nonsensical tragedy is appalling. She was only 22-years-old.
He should not have done this to her.
A Miami Police officer shot 46-year-old
therapist, Charles Kinsey, who was caring for his
23-year-old autistic student. Kinsey and the student were on
the ground. Kinsey, a black man, had his hands up in
surrender and was laying on his back stating, “Don’t shoot
me” and informed the officers his autistic patient had a toy
truck in his hand and not a gun.
The police officer opened fire shooting at
Kinsey three times. Kinsey was shot in the leg. Kinsey
exclaimed, “Sir, why did you shoot me?” The officer
responded “I don’t know.” Rather than get Kinsey help, the
officer cuffed and arrested him and his autistic patient.
Foul!
The officer’s name is being withheld by
North Miami Beach Police Chief Gary Eugene. It has since been
revealed police were trying to shoot the autistic man, which
is even worse on their part. The officer should face
criminal charges and be stripped of his badge, because if he
does something like this again, he could kill an innocent
person. Kinsey should sue them as well. However, police are
already discussing a potential settlement.
Police shot Charles Kinsey who was laying on the
ground, hands up in surrender and stating "Don't shoot me!"
Kinsey disabled, autistic patient sits beside him
understandably confused at why they are being criminally
harassed by police.
This is not the first time something like
this has happened in Miami. It reminds me of a similar story
regarding what transpired in Miami in 2011, regarding one of the
disabled adult students at the school my mother used to
teach.
All the students were wonderful, mentally disabled adults
who were learning life skills and how to function in the
world. It was great to see them grow as people in learning
everyday things you and I often taken for granted.
One of the disabled students who attended
the school was a 56-year-old mentally impaired black man named Ernest. He was a kind,
sweet and humorous man, who due to his mental disability,
had the mental age of an 8-year-old. He was a very nice man
and good person loved by all who knew him. He would say
things that made people smile or laugh.
One day he found a toy gun on the street
that fascinated him. Officers confronted him. An officer yelled at him
regarding the toy, believing the
gun was real and shot and killed him. Ernest's neighbors on
the street stated to reporters that police should have known
he was disabled. If they had talked to Ernest for even a few
seconds they would have realized he was mentally disabled.
However, they didn't bother. They killed him instead. Everybody
was devastated. Ernest was killed like his life wasn’t worth
anything. He didn’t deserve that. Nothing came of the
incident, as the police officer got away with it, while Ernest
lost his life. It was not right. However, that's the justice
system for you - corrupt.
Charles Kinsey reenacts the shooting in the hospital
to illustrate the injustice that transpired against him
It was piss poor police work. And this is
what troubles me about so many incidents like this, the ease
and quickness with which some, not all officers, take a
life. Why be so confrontational. Why not exercise some
consideration for human life. Why not be negotiators instead
of adversarial individuals so aggressively confronting
others.
In some cases select officer are putting
themselves in trouble in going right up to people then
killing them (Alton Sterling, Tamir Rice, Philando Castile,
Eric Garner and many others). Why not maintain a safe distance and negotiate
with the subject. Talk to them from a safe space. Even use
the bull horn from your squad car. Why charge right up to
people and shot within seconds, then claim your life was in
danger. That’s a load of crap. You put your life in danger
doing that and often against unarmed people.
If criminals open fire on police, then yes,
officers' lives are most certainly in danger. But to shoot at a
person who has their arms up in surrender or has their back
turned to you running away is patently wrong. That’s not
justice. That’s an execution. That’s vengeance. That’s anger
and vindictiveness stating through actions, "How dare you run away from me."
N. Miami Beach Officer Shoots Mentally Disabled Man
Carrying Toy Gun
August 31, 2011 11:15 PM - North Miami Beach
Police are piecing together an officer-involved shooting
that left a mentally disabled man dead early Wednesday
evening. Officers tell CBS4′s Natalia Zea that a man
carrying a rifle was seen walking through a neighborhood in
the area of Northeast 155th Terrace and 14th Avenue.
Witnesses say the man even pointing the
rifle at a dog at one point. Police say several neighbors
called 911 to report the incident. Police say when officers
arrived, there was some sort of confrontation and one
officer to open fire on the man. But their investigation
revealed that the “rifle” was in fact, a realistic looking
toy. The injured man was taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital
where he later died.
Family members say the man police killed is
56-year-old Ernest Vassell. “They murdered him in cold blood
for a toy gun!” cried Vassell’s older sister Claire Harding.
“That’s no reason for you to kill somebody!” Vassell’s
sisters say they have never seen him with a toy gun, they
believe he must have found it somewhere. They say he was
mentally disabled after a brain injury as a child and that
he has never been violent.
“They could tell him to drop the gun, they
say they told him to drop it and he raised his hand, he
probably raised his hand to hand them the gun because he is
afraid of police,” said Harding. The family is demanding
answers and changes to the North Miami Beach Police
Department. “They should train these police officers
better,” said Harding. “This is ridiculous, they just go
around killing people for nothing.”
Police maintain the toy gun appeared to be a
real rifle. One officer is on administrative leave while
police and the state attorney’s office investigate.
What is wrong with the
FBI. For years, in case after case it has been revealed, the
Federal Bureau of Investigation engaged in criminal
negligence in allowing dangerous criminals to roam free,
rather than locking them up for unlawful speech and illegal
conduct. A new press report indicates the FBI investigated
Omar Mateen in 2013, after he made comments promoting
violence and terrorism, but let him go stating "He won't go
postal." In America the term "postal" refers to a time
period where employees of the U.S. Postal Service snapped
and engaged in acts of extreme violence.
Mateen repeatedly made
threats and promoted terrorism, which is a serious crime
under U.S. law. However, the FBI couldn't be bothered to
arrest him. Mateen went on to murder 49 gay and lesbian
people at Pulse nightclub in Orlando, Florida, in what was a
horror scene. The families and friends of the victims will
not be happy to know the FBI could have prevented the
tragedy by simply doing their jobs. However, this is chronic
misconduct by the FBI, ignoring warnings about September
11th, the Boston Marathon bombers, the Underwear bomber in
Detroit, Fort Hood shooting and many other notable and
terrible tragedies the agency could have prevented, had they
heeded credible foreign government and civilian warnings.
At the end of the day,
the more tragedies happen, the more money the FBI can
extract from U.S. Congress. Official reports have concluded
FBI management told agents to let work back up, so they
could get more money from Congress in funding. Then there's
the issue of hundreds of millions of dollars that have gone
missing from money Congress gave the FBI.

The Politico website reported Donald Trump has surged past
Hillary Clinton in a Quinnipiac poll in key swing states for
the November 8, 2016 U.S. presidential election. Trump is
leading Clinton in the swing states of Florida and
Pennsylvania, which often determine the winner of the
election. Trump is also tied with Clinton in the key swing
state Ohio. Florida, Pennsylvania and Ohio are considered
must win states for any U.S. presidential candidate.
Hillary Clinton
Clinton's campaign has taken a serious hit after the FBI
Director, James Comey, called her a very careless woman who
broke U.S. law, but because she is rich and famous, the
so-called law enforcement agency will not charge her with
the crimes appropriate for her criminal misconduct. Clinton
deliberately violated U.S. law in the mishandling of
classified information, via maintaining a private email
server, with no computer security. Clinton's server ended up
hacked by communist nations. Clinton's conduct exposed a
large amount of U.S. top secret information to America's
rivals.

Swing-state stunner: Trump has edge in key states
07/13/16 06:00 AM EDT - Did Donald Trump
really just surge past Hillary Clinton in two of the
election's most important battlegrounds? New swing-state
polls released Wednesday by Quinnipiac University show Trump
leading Clinton in Florida and Pennsylvania — and tied in
the critical battleground state of Ohio. In three of the
states that matter most in November, the surveys point to a
race much closer than the national polls, which have Clinton
pegged to a significant, mid-single-digit advantage over
Trump, suggest.
The race is so close that it's within the
margin of error in each of the three states. Trump leads by
three points in Florida — the closest state in the 2012
election — 42 percent to 39 percent. In Ohio, the race is
tied, 41 percent to 41 percent. And in Pennsylvania — which
hasn't voted for a Republican presidential nominee since
1988 — Trump leads, 43 percent to 41 percent.
The Washington Times posted a report which stated Miami has
been voted "the worst place to live." The article stated of
the study, "No city in the United States is worse to live in
than Miami." It's a terrible and dubious distinction, given
to Miami due to the sheer levels of corruption in the city,
among other things. Thanks to this corruption, which only
begets crime, Miami is not considered a model city, which is
indicated by the Washington Times article.
Considering the harrowing
nightmare my family and I faced in Miami for years,
thanks to a sick, bribe issuing Hollywood cult and the
corruption of the FBI, in tandem with local government and
the court system, roped into helping them do
the unthinkable, I'm not surprised Miami has been
voted "the worst place to live."
Innocent people have been brutalized and killed in Miami in
deeds the federal and local government knew about and could
have prevented, but due to bribery chose to look the other
way and unconscionably let it happen. Yet, it's amazing how
after the FBI disgraced Miami to America and on the world
stage with millions have read about the corruption and
taking a dim view of it, the FBI left Miami, relocating to
another city in Florida, ensconced in Broward County.
The FBI could have picked anywhere to relocate the FBI's
Miami office within the city limits. However, the FBI chose
a city outside of Miami, well outside the Miami city limits,
to put the new Miami FBI office. Let that sink in, the Miami
FBI office IS NOT EVEN IN MIAMI. It's one of the dumbest
things I've ever seen. But the FBI knows why it hightailed
it out of Miami...
Another thing the government needs to let sink in regarding
their corruption that has greatly damaged Miami's name in
the aforementioned study, even with poison water in Flint,
Michigan - 49 people being unjustly killed in an Orlando,
Florida night club shooting, a singer fatally gunned down in
an Orlando, Florida theatre and a beautiful child being
killed by an alligator at Disney in Orlando, Florida...Miami
still beat those cities as "the worst place to live."
At the end of the day, it is the government's fault Miami
has been given such a dubious distinction. The government
are supposed to be the gatekeepers who maintain law and
order, evenly distributing justice. The government are the
gatekeepers, who are supposed to make sure people aren't
being ripped off, homes stolen, working for low wages at
arduous jobs and subjected to human rights abuses. What has
negatively transpired in Miami is what the government has
corruptly allowed.

Not so sunny: Miami tops list of the 50 ‘worst cities
to live in’: report
Tuesday, June 28, 2016 - It is a city said
to be glamorous, historic, scenic, vibrant and charming.
Nonetheless, Miami has been named the absolute “worst city
to live in,” according to a meticulous new analysis of
demographics and other data. Researchers from 24/7 Wall
Street, a consumer and financial advisory site, based their
conclusions on U.S. Census Bureau statistics from 550
American cities with populations over 65,000. They collected
numbers on categories such as crime, economy, education,
environment, health, housing, infrastructure, and leisure to
make their judgments.
“While people love and hate cities for any
number of reasons, there are some objective measures by
which all cities can be compared,” wrote Thomas Frolich and
Samuel Stebbins, who led the research. “Based on a range of
variables, including crime rates, employment growth, access
to restaurants and attractions, educational attainment, and
housing affordability, 24/7 Wall Street identified America’s
50 worst cities to live.” The Florida showplace landed at
the top of the roster.
“No city in the United States is worse to
live in than Miami. The city’s median home value of
$245,000 is well above the national median of $181,200.
However, with a median household income of only $31,917 a
year, well below the national median of $53,657, most of
these homes are either out of reach or a financial burden on
most Miami residents,” the authors noted in their rationale.
“Like most of the worst cities to live in, more than one in
every four people in Miami live in poverty.”
The Florida showplace landed at the top of
the roster. They also cited “citywide violence” along with
rates of incarceration, unstable employment, lower cognitive
functioning among children, and “anxiety.”...
As beautiful 2-year-old boy Lane Graves is
laid to rest in Nebraska, after a fatal alligator attack
that occurred at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa in
Florida, new video has surfaced illustrating the problems
transpiring regarding dangerous animals in what is billed,
"The happiest place on earth."
Video has surfaced of an employee at
Disney’s Splash Mountain fending off an aggressive alligator
that kept assertively moving towards him, a few feet from a
the ride containing tourists. The employee hit’s the
aggressive gator on the face/nose to force the beast back
into the water. What is alarming is that the alligator came
so close to the tourists on the ride. It is also a point of
concern that a Disney employee has to fend off gators on the
job, as it has to be stressful and disconcerting. The gators
pose a threat to tourists and employees alike.
Florida is mostly swamp and sand. Over the
decades, construction sites have brought in rocks and use
cement to lay foundations to facilitate building structures.
Miami Beach, Florida also had to be reinforced with rocks in
order to build on it decades ago. Disney was built on
alligator and snake infested swamp land that was purchased
at rock bottom prices, due to the dangerous inhabitants.
Where Disney went wrong was building an artificial pond,
known as the Seven Seas Lagoon, around its rides and resort
hotels.
They should have just cleared the land and
kept it free from artificial bodies of water to limit the
number of dangerous animals. They should have also walled in
the hotels with security gates. Artificial ponds/lagoons
gives an appealing appearance, but was a bad idea in said
Southern setting, due to the deadly animals that live in the
region.
The fake Seven Seas Lagoon connects to
actual natural bodies of water in Florida that are home to
ferocious alligators and snakes. This provided easy access
for the natural wildlife in the area to move into the
artificial Seven Seas Lagoon at Disney via simply swimming
and slithering into it. These wild animals are behaving like
their habitat is being encroached upon by unwanted visitors
(humans). There are approximately 1.5 million alligators in
Florida. The closer you live to a body of water, the more
likely it is you will see or encounter one.
Disney erred again in running ads showing
people standing in the Seven Seas Lagoon in front of
windsurfing gear at the Grand Floridian. Disney also
negligently encouraged tourists to sit on the manmade beach
day and night, knowing there are alligators in the water,
who do walk on land. They don’t just walk a little on the
shore and then retreat. There are many gators who have
walked lengthy distances on land at different intervals at
various speeds. Looking at the videos and photos that have
surfaced showing alligators popping up at different
locations in Disney World is very jarring. It is insane that
Disney encouraged guests to frequent a gator infested
beach.
2-year-old Lane Graves was killed in an
alligator attack at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa,
after he was snatched at the edge of the manmade Seven Seas
Lagoon, while wading in water that reached his ankles.
Lane’s father fought to free him from the ferocious gator,
but was unable to do so, due to the sheer strength of the
animal. Lane’s mother also jumped into the water trying to
free her son.
Many are speculating the family will sue.
It would be completely understandable, as they have suffered
a horrific trauma due to Disney’s negligence in encouraging
tourists to use a fake beach bordering an artificial lagoon
they knew had become infested with alligators. Disney placed
a “no swimming” sign on the fake beach, but it stated
nothing about alligators.
Lane was not swimming in the water, in
violation of the sign. He was standing in ankle deep water,
just like people in the Disney ad for the hotel. If Disney
had an alligator warning sign in the area people would not
have used the fake beach bordering the artificial pond.
Tourists from out of state (the Graves are from Nebraska)
and the international community do not know to beware of
gators in the state of Florida, but locals do. It is
generally not something tourists are told, as it is not very
glamorous.
Others have since come forward revealing
they were on the shore at the Seven Seas Lagoon and
confronted by aggressive alligators who charged at them.
Guests told Disney of the problem, but their concerns were
brushed off as insignificant. The mere fact Disney knew and
failed to take the proper measures to protect guests and it
resulted in Lane’s death, says they are liable.
Some lawyers do not have the best
strategy. They let their egos get the best of them, stating
they can beat and win any case. However, some cases aren’t
worth winning, as the cost to your name and that of your
client results in irreparable damage and public hatred. Not
to mention the damage it does to the Judiciary’s name.
Disney needs to settle with the Graves if
they sue, as it is the right thing to do under what must be
unimaginably horrible circumstances for the family. Disney
and their lawyers also need to watch what they say about the
case, lest the public pounces on them.
I’ve seen a few arrogant lawyers decide to
take the gloves off with victims in lawsuits only for it to
destroy their clients’ businesses and cause other potential
clients to run from them.
There is no question Disney is at fault -
from the bad advertising showing guests in the water to
numerous reports of guests complaining to staff about the
alligators, the evidence does not look good. And make no
mistake, if the public catches Disney in a dogfight with the
Graves family in court, they will take a massive financial
hit from locals and tourists turning on the resort.
In response to public outcry, over the death of
beautiful 2-year-old boy, Lane Graves, who was
grabbed and drowned by an alligator at the Disney
Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, whilst vacationing
with his family, the company states it will now
posts alligator warning signs on their properties.
Disney stated, "All of our beaches are currently
closed. We are conducting a swift and thorough
review of all of our processes and protocols. This
includes the number, placement and wording of our
signage and warnings. US Magazine revealed, "A
source told the newspaper that Disney World plans to
put up signs warning guests of alligators."
Disney knew of the alligator problem at its
resort. After Lane went missing, reports began to
surface of other guests who had encountered
alligators. Then tourist videos began to emerge of
alligators previously spotted at the Grand
Floridian. Yesterday a new video surfaced of an
alligator attempting to board a raft with guests of
the hotel.
Since Lane's passing, Disney has admitted that
prior to the fatal attack, they have been using the
Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to
catch "nuisance gators." This will not hold up well
in court, as it reveals they knew there was a
problem, but hid it from guests, opting to
occasionally remove alligators and place a generic
"no swimming" sign that could mean anything.
Signs
should have been posted warning guests of the
presence of alligators, but many people would not
want to visit the resort if they knew and that's why
Disney didn't do it. No one wants to pay $550 USD
per night to be confronted or attacked by an
alligator.
The Graves family issued a statement on the
passing of their son Lane, "Words cannot describe
the shock and grief our family is experiencing over
the loss of our son. We are devastated and ask for
privacy during this extremely difficult time. To all
of the local authorities and staff who worked
tirelessly these past 24 hours, we express our
deepest gratitude."
Excerpts from the autopsy done on little Lane was
released yesterday afternoon and revealed he died
from traumatic injuries (the alligator grabbing him)
and drowning, which the site did state two days ago
(as that's what alligators do, drown their prey).
However, Lane, unlike most alligator attack
fatalities, was found intact (gators often remove a
limb or more via doing what is known as the "death
roll"). This means the alligator did not do the
"death roll" instead opting to drop the boy a short
distance of 15 yards away from where the attack
occurred, which resulted in drowning. My deepest
condolences to Lane's family.

Shock and Grief’
June 16, 2016 @ 4:07 PM - The family of
2-year-old Lane Graves, who was killed by an
alligator at a Disney World resort in Florida on
Tuesday, June 14, has spoken out about the tragic
incident. Matt and Melissa Graves of Elkhorn,
Nebraska, said they were “devastated” by their son’s
death. “Words cannot describe the shock and grief
our family is experiencing over the loss of our son.
We are devastated and ask for privacy during this
extremely difficult time. To all of the local
authorities and staff who worked tirelessly these
past 24 hours, we express our deepest gratitude,”
the Graves family said in a statement on Thursday,
June 16, according to ABC News...
According to the Orlando Sentinel, a Disney
spokesperson issued a statement on Thursday, June
16, saying, “We are conducting a swift and thorough
review of all of our processes and protocols. This

signage and warnings.” A source told the newspaper
that Disney World plans to put up signs warning
guests of alligators...
In the June 11, 2016 article "Police
Confirm A Stalker Killed 'Voice' Star Christina
Grimmie Confirming Previous Site Claims" the
Judiciary Report also stated "There's nothing wrong with seeing someone on social
networking and wanting to date them. That's normal. However,
when it turns crazy like Loibl, an unhinged person who in
true stalker fashion clearly began thinking crazy, evil,
violent things about an innocent person (Grimmie), imagining
offenses that never occurred and hidden meanings in her
music and statements online, it can turn deadly. It is not
common that it turns into stalking and murder, but it has
happened. Loibl probably wanting to date Grimmie, may
have realized she liked or was dating someone and it
likely simmered and festered into illogical thinking
and ultimately murder."
Approximately a week later on June 16, 2016, a
report was released yesterday stating Grimmie's
stalker, Kevin James Loibl, was indeed in love with
her, thought they were getting married though they
didn't know each other, became enraged when he
discovered she had a boyfriend, then stalked and
murdered her. In Loibl's
crazy mind Grimmie, whom he did not know and had no
relationship with, had somehow betrayed him with her
boyfriend.
Christina Grimmie and Stephen
Rezza
Loibl worked with computers at the electronics
chain, Best Buy, as apart of one of their
Geek Squad teams. Loibl's coworkers on the Geek Squad
recently told police he was obsessed with Grimmie,
kept stating he was going to marry her and in a manner
that indicated he really believed they were getting
married and a wedding date was already set, despite
the fact they did not know each other. His co-workers did not think Grimmie
would like him and expressed said view. Loibl
decided to get contact Lasik eye surgery (to replace
glasses), hair
implants and went vegan to get trim and muscular
with the goal of marrying Grimmie.
Then, Loibl discovered Grimmie has a boyfriend. Pictures
were posted to Instagram showing Grimmie being
affectionately hugged by her boyfriend, who is
her producer, Stephen Rezza. Grimmie and Rezza made
a cute couple (they kind of look alike) and by all
accounts she was happy with her boyfriend. It was
her right to date whomever she felt like that was
interested in her as well.
Relationships can't be one-sided, but with
stalkers they always are, because one person has
invented the whole thing in their mind. In trying to
date and marry someone who did not know him, then
getting mad at her for having someone to the point
it led to murder, reveals serious mental issues.
Loibl claimed to be a fan, so he should have been
happy for her. However, stalkers are not fans, they
are crazy, evil minded people trying to own, control
and possess others in strange ways. Stalkers are
illogical and irrational. They are so detached from reality and
decency, they pose a serious threat to innocent
people.
Kevin James Loibl
Many people have spotted others online,
interacted with them and began dating them (in some
cases it led to marriage). Many fans have crushes on
their favorite celebrity and some even end up dating
them (once again, in some cases it led to marriage).
That's normal. However, to like someone you see
online or on TV, then get enraged because they have
someone and decide to kill them, is a whole other
matter. Loibl had no right to attack Grimmie. He
robbed a bright and talented young woman of her
life. She, like everyone else, deserved to find
someone and be happy with that person of her
choosing.

Christina Grimmie's killer
thought they were getting married
June 16, 2016 | 10:14am - Christina Grimmie's
killer thought they were getting married. The
obsessed fan who murdered “Voice” singer Christina
Grimmie tried to transform himself into a pretty boy
in a delusional bid to win over the songbird,
co-workers said. Kevin Loibl got hair transplants,
underwent Lasik eye surgery and even turned vegan to
shed pounds and become too-hot-resist to Grimmie,
the killer’s colleagues with Best Buy’s Geek Squad
told TMZ.
Loibl vowed to co-workers — who would tease him
about his infatuation with the singer– that he’d
someday marry Grimme, who rose to fame first on
YouTube, and then in the sixth season of NBC’s
singing talent show, “The Voice.” And he told them
he went to one of her concerts in March, and hinted
that he met her there. He also claimed that he
played online games with Grimmie, which a source
told TMZ was untrue.
The killer apparently became enraged when he was
shown pictures of Grimmie with another man, possibly
her boyfriend TMZ reported. His obsession turned
unspeakably violent last Friday when Loibl shot and
killed the talented 22-year-old singer after a
concert in Orlando.’ He fatally shot himself after
wounding Grimmie, who died the next day.
Christina Grimmie Killer Went
Under the Knife to Win Her Affection
6/16/2016 1:00 AM PDT - Christina Grimmie's
killer was on a mission to make himself so appealing
she couldn't resist him, and when it didn't work he
changed his plan to kill her ... this according to
his former co-workers. Various people who worked
with Kevin Loibl tell TMZ his infatuation with
Christina was boundless. He went on a mission to
change his appearance for her and, toward the end,
got hair transplants and Lasik eye surgery. He also
went vegan to lose weight.
He would also listen to her music at work and vow
she would someday be his wife. Loibl's Best Buy
co-workers say he went to one of Christina's shows
in March and hinted that he actually met her. The
co-workers also say the Geek Squad killer claimed to
have played online games with the singer. A source
close to the singer, however, tells us Christina
never had contact with Loibl.
And there's this. The co-workers say they teased
Loibl that he would never score because Christina
had a boyfriend ... her producer. That relationship
was never public, but pictures of Christina and the
guy together on social media made it pretty clear
... they were together. We're told that enraged
Loibl. That rage was vented last Friday after
Christina's show, when he shot her in the head and
then killed himself.
