Coroner's Report Reveals The Extent Of Singer Christina Grimmie's Injuries Inflicted By Stalker Who Murdered Her

Christina Grimmie

The coroner's report into the death of "The Voice" and You Tube star Christina Grimmie reveals obsessed stalker, Kevin James Loibl, shot her in the head and chest, as she extended her arms to hug him, as she did other fans, at a meet and greet in Orlando, Florida. The talented singer was the opening act for the boyband Before You Exit. Both recording acts were spending time signing autographs for audience members and giving out hugs when tragedy struck.

Kevin James Loibl

Loibl, who had never met or spoken to Grimmie, built up a non-existent relationship with her that existed solely in his mind and became angry upon logging on to social networking one day and discovering she had a boyfriend. Loibl stalked Grimmie across the state of Florida to her show in Orlando. The bullets to Grimmie's head and chest proved catastrophic. Surgeons battled to save her, but she was pronounced dead hours after the shooting. Loibl turned the gun on himself and was also pronounced dead. This nonsensical tragedy is appalling. She was only 22-years-old. He should not have done this to her.

Police State Gay You Tube Vlogger Faked Homophobic Assault

Calum McSwiggan's post on Instagram stating he was the victim of a homophobic assault

There is a rise in gay people faking hate crimes against themselves. Previously, the Judiciary Report wrote about the case of a gay man, who beat himself and set his home on fire, stating he was attacked by homophobes (Man Confesses To Police He Beat Himself Up, Carved Gay Slur Into His Arm, Set His Home On Fire And Filed Hate Crime Police Complaint Blaming It On Homophobia For Attention).

Another high profile case of gays faking homophobic attacks has surfaced. You Tube gay vlogger, Calum McSwiggan, has been charged with filing a false police report, for faking a homophobic attack on himself. He has also been charged with vandalism. The charges are misdemeanors, punishable by jail time and fines. He has been released on $20,000 bail pending trial or a plea deal.

McSwiggan filed a police report stating he was attacked by three homophobes outside a gay bar in Los Angeles, but police found no injuries on him. However, they did witness McSwiggan vandalizing a police car. Then, while they had him in custody and he thought no one was watching, police officers observed as he inflicted injuries on himself with "the handle and receiver of a payphone inside the cell."

Calumn McSwiggan's mug shot after faking homophobic assault

McSwiggan began to beat himself with the phone receiver, which due to their design and composition, can do a lot of damage to a person. McSwiggan used the payphone receiver to give himself three broken teeth and a head injury that required six stitches. McSwiggan blamed his injuries on homophobes outside the club and stated, "The authorities should have been there to help and protect me." This misconduct resulted in criminal charges being filed against McSwiggan.

There are gay people who have actually been attacked, some killed, over their sexual choices (Transgender People In Legal Trouble For Deceiving Straight People Into Sex While Others Are Killed Over Sexual Deceit ). It is wrong to attack anyone, gay or straight. People have a right to dwell in safety. Having written that, I must also state, going around faking hate crimes is a terrible idea. It will make the public less likely to believe gays who say they have been attacked. Remember the story of  "The Boy who Cried Wolf" and take note.

YouTube star Calum McSwiggan claims he was assaulted; deputies find no evidence

Wednesday, June 29, 2016 02:40PM - YouTube star Calum McSwiggan, known for his LGBT channel, claims he was brutally assaulted outside a gay nightclub in West Hollywood, but deputies say otherwise. McSwiggan called 911 early Monday morning, saying he was brutally assaulted by three men after leaving a nightclub, authorities said.

Los Angeles County sheriff's deputies who responded to the scene said they could not substantiate the assault claim, saying they could find no visible injuries on McSwiggan. Moments later, deputies arrested him for allegedly vandalizing a car. McSwiggan was booked and placed in a cell by himself at the West Hollywood station. That's when authorities saw McSwiggan injuring himself with the handle and receiver of a payphone inside the cell. He was rushed to the hospital for treatment. Later, he posted a photo on Instagram, saying it was the worst night of his life. McSwiggan claims to have three broken teeth and six stitches on his forehead.

22-Year-Old 'Voice' Star Christina Grimmie Shot Dead In Florida By Crazed Stalker

Christina Grimmie

22-year-old You Tube star, Christina Grimmie, who placed third on the 2014 edition of the television talent show "The Voice" was shot and killed in Orlando, Florida, while signing autographs for fans outside The Plaza theatre. The talented singer/pianist Grimmie and the boyband Before You Exit, held a concert at the venue, but trouble erupted at the meet and greet after the show.

A man opened fire on Grimmie as she signed autographs, shooting her in the head, then fatally turning the gun on himself, after the singer's brother tackled him. Grimmie was rushed to hospital and listed in critical condition. However, shortly after Grimmie was declared dead. This is so tragic and sad. She was someone's child. To die at 22-years old and in an act of violence, when all she wanted to do was sing, is terrible. He had no right to take her life away from her.

Ironically, Grimmie did a version of David Guetta's "Titanium" repeatedly singing the lyric "Shoot me down, but I won't fall." To most who've heard the song, it is just lyrics. However, to a crazed stalker, it's an invitation to do the unthinkable. Where normal people see, read and hear one thing, a lunatic interprets it completely differently and destructively. Stalkers imagine hidden meanings in words and statements that aren't there.

Stalking is a serious crime. It denotes serious mental illness. The sad fact of the matter is a number of stalkers resort to acts of violence against innocent victims, who have done them no harm. However, stalkers build up insane scenarios in their heads of imagine invitations, offenses, slights or provocations that simply never occurred.

Music Streaming Revenue Killers Companies Such As Apple Music Need To Be Mindful Of Regarding Sales

Drake at the launch of Apple Music streaming

The launch of Apple Music streaming service has given the music industry in America hope for new sales at a time revenues have hit record lows in the United States. Apple Music is an exciting new venture and one worth checking out. However, the Judiciary Report would be remiss if it did not state, until You tube is reined in, sales of music streaming will not be what it could be.

Drake

Without going into too many specifics, thousands of popular songs have been unlawfully uploaded to You Tube. There exists software that facilitates easy ripping and conversion of said songs, negating the need to buy music. Millions in sales are being lost in this manner. Music is also being streamed for free on You Tube.

An Offended Michelle Obama Glares In Anger As Saudi Arabian Men Refuse To Shake Her Hand During An Official Visit (Photos)

Michelle Obama frowning in Saudi Arabia after being snubbed

First Lady, Michelle Obama, accompanied her husband, U.S. President, Barack Obama, on an official visit to Saudi Arabia, after the death of King Abdullah. The president was greeted with handshakes, but his wife was snubbed (and her face showed it), as women are considered second class citizens in Saudi Arabia, who do not have the same rights as men.

Look at the expression on Mrs. Obama's face (LOL)

Mrs. Obama was required to walk behind her husband and not inline with him during the visit. There are news reports indicating an extremist edited Mrs. Obama out of You Tube footage of the official visit, for not covering her hair and wearing a bright blue jacket. Women in Saudi Arabia are not allowed to drive, must cover their hair at all times and wear black, loose fitting clothes that show no skin.

Michelle Obama is not impressed: Grim-faced First Lady meets the Saudi king as members of his entourage refuse to shake her hand

Published: 14:20 EST, 27 January 2015 | Updated: 21:26 EST, 27 January 2015 - Michelle Obama did not look happy on Tuesday when she had to cut short her visit to India to accompany her husband on a trip to a country where women aren't even allowed to drive cars. The First Lady bowed and beamed as she boarded Air Force One in New Dehli on Tuesday, but by the time she landed in Saudi Arabia a few hours later, she had traded her floral dress for a more conservative long-sleeved jacket and slacks - as well as a new scorned expression.

In pictures at the airport and Egra Palace, Mrs Obama pursed her lips and glared as she stood her husband who cancelled their trip to the Taj Mahal in order to pay respects to the Saudi royal family on the death of King Abdullah.

Outfit change: When the president and Mrs Obama left India on Tuesday, she was dressed in a floral dress. Though her husband wore the same suit and polka-dot tie when they landed in Saudi Arabia, Mrs Obama had changed into a long-sleeve coat and slacks to cover up in the conservative Muslim country.

While the oil-rich Saudis are America's biggest Arab ally, the relationship has come under increased scrutiny over the conservative Muslim country's questionable human rights record - including their treatment of women. In addition to not being able to drive, Saudi women must always have a male chaperone when going out in public, they can't try on clothes while shopping or open a bank account without their husband's permission. And despite most Saudi women being educated, they make up just a sliver of the work force...

Letting her hair down: Mrs Obama did not wear a headscarf on Tuesday, though Saudi women are required not to let any of their hair show in public. Western women who visit the country do not need to cover their hair, but conservative dress like the outfit sported by the First Lady is necessary...

Following the president and Mrs Obama's brief four-hour visit to Saudi Arabia on Tuesday, a video surfaced online showing the First Lady's image blurred out from video broadcast aired on a state television station. The video caused outrage from Westerners online, who thought Mrs Obama was edited out of the broadcast for wearing her hair uncovered and sporting a bright blue jacket. However, it appears that the video was actually edited by a third party with extremist views...

Man And His Wife Arrested In Separate Incidents After Filming The Killing Of Eric Garner By New York Police Officer (Video)

Something Strange Is Going On

Ramsey Orta, 22, filmed the killing of unarmed asthmatic, Eric Garner, at the hands of New York police officer, Daniel Pantaleo. Garner was killed by an illegal chokehold Pantaleo administered. Orta has since been arrested on weapons possession charges, regarding a gun he states he does not own and was not in his possession. Orta also states police have been showing up at his wife's place of employment, as a form of harassment.

Ramsey Orta

His wife, Chrissie Orta, stated he is being targeted over the mobile phone video he filmed and uploaded to You Tube showing Garner's death that was a direct result of police brutality and excessive force. The video has since been viewed 900,000 times on the You Tube page Orta placed it on and several million more times on other pages that have reposted the video. The video then hit mainstream news channels all over America, creating an even larger scandal.

Chrissie Orta

In a strange twist, Chrissie Orta was recently arrested by the same police force for allegedly attacking someone outside a store on Bay Street in Staten Island, New York. In her interview with PIX11 in New York, Orta spoke about her ordeal. She stated police began driving by their place and shining squad car lights in their window disturbing them at late hours as a form of harassment over the video exposing Garner's death at their hands. Orta also questions why police, who are trained in first aid, did not resuscitate Garner and left handcuffs on him, even as paramedics arrived on the scene and loaded him into an ambulance. Garner's pleas were ignored and he was allowed to die.

Producer Teddy Riley Lays Down The Law On Soulja Boy Regarding His Daughter (The Dangers Of Putting Too Much Private Info On Social Networking)

Soulja Boy and Teddy Riley

This week's episode of "Love And Hip Hop Hollywood" featured legendary music producer and singer, Teddy Riley, interrogating rapper Soulja Boy about dating his daughter Nia. Riley asked Nia to let him speak to Soulja Boy alone at the restaurant table, prompting her to excuse herself and go.

Riley, who became famous in the 1980s as a member of the singing R&B trio Guy, as well as producing many hits for various artists, was promiscuous to the point he fathered 10 children by different women. Prior to their first meeting at lunch, Nia informed Soulja Boy that her dad has 10 children, which left him in stitches.

Soulja Boy and Nia Riley

Riley grilled 24-year-old Soulja Boy who has dated Nia on and off for 8-years. Riley was puzzled as to why he has never met the rapper, after his daughter dating him for such a long time. Riley cut right to the point and asked Soulja Boy if he slept with his daughter on the first date. This prompted stuttering from Soulja Boy which should have indicated yes, but he managed to mumble out a no.

Riley also reproved Soulja Boy in stating, "I've seen you on You Tube with females videotaping you under the influence of drugs and alcohol." He was speaking of promiscuous Soulja Boy's sexual conquests. Riley began staring him down, as he was not amused.

The Judiciary Report has consistently maintained that people need to be careful regarding what they put on their social networking sites. There have been a number of reports from mainstream news outlets indicating potential employers are taking submitted applications and running the applicants names through social networking sites such as Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, among others, to gain an accurate picture of the individual.

To show off online, for people, many of whom you don't even know, then damage your professional and personal life as a result, is regrettable. It may seem like fun at first showing off online, but it can come back to haunt you in many ways that on the surface you can't imagine.

"Love and Hip Hop Hollywood" cast

Potential employers, sponsors, love interests and the family members of those you are dating or want to date, check social networking. If they see reckless items online regarding drugs, alcohol, sex, you with a different lover or love interest every other week or month, hateful statements or unprovoked vicious attacks on others, it will cause them to flat-out reject you. It can get you rejected from your dream job or the person you want most. It can change the course of your life, because people will interpret this as who you are. Think about it, what else do they have to go on if they don't know you.

Therefore, clean up your social networking pages and make them look presentable. Putting too much information out there can prove detrimental, depending on the nature of what is being placed online. When people visit your social networking pages, let them see a smart, skilled, responsible person in control of their life and faculties. Let employers or sponsors see someone they would want to hire for a good job, which means money in your bank account. Let the opposite sex see someone great and decent they would want to love in a relationship.

Bobby Shmurda And Other Stars Who Got Their Start On The Internet Should Learn From What Happened To Chief Keef

Chief Keef

I’ve always maintained there is talent on the internet waiting to be discovered. Case in point, singer Justin Bieber, was discovered online as a teen and went on to international fame. Rapper Chief Keef released his music via the internet and amassed such a following on social networking and You Tube, it caught the attention of labels and he was signed to Interscope Records on a $7,000,000 deal.

Rapper Bobby Shmurda is the latest star to emerge from humble beginnings on the internet. His song “Hot N***a” became the hit of the year among domestic and international audiences, before he even landed a major label record deal. He has since signed a major label deal (Rapper Bobby Shmurda Lashes Out Online About Not Being Paid For Concerts).

Bobby Shmurda

The internet can work for aspiring musicians and athletes, showcasing their talents to top tier management who can sign them and take their careers to new heights. However, after you make the internet work for you via Twitter, Instagram and You Tube, among other sites, you have to spend and invest your money wisely.

Chief Keef’s money problems after having roughly $2,000,000 go through his hands is a prime example of this ($1,000,000 record label advance and approximately $1,000,000 in earnings from shows, publishing ect...). Wild spending led to evictions and bumping heads with the people investing in his career. The latter resulted in the loss of a lucrative record deal and the remaining $6,000,000 of the deal (Chief Keef Dropped From Multi-Million Dollar Record Deal With Interscope).

Justin Bieber (the third black man in this article to get his start on the internet LOL)

By all means, stand up for yourself and retain your identity, but every battle needn’t turn into a war with those on your team. Do the right thing, but learn to compromise in a positive way, where necessary to preserve your career and interests.

Rihanna's 15 Minutes Of Fame Running Out As People Ignore Her In Public

Rihanna

This week troubled singer Rihanna was spotted walking through the Grove shopping complex in Los Angeles and the public ignored her. The attention seeking star had a perplex and concerned look on her face regarding the blasé reaction she received. Deluded Rihanna believes her own hype and has done very seedy things to get a career in the industry, not realizing how it all truly works. It's all been bought and paid for by her label and management. The majority of it is not real.

As it stands the public is tired of Rihanna's social networking fights, antics and publicity stunts, with no talent to back it up, as she can't sing, only strips. Her sales have been steadily declining for several years and her label has had to put more and more cash into buying advertising, paying select bloggers to write flattering articles about her everyday, buying her followers in bulk on  social networking, paying hackers to inflate her You Tube video counts and using connections to get her on more television shows. They are not making a good return on their investment.

Floyd Mayweather’s Latest Pay Per View Numbers Indicate He Needs To Choose His Next Opponent Very Carefully

Marcos Maidana v. Floyd Mayweather on May 3, 2014

Top grossing boxer Floyd Mayweather is facing a conundrum. His latest numbers from his May 3, 2014 fight against challenger Marcos Maidana, is said to have done 800,000 to 900,000 in pay per view sales. This is less than half the figures from his previous fight against Canelo Alvarez, which received over 2,000,000 pay per view buys in America alone, with additional purchases in Mexico. Despite the lower pay per view numbers, Mayweather still made $70,000,000 from the fight.

Floyd Mayweather

A few things contributed to lower sales. Many Americans did not know who Maidana is and skipped paying the hefty $70 pay per view fee for a fight with a largely unknown challenger. Roughly an hour after the fight, people had already ripped and uploaded it to YouTube, using Twitter to alert people to the external free link for the bout. Within 24 hours, one free YouTube page alone had 25,000 views of the fight. Digital rights management did not do a sufficient job in quickly removing links and fans knew to expect it.

Manny Pacquiao

Another factor is people wanting and waiting for him to fight fan favorite, Manny Pacquiao, in a bout that has been repeatedly delayed. Pacquiao is ready to fight Mayweather. It is now up to Mayweather to make the fight happen. The fight has the potential to break pay per view records and go down in history as one of if not the top fight to date.

Chris Brown Lampooned On The Boondocks As His Song ‘Loyal’ Goes Gold

Warning: Contains inappropriate language and themes

The cartoon “The Boondocks” returned for its fourth season this month and lampooned singer Chris Brown and his legal troubles. The episode was made before Brown was detained, as he currently sits in jail on a probation violation. The show implied Brown keeps getting into trouble with the law to keep his name in the press and his career going. However, the Judiciary Report doesn’t believe for one second Brown wants to be in jail.

The show features parodies of Chris Brown and his lawyer Mark Geragos

The episode has a scene regarding a character suspiciously similar to Brown in name and looks, apologizing for fighting Nicki Minaj in the VIP, claiming he thought she was a robot sent from the future to kill him, like in the movie terminator. However, Brown received some good news last week. This past weekend Chris Brown’s latest single “Loyal” hit 500,000 in sales reaching gold status in America. The video has also been viewed on You Tube 45,000,000 times.

As Chris Brown Sits In Jail His New Music Dissing Rihanna Shoots Up The Charts And Blows Up On YouTube

Chris Brown and attorney Mark Geragos

Chris Brown, who is currently in jail on a probation violation, released a new music video two days ago entitled “Loyal.” In the two days since its release, the video has received 5,000,000 views on YouTube and moved up the iTunes charts. The song contains the lyric “These ho*s ain’t loyal” with many online stating Brown is referring to on and off girlfriend Rihanna, who cheated on him repeatedly throughout their relationship, with music producers and executives, to further her career.

Chris Brown

In the meantime, Brown’s lawyer Mark Geragos is working to free the singer from jail. Brown has legal troubles on two coasts that threaten his freedom for the next four years. If Geragos can successfully strike a settlement in a fraudulent Washington case and convince Judge James Brandlin in Los Angeles that the removal of the aforementioned legal action means Brown should go free, he will be released from jail.

Rihanna and Drake a week ago. The couple were spotted going into the same hotel again yesterday.

Brown needs to change his reaction to negative situations, where he is confronted by people who want to provoke a fight and payday from exploiting his situation. If Brown does not implement and enforce a policy of calling the police and walking away from all confrontations, he is going to end up in jail again and for a long time.

Justin Bieber Slams People Blogging, Posting And Tweeting About Him...

Criticizing His Life

Justin Bieber

In the new issue of Teen Vogue, pop singer Justin Bieber slammed people writing critical items about him online. Bieber told Teen Vogue, "I don't read YouTube comments because those can get you sad. I see so much stuff on the Internet. Sometimes I just want to go to Twitter and just go after people. But then I just think twice: If someone is dissing me, I'm going to make this person way more famous by tweeting them. My Twitter is really nice. I have so many fans that I rarely ever see a nasty tweet."

I highly doubt Bieber or anyone else is going to make someone famous by going after them on Twitter. It could get the individual more "followers" on Twitter, but fame, highly unlikely. Sometimes mainstream celebrities take comments way more seriously than the person issuing them. A part of being famous means people will write and talk about you. At the end of the day it's free speech and free press (provided it's not defamation or a threat).

Bieber also briefly addressed claims he is having a meltdown by stating, "I'm very much in control." However, many people, including some of his fans, are concerned about him regarding the legal and social trouble in his life, keeping his name in the headlines via controversy.

Girl Burns Her Hair Off During Curling Iron Video Tutorial

This Is Why Hair Dressers Keep Making Money

Spotted at Straight From The A Blog

Young Tori Locklear decided to share her wealth of knowledge with the world on how to get that perfect curl. There was just one problem. She herself didn't know how either and burned her hair off, in one of the funniest tutorial videos on You Tube. Poor baby. Don't worry. It'll grow back. And the moral of the story is, Tori, don't curl your hair anymore (kidding).

Google's You Tube Strips Billions Of Views From Rihanna, Chris Brown And Beyonce Videos Claiming They Were Fraudulently Created By Hackers

Rihanna

The music industry is always trying to falsify something, to create hype for their artists, in attempting to make them look far more successful than they really are in real life. There's payola, where disc jockeys and radio stations are unlawfully paid money to play artists records more, as each time the song airs, it contributes to the single's chart position on Billboard.

There are payments issued to stations that specialize in music videos and pop culture, as inducements to play video clips and conduct interviews with artists to promote their albums. There's the Soundscan scam artists like Jay-Z employed via bribing select retailers to run each unit of their CDs through the register multiple times to inflate sales.

The latest scandal broke yesterday, regarding artists and their record labels employing hackers to artificially inflate the number of You Tube views they receive, which is used as a gauge for popularity. You ever wonder why some of the crappiest videos on You Tube have an enormous view count - well wonder no more. You Tube has come down on Universal and Sony for this practice of using hackers to fraudulently inflate their artists view count.

The sad part about this fraudulent conduct at radio, retail, television and online is it has so tainted the record books. The music charts and Guinness World Book of Records has become so tainted and inaccurate because of certain artists greed for glory and fame that is undeserved.

At the end of the day, I cannot understand how anyone could do any of the aforementioned deeds and feel any pride about said false achievements. It's all hype and fraud. Their careers are lies. Who in their right mind could be proud of such fakery and trickery. As the Judiciary Report has consistently maintained for years, history has a terrible way of correcting itself.
