Jay Z And Madonna's Floundering Tidal Sued For $5,000,000 Over Copyright Infringement In Not Paying Artists While Inflating Their Own Sales To Go Number One On Billboard

Madonna (also known as Gollum), DeadMau5, Kanye West and Jay Z at Tidal's ill-fated launch

A year ago, greedy entertainers Jay Z and Madonna, among others, bought the Aspiro music streaming company for $55,000,000 and tried to rip off Spotify's business model and software. They promised to pay recording artists more money than every other music streaming service if they signed up with the company. However, they lied. The company immediately began to struggle and was dead on arrival. A few months after Tidal's abysmal launch, Apple's long awaited music service debuted and finished off Tidal.

A year later, mainstream publications, as well as popular blogs, have branded Tidal a massive failure. Tidal is being financed via loan and personal funds to the tune of $55,000,000 which is a heavy debt load (in addition to operating costs). Tidal is not making anywhere near enough money to sustain itself or cover costs, hence their desperation manifesting via deliberate leaks, botching the releases of major record labels, to place said titles on their failing music streaming service. They are operating under the proviso that once an album is leaked, the record company will be forced to try to recoup costs via streaming on Tidal.

Jay-Z

This week, news broke that Tidal has been sued for copyright infringement regarding not paying artists. Yesh Music LLC artists, the American Dollar, sued Tidal for streaming 116 of its songs, reportedly 13,000 times and not paying them the proper royalties they are owed under standard industry agreements, which constitutes copyright infringement (The Judiciary Report did warn Tidal would rip artists off).

As usual, rather than own up to their illegal conduct, crazy liars Jay Z and Madonna are shifting all blame to someone else. The dumb duo are blaming the historic Harry Fox Agency in Hollywood for the gross underpayment (However, the band stated Tidal refused to pay them for many months, then lied about their numbers). Much like Tidal shifted all blame for the botched release of Rihana's "Anti" album, forcing record label Universal to brand them "incompetent" and further state, "This whole thing is absurd, we would have taken responsibility if it were our error." Jay Z and Madonna are too old to be this juvenile. It is a sign of mental problems.

Tidal Under-Reporting Record Sales Of Non-Owners To Shortchange Artists

Madonna the Gremlin

Lawyers for the band, the American Dollar, are stating Tidal is reporting fake numbers to them, in a scam that results in artists being paid less money. I can confirm Tidal is doing this, via keeping two sets of numbers/accounting records, regarding how many times each song is streamed on their service.

For instance, if Tidal streams an artist's song 500,000 times, the accounting/royalty statement to the artist will state they streamed it 50,000 times, allowing the greedy company to skim profits off the top. They play the song a maximum amount of times and due to fraudulent reporting, only pay a fraction of what is owed to the artist, because they are lying about how many times they actually streamed each tune. It is enabling Tidal to pay less money to the artists, via misrepresenting the number of streams.

Rihanna

This constitutes several federal crimes. Tidal would have to be audited by a computer specialist and accountant to gain the true figures. Only Tidal's owners have access to the real numbers for their own music and that of the artists who have signed up with the service. Everyone else is being lied to by the company, except its entertainer owners such as Rihanna, among others, whose streams are being grossly inflated to illegally place higher on the Billboard charts.

This has resulted in Rihanna deceitfully equaling Michael Jackson's record for the most number one singles in music history and it is criminally being done through fraud, robbing the late music legend of a musical honor that he legitimately earned. It's is disgusting and disgraceful. She can't even sing or dance properly for that matter.

Jay Z Previously Busted And Slammed For Sales Fraud

Jay Z and former Tidal CEO Peter Tonstad

This is not the first time Jay Z has been busted engaging in a sales scam. Years ago, the Billboard chart company, caught Jay Z red-handed bribing retailers to run the same copy of his CDs through the register multiple times to enable him to debut at the top of the charts. For example, when a customer bought one copy of a Jay Z CD, retailers were being paid to run the same copy through the register 3-7 times, which ridiculously inflated his sales. Billboard slammed him for it, as it corrupted chart results, giving him number ones he did not earn, while depriving other artists of their rightful place in music history.

I know the history of the music industry very well and what truly goes on. There were times in music history (up until Soundscan) where music retailers would phone in how many records, CDs and CD singles they sold. The numbers they reported would be completely inaccurate and inflated due to bribery, where some artists are concerned, to help them secure undeserved number ones on the music charts (see: Madonna).

Other scams include manipulating RIAA sales. Some people get excited when they hear their favorite artist's album has gone platinum. However, some record executive, such as Tommy Mottola, formerly of Sony, a man with ties to the Genovese mafia, routinely inflated sales of artists such as Mariah Carey, whom he later married after an adulterous affair for career promotion by the fame hungry star.

During the 1990s, you could go in any record store in America and find an excessive amount of unsold Mariah Carey CDs on the shelves, more than any other artist. That's because all the RIAA required for a gold (500,000 copies) or platinum (1,000,000 copies) certification is that the label ship the corresponding amount to retailers. You don't actually have to sell that amount to get the certification.

While Mariah Carey was a very gifted vocalist (her voice is very damaged now) Mottola's scam resulted in her having greater sales than Whitney Houston, Barbara Streisand and Patti Page, when she did not sell more albums or singles than the latter. She sold more than Madonna, but not Houston, Streisand or Page. Then, Mottola ripped off Carey, pocketing huge amounts of her actual sales and related products. Mottola, who was in his 40s, saw in an 18-year-old Carey, a great voice, a desperation for fame and a sucker he could exploit (but then she embarrassed him to the world).

Madonna, Jay Z And Rihanna Using Tidal To Inflate Their Own Sales

Jay Z and wife Beyonce

Jay Z, Madonna and Rihanna are using the computer staff at Tidal to inflate record sales. It is apart of the reason some of the original staff fled (Tidal Loses Three More Executives). The first notable incident occurred via Rihanna's "Anti" album, where Jay Z lied stating the album had been streamed 400,000 times on Tidal, the same night Samsung bought and gave away 1,000,000 copies of the flopped album for free to her fans. Those numbers don't add up nor did Nielsen or Billboard corroborate or authenticate said fake numbers from Tidal.

A new controversy has erupted, as Tidal has falsely claimed Kanye West's album entitled "The Life Of Pablo" which they botched the release of, has been streamed 100,000,000 times in two weeks, which is an outright lie (it's not even West's most talked about or popular album). Adele and Justin Bieber weren't even streamed that much in two weeks and they are currently the top music sellers of 2015 and 2016 (so far).

Kanye West

Someone then pointed out to Tidal that Drake's album "If You're Reading This It's Too Late" which had way more buzz than Kanye's release, was streamed 17,000,000 times in two weeks on Spotify. Therefore, how did "The Life Of Pablo" which has no real buzz, stream 100,000,000 times in two weeks. They falsified the sales. When called out on the maneuver they were shoveling, trying to inflate sales as usual, Tidal backpedaled and stated "The Life Of Pablo" was streamed "millions of times" not "100,000,000 times."

To make matters worse, Tidal did not report the streams to Billboard, as it is on the low end of the spectrum. This means for the first time in his 13-year rapping career, West has an album that did not chart on Billboard, which is a very negative development for a major label artist. "The Life Of Pablo" is classified as a flop. Tidal are a bunch of unprofessional, crazy jokers who aren't real business people. They are messing up artists careers. Billboard stated, "In respect to TIDAL and Kanye, for whatever reason they're not reporting that title [The Life of Pablo] to us...I don't know the reason behind it, I just know that they're not" - Silvio Pietroluongo, Billboard VP, Charts & Data Development.

Jay Z and Beyonce

"The Life Of Pablo" was deliberately leaked, so as to make it easier to be placed on Tidal, without the record company becoming enraged, believing it an actual leak. However, Def Jam has lost over $20,000,000 due to Jay Z's poor business acumen and dirty tricks in trying to keep a dead website alive (Tidal) via another leaked release ("The Life Of Pablo").

The irony for West is it took him 3-years to record the album, which is a significant period of time for making a studio recording. West also spent a significant sum of money to make the album, at many studios, using a number of guest stars. This all came from record company funds he has to recoup before he sees any money in profit. And as the album is being streamed on Tidal and at poor royalty rates, West will not recoup the costs of making the indulgent "The Life Of Pablo." His next album will have to sell double the usual amount to get him out of the red at the record label, whom he now owes a small fortune.

Con Artists And Thieves

Usher, Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, Madonna, Deadmau5, Kanye West, Jay Z and J Cole (also known as Hollywood's self-professed "Illuminati")

Jay Z and Madonna, among others at Tidal, are terrible con artists and thieves. They have nothing legitimate to contribute to the marketplace, always looking to get an illegal payday off someone else's hard work. They are always looking for someone to rob and rip off. There is something wrong in their brains. The mechanism that regulates people's conscience, sense of decency and ability to accept their fair share, not seeking to take everyone else's, is woefully absent in them. It is a mental defect found in psychopaths and greedy criminals with compulsions regarding money.

Jay Z and Madonna have been repeatedly sued for years by many people for ripping off, robbing and shortchanging others. They are never satisfied and have absolutely no conscience or decency. If they were given 99 percent of the money in the world, they would still be furiously and feverishly searching the other 1 percent's pockets for money to take. They are not business people. They are criminals running scams and perpetrating acts of criminal fraud that is actively defrauding others.

Jay Z and Tidal Are Reportedly Facing a Lawsuit Over Failing To Pay Artist Royalties (UPDATE)

8 hours ago - UPDATE: Tidal just issued a statement to Complex about the lawsuit and said that they are up to date on all royalties owed to Yesh Music, LLC. TIDAL is up to date on all royalties for the rights to the music stated in Yesh Music, LLC and John Emanuele’s claim and they are misinformed as to who, if anyone, owes royalty payments to them. As Yesh Music, LLC admits in their claim, TIDAL has the rights to the Master Recordings through its distributor Tunecore and have paid Tunecore in full for such exploitations. Their dispute appears to be over the mechanical licenses, which we are also up to date on payments via Harry Fox Agency our administrator of mechanical royalties.

The entire catalogue in question streamed fewer than 13,000 times on TIDAL and its predecessor over the past year. We have now removed all music associated with Yesh Music, LLC and John Emanuele from the service. This is the first we have heard of this dispute and Yesh Music, LLC should be engaging Harry Fox Agency if they believe they are owed the royalties claimed. They especially should not be naming S Carter Enterprises, LLC, which has nothing to do with Tidal. This claim serves as nothing other than a perfect example of why America needs Tort reform.

When Jay Z launched Tidal last year, he did so on the idea that the streaming service would be the first of its kind to take care of artists with higher royalty payouts. After the official launch event, Jay even tweeted that Tidal was going to pay every artist, writer, and producer featured on the service a 75 percent royalty rate, which was higher than any other streaming service in the industry, at least according to Hov. Now, it appears that Hov and Tidal are in some serious hot water over their royalty system, as they're reportedly facing a $5 million class-action lawsuit from Yesh Music, LLC and John Emanuele from the band, the American Dollar.

The lawsuit, which was uploaded online to the site Scribd here, claims that Tidal streamed 116 of the band's copyrighted songs without paying back any royalty payments in the process. The firm Garbarini Fitzgerald P.C. reportedly filed the lawsuit in the United States District Court Southern District of New York over the weekend, according to the uploaded documents. As of now, neither Jay, Tidal, or Tidal's parent company, Aspiro, which is also named in the suit, have responded to the case.

We spoke with the lawyer in the case, Richard Garbarini, on the phone, and he confirmed that the suit was filed over the weekend. Over the phone, Garbarini said that the band received no royalties for their work until this past Nov., and that the group asked months ago to have their music removed from Tidal. As of today, the band's music is currently still available to stream on Tidal. "I find it fairly amazing an organization that claims it was going to pay the artists, systematically does not pay the artists," Garbarini said.

Tidal reportedly used faulty numbers to make payments to artists and may have undercut the money they owed to artists by as much as 35 percent, according to the filed documents. The band claims that they were expecting monthly reports on royalty payments and usage of every song on the service, but nothing was ever sent, according to the lawsuit...

TIDAL Refuses to Reveal Stats for Kanye’s “The Life Of Pablo,” 100 Million Streams Likely Wrong

Posted 5 days ago - 2016-02-23 - Minutes ago I clicked on a story from Pigeons and Planes reporting that anonymous sources within TIDAL have revealed that Kanye's new album, The Life Of Pablo, has so far been streamed 100 million times exclusively on TIDAL in the two weeks since its (quasi)release; we can assume that means at least 50 million times in its first week. 100 million? 100 MILLI?!?!?!?...

For comparison, Drake's IYRTITL album held a previous streaming record by racking up approximately 17 million streams of If You're Reading This It's Too Late in its first week, and those official numbers came via Spotify, a service with approximately 25 million paid subscribers and an additional 40 million free users for 65 million total users. So that would mean that Kanye accumulated roughtly three times more streams than Drake in his first week on a streaming service 1/26th the size of Spotify. (TIDAL is currently reporting 2.5 million subscribers, about one million of those new subscribers driven there by Kanye's album.) If those kind of stats seem too good to be true, it's because they likely aren't true.

Unfortunately, Pigeons & Planes seems to have simply made a mistake in their reporting. According to the original TMZ story they cited, the TIDAL source told TMZ that the album has been streamed "millions" of times, not "100 million times." "Millions" could indeed mean 100 million, or it could mean two million, which would be a mere 98 million off.

"Sources connected to Tidal tell TMZ ... "The Life of Pablo" and its debut at MSG has already been streamed millions of times in less than two weeks, which is a record for the service." - TMZ
Regardless of who reported what number from where, the confusion around TLOP gets at a deeper story. As fate would have it, I didn't see P&P's story when it first went up because at the time I was on the phone with Billboard's VP of Charts & Data Development, Silvio Pietroluongo. Among the many topics we discussed (full interview coming later), Pietroluongo confirmed that while TIDAL has shared streaming and sales numbers for other artists and releases, they've so far refused to divulge any stats around The Life Of Pablo.

"In respect to TIDAL and Kanye, for whatever reason they're not reporting that title [The Life of Pablo] to us...I don't know the reason behind it, I just know that they're not." - Silvio Pietroluongo, Billboard VP, Charts & Data Development...

Tidal nears one year of mediocrity and failure

In Music by Joel Freimark / February 25, 2016 - Just under a year ago, Tidal hosted one of the more awkward launch events ever known to man, as a handful of multi-millionaire musicians stood uncomfortably and lost on stage — all seeming to hope one another knew what was going on. In many ways, the event can be seen as the ideal precursor to the brilliant “how do I walk on stage” performance from presidential candidate Ben Carson just a few weeks ago, and the Tidal launch told us all we needed to know about the company. As they approach their first anniversary, things have only gotten worse, and someone should have the decency to put the clueless, unimaginative company out of its misery...

Then, of course, there was Tidal’s promise that they’d be using the platform to help unknown artists achieve stardom. Used by pretty much every music-related startup, this line is as old as “these photos are just so I can show big time producers what you look like,” and as of yet, not a single artist has been vaulted to any real status by the platform. This in itself isn’t entirely Tidal’s fault, as you need a large, active listener-base to achieve this, and they have neither.

Oh wait, that Kanye guy got a TON of hype when Tidal completely botched his album release — and nobody knew about him or Rihanna before they joined Tidal, right? The only thing Tidal achieved with their arrogant, unprofessional style of “exclusive” releases was incurring a massive amount of hate from the very people they’re trying to convince to pay them every month for a service that is done better elsewhere.

But arrogance runs deep in the lifeblood of Tidal. Even before their launch event, they attempted to garner sympathy and subscribers in an absurd manner. Their pre-launch video was nothing short of unintentional comedic genius and led to countless, well deserved parodies. In short, Tidal was attempting to put forth the concept that they were “the little guy.”

Note to Jay Z, Madonna, Jack White, Kanye West and the long list of multi-platinum millionaires in the video: You can’t make people feel bad for NOT giving you $10 a month when you yourselves haven’t had to consider the value of $10 a month in well over 10 years...

Rihanna's Tour In Support Of 'Anti' Album Flopping With Poor Sales Prompting Free Ticket Giveway

Photo caption courtesy of Oh No You Didn't website

Reports indicate tickets sales for Rihanna's upcoming tour in support of her flopped, heavily slammed album "Anti" are flopping as well. The album "Anti" is currently mired in controversy over electronics company Samsung buying 1,000,000 copies for a dollar each and the RIAA certifying the album platinum, which the public is calling fake and cheating.

Billboard slammed Rihanna's Samsung stunt and refused to count the copies towards album sales

Now comes word that Rihanna's planned tour that Samsung paid to have booked in arenas around the world, underwriting the costs in anticipation of good publicity and getting their investment back, is flopping in a big way, prompting Jay Z's Roc Nation to give away free tickets. Samsung is already angry over the negative publicity they are getting on social networking for buying 1,000,000 copies of "Anti." With tour ticket sales in the toilet, they are not going to see return on their investment and are already saddled with bad publicity.

Many people on social networking are mocking Rihanna and Samsung over the sales stunt

Major label artists with Rihanna's type ego, do not like performing to half empty arenas. They are very proud and can't handle it. This is what Rihanna is facing. To save face, Jay Z's company will be giving away loads of tickets in online contests and to radio stations to fill the empty seats.

Rihanna giving away free tickets for her low-selling ANTi Tour

February 2nd, 2016, 01:33 am - Rihanna and TIDAL are staging a giveaway for her ANTi World Tour. In an effort to make people stream the album and inflate ANTI's chart positions, the giveaway requires absolutely no purchase. Fans are encouraged to stream the album to increase their chances at winning...the ANTi tour hasn't been selling either and most of the dates have thousands of tickets still available...

Rihanna's New Album 'Anti' Officially Flops Selling Only 460 Copies

Rihanna

Lewd singer, Rihanna, is being heavily ridiculed online as news was released revealing her new, frequently delayed album "Anti" is only being credited with selling a paltry 460 copies (and that is in streams, which means people only listened to it and did not buy it) while the rest, 1,000,000 were given away for free. Rihanna cut a deal with Samsung who bought 1,000,000 copies of the album "Anti" for $1 each and gave them away to the public for free.

Embarrassed by the bad publicity and claims her music career is dead and over, Jay Z and Rihanna lied stating "Anti" had sold 400,000 overnight. However, Forbes magazine rubbished the claims as highly unlikely, branding it a lie. The truth came out today that "Anti" is only credited with selling 460 that weren't actually even bought by the public either, as they represent streams on Tidal. This confirms what the Judiciary Report and others have repeatedly stated about Jay Z and company, regarding their unlawful habit of lying about financial figures to fake the look of success.

Billboard and Soundscan are rejecting the 1,000,000 copies it as a dishonest scam that violates the rules. However, the RIAA has certified "Anti" platinum, but are being mercilessly mocked on social networking for doing so, with audiences labeling it cheating. As discussed in the column years ago, Jay Z was caught red-handed running a Soundscan scam, via paying retailers to run each copies sold of his CDs through the register 3-5 times, which greatly inflated his sales.

Jay Z and Rihanna

My sources informed me that Samsung is furious at the bad publicity and plans to slash the tour money even more than what was negotiated, which is nowhere near the $25,000,000 Jay Z and Rihanna floated to the New York Post. They were not promised even half that figure and the money is to book arenas and pay other costs associated with her upcoming tour slated for this summer.

The tour is already in trouble, as she has no new hits to sell it. Rihanna's last four singles have flopped ("Four Five Seconds" "Bit*h Betta Have My Money" "American Oxygen" and "Work"). Ironically, "Four Five Seconds" "Bit*h Betta Have My Money" and "American Oxygen" were originally apart of "Anti" but were dropped as they had flopped. Rihanna's new single "Work" featuring Drake is flopping as well.

The reviews by mainstream outlets are brutal, but deserved. Rihanna stole and slapped together other people's preexisting copyrighted works, such as Just Brittany's song and separately some of my preexisting copyrights. The rip offs by Rihanna sound tragic and dull, as she has deteriorated and devalued the original works. People work hard to put their music together and not for lazy, money grubbing thieves to steal it.

Rihanna’s ‘ANTI’ Only Sold 460 Copies (Yes, You Read That Right)

February 1, 2016 - 4:41 pm - Some crazy things happen when you give your album away for free. As we reported last week, Rihanna’s long-awaited ANTI, which finally dropped (to polarizing reception) last Wednesday (Jan. 27, 2016), has already been certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). Unfortunately for Rihanna, her achievement is somewhat undermined by the fact that Samsung, a sponsor of her upcoming world tour, purchased those copies — all one million of them — and gave them away for free. Do you know who doesn’t count albums given away for free by phone companies? Literally everyone except for the RIAA, including Billboard.

Billboard reports that ANTI debuts at No. 27 on their Album 200 chart, due in large part to streams of “Work,” the album’s first single, and other album tracks made available on TIDAL between Wednesday and Friday. (It also apparently counts only 460 copies of the album sold before the Friday cut-off. If you need a quick math refresher: No. 27 is pretty far away from No. 1, and 460 copies is far, far from platinum.

Meanwhile, the album’s lead single, “Work” (Feat. Drake), debuts at No. 9 on the Billboard Hot 100. Does Bad Gal have another No. 1 on her hands? I suppose we’ll see! Of course, we’re having a bit of fun with the fact that ANTI debuted on an a day that was not a Friday and that it wasn’t available to purchase for more than a day after it was released. Things will look much better for Rihanna next week: with a full week of actual sales (and nearly a full week of being perched atop the iTunes Albums Chart), she is likely to score her second No. 1 album after all. Still. 460 copies. Damn.

Tidal Claims That Rihanna's Album Has Already Sold 400,000 Copies

an 29, 2016 @ 12:27 PM 9,224 views -  Rihanna’s eighth full length album might only be just over a day old, but according to at least one source, ANTI is selling incredibly well.

Tidal, the streaming service that exclusively has the record available for download for its first week, claims that the album has already shifted over 1.4 million copies. The company confirms that one million of those were paid for and given away to fans by Samsung, so that leaves 400,000 copies that have been sold to expectant fans.

But, is that really true? That 400,000 figure should be taken with a grain of salt. If the numbers are correct, it means that ANTI is already the biggest success of the singer’s storied career, and that’s a bit tough to believe.

To put that 400,000 figure into perspective, it’s worth noting that Rihanna’s largest debut sales week to date was with her last album, Unapologetic. That record became her first to start at number one (and her only number one yet), and it sold just under 250,000 copies in its first week. That campaign was going strong at the time of the album’s release thanks to the massively-popular lead single “Diamonds”, which was another number one hit for her.

So, without a single (lead cut “Work” was released less than a day before the album appeared online) and little to no warning, is it really possible that the record is approaching half a million in sales in just two days? If so, that puts ANTI on track to have a massive first week, dwarfed only in recent memory by Adele or Taylor Swift.

Interestingly, while the RIAA does count those one million copies as sales, neither Billboard nor Nielsen (which provides Billboard with data every week) will recognize them. After Lady Gaga shifted more than one million copies of her second full length record Born This Way thanks to Amazon offering it for just 99 cents a few years back, the rules have changed as to what counts and what doesn’t count when it comes to charting. A full length needs to be sold for at least a certain price ($3.49) within the first month it comes out in order to be included in the weekly ranking. The price that Samsung paid for those one million albums that it gave away can’t be deciphered, so they won’t be included in her official first week tally.

Both Tidal and Rihanna would benefit from these huge numbers—numbers that are only expected to grow. The rollout of ANTI didn’t go as planned for the streaming service, so it could use some good press. The story is so great it’s almost unbelievable…and that’s the problem. This isn’t to say that the figures are incorrect, but do keep in mind where they are coming from.

Chris Brown Slams Fans As 'Fake' For Not Buying His New CD 'Royalty' But Music Industry Sales Are Dead

Chris Brown and daughter Royalty

R&B singer, Chris Brown, slammed his fans after initial sales figures reveal his new album "Royalty" is on course to sell approximately 160,000 copies in its first week of release. These sales are better than many artists' numbers on the charts, but still moderate. Brown took to Twitter to complain, "Everyone who follows me and has fake pages being fake supporters is a lil bogus. BUYMYSH*T." However, Brown should be thankful, as there are far worse sales than his on the charts. Other major label artists are selling 20,000 to 50,000 copies in their debut week, which doesn't even begin to cover costs of their projects.

Sales data released by Soundscan, Billboard and Music Week, reveals the fact music by American stars is not selling well anymore. Jimmy Iovine, the former head of Interscope Records, recently lamented the death of the music industry in America stating, "Free is a real issue. This whole thing about freemium, maybe at one time we needed it. But now it's a shell game." Iovine further stated, "Music used to be No.1 or No. 2 in most people's hearts. But if you said to a teen today, 'Okay, you can only have two apps on your phone,' neither one of them would be music. And that makes me scared."

Iovine also referred to his company Interscope, which was recently sold to Apple, as "300 lunatics." Well, that's something we can both agree on - the music industry is full of lunatics in sick cults and they are the sole reason the music industry is dying in America. All they do is steal copyrights and royalties in horrible cases the nation and world witnessed. It shows the absolute greed and ugliness of Hollywood. Certain Hollywood morons like Madonna, repeatedly stealing copyrights and going around smirking and grinning (key-keying) about it like lunatics and laughing hyenas, in what is disgraceful behavior, brought on the terrible sales decline.

People aren't inclined to spend their hard earned money to buy products by thieves destroying the rights, careers and lives of others for undue financial gain. It's not a good look and the industry was crazy to think decent members of the public would approve of such savage conduct. The public deems the industry stole copyrighted music from others, thus getting it for free, therefore they, the public, should get it for free as well. What is on track to happen is merger after merger in the U.S. music industry in trying to stay afloat, until they can no longer do so. The U.S. music industry's glory days are over.

There is so much talent in America, capable of writing and producing great music. However, the music industry, that is essentially being controlled by a deranged cult, Kabbalah, with ties to the Italian-American mafia, did not have to resort to thievery and villainy. It was a terrible case of false economy that has come back to haunt the industry and will do so to greater degrees.

New Nielsen Ratings Scandal Confirms This Site's Previous Claims That The System Is Not Accurate

Hollywood

For years the Judiciary Report has insisted the Nielsen ratings systems are highly flawed and corruptible. For example, in the March 13. 2012 article "Hollywood And The Ratings Game Makes One Realize Nielson Figures Are Not An Accurate Reflection Of Viewing Numbers" the Judiciary Report stated:

"For years the Nielson company has monitored television ratings in America, but are their results a true reflection of the nation? No. Nielson ratings are derived from boxes they send to select homes throughout America, but it does not encompass every television in the country. Therefore, how can the results be accurate. A better system is needed. Minority shows largely featuring blacks and or Hispanics, have routinely suffered in ratings and this is likely due to not enough people of color being tallied by Nielson. Blacks and Hispanics account for over 1/3 of the population in the United States. How can these markets continue to be undercounted."

A new scandal erupted this week where it has been revealed employees of a Los Angeles radio station has been corrupting the Nielsen radio results. Another incident was reported days prior, indicating the system is corrupted and not accurate as the Judiciary Report has maintained for years.

Jay Z

The latest act of corruption occurred much in the same way Nielsen's Soundscan has been corrupted by artists like Jay Z, Beyonce, Rihanna and Madonna, who have used scams and hacking to inflate sales. Jay Z was famously busted a few years ago bribing select retailers to run the same copy of his CD through the cash register multiple times to create higher record sales and chart placement (Jay-Z Accused Of Faking Record Sales Again). The fraud was committed so many times due to Jay Z's acts of criminal bribery that his CD placed at number one on the Billboard Charts when it should not have, depriving other artists of their rightful chart placements. That is absolutely foul!

The truth of the matter is Jay Z, Beyonce, Rihanna and Madonna do not sell a lot of albums. They use payola to get their (copyright infringing) songs played every hour of the day at radio stations all over the country (which is illegal) in addition to engaging in other acts of corruption to create higher sales that simply are not real. Did you know Soundscan results can be hacked. So can iTunes.

Jay Z and wife Beyonce

Recently, when his corrupt options were narrowed, Jay Z cut a deal to give away copies of his album via Samsung, a move slammed by many, as it counted towards record sales, though he did not really sell 1,000,000, as they were all free to customers of the electronics company. Beyonce and Rihanna, both connected to Jay Z in the music industry, also pay for acts of fraud to fake and inflate sales data. Then, their publicists bombard the press with stories about them, to create an air of success.

Madonna routinely pays select retailers to inflate her record sales. There was even an incident I unmasked online, regarding two press releases Madonna had sent out two years apart, where she added 100,000,000 copies sold to her total albums sold tally, putting it at 250,000,000. However, her current album at the time didn't even sell 1,000,000 copies in America or 1,000,000 units in the international community. Not to mention, not even the Beatles or Michael Jackson sold 100,000,000 albums in 2-years. The woman is such a fraud and so are her sales. Madonna also uses hackers the Kabbalah Center, her cult, has on staff to illegally corrupt and manipulate sales figures domestically and internationally.

Rihanna

Want to know why Madonna, Beyonce, Jay Z and Rihanna concert tickets are so expensive? Because less and less people are buying tickets to their shows and they have to compensate for this fact by charging for one ticket what other artists would charge for ten. They've also had to alter the seating plans of various venues, roping and screening off areas of arenas to conceal the many empty seats, in vain bids to conceal the scam. To further cover up the fact that far fewer people are attending their shows than they would like the public to believe, they always announce shows are sold out for bragging rights, but you can go to any ticket agency online and many tickets will appear as available for purchase.

The ugly truth is any artist that pays for as much publicity as Jay Z, Beyonce, Rihanna and Madonna, bribing writer to publish flattering stories about them, faxing and emailing newspapers, magazines, websites and blogs on a daily basis, with said fake stories they want placed about themselves for press attention, should be able to sell a significant amount of albums and concert tickets, due to the sheer level and saturation of media exposure. The more people you reach, the more you sell? Wrong! You can't sell people what they don't want to buy. There's no faking success. The truth always comes out eventually.

Madonna

They are corrupting the sales system, Billboard chart records, awards shows results and the Guinness Book Of World Records with this massive, disgraceful fraud. They are modern day Milli Vanillis and the music industry's Madoffs. They are touting and bragging about accomplishments that actually do not exist. How they could lie to the public and themselves in this manner and defraud other artists is astonishing. Most people have a conscience. They clearly do not.

Sorry to break it to you, but Hollywood is smoke and mirrors. It's rigged. There have been true successes, but sadly mixed in are many frauds taking the public for a ride.

Jay-Z Accused Of Faking Record Sales Again (Wall Street Journal)

Jay-Z

Scared his next album will be another sales disappointment, rapper Jay-Z has signed a deal with Samsung, who will buy and distribute for free, 1 million copies of his forthcoming CD. Many are criticizing the move as a sales scheme on Jay-Z's end.

Previously, Jay-Z was slammed for a massive sales scandal that discredited well known music industry company Soundscan (Jay-Z turned it into Soundscam). Jay-Z, a one time drug dealer who still brags about said misbehavior in a manner not helpful to impressionable people, rather than denouncing it, bribed retailers to scan the same copy of his CD through the register repeatedly to register higher sales.

It gave him undeserved and unearned number one records on Billboard, also discrediting and tainting their charts, while robbing others of their rightful position and accolades. From day one Jay-Z entered the music industry with drug money, using it to fund his record company Rockafella and engage in illegal payola to guarantee him airplay, which counts towards number one singles on the music charts.

Jay-Z, who has been faced with a string of business failures, has a career that is all smoke and mirrors, to create the illusion of success. It's one thing to take payment for advertising tweets on Twitter, as many have done so as a legitimate business. However, things have gone so far regarding Jay-Z that he pays people to tweet compliments about him, his appearance, daughter, wife and career. That's just sad.

Google's You Tube Strips Billions Of Views From Rihanna, Chris Brown And Beyonce Videos Claiming They Were Fraudulently Created By Hackers

Rihanna

The music industry is always trying to falsify something, to create hype for their artists, in attempting to make them look far more successful than they really are in real life. There's payola, where disc jockeys and radio stations are unlawfully paid money to play artists records more, as each time the song airs, it contributes to the single's chart position on Billboard.

There are payments issued to stations that specialize in music videos and pop culture, as inducements to play video clips and conduct interviews with artists to promote their albums. There's the Soundscan scam artists like Jay-Z employed via bribing select retailers to run each unit of their CDs through the register multiple times to inflate sales.

The latest scandal broke yesterday, regarding artists and their record labels employing hackers to artificially inflate the number of You Tube views they receive, which is used as a gauge for popularity. You ever wonder why some of the crappiest videos on You Tube have an enormous view count - well wonder no more. You Tube has come down on Universal and Sony for this practice of using hackers to fraudulently inflate their artists view count.

The sad part about this fraudulent conduct at radio, retail, television and online is it has so tainted the record books. The music charts and Guinness World Book of Records has become so tainted and inaccurate because of certain artists greed for glory and fame that is undeserved.

At the end of the day, I cannot understand how anyone could do any of the aforementioned deeds and feel any pride about said false achievements. It's all hype and fraud. Their careers are lies. Who in their right mind could be proud of such fakery and trickery. As the Judiciary Report has consistently maintained for years, history has a terrible way of correcting itself.

Jay-Z's Book Bombs

Jay-Z

"Decoded" the book by fraudulent rapper, Jay-Z, which was actually authored by writer, Dream Hampton, has bombed. In two weeks of release, it has sold 55,000 copies. Knowing crooked Jay-Z, he probably bought 54,000 copies of the book himself. For further reference, see the Soundscan scandal, where Jay-Z criminally corrupted the tally system to inflate his flat record sales. What a fake. He likes to pretend he is an educated rapper like Kool Moe Dee, but he simply is not.

Jay-Z Going Broke

Jay-Z and Beyonce

According to the New York Post, rapper and frequent copyright infringer, Jay-Z is going broke, due to a series of bad business deals that have hit his wallet in a terrible way. Believing his own hype with absolutely no business sense to back it up, Jay-Z took out a massive loan to start a hotel. Wonder where he got that ill-fated idea from, as the whole thing collapsed, leaving him with no hotel and massive interest payments on a $52,000,000 loan.

He spent $4.5 million for a 1% stake in the New Jersey Nets basketball team, which has fallen in value by 10%. Never mind, he struts around claiming he owns the team, when he does not and is merely a shareholder with a very minor stake.

He sold his record company and fashion line that was run by a partner he betrayed, Damian Dash, making far less off the deal than he reported to the press. His record sales are fake, being greatly inflated by schemes he was outed for by Soundscan, who tallies record sales. He tours often, as it is the only means of income he has to support his fake player lifestyle that has been greatly exaggerated.

He and his wife, Beyonce, routinely steal copyrights and engage in racketeering to support their scam of a career and lavish lifestyles. The crooked couple tried to get involved in a casino deal, but when the State of New York demanded all parties disclose their financial records, Jay-Z and Beyonce backed out.

The fact of the matter is Jay-Z's career and label Rocafella were founded on drug money and bribery. He is not a legitimate entrepreneur, but a lazy, greedy criminal. Jay-Z has used his drug dealer mentality in the corporate world and it has backfired.

He is still the same uncouth, unintelligent thug and criminal he always was, hiding under a new title. His actions have damaged many in the corporate world and it is just that he faces financial scrutiny and ruin for his unseemly, criminal conduct.

Rather than selling poison on the streets as a drug dealer, he reveled in his switch to selling poisonous music to people's children, most of which he stole from legitimate writers and producers, then corrupted with profanity, pornography and occult themes.

His wife Beyonce is not much better, as she stole her way to the top, engaging in mass copyright infringement and RICO violations, to create her career and ill-gotten gains. Both of you are a disgrace.

Jay-Z Proclaims Himself The New King Of Pop

Jay-Z

Delusional rapper, Jay-Z, has distastefully proclaimed himself the new "king of pop" within months of singer Michael Jackson’s death from a drug overdose. He wish.

Jay-Z is making said erroneous, inflated claims, on fraudulent record sales procured via fraud, by way of a Soundscan scam and payola he employs, to keep his music in constant rotation, which greatly contributes to chart positioning. But history will correct itself…

“I feel fantastic about turning 40, I’m in a great place, got a fantastic album, my eleventh number one which beats Elvis, so I’m feeling like the king of pop" - Jay-Z
