Never let it be said that singer Chris Brown is not humble. The 27-year-old R&B crooner has been pursuing 19-year-old Instagram model, Cydney Christine. However, Christine is playing hard to get, which prompted Brown to write on social networking, "B***h playing games when she know you the hottest n***a on the planet." It's not everyday we are privileged to witness such humility (LOL).

After being photographed by the paparazzi the September 21, 2016 USC v. UCLA volleyball game, then spotted at the same Halloween event in Hollywood last week, speculation began online that the two are dating. After the volleyball game, comments online prompted Christine to post on Instagram, "Sorry for the confusion. But we're just friends." However, they were at the same party a month later (is Chris dating stalking her, which he's done before). A fan of Brown's ex-girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, 28, stated she (Karrueche) should beat Christine for dating Brown. Cydney responded, "She can try." This was interpreted as an insult to Tran.

Christine looks an awful lot like Tran. In fact, Tran and Christine are acquaintances who've posed for photos. In looking at the images, the two could pass for sisters. Brown still wants Tran, who dumped him for fathering a child with another woman during their five year relationship. Brown has decided on her replacement in the look alike Christine. Sometimes after a break up, people choose a new love interest with similar looks to their ex-partner. That is clearly what has transpired in this case.

Kanye West Erupts In Anger Firing Entire Staff After Failed Fashion Show

Rapper Kanye West is known for his terrible temper. It has gotten him into legal trouble in civil and criminal court, over attacks on paparazzi and property destruction. West erupted in rage again when his latest Saint Pablo fashion show spectacularly failed. The minute I saw the clothes I knew it would be a flop. West isn’t really a fashion designer. He is a pretentious rapper who believes he is the best artist ever, when he can’t hold a candle to artists such as Michael Jackson, Bob Marley, Elvis and Whitney Houston, among others. 

I repeat what I have stated in previous article, thus far, the only rapper who has done a good and successful clothing line is Diddy. Champion tennis player Serena Williams has a nice fashion line as well, with good fabrics. However, I'm tired of certain other celebrities pretending they are fashion designers, just to claim they are something they really are not in any measure. There's so much more to fashion. Please, stop pretending. It's an insult to the people who are really doing it.

Nick Gordon Found Liable In The Death Of Whitney Houston's Daughter Bobbi Kristina

Nick Gordon, the former boyfriend of the late Bobbi Kristina Brown, who was singer Whitney Houston's only child, has been found liable in her suspicious death. Gordon was hit with a $10,000,000 lawsuit last year, filed in Atlanta, Georgia by Brown's conservator. The lawsuit stated Gordon physically and mentally abused Brown on a regular basis and is also directly responsible for her drowning death.

Gordon has missed two court dates in the case and it resulted in a default judgment against him. Gordon's absence resulted in the allegations by Brown's conservator being "admitted through omission." Brown, like her mother, Houston, was found face down in a bathtub, which is highly unusual. The Judiciary Report has repeatedly questioned how Houston's body was face down in the water. Then, when Brown was found face down in her tub, the Judiciary Report asked the same question again, alleging foul play. It should be noted, Gordon, who is a psychopath, was present when both women died years apart in the same, strange manner.

Nick Gordon Held Responsible in Bobbi Kristina Brown's Death, Judge Rules

Nick Gordon was found legally responsible in the 2015 death of girlfriend Bobbi Kristina Brown, a judge ruled Friday after he failed to show up again for a civil hearing in superior court. Gordon has been a no-show twice, and therefore anything alleged by Brown's conservator in their wrongful death civil lawsuit against him is admitted through omission, said Fulton County Superior Court Judge T. Jackson Bedford, according to NBC affiliate WXIA.

Brown, the only child of late pop superstar Whitney Houston and R&B singer Bobby Brown, died after being found unresponsive in a bathtub of the suburban Atlanta townhouse she shared with Gordon. A medical examiner in March determined the 22-year-old died as a result of being immersed in water and a drug intoxication. The suit, first filed in June 2015, made several allegations, including that Gordon abused Brown, wanted to steal her inheritance, drugged her with a "toxic cocktail" and then drowned her in a tub of cold water...

Untalented Madonna's Jealousy Of Talented Entertainers Such As Prince, Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey And Celine Dion

Madonna has always been jealous of talented stars, such as Prince, Michael Jackson and Whitney Houston. Madonna initiated nasty disputes with each of them, issuing mean spirited, jealous comments, with details from some of the incidents seeping out into the public domain. It's amazing how self-deluded some people can be. Madonna has no talent, yet is constantly warring with entertainers who have an abundance of talent, jealous they have great gifts for their craft, as Prince, Michael Jackson and Whitney Houston so prominently displayed. 

Madonna made nasty comments about Celine Dion and Mariah Carey as well, over their singing abilities that attracted a significant amount of public attention. Madonna also resented the attention fans bestowed upon Prince, Michael Jackson and Whitney Houston. Madonna tried to date Prince and Michael Jackson, but when they realized the terrible type of person she is, they backed away from her. Michael Jackson stated Madonna was always jealous of the manner in which fans cry and faint at his concerts. Madonna hated Jackson's status as the biggest pop star on the planet. However, even in death, Jackson still easily surpasses Madonna. 

Madonna resented Prince's immense musical talents and the fact he just did not want to have her in his life anymore, after they dated and worked together. Prince even rolled his eyes during a Madonna performance years ago, which was caught on camera. After working with her in the studio under contract and actually hearing her real voice, Prince branded Madonna untalented and desperate for publicity. Prince was a private man, who did not pursue publicity in the way Madonna repeatedly does, so she was not someone he wanted around all the time.

Prince also prided himself on being nice, when Madonna is known to have a nasty mean streak that surfaces out of nowhere. People don't want that kind of nasty negativity around them. Madonna also kept pursing Prince with her crazy Kabbalah cult, even in the last days of his life. Earlier in his career, Madonna had Prince convinced he was Italian (as she is), which he later found out is not true. Prince is actually black with French Creole ancestry based in Louisiana. 
  
Since the time of Prince's tragic death last month, Madonna and her self-proclaimed Hollywood Illuminati, the Kabbalah cult, have been making plans on the 2,000 unreleased songs he left behind, with no will found. People in the industry have been talking about it, as her behavior is like that of a vulture.

In the 1990s, Madonna asked her label to arrange a public date with Michael Jackson, when she was trying to leech of his fame. Due to the fact Jackson would not have sex with her on the date, Madonna went around Hollywood slamming him as "gay" and childish. Madonna mocked him in terrible ways. Madonna set out to humiliate him in front of his peers for sexually rejecting her, which was petty and pathetic. She also resented Jackson's fame, which was at its height in the 1980s, on a level Madonna never achieved.

Madonna hated Whitney Houston due to her voice and beauty that enthralled the public. Beginning in the 1980s, Houston was called "the Voice" due to her exceptional singing abilities. Houston's voice was quite rare and blew the public away. Madonna could never sing and hated Houston for it. Madonna's hatred grew even more when her ex-boyfriend, Kevin Costner, pursued Houston for a movie, branding her the prettiest singer in the world. Costner had dumped Madonna (many men have done so) who became jealous at how well he treated Houston.

Costner offered Houston the lead role in the 1992 movie "The Bodyguard" which went on to become a massive box office hit and the best selling soundtrack of all time. Madonna had heard about the film in production and asked Houston to back away from it and Costner. It ticked Madonna off no end, as she wanted to become a bigger pop star and was attempting to be an actress, but failed miserably at it. Madonna also became jealous over Costner's statements about Houston, believing he had a crush on beautiful Whitney, who was dating Bobby Brown, then married him. 

And so what if Costner had a crush on Houston. America is a free country. People can like whomever they want to and spend time with them. It's nobody else's business. Madonna confronted Houston over Costner's flattering public statements (about Houston) and the actor having given her the lead role in the hit film, to which Whitney sarcastically stated, "Kevin says hi" and walked off. Houston was not a fan of Madonna, branding her creepy and a stalker, for tracking her down and confronting her over "The Bodyguard" (a role that was never Madonna's to begin with) and Costner, who had dumped her (Madonna). Madonna targeted Houston during and after production on the film, approaching her like a jealous crazy person. Madonna complained to Costner about it as well.

I've learned through Madonna's crazy Kabbalah Center stalking and approaching me on a regular basis over my copyrights that Madonna is a madwoman that thinks everything is hers, was meant to be hers, she should own everything and it's a cosmic mistake if someone else ends up with things she covets. So much so, it leads to copyright infringement and in other incidents commissioned criminal behavior that constitutes hate crimes, assault and criminal copyright infringement (Hollywood allowed the thieving trash Madonna to take over the industry and to its detriment, as sales are in the toilet).

People in the industry have stated Madonna thought Costner should have offered her the lead role in "The Bodyguard" and that she blamed Houston for "stealing" the role from her. However, the role was never Madonna's for Houston to "steal" it and Costner had a right to offer it to anyone he saw fit for the part. As a songwriter or moviemaker, you want the absolute best talent for your work, as it can make it that much better. Costner made the right choice giving the part and song remake of "I Will Always Love You" to Houston. 

I can't think of anyone who would have been a better fit for the movie. Houston was the right person at the right time for the project. Costner's good looks and acting ability, combined with Houston's beauty, talent and stage presence were a perfect match. It was very believable. They created a great piece of cinema.

Had Madonna starred in "The Bodyguard" the movie would have been a massive flop. Firstly, Madonna is not attractive and has no presence on screen (never mind she thinks she's some great beauty like Megan Fox). Secondly, Madonna cannot act or sing. Can you imagine Madonna trying to sing "I Will Always Love You" which is the song Costner brought to Houston and asked her to record as the theme song for "The Bodyguard." Madonna would have missed every single note in the song and screeched out a terrible rendition of "I Will Always Love You" that would make dogs run for cover. 

Madonna is not a real singer. Madonna is known for having background singers in the studios sing her lead vocal parts as well, then producers and engineers turn down her lead vocals, while making theirs more prominent during the mix, to hide the  fact she can't sing. It's one big scam. And the records still show she's a weak, marginal singer.

"The Bodyguard" movie was not the first time Madonna went around terrorizing a movie maker. Madonna stalked, harassed and threatened Academy Award winning director, John Schlesinger,  who blamed her terrible behavior for the heart attack that killed him. Madonna harassed him into casting her in the film "The Next Best Thing." Schlesinger, should not have been working with trash like Madonna. She is untalented, unprofessional and evil.

Madonna, who knows nothing about filmmaking, took over the set, began making crazy demands and threats in dictating how the film should go, sending the director a barrage of insane, menacing faxes and telephone messages on a weekly basis. Madonna likes to insanely commandeer people's projects and turn them into crap. It is the equivalent of a crazy, screeching, hyperactive monkey taking a paintbrush to a Picasso. 

When the released film "The Next Best Thing" was trashed by critics due to Madonna's profound lack of talent and the neurotic mess she injected into the project, she sent the director even more menacing threats and abuse via an excessive stream of faxes and telephone messages that prominently display her mental derangement. She did the same thing to the director of another flopped film she starred in, "Body Of Evidence." 

Madonna is certifiably crazy, as she can't sing, dance or act, but has displayed this raging jealousy and ill will towards genuine singers and musicians with talent, whom she deems has or will usurp her. However, what is there to usurp. Madonna is untalented and made a career out of thievery. She was never in contention to be the best entertainer. Thus far, world history records Michael Jackson as the top entertainer. Elvis, the Beatles, Whitney Houston, Barbara Streisand, Mariah Carey and Celine Dion have also passed Madonna in every way. Madonna looks like a raging psychopath going around  harassing, terrorizing and abusing people.

Bombarding unwilling people with threading, abusive emails, faxes, texts and telephone messages (as Madonna does) is behavior psychiatrists associate with deranged stalkers. Madonna keeps doing this to various people, as she has severe mental disorders. Madonna keeps bothering people who do not like her. Only crazy people do such things.

Madonna is a stalker. When former boyfriend, Dennis Rodman dumped her, she began targeting his new love interest, Carmen Elektra, whom the basketball player later married. When Madonna began pursuing a then aspiring director, Guy Ritchie, she began stalking and harassing his then girlfriend, Tania Strecker. Now that Ritchie has married someone else after ditching Madonna, she (Madonna) has begun stalking his new wife Jacqui Ainsley (Newspaper Reports Madonna Has Hired Private Investigator To Stalk Guy Ritchie, His New Wife And The Couple’s Children Confirming Previous Site Claims). Learn to leave people alone.

Bobby Brown Devastated By Release Of Daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown's Autopsy Report While Her Abuser Nick Gordon Smiles

On Friday, March 4, 2016, R&B singer Bobby Brown received news that the autopsy report of his daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, 22, whose mother was the late singing legend, Whitney Houston, has been made public and on what would have been her 23rd birthday. Brown was so devastated he cancelled his concert appearance hours before he was set to hit the stage. Yet, the man who claims he loved her, Nick Gordon, was seen smiling, no, grinning for the cameras at the autopsy report. His reaction speaks volumes.  

Most people get upset when they read the autopsy report of a loved one. One of my aunts died a year ago due to extreme negligence at Aventura Hospital in Miami that even an investigator with police denounced as disgraceful on the hospital's part. I could not bring myself to read even 10 % of the autopsy report that was mailed to my family, as it is very upsetting. So to me, Nick Gordon's behavior is extremely suspect in smiling at the autopsy report. Gordon, a domestic violence abuser, is the main suspect in Bobbi Kristina's demise.

The autopsy report could not state if death was accidental or due to a criminal act against the decedent, but does state it was not from natural causes. The autopsy report reveals significant cocaine, heroin, benzodiazepine and alcohol use. Bobbi's front teeth were missing from acts of abuse. Gordon was Bobbi's drug procurer and enabler. He controlled her with drugs. 

Gordon viciously beat Bobbi, threatened her relatives demanding more money from Houston's estate, used her for the funds, housing and vehicles her mother left her, bought her gifts with her own money to apologize for the beatings, spied on her in her home with cameras he installed, eavesdropped on her phone calls, read her text messages and degraded her in front of others.

The autopsy report indicates Bobbi Kristina was found face down in her bathtub with drugs and alcohol in her system and unexplained bruises on her body (Nick Gordon was present). This is the same way her mother died three years prior (Nick Gordon was also present and lied about what transpired). However, as the Judiciary Report asked at the time of Houston's death, how does a body turn itself over in a narrow tub, when most bathtub drowning victims are found face up. The top coroner in America, Cyril Wecht, later asked the same question.

It's a strange biological and physiological occurrence. However, it would make more sense if a victim with drugs in their system, was attacked in the bathtub by a nefarious person, deliberately and forcefully turning them over, face down to induce drowning. And Gordon's interview with the "Dr. Phil Show" where he displayed all the signs of schizophrenia and psychopathy, replete with extreme mood swings and punching a production assistant in an unprovoked act, speaks volumes about his penchant for violence against people who have done him no harm.

Houston inadvertently let a psychopath into her home and he did an extraordinary amount of damage. Now she and her daughter have died under very strange and suspicious circumstances that raise serious questions. Houston and Brown deserve justice. Gordon needs to come clean regarding what transpired. He has already been caught in several lies and he's lying again. It's time for the truth to come out.

Alleged Crime Scene Knife Conveniently Found While The People v. OJ Simpson Movie Airs On Television

Yesterday, police reported that a former officer came forward claiming he found the knife used in 1994 to kill waiter Ron Goldman and Nicole Brown-Simpson, the ex-wife of athlete O.J. Simpson. The knife was reportedly found at the demolition site of Simpson's former Brentwood, California estate that was purchased and knocked down to build a new house. This sounds like a ratings ploy. 

This development is highly suspect, as after years of contamination who knows what is on the knife via DNA or if it had anything to do with the vicious double murders at all. It should be noted, over the years several people have come forward claiming they have found the knife used in the murders. They can't all be right and thus far, none of them have been found to be telling the truth.

The movie is garbage. It is full of lies and inconsistencies. You cannot rewrite history while making a historical film. Revisionists are mentally unsound to do such a thing. For example, the filmmakers questionably wrote in a dramatic scene of prosecutor, Bill Hodgman, collapsing in court from a heart attack, due to Simpson's lawyer Shapiro not disclosing the full list of witnesses. This never happened. A few names had been left of the witness list by Shapiro's office, but Bill Hodgman developed chest pains and was hospitalized during a meeting on the case. Doctors at the hospital later discovered it was stress induced chest pains and not a heart attack.

The film also contains a ridiculous amount of references to the reality TV family, the Kardashians, who were friends with the Simpson. Robert Kardashian Sr., also represented Simpson at trial. It took away from the film's credibility to feature the entire Kardashian family so much in the move. It looked weird, attention seeking and vapid.

Other inconsistencies include their portrayal of Simpson's famed attorney, Johnnie Cochran. I met Johnnie Cochran in Atlanta, Georgia years ago while on vacation with my family and friends (years after the Simpson criminal trial). We were having lunch at Diddy's "Justins" restaurant in Buckhead, which is a central suburb of Atlanta. Cochran walked in and though we didn't know him and he didn't have to, he came by our table and spoke to us and asked how we were doing. Cochran was there to shoot a commercial in one of the private dining areas of the restaurant. He was a very nice, polite, humble man. He was down to earth, pleasant and walked with a pep in his step. 

This arrogant, haughty, cocky, sinister, uppity portrayal of him in the "People vs. OJ Simpson" TV movie is grossly inaccurate garbage. They got Cochran and his mannerisms all wrong. Furthermore, the producers of the film have no idea what Simpson stated behind closed doors to his wife, children, colleagues at his office or O.J. Simpson, as those were private conversations. To make up the worst possible lines you as a screenwriter could think of to malign a man for doing his job as an attorney, in defending someone, who under the law, had a right to legal representation, is unethical.

I will state this though, O.J. Simpson should have been locked up years prior to Brown-Simpson and Goldman's deaths, for domestic violence. There is proof he repeatedly beat his wife in horrible ways. Regarding the murder trial, due to police tampering, the evidence in the Simpson case was doctored and as such rendered discredited. We know this because there was lab crime scene chemical preservatives (anti-coagulant) on items later found in properties, presented as evidence with blood on it.
That means the blood the forensic scientist drew from Simpson for comparison after the murders, which needed preservatives to keep its structural integrity to some degree, was planted after the fact at his home and other locations involving the crime. Blood splatter at a crime scene will not have forensic lab preservatives on it. It is believe racist police officer, Mark Furman, planted blood on items in a bid to make sure Simpson would be convicted, but it ended up doing the exact opposite, freeing Simpson due to tainted evidence (a tape was discovered of Furman using the n-word 41 times). Some cops need to learn to leave the evidence alone. A good lawyer will find the truth in the unvarnished evidence. When you corrupt the evidence in trying to win a case, another good lawyer will discover that as well and destroy your case.


Racist police officer Mark Furhman planted evidence in the O.J. Simpson case and plead the Fifth (Amendment) when asked if he had done so, denying to answer the question to prevent self-incrimination. Furhman later pled guilty to perjury in the O.J. Simpson case after giving false testimony that ruined the case.

My personal opinion on the murders is this, Simpson is a violent man. So is his son from a previous marriage, who was on antipsychotic medications and questioned by police for drawing a knife on a girlfriend and threatening her (prior to the Brown-Simpson and Goldman murders). Simpson had a history of flying into rages and beating Brown-Simpson. Simpson also had a history of jealousy regarding her (which is hypocritical, as he was cheating on her all the time).  

No one deserves to be brutally murdered, especially in the heinous manner Brown-Simpson and Goldman were killed. Brown-Simpson was stabbed in the head and her throat was slit so deeply, she was nearly decapitated. Goldman was stabbed in the head, face, torso and thighs, even after he was already dead and stopped fighting for his life. Whoever did this deserves life in prison.

I am of the belief O.J. Simpson did this or knows who committed the murders. It also doesn't look good that rather than face the legal charges, he fled in a Bronco. An innocent man would not do that, opting to clear their name. There is also a significant amount of evidence against Simpson that indicates he killed Brown-Simpson and Goldman.  

I do not agree with the fact Simpson was acquitted of murder, yet a civil case awarded the families of Brown-Simpson and Goldman $33,500,000 in damages. The legal precedent is not a good one. However, believing O.J. Simpson either killed Brown-Simpson and Goldman or knows who did it, I'm NOT sorry for him being hit with massive damages in the civil case. They lost their family members and Simpson has a terrible history of abuse regarding his ex-wife.

Faye Resnick, Brown-Simpson's so-called friend, was squarely out of line writing a salacious tell all book about the decedent. What kind of friend blabs all your secrets in a book. Resnick made Brown-Simpson look bad. Resnick told the whole world Brown-Simpson was a cocaine addict, they had a lesbian sexual encounter, Brown-Simpson slept with one of Simpson's best friends (AC Cowlings), Simpson made Brown-Simpson get breast implants, Brown-Simpson performed oral sex on men while they slept, Simpson stretched out his ex-wife's vagina to the point she only slept with men his size or bigger, giving way to all sorts of racial innuendo and exploitative, offensive Mandingo claims about black men in the book, rendering them to mere sex objects. 

Resnick betrayed the trust of many in her circle to write the tell all book, to feed her cocaine habit and lavish lifestyle. Resnick further exploited Brown-Simpson's death to disgraceful degrees, to promote herself on television and in side projects to make more money. It was very selfish and treacherous. She sold out her friend for fame and money, tarnishing her memory. 


Nicole Brown Simpson and O.J. Simpson

In closing, Nicole Brown-Simpson's life became a sad tale of breaking up a man's marriage and then inadvertently ending up with a raging abuser. Nicole began having sex with married 27-year-old Simpson when she was 17 and working for minimum wage at a night club in 1977. Many jurors in the 1995 murder trial characterized Nicole as "a gold digger" as at age 17, due to regularly having sex with Simpson, he got her an apartment and bought her a Porsche. A woman should not accept such gifts from a married man. Then, she successfully broke up his marriage/family of a wife and three kids.

Nicole was determined to get Simpson and began doing her best to break up his marriage of 10-years to Marguerite Simpson (nee Whitley). Nicole would repeatedly drive by his home in the Porsche O.J. bought her to get his wife's attention. Nicole sent his wife a pair of her underwear in the mail. Nicole pushed and pushed until she succeeded in breaking up his marriage in 1979, resulting in his divorce. Nicole then married Simpson in 1985 after years of insisting he leave his wife and marry her. Nicole succeeded in becoming O.J.'s wife and moving into a mansion with him, living the high life.

Simpson then turned into a monster on her. Simpson repeatedly beat Nicole in vicious ways (he did not beat his former wife). Unprovoked, O.J. would beat Nicole, throw her in the closet, then an hour later, go back to the closet and beat her more. He would beat her up at hotels and throw her out into the hall way. He also picked her up and threw her against walls in the presence of others, such as her sister and Resnick. He was very verbally abusive calling her fat, worthless and stating she has no skills, while ordering her to get out of his house. He also kept cheating on her with famous and non-famous women. If she dared ask him about it, he would badly beat her. It was a nightmare of a marriage. No one deserves to be treated that way. At the end of the day, O.J. was not the one for Nicole (and vice versa) and pursuing him led to her tragic demise at age 35 (not because it was an interracial couple, as there's nothing wrong with that).     

I see it all the time in the entertainment industry. Women of all races hungry for money and attention feverishly pursuing rich and famous men, even ones who are married to other women. They go to great lengths pushing other women out of the way who are girlfriends, fiancées and even wives. Then when they get the famous man they aggressively pushed people out of the way to land, they find out it is not all it's cracked up to be when these men become bitter and blame them for their problems. Some end up viciously abused like Nicole. Others end up used for sex like a concubine and dumped when the famous man moves on to the next one. There are women in the industry right now fighting tooth and nail to push other women out of the way, trying to land famous men in relationships that will turn cruel on them. As the phrase goes, "Be careful what you wish for." Some famous men are decent people, but some are not, living debauched lives the average man does not, while hiding behind a fake persona contrived for fans, television, the internet and paid product endorsements. 

Side Bar: In the Aisha v. Madonna lawsuit, among the items contained in my copyrights that were infringed, are outlines to make biopics. Among them are items to make movies about Aaliyah, TLC, Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, O.J. Simpson, Idi Amin and Martin Luther King, among others. Then all of a sudden, people affiliated with Madonna's Kabbalah Center cult set off in a mad rush to make the aforementioned biopics and very poorly and filled with lies and sensationalism, might I add. They could have made the biopics long ago, especially right after many of subjects thereof passed away, which is the standard, yet waited many years to do so AFTER I included items about making said biopics in my copyrights that are registered with the Library of Congress, then were repeatedly hacked by hackers hired by Madonna and infringed. Pathetic!

Jay Z And Madonna's Floundering Tidal Sued For $5,000,000 Over Copyright Infringement In Not Paying Artists While Inflating Their Own Sales To Go Number One On Billboard

A year ago, greedy entertainers Jay Z and Madonna, among others, bought the Aspiro music streaming company for $55,000,000 and tried to rip off Spotify's business model and software. They promised to pay recording artists more money than every other music streaming service if they signed up with the company. However, they lied. The company immediately began to struggle and was dead on arrival. A few months after Tidal's abysmal launch, Apple's long awaited music service debuted and finished off Tidal. 

A year later, mainstream publications, as well as popular blogs, have branded Tidal a massive failure. Tidal is being financed via loan and personal funds to the tune of $55,000,000 which is a heavy debt load (in addition to operating costs). Tidal is not making anywhere near enough money to sustain itself or cover costs, hence their desperation manifesting via deliberate leaks, botching the releases of major record labels, to place said titles on their failing music streaming service. They are operating under the proviso that once an album is leaked, the record company will be forced to try to recoup costs via streaming on Tidal.

This week, news broke that Tidal has been sued for copyright infringement regarding not paying artists. Yesh Music LLC artists, the American Dollar, sued Tidal for streaming 116 of its songs, reportedly 13,000 times and not paying them the proper royalties they are owed under standard industry agreements, which constitutes copyright infringement (The Judiciary Report did warn Tidal would rip artists off). 

As usual, rather than own up to their illegal conduct, crazy liars Jay Z and Madonna are shifting all blame to someone else. The dumb duo are blaming the historic Harry Fox Agency in Hollywood for the gross underpayment (However, the band stated Tidal refused to pay them for many months, then lied about their numbers). Much like Tidal shifted all blame for the botched release of Rihana's "Anti" album, forcing record label Universal to brand them "incompetent" and further state, "This whole thing is absurd, we would have taken responsibility if it were our error." Jay Z and Madonna are too old to be this juvenile. It is a sign of mental problems.

Lawyers for the band, the American Dollar, are stating Tidal is reporting fake numbers to them, in a scam that results in artists being paid less money. I can confirm Tidal is doing this, via keeping two sets of numbers/accounting records, regarding how many times each song is streamed on their service. 

For instance, if Tidal streams an artist's song 500,000 times, the accounting/royalty statement to the artist will state they streamed it 50,000 times, allowing the greedy company to skim profits off the top. They play the song a maximum amount of times and due to fraudulent reporting, only pay a fraction of what is owed to the artist, because they are lying about how many times they actually streamed each tune. It is enabling Tidal to pay less money to the artists, via misrepresenting the number of streams.

This constitutes several federal crimes. Tidal would have to be audited by a computer specialist and accountant to gain the true figures. Only Tidal's owners have access to the real numbers for their own music and that of the artists who have signed up with the service. Everyone else is being lied to by the company, except its entertainer owners such as Rihanna, among others, whose streams are being grossly inflated to illegally place higher on the Billboard charts. 

This has resulted in Rihanna deceitfully equaling Michael Jackson's record for the most number one singles in music history and it is criminally being done through fraud, robbing the late music legend of a musical honor that he legitimately earned. It's is disgusting and disgraceful. She can't even sing or dance properly for that matter.

This is not the first time Jay Z has been busted engaging in a sales scam. Years ago, the Billboard chart company, caught Jay Z red-handed bribing retailers to run the same copy of his CDs through the register multiple times to enable him to debut at the top of the charts. For example, when a customer bought one copy of a Jay Z CD, retailers were being paid to run the same copy through the register 3-7 times, which ridiculously inflated his sales. Billboard slammed him for it, as it corrupted chart results, giving him number ones he did not earn, while depriving other artists of their rightful place in music history.

I know the history of the music industry very well and what truly goes on. There were times in music history (up until Soundscan) where music retailers would phone in how many records, CDs and CD singles they sold. The numbers they reported would be completely inaccurate and inflated due to bribery, where some artists are concerned, to help them secure undeserved number ones on the music charts (see: Madonna).

Other scams include manipulating RIAA sales. Some people get excited when they hear their favorite artist's album has gone platinum. However, some record executive, such as Tommy Mottola, formerly of Sony, a man with ties to the Genovese mafia, routinely inflated sales of artists such as Mariah Carey, whom he later married after an adulterous affair for career promotion by the fame hungry star. 

During the 1990s, you could go in any record store in America and find an excessive amount of unsold Mariah Carey CDs on the shelves, more than any other artist. That's because all the RIAA required for a gold (500,000 copies) or platinum (1,000,000 copies) certification is that the label ship the corresponding amount to retailers. You don't actually have to sell that amount to get the certification.

While Mariah Carey was a very gifted vocalist (her voice is very damaged now) Mottola's scam resulted in her having greater sales than Whitney Houston, Barbara Streisand and Patti Page, when she did not sell more albums or singles than the latter. She sold more than Madonna, but not Houston, Streisand or Page. Then, Mottola ripped off Carey, pocketing huge amounts of her actual sales and related products. Mottola, who was in his 40s, saw in an 18-year-old Carey, a great voice, a desperation for fame and a sucker he could exploit (but then she embarrassed him to the world).

Jay Z, Madonna and Rihanna are using the computer staff at Tidal to inflate record sales. It is apart of the reason some of the original staff fled (Tidal Loses Three More Executives). The first notable incident occurred via Rihanna's "Anti" album, where Jay Z lied stating the album had been streamed 400,000 times on Tidal, the same night Samsung bought and gave away 1,000,000 copies of the flopped album for free to her fans. Those numbers don't add up nor did Nielsen or Billboard corroborate or authenticate said fake numbers from Tidal. 

A new controversy has erupted, as Tidal has falsely claimed Kanye West's album entitled "The Life Of Pablo" which they botched the release of, has been streamed 100,000,000 times in two weeks, which is an outright lie (it's not even West's most talked about or popular album). Adele and Justin Bieber weren't even streamed that much in two weeks and they are currently the top music sellers of 2015 and 2016 (so far).

Someone then pointed out to Tidal that Drake's album "If You're Reading This It's Too Late" which had way more buzz than Kanye's release, was streamed 17,000,000 times in two weeks on Spotify. Therefore, how did "The Life Of Pablo" which has no real buzz, stream 100,000,000 times in two weeks. They falsified the sales. When called out on the maneuver they were shoveling, trying to inflate sales as usual, Tidal backpedaled and stated "The Life Of Pablo" was streamed "millions of times" not "100,000,000 times."  

To make matters worse, Tidal did not report the streams to Billboard, as it is on the low end of the spectrum. This means for the first time in his 13-year rapping career, West has an album that did not chart on Billboard, which is a very negative development for a major label artist. "The Life Of Pablo" is classified as a flop. Tidal are a bunch of unprofessional, crazy jokers who aren't real business people. They are messing up artists careers. Billboard stated, "In respect to TIDAL and Kanye, for whatever reason they're not reporting that title [The Life of Pablo] to us...I don't know the reason behind it, I just know that they're not" - Silvio Pietroluongo, Billboard VP, Charts & Data Development.

"The Life Of Pablo" was deliberately leaked, so as to make it easier to be placed on Tidal, without the record company becoming enraged, believing it an actual leak. However, Def Jam has lost over $20,000,000 due to Jay Z's poor business acumen and dirty tricks in trying to keep a dead website alive (Tidal) via another leaked release ("The Life Of Pablo"). 

The irony for West is it took him 3-years to record the album, which is a significant period of time for making a studio recording. West also spent a significant sum of money to make the album, at many studios, using a number of guest stars. This all came from record company funds he has to recoup before he sees any money in profit. And as the album is being streamed on Tidal and at poor royalty rates, West will not recoup the costs of making the indulgent "The Life Of Pablo." His next album will have to sell double the usual amount to get him out of the red at the record label, whom he now owes a small fortune.

Jay Z and Madonna, among others at Tidal, are terrible con artists and thieves. They have nothing legitimate to contribute to the marketplace, always looking to get an illegal payday off someone else's hard work. They are always looking for someone to rob and rip off. There is something wrong in their brains. The mechanism that regulates people's conscience, sense of decency and ability to accept their fair share, not seeking to take everyone else's, is woefully absent in them. It is a mental defect found in psychopaths and greedy criminals with compulsions regarding money. 

Jay Z and Madonna have been repeatedly sued for years by many people for ripping off, robbing and shortchanging others. They are never satisfied and have absolutely no conscience or decency. If they were given 99 percent of the money in the world, they would still be furiously and feverishly searching the other 1 percent's pockets for money to take. They are not business people. They are criminals running scams and perpetrating acts of criminal fraud that is actively defrauding others.

Jay Z and Tidal Are Reportedly Facing a Lawsuit Over Failing To Pay Artist Royalties (UPDATE)

8 hours ago - UPDATE: Tidal just issued a statement to Complex about the lawsuit and said that they are up to date on all royalties owed to Yesh Music, LLC. TIDAL is up to date on all royalties for the rights to the music stated in Yesh Music, LLC and John Emanuele’s claim and they are misinformed as to who, if anyone, owes royalty payments to them. As Yesh Music, LLC admits in their claim, TIDAL has the rights to the Master Recordings through its distributor Tunecore and have paid Tunecore in full for such exploitations. Their dispute appears to be over the mechanical licenses, which we are also up to date on payments via Harry Fox Agency our administrator of mechanical royalties. 

The entire catalogue in question streamed fewer than 13,000 times on TIDAL and its predecessor over the past year. We have now removed all music associated with Yesh Music, LLC and John Emanuele from the service. This is the first we have heard of this dispute and Yesh Music, LLC should be engaging Harry Fox Agency if they believe they are owed the royalties claimed. They especially should not be naming S Carter Enterprises, LLC, which has nothing to do with Tidal. This claim serves as nothing other than a perfect example of why America needs Tort reform. 

When Jay Z launched Tidal last year, he did so on the idea that the streaming service would be the first of its kind to take care of artists with higher royalty payouts. After the official launch event, Jay even tweeted that Tidal was going to pay every artist, writer, and producer featured on the service a 75 percent royalty rate, which was higher than any other streaming service in the industry, at least according to Hov. Now, it appears that Hov and Tidal are in some serious hot water over their royalty system, as they're reportedly facing a $5 million class-action lawsuit from Yesh Music, LLC and John Emanuele​ from the band, the American Dollar. 

The lawsuit, which was uploaded online to the site Scribd here, claims that Tidal streamed 116 of the band's copyrighted songs without paying back any royalty payments in the process. The firm Garbarini Fitzgerald P.C. reportedly filed the lawsuit in the United States District Court Southern District of New York over the weekend, according to the uploaded documents. As of now, neither Jay, Tidal, or Tidal's parent company, Aspiro, which is also named in the suit, have responded to the case. 

We spoke with the lawyer in the case, Richard Garbarini, on the phone, and he confirmed that the suit was filed over the weekend. Over the phone, Garbarini said that the band received no royalties for their work until this past Nov., and that the group asked months ago to have their music removed from Tidal. As of today, the band's music is currently still available to stream on Tidal. "I find it fairly amazing an organization that claims it was going to pay the artists, systematically does not pay the artists," Garbarini said. 

Tidal reportedly used faulty numbers to make payments to artists and may have undercut the money they owed to artists by as much as 35 percent, according to the filed documents. The band claims that they were expecting monthly reports on royalty payments and usage of every song on the service, but nothing was ever sent, according to the lawsuit...

TIDAL Refuses to Reveal Stats for Kanye’s “The Life Of Pablo,” 100 Million Streams Likely Wrong

Posted 5 days ago - 2016-02-23 - Minutes ago I clicked on a story from Pigeons and Planes reporting that anonymous sources within TIDAL have revealed that Kanye's new album, The Life Of Pablo, has so far been streamed 100 million times exclusively on TIDAL in the two weeks since its (quasi)release; we can assume that means at least 50 million times in its first week. 100 million? 100 MILLI?!?!?!?...

For comparison, Drake's IYRTITL album held a previous streaming record by racking up approximately 17 million streams of If You're Reading This It's Too Late in its first week, and those official numbers came via Spotify, a service with approximately 25 million paid subscribers and an additional 40 million free users for 65 million total users. So that would mean that Kanye accumulated roughtly three times more streams than Drake in his first week on a streaming service 1/26th the size of Spotify. (TIDAL is currently reporting 2.5 million subscribers, about one million of those new subscribers driven there by Kanye's album.) If those kind of stats seem too good to be true, it's because they likely aren't true. 

Unfortunately, Pigeons & Planes seems to have simply made a mistake in their reporting. According to the original TMZ story they cited, the TIDAL source told TMZ that the album has been streamed "millions" of times, not "100 million times." "Millions" could indeed mean 100 million, or it could mean two million, which would be a mere 98 million off.

Regardless of who reported what number from where, the confusion around TLOP gets at a deeper story. As fate would have it, I didn't see P&P's story when it first went up because at the time I was on the phone with Billboard's VP of Charts & Data Development, Silvio Pietroluongo. Among the many topics we discussed (full interview coming later), Pietroluongo confirmed that while TIDAL has shared streaming and sales numbers for other artists and releases, they've so far refused to divulge any stats around The Life Of Pablo.

Tidal nears one year of mediocrity and failure

In Music by Joel Freimark / February 25, 2016 - Just under a year ago, Tidal hosted one of the more awkward launch events ever known to man, as a handful of multi-millionaire musicians stood uncomfortably and lost on stage — all seeming to hope one another knew what was going on. In many ways, the event can be seen as the ideal precursor to the brilliant “how do I walk on stage” performance from presidential candidate Ben Carson just a few weeks ago, and the Tidal launch told us all we needed to know about the company. As they approach their first anniversary, things have only gotten worse, and someone should have the decency to put the clueless, unimaginative company out of its misery...

Then, of course, there was Tidal’s promise that they’d be using the platform to help unknown artists achieve stardom. Used by pretty much every music-related startup, this line is as old as “these photos are just so I can show big time producers what you look like,” and as of yet, not a single artist has been vaulted to any real status by the platform. This in itself isn’t entirely Tidal’s fault, as you need a large, active listener-base to achieve this, and they have neither.

Oh wait, that Kanye guy got a TON of hype when Tidal completely botched his album release — and nobody knew about him or Rihanna before they joined Tidal, right? The only thing Tidal achieved with their arrogant, unprofessional style of “exclusive” releases was incurring a massive amount of hate from the very people they’re trying to convince to pay them every month for a service that is done better elsewhere. 

But arrogance runs deep in the lifeblood of Tidal. Even before their launch event, they attempted to garner sympathy and subscribers in an absurd manner. Their pre-launch video was nothing short of unintentional comedic genius and led to countless, well deserved parodies. In short, Tidal was attempting to put forth the concept that they were “the little guy.”

Note to Jay Z, Madonna, Jack White, Kanye West and the long list of multi-platinum millionaires in the video: You can’t make people feel bad for NOT giving you $10 a month when you yourselves haven’t had to consider the value of $10 a month in well over 10 years...
