Michael Jackson autopsy photo
A sad autopsy photo of pop star Michael Jackson was shown to the jury today, during the involuntary manslaughter trial of his doctor, Conrad Murray. The photo will definitely make an impact. People are used to seeing Jackson on stage, energetic and full of life. To see him dead and helpless is sad. This tragedy was so preventable. Dr. Murray should not have been giving Jackson the drug Propofol, which ultimately claimed his life. He bears some responsibility in this.

The funeral for British singer, Amy Winehouse, was held in London, England today, as the singer was found dead on Saturday, July 23, 2011, of a suspected drug overdose. Dozens of Winehouse's family and friends, came out to pay their respects and bid her farewell.
Crowds gather outside the funeral
Winehouse's ex-husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, who publicly admitted he introduced the once healthy singer to heroin and crack-cocaine, marking a massive downward spiral in her life and career, was barred from the funeral by her family and denied permission to leave prison to attend the funeral.

No official cause of death has been determined at this time, due to the autopsy being branded "inconclusive." Standard toxicology tests are underway, with the results expected in several weeks. Winehouse leaves behind an estate worth millions and numerous unreleased songs.
Amy Winehouse's family and friends
Her story should serve as a sobering reminder to many of the dangers of drug and alcohol abuse, as Winehouse had so much to live for, but due to not embracing the importance of remaining sober, lost her life. This really is a tragic waste of life, because as accomplished as she was in her chosen profession, there was still so much more she could have done over time, with the talents God gave her. Drug and alcohol abuse brought it to a halt.
Amy Winehouse's back up singers
It is full time the entertainment industry started doing more to keep artists drug free. It is ridiculous the number of entertainers that have overdosed. The National Basketball Association in America has taken a proactive role in educating athletes on the dangers of fame and wealth. It's time the music, film and television industries in Britain and America do the same.

Under pressure from the Michael Jackson estate and his supporters, the Discovery Channel documentary, "Michael Jackson Autopsy" has been pulled, as having caused offense before it aired. The Discovery Channel decided to air err on the side of caution in not angering those that care for the late pop singer, with a graphic program delving into their view on what his autopsy entailed.
The artwork for the show was particularly disturbing and led some to state, it is exploiting the singer that died of a pharmaceutical drug overdose.
The Judiciary Report would have watched the documentary for educational purposes, being a lover of medicine and science and to write about it on the site as well, but at the same time, there is something quite sad and tragic about it, due to the manner in which Jackson died at age 49.RELATED ARTICLE
The estate of the late pop singer, Michael Jackson, has demanded the Discovery Channel yank a macabre documentary, hypothesizing what his autopsy was like for the program. The program is entitled "Michael Jackson Autopsy." The Jackson family is appalled, viewing the show as exploitation.
The poster for the program is sad, cold and understandably offensive to the grieving family. It features a sequined gloved corpse, strategically covered by a sheet, giving off a grim vibe. Anyway you slice it that can be deemed exploitative.

Racist, frequently sued, FBI Director Robert S. Mueller
This week one of America's foremost pathologists, Dr. Cyril Wecht, indicated the FBI is lying about the death of Detroit Imam, Luqman Ameen Abdullah. The FBI stated he was confrontational and attacked them, forcing them to open fire, shooting him 25 times.
The Judiciary Report viewed the Imam's autopsy photos online and they are horrible (the site does not recommend viewing the photos). The FBI really abused this man.
Imam, Luqman Ameen Abdullah
The autopsy indicates the Imam was bitten on the face and neck by the FBI's dog, who fractured his jaw. The Imam was also shot in the back. If he was charging at them and being confrontational, how did the FBI manage to shoot him in the back.
If someone is charging at you to attack, the self-defense bullet wounds would be to the front of the suspect's body, not the back. Someone's lying...and it appears to be the FBI. COINTELPRO is alive and well under a new name and is still being used on black people. Some things never change.
Doctor doubts FBI in imam's shooting death
He questions bullets in back, dog wounds
Posted: June 3, 2010 - A noted pathologist raised questions Wednesday about how the FBI handled the 2009 shooting death of a Muslim leader in Dearborn, saying that Imam Luqman Ameen Abdullah was mauled by a dog and did not receive emergency medical assistance.
Dr. Cyril Wecht of Pittsburgh has handled a number of high-profile cases. He said Abdullah was shot twice in the back -- not once as Wayne County Medical Examiner Carl Schmidt's report said. Schmidt did not comment Wednesday.
Abdullah was killed by FBI agents during a raid Oct. 28. He had bites and claw marks from an FBI dog used during an attempt to arrest him and his followers on suspicion of dealing in stolen goods, Wecht said. He concluded the dog fractured Abdullah's jaw...
The autopsy results into the death of singer, Michael Jackson, have been indefinitely delayed, to accommodate the accompanying criminal investigation, as he died under suspicious circumstances.
The government is also investigating several of Jackson's doctors, for giving him excessive amounts of prescription medications, that poisoned his system.
It is believed the drug, Propofol, administered by his last doctor, Conrad Murray, caused Jackson's early demise. It is also being stated, Jackson abused Propofol, for two years. Murray is said to have been his doctor for the last year of his life, therefore, who was obtaining the drug prior to this physician.
Warrants for Jackson's doc call singer 'addict'
LOS ANGELES — Authorities investigating Michael Jackson's death alluded to the singer as an "addict" and were seeking evidence related to the powerful anesthetic propofol, according to search warrants released Thursday.
The documents show investigators have cause to believe several California Business and Professions codes had been broken, including "excessive prescribing," a misdemeanor punishable by a fine or imprisonment for up to 180 days...
The family of recently deceased pop singer, Michael Jackson, requested a second autopsy. The first was inconclusive, requiring toxicology tests in a bid to make a definitive statement regarding cause of death.
However, as I stated from the beginning on the day he died and before the news broke, Jackson was abusing prescription medication and the next day the coroner confirmed prescription meds were found in his system.
Some prescription meds are muscle relaxers. Take too much and they will relax the person...and the heart into a sluggish state, then depress breathing until it stops.
But I have a question. When he collapsed, as was reported, why didn't they call 9/11 right away. Why work on him for 30-45 minutes, giving him CPR, not instructing someone to call 911 simultaneously. What good would that have done with a heart that had stopped beating.
I denounced this method of treatment a few years ago in the Sound Off Column regarding Princess Diana's death. Medical workers should work on emergency patients while rushing them to the hospital, it should not be one proceeded by the other.
