North Carolina Police Create Suspicion And Anger In Declining To Release Footage Showing The Shooting Death Of Black Motorist Keith Lamont Scott By Cop

Protests turned into riots in North Carolina after 43-year-old black motorist Keith Lamont Scott was shot and killed by police. The officer who pulled the trigger is a black. Police officials state Scott was carrying a gun and ordered to drop the weapon. However, witnesses to the murder stated he did not point a gun at police, but was reading a book in his car, while waiting for the school bus to drop off his son. 

North Carolina police officials first insisted Scott had a gun and brandished the weapon. However, when asked to release dash cam and body cam footage of the shooting death, police declined. Police Chief, Kerr Putney, is now changing his story stating the video of the shooting does NOT illustrate, “Absolute, definitive evidence that would confirm that a person was pointing a gun.” It should be noted, North Carolina is an open carry state, where people are permitted to have weapons on display.

When Scott was ordered to exit the vehicle, he complied. Scott exited the car and slowly walked backwards away from the officer. That is not an aggressive stance. Someone who is an imminent threat would walk towards the officer. However, this is the pattern we keep seeing: black men surrendering to law enforcement in submissive stances and getting shot and killed anyway.

We’ve even seen a black man running away from police only to be chased down, shot in the back several times, his face pushed into the ground to the point of suffocation to ensure death and a gun planted beside his lifeless body (South Carolina Police Officer Charged With Murder For Shooting A Fleeing Black Man In The Back 8 Times Then Framing Him For Theft).

We've also seen a black woman framed by police, then exonerated by mobile phone audio and video showing she was the innocent victim of their crimes [Cop Tases Woman For Filming Him Engaging In Police Brutality, Calls Her A 'Dumb B***h' And Lies Stating She Tried To Run Him Over (Video)]. 

We've seen cops frame up a number of black people who went to prison for crimes they did not commit (4 Florida Cops Fired For Slurring Black People And Planting Evidence Sending Innocent Minorities To Prison Which Casts Prosecutorial Doubt On Over 50 Criminal Convictions (Video)). There are but a few of many examples. Incidents such as these have fuelled public distrust of police.

So let's not pretend that some cops do not engage in police brutality, lie in reports about excessive force, tamper with evidence and plant items at crime scenes to frame up innocent people. It has happened many times in well documented cases. Black men in particular are being framed and hunted by police and it is murder. That's not justifiable homicide.

The protests that ensued in North Carolina turned into riots. People were attacked and businesses and vehicles were destroyed, which is all regrettable. Violence only begets more violence. In future, please refrain from turning peaceful protests into scenes of violence. I understand your anger in North Carolina, but don't turn to violence and vandalism. Don't destroy your communities. Be the dignified people I know you are and keep things peaceful.

In closing, irrespective of the fact the officer who shot Scott is black, based on witness accounts and the inability of police to present video to corroborate his story of Scott pointing a gun at him, he needs to be charged with murder and imprisoned for killing a submissive man that witnesses stated was reading a book in his car. How many times have you, as a member of the public, sat in a car waiting for someone, minding your own business, while reading a book, newspaper or your phone. No one deserves to be killed for that.

Congressman Robert Pittenger Puts His Foot In His Mouth During Interview Stating ‘Black People Hate White People Because White People Are Successful And They Are Not’ (Video)

A sitting member of the U.S. Congress, Robert Pittenger, did a widely televised interview on the BBC, regarding current North Carolina protests and riots, in response to the shooting death of black man Keith Lamont Scott at the hands of an unnamed police officer. Congressman Pittenger, of North Carolina, caused a great deal of offense with his degrading racial statements that are a poor representation of the U.S. Congress.

The interview started quite normally, but then Pittenger began making race based statements that were uncomfortable. BBC newscaster James O’Brien tried to steer him back on the right track, to refocus on the protests and riots that occurred due to the murder of Keith Lamont Scott. However, congressman Pittenger veered off course again, crashed and burned by stating of the black protesters, “They hate white people because white people are successful and they are not.” 

Wow. Just wow.

O’Brien, squinting in utter disbelief then asked, “So a black man gets shot by a black police officer and the people protest because they hate white people?” Pittenger reiterated his statement and blamed it on the brother of murder victim Keith Scott having stated he hates all white people. 

The BBC is one of the largest newscasters in the world. Their broadcasts are translated into many languages and beamed out across the world to countless millions. Therefore, many people witnessed the ignorance Pittenger stated and as a member of Congress. Pittenger apologized last night, but the damage was done. People are now wondering how many other people in Congress hold his ignorant, incorrect view of black people.

Yesterday morning in the article “Oklahoma Police Killing Unarmed Black Man Terrence Crutcher For Having Car Trouble And Looking Like 'A Bad Dude' Is Racial Profiling” I stated members of government such as the police are representing America in the world and should be mindful of their actions. 

Pittenger would do well to keep that in mind as well, especially when he decides to do an international interview and defame black people to countless millions around the world. He has poorly represented America on the BBC giving a false, defamatory and offensive impression of black people. The average black person does not hate white people. Black people dislike being singled out for harmful, abusive and deadly treatment, as we repeatedly see with African Americans men being summarily murdered by police. 

Basketball legend and successful businessman Michael Jordan grew up in North Carolina and I can tell you right now, he wouldn’t switch places with Pittenger, me or anyone else, black or white. So please, desist with the egotistical, self-aggrandizing, crazy crap on television like there are no successful black people in existence.

For the record, I’m a black woman and I don’t hate white people. I love white people and all races. Therefore, it is disappointing and offensive to hear people make the type of statements Pittenger did on television.

Protesting officers wore "Police Lives Matter" t-shirts, a take on the "Black Lives Matter" movement, started in response to incidents of police brutality and excessive force, which led to the deaths of several black men, in what became high profile cases. Police officers spoke to the press outside Beyonce's concert regarding their disdain for her anti-law enforcement theme.

As fans lined up to see Beyoncé’s sold-out concert at NRG Stadium they were treated to cops, sheriff’s deputies and supporters — some wearing “Police Lives Matter” T-shirts — railing against her appearance, reports KHOU. 

“Some of her performances we believe to be anti-police,” explained Tony Ragsdale, from the Pasadena Police Department and a member of the Coalition for Police and Sheriffs (C.O.P.S.). To make their point, the members of C.O.P.S. shined a large blue light on the outside of the concert venue. Police departments across the country have been critical of the performer since the release of her “Formation” video prior to her appearance during halftime in the last Super Bowl. 

Besides references to Black Lives Matter — which many law enforcement officials see as a slam at their profession following the death of Michael Brown in Ferguson — Beyoncé‘s video also featured a police cruiser sinking in the flood waters of New Orleans...

In the March 11, 2016 article "Donald Trump Demands Audience Pledge Allegiance To Him In Heil Hitler Styled Salute, Promotes Mussolini And Violence Against Minorities And Women" also posted on the blog at 3/11/2016 02:12:00 AM, the Judiciary stated Donald Trump has been promoting violence via his words at political rallies he has been holding across America. Approximately 12 hours later, violence erupted at a Trump rally in Chicago, Illinois, prompting him to call off the event, citing security fears. The Trump campaign stated police advised them to do so. However, Chicago police later stated they did no such thing and it was a decision undertaken by the Trump campaign.

Trump is claiming to be perplexed at the violence and backtracking on previous claims. However, he has stated in the past that his supporters should punch protesters and he will pay the legal fees. He also made claims that in the good old days people like his protesters would be carried out on stretchers. Trump has created an air of violence and his supporters are feeding off these bad cues and acting upon them. Trump is inciting violence with his words, which is a criminal offense in many countries.

 In trying to nab the Republican nomination, Trump has become an extremist. A man, whose name was once synonymous with wealth and the American dream, is now equated with hate, division and racism. This is not a good thing. If Trump had simply run on the platform that he would use his financial prowess to help America's economy, this would have been acceptable. Instead he chose to tap into the racial divide in America making it extremely worse. Instead of trying to dissolve racial tensions, he has inflamed them.

In my humble opinion, political rallies should celebrate one's nation and excitedly cheer on what one seeks to improve. Bringing talk of violence to such events is not in the spirit of brotherhood, unity and the promotion of one's nation. It is divisive. Trump has become a hatemonger. He needs to do better than this. 

To Donald Trump: Growing up in America, I used to see you on shows like "Lifestyles Of The Rich And Famous." The name Trump meant money. Your name was about success in business. Even a few years ago I received an invite to one of your seminars in Florida. You used to be a businessman, but look at what you have become. You've become a hate figure. People are heiling Hitler at your rallies. Is this what you really want, to be a symbol of hate. Someone whose name is synonymous with hate and violence. Wake up and stop it. I preferred it when your name was about business. My hope was for you to help turn the U.S. economy around. Not engage in this racial mess that has ensued.

On November 28, 2015 I wrote on Twitter "The federal government needs to intervene in Chicago. They need a police corruption task for and a gang task force. On December 1, 2015, Chicago mayor, Rahm Emanuel, has announced the formation of a "task force on police." It is certainly needed, as the events surrounding the death of 17-year-old Laquan McDonald, who was shot 16 times by Chicago police officer, Jason Van Dyke, 38 and the disgraceful cover-up that ensued, reveals there is a problem.
Van Dyke and his fellow officers acted without a warrant in deleting over an hour of security camera footage from a local Burger King that revealed aspects of the crime incriminating to him. Then Van Dyke and his fellow officers lied in a police report stating he shot McDonald once in the chest, when the underage teen was hit with 16-bullets in the head, back, arms, legs and chest from the officer's gun. Van Dyke also lied stating McDonald lunged at him, when later released footage showed no such thing happened.

When the case reached local prosecutors, they dragged their feet and did not want to indict for a year. When Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests came into the police and prosecutors from various lawyers and news outlets, for the police dashcam videos from the shooting, they repeatedly stonewalled them, to the point people had to sue. A judge had to force the police and prosecutors to release the dashcam video of McDonald's shooting.
 
Realizing just how bad the video is, the police and prosecutors released it without sound, claiming there was none, as this would prevent the public from hearing as 16 bullets were fired into an unarmed teen, by Van Dyke, who even reloaded and fired some more. However, people needed to see and hear what happened. The cover-up just kept going and going, spooling in more and more members of government, which is disgraceful.

The public taught the government a lesson for the brazen cover up. First there were the embarrassing protests that were carried nationwide, then worldwide by the press (embarrassing on the Chicago government, as things never should have reached this point over a corrupt cop). Then, Chicagoans started boycotting stores on Black Friday costing local businesses untold millions. 

At that point I thought to myself, why is the government letting all this happen, all for standing behind a corrupt cop. It can't be worth it. Why did it take an entire year and immense pressure from the public for the Chicago government to even indict Van Dyke (he is not worth all this public humiliation and financial loss - no one is). People in government were falling in line with the corruption, one after another and it greatly damaged the name of the Chicago government.

My tweet on Twitter days prior to the announcement of police task force in Chicago. The task force can help to restore the Chicago government's name, via cleaning up the corruption that was exposed in the Laquan McDonald murder.

What did it for me is last week when the Chicago Police union came out and said they are standing behind Van Dyke. It made the entire local government look corrupt. I'm not gonna pretend, that was the point I began to think the entire Chicago government is corrupt, throwing their support behind a cop engaging in excessive force and police brutality.

In this life, all over the world, there will be bad apples mixed in with the good. That's just life. Not everyone will do the right thing. However, when you as the proverbial farmer advertise, promote and glorify the bad apples as what your farm has to offer, you have essentially told everyone your whole crop is corrupted and unfit for use. You have to remove the bad apples.

Chicago police union stands by cop charged with murdering teen

Sat Nov 28, 2015 3:37pm EST - The main Chicago police union is standing behind the white officer who was charged this week with first-degree murder for gunning down a black teenager. It is facing a backlash from leaders of the city’s black community as a result.

On its website, the Chicago lodge of the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP), has posted a bail fund appeal for the officer, Jason Van Dyke, who is accused of shooting 17-year-old Laquan McDonald 16 times just six seconds after emerging from his patrol car on a street in Chicago on Oct. 20, 2014. An earlier link on the FOP's front page to a GoFundMe campaign was removed after the fundraising site said it violated a policy against its use by criminal defendants.

The FOP also is paying the lawyer representing Van Dyke, Daniel Herbert, himself a former FOP member the union pays to represent Chicago cops in misconduct cases. Funding such a defense is a common practice among U.S. police unions. The FOP’s support for Van Dyke appears to have support within the union, according to email and phone interviews Reuters conducted with a number of white and black active-duty and retired cops, as well as union and black police association officials...

16-year-old Muslim girl and London, England resident, Amira Abase, tried to join the terrorist group ISIS in Syria. Abase traveled to Syria. Abase had begun publicly voicing her support for Syria, which has become a hotbed of terrorism at odds with the British and U.S. governments. Abase was among three Muslim girls in Britain, who chose potential husbands from a list of ISIS terrorists online and went to Syria to wed them and join the murderous terrorist group. ISIS has barbarically murdered innocent westerners via methods such as beheadings.

An undercover reporter recently texted Abase in London about the recent terrorist attack in Tunisia that left 30 British tourists dead and she inexcusably laughed at their murders responding “LOL” which is internet slang for “laughing out loud.” Her mind has been damaged by the brainwashing she subjected herself to in consorting with people involved in terrorist activities. Individuals like her are very misguided and in over their heads.

Abase's father, Abase Hussen, admitted he took her to a protest march when she was 13-years of age and it sent his child on a dangerous path with she too becoming a Muslim extremist supporting jihadi terrorism. These protest marches have become a slippery slope into terrorism for Muslims in Britain, as they are exposed to strong rhetoric and brainwashing via hate preachers and other individuals recruiting for terrorist organizations.

Members of western governments also attend these protests undercover, as they know some are terrorists and terrorists in the making. Undercover agents make secret recordings, discreetly take video and photographs and notate names of attendees for investigation and surveillance (and understandably so, as the government needs to preserve the lives of its citizens protecting them from potential terrorist attacks). Anyone who goes to or promotes these types of protests, just know, the government is watching you and you are bringing trouble on yourselves. 

It is alarming to watch what is transpiring regarding the terrorist recruitment drive of westerners. People are being brainwashed by terrorist groups via online recruitment materials, mosques and word of mouth from their Muslim friends, to support and or join the terrorism that is transpiring in Syria and other parts of the Middle East.

Little do these individuals know their names have been recorded and they are being watched, wiretapped and hacked by western governments as potential terrorists in the making. It creates a black mark over their lives. Their names have been added to terrorist watch lists at numerous airports and some nations will deny them entry.

It will create problems for them in progressing in society and gaining proper employment. They will not be allowed to attain certain jobs in society. As mentioned above, it also leads to the loss of their privacy and understandably so, as they are warring against the very nation(s) that birthed/housed them, as they are engaging in behavior that could kill fellow citizens in acts of terrorism.

In short, stay away from terrorism and support such activities. You are throwing your future away dabbling in such things and are kidding yourself if you think the government(s) will tolerate it and you will prevail in fighting against them. They don’t joke around when it comes to terrorism.

It is very unwise to get involved with such groups and so-called causes, as no western government will put up with it and rightly so, as it is a danger to the safety, peace and prosperity of each respective nation. Do yourself a favor and leave terrorism alone. It is a dead end. You will end up dead or in prison. Focus on having a healthy, hate-free, violence-free, productive life.

Amira Abase, 16, unwittingly told an undercover reporter at the Mail on Sunday that she was "laughing out loud" when asked about her reaction to the shootings, which saw 30 Britons killed.

In an online conversation with the reporter, the former Bethnal Green Academy pupil appeared to know little about the recent attack by gunman Seifeddine Rezgui in Sousse. But when she was told that Muslim leaders were condemning the attacks, she simply replied "LOL" - text speak for "laughing out loud". Reporter Abul Taher had contacted Ms Abase under the pretence that he was a fellow British Muslim teenager planning to run away and join Islamic State.

Ms Abase fled London in February along with friends Shamima Begum, 15, Kadiza Sultana, 16, to become so-called "jihadi brides". Yesterday video emerged of three girls carrying automatic rifles around Raqqa, Syria - an Isis stronghold, but there were conflicting reports as to whether the trio were the former Bethnal Green Academy pupils. Two of the girls have since married IS militants after choosing from a catalogue of suitors, according to reports.

Members of the girls' families, who appeared before a committee of MPs in March, claimed they were normal teenagers who watched shows including Keeping Up With The Kardashians...

For example Toya Graham, a mother of six, who was watching television during the Baltimore riots on Monday. While watching television she spotted her 16-year-old son wearing a mask and throwing rocks at police officers. This was very dangerous.

Graham went to the riots and retrieved her son from the crowd by force, pulling him by his sweater and slapping him. The story made headlines all over the country as has been featured on many news reports. Graham explained she did not want her son to become "another Freddie Gray" killed by police.

Today was the funeral of Freddie Gray, a man in Baltimore, Maryland, who was the subject of deadly police brutality and excessive force, simply for running in fear from several police officers. Gray had committed no crime, but became afraid when he saw several police officers staring at him.

Gray ran away and was caught and beaten. Gray was dragged into an ambulance and hours later pronounced dead at the hospital. His spine was snapped and ribs crushed, all while in police custody. No one is saying what truly happened to Gray, which has resulted in rage from people in Baltimore. This rage turned into violence as riots erupted. 

The people of Baltimore have every right to be angry at the violence being directed at black people. However, rioting and looting is not the answer. Peaceful protests would be better. Gray's death is the latest of many at the hands of select police officers in America, who have used an extraordinary amount of force against black people. 

It is painfully clear there needs to be a federal law enacted at a congressional level to address police brutality. Clear lines need to be drawn in the proverbial sand, regarding what is acceptable and unacceptable conduct from police officers. There should be stiff penalties to any officer who engages in police brutality and excessive force.

President Barack Obama talks about racial tension in wake of protests across America

U.S. President, Barack Obama, spoke about the racial tensions in America, which have risen due to cases of police brutality plaguing the country. Black people have been killed by police using excessive force, while others were brutalized on camera, in incidents filmed by citizens witnessing the sad displays.

House Speaker, Republican, John Boehner, stated regarding the matter, "The American people deserve more answers about what really happened here and was our system of justice handled properly." Protests all over America certainly indicate the public is demanding answers. Something must be done to stop the injustice.

 

Protests in New York

Protests have erupted all over America again, regarding people speaking out against the ongoing injustices transpiring. Thousands of people in New York marched all over the city, including at City Hall and the New York Police Department. Other protests are being conducted in many other cities across America, such as Seattle, Los Angeles, Oakland, Washington, Baltimore, Atlanta, Philadelphia and Cleveland, among others, demanding an end to police brutality.

CNN television news reporter Don Lemon is reporting, while attending protests in Ferguson, Missouri, regarding the police murder of 18-year-old unarmed, university bound student, Michael Brown, he and his television producer heard the National Guard refer to protestors as "n*ggers." The National Guard attempting to corral peaceful protestors, exercising their constitutional right to assemble (freedom of assembly) called the crowd "n*ggers" when they would not disburse and go home. 

What was that? Was that really necessary calling people n*ggers? And some wonder why people believe Brown's murder was racial profiling and racially motivated. Explain that! The National Guard brought race into it confirming people's worst suspicions. Some want the case to quickly go away, but there are issues that need to be discussed to prevent this from happening again. It needs to be formally brought out in the open in appropriate venues, so there can be peaceful dialogue with meaningful answers and effective solutions. Racial unity is needed.

CNN’s Don Lemon: National Guard Used ‘N-Word’ to Describe Ferguson Protesters

10:55 pm, August 19th, 2014 - CNN’s Don Lemon was back in the CNN studio Tuesday night after several days on the ground in Ferguson, Missouri. The anchor was hosting a town hall called “Black and White in America,” when one questioner asked what “safeguards” police departments could put in place to prevent shootings like the one that killed Michael Brown in the future. 

When one of Lemon’s panelists brought up the idea of putting cameras on officers to make them more accountable, Lemon said that measure might also affect the types of people who decide to become cops...He then shared this story from his time in Ferguson last night: 

“I’m just going to be honest with you. Last night, one of my producers said that they — I won’t say if it’s a he or she, because I don’t want to give anyone away — said they came in contact with one of the members of the National Guard and that they said, ‘You want to get out of here because you’re white, because these n-words, you never know what they’re going to do.’ True story. Autopsy Report Reveals Teen Mike Brown Was Shot In The Head Twice And Four Times In The Torso After Surrendering To Police Officer Darren Wilson

An official autopsy report has been released in the Ferguson, Missouri shooting death of unarmed 18-year-old, Mike Brown, by police officer, Darren Wilson and the contents reveal it was murder. The autopsy reveals Brown, who witnesses had stated held his hands up in surrender, was shot six times - twice in the head and four times in the torso. 

One bullet went through Brown’s right eye, another directly into the top of his head, while the remaining four lined one of his arms. It was as though Wilson used Brown as a target practice poster at a gun range. Brown was executed by Wilson in a brute display of excessive force that cut the university bound boy's life short. This is known as an extrajudicial killing, which is forbidden by law.

Being a police officer means using reasonable force if and when necessary. Reasonable force is not shooting someone’s eye out and sending an execution style bullet into the crown of their head. Wilson behaved like a marksman. This was not an accident or miscalculation. He meant to kill and kill he did. 

Police in Ferguson, overwhelmed with protests and rioting in the wake of Brown’s murder, released a videotape that allegedly shows Brown stealing $40 in cigars from a convenience store. However, some online have stated the person in the video appears to have a full head of hair while wearing shoes, while 5 minutes after running from police, Brown’s dead body had sandals on and the corpse bald. 

Something strange is going on and regardless of what one believes, no one deserves to be executed over $40 worth of cigars. That is insanity and injustice. A human life is worth more than $40. 

Officer Darren Wilson and the convenience store attendant/owner have gone into hiding. However, CNN and other networks posted a video of Wilson’s house which included the street address, making it very easy for irate members of the public to find his residence.

This past weekend, 18-year-old African American, Michael Brown, was gunned down and killed by a police officer in Ferguson, Missouri. The shooting took place on a public street in front of horrified onlookers, who state the teen was unarmed and had his hands in the air in submission and surrender.

One witness stated of the victim to the Associated Press, "'He was giving up in the sense of raising his arms and being subdued. The officer 'had his gun raised and started shooting the individual in the chest multiple times.' The officer then 'stood over him and shot him' after the victim fell wounded."

Shop owner cleans up after riots

The killing led to riots in Ferguson, as the public cried police brutality and racism in Brown's slaying. There were also peaceful protests and a candlelight vigil held in Brown's honor. An investigation is currently underway regarding the circumstances of the shooting. There is no justification for shooting an unarmed person, who had surrendered. That was an extrajudicial execution forbidden by law.

Aug. 11, 2014 8:00 PM EDT - FERGUSON, Mo. (AP) — A black teenager who was fatally shot by a police officer had his hands raised when the officer approached with his weapon drawn and fired repeatedly, according to two men who said they witnessed the shooting that sparked a night of unrest in suburban St. Louis.

The FBI opened an investigation Monday into the death of 18-year-old Michael Brown, who police said was shot multiple times Saturday after being confronted by an officer in Ferguson, a suburb of 21,000 that's nearly 70 percent black. 

Authorities were vague about exactly what led the officer to open fire, except to say that the shooting was preceded by a scuffle of some kind with a man. It was unclear whether Brown or the man he was with was involved in the altercation.

Investigators have refused to publicly disclose the race of the officer, who is now on administrative leave. But Phillip Walker said he was on the porch of an apartment complex overlooking the scene when he heard a shot and saw a white officer with Brown on the street.

Brown "was giving up in the sense of raising his arms and being subdued," Walker told The Associated Press on Monday. The officer "had his gun raised and started shooting the individual in the chest multiple times." The officer then "stood over him and shot him" after the victim fell wounded.

Dorian Johnson offered a similar account when he told WALB-TV that he and Brown were walking home from a convenience store when a police officer told them to get out of the street and onto the sidewalk. Johnson said they kept walking, which caused the officer to confront them from his car and again after getting out of the vehicle.

Johnson said the first time the officer fired, he and Brown got scared and ran away. "He shot again, and once my friend felt that shot, he turned around and put his hands in the air, and he started to get down," Johnson said. "But the officer still approached with his weapon drawn and fired several more shots." "We wasn't causing harm to nobody," Johnson said. "We had no weapons on us at all." Walker said that he did not see a scuffle or the circumstances that preceded the first gunshot...

The Obama Administration Being Met With Protests Domestically And Internationally

  

First Lady Michelle Obama and President Barack Obama

The administration of U.S. President, Barack Obama, is being met with protests and petitions in America and abroad. The president’s current trips to Japan, China, Malaysia and the Philippines, has been met with protests and complaints from people of the aforementioned, respective nations. As a result, the mainstream media reports, trade talks being held by Obama are not going well. 

In America, the president's policies are being protested as well, with Obamacare receiving the brunt of the complaints. The president’s wife, First Lady, Michelle Obama, is the subject of a school petition, regarding students wanting an offer for her to speak at their graduation in Kansas, rescinded by the school board, who issued it. The petition has received 3,000 signatures. Mrs. Obama is said to have cancelled the speech. 

President Obama’s bumbling Attorney General, Eric Holder, who is being blamed for the deaths of many, via the “Fast And Furious” gun scandal, is also facing protests and petitions in America, as many want him to vacate his post. This is a trying time for the Obama administration, with two years left on the clock to make a lasting political impact.

Asia Bibi, a Christian mother of five, was beaten, arrested and sentenced to death for drinking from the same cup as Muslim women in Pakistan. According to published reports, Muslims consider Christians dirty and unclean "pigs" and "swine" and for Bibi to have drunk water from a well Muslim women used, is considered blasphemy punishable by death.

Protests On The One Year Anniversary Of Trayvon Martin's Death

A year ago, 17-year-old Miami teenager, Trayvon Martin, was shot and killed in Florida by neighborhood watchman, George Zimmerman, 28, who racially profiled the youth. Protests, demonstrations and other gatherings were held today to commemorate his untimely death. In the meantime, the contentious Zimmerman murder trial continues in Sanford, Florida.

Brutal Rape And Beating Death Of Medical Student In India Leads To Protests (Video)

The government in India has indicted 5 men in the brutal rape, beating and death of a 23-year-old medical student, after the woman and her boyfriend were lured onto a public bus and attacked. The couple were on their way home after a movie, when the bus stopped to pick them up. The 5 men unleashed a furious and vicious attacked raping and beating the young woman, even violating her with an iron bar.

When the attack was over, they threw the couple off the bus, then attempted to run over her, which prompted her injured boyfriend to pull her out of the way. However, her injuries were too severe and two weeks later she died from organ failure. This incident has sparked protests in India with the government vowing to address the people's concerns. It can be difficult being a woman in this world. Human rights for women need to be improved globally.  

Newly Released Government Documents Reveal The FBI Made Plans To Kill Occupy Wall Street Organizers On Behalf Of Banks

The Guardian newspaper did a sensational piece this past weekend on the FBI stonewalling Freedom of Information Act requests and targeting Occupy Wall Street protestors. The Guardian stated regarding the Freedom of Information Act documents the FBI continually lied to requester about stating they did not exist, have been released and dispels, "what was once dismissed as paranoid fantasy" confirming people's worst fears that the FBI planned to murder Occupy Wall Street protestors on behalf of banks. From the Guardian:

"Banks sat down with FBI officials to pool information about OWS protesters harvested by private security; plans to crush Occupy events, planned for a month down the road, were made by the FBI – and offered to the representatives of the same organizations that the protests would target; and even threats of the assassination of OWS leaders by sniper fire.

 

Jason Leopold, at Truthout.org, who has sought similar documents for more than a year, reported that the FBI falsely asserted in response to his own FOIA requests that no documents related to its infiltration of Occupy Wall Street existed at all. But the release may be strategic: if you are an Occupy activist and see how your information is being sent to terrorism task forces and fusion centers, not to mention the 'longterm plans' of some redacted group to shoot you, this document is quite the deterrent."

 

The Guardian revealed something the Judiciary Report has maintained for years about the FBI, they work with the corporate sector against the average citizen in America, all in the name of profits, no matter how illegal the conduct (see: Aisha v. FBI lawsuit where the FBI criminally worked with Hollywood via aiding and abetting criminal copyright infringement, phone hacking, hacking and wiretapping for undue financial profit, while hiding Freedom of Information Act documents chronicling said criminality, at the expense of AIDS and cancer sufferers, who have been paying the price for the aforementioned industry's greed). 
  
According to the Guardian newspaper, the FBI organized the brutal crackdown on Occupy Wall Street protestors, in conjunction with Wall Street banks and CEOs, with options such as bankrupting and if need be using snipers to kill leaders of the peaceful protests across America. Yes, you read that right. The Constitution guarantees Americans the right to peacefully assemble and protest, but the FBI in another outrageous power grab placed the option of cold-blooded murder on the table, to protect the banks' profits.

The Judiciary Report is not ignorant of the law and knows protestors can be lawfully arrested, but murdering them is evil and unthinkable. That is domestic terrorism against U.S. citizens. The problem is the head of the FBI, Robert S. Mueller, by his own admission, does not apply the law evenly and believes he has "sovereign immunity" to commit any unthinkable, unconscionable crime he sees fit, even if it violates the Constitution and U.S. Code.

He believes Congress has given him the authority to spy on anyone in any manner he deems fit, criminally take people's assets he is not entitled to and redistribute it to his cronies and murder those that oppose his demonic agenda.

When you outrageously decide as the head of a law enforcement agency that murdering peaceful protestors by sniper fire is an option, just know the devil owns your soul. You should be excommunicated from the Catholic Church for being the spawn of the devil. You're worst than Hoover. You are also the worst thing that ever happened to America as time will illustrate, when Americans find out all the terrible things you've done.

The article by the Guardian also confirms what the Judiciary Report has stated for years regarding the FBI (Aisha v. FBI). The FBI lies in violation of the Freedom of Information Act, denying the existence of files it possesses, but does not want to release to the public, as they contain extensive criminal conduct on their part and or corporate entities they are trying to protect for financial reasons.

The first time I applied for files regarding me and the phone hacking scandal, which I broke first online in 2005, invoking the Freedom of Information Act as legal grounds to obtain said documents, the FBI lied in a letter to me stating the files didn't exist. However, one of my well-connected reputable sources informed me they were lying and a massive set of files regarding me, my very valuable copyrights and Madonna and Rupert Murdoch's criminal theft thereof, exists at the agency, in regular storage as well as being hidden in the FBI's secret file room, in another story I broke first that was later confirmed by the Boston Herald.

Therefore, I appealed the FBI's decision (to the agency). When I appealed, the FBI realized I knew more than I was telling them about their criminal obstruction of justice in the matter and finally admitted in writing the files exist, but wrote they are not releasing them to me unless I sue them. They believed I wouldn't sue, but I did. I sued them and they placed a judge on the case, Jose E. Martinez, who worked for the FBI/DOJ for many years and he corruptly and illegally asserted in a court ruling that the FBI has "sovereign immunity" and can break the law however it pleases, once again, refusing to release the documents.

Congress is unable to regulate the monster it created via Mueller at the FBI, as according to one of my reputable sources, he routinely blackmails and bullies them, via illegally obtained surveillance items. There is no way I could be head of state anywhere and have someone so evil as Mueller running loose. I'd have indicted him and placed on death row for the crimes against humanity he has been committing at the FBI. He has cost many people their lives in another (forthcoming) scandal.

This corruption cannot continue. The agency needs to be shutdown by Congress, because mark my words, a terrible scandal is coming regarding Mueller and the nation and the world will not tolerate anything less than a closure when they discover the full extent of what he has done at the FBI.
 
As stated in a previous article, Mueller has foolishly, inadvisably and lawlessly made serious enemies in the world of hardcore, ruthless people in different nations, who are counting the days until he is no longer head of the FBI. No other FBI director was so arrogant and wantonly reckless in this regard, being power mad and making that many enemies and of that caliber. Did you not think ahead to the time when you would be out of that job.

Revealed: how the FBI coordinated the crackdown on Occupy

It was more sophisticated than we had imagined: new documents show that the violent crackdown on Occupy last fall – so mystifying at the time – was not just coordinated at the level of the FBI, the Department of Homeland Security, and local police. The crackdown, which involved, as you may recall, violent arrests, group disruption, canister missiles to the skulls of protesters, people held in handcuffs so tight they were injured, people held in bondage till they were forced to wet or soil themselves –was coordinated with the big banks themselves.

The Partnership for Civil Justice Fund, in a groundbreaking scoop that should once more shame major US media outlets (why are nonprofits now some of the only entities in America left breaking major civil liberties news?), filed this request. The document – reproduced here in an easily searchable format – shows a terrifying network of coordinated DHS, FBI, police, regional fusion center, and private-sector activity so completely merged into one another that the monstrous whole is, in fact, one entity: in some cases, bearing a single name, the Domestic Security Alliance Council. And it reveals this merged entity to have one centrally planned, locally executed mission. The documents, in short, show the cops and DHS working for and with banks to target, arrest, and politically disable peaceful American citizens.

The documents, released after long delay in the week between Christmas and New Year, show a nationwide meta-plot unfolding in city after city in an Orwellian world: six American universities are sites where campus police funneled information about students involved with OWS to the FBI, with the administrations' knowledge (p51); banks sat down with FBI officials to pool information about OWS protesters harvested by private security; plans to crush Occupy events, planned for a month down the road, were made by the FBI – and offered to the representatives of the same organizations that the protests would target; and even threats of the assassination of OWS leaders by sniper fire – by whom? Where? – now remain redacted and undisclosed to those American citizens in danger, contrary to standard FBI practice to inform the person concerned when there is a threat against a political leader (p61).

As Mara Verheyden-Hilliard, executive director of the PCJF, put it, the documents show that from the start, the FBI – though it acknowledges Occupy movement as being, in fact, a peaceful organization – nonetheless designated OWS repeatedly as a "terrorist threat":

"FBI documents just obtained by the Partnership for Civil Justice Fund (PCJF) … reveal that from its inception, the FBI treated the Occupy movement as a potential criminal and terrorist threat … The PCJF has obtained heavily redacted documents showing that FBI offices and agents around the country were in high gear conducting surveillance against the movement even as early as August 2011, a month prior to the establishment of the OWS encampment in Zuccotti Park and other Occupy actions around the country."

Verheyden-Hilliard points out the close partnering of banks, the New York Stock Exchange and at least one local Federal Reserve with the FBI and DHS, and calls it "police-statism": "This production [of documents], which we believe is just the tip of the iceberg, is a window into the nationwide scope of the FBI's surveillance, monitoring, and reporting on peaceful protestors organizing with the Occupy movement … These documents also show these federal agencies functioning as a de facto intelligence arm of Wall Street and Corporate America."

The documents show stunning range: in Denver, Colorado, that branch of the FBI and a "Bank Fraud Working Group" met in November 2011 – during the Occupy protests – to surveil the group. The Federal Reserve of Richmond, Virginia had its own private security surveilling Occupy Tampa and Tampa Veterans for Peace and passing privately-collected information on activists back to the Richmond FBI, which, in turn, categorized OWS activities under its "domestic terrorism" unit.

The Anchorage, Alaska "terrorism task force" was watching Occupy Anchorage. The Jackson, Michigan "joint terrorism task force" was issuing a "counterterrorism preparedness alert" about the ill-organized grandmas and college sophomores in Occupy there. Also in Jackson, Michigan, the FBI and the "Bank Security Group" – multiple private banks – met to discuss the reaction to "National Bad Bank Sit-in Day" (the response was violent, as you may recall). The Virginia FBI sent that state's Occupy members' details to the Virginia terrorism fusion center. The Memphis FBI tracked OWS under its "joint terrorism task force" aegis, too. And so on, for over 100 pages.

There is a new twist: the merger of the private sector, DHS and the FBI means that any of us can become WikiLeaks, a point that Julian Assange was trying to make in explaining the argument behind his recent book. The fusion of the tracking of money and the suppression of dissent means that a huge area of vulnerability in civil society – people's income streams and financial records – is now firmly in the hands of the banks, which are, in turn, now in the business of tracking your dissent.

Remember that only 10% of the money donated to WikiLeaks can be processed – because of
financial sector and DHS-sponsored targeting of PayPal data. With this merger, that crushing of one's personal or business financial freedom can happen to any of us. How messy, criminalizing and prosecuting dissent. How simple, by contrast, just to label an entity a "terrorist organization" and choke off, disrupt or indict its sources of financing.

Why the huge push for counterterrorism "fusion centers", the DHS militarizing of police departments, and so on? It was never really about "the terrorists". It was not even about civil unrest. It was always about this moment, when vast crimes might be uncovered by citizens – it was always, that is to say, meant to be about you.
