Tyson Gay's 15-Year-Old Daughter Shot And Killed In Unprovoked Senseless Act Of Violence

Trinity Gay, the beautiful 15-year-old daughter of well liked sprinter, Tyson Gay, was shot and killed in Lexington, Kentucky this past Sunday morning at a local restaurant. The teenager was the victim of an unprovoked act of violence on her part. As she innocently stood outside fast food restaurant the Cook Out at 4:00AM, two cars exchanged gunfire and Trinity was shot in the neck. The bullet likely sliced or severed her carotid artery (arteries) leading to exsanguination (and possible windpipe damage). She was rushed to the University of Kentucky hospital where she was pronounced dead.

Tyson Gay stated of the tragic incident, "She didn't make it. I'm so confused. She was just here last week for fall break. I have no idea what happened." My deepest condolences to Tyson Gay and his family. I'm sorry for your loss brother. It is a terrible tragedy and I am sorry it occurred. It's awful hearing about loss of life, especially when it is a very young person. People need to rally around the Gay family and help them through this difficult time.

The senseless gun violence continues to claim innocent lives in America, necessitating the need for gun control. This beautiful, promising young girl, who was also a sprinter, has lost her life through no fault of her own and for no valid reason. Congress needs to stop cowering to the gun lobbyists and protect the American people from violence.

Nations that instituted gun control saw a massive decline in shooting deaths. It is estimated that 30,000 Americans die each year from gun violence. So many people who should still be here are not because of gun violence. Something needs to be done on a legislative level to fix the problem.

Oct 16, 2016, 1:23 PM - Trinity Gay, a high school sprinter and daughter of Olympian Tyson Gay, has died after shots were fired early Sunday morning at a Lexington, Kentucky restaurant. Two cars were involved in a shootout at the Cook Out restaurant near the University of Kentucky campus. Trinity Gay, 15, who was reportedly not in either car, was hit in the neck and pronounced dead at 4:41 a.m. Sunday. Police are seeking the drivers of the cars based on descriptions. 

“She didn’t make it,” Tyson Gay said. “I’m so confused. She was just here last week for fall break. It’s so crazy. I have no idea what happened.” Trinity Gay was a promising sprinter who was a state champion for her region in the 200m event, and placed fourth in the state at the 100m distance...

Kardashian was targeted at her apartment by assailants who broke into her flat. Kardashian was in the bathroom when the break-in occurred.

The burglars grabbed the reality star at gunpoint and tied her up. The robbers stole $12,000,000 in jewelry and fled. Many online are skeptical about the incident, expressing the belief it was somehow stage for the overexposed, publicity seeking star's reality show, "Keeping Up With The Kardashians."

 It is abundantly clear people are watching the movements of Hollywood stars, similar to what occurred with the Bling Ring in California, then robbing them of valuables. Just two weeks ago, rapper Drake's tour bus was robbed of $3,000,000 in jewelry (Drake’s Tour Bus Robbed Of $3,000,000 In Jewelry But Police Catch Thief). TMZ implied it was actually Drake's jewelry and not that of his DJ that was stolen. Police recovered the jewelry shortly after.

October 3, 2016 - PARIS (Reuters) - Masked men robbed Kim Kardashian at gunpoint in the early hours on Monday, leaving her tied up in the bathroom of her luxury residence in Paris and stealing millions of dollars' worth of jewelry, police and her publicist said. Five attackers, wearing ski masks and clothes with police marking, struck around 3 a.m. (0100 GMT) inside the exclusive apartment block where the reality TV star was staying while attending Paris Fashion Week, a police source told Reuters. 

They stole a box with 5-6 million euros' ($5.6-$6.7 million) worth of jewels and a ring worth about 4 million euros, the source said. After she was discovered - "badly shaken but physically unharmed," according to her publicist...Police were guarding the apartment block on Monday morning, a discreet building behind the city's Madeleine church, with several secret entrances, often frequented by movie and music stars who pay up to 15,000 euros a night. 

Kardashian's spokeswoman, Ina Treciokas, initially said two masked gunmen dressed as policemen held up the star in her room. The robbery set social media alight, with many users expressing disbelief at the latest headline-grabbing event in the life of a TV star whose every living moment seems to be documented on screen and the internet.  "Looking forward to accompanying album and TV show detailing event," said Twitter user Jay...

The Woman Accusing Chris Brown Of Pointing A Gun At Her In His Home Is A Thief And Suspect In A New York Grand Theft Larceny Case At The Luxury Plaza Hotel

Chris Brown released a series of Instagram videos while police were outside his house. Brown was in a very distressed state.

Baylee Curran, the Miss Los Angeles County 3rd runner up beauty pageant contestant, accusing Chris Brown of pulling a gun on her in his home, where she was an uninvited guest who got into his hot tub at 3AM, has a history of theft. The incident at Brown’s home started when Curran began admiring six figures worth of jewelry a business associate of the singer brought to his home for his inspection, with the hope the wealthy star would make purchases (Brown loves jewelry). 

Curran began admiring and reaching for the diamond jewelry in a manner that made them nervous, leading to Brown’s business associate becoming angry. Brown, fed up with the uninvited guest, is accused of pulling out a gun, pointing it at her and stating “get the f**k out” of his house. First Curran stated Brown pointed a gun at her and told her to get out. Now she is saying on social networking Brown pointed a gun at her head and told her to get out. First she said she didn't touch the expensive jewelry, then she stated in an interview she did do that.

Curran called the gossip site TMZ (looking for attention and a payday) then police. When police arrived at Brown’s home, he unwisely refused to come out and speak to them which made it look like he was in the wrong (they had no warrant, so technically he did not have to let them into his house). With the track record of some police in America, in reference to excessive force and violence against blacks, a number of people on social networking feared the LAPD were going to kill Brown yesterday. 

Brown should have called his lawyer and had him rush to the property and walk him outside. Then his lawyer could have addressed the police. Brown was arrested yesterday evening on the charge of suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. Brown later posted $250,000 bail and was released from jail. Brown will be arraigned September 20, 2016.

Curran is a friend of Nia Guzman, the mother of Brown’s daughter. The two are in an ongoing, bitter custody and cash dispute. Here’s the problem with the uninvited guest. Curran is a known thief. She is a suspect wanted for questioning by police in a grand theft larceny case that occurred at the luxury Plaza Hotel in New York (the lovely hotel from the “Home Alone 2” movie). Curran stole a $1,000 Louis Vuitton luxury purse with $200 in it and ran out of the hotel. The victim reported it to police and obtained a restraining order against Curran. 

Once I again, I have to state it, how many times I have written in this column for years that Brown should not let just anybody into his house (Chris Brown Must Make More Changes To His Life Lest Certain Things Destroy Him and Chris Brown's Groupies Jeopardize His Child Custody Status In New Video and Getting Negative Influences Out Of Your Life among others). Brown reads the column and my Twitter page. The first few times I wrote it, Chris continued to let unsavory types into his home. The next thing that broke in the press was that a few of Brown’s so-called friends with criminal ties, broke into his home, tied up his defenseless aunt at gunpoint, locked her in a closet, then stole some of his property. 

Now Curran tried something suspect and got mad when she was ordered to leave a house she was technically trespassing in. I have to state something else as well, some men don’t know how good they have it. Brown had a nice girl, Karrueche Tran, cheated on her with Nia Guzman, who trapped him with a baby (once again, Royalty is beautiful little girl and what I have written is not against her). Now look who you’re stuck with - money seeking Nia and her friend Baylee sticky fingers the kleptomaniac, trying to rip you off and set you up. Some of you men keep thinking with the wrong head and end up getting burned for it. 

This is not about Guzman being Hispanic or Curran being white. Brown has some black gangbanger friends too who are violent thieves that egg him on into trouble. There are other black, white and Hispanic people, among other races in California, who have morals and would set a better example for Brown and his child. However, Brown keeps hanging out with troublemakers and he ends up paying a price for it. 

Another thing I don’t understand is how some famous men have sex with women they just met or barely know and in another unwise step fall asleep in bed with them. While they are asleep, some men have been robbed of their wallet (cash and credit cards) and jewelry. Others have been photographed sleeping while in compromising situations, by fame hungry groupies, who leaked the pics online. If some of you aren’t careful, you are gonna hook up with a nutcase who harms you in your sleep. 

In closing, Brown needs to pay for proper armed security, who are insured. Allegations that he threw a bag with guns and drugs out the window is a no-no, as he is a convicted felon. People need to learn to insulate themselves from trouble wherever they can. Some things you can’t avoid, but some you can. 

Side Bar: I can’t get over how Curran was an uninvited guest who got in a hot tub at Brown’s house at 3AM with a bunch of men around. That’s not a good look. It gives the appearance you were there to sexually service people.

8/31/2016 1:00 AM PDT  - The woman claiming Chris Brown pulled a gun on her is wanted in NYC for questioning in connection with criminal theft ... for allegedly stealing a fancy designer purse at a swanky hotel. The incident could be significant in the Chris Brown case, because alleged victim Baylee Curran claims a certain piece of jewelry that caught her eye triggered the events that led to her 911 call. Baylee was vacationing with a few friends at The Plaza back in 2013 when they began arguing in the hotel. According to police docs, Baylee snatched a $1,000 Louis Vuitton purse from one of the girls and ran out of the hotel. 

The purse contained $200 in cash, as well as credit cards and a Michael Kors wallet. Security chased Baylee, who allegedly dropped the purse but somehow fled with the contents. By the time cops arrived Baylee was long gone. There's a warrant of sorts -- it's called an I-Card -- which will allow NYPD cops to pick her up and take her to the station for questioning, if they find her in the city. Apparently, the incident was bad enough that the alleged purse-snatching victim got a restraining order against Baylee from an L.A. judge.

Donald Trump Denies He Was Inciting Violence With Second Amendment Comment About Hillary Clinton And The Secret Service Did Not Visit Him

U.S. Presidential candidate, Donald Trump, caused a firestorm of controversy this week after he made comments about political rival, Hillary Clinton, being taken care of by "the Second  Amendment people." The Second Amendment is the right to bear arms (guns) in America ("the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed). Some interpreted Trump's statements to mean that Americans would kill Clinton if she chose Supreme Court judges they did not like, in the event she is elected President of the United States. 

 

Trump stated," Hillary wants to abolish, essentially abolish the Second Amendment. By the way, if she gets to pick, if she gets to pick her judges, nothing you can do, folks. Although the Second Amendment people, maybe there is, I don't know." Trump later stated his comments were to motivate gun owners to vote against Clinton, not shoot her.

 CNN reported the Secret Service formally interviewed Trump about his statements. The Trump campaign stated CNN lied. The Secret Service backs up their statement in also denying CNN's claims. Trump slammed CNN for the story stating, "No such meeting or conversation ever happened. A made up story by low ratings CNN." 

 

I can see how some could interpret Trump's statements as dangerous. It sounded like he was joking and hoping regarding gun owners lighting up Hillary like a Christmas tree. There are always fanatics who are unbalanced and will hear or read items and act upon it in an illegal manner. Trump needs to be careful of what he says, because if someone pops a cap in Hillary's butt, some will blame him.

Side Bar: Two months ago, a Democrat writer indirectly called for Donald Trump's assassination and the mainstream press said nothing (weeks after, someone did actually try to kill Trump). This week Trump makes a statement that is interpreted by some as violent and it lands on all the mainstream outlets. That's quite uneven. Both stories should receive the same amount of attention.

Assange is now promising a new document dump on Clinton, who is being hit on all sides with two widely viewed expose documentaries (“Clinton Cash” and “Hillary’s America”), lawsuits alleging criminal behavior and backlash from Bernie Sanders supporters, as she stole the election from him. Assange has stated he has emails that reveal Clinton armed the dangerous, murderous ISIS terrorist organization who have been wreaking havoc. 

ISIS is in fact a CIA fringe group. Much like it was discovered via credible documentation that the CIA founded and funded Al Qaeda and lost control of some of its members, the same can be said of ISIS, whom people in global intelligence circles are openly accusing the Obama Administration of protecting, which is very alarming on so many levels. Wikileaks exposed the fact Clinton ally, DNC chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz, illegally rigged the election for her to gain the nomination ahead of worthy, deserving opponent Sanders. As a result, Schultz was forced to announce her resignation and when she appeared at the Democratic National Convention she was booed right off the stage. Security escorted Schultz from the stage under a loud chorus of unrelenting boos, in what history will remember her by and she deserves it, as she stole another person’s destiny in what was not hers to take and give to another.

Assange stated in an interview today, “We have more material related to the Hillary Clinton campaign.” Clinton and U.S. President Barack Obama, whom she served herself under as Secretary of State, decided they would try to destroy Assange a few years ago for leaking documents about the government’s criminal behavior. It gained worldwide attention, as it exposed serious criminal behavior by the U.S. government. 

Obama and Clinton decided to operate outside the law. Through the CIA, Obama and Clinton had Assange framed for rape. They found two of his previous sex partners and had them come forward alleging rape. The rape allegations reveal they knowingly had rough sex with Assange in separate incidents, then objected to it after the act, not before or during. It is one of the most insane things I have ever read. If that’s the case any bitter woman can cry rape changing her mind after the actual sex act occurred. It spits in the face of real rape victims. 

Now Assange wants revenge for the Obama Administration framing him for rape and has been dropping leaked documents left right and center, damaging them at the worst possible time - during Clinton’s campaign bid. That’s the problem with taking the gloves off with people and deciding you are going to be a villain. There comes a time when some you attack will not turn the other cheek and will seek to destroy you as you attempted to do to them.

The Obama Administration made many unnecessary enemies in America and the world. Now that their time in office is almost over, they will be civilians again and have to face said enemies in political, government and spy circles who essentially hate them. There are many places in the world members of the Obama Administration and their families will not be able to go, due to the brutal and illegal things they did while in office. They will be consigned to living low profile lives, as George W. Bush has been doing, as he has less Secret Service protection. While I am not encouraging violence, it's a known historical fact about some, not all former heads of state, who made many unnecessary enemies in their nation and around the world. 

The moral of the story is, if you choose to go into politics as a profession, do not let so-called power go to your head. Just because you can do something, doesn’t mean you should do so. When in office, act with temperance, peace, civility and a sense of humanity. Not only is it the right thing to do, it will mean a peaceful life for you and your family once you inevitably leave office, rather than hiding in a hole (your house) like a recluse for the rest of your life, terrified one of the many enemies you made while puffed up with pride, ego and so-called power, will seek revenge.

This past Sunday, when a terrorist supported by ISIS murdered 49 gays and lesbians in a Florida night club, Obama again refused to acknowledge the attack was, "Motivated by radical Islam."

Presidential candidate, Donald Trump, is seizing upon this, using Obama's words against him and the Democrat party, to make his case for becoming the next President of the United States. Trump is painting election rival Hillary Clinton, Obama and their fellow Democrats in Congress as weak on nation security, "She's a weak person. She's weak on so many different levels. I just see where the Secret Service agent said she should never be president." Trump also flat out accused Obama of having a hidden agenda in stating:

"He doesn't get it or he gets it better than anybody understands. It's one or the other, and either one is unacceptable, No. 1, and No. 2, calling on another gun ban, I mean, this man has no clue. First of all, the shooter was licensed. So he went through all the procedures, he was fully licensed to have a gun. So he would have passed the test that the president would have thrown up there. It's so ridiculous. You know, this is a, this is a mentality, this is a state. And you have thousands of shooters like this with the same mentality out there in this country, and we're bringing thousands and thousands of them back into this country, and into the country every year." 

"We're led by a man who is a very -- look, we're led by a man that either is, is not tough, not smart, or he's got something else in mind. And the something else in mind, you know, people can't believe it. People cannot -- they cannot believe that President Obama is acting the ways he acts and can't even mention the words radical islamic terrorism. There's something going on. It's inconceivable."

"I'm starting to think it could happen," Trump said, "because our politicians are so inept and so incapable and our leadership, especially at the top, is just -- they don't know what they're doing. Trump would be better at national security than Hillary Clinton. However, banning all Muslims from America as Trump wants to do, is not the right solution to the problem and is highly offensive. All Muslims should not be blamed for the crimes of a few. What America needs to ban is civilian gun ownership. Nations that banned civilian gun ownership, such as Britain, saw a dramatic decrease in crime. 

Why does any civilian need a gun that can spray 100 bullets per minute. It leads to mass casualties. You can outrun a knife, but not a gun firing off 100 bullets per minute, spraying a room full of people. That's a weapon of war. People keep stating pro-gun laws protect the public. However, many people have died in mass shootings, who were not protected by pro-gun ownership laws in America.

The people in the Orlando, Florida night club died terrifying deaths. They did not deserve that. This simply should not have happened. It is almost unfathomable. However, it happened, as in many other cases due to the fact pro-gun laws in America are facilitating mass shootings. People are being killed all over America in tragedies that can be prevented.

Having released a statement yesterday decrying Obama's inability to refer to the incident as "radical islamic terrorism," Trump went further, raging that "[Obama] doesn't get it or he gets it better than anybody understands. It's one or the other... he has no clue," reiterating his own call to ban Muslims from entering the US...

22-Year-Old 'Voice' Star Christina Grimmie Shot Dead In Florida By Crazed Stalker

22-year-old You Tube star, Christina Grimmie, who placed third on the 2014 edition of the television talent show "The Voice" was shot and killed in Orlando, Florida, while signing autographs for fans outside The Plaza theatre. The talented singer/pianist Grimmie and the boyband Before You Exit, held a concert at the venue, but trouble erupted at the meet and greet after the show. 

A man opened fire on Grimmie as she signed autographs, shooting her in the head, then fatally turning the gun on himself, after the singer's brother tackled him. Grimmie was rushed to hospital and listed in critical condition. However, shortly after Grimmie was declared dead. This is so tragic and sad. She was someone's child. To die at 22-years old and in an act of violence, when all she wanted to do was sing, is terrible. He had no right to take her life away from her. 

Ironically, Grimmie did a version of David Guetta's "Titanium" repeatedly singing the lyric "Shoot me down, but I won't fall." To most who've heard the song, it is just lyrics. However, to a crazed stalker, it's an invitation to do the unthinkable. Where normal people see, read and hear one thing, a lunatic interprets it completely differently and destructively. Stalkers imagine hidden meanings in words and statements that aren't there.

Stalking is a serious crime. It denotes serious mental illness. The sad fact of the matter is a number of stalkers resort to acts of violence against innocent victims, who have done them no harm. However, stalkers build up insane scenarios in their heads of imagine invitations, offenses, slights or provocations that simply never occurred.

Troubled 26-year-old boxer, Adrien Broner, has surrendered to police in his native Cincinnati, Ohio, on armed robbery and assault charges. Broner posted $100,000 bail and was released pending trial. In January 2016, Broner was gambling outside a Cincinnati bowling alley and lost $8,000. In an attempt to win his money back, Broner asked the unnamed man, who won the bets to continue gambling with him. 

When the man refused, Broner went to his car, retrieved a gun, brandished the weapon, then punched him in the chin twice. The man’s chin split open as he was knocked unconscious. Broner then took the $8,000 back from the man and an additional $2,000 from his pocket, then fled the scene. The man was taken to the hospital and given 60 stitches.

A warrant was issued for Broner’s arrest on March 24, 2016. Broner made an arrangement to turn himself in today. Broner is fresh off his controversial stoppage victory on April 1, 2016, against boxer, Ashley Theophane, which scored the biggest boxing ratings in Spike television’s history. 1,013,00 viewers tune in to watch the fight in America. The fight also aired on Spike in Britain. 

This was not Broner’s first brush with the law. Broner was arrested last year for drunk driving and sentenced to 6-months probation and community service. In 2007, when Broner was a minor aged 17, he was arrested on three felonies for robbery and assault. When he turned 18-years-old, Broner was arrested for assault and battery. At age 18, Broner was also arrested for carrying a concealed weapon. At age 19 Broner was arrested for witness intimidation and aggravated menacing. In 2012, Broner was arrested for assault and battery. In 2013 Broner was arrested again for assault and battery.

Despite that he is just as well known for his interesting antics outside of the ring, especially in recent weeks. Just last week he was arrested and charged with an Assault and Battery in Miami-Dade County, Florida. In this it is well documented that he got into an altercation with a few men to where he allegedly “bit” a man on the arm during the fight...

His documented troubles began shortly before his 18th birthday in 2007 where he was arrested and charged on 4/3/07 with an Aggravated Robbery, and 2 counts of Felonious Assault and Battery (despite being a minor, due to the severity of the crime he was charged as an adult). All 3 of those charges were Felonies. He was able to be free’d after making a bail of $100,000 cash, but during this period he violated his bond when he was once again charged with Assault and Battery (a misdemeanor version) on 8/17/07. This charge was dropped nearly 3 weeks after. 

Broner was acquitted of the 3 major charges as well that October, but this was only the beginning. In September of 2008 he was charged with Carrying a Concealed Weapon (another Felony), but once again was acquitted jury a jury trial 12 months later. During this time while awaiting trial he was unable to stay away from trouble again, being charged with an Intimidation of a Witness and an Aggravated Menacing in December of 2008. But this was dismissed 3 months later due to a lack of feasible evidence. That also counted as a violation of his bond. 

He was able to stay out of the courtroom after this for nearly 3 years while he rose thru the ranks as an A-list prospect. But he was arrested once more just a few months ago on 12/21/12, for yet another Assault and Battery. This charge is still pending, and his next court date will be held in the upcoming future on an unspecified date. During this time once again he failed to live by the guidelines involved with his bond, with his recent Miami arrest...

This is a continuation of the December 21, 2015 article "Obama Administration Armed The Drug Cartels And ISIS At U.S. Taxpayers Expense." The Obama Administration via the Justice Department, which was headed up by trouble prone Attorney General, Eric Holder, ran an illegal arms operation called "Fast And Furious" named after the movie of the same title.

Under the unlawful operation, Holder, with Obama's approval and knowledge, sent money and high powered weapons to select criminal outfits in neighboring nation Mexico, to see what would happen when it fell into the hands of the drug cartels the government has been watching. The cartels began using the weapons to kill American border patrol agents and Mexican civilians in the drug war.

Sean Penn posed for a photo with drug kingpin, El Chapo, shaking his hand as though he is in agreement with him. It did not reflect well on Penn in the eyes of Mexican authorities. Penn was followed by the Mexican government to a remote jungle where they witnessed him interview El Chapo.  The Mexican government raided El Chapo the next day.

This week it was revealed, weapons the Obama Administration sent to Mexico, also ended up in the hands of the most dangerous drug dealer the world, Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman. It is being reported, "a weapon capable of taking down a helicopter" was among the guns confiscated by the Mexican government during El Chapo's recapture.

In a November 30, 2015 article on the Judiciary Report's sister site, www.Compendius.com, the site recommended doctors be given the ability to report to the government's background check division (FBI) the names of mentally ill patients, who would pose a danger as gun owners, barring them from ownership. 5-weeks later on January 5, 2016, President Barack Obama announced his new gun control measures includes a new feature that enables doctors to report to the FBI's background check division the names of mentally ill patients, in an effort to bar them from buying guns:

Dear’s conduct again proves there are holes in the national gun check system allowing mentally ill people to purchase weapons. There have been many high profile shootings in America, a number on university campuses, where it was later revealed doctors had declared the shooter mentally ill, but due to a lack of timely and viable methods of connecting medical records with national gun background check systems, many mentally unfit people go under the radar. Not only should they have been denied the right to buy a gun, but institutionalized as well. 

America needs gun control. Approximately 30,000 Americans die each year in non-police based shootings. That number is unacceptably high. Productive members of society are being lost to gun violence in acts that are preventable via the proper legislation being enacted and an overhaul of the gun background check system to sync them with medical records of individuals flagged as suffering from mental illness. 

All Americans’ medical records would not need to be included in the database. Doctors offices could each be assigned a password protected user name and pin/password that requires medical professionals to refer patients’ names to the database, who meet the mental illness criteria that poses a danger to the public. This is the only viable solution that could decrease the number of gun related fatalities committed by mentally ill people, in the absence of gun control, with the latter being the best option."

It's not the first time I have written something that the government later implemented. A number of items made as public suggestions on my sites have been used by governments. However, my public suggestions are made in an effort to help save lives. Therefore, I do not view under the category of copyright infringement in those cases.

A press site is claiming the new directive from the president this week is apart of a plan he unveiled on gun control in January 2013. However, upon further inspection, Obama's only gun control initiative in January 2013, was unveiled on the 16th at the White House and states nothing about doctors reporting mentally ill patients to the gun background check division of the government, handled by the FBI, which is what I proposed 5-weeks ago and what the Obama Administration proposed two days ago (see articles below under the STORY SOURCE section).

Obama's speech from the White House in Washington, is being heavily criticized on social networking by the public and press. Some are stating he was crying crocodile tears. I am not a fan of Obama, due unlawful and high unethical acts he has committed in office. However, proverbially putting him aside in this matter, it is time for people to recognize the fact thousands of people in America are needlessly dying every year due to senseless acts of violence that need to desist. Gun control has worked for other nations and can work for America as well, in greatly reducing crime rates, particularly in the area of homicides.

Doctors can report some mentally ill patients to FBI under new gun control rule

The action was one of a series of steps that President Barack Obama had called for in January 2013 in the wake of the Newtown, Conn., shootings to curb gun violence, but the rule was not published until today.

Here Are The 23 Executive Orders On Gun Safety Signed Today By The President

President Obama has signed 23 executive orders designed to address the problem of gun violence in America. The following are the items addressed:

Gun Violence Reduction Executive Actions:

1. Issue a Presidential Memorandum to require federal agencies to make relevant data available to the federal background check system.

2. Address unnecessary legal barriers, particularly relating to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, that may prevent states from making information available to the background check system.

3. Improve incentives for states to share information with the background check system.

4. Direct the Attorney General to review categories of individuals prohibited from having a gun to make sure dangerous people are not slipping through the cracks.

5. Propose rulemaking to give law enforcement the ability to run a full background check on an individual before returning a seized gun.

6. Publish a letter from ATF to federally licensed gun dealers providing guidance on how to run background checks for private sellers.

7. Launch a national safe and responsible gun ownership campaign.

8. Review safety standards for gun locks and gun safes (Consumer Product Safety Commission).

9. Issue a Presidential Memorandum to require federal law enforcement to trace guns recovered in criminal investigations.

10. Release a DOJ report analyzing information on lost and stolen guns and make itwidely available to law enforcement.

11. Nominate an ATF director.

12. Provide law enforcement, first responders, and school officials with proper training for active shooter situations.

13. Maximize enforcement efforts to prevent gun violence and prosecute gun crime.

14. Issue a Presidential Memorandum directing the Centers for Disease Control to research the causes and prevention of gun violence.

15. Direct the Attorney General to issue a report on the availability and most effectiveuse of new gun safety technologies and challenge the private sector to developinnovative technologies.

16. Clarify that the Affordable Care Act does not prohibit doctors asking their patients about guns in their homes.

17. Release a letter to health care providers clarifying that no federal law prohibits them from reporting threats of violence to law enforcement authorities.

18. Provide incentives for schools to hire school resource officers.

19. Develop model emergency response plans for schools, houses of worship and institutions of higher education.

20. Release a letter to state health officials clarifying the scope of mental health services that Medicaid plans must cover.

21. Finalize regulations clarifying essential health benefits and parity requirements within ACA exchanges.

22. Commit to finalizing mental health parity regulations.

23. Launch a national dialogue led by Secretaries Sebelius and Duncan on mental health.

It does not appear that any of the executive orders would have any impact on the guns people currently own-or would like to purchase- and that all proposals regarding limiting the availability of assault weapons or large ammunition magazines will be proposed for Congressional action. As such, any potential effort to create a constitutional crisis—or the leveling of charges that the White House has overstepped its executive authority—would hold no validity.

The Obama Administration has engaged in illegal, secret projects that ended up in the mainstream press, as they had turned into fiascos of the highest order. President Obama's former hand picked Attorney General, Eric Holder, armed drug cartels in Mexico, using U.S. taxpayer guns and cash, to see what would happen. He amazingly did not think anything bad could come out of giving drug cartels guns and cash and at the U.S. taxpayers' expense. Not long after, the drug cartels began killing American border patrol agents and U.S. citizens with the guns and leaving them at the crime scene, under Holder's stupid experiment that cost innocent people their lives.

Not learning their lesson after the fiasco concerning the cartels, the Obama Administration decided to spend $500,000,000 in U.S. taxpayer money to arm rebels in Syria. However, the Syrian rebels gave the high tech U.S. weaponry to Al Qaeda and ISIS in the region. These same weapons are being used to kill westerners.

It's appalling how the Obama Administration engages in unsavory, asinine, crazy maneuvers anyone with an iota of intelligence could see had the capability of horrendously backfiring and leading to massive loss of life, but forged ahead anyway with said deadly plans. This occurs when people do not think before they act. Most people ponder the consequences of their choices before choosing a course of action. The Obama Administration does not and people are dead as a result of that carelessness and callousness in tragedies that could have been prevented. Who in their right mind could come up with such dangerous plans and have hearts cold enough to execute it. And who in their right mind could support it.

Meek Mill Found Guilty Of Violating His Probation And Could Face Return To Prison

A judge has found rapper Meek Mill guilty of violating his probation, stemming from a 2008 weapons and drugs charges. Mill, born Robert Williams, dates rapper Nicki Minaj, who testified in court on his behalf last week at a probation hearing. Mill has repeatedly violated his probation over the past few years, in conduct that already sent him back to prison in 2013 for 5-months. 

Mill was again released and sentenced to probation, but violated it not long after via leaving town without the permission of the court to perform at rap concerts, when the court order specifically stated he was to stay within the southern portion of the state of Pennsylvania. Mill also submitted a diluted urine sample to the court during testing, which the lab interpreted as trying to hide drug use forbidden by the court. Mill is managed by Roc Nation, owned by convicted felon, rapper and copyright thief, Jay Z.

At the end of the day, one must follow probation guidelines or risk being incarcerated again. Mill continues to do drugs, rather than go to rehab and deliberately violated the court's orders in another manner, by leaving the state to perform shows. Mill cited the need to earn money. However, in his particular case, his girlfriend and former fiancée, Minaj has money. Could she not have loaned him some cash until the completion of his probation, where he would be able to do shows again.

Police in Chicago, Illinois have arrested 27-year-old gang member, Corey Morgan, who is suspected of committing the retaliatory and brutal killing of innocent 9-year-old boy, Tyshawn Lee. Morgan and fellow gang member, 21-year-old Dwight Boone-Doty, are being held on weapons possession offenses. The judge deliberately set an unusually and understandably high bail for weapons possession by felons, placing it at $1,00,000 each, as Morgan is informally considered the prime suspect in the 9-year-old boy's killing.

Tyshawn was executed due to his father, Pierre Stokes, having allegedly killed Morgan's brother and wounded his mother in a car shooting. The autopsy report reveals Tyshawn was shot in the temple (side of the head). Who shoots a 9-year-old and in the head. It is psychopathic. It is an extreme disregard for human life. This sickening crime must be punished to the full extent of the law. Tyshawn deserves justice. Here's hoping all the evidence comes together in an air tight manner and a strong jury is chosen to administer justice for a child who didn't deserve what befell him. Rest in peace little one.

Gun violence has struck again in America. A currently unnamed shooter opened fire at the Umpqua Community College in Roseburg, Oregon, killing 9 and wounding 20. Witnesses stated the shooter pointed a gun at a room full of students and began demanding to know their religion. Those who stated they are Christian were lined up and killed, shot in the head execution style. Those who refused to name a religion were shot in the legs. The gunman later shot and killed himself.

The incident is a sad and painful reminder that gun control laws are needed in America. Random acts of violence are claiming precious lives on a regular basis. The bloodshed must stop. Knife crime is terrible as well, but gun incidents are far worse, due to the ability of automatic weapons to dispense multiple bullets in seconds.

Civilians should not be in possession of these types of guns (or any guns for that matter). Over 30,000 Americans die each year from gun violence. That is a massive number of people to die in that manner and it is preventable. Nations that enacted gun control laws saw a dramatic reduction in murders and overall crime levels.

Chris Brown's new Tarzana, California mansion was broken into this week by armed robbers, who pointed a gun at his aunt and locked her in a closet. The thieves ransacked Brown's home, going through his property and stealing valuables. They violated his privacy in a manner that is harmful for someone who is bipolar, struggling with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and other mental health issues.

This privacy violation that also victimized Brown's aunt, can create paranoia and mental breakdowns (he should see a therapist about it). Ironically, Brown's mother has publicly stated her son's so-called friends did this to him. His poor aunt must be very traumatized, as someone breaking and holding a gun on her was surreal and frightening. She could have had a heart attack.

Brown is now tasked with cataloging all the items and cash that was stolen and filing an insurance claim. Insurance companies heavily scrutinize claims regarding burglaries where cash goes missing. That is one of the dangers of keeping too much cash on hand. It is difficult to prove exactly how much you had in your possession. Brown also has to produce photos and receipts for stolen possessions. Thankfully his 1-year-old daughter was not home at the time of the incident.
