This is a follow up to the October 8, 2016 article "Toni Braxton Leaves Hospital After Lupus Related Medical Emergency But Seeks To Resume High Stress Tour Detrimental To Her Health." On October 24, 206 singer Toni Braxton was rushed to the hospital again last week, after another heart scare related to lupus.

The 48-year-old singer has been battling lupus for over a decade and the flares associated with it have grown worse. Braxton suffers from pericarditis, a byproduct of lupus, which creates severe chest, neck and left arm pain. Over exertion and stress, associated with touring, aggravates pericarditis and lupus. For some like Braxton, pericarditis has led to painful chest, neck and arm pains, heart palpitation, shortness of breath, fainting, blackouts, dizzy spells and weakness. It can simulate the feeling of a heart attack, alarming disease sufferers.

Braxton has stated in the past the toughest part of living with lupus happens when she is on tour. Lupus reacts badly to stress and touring is stressful (poor nutrition, checking into and out of airports, long flights, tour buses, checking in and out of hotels, interviews, sound checks, then performance in the same day).

Touring is strenuous for a healthy person and even more so for someone battling lupus. There's a lot to do everyday you're on tour. It's too much for a person who is physically unwell with a debilitating condition. At this stage of her career, after 25-years as an accomplished solo artist, Braxton has nothing to prove and does not need to put her health and life at risk. Actually, no one with lupus does...

The 49-year-old suffered from a second debilitating bout of lupus this month, causing her to postpone a show in Cleveland, and the star has taken no chances as she continues to perform with the device. 

According to TMZ, the star has been advised by doctors to wear her heart monitor round the clock in order to foresee any potential health issues and to keep an eye on any chest pain. For Wednesday's show, the singing icon wore the same sheer dress she sported the previous show, one which showed off her device on her chest.

Fallen singer, Mariah Carey, is looking worse for wear again. The 46-year-old singer is struggling with two flopped albums in a row, a poor selling Las Vegas residency with several missed dates, a messy divorce from actor Nick Cannon and a challenging relationship with fiancé, James Packer. 

I saw the pictures posted above on Instagram and it wasn’t Carey’s best moment. Her face looks like it is retaining water from excessive alcohol consumption. Regardless of the context of the pictures, it is not a good look for her. Carey’s brother Morgan spoke out about the poorly kept secret that the singer is a massive alcoholic. She began hitting the bottle hard when she married former music mogul, Tommy Mottola. He introduced Carey to gourmet food and she fell into the liquor bottle face first.

R&B singer Toni Braxton was recently released from the hospital, after experiencing a medical relapse in her battle against lupus. It is now being reported Braxton wants to immediately resume headlining her concert tour, which is dangerous due to her medical condition. Lupus has damaged Braxton's heart. 

Braxton needs to take time off and rest. The stresses of touring will aggravate her lupus. People have died from lupus with very little or no warning. Braxton needs to stop touring and start recuperating and spend quality time with family and friends, lest things take a turn for the worst.

Toni Braxton Still Heading on Tour Following Hospitalization for Complications

Nothing can stop Toni Braxton, not even her battle with lupus. The singer was hospitalized recently stemming from complications with her illness, forcing her to postpone two California shows that were originally scheduled for this week. However, she still plans to continue the rest of her tour starting October 12 in Detroit.

"I am so excited about going back on the road and seeing all of my wonderful fans and friends," Braxton commented in a statement that was released to E! News. "Everyone's life is complicated and this is just a condition that I live with."

The coroner's report into the death of "The Voice" and You Tube star Christina Grimmie reveals obsessed stalker, Kevin James Loibl, shot her in the head and chest, as she extended her arms to hug him, as she did other fans, at a meet and greet in Orlando, Florida. The talented singer was the opening act for the boyband Before You Exit. Both recording acts were spending time signing autographs for audience members and giving out hugs when tragedy struck.

Loibl, who had never met or spoken to Grimmie, built up a non-existent relationship with her that existed solely in his mind and became angry upon logging on to social networking one day and discovering she had a boyfriend. Loibl stalked Grimmie across the state of Florida to her show in Orlando. The bullets to Grimmie's head and chest proved catastrophic. Surgeons battled to save her, but she was pronounced dead hours after the shooting. Loibl turned the gun on himself and was also pronounced dead. This nonsensical tragedy is appalling. She was only 22-years-old. He should not have done this to her.

R&B singer Chris Brown has been fired from his Las Vegas night club residency at Drai's. Previously, Brown announced a deal regarding performing approximately 50 shows at the night club over the course of at least one year. Midway into the deal things have fallen apart, as Brown accused the club's employees of being racist to him. Brown posted the claim on Instagram, which infuriated the owner of the night club. 

Brown did not specify exactly how the club was being racist to him, which could cause him problems. Brown should have been more specific regarding his claims, as now the club has terminated their deal with the singer, costing him several hundred thousand dollars, having taken offense at his statements. Drai's is disputing Brown's claims in trying to defend their name. If Brown is to sue for wrongful dismissal, he would have to prove his claims. Conversely, if Drai's sued for defamation, Brown would have to prove his claims to avoid being hit with a substantial financial judgment.

Since the Rihanna domestic violence case, which resulted in him being blacklisted by many sponsors, Brown's income has been largely derived from club appearances, concerts in select nations that have not banned him for being a convicted felony, merchandising, record sales, music publishing and guest appearances on many songs. Concerts are Brown's most lucrative source of income. If that begins to go, it will negatively impact his finances and financial commitments. Brown has bought multiple homes using mortgages and has several car notes that must be repaid.

While under the influence of drugs and alcohol, Brown has been making a number of incendiary accusations this year regarding a private jet pilot, his former manager, tour manager, publicist, a night club bouncer and now Drai's. Sadly, the drugs and alcohol have Brown engaging in dangerous behavior that is becoming very detrimental to his health and career. 

For Brown to have even bounced back after the Rihanna domestic violence case and earned millions of dollars from revenue sources in music and film, was completely out of the norm coming off such a scandal. In warring with his team and business associates, Brown risks the complete collapse of his career and millions of dollars in financial loss. 

Brown's drug problems have become more severe. Where his team would be able to get him sober for interviews and public appearances, he is now during all his waking hours. Due to this fact, Brown is getting into one disaster after another and releasing videos on Instagram that painfully illustrate his insobriety. In looking at the videos, it is easy to ascertain that Brown is sad, unhappy and lonely. He looks so lost. However, his family refuses to get him the medical help he needs regarding his raging drug problem, for fear he will financially cut them off.

However, if he spent more time with his son, rather than music industry groupies, the little boy would have a relationship with him. 

 

Future

I feel sorry for the little boy. His biological father is not treating his mother well, neglecting his paternal duties and another man had to step in to become a father to him. Baby Future has seen Wilson more than his biological father. While it is great he has someone around for support, the rapper is really letting his child down.

In the June 11, 2016 article "22-Year-Old 'Voice' Star Christina Grimmie Shot Dead In Florida By Crazed Stalker" the Judiciary Report's statements were later proven correct, regarding "The Voice" talent show contestant, Christina Grimmie, having been killed by a crazy stalker. Police reports later confirmed the Judiciary Report's claims, stating Grimmie was killed by a stalker (Police Confirm A Stalker Killed 'Voice' Star Christina Grimmie Confirming Previous Site Claims).

In the June 11, 2016 article "Police Confirm A Stalker Killed 'Voice' Star Christina Grimmie Confirming Previous Site Claims" the Judiciary Report also stated "There's nothing wrong with seeing someone on social networking and wanting to date them. That's normal. However, when it turns crazy like Loibl, an unhinged person who in true stalker fashion clearly began thinking crazy, evil, violent things about an innocent person (Grimmie), imagining offenses that never occurred and hidden meanings in her music and statements online, it can turn deadly. It is not common that it turns into stalking and murder, but it has happened. Loibl probably wanting to date Grimmie, may have realized she liked or was dating someone and it likely simmered and festered into illogical thinking and ultimately murder."

Approximately a week later on June 16, 2016, a report was released yesterday stating Grimmie's stalker, Kevin James Loibl, was indeed in love with her, thought they were getting married though they didn't know each other, became enraged when he discovered she had a boyfriend, then stalked and murdered her. In Loibl's crazy mind Grimmie, whom he did not know and had no relationship with, had somehow betrayed him with her boyfriend.

Loibl worked with computers at the electronics chain, Best Buy, as apart of one of their Geek Squad teams. Loibl's coworkers on the Geek Squad recently told police he was obsessed with Grimmie, kept stating he was going to marry her and in a manner that indicated he really believed they were getting married and a wedding date was already set, despite the fact they did not know each other. His co-workers did not think Grimmie would like him and expressed said view. Loibl decided to get contact Lasik eye surgery (to replace glasses), hair implants and went vegan to get trim and muscular with the goal of marrying Grimmie.

Then, Loibl discovered Grimmie has a boyfriend. Pictures were posted to Instagram showing Grimmie being affectionately hugged by her boyfriend, who is her producer, Stephen Rezza. Grimmie and Rezza made a cute couple (they kind of look alike) and by all accounts she was happy with her boyfriend. It was her right to date whomever she felt like that was interested in her as well.
Relationships can't be one-sided, but with stalkers they always are, because one person has invented the whole thing in their mind. In trying to date and marry someone who did not know him, then getting mad at her for having someone to the point it led to murder, reveals serious mental issues.

Loibl claimed to be a fan, so he should have been happy for her. However, stalkers are not fans, they are crazy, evil minded people trying to own, control and possess others in strange ways. Stalkers are illogical and irrational. They are so detached from reality and decency, they pose a serious threat to innocent people.

Many people have spotted others online, interacted with them and began dating them (in some cases it led to marriage). Many fans have crushes on their favorite celebrity and some even end up dating them (once again, in some cases it led to marriage). That's normal. However, to like someone you see online or on TV, then get enraged because they have someone and decide to kill them, is a whole other matter. Loibl had no right to attack Grimmie. He robbed a bright and talented young woman of her life. She, like everyone else, deserved to find someone and be happy with that person of her choosing.

June 16, 2016 | 10:14am - Christina Grimmie's killer thought they were getting married. The obsessed fan who murdered “Voice” singer Christina Grimmie tried to transform himself into a pretty boy in a delusional bid to win over the songbird, co-workers said. Kevin Loibl got hair transplants, underwent Lasik eye surgery and even turned vegan to shed pounds and become too-hot-resist to Grimmie, the killer’s colleagues with Best Buy’s Geek Squad told TMZ.

Loibl vowed to co-workers — who would tease him about his infatuation with the singer– that he’d someday marry Grimme, who rose to fame first on YouTube, and then in the sixth season of NBC’s singing talent show, “The Voice.” And he told them he went to one of her concerts in March, and hinted that he met her there. He also claimed that he played online games with Grimmie, which a source told TMZ was untrue.

The killer apparently became enraged when he was shown pictures of Grimmie with another man, possibly her boyfriend TMZ reported. His obsession turned unspeakably violent last Friday when Loibl shot and killed the talented 22-year-old singer after a concert in Orlando.’ He fatally shot himself after wounding Grimmie, who died the next day.

6/16/2016 1:00 AM PDT - Christina Grimmie's killer was on a mission to make himself so appealing she couldn't resist him, and when it didn't work he changed his plan to kill her ... this according to his former co-workers. Various people who worked with Kevin Loibl tell TMZ his infatuation with Christina was boundless. He went on a mission to change his appearance for her and, toward the end, got hair transplants and Lasik eye surgery. He also went vegan to lose weight.

He would also listen to her music at work and vow she would someday be his wife. Loibl's Best Buy co-workers say he went to one of Christina's shows in March and hinted that he actually met her. The co-workers also say the Geek Squad killer claimed to have played online games with the singer. A source close to the singer, however, tells us Christina never had contact with Loibl.

And there's this. The co-workers say they teased Loibl that he would never score because Christina had a boyfriend ... her producer. That relationship was never public, but pictures of Christina and the guy together on social media made it pretty clear ... they were together. We're told that enraged Loibl. That rage was vented last Friday after Christina's show, when he shot her in the head and then killed himself.

22-year-old You Tube star, Christina Grimmie, who placed third on the 2014 edition of the television talent show "The Voice" was shot and killed in Orlando, Florida, while signing autographs for fans outside The Plaza theatre. The talented singer/pianist Grimmie and the boyband Before You Exit, held a concert at the venue, but trouble erupted at the meet and greet after the show. 

A man opened fire on Grimmie as she signed autographs, shooting her in the head, then fatally turning the gun on himself, after the singer's brother tackled him. Grimmie was rushed to hospital and listed in critical condition. However, shortly after Grimmie was declared dead. This is so tragic and sad. She was someone's child. To die at 22-years old and in an act of violence, when all she wanted to do was sing, is terrible. He had no right to take her life away from her. 

Ironically, Grimmie did a version of David Guetta's "Titanium" repeatedly singing the lyric "Shoot me down, but I won't fall." To most who've heard the song, it is just lyrics. However, to a crazed stalker, it's an invitation to do the unthinkable. Where normal people see, read and hear one thing, a lunatic interprets it completely differently and destructively. Stalkers imagine hidden meanings in words and statements that aren't there.

Stalking is a serious crime. It denotes serious mental illness. The sad fact of the matter is a number of stalkers resort to acts of violence against innocent victims, who have done them no harm. However, stalkers build up insane scenarios in their heads of imagine invitations, offenses, slights or provocations that simply never occurred.

R&B singer, Chris Brown, is in trouble again. Brown is currently on a world tour, with some countries having refused him visas, due to his felony domestic violence conviction, stemming from case he pled guilty to beating ex-girlfriend Rihanna. Brown made an appearance in Cannes, France last week for a concert. Brown is being accused of stomping on the head of a man named Malek Mokrani, who was later hospitalized.

Mokrani is being referred to as a fan that Brown's bodyguards held down and beat. Video has surfaced of the incident and it shows Brown stomping on Mokrani's head, while he was physically subdued by the singer's security. Brown released a video to Instagram.com, high and slurring his words, while stating Mokrani was a bouncer who strangled him. The video has since been deleted by Brown. 

Mokrani released a photo of himself in the hospital that illustrates his injuries. The fact of the matter is stomping on someone's head could have turned fatal. What would have happened had Mokrani died from a blow to the head. Brown would have been in serious trouble. Mokrani intends to file a police report and will unquestionably seek the advice of an attorney in seeking financial compensation for his visible injuries. As the assault is on tape, it would be an easy case to win. 

Brown must refrain from engaging in assault, as he could seriously injure others and end up incarcerated. This incident will reinforce the view of some nations that Brown should not be granted a visa due to violence issues.

This is the second time in the past two weeks Brown has gotten into trouble. On the way to Cannes, Brown and his entourage were thrown off a private jet for smoking marijuana, which could have resulted in the pilot and the rest of the flight crew becoming high and accidentally crashing the plane. 

In a video that was posted to Instagram then deleted, Brown accused the pilot of asking him for cocaine. Brown was high in the video. Brown's drug and alcohol problems are worsening, imperiling his health.

Chris Brown exploded in anger and stomped on a man's head during a concert ... and the victim is now gunning for some justice. Malek Mokrani attended a Brown concert in Cannes on May 18 ... it's clear a fight erupted and something clearly upset Chris, because you see his shoe turn into a weapon. The Midwest Medical Examiner's Office issued a one page report stating the late singer, Prince, died of an accidental Fentanyl pharmaceutical drug overdose. The report did not state underlying medical conditions, which would constitute privacy violations. However, the medical examiner's report does concur with what the Judiciary Report has maintained for weeks, Prince's death was an accident on his part (Vault Of 2,000 Unreleased Prince Songs Opened But Need To Be Protected From Thieves). He was not trying to kill himself. He, like a number of dancers his age, had serious pain issues from hip and knee problems that required replacement surgery. For nearly 40-years, Prince's energetic stage shows and music videos included leaps, jumps, splits, bends and turns, which takes a toll on the body over time. There were many shows that Prince danced just as much as fellow music legend, James Brown. 

Sometimes when people are in awful pain, they take more medicine in an attempt to gain physical comfort to do daily activities in the day or get restful sleep at night, but exceed the recommended dosage. As bad as the pain is, you have to follow the doctor's dosage instructions in accordance with pharmaceutical drug manufacturer guidelines. If your pain becomes that severe, go back to the doctor, who can give you a referral to see a pain management specialist to find a more suitable medical regiment that will not imperil your life and health.

When people get sick. The pain can get pretty intense. Most don't think they can die from a pharmaceutical drug overdose, but it has happened to many people. It's not that the pharmaceutical drugs are bad, as many have provided great relief and regulated maladies within the body. However, some pharmaceutical drugs are more powerful than others and can cause liver damage, respiratory failure and stop the heart, if taken to excess in violation of doctor's orders and that of the drug manufacturer. Most drug makers have done extensive studies and clinical trials regarding their products. They know the side effects of each drug and the dosage the body can safely tolerate. This is a follow up to the May 10, 2016 Judiciary Report article "Over 700 People Have Come Forward Claiming To Be Related To Or The Mother Of The Children Of The Late Singer Prince" where the site stated, "These claims are costly and outrageous. Lawyers for Prince's estate and the administrator need to put their foot down, via making it plainly clear, if anyone files a fraudulent claim, they will be arrested and prosecuted. If they fail to get serious regarding these fraudulent claims, the estate will lose millions of dollars in trying to sort out baseless paternity and DNA claims." 

On Monday, May 16, 2016, the Bremer Trust, the court appointed administrators of the estate of the late recording star, Prince, has asked the judge in the case for approval, to order all individuals attempting to make a DNA claim as potential relatives of the singer, pay for their own genetic testing. This makes sense. Only people who have been lied to by a promiscuous parent or are mentally ill opportunists will pursue DNA claims when they realize they have to pay for it. This will weed out many false claims, saving the estate time and money.

In closing, just because you went to a Prince concert doesn't mean you are related to him. Just because your mama slept with a man that looked like Prince (probably an impersonator), doesn't mean he is your daddy. Please spare his family the harassment and emotional distress.

The Media Take Out website has posted items from text messages alleging R&B singer, Trey Songz, has been accused of rape. Judging by the text messages, the unnamed woman is someone Songz has known for some time and also had sex with in the past. She is alleging Songz anally raped her. Media Take Out also posted hospital bills from the woman, stating she sought medical attention after the alleged incident. Songz's response in the emails indicate he thought he was being set up. He stated there was a witness who can vouch that the sex between him and his accuser was consensual.

When will famous men learn. Promiscuity always leads to trouble in some form or another - whether it be unwanted pregnancies and child support, STDs/STIs, sexual assault claims, assault allegations and the destruction of relationships and marriages for cheating. Copyright stealing singer Beyonce has been sued many times for stealing people's music, videos, photos and fashionlines, among other things. The lawsuits have come from all over America and the world, filed by copyright owners who had registered their works prior to the thefts. Beyonce has settled most of the lawsuits. Some are still in the court system with more on the way.

Based on items that have been online for several months, Beyonce has ripped off imagery by entertainer Cavalier, who is also known as Cav Magnus, from his 2015 album "Lemonade" for the release of her subsequent 2016 album "Lemonade." When asked about whether he has a connection to Beyonce, he responded online that he worked with Beyonce's sister, Solange Knowles.

People Coming Out The Woodwork Claiming They Are Prince's Relatives To Get A Share Of The Deceased Singer's Millions

As was to be expected, any time a notable person dies, who had money and or other valuable assets, people come out the woodwork claiming to be relatives entitled to a cut of their estate. Rarely are the claims true. Weeks after Prince's death, a woman has come forward claiming to be his half-sister, but none of his other siblings know about her. A man has also come forward claiming to be Prince's son, who was born from flings the singer allegedly had with his mother.

If claims are genuine, so be it. However, if claims and others of said nature that will likely arise, are fraudulent, this is flagrant. A family has lost a loved one. Let them grieve in peace and work on resolving issues regarding a complex estate. Furthermore, why wait until Prince died to come forward and make the claims.

Singer, Prince, who died  this week, was very promiscuous and did illegal narcotics at the height of his fame, as did his former girlfriend, Vanity. They made no secret of it. They both tried to change in their latter years. Vanity's conversion came sooner than Prince's as she publicly told of leaving that lifestyle behind. According to reports, Prince continued along that promiscuous path and contracted HIV. Prince later decided to clean up his life, forsaking promiscuity.

Prince's privacy is being violated in death. It is being reported that a pharmacy worker confirmed to the press Prince was in the store to pick up AIDS medication. That is an egregious violation of his privacy and the staffers at said pharmacy should be fired and brought up on charges for violating HIPAA. It was outrageous disclosing his medical information.

On April 21, 2016, the day Prince died, TMZ stated he was fighting the flu for "several weeks." I tweeted about it online, as the first thing that came to my mind is the flu is not supposed to last "several weeks" and is persistent when diseases such as HIV or AIDS (among others) is in the picture. I tweeted it twice on April 21, 2016 for a reason (see tweet below) and wrote about it on the Judiciary Report on April 23, 2016 (Millions Send Their Condolences On The Death Of Singer Prince). Knowing of Prince's promiscuous past, the narrative made sense. However, I refrained from stating Prince had AIDS. However, five days later on April 28, 2016 the Enquirer began stating Prince had AIDS.

I will state it again, people need to stop scorning people with HIV and AIDS. It is a very inhumane and unkind thing to do. Have some compassion. People with HIV and AIDS are not dirty. They don't lose their humanity. It is a physical illness. There are sick people all over the world. They need our help, not scorn.

Alfred Jackson, the brother of the late singer, Prince, broke his silence on the death of his famous sibling. The two had not spoken in 15-years. Tyka Nelson, the sister of the late music legend Prince, who died last week, informed the court the late singer has no will for his vast estate. As such, the court appointed an administrator and established a trust today, which the Judiciary Report suggested yesterday (Reports Indicate Singer Prince Left No Will). Nelson states she and Prince’s half siblings should share the estate. They need to be careful, as Prince’s former label Warner Bros, is not to be trusted and will try to take what they are not entitled to in any measure. 

Local police in Minnesota are also requesting the assistance of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) as prescription painkillers were found in Prince’s home, Paisley Park, where he died. Sites such as TMZ are speculating Prince died from a prescription pill overdose. I don’t think Prince meant to overdose. Sometimes when people are sick or in pain from injury, they take more and more painkillers or flu medicine in trying to feel better and end up accidentally overdosing (leading to heart attack, respiratory failure or deadly seizure). 

A friend of my family died a few years ago from a heart attack. He was a famous producer with two recording studios, a label, homes, a store and a copyrighted catalog of works. My dad, a musicologist and radio personality, used to tell him to get a will, as he knew so many people in the music industry that passed away from old age, disease, accidents ect. The producer died without a will. It led to a fierce legal battle in two countries, mainly in Britain, as his heirs retained attorneys regarding his assets. So much money has gone to legal fees. It’s a very difficult process when there is no will. 

Many label owners, producers and songwriters do not have wills. It’s a bad habit in our trade. Many label owners, producers and songwriters keep much of their business dealings and practices in their heads. If one dies, it can create protracted legal battles in trying to sort out matters concerning their estate. I would advise company owners, production talent, entertainers and athletes to maintain a proper will. Yes, it is morbid and a pain in the backside, but necessary to protect the ones you love after you are gone and will save your heirs additional legal fees and court related distress.

Prince's Death: Local Investigators Ask for DEA's Help on Case

The county sheriff investigating the death of Prince is asking for help from the Drug Enforcement Administration, federal law enforcement officials told NBC News on Wednesday. The officials say prescription painkillers were found in his possession when he died and in his house near Minnesota, though officials have yet to say what role, if any, those medications may have played in his death. 

An autopsy was conducted last week, but the medical examiner said it would take weeks before the cause of death would be disclosed. The DEA's role, officials say, will be to determine such things as where the medications came from, and what prescriptions Prince had obtained. DEA agents often check those records in death investigations. Some of his friends have said he took the painkiller Percocet to relieve pain in his hips — the result of years of jumping during performances...

Maria Puente, USA TODAY 3:10 p.m. EDT April 27, 2016 - The legal machinery assigned to figure out what to do about the late Prince's estate started up Wednesday: A judge assigned a special administrator to the case and set a first probate hearing date for next week. Acting on a petition from Prince's sister, Tyka Nelson, Judge Kevin Eide, a district court judge in Carver County, Minn., signed orders appointing Prince's longtime bank, Bremer Trust, National Association, as a special administrator to secure and preserve the estate until a "personal representative," or executor, is appointed by the court.
