Bobby Shmurda Pleads Guilty To Murder And Drug Charges And Is Facing At Least 3 and 1/2 More Years In Prison

Brooklyn born Miami rapper, Bobby Shmurda, real name Ackquille Pollard, famous for the 2015 hit “Hot Nig*a” has pled guilty to conspiracy to commit murder. Shmurda has agreed to a 7-year prison plea deal. Sony Music recording artist Shmurda has already served nearly 2-years at Riker’s Island jail in New York and with good behavior could be released in 3 and ½ years.

Shmurda was facing a life sentence, after a government sting caught him and members of his GS9 street gang engaging in a host of criminal behavior. GS9 are affiliated with the Crips street gang of Los Angeles (G Stone Crips). Shmurda and GS9 were formally accused in court papers of drug trafficking and the murder of a rival gang member. Shmurda and his friends need to do their time, try to stay out of trouble while incarcerated, come out of prison and live clean lives.

Side Bar: People, leave that life of crime alone. Sooner or later it will catch up to you in some form or another. It is not worth it.

September 9, 2016 1:54 PM - Update: In a new statement, Bobby Shmurda’s lawyer Alex Spiro says the Brooklyn rapper could be out in three and a half years. “His sentence of 7 years, with credit for 2 years already served and good time credit will hopefully permit him to be home in approximately 3 1⁄2 years and resume his remarkable career. This plea also covers a separate Bronx Indictment.”

According to the deal, Bobby will receive seven years of prison and five years of probation. He was facing charges that included conspiracy to commit murder as well as several weapons and drug charges in connections with gangs. TMZ was in court to overhear Shmurda’s lawyer imploring his client and other defendants to take the deal, arguing that they wouldn’t be facing a sympathetic jury…

Kanye West’s Fashion Show Descends Into Disaster

First rapper Kanye West offended the public by sending out a casting call for models who must be multiracial, to be featured in his new Adidas fashion line. Then, they were ferried to the shoot location which took an hour. Then, West left the models on a bus for another hour, which led to models fainting. Leaving models, who do not eat much other than air, on a bus for over an hour, is not a good idea. 

When West finally debut his latest so-called collection, it was well past the show’s start time. Once again, the clothes were dull, drab, uninspired and unoriginal. Not to mention, the models West chose do not look like real models. Real models are tall, lithe and cellulite free with bone structure that picks up the light and camera angles well. Today, anyone with an Instagram page is now a so-called model.

As stated previously in the column, the only rapper that did the fashion design jaunt correctly was P. Diddy via his Sean Jean line. Nelly’s line was cute and passable. If West was not famous no one would pay this madness of a fashion show any mind.

The 39-year-old rapper-cum-fashion-designer transported the New York fashion crowd to Roosevelt Island on Wednesday, inviting major magazine editors, bloggers, and street style stars to board chartered buses in Midtown Manhattan that would take them to the skinny sliver of land east of the city. There, in Franklin D. Roosevelt Four Freedoms Park over an hour and a half past the 3pm scheduled start time, Mr. Kim Kardashian debuted his Season 4 collection...  

However, many of those who were lucky enough to receive the mysterious invite, took to Twitter that afternoon to gripe about being trapped on the buses, which left at 1:30pm, with some taking more than an hour to arrive at the venue, even though it was less than six miles away from the pick-up point. Guests had to arrive at the bus pick-up an hour and a half before the show's 3pm star time, and New York Times Styles reporter Matthew Schneier tweeted that 'Yeezy is basically a middle school field trip'... 

But not everyone shared her enthusiasm. Gerald Flores, the editor-in-chief of Sole Collector, even live tweeted a bit of his time on the bus. 'Overheard on the Yeezy Season 4 bus: "It feels like we're being kidnapped,"' he wrote, while Elizabeth Denton, a digital editor at Allure, noted that 'everyone on the Yeezy bus is so unhappy'.

Ciara's 2-Year-Old Son Calls Stepdad Russell Wilson 'Papa' Instead Of Reserving That Title For His Biological Father Rapper Future (Video)


This month singer Ciara married NFL football player Russell Wilson. Ciara has a 2-year-old son Future, named after his rapper father, who has treated the singer disgracefully. The rapper has publicly insulted Ciara and Wilson in cruel ways, even threatening the football player online by using a gun emoji. Today, a video surfaced showing Ciara, baby Future and her husband, Wilson, getting ready for an event.

In the video, Ciara saw her toddler and stated to him "kiss mama" and he did so. Then, her son said "papa kiss" to Wilson, who gave him a kiss on the cheek. It was very sweet, but sad at the same time. The rapper is going to be enraged when he sees the video, which is what makes it sad. However, if he spent more time with his son, rather than music industry groupies, the little boy would have a relationship with him. 
 

Future

I feel sorry for the little boy. His biological father is not treating his mother well, neglecting his paternal duties and another man had to step in to become a father to him. Baby Future has seen Wilson more than his biological father. While it is great he has someone around for support, the rapper is really letting his child down.

Drake In Trouble Again After His Bodyguard Beats Up Another Rival Rapper

Ever since rapper Diddy slap the taste out of Drake’s mouth at a Miami night club, the latter is taking no chances with rivals and it is getting him into trouble. Drake is assuming the persona of a rap criminal. Months ago rapper, Mo-G, came forward on Instagram stating Drake ordered his entourage beat him up. Mo-G posted a photo of his injuries.

Now a second rapper is alleging the same. Famous rapper/producer, Detail, has slapped Drake with a lawsuit alleging after he declined an exclusive job with the rapper, he was attacked. Detail alleges in his lawsuit that Drake invited him to his Los Angeles mansion to discuss business again. Drake is accused of having his bodyguard Chubbs forcefully punch Detail, which broke his jaw.

Detail stated in his lawsuit that Chubbs threatened, “I will beat all your asses, including your bit**es. I don’t give a f***. I will hit you again. Do you think Drake is soft. You think Drake’s a punk?” If this did indeed occur, it is certainly a cause of action in a legal case. However, a number of people have come forward alleging Drake has been using his entourage to threaten or violently attack them. Violence is unnecessary. There is no necessity to harm others. Disputes can be peacefully resolved without violent issue.

Iggy Azalea Calls Off Her Engagement To Basketball Star Nick Young And Clears Up Rumors

Rapper Iggy Azalea has called off her engagement to NBA basketball player, Nick Young, due to him having cheated on her. Azalea was made aware of the cheating when Young’s teammate, D’Angelo Russell, secretly recorded him in a hotel room talking about messing with a 19-year-old girl. Russell has been heavily criticized by their team, the Los Angeles Lakers. His conduct has been slammed by the public as well due to its intrusive nature that violated Young's rights.

Azalea originally stayed with Young for a while after the scandal broke. However, after a few months she changed her mind. Azalea has moved out of Young’s Los Angeles mansion. When a man cheats it is difficult for most women to trust them. Azalea expressed she has not been able to rebuild the trust she had in Young. Hence, the break-up.

Adrien Broner's Floyd Mayweather And Money Team Diss Track 'Slammer' Is Making Its Way Around Social Networking And Select Radio Stations

Former WBA champion, Adrien Broner, is spending time promoting his song "Slammer" which slams pugilists Floyd Mayweather, Ashley Theophane and the rest of the Money Team collective. The song is making its way around social networking and select radio stations. Some people like it. Some people do not. However, it is not a hit. The content and production are to blame.

Broner began his verses too early and too late during a few segments of the song, missing the beat at times by a few noticeable seconds. There are some overlaps there as well, leaving it disjointed, unlike the song it comes from, which is the hit "Panda" by rapper Desiigner. I was also unable to discern some of what Broner was saying at select parts of the track "Slammer" (then again, I don't really know what Desiigner is saying on most of "Panda" either, all I heard was "panda, panda, panda" and "I got broads in Atlanta" which is not the best message to send).

The producer of "Slammer" didn't do the best job with the song. The production on "Panda" is slicker, more polished. If Broner wants to be a rapper, they are going to have to improve the production on his tracks and sync them better. At the end of the day, "Slammer" is also not my type of song, as it is full of profanity and crude references to women, which doesn't set a good example for impressionable audiences. 

In closing, Broner better be careful Mayweather doesn't pay a  rapper to diss him back and call the track "Bowling Alley" (LOL I'm playing).

Rapper Birdman Threatens The Staff Of The Breakfast Show


If the staff of the Breakfast Show goes missing, we know who did it (Birdman)!

Cash Money Records CEO, Brian Williams, also known as Birdman, made an appearance on the radio show The Breakfast Club in New York and caused quite a stir on social networking. Birdman turned up to the studio angry, with every intention of slamming the show's hosts Charlamagne, Angela Yee and DJ Envy.

Birdman was upset and on the verge of angry tears, excoriating the show's hosts for comments they made about him not paying his Cash Money Records and Young Money Records artists. Birdman angrily stated they are to, "put some respect on my name" and "stop playing with my f****** name." Birdman made a number of grammatical errors, which led to him being teased on social networking for saying "respeck" instead of "respect" and "tree" instead of "three."

Birdman also threatened to find them in the streets. Considering he is a suspect in the shooting incident regarding someone opening fire on the tour bus of Cash Money Records star, Lil Wayne, the threats are legit. However, realizing many on social networking had raised brows at his comments, Birdman later apologized. The videotape radio interview only lasted 90 seconds and trended all day on Twitter. So if something happens to the hosts of the show, we will all be blaming you, Birdman (so don't resort to violence).

Tyga Loses Bentley And Lamborghini Automobiles For Non-Payment

26-year-old rapper Tyga spread himself too thin financially and his assets are being repossessed left, right and center. Not only was Tyga evicted from a mansion he was renting in the Hollywood Hills, according to the website TMZ, two of the rapper's cars have been reposed. Tyga’s Lamborghini and Bentley were repossessed over missed payments on cars worth a combined total of $500,000. The Mercedes SUV he owns is up for repossession as well, but the car dealer has been unable to retrieve it from the home of Tyga’s girlfriend, reality star, Kylie Jenner, who lives in a gated community.

Tyga leased and financed luxury items to keep up appearances, but he did not have a steady income stream to cover the price of the items. To create and maintain an inaccurate image, Tyga got himself into massive debt and is losing all his assets as a result. It is better to by a simple condo/flat and one car, than to lease a massive mansion and buy three cars you can’t afford to pay for long term. All his money just went down the toilet, whereas he could have paid off and owned free and clear the condo/flat and one car with that same money he used to lavishly lease a mansion and finance 3 vehicles, none of which are his now.

He’s not the only one doing this. A number of entertainers are leasing and financing homes and vehicles they can’t afford, to portray an inaccurate image about their finances, for social networking (Instagram) and television. There are many people in this world, such as myself, who are not impressed by displays of wealth. You’re getting into debt to keep up appearances, when many people don’t care about such things.

Senseless Violence Strikes The Music Industry Again As Rapper Mo-G Beaten Up By Drake's Entourage Over Ghostwriting Claims

There is a problem with violence in the music industry. People have been beaten, shot and in some cases killed by industry rivals. Recently, Toronto rapper, Mo-G posted videos on Instagram stating Drake and his collective OVO were asking him for music and paying him very little money. Shortly after, Mo-G deleted the videos and posted a photo of his face beaten bloody with the caption "This is what happens when you speak your heart." The implication online is Drake's entourage beat up Mo-G up.

Previously, Quentin Miller, was outed as Drake's ghostwriter, which turned into a bitter public dispute with rival rapper, Meek Mill. In 2014, two groupies from Instagram also accused Drake of threatening them. One of the women stated Drake sent thugs from his entourage to her apartment and they threatened her for speaking out about having sex with him. Violence and intimidation have nothing to do with music. Drake is a teen actor from a pop type show, who became a rapper. No need to try to live up to an image created in the music. It always leads to trouble.

April 1, 2016 12:58 PM - Weeks ago, Toronto rapper Mo-G posted a series of videos on Instagram talking about how Drake and his OVO crew were asking for rhymes and hooks but paying him pennies. He later deleted the videos, but that doesn’t seem like it was enough to appease some people, because today Mo-G posted a picture of his face after getting severely beaten. “This is what happens when you speak your heart,” he caption the above picture with. 

In a viral video posted to his Instagram account weeks ago, Mo-G puts Drake and his associate Oliver El-Khatib on blast, airing out what many have heard in the past: OVO uses ghostwriters. But according to Mo-G, penning hits is one thing and being compensated for his work is another. “Have you ever heard in hip-hop that mad niggas waste creativity? They make hits but never get a dollar for it, one credit for it,” he said in the videos, which have since been deleted...

Chris Brown Calls His Fans 'Sh**Heads' On Instagram For Complaining About The Price Of Items In His New Clothing Line

R&B singer Chris Brown, got into another fight with his fans on Instagram, frustrated over matters concerning his career. Brown proudly announced his long awaited fashion line on the social networking site Instagram. However, Brown became angered at fans slamming the prices, labeling the pieces too expensive. Brown contrasted it with the prices of  rapper Kanye West's overpriced fashion line. The pieces in West's line of unattractive, torn up clothes that make people look like they got into a fight with a bear and the animal won. Many of Brown's fans are teens and simply cannot afford the prices. Their are also working adults who can't afford to spare $100 and up and meet their other financial obligations such as rent, utility bills, food and gas costs.

It's not the best idea telling off one's fanbase. It is not prudent insulting the very people you are asking to financially support you're endeavors. Brown's bipolar disorder flared up, as it often does, when he is met with criticism. Brown must learn to control his anger and not verbally attack his fans to such extremes, as they have made him rich and famous. People may say things one is not happy with, but the response should not be disproportionate, especially to those that support you. Be nice to them.

Tyga's SUV He Took Back From The Mother Of His Child Chyna And Gave To Reality Star Kylie Jenner Is Being Repossessed

Promiscuous rapper, Tyga, who insulted the mother of his child, former stripper, Chyna, dumping her for a then underage reality star, Kylie Jenner, is in more financial trouble. It is being reported the $120,000 Mercedes SUV he first gave to Chyna, then took back, repainted and re-gifted to his now 18-year-old girlfriend, Kylie is being repossessed. 

Tyga has defaulted on the vehicle payments that are now 4-months behind. He is in default on the vehicle loan. The car dealership has been attempting to repossess the car, but have been unable to, as Jenner's house is in a guard gated Los Angeles community. They are now embarrassed at sites writing about them potentially losing the vehicle he took back from Chyna to give to Jenner.

Tyga embarrassed Chyna publicly over an illegal, illicit relationship that began when Kylie was 15-years-old and he 23-years of age. Tyga publicly insulted the mother of his child with comments meant to unfavorably compare her to Kylie, whose claim to fame is being the sister of a woman who made the family famous from a sex tape (Kim Kardashian). The Kardashians/Jenners have no business looking down their noses at Chyna.

This incident is also a lesson about relationships. Tyga has gone into massive debt buying Kylie gifts, such as expensive jewelry and taking her on trips. Tyga is on the verge of bankruptcy.  If someone truly cares about you, they would not let you spend yourself into a financial hole buying them things. Relationships of that nature are not real. When the conversation is constantly about the house, car, clothes, jewelry, trips you will take and on your tab, you are with someone who does not love you and is only there for what they can get.

Kylie is only dating Tyga because he is a famous rapper with a bad boy image. Tyga is also giving Kylie expensive gifts in trying to impress the teen, her family and social networking where she shows off the pricey items. However, if it were for Tyga's friend, singer Chris Brown, doing an album with him, giving him features on other songs and taking him on tour, the rapper would have been broke. Tyga was not making much money with Young Money, a label that has steadily ripped off all its artists, such as Drake and Nicki Minaj, who've had to sign endorsement deals and tour extensively to make money. 

Tyga is making very poor financial decisions, like many rappers, singers and some athletes (he's been evicted from a rented mansion). They get their first checks and rather than buying a comfortable condo (even a one bedroom) for $200,000 to $300,000, they'd rather lease a house for $10,000 to $50,000 per month that is a massive mansion worth millions of dollars, which they do not and will not own.

The same money they are paying in leasing a mansion for the year, they'd own the condo free and clear in months flat (could even renovate it during that time and later sell it at a decent profit and buy something a bit bigger until they get the property they want). However, in the vein of keeping up appearances, showing off for social networking, they make the wrong financial choices. 

At the end of the day, smart people with their heads on straight (as the phrase goes) will not be impressed by displays of alleged wealth online, having learned what's important in life (faith, family, friends and charity). It's good to be smart about one's finances, but don't let keeping up appearances get you in money problems (The Kardashians Making Rappers Kanye West And Tyga Broke).

Did Kanye West Really Make Taylor Swift Famous

Ranting rapper, Kanye West, fell afoul of singer, Taylor Swift, after he insane interrupted her Video Music Awards (VMA) speech a few years ago to robotically proclaim his boss wife, Beyonce, deserved the award more than she did. The rude and disrespectful act brought Swift to tears and created a huge backlash against West, who eventually apologized. His career has been blighted by the unwise interruption ever since.

Not one to let things go, West rehashed the madness by releasing a disrespectful track this month titled "Famous" from his botched album "The Life Of Pablo." The offending lyric by married West states, "I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex. Why? I made that b**ch famous. I made that b*t*ch famous."

Wow, West is really flattering himself and on so many levels. He must think he looks like Denzel Washington. Furthermore, he did not make Swift famous. I remember prior to Swift going mainstream, I saw her videos on the CMT network. Swift was known with a country music audience, just not mainstream. West's distasteful VMA  outburst created a scandal in the press that took her mainstream. However, he didn't make her famous. 

West claims his wife, Kim Kardashian and rvial Swift were okay with the song's inappropriate, adulterous lyrics. However, Swift went on stage and refuted his claims at the Grammys last week by stating, I want to say to all the young women out there, there are going to be people along the way who will try to undercut your sucess, or take credit for your accomplishments or your FAME." It was a dig at West's aforementioned song "Fame."

West through another temper tantrum upon hearing her speech and stated, "I called Taylor. I played it. I said, 'Taylor,  I talked to my wife about it.' I said, 'How you feel about this line, Taylor?' She said 'Oh, Kanye, I like that line." Then she won an award and said something completely different. She's not cool no more. She had two seconds to be cool and she f****d it up."

Amateur model turned reality star, Shantel Jackson, saw her name go up in smoke, after the richest boxer in the world, Floyd Mayweather, revealed she lied to him during their engagement, stating he stressed her out into a miscarriage, when she had actually aborted his twin babies without telling him. Jackson did not want to lose her figure, wanting to become a model and actress. However, as Mayweather stated, he could have paid for her to get back in shape and have more plastic surgery (he had already paid for breast implants, butt implants, a nose job, chin job and dental work).

Mayweather was devastated and understandably so at Jackson's treachery. He called off the engagement, dumping her. He had a change of heart later, when she asked him to take her back, but it didn't work out. Jackson then took up with popular rapper Nelly, who immediately raised her profile with the reality show "Nellyville." Shantel finally got a taste of what she had been craving - fame. While it's not major motion picture type fame, it's a start for someone with no real acting experience or proper training. The big roles have not been pouring in for beautiful Shantel, due to her lack of acting chops. As a result, Shantel is now getting broody. She posted a photo on Instagram yesterday of two parent elephants with their baby. Nelly, I hope you know she's talking to you (LOL).

It must be sad for her and Mayweather wondering about the unborn twins she aborted. That couldn't be easy for anyone. However, they both need spiritual healing from what occurred, as that is a serious emotional wound that should not be ignored.

Judge Orders Rapper 50 Cent Into Court To Explain Hidden Cash He Is Showing Off Online While Filing Bankruptcy

Rapper, 50 Cent, real name Curtis Jackson, filed bankruptcy in July 2015. 8-months ago the Judiciary Report wrote about 50 Cent's bankruptcy case labeling it a fraudulent filing by the rapper who is not truly bankrupt (50 Cent Says He Is A Fake In Bankruptcy Court With A Net Worth Of $4,400,000 Not $150,000,000 But Is He Hiding Money And Assets).

Three days ago, the judge presiding over the case, Ann M. Nevins, issued a ruling ordering 50 Cent back to court to explain why he posted a photo on his social networking page spelling out the word "Broke" using $250,000 in cash. The ruling was issued due to one of 50 Cent's creditor accused him of bankruptcy fraud last week, after witnessing photos of the rapper posing with stacks of cash. 50 Cent has also hidden the fact he owns a custom built mansion in Africa, the trademark to his stage name and has been making cash from performances, not disclosed to the court. 'Broke' 50 Cent ordered to court after flashing cash online

The rapper "50 Cent" is heading to court to explain why he's declaring bankruptcy -- while posting pictures of himself surrounded by cash on Instagram. Curtis J. Jackson III filed for bankruptcy in July. He claims that he still makes millions, but that a flood of expensive lawsuits is killing him.

The guy who got famous for his 2003 album called "Get Rich or Die Tryin‍" has poked a lot of fun at his financial situation. But now U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Ann M. Nevins is worried the rapper is being outright dishonest. Since October, 50 Cent has posted several photographs on Instagram of him playing with cash. In one, he's in bed surrounded by dozens of stacks of $100 bills -- easily $50,000 in that picture alone. In another, he stacks the Benjamins to spell out "B-R-O-K-E." ...

In court on Thursday, the judge told the rapper's attorney: "I'm concerned about allegations of nondisclosure or a lack of transparency in the case." CNNMoney listened to audio recordings of the Hartford, Connecticut hearing. News of the hearing was first reported by The Wall Street Journal.
"There's a purpose of having a bankruptcy process be transparent, and part of that purpose is to inspire confidence in the process," the judge said, adding that bankruptcy court is where "an honest but unfortunate debtor can come into court and seek relief." "When that process becomes very public, the need for transparency, I believe, is even higher," she told the rapper's lawyer, James Berman...

Karrueche Tran Poses With Drake’s Dad Upsetting Chris Brown

Karrueche Tran, the ex-girlfriend of singer, Chris Brown, set tongues wagging after she posed with the dad of rival rapper Drake. Brown lashed out at Tran online earlier this year, accusing her of going on secret dates with Drake, while Chris was in jail for 4-months on a probation violation charge, stemming from the Rihanna domestic violence case. Ironically, it was discovered shortly after, Brown had fathered a child, Royalty, with a woman from his and Tran’s circle, Nia Guzman.

Drake and Brown have been rivals for years. Drake dated Rihanna, after she broke up with Chris Brown. Drake taunted Brown over the brief relationship, which led to a bottle brawl that shutdown club W.i.P. in New York. Rumors that Tran dated Drake, which both denied, upset Brown. Now people online are speculating Brown will be angry to see her posing with the dad of one of his rivals.

Cassie Breaks Up With Cheating Diddy After He Is Spotted In A Sex Shop With The Mother Of His Children Kim Porter

News began circulating online last week that one hit wonder, Cassie, widely known online as “As*ie” and for the 2006 marginal music hit “ Me & U” and has broken up with rapper/mogul, Sean Combs, who goes by the nickname Diddy. 29-year-old Cassie has been dating 45-year-old Diddy for several years, knowing of his cheating, but finally had enough when the rapper was spotted at a sex shop with former model, Kim Porter, who is the mother of three of his children. Cassie took to the internet to post an item on Instagram stating she is single. Shortly after, she deleted the item again.

Diddy and Porter have been seeing each other since the 1990s and he should have married from then. Porter is the love of Diddy’s life. She is the one he is happiest around. Diddy and Porter have been having sex throughout his relationship with Cassie. However, buying into Hollywood vanity, Diddy publicly dated famous singer/actress, Jennifer Lopez, who dumped him due to his cheating and violent music industry friends in issues that led to serious legal cases, both civil and criminal.

Then, Diddy unwisely opted to parade photogenic Cassie around on his arm as a trophy, while continuing to mess around with Porter. In doing so, Diddy has brought Porter and Cassie a significant amount of embarrassment over the past few years, making their relationships blog fodder. Things have been made more complicated by the fact Cassie has been having trouble conceiving a child, when Porter has given Diddy 3 of his 5 kids (he pays huge sums of money in child support each month).

Another factor that has been kept hidden is the fact Cassie is still in love with her former producer, Ryan Leslie, the man who discovered and brought her to Diddy, only for them to end up dating. Leslie’s career in the music industry did not go very far and money hungry Cassie opted to cling to Diddy instead for money and fame.

Cassie has dated Diddy for years due to his money and Hollywood connections she hoped would make her a big star, but it failed. She’s only known as Diddy’s girlfriend and had to settle for living in luxury. It’s stunning how some women whore themselves out to men they don’t love to get money and live in luxury. Diddy, like other men in the same situation, deluded himself into believing Cassie loves him when she does not and has been there the whole time for money and to leech off his fame.

Nicki Minaj's Brother Arrested For Raping 12-Year-Old And She Is Slammed For Baling Him Out

Jelani Maraj, the 37-year-old brother of Young Money rapper, Nicki Minaj, was arrested on charges of child rape and sexual intercourse with a minor. Maraj was arrested in New York's Nassau County and detained for raping a 12-year-old child. The name and sex of the child has not been specified by authorities for privacy reasons. Nicki Minaj is being criticized online for posting his $100,000 bail. Previously, she paid $30,000 for his wedding.

Maraj is currently free on bail, but is facing a court trail that could land him in prison for 9-25 years, if convicted of the serious charges he has been booked on. Jelani is mentioned by his first name in Minaj's song "All Things Go" from her current album "The Pink Print." Minaj is currently expecting a baby by fellow rapper Meek Mill.

Serena Williams And Drake Are Over Again As The Rapper Is Spotted With Another Woman

Tennis player, Serena Williams and her on and off again boyfriend, rapper Drake, are off again. The two reunited for a few months this year, but have already broken up again. They previously dated in 2011. Drake is still picking women off Instagram. On Thursday night Drake was at the Toronto Raptors basketball game and she was seated a few seats behind him near courtside. Those tickets aren't cheap.
