Former New York congressman, Anthony Weiner has a serious problem. The disgraced politician, who is married to Huma Abedin, the top assistant to U.S. presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton, has been caught red-handed in another scandal. The latest stomach turning scandal involving Weiner contains claims he sent graphic, sexually charged text messages to a 15-year-old girl. It's hard to stomach reading the messages.

Weiner allegedly texted the 15-year-old girl, "I would bust that tight p**sy so hard and so often that you would leak and limp for a week." It was also reported Weiner went over to the underage girl's house while her parents were not home and asked her to dress up like a school girl. The teenager stated of Weiner, "He had some rape fantasies. It would just be him showing up at my house when my dad was out of town. And just start undressing me, being forceful, asking me if I want to be dominated, strange questions." Weiner is stating the text messages are a hoax, but authorities in New York revealed they are considering investigating him.

Beware of men who have a fixation on underage girls (see: R. Kelly). They are pedophiles. They are sexual predators with serious mental problems. For a grown man to be lustfully looking at, flirting with and or sending sexual messages to a minor is a bad sign. It will illegally escalate to sex if they find the opportunity. This behavior is unacceptable and young girls need to be protected from men who hold such dangerous views and behave in that manner.

The girl said she and Weiner first connected in January when she was a sophomore in high school. A cache of online messages obtained by the Daily Mail show that Weiner knew the girl was underage.

Weiner, 51, sent the teen shirtless pictures of himself that included shots of his crotch and his toddler son. He told her that he woke up “hard” thinking of her, calling her “baby” and complimenting her “insane” body. “I would bust that tight p**sy so hard and so often that you would leak and limp for a week,” Weiner wrote in one message to the 15-year-old.

The girl said Weiner would ask her to dress up in school girl outfits during Skype conversations, pretending to be her teacher and talking about having sex with her after class.

According to the unnamed teen, she and Weiner communicated by text and over Skype after she first reached out to him on Twitter last January. Over the course of the next few months, the two exchanged explicit texts and photos, which the girl shared with the website. Weiner reportedly knew she was a sophomore in high school at the time. The girl doesn't plan to press charges because she believes the texting relationship was consensual, although at times it made her uncomfortable.

Promiscuous Bieber unwisely offended his fans for Richie, then proceeded to cheat on her days later with model Sahara Ray. Yet, Richie tolerated Bieber’s unfaithful behavior and went right back to him days after he publicly ditched her for another woman, much like he had previously done to model Hailey Baldwin and actress, Selena Gomez. 

Bieber is behaving like some famous men, who use their fame to sexually exploit women, while tarnishing their image with audiences for being promiscuous and disloyal. People respected him more when he dated Gomez and was believed to be in a steady relationship. When Bieber began acting like a dog in heat, having sex with woman after woman and publicly cheating, the public lost respect for him. Not to mention, it doesn't set a good example.

Madonna's then manager was furious over her behavior, as everyone knew the boy, familiar to Madonna and her entourage, was a 16-year-old minor (a relative of a crew member). Someone who has been engaging in such conduct, should not have been allowed to adopt children, as Madonna has done. City Of Cleveland Government Adds Insult To Injury Suing 12-Year-Old Tamir Rice For Ambulance Fees After Police Shot And Killed The Underage Boy

Lawyers for the City of Cleveland have filed a lawsuit against, 12-year-old murder victim, Tamir Rice, demanding $500 in ambulance fees and additional court costs, after mentally unstable police officer, Timothy Loehmann, gunned down her son in acts of brutality and excessive force. This lawsuit was no typo. City of Cleveland management knows exactly what it is doing, as the lawsuit was filed against the estate of the 12-year-old child, which is appalling. 

Tamir Rice left to die on the ground on police orders. His 14-year-old sister was handcuffed and thrown in the back of a squad car for trying to help her dying brother.

Subodh Chandra, an attorney for Tamir's estate, accurately concluded in a response to the lawsuit that has been filed against the deceased minor, "The callousness, insensitivity, and poor judgment required for the city to send a bill - its own police officers having slain 12-year-old Tamir - is breathtaking. This adds insult to homicide."

This is one of the most callous things I have ever read. The coldness of it all is astonishing. I don't understand how some people lose their humanity and do such things. The  people who referred the matter to the city attorneys and those responsible for filing it in court should all be fired. Someone was trying to get back at the Rice family, due to the bad publicity the case brought the city and they need to be held accountable for their disgraceful actions.

The negative attention the scandal of Rice's murder created is needed to draw people's attention to the horrors and injustice of the case and others that have transpired in Cleveland, regarding police brutality. The Cleveland Plain Dealer reported, "In more than 60 lawsuits, citizens accused officers of needlessly shooting at them, beating them during routine traffic stops, shocking them with Tasers while face-down on the ground in handcuffs or arresting them when they had committed no crime."

Yesterday, a grand jury in Cleveland, Ohio failed to return an indictment in the murder of 12-year-old, Tamir Rice. The young boy's killing occurred at the hands of police officer, Timothy Loehmann. This sparked outrage on social networking, as the public condemned the poor decision. The murder occurred when Loehmann and a fellow officer, Frank Garmback, were responding to an emergency dispatch call, regarding a person walking around with a gun the caller stated "might be fake." Ohio has an open carry law, meaning people are allowed to openly carry weapons in the state.

Rather than maintaining a safe distance, as police are trained to do, Loehmann and his fellow officer drove right up to the 12-year-old with the toy gun in his hand and within 2 seconds shot Rice in the chest. Shortly after, when Rice's 14-year-old sister, Tajai Rice, rushed to his aid as he lay bleeding, she was pushed to the ground, dragged away from the dying boy, placed in handcuffs and thrown in the back of a squad car, in what is completely inexcusable and reprehensible conduct, she stated lacked "respect" and was void of "decency." Tajai stated, "I did not do anything wrong."

Loehmann and his fellow officer also refused to provide any first aid to the dying child. He was allowed to bleed to death with no oxygen via CPR. What kind of animals and savages treat anyone, let alone, children that way. It is mental derangement. And the mere fact a previous police department forced out and fired Loehmann for being a mentally unstable, emotionally volatile person, says he should not have been working anywhere as a police officer. He has proven them correct.

You'd have to be crazy to think you did the world a service by murdering a 12-year-old boy, leaving him to bleed to death and manhandling his underage sister. It showed an absolute lack of humanity and no compassion whatsoever. You've disgraced the government and no cover-up via a poorly presented case to a grand jury is going to change the nation or world's opinion on this matter. How the local government presented such a poor case the grand jury failed to see the blatant violations of police protocol and civil rights violations is quite telling. They clearly wanted Loehmann to walk free for doing the unthinkable, otherwise they would have presented a better case.

Tell me, where at the police academy do they train police officers to drive straight up to a person, especially a minor, creating an unsafe distance, then within 2 seconds fire a bullet to the chest of a child you were clearly told probably had a fake gun. And don't state you did not know he was a child, bringing up his size 36 pants. One look at his pictures online and you can instantly tell he was an underage minor. If anyone treated a (future) child of Loehmann or Garmback as they did Tamir, they would be enraged and demand justice.

The message you have sent the nation and the world is black lives do not matter, even when it is that of a 12-year-old child. In similar situations, white people of various ages were safely brought in, even after waving guns at police and physically attacking. The minute Loehmann and his partner saw little black Tamir, they drove straight up to him, in violation of police protocol and shot him in the chest in the blink of an eye, as the phrase goes. Then refused to give him any aid, with the intent of him dying. Case closed. Once again it is clear, to some police in America, black lives don't matter, when all lives matter. The double standard is there. It is blaring. It is cruel. It is wicked. It is inhumane. It is un-American. And it is you - every time you kill an unarmed minority, with no thought to the preservation of life, in situations where murder can be avoided.

Jelani Maraj, the 37-year-old brother of Young Money rapper, Nicki Minaj, was arrested on charges of child rape and sexual intercourse with a minor. Maraj was arrested in New York's Nassau County and detained for raping a 12-year-old child. The name and sex of the child has not been specified by authorities for privacy reasons. Nicki Minaj is being criticized online for posting his $100,000 bail. Previously, she paid $30,000 for his wedding.

New footage has been released of the murder of 17-year-old Laquan McDonald by Chicago police officer Jason Van Dyke and it contains the sound that was scrubbed from the original video. Chicago Mayor and former Obama Administration alum, Rahm Emanuel, originally stated at a press conference that the dashcam video of McDonald's shooting has no sound. However, someone obtained a version of the dashcam video with sound and leaked it.

The version of the video with audio is that much worse and more infuriating, as you hear bullets firing from Van Dyke's gun, the officer reloading and shooting again, in what was a preventable murder based in police brutality. The audio is jarring, as the shots just kept ringing out, one after another, leaving the underage teen dead in a pool of his own blood. The video reveals after the first two shots McDonald was incapacitated and on the ground. However, officer Van Dyke chose to fire 14 more bullets in an act of excessive force.

Van Dyke, a known racist, showed no regard for the young black teen's life. Regardless of what racists think, everyone has rights. The court system is not set up to allow police officers to use excessive force in determining the death penalty on a public street. The misconduct McDonald is accused of, was a misdemeanor, not worthy of Van Dyke playing judge, jury and executioner ending the teen's life.

The city of Chicago is under fire for covering up the crimes. For a year they did everything to suppress the case, refusing to release videos and files that illustrate McDonald was senselessly murdered in an act that was not self-defense. It took a court judge to order the city of Chicago's government to release the tape, as they kept resisting legal requests. In doing so, the government co-signed the crimes via the cover up that constitutes corruption. It's one thing when an employee does something crooked, but when it is brought to the government's attention, if they go along with it, that is corruption and a cover up, making them accomplices to crime. It is the equivalent of stating you agree with something evil that was perpetrated against someone.

Police in Chicago, Illinois have arrested 27-year-old gang member, Corey Morgan, who is suspected of committing the retaliatory and brutal killing of innocent 9-year-old boy, Tyshawn Lee. Morgan and fellow gang member, 21-year-old Dwight Boone-Doty, are being held on weapons possession offenses. The judge deliberately set an unusually and understandably high bail for weapons possession by felons, placing it at $1,00,000 each, as Morgan is informally considered the prime suspect in the 9-year-old boy's killing.

Tyshawn was executed due to his father, Pierre Stokes, having allegedly killed Morgan's brother and wounded his mother in a car shooting. The autopsy report reveals Tyshawn was shot in the temple (side of the head). Who shoots a 9-year-old and in the head. It is psychopathic. It is an extreme disregard for human life. This sickening crime must be punished to the full extent of the law. Tyshawn deserves justice. Here's hoping all the evidence comes together in an air tight manner and a strong jury is chosen to administer justice for a child who didn't deserve what befell him. Rest in peace little one.

Former Subway restaurant spokesperson, Jared Fogle, whose claim to fame was losing weight eating sandwiches from the famed restaurant chain, has been convicted of having sex with minors and possessing child porn. Fogle was charged with, "Traveling to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a minor and distribution and receipt of child pornography."

Fogle, who initially denied all the charges until he saw the sweeping evidence against him, pled guilty and has now been sentenced to 15-years in prison for these serious offenses. This exceeds the government's request of 12-years. This is likely due to the fact members of the public flooded the chambers of Judge Tanya Walton Pratt with letters demanding she not be lenient in sentencing, for the safety of children in the community. Hopefully, Fogle will serve his full sentence and not be granted parole under early release, as his sex crimes have significantly damaged innocent children.

Jared Fogle, ex-Subway spokesman, gets 15 years in prison for child porn, sex crimes

By Sarah Larimer November 19 at 3:40 PM -  Fogle faced two counts: traveling to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a minor, and distribution and receipt of child pornography. “How do you plead to the charges?” U.S. District Court Judge Tanya Walton Pratt asked Fogle on Thursday at the federal courthouse in Indianapolis, according to the Indianapolis Star. “Guilty,” Fogle replied.

Pratt sentenced him to 15 years and eight months behind bars, according to the Associated Press. The news service reported that prosecutors had recommended a 12½-year sentence. “The level of perversion and lawlessness exhibited by Mr. Fogle is extreme,” the judge said, according to the Star. The AP reported that Fogle’s family grew emotional as Pratt announced the sentence. Some of Fogle’s family members in the courtroom started crying and hugging each other when he ordered taken into immediate custody.

“Members of my family are also victims of my acts,” Fogle said before noting that his wife will be a single mother...“You gave your wife $7 million, so she’ll be OK,” the judge said, interrupting...

The U.S. Secret Service, charged with protecting the President of the United States, has been in one scandal after another, during both terms of the incumbent head of state, Barack Obama. The latest scandal is one of the worst thus far. 37-year-old Secret Service agent, Lee Robert Moore, was arrested for sexting a minor (sexting is sending sexual text messages). The police set up a sting, pretending to be a 14-year-old girl and Moore responded by sending obscene materials in the form of nude pictures of himself and explicit messages via text. Moore did such things as offered to teach the underage girl how to masturbate.

Moore's conduct is alarming, especially considering he is assigned to the White House where President Obama lives with his wife, Michelle Obama and two underage daughters, Malia and Sasha. Moore has since been placed on administrative leave while the case is being prosecuted in a court of law.

White House Secret Service Officer Caught Trying to Sext With 'Teen'

A uniformed Secret Service officer assigned to the White House was suspended after being charged with sending explicit photos of himself to someone he thought was a 14-year-old girl. Lee Robert Moore, age 37, of Church Hill, Maryland, was charged with attempting to transfer obscene material to a minor. Delaware State Police say Moore chatted with an undercover officer posing as an underage girl on the social media application Kik...

Prosecutors say when he was arrested, he admitted sending the communications and that he thought he was chatting with a 14-year-old girl. He also said he sent some messages while on the job at the White House. A Secret Service official says the case was reported to its Office of Professional Responsibility on Friday, November 6th. "On that same date the employee's security clearance was suspended and the employee was placed on administrative leave. All Secret Service issued equipment was retrieved and the employees access to all Secret Service facilities was terminated," a statement said.

Beautiful 9-year-old girl, Amiyah Dunston, who was a painter and violinist, was killed in Long Island, New York in a pitbull dog attack. Amiyah, whose nickname was "MiMi" was playing in her friend's backyard during a play date, when a pitbull escaped from a neighboring yard and attacked her. People attempted to free Amiyah from the jaws of the 80-pound dog, who refused to release her.

When police arrived at the home and attempted to free the badly injured child during the grisly attack, the dog charged at them. An officers opened fire shooting the pitbull to death. Amiyah was pronounced dead from the injuries the pitbull inflicted upon her. No charges have been brought against the owner of the dog, Carlyle Arnold Jr, as the dog was not previously considered dangerous. However, he was arrested in an unrelated case for violating a restraining order.

People online are calling for pitbulls to be banned (they are in select U.S. cities and states, but not in a uniform manner on a federal level nationwide). In many nations, select breeds of dog are banned and with good reason, as some canines are very dangerous. Too often select dog owners do not take enough precautions in securing their pets and have the naive view that they are harmless, when there have been tens of thousands of dog attacks (especially the pitbull). Pitbulls should be banned everywhere. They have single-handedly committed the most fatal dog attacks in the world. They are known for attacking children (as are rottweilers) and turning on their owners. If you have a child present in your home, you should not have a pitbull or rottweiler.

Updated November 9, 2015 10:41 PM - Amiyah Dunston, 9, of Baldwin, died after she was attacked by a pit bull in the backyard of an Elmont home on Sunday, Nov. 8, 2015. A Nassau police officer shot and killed the dog after it charged the cop. Amiyah Dunston, identified Monday as the 9-year-old girl killed by a pit bull, was a Plaza Elementary School student who went by the nickname Mi-Mi, played the violin and painted.

"Amiyah Kayla was a phenomenal little girl who has touched many lives with her presence, smiles and laughs," her mother's fiance said, reading from a statement.

She was attacked Sunday during a playdate in the backyard of an Elmont house and died hours later. The dog was owned by Carlyle Arnold Jr., 29. Authorities said Monday it would be difficult to bring criminal charges because it did not appear the dog had previously been ruled dangerous...

Yahoo News is reporting, a police bodycam revealed footage of Chris Few, the father of 6-year-old autistic boy, Jeremy Mardis, raising his hands in surrender in their vehicle. However, police still opened fire seriously wounding Few and killing his disabled son. Few, who remains hospitalized, missed the funeral of his son.

People are horrified and perplexed as to what transpired in this case. The police officers who opened fire, have been arrested and ordered held on $1,000,000 bonds. Derrick Stafford and Norris Greenhouse have been charged with second-degree murder and attempted second-degree murder. Louisiana state police chief, Col. Mike Edmonson stated, “It’s the most disturbing thing I’ve see - and I will leave it at that.”

The Judiciary Report sends its condolences to the family and friends of little Jeremy Mardis. I am speechless at what has happened to this little boy. That poor child died an awful and preventable death. Once again, police brutality and excessive force has come into play. This level of violence being utilized by some officers against the public in America is unacceptable. Something has got to change. This cannot continue to happen. It’s well past the point where anyone can state it is a few isolated incidents. It’s become hundreds of incidents. This indicates there is a problem.

A police body camera recorded the father of a 6-year-old autistic boy with his hands up and posing no threat as police fired into his car, severely wounding the motorist and killing his son, the man's lawyer said Monday. "This was not a threatening situation for the police," said Mark Jeansonne, an attorney for Chris Few, who remained hospitalized and could not attend Monday's funeral of his son, Jeremy Mardis.

Chicago’s BBG gang is being named by locals as the set that murdered 9-year-old Tyshawn Lee, in retaliation for his father’s alleged involvement in the killing of two adult gang members and wounding one of their mothers. Tyshawn was lured to an alleyway and shot in the head and chest execution style.

In a similar incident in 2008, the 7-year-old nephew, 29-year-old brother and 57-year-old mother of singer Jennifer Hudson were brutally shot to death (in the head) by Chicago gang member, William Balfour (who joined a gang in his teens, began selling drugs and engaging in other acts of violence). It’s very alarming that children are being killed by gangs with no regard for their age or innocence.

The federal government needs to do more regarding Chicago’s gang problem, as it has surpassed that of Los Angeles, where such sets originated with the Bloods and the Crips. The U.S. government needs a dedicated anti-gang violence unit in Chicago, as citizens are afraid to walk in their neighborhoods for fear of being assaulted or killed. The U.S. government also needs a dedicated anti-terrorism unit in Michigan.

11.10.151:08 AM ET - The Monsters Who Executed a Chicago Fourth-Grader. One gang member took a bullet to the gut. Next a rival’s female friend was shot in the head and killed. Then, somehow, the violence spread to a 9-year-old holding a basketball. Chicago police say 9-year-old Tyshawn Lee was lured into the alley and executed as he returned from school.

His uncle, Christopher Smith, says Tyshawn had already come home to his grandmother’s house and then taken his basketball into the alley, where there is a hoop over a garage. A pair of gunmen then appeared. “They been doing their homework on him,” the uncle says. The boy’s father, Pierre Stokes—known as Woodie and also as Wooh Gotti—is said to be a member of the New Money Renegade faction of the Killaward gang, which is itself a faction of the much larger Gangster Disciples gang.

New Money is said to be in a two-year war with the nearby Bang Bang Gang (BBG), a faction of the Terror Dome gang, which is itself a faction of the much bigger Black P Stone Nation gang. The more recent fatalities include BBG member Tracey Morgan, known as T-Time. He had a brother with Killaward, but with the Kutthroat faction. That apparently earned him no special consideration from the New Money faction of Killaward.

Never mind your blood ties. Faction affiliation—and therefore life and death—is decided by what block you happen to be raised on. BBG was BBG. New Money was New Money. “BBG and New Money, that’s the war right now,” Morgan’s brother told The Daily Beast. On the night of Oct. 13, Morgan’s mother had just picked him up from a parolee “call-in,” where police and federal officials join with social services providers in offering gang members help if they renounce violence, and misery if they do not. The program has had considerable success, but there would be no determining its ultimate effect on Morgan. He and his mother were on their way back to his home turf when gunfire erupted from another car. He suffered a fatal wound to his abdomen. His mother was shot in the arm, but she seemed to forget her wound as she screamed, “My son is dying! My son is dying!”

Five days later, a New Money associate was wounded as he drove with a 19-year-old named Brianna Jenkins. The young woman was hit in the head and killed. But the police believe that BBG remained thirsty for more blood. And BBG could have found any number of targets on New Money’s home turf at West 80th Street and Marshfield Avenue. “That’s all anybody got out there,” Smith said. “The more shells, the merrier.” “We be out here every day,” Tyshawn’s uncle, Smith, later noted on Twitter.

The problem for BBG was that those New Money targets shoot back. BBG was apparently anxious not to suffer any further losses. Little Tyshawn was not going to be packing anything more deadly than the basketball he always toted to Scott Joplin Elementary School. And, since he lived with his maternal grandmother in BBG territory, BBG would not have to fret about encountering rival gunmen. “Yall super scary ass scared to come on 80th Marshfield,” Tyshawn’s uncle later remarked on Twitter. “Grown clown a** n***as from bbg chassed dat lil boy down da alley and killed him.”...

In Rockville, Maryland, FBI agent, Gerald John Rogero, was caught on video assaulting a 15-year-old boy, who is a minority. Rogero has been found guilty of second-degree assault, after violently shoving the boy to the ground, going after him, then pulling his gun on the minor and stating, “If I have to shoot you I will.” The boy's mother feared Rogero was going to kill him.

When the guilty verdict came down in court, finding Rogero guilty, he had to be rushed to the hospital due to shortness of breath, under the shock and emotional trauma of it all. That's called an anxiety attack - you know, the same thing you gave that young boy when you viciously shoved him to the ground and with pistol pointed, threatened to end his little 15-year-old life.

Rogero is due to be sentenced in January 2016 and faces up to 10-years in prison. Amazingly, the FBI still has Rogero on duty and he is permitted to keep his gun. Once again, police brutality and excessive forces victimizes another member of the public. And as with the South Carolina case of officer Ben Fields, this one involves acts of brutality against an underage minor.

FBI agent convicted of assaulting teen in incident caught on video 

 

ROCKVILLE, Md. -- An FBI Special Agent was found guilty of second-degree assault on a 15-year-old after an incident caught on video last December, reports CBS affiliate WUSA. According to the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office, Gerald John Rogero, 45, was found guilty last week of second-degree assault, but officials say he was acquitted first-degree assault and use of a handgun in the commission of a felony.

In the video, Rogero confronts the estranged husband of a friend about his late arrival for a child hand-off. The teenage victim arrived at the scene with his mother, Jasmine Farooq, who is engaged to the estranged husband. Farooq told WUSAthat Rogero began screaming at them about being two hours later, and her teenage son asked Rogero why he was getting involved in the situation.

Next, the video shows Rogero shoving the teen, who falls to the ground, and moving to take him into custody before identifying himself as a federal agent. He is then seen pulling a gun on the teen. "If I have to shoot you I will," Rogero can be heard saying. It wasn't until he drew his weapon that the teen's mom says she realized he was a law enforcement officer. Farooq says she was afraid Rogero would kill her son…

What is this world coming to! 9-year-old Tyshawn Lee was shot to death in a Chicago, Illinois alleyway, in a violent gang rivalry that has reached horrible levels. The innocent 4th grader had just finished playing basketball in a local park and was on his way to his grandmother's house. A rival gang member of his dad, Pierre Stokes, lured Tyshawn into an alleyway and shot him to death in an act of premeditated, cold-blooded murder.

The Chicago Tribune has revealed a rival gang blamed Tyshawn's dad Stokes for two murders and the gun related wounding of a gang member's mother. Ironically, Stokes is not cooperating with police. Stokes stated of police, "They're more worried about me. Why are you worried about me, not the killer? I'm not the killer. Worry about the killer." Stokes further stated, "To be honest, I feel bad. I feel like it's my fault.

McCarthy says 9-year-old boy targeted, lured into alley and executed

Chicago police Superintendent Garry McCarthy said Thursday that 9-year-old Tyshawn Lee was targeted because of his father's gang ties, lured into a South Side alley Monday afternoon and executed. Speaking at the scene of Tyshawn's killing, McCarthy called the slaying "probably the most abhorrent, cowardly, unfathomable crime" he had seen in his 35 years in law enforcement.

McCarthy said police believe Tyshawn was killed because of his father's gang ties and a recent series of shootings between factions. He said the father, Pierre Stokes, is not cooperating. In an interview Tuesday night with the Tribune, Stokes denied anyone would have a motive to kill him, but if someone did, there was no reason to take it out on his son because he's out in the neighborhood all the time.
