Chris Brown’s Stalker Strikes Again And Is Arrested At His House And Ordered To Undergo Psychiatric Evaluation

The Judiciary Report published the March 17, 2016 article “Chris Brown Hit With Restraining Order From His Stalker.” The Judiciary Report also did the self-explanatory follow up article on March 31, 2016 “Restraining Order Obtained Against Chris Brown By His Stalker Thrown Out Of Court.”

Last week, the Judiciary Report was proven right again, as Danielle Patti, the woman some press outlets, such as TMZ, initial thought was Brown’s girlfriend, just slipped up in a massive way, by outright trespassing at his home in Los Angeles. She was arrested and the presiding judge in the case ordered her to undergo an involuntary psychiatric evaluation. Patti has now firmly shown she was not Brown’s girlfriend, but a stalker who lied to the court about having a relationship with him, when none existed or exists, obtaining a restraining order in the process against her victim (Brown). I think Patti is mentally unwell and actually believes she is Brown's girlfriend and that his mansion is where she lives and has a right to be, when those are delusions. 

Danielle Patti got more than she bargained for stalking and harassing Chris Brown a second time, as she has been arrested and forced to undergo a mental evaluation.
 

Having felt empowered by going to the court and filing a fraudulent restraining order against Brown, lying to a judge stating they dated, the singer wouldn’t permit her leave his home and sent her death threats via text messages (none of which she could produce in court), she believed she had gotten away with it, then went too far (again) trespassing on his property once more. Someone who is a victim of a stalker, would not trespass on the alleged stalker’s property…not to mention, doing so twice. Victims avoid stalkers. Stalkers strangely crave attention of any kind from their victims, as they are mentally deranged and view trespassing or even rejection as validation, which is unbalanced and weird. They want attention and to be close to their victim at all costs, who does not want a relationship with them, even if it means breaking the law.

4/29/2016 3:36 PM PDT - Chris Brown's unwanted guest can't take the hint, 'cause cops say she showed up AGAIN at his home and got busted for trespassing. According to law enforcement sources, Danielle Patti waited until the gate to Brown's home opened before walking onto the property around 3 AM Thursday. She was caught by security and held until police arrived. She was charged with two counts of trespassing to which she pled not guilty on Friday. Brown was home at the time, and we're told his attorney will file for a temporary restraining order..

5/6/2016 12:23 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF - Chris Brown's alleged stalker Danielle Patti will undergo a mental evaluation after her latest arrest at the singer's home. Danielle Patti was in court Friday for a bail hearing when the judge gave the order. You can see in the video, Patti tried to speak directly to the judge -- declaring she wanted to dump her attorney and represent herself -- but the judge wasn't having it. Danielle's been in jail since last week after she was arrested for trespassing at Chris' home for the second time since December. Chris currently has a 100 yard restraining order against her.

Danielle Patti, a woman believed to be stalking Chris Brown, was arrested for trespassing at his Los Angeles mansion. She told police she was dating Brown and he blocked her in the property as she tried to leave the premises. Patti then stated Brown began threatening her on social networking for stalking him. 

As stated in the Judiciary Report article "Chris Brown Hit With Restraining Order From His Stalker" published to the site on March 17, 2016, "Patti filed paperwork to obtain a restraining order against Brown and it was granted, even though he is a victim of her criminal stalking. Brown has not handled this matter correctly. He is the one that should have a restraining order against Patti.

However, by lashing out against her directly on social networking, he has now broken the law. Brown should have let his lawyer Mark Geragos handle the matter."

Brown finally turned the matter over to his attorney's office, who went to court on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 and had restraining order Patti obtained overturned, as she produced no evidence she dated Brown or that he sent her threatening text messages. According to TMZ, when the judge asked Patti to give the court the threatening text messages Brown sent her, she stated she had deleted them because they "scare her" and she "didn't want the memories." TMZ is also reporting she did not have Brown's phone number or email address.

I did not believe the story was true, evidenced by the fact that two weeks ago I referred to her as his stalker. Now that her picture has been posted, I can also state she's a nice looking person, but she's not Chris Brown's type. Not because she's white. He has dated beautiful white women, as well as beautiful black women, Latinos and Asians. However, he has a type. He likes women who are glamorous. 

Patti is suffering from a case of Erotomania, a psychiatric condition where the subject is convinced they are in a special romantic relationship with someone who is not dating them. Patti convinced herself that Brown is in love with her, she was invited to his home (she was trespassing) and they are dating, when none of that is true and it appears they've never even met. 

Fans like to take celebrity bus tours operated by companies to go sightseeing or on their own drive by the homes of their favorite stars and take a picture of it. That is not uncommon. Under the law that is not stalking. However, if someone takes it too far by trespassing and or breaking an entry into the actual house/apartment, then it becomes illegal. It also becomes illegal if there exists a pattern of stalking, such as following the target around various locations such as medical appointments, business meetings, their home ect., in a repeated pattern.

Brown is still  in love with his ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran, who dumped him for cheating on her and fathering a child outside their relationship (and if you scream that woman's name on one more song social networking will never let you live it down LOL).

3/29/2016 3:37 PM PDT - The woman claiming to be Chris Brown's ex-girlfriend didn't get the restraining order she requested after failing to produce any evidence she'd ever dated the singer. Danielle Patti got her day in court to back up her bizarre claims -- that she and CB hooked up last December and when they broke up, he started harassing and threatening her via text and social media.

She'd already been granted a temporary restraining order, but on Tuesday in a L.A. court a judge asked Patti to hand over proof of any threatening messages from Brown. She told the judge she'd erased them because they scare her and she "didn't want the memories."  She also admitted she didn't have Chris' phone number or email address after being grilled by Chris' lawyers, Ben Meiseles and Setara Qassim. The judge quickly tossed the case...

26-year-old singer, Chris Brown, has a number of stalkers, due to his career in music and looks that has attracted many female admirers online. Stalkers often engage in trespassing, which is illegal. A year ago, stalker Amira Kodcia Ayeb, broke into Brown's home, put on his clothes and spray painted walls and cabinets with items proclaiming herself his wife. Never mind Brown is not married. 

In a move psychiatrists associate with stalkers, Kodcia Ayeb, became jealous of Brown's daughter, Royalty, throwing out the toddler's clothes and playing voodoo items around the baby's crib, which is very disturbing. She also threw out his pets' toys. Psychologists written in a number of medical papers that stalkers often become jealous of their target's girlfriend or spouse, children, parents and pets, as competition for the victim's affection.

Brown's latest stalker, Danielle Patti, engaged in conduct also associated with stalkers, via driving to his home and trespassing. Patti waited for the security gates at Brown's mansion to open, when an authorized person drove out of the property, then she quickly drove in without permission. Patti was arrested for this misconduct. Now Patti is claiming Brown has been harassing her on social networking and threatened to kill her. 

Patti filed paperwork to obtain a restraining order against Brown and it was granted, even though he is a victim of her criminal stalking. Brown has not handled this matter correctly. He is the one that should have a restraining order against Patti. However, by lashing out against her directly on social networking, he has now broken the law. Experts recommended not communicating with stalkers, as they will deem it validation and encouragement. This means do not engage them online or in person. Some psychologists recommend telling a stalker you want nothing to do with them. However, I've tried this regarding certain individuals stalking me (Kabbalah Center) and found it does not work with those who are schizophrenic and suffering from Erotomania. It's best to avoid them altogether, but make sure there is proper documentation of their criminal behavior, making it easier to pursue legal action for one's own protection. When a stalker is far gone, they only hear what they want to hear, no matter how much you tell them no.

3/16/2016 5:55 PM PDT - Chris Brown has turned the tables on the woman who was arrested for trespassing at his house -- because now he won't stop threatening her on social media ... according to her, anyway. Danielle Patti filed for a temporary restraining order against Chris, claiming he's repeatedly harassed her on his social media platforms and said he'd like to see her dead. She also says they used to date. 

Patti is the same woman who ... as we reported, was arrested in December when she allegedly drove onto Chris' property and refused to leave. In the docs, filed by Patti herself, she tells it differently ... claiming she was trying to leave, but couldn't because someone parked a car in front of hers. She says Chris called the cops and she was arrested. She claims she was cleared of all charges. The judge granted the restraining order -- meaning Chris must stay 100 yards away from Patti and have no contact with her -- pending a hearing later this month. We're guessing he'll be cool with that.

Chris Brown's ex-girlfriend and "Basketball Wives L.A." reality star, Draya Michele, announced today that she is pregnant for on-and-off-again boyfriend, Orlando Scandrick, who is a father of four. Draya is expecting a boy. Draya's relationship with the millionaire Dallas Cowboys football star has been quite turbulent. The two were engaged for a time at her insistence, but he called it off stating he should not have proposed.  

Upon announcing her pregnancy today, reports also surfaced that Draya attacked Scandrick last April, spraying pepper spray into his eyes, throwing valuables in his house on the ground, knocking pictures off the wall and tossing his clothes into the pool. Draya also threatened to throw bleach in Scandrick's eyes in an attack he states left him with hysical injuries. Draya is mentally unstable and violent.

Scandrick obtained a restraining order against Draya. The judge ordered Draya to move out of his house and stipulated she must stay 100 yards away from him. However, she became pregnant with his child after the incident and restraining order. The parties will head to court at the end of the month regarding the case.

Draya has another son, rumored to have been fathered by NBA millionaire, Gilbert Arenas, who has not claimed the boy. Draya was labeled a bad parent for leaving him home by himself while she went to the strip club to make money. She later latched on to Chris Brown, who gave her money and helped her become a reality star.

Not only did Dallas Cowboys star Orlando Scandrick request a restraining order against his ex-fiancee Draya Michele -- he got it ... after claiming she terrorized him and even blasted him with pepper spray.

In the docs, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Scandrick claims the abuse began on April 21... when the "Basketball Wives L.A." star went berserk -- not only macing him, but pelting him with candles and knocking pictures off his wall. Scandrick claims he suffered bodily injury in the alleged attack -- and fears it could happen again...

Pitbull Kills 9-Year-Old Girl In New York Renewing Calls For Them To Be Banned (Video)

Beautiful 9-year-old girl, Amiyah Dunston, who was a painter and violinist, was killed in Long Island, New York in a pitbull dog attack. Amiyah, whose nickname was "MiMi" was playing in her friend's backyard during a play date, when a pitbull escaped from a neighboring yard and attacked her. People attempted to free Amiyah from the jaws of the 80-pound dog, who refused to release her.

When police arrived at the home and attempted to free the badly injured child during the grisly attack, the dog charged at them. An officers opened fire shooting the pitbull to death. Amiyah was pronounced dead from the injuries the pitbull inflicted upon her. No charges have been brought against the owner of the dog, Carlyle Arnold Jr, as the dog was not previously considered dangerous. However, he was arrested in an unrelated case for violating a restraining order.

People online are calling for pitbulls to be banned (they are in select U.S. cities and states, but not in a uniform manner on a federal level nationwide). In many nations, select breeds of dog are banned and with good reason, as some canines are very dangerous. Too often select dog owners do not take enough precautions in securing their pets and have the naive view that they are harmless, when there have been tens of thousands of dog attacks (especially the pitbull). Pitbulls should be banned everywhere. They have single-handedly committed the most fatal dog attacks in the world. They are known for attacking children (as are rottweilers) and turning on their owners. If you have a child present in your home, you should not have a pitbull or rottweiler.

Updated November 9, 2015 10:41 PM - Amiyah Dunston, 9, of Baldwin, died after she was attacked by a pit bull in the backyard of an Elmont home on Sunday, Nov. 8, 2015. A Nassau police officer shot and killed the dog after it charged the cop. Amiyah Dunston, identified Monday as the 9-year-old girl killed by a pit bull, was a Plaza Elementary School student who went by the nickname Mi-Mi, played the violin and painted.

"Amiyah Kayla was a phenomenal little girl who has touched many lives with her presence, smiles and laughs," her mother's fiance said, reading from a statement.

She was attacked Sunday during a playdate in the backyard of an Elmont house and died hours later. The dog was owned by Carlyle Arnold Jr., 29. Authorities said Monday it would be difficult to bring criminal charges because it did not appear the dog had previously been ruled dangerous...

Underage Teenage Girls In A Gang Arrested For Brutal Attack On 15-Year-Old In New York (Video)

Several teenage girls from Erasmus High School in Brooklyn, believed to be apart of the Young Savages street gang, an offshoot of the Folk Nation street gang in Chicago, have been arrested over a brutal attack on a young rival in a New York McDonalds fast food restaurant. 16-year-old Aniah Ferguson called members of her gang to descend upon a Brooklyn McDonalds to attack 15-year-old Ariana Taylor. Ferguson accused Taylor of having written something she disliked on Facebook.

During the confrontation Taylor threw the first punch. Within seconds, Ferguson and the group of girls swarmed the smaller Taylor, beating her to a pulp. The girls punched, kicked and stomped Taylor and ripped out her hair extensions. Ferguson repeatedly kicked and stomped on Taylor’s head. They lived up to their gang’s name - savages.

A young Hispanic male was later seen intervening by picking a battered Taylor up off the floor and placing her on a chair, in trying to get her away from the violent girls who carried out the beating with a pack mentality. Even as he moved Taylor away, who was slipping into unconsciousness, Ferguson still kept trying to attack her smaller rival, who was limp and visibly injured.

Ferguson took Taylor’s purse, makeup bag and coat and threw them in them in a dumpster (garbage/skip) outside the restaurant. The girls fled the fast food restaurant. Taylor was hospitalized for her injuries, twice in one week as she collapsed days after release due to the concussion, broken nose and various bruises from direct body blows.

The assailants thought that was the end of it. However, someone had filmed the brutal fight and uploaded it online. As the video spread on You Tube and social networking, the girls foolishly tagged themselves, bragging over their fame for the illegal beating they issued Taylor. Politicians and community leaders in New York began to condemned the fight and the crowd in the local McDonalds for not doing anything to break up the fight. Some students cheered on the lawbreaking juveniles. Some later told the press they did not want to intervene for fear of being beaten as well.

Police issued a statement ordering the girls involved in the beating to come forward, as the victim refused to cooperate and name them as her attackers. One by one police identified, tracked down and arrested each girl from the fight. The ringleader in the fight, Ferguson, is a young woman with a rap sheet containing several arrests that include, stabbing her brother in the arm and being arrested on weapons charges. The 7-year-old punched her 65-year-old grandmother in the face twice and scratched up one side of her face.

Days later she bit a police officer, who tried to enforce a restraining order her grandmother filed after the attack. On another occasion, a neighbor reported seeing Ferguson’s grandmother run from the family’s home stating the 16-year-old was going to, “Burn the house down.” Ferguson was also previously arrested for assaulting a woman, then biting the police officer who arrested her.

Ferguson’s violent tendencies, rage issues, fixation on fire and complete lack of empathy reveal she is a psychopath with schizophrenic leanings. Ferguson is a danger to the community. Her repeated arrests also reveal an unwillingness to reform. Medication and correctional behavior is warranted.

There is another strange twist in the criminal investigation into Nick Gordon, 25, the informally adopted brother-turned-boyfriend of comatose 21-year-old, Bobbi Kristina Brown, who is the daughter of the late, legendary singer Whitney Houston.

The Daily Mail in London is reporting Gordon, via his lawyer, Randy Kessler, who was featured on reality show "Real Housewives Of Atlanta" as attorney to convict, Apollo Nida, filed a restraining order to block the Nest security company from releasing security camera footage to the Roswell Police Department investigating Bobbi Kristina's overdose and drowning. That looks very incriminating.

Police and Brown's family have demanded answers regarding bruises and injuries to Bobbi Kristina's body, not consistent with overdose or drowning. Gordon has been tightlipped, refusing to answer questions, opting to lash out online at Bobbi Kristina's concerned father, singer, Bobby Brown.

Gordon has been trying to deflect public scrutiny by blaming Bobby Brown for not being there enough for Bobbi Kristina. However,  those opinions have nothing to do with the fact Gordon was there when Bobbi Kristina was injured and ended up face down in a her bathtub. It is especially incriminating in light of the fact Bobbi Kristina was a victim of domestic violence.

The Judiciary Report has written of its disdain for the manner in which the custody case between Berry and Aubry has been unfolding. The judge keeps ruling against Berry, despite the fact there have been several allegations of violence and racial slurs from Aubry. The judge needs to be recused. What if the fight last week resulted in a head injury or death.

Cyrus has been going through a number of problems lately in her career and this stalker's attention is the last thing she needed.

Things are really going bad for Moore. She was seen looking very depressed, as news surfaced she has been upset over her daughter's turning on her. It is being stated in the mainstream press that they are considering a restraining order against their mother. 

Usher Granted Restraining Order Against Persistent Stalker That Showed Up At His Home

A Georgia judge has granted singer Usher a one-year restraining order against stalker, Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw, who kept showing up at his residence, demanding entry and insisting she is his wife. Rakestraw was arrested by police and a mental evaluation was administered at a local hospital.

Raymond is currently single, after two years of marriage and a divorce from Tameka Foster Raymond. The restraining order bars Rakestraw from contacting or approaching Usher and or his children under any circumstances. Rakestraw should do the right thing and leave the family be, especially in this time when they are grieving for Usher's stepson, Kyle Glover.

When I briefly read the headline about singer Usher Raymond complaining of having a stalker who thinks she is married to him, I jokingly thought to myself, that's not a nice way to talk about your ex-wife Tameka Foster (LOL - oh boy, if she ever catches me after all the jokes I've made about her...).

Turns out Usher does have a stalker and she is suffering from mental problems to think she is married to him, when there is no proof to back it up. A woman named Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw has terrified Ush, who applied for a restraining order against her. Rakestraw showed up at his home in Atlanta, Georgia and began banging on the front door, insisting he let her in (well, at least she was subtle). 

She was subsequently arrested and told cops she is his wife, but she "misplaced" her house keys (if you say so, girl). I'm going to help Usher with this problem. Darshelle, you are Usher's wife and he loves you and wants you to come sweep him off his feet, so keep trying to hook up with your man (LOL that was wrong).

Hollywood actor, Charlie Sheen, who is in the middle of a mental and marriage crisis, has lost custody of his children, to his most recent ex-wife, Brooke Mueller. Mueller alleges Sheen threatened her by stating he will, "Cut off (her) head, put it in a box and send it to (her) mom."

Mueller filed for a restraining order and was granted full custody. However, here's the problem, both Mueller and Sheen are rampant cocaine users. In fact, they did cocaine just last week. The children should not be in their care, as they both have serious issues that create a dangerous environment for the twins, Bob and Max Sheen. Until the former duo becomes sober and sane, someone like Sheen's dad should have custody.

In other news, Sheen is thinking about launching his own cologne. I'm sure he will call it "winning" as that seems to be his favorite word of late, but ironically something he is not doing. He has lost custody of his children and his show. If he is not careful, he will lose his life as well to erratic behavior, mental illness and drug use.

New photos have been released of entertainer, Rihanna, after a brutal beating from her boyfriend, singer, Chris Brown, who pummeled her, after she attacked him over another woman. Previously, only one shot was leaked to the press, via website, TMZ.

Yesterday, website Media Take Out has released two additional graphic shots. Last week, Rihanna asked the court to lift a restraining order against Brown, in agreement with his petition of the same. The court granted the request.

The crazy couple have wanted a chance to publicly reunite and have found it. Previously, the violated the restraining order in seeing each other on different occasions.

Since 2001, a mental patient that goes by the name of, Linda Ransom, has been stalking Hollywood actor, Jeff Goldblum, famous for his role in the film "The Fly" (she must be related to Madonna).

But there's great news for Goldblum - she is about to be released from a psychiatric facility and a judge will not give him a restraining order. Ok, maybe that's not great news.

However, look at the bright side, maybe she won't stalk you when she gets out he is so toast, she will be outside his house by sundown. How ironic that her name is Ransom, as he will probably need it. Furthermore, who in their right mind would stab stalk a fly. In all seriousness, the judge should have granted the restraining order.

Singer, Ricky Romance, the brother of former B2K boyband member, Raz-B, has filed a restraining order against music producer, Chris Stokes and crooners, Omarion and Marques Houston. The documents were served at a birthday party for Omarion.

Ricky Romance contends he and his family are being stalked, harassed and threatened, with their privacy breached by the aforementioned men. This legal maneuver stems from Marques Houston filing a restraining order this week, against Raz-B, in a bid to shut him up regarding molestation claims.

Raz-B and his brother, Ricky Romance, have publicly insisted producer Chris Stokes molested them as underage youth in his music stable, T.U.G. (that name is ironic), in addition to unlawfully grooming and coaching Marques Houston to perform sex acts on them of the same nature. Former teen singer, Quindon Tarver, who is now studying to be a lawyer, made the same allegations against Houston and Stokes as well.

Omarion, who still works with Stokes and Houston, claiming blood relation to the latter, with the matter being disputed by bloggers, did not deny the allegations against Stokes and Houston, simply stating Raz-B is seeking publicity. It is being alleged online there are other underage youth Stokes violated, with the promise of successful careers, but some of them are too scared to come forward, due to the music producer's ties to thugs.

Singer, Marques Houston, has filed for a restraining order against former B2K boyband member, Raz-B. On November 3, 2010, the Judiciary Report wrote that both Houston and alleged accomplice, Chris Stokes, have remained quiet in the face of molestation allegations against them by, Raz-B, his brother, Ricky Romance and Quindon Tarver. I commended the latter for speaking to the police. The next day, Houston, filed for a restraining order, attempting to silence Raz-B.

Houston is asking the public to believe a lot, in proclaiming innocence against Raz-B's allegations, but what about Tarver and Ricky Romance. Houston and Stokes have been very evasive, not issuing any substantive denials in the whole sordid affair and it takes a lot to come forward with claims of such a personal, seemingly embarrassing (it's not) and emotionally devastating nature. Why are all these young men lying about you two, regarding something so serious, when neither of you are particularly wealthy or successful in the mainstream at the present time, to make you targets of extortion.

Former Death Row Records CEO, Marion "Suge" Knight was slapped with a restraining order for allegedly, who are we kidding, for threatening the life of a man in Los Angeles and putting out a hit on him.

It is sad and regrettable Suge is up to his old tricks again. Previously, producer Dr. Dre, Uptown Records CEO, Andre Harrell, the late rapper and label CEO, Eazy E and rapper Vanilla Ice, complained in separate incidents of Suge showing up at their homes, hotels or places of business with armed thugs in tow, threatening them to do his bidding or else.

Some of the incidents devolved into violence. Andre Harrell was reportedly hung upside down over a balcony, while Vanilla Ice was threatened with the same. Dr. Dre and Eazy E were threatened with grievous bodily harm in separate incidents, by Suge and his thugs, who showed up unannounced with guns, bats, pipes and chains. There are numerous other incidents of violence as well, with Suge named as the ring leader.

Suge, you can do better than this. You have to leave those ways behind and turn over a new leaf (without turning someone over on their head and hanging them from a balcony). The FBI and IRS are watching you. You need to straighten up and fly right. Do remember, the FBI has bigger guns and bigger thugs than you do and a Congressional license to use them.

6/30/2010 10:30 AM PDT - Semi-good news for a man who claimed Suge Knight put out a hit on his life -- Suge was just ordered to stay...away from the guy for three years ... good news only if Suge gets the memo.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, the L.A. area man just snagged a permanent restraining order in L.A. County Superior Court, commanding Suge to stay 100 yards away from Elwood, his home, his car and his workplace.

As we first reported, the guy claimed Suge "had 8 guys come to my house and told them to get me or kill me" back on May 21 -- just one day after Suge was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon...
