Madonna's Underage Son Has Been Drinking And Doing Drugs With Homeless People

Madonna posted a video for the mannequin challenge looking like a deranged lunatic. Her son slammed the crazy looking video on Instagram stating, "I'm glad I don't live there anymore."

As a result of Madonna’s terrible parenting, her 16-year-old son Rocco Ritchie, has spent the past year doing drugs and drinking with homeless people and drug dealers. The negative effects of living with a deranged, evil, abusive mother, has resulted in drug addiction and alcoholism to numb the pain.

Madonna's son has learning disabilities, as does his dad, Guy Ritchie. Madonna's son has repeatedly been frustrated by her cruel and evil behavior via acts such as publicly shaming him on social networking in stating he has no penis, mocking his learning disabilities, as well as repeatedly belittling his dad whom she calls "retar*ed" and "stupid" and "motherf**ker."

It doesn’t help that based on blog reports and items on social networking, Madonna insanely did drugs with her children and drank alcohol with them as well, encouraging this destructive behavior. Most people’s children love them. However, with Madonna it is clear her children despise and hate her. Madonna’s children behave as though they've been held hostage by a madwoman and had to flee the insane asylum that is her home. 

After his drug arrest in London last week, Madonna’s son took to social networking and stated of an item his insidious mother posted on Instagram, “So glad I don’t live there anymore.” The comment has since been deleted, as some of crazy Madonna’s crazy fans began harassing him on Instagram, prompting him to block them. Why is it some people online take it upon themselves to disgracefully search out and harass people’s family members on social networking. What kind of crazy behavior is that.

As the phrase goes, "You reap what you sow." It is quite ironic how lecherous Madonna sought out, hounded, harassed and corrupted the minds and lives of then young, up and coming stars, such as Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan, Amanda Bynes and Chris Brown, for her Kabbalah cult, extracting money from them for the sect (that misused it) and leeching off their newly found popularity, hoping to inject life into her faded, dying career.

 

Said young stars became violent, agitated, clinically depressed and mentally ill from the sect's abusive behavior and brainwashing, to the point they became drug addicts and alcoholics roaming the streets in a despondent, troubled manner (said stars have all been ruled mentally ill by the courts, via psychologists' mental evaluations and subsequent reports). Now the same has befallen Madonna's children Rocco in London and daughter Lourdes in New York, who are now addicts as well, who repeatedly roam the streets looking troubled, despondent and high. The same thing has befallen Madonna's children, just like all the young lives she ruined with her madness in that cult.

It also reminds me of Bernard Madoff (and as many of my longtime readers know, I have referred to Madonna as the music industry's Madoff, as she's stolen everything she has in her possession). Madoff callously and gleefully stole billions of dollars from innocent people and squandered the money on luxury living. When the truth came out that he was running a ponzi scheme, two investors committed suicide.

Madoff expressed no remorse over their deaths or any of the thefts, bragging and smirking that his victims deserved to be robbed. Madoff was prosecuted and sentenced to life in prison. Madoff's son, so humiliated and despondent by the public shame and hatred his father had brought on them by stealing, committed suicide and in the presence of his small son. Just as Madoff had driven two investigators to suicide via his actions, the same thing befell his son.

This sparked a series of Madonna's fans to contact him via the social networking site, in an attempt to reach out to the troubled teen. When the fans asked why he was making unkind remarks, saying to him that the dinner 'looked like a lot of fun', he replied with laughing emojis. He then proceeded to block said fans, after which he removed his comment; the original video has also since been removed.

Tough time: Rocco, 16, whose mother is Madonna, was arrested after neighbours reportedly saw him 'smoking or doing drugs' and called the police. The bitter remark comes amid Rocco's arrest on suspicion of cannabis possession last week. Although the mother and son relationship has been fraught of late, with Rocco claiming he would rather live with film director father Guy Ritchie in London, the pair had seemingly reconnected. This social media exchange suggests the contrary, however...

A Florida purse snatcher was caught on a gas station camera, stealing a $300 purse out of a woman's SUV as she attempted to fill her vehicle with gas. 32-year-old Janelle Della-Libera, looked over just in time to see him remove her purse from the vehicle. Della-Libera chased the thief, who fled to his car. 

She hopped on the hood of his car and began hitting him with her wallet she had removed from her purse, prior to pumping gas. She hit him several times, which caused him to drive off with her on the hood. This resulted in the woman falling off the hood of the car. The thief then ran over her leg. Della-Libera was taken to hospital with a sprained ankle.

Della-Libera told the press, "He could have killed me. What if he had a gun? What if he would have been more vicious? The scenario could have played out so much worse." Indeed. What Della-Libera did was brave, but very risky. Thankfully she did not die as a result of the purse snatcher's conduct. 

People must be careful not to keep their purse or wallet with their money/bank cards/credit cards in their vehicle while they pump gas or going into businesses. Thieves often walk by vehicles looking for unlocked doors to steal cars or items on display such as purses/wallets to break the window of vehicles and stealing people's belongings. Keep your purse/wallet on you. Some thieves in smash windows. For years Florida has been plagued by people engaging in what is known as "smash and grab." Some incidents left victims dead.

This same man was accused of stealing a car days prior that had a baby in the back seat. Police were able to apprehend him. They have since discovered he was a felon who was recently released from prison. Some people fail to learn from prison, that it is a correctional facility meant to rehabilitate bad behavior. I do believe people deserve a second chance. However, what you do with that second chance is up to you. 

You can take your freedom and turn your life around or go back to criminal behavior and end up in prison again. The choice is yours. Do not make the unwise decision of returning to crime. Make the most of your life in an honest manner.

Protests turned into riots in North Carolina after 43-year-old black motorist Keith Lamont Scott was shot and killed by police. The officer who pulled the trigger is a black. Police officials state Scott was carrying a gun and ordered to drop the weapon. However, witnesses to the murder stated he did not point a gun at police, but was reading a book in his car, while waiting for the school bus to drop off his son. 

North Carolina police officials first insisted Scott had a gun and brandished the weapon. However, when asked to release dash cam and body cam footage of the shooting death, police declined. Police Chief, Kerr Putney, is now changing his story stating the video of the shooting does NOT illustrate, “Absolute, definitive evidence that would confirm that a person was pointing a gun.” It should be noted, North Carolina is an open carry state, where people are permitted to have weapons on display.

When Scott was ordered to exit the vehicle, he complied. Scott exited the car and slowly walked backwards away from the officer. That is not an aggressive stance. Someone who is an imminent threat would walk towards the officer. However, this is the pattern we keep seeing: black men surrendering to law enforcement in submissive stances and getting shot and killed anyway.

We’ve even seen a black man running away from police only to be chased down, shot in the back several times, his face pushed into the ground to the point of suffocation to ensure death and a gun planted beside his lifeless body (South Carolina Police Officer Charged With Murder For Shooting A Fleeing Black Man In The Back 8 Times Then Framing Him For Theft).

We've also seen a black woman framed by police, then exonerated by mobile phone audio and video showing she was the innocent victim of their crimes [Cop Tases Woman For Filming Him Engaging In Police Brutality, Calls Her A 'Dumb B***h' And Lies Stating She Tried To Run Him Over (Video)]. 

We've seen cops frame up a number of black people who went to prison for crimes they did not commit (4 Florida Cops Fired For Slurring Black People And Planting Evidence Sending Innocent Minorities To Prison Which Casts Prosecutorial Doubt On Over 50 Criminal Convictions (Video)). There are but a few of many examples. Incidents such as these have fuelled public distrust of police.

So let's not pretend that some cops do not engage in police brutality, lie in reports about excessive force, tamper with evidence and plant items at crime scenes to frame up innocent people. It has happened many times in well documented cases. Black men in particular are being framed and hunted by police and it is murder. That's not justifiable homicide.

The protests that ensued in North Carolina turned into riots. People were attacked and businesses and vehicles were destroyed, which is all regrettable. Violence only begets more violence. In future, please refrain from turning peaceful protests into scenes of violence. I understand your anger in North Carolina, but don't turn to violence and vandalism. Don't destroy your communities. Be the dignified people I know you are and keep things peaceful.

In closing, irrespective of the fact the officer who shot Scott is black, based on witness accounts and the inability of police to present video to corroborate his story of Scott pointing a gun at him, he needs to be charged with murder and imprisoned for killing a submissive man that witnesses stated was reading a book in his car. How many times have you, as a member of the public, sat in a car waiting for someone, minding your own business, while reading a book, newspaper or your phone. No one deserves to be killed for that.

Oklahoma Police Killing Unarmed Black Man Terrence Crutcher For Having Car Trouble And Looking Like 'A Bad Dude' Is Racial Profiling

Last week four Tulsa, Oklahoma police officers approached stranded, 40-year-old black motorist Terrence Crutcher and it resulted in his death. The unarmed man was trying to restart his stalled SUV, when police arrived after reports of the vehicle blocking the road. However, when a vehicle breaks down, logic would tell you it will block the road, as it needs to be towed. Millions of cars have broken down. It does not indicate something sinister is transpiring.

When police approached Crutcher and ordered him to put his hands up, he did so in the "don't shoot" stance, which is all too familiar to black people in America. Crutcher then slowly walked towards his vehicle and leaned on it. Police officer Tyler Turnbough tased Crutcher. Police officer Betty Shelby opened fire killing Crutcher, who once again, had his hands in the air in surrender. Shelby did not have to shoot Crutcher. The police pilot in the surveillance helicopter recording the incident stated, "This guy is still walking and following commands." This indicates he was following police instructions. However, Shelby claims she felt threatened and killed him. 

 
Terrence Crutcher has a criminal record, which some are illogically using as justification for him being killed while NOT engaging in unlawful behavior. There are millions of people in America with a criminal record. Police cannot go around as judge, jury and executioner summarily killing people who have paid their debt to society, because the person looks like "a bad dude."
 

Three armed male officers stood by officer Shelby's side, the motorist (Crutcher) was a safe distance away with his hands up, yet Shelby felt threatened? She shouldn't be a police officer with that hair trigger, jitteriness and fearful disposition. Crutcher is the one who should have felt threatened. You killed an unarmed man for having car trouble and are trying to explain away this murderous madness to the public. Shelby should be indicted, arrested and put in prison for murder. Shelby deserves a good 20-years in prison.

The helicopter pilot stating Crutcher looks like "a bad dude" is suspect. Just say it, he looks black and in your estimation that automatically makes him bad. All the cops saw was a black man and in their eyes black = bad. Many cases have shown that prejudice police officers act with more care around white people they encounter than minorities. I suspect had Crutcher been white, Shelby and company would have treated him differently, assisting him in obtaining help for his car.

I'm not stating all police are prejudice. I'm not stating all white police are prejudice. However, officers like Shelby show their prejudices via their criminal actions against minority members of the public. There is no excuse for this. There should be no place on any police force in America for people who behave in this manner. It shows an absolute lack of  respect for human life. It shows the ignorance and racial profiling some police officers operate under while patrolling the streets with prejudice.

The Oklahoma police have a problem regarding how it treats black people. Last year, Oklahoma City police officer Daniel Holtzclaw was arrested and convicted on charges of sexually assaulting 13 black women while on duty. The New York Times reported, "Mr. Holtzclaw targeted women he stopped while on patrol, singling out poor black victims with criminal backgrounds whose stories would not be believed." Clearly there are police in Okalahoma that are operating under the belief black people's lives aren't worth anything. How else do you explain this madness they are doing to innocent people.

Racist police officers in America are making the decent cops look bad and on a global scale. Nations around the world have issued travel advisories to their citizens warning them about travel to America due to police killing minorities at a rapid rate (the list of nations is growing). These nations know their citizens are aware of the horrible headlines that have gone worldwide on the subject of innocent minorities being summarily killed by racist police officers in disproportionate numbers. They've issued the travel advisories as a mark of shame in attempts at shaming corrupt police officers in America into desisting with the senseless murders of defenseless people. It's known as name and shame. However, some police officers still don't get the message.

While I do give decent police in America the benefit of the doubt, the corrupt ones like Shelby are making everyone look bad. The articles in global newspapers and on television news broadcasts on the subject are not pretty. When you police the streets, do remember you are representing America and what you do filters out into the world, whether good or bad.

Rapper and reality star Ray J and his fiancée, Princess, has been denied a visa to visit the nation of Australia. There is speculation that the visa denial occurred due to his involvement in the latest scandal regarding singer Chris Brown, who was banned from Australia a year ago over the Rihanna domestic violence case and his status as a felon.

The latest incident involving Ray J bringing a female scam artist, Baylee Curran to Chris Brown's home, without the singer's permission, mushroomed into a scandal when she gave gossip site TMZ, police and various news outlets conflicting stories claiming he kicked her out of his house at gunpoint.

Curran has since been unmasked as a thief wanted for questioning, regarding a grand theft larceny case in New York, involving an incident where she stole a $1,000 Louis Vuitton purse containing $200. Curran is also accused of stealing her friend's Rolex watch. Curran's boyfriend is currently in prison over a bar fight she participated in, which left people injured.

Despite Curran's history, Ray J, has been deemed guilty by association. However, there is another spin. The mere fact Ray J brought someone of such poor reputation to Brown's home, in what has become a terrible scandal wasting police time and taxpayer money, indicates he would do the same in other situations.

Thursday, September 08, 2016 - Last month R&B singer Ray J found himself in the middle of one of Chris Brown's scandals after a party guest called the cops claiming Chris pulled a gun on her. Now Chris Brown's problems have become Ray J's problems. According to reports Ray J and his new wife Princess Love were headed for a romantic vacation in Australia when his Visa was denied because he was linked to Chris Brown's latest arrest. Adding insult to injury everything is already paid for, from the plane tickets to the hotels, and they even had a few hosting gigs lined up.

The tour bus of rapper Drake was robbed of approximately $3,000,000 in jewelry at a concert stop in Phoenix, Arizona. The jewelry belonged to Drake’s DJ, Future The Prince. The robbery occurred while Drake was on stage performing. No word on whether the jewelry, housed in a suitcase on the tour bus, is insured. However, a perpetrator has been arrested for the crime.

It is very unwise to travel with that sum in jewelry with no proper security. The theft occurred at the hands of a party who knew Drake and Future The Prince’s schedule and the value of the jewelry.

Baylee Curran, 25, the woman accusing Chris Brown, 27, of pulling a gun on her and kicking the fame seeker out of his home for showing up uninvited, is being labeled a thief again. The TMZ website revealed a friend of Curran stated she stole his Rolex. The story gets worse. Curran’s former roommate, , accused her of stealing and told her to get out. Curran became vindictive, called police and accused her roommate of threatening her life…the same thing she has now done to Chris Brown for putting her out of his home as an uninvited, thieving guest. 

Curran’s former roommate also stated she is obsessed with Chris Brown. Curran made two posts ob Twitter indicating she was trying to meet him and a second revealing she met him for a second. However, entertainers and sports stars meet many people for a few seconds. It does not denote knowing them. The scandal has cost Brown money. He was up for a role on the cable television show “Power” but the network has now cancelled the idea due to Brown’s “anger issues.” Brown also had to put up $250,000 bail money.

A matter I find strange in this incident is Brown’s alleged friend Ray J bringing a woman of questionable moral character into his home, knowing the kind of problems that has plagued the R&B singer. Brown is a constant target. Why would you bring a known thief into his home. I also found it questionable the manner in which Ray J gave interviews on the subject and had the gall to be laughing on “Entertainment Tonight” when asked to verify if Curran was telling the truth. None of this is funny. 

This story is just another terrible reminder of how far some will go to target and exploit others - even if it means outright lying and setting someone up, in order to unscrupulously get what they want. People sometimes do not want to believe there are people in this world capable of harming others in this way, but not everyone in life will act from a pure motive.

Baylee Curran, the aspiring actress who accused singer Chris Brown of throwing her out of his house at gunpoint, keeps changing her story. In the legal world, when a person keeps changing their story, it is indicative of lying. I’ve seen a few clips of Curran’s interviews and the story keeps changing. First she stated Brown pointed a gun at her. Then in a clip on social networking, she showed how Brown allegedly pointed a gun to the left side of her head. Then in a television interview, she showed how Brown pointed a gun in the center of her forehead. 

I know Brown is hyperactive, but with her inconsistent descriptions you would think he was running around her head in a circle while pointing a gun on it. The story replete with inconsistencies is not making sense. She also stated Brown kicked her out for admiring jewelry, but she didn’t pick it up. Then she stated in another interview that she was touching the jewelry. 

Curran’s claim of being at his house at 3AM wanting to audition for a music video is strange. Most auditions are held by the music video director during the day time and at business locations, not the entertainer’s private home. Police said they retrieved guns and drugs, but Brown’s lawyer stated not from inside the house. Reports stated someone in Brown’s house tossed a duffle bag outside a window. 

Baylee, who has been stripped of her title as Miss California Regional, due to inappropriate photos and is refusing to return the crown and sash, does not have the ability to make it on the level she wants to as an entertainer. She has opted to have sex with famous men with the hope of the casting couch leading to fame. To make money she has resorted to thievery, as the acting roles to her credit gave her a modest salary. The money was running out when this latest incident occurred at Brown’s house. 

 

Baylee Curran, who is refusing to return her crown and sash after being stripped of her title as Miss California Regional, has been accused of stealing a Louis Vuitton purse with $200 and a Rolex watch in separate incidents. However, Curran says everyone is lying (though there is documented proof of their claims).

 

According to the television show “Entertainment Tonight” Brown’s net worth is $30,000,000. This is due to years of recording music, performing shows and collecting royalties. Brown has multiple homes in California and Virginia, containing high end items. He has a fleet of luxury cars and hundreds of thousands of dollars in jewelry. Brown has millions in the bank. Brown also has a history of trouble with the law. This makes him a perfect high profile target for an unscrupulous person. 

As the Judiciary Report has stated in past articles, Brown has done some wrong in life. However, it is wrong for people to use it as an excuse to exploit his or anyone else's past, such as making up stories for 15 minutes of fame and paid tell all interviews, with the goal of it leading to a career. 

Brown is struggling right now with emotional problems and depression. Situations are taking their toll, such as drug and alcohol problems, arguments with the mother of his child who wants a lot of money, losing ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran, being slighted by music industry awards committees, awards shows and critics and constant financial shakedowns by people looking to rip him off. This recent incident is taking its toll as well. 

This incident should bring Brown to the understanding it is not a safe practice to allow random people into one’s home (whether you’re famous or not). However, this keeps happening. So, Brown is not getting the message. Once again, easy target...

After a dramatic stand off with police in Los Angeles, singer Chris Brown, has been arrested on the charge of suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. Beauty pageant winner, Baylee Curran, went to Brown’s house at 3AM on Tuesday morning, escorted there by rapper Ray J. Brown had a few friends over, but Curran and another unnamed woman, were not invited guests. 

 

Curran went into a hot tub on Brown’s property. After a soak in the hot tub, Curran commented on expensive diamond jewelry a man had on display seeking a sale from Brown. This is where the story gets sketchy. Curran stated she was admiring the jewelry when Brown’s friend snapped at her. She alleges Brown then pointed a gun at her and stated “get the f**k out.” Curran immediately left and called police. 

 

When police arrived at the Tarzana residence in Los Angeles, Brown refused to come outside and speak to them about the alleged incident. Brown is accused of throwing a duffle bag out of a window containing guns and drugs. After several hours of what is being branded a stand off, Brown finally came out of his home to speak to police. Hours later Brown was arrested and taken to downtown Los Angles precinct. Brown was then booked on the aforementioned charge of suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. Ray J has denied Curran's claims.

Brown is a convicted felon, drug addict and mentally ill, which are three classifications barring an individual from owning a gun, making it a felony. Rather than going to police first, Curran went to gossip website TMZ (then the authorities second). One has to wonder what Curran was doing at Brown’s house at the indecent hour of 3AM, with a group of men (and stripping off to go soak in his hot tub).

Curran is a friend of Nia Guzman, the mother of Brown’s 2-year-old daughter Royalty. The two have been in a bitter custody battle, with Brown having been awarded full custody. Guzman has repeatedly demanded $16,000 per month in child support, an increase from $2,500 monthly, which has repeatedly been rejected by the judge.

Swimmer Ryan Lochte Flees Rio 2016 Olympics After Police Discover His Wallet Was Not Stolen Nor Did He Catch A Cab At A Gas Station Where He Alleges He Was Robbed At Gunpoint

Social networking is questioning the integrity of swimmer, Ryan Lochte, regarding inconsistencies in his story regarding being allegedly robbed at gunpoint, by men dressed as police, during the 2016 Rio Olympics in Brazil. The story hit the news after Lochte’s mother revealed to Fox News that he was allegedly robbed during the Olympics in Rio. Lochte made headlines due to a television interview with U.S. network NBC, on location in Rio to cover the Olympics. 

During the interview with NBC’s Matt Lauer, Lochte stated a group of men wearing police clothing stopped the cab he and U.S. Olympic swim team members, Jimmy Feigen, Gunnar Bentz and Jack Conger, caught after a party outside the Olympic village. For years Lochte has been known for his wild partying and landed on pop culture blogs as a result of it.

Lochte stated on television that one of the men dressed as a police officer pointed a gun at his forehead demanding his wallet and other valuables. Lochte stated his wallet was stolen during the alleged robbery. However, inconsistencies have since cropped up after Brazilian authorities began subpoenaing CCTV camera footage at multiple locations in Rio to backtrack Lochte’s movements and that of his team mates who were present in the cab, to ascertain exactly what transpired. 

Brazilian judge, Kayla Blank, ordered Lochte, Bentz, Conger and Feigen to stay put while authorities complete their investigation, as the inconsistencies that have surfaced in their story needs clarification. For example, Lochte told police he caught the cab at a specific gas station. Authorities subpoenaed the CCTV footage from the station and discovered Lochte and his teammates were never there.

Lochte told police his wallet was stolen during the alleged robbery in the cab. However, authorities subpoenaed CCTV footage of the swimmers returning to the Olympic village hours later than they stated they arrived at the athletics facility and the video shows Lochte, Bentz, Conger and Feigen placing their wallets in the containers, to be scanned in the x-rays machine that inspects the contents of one‘s belongings, in search of weapons or other incendiary devices. People have now come to the conclusion their wallets were not stolen, though Lochte previously made claims to the contrary.

Lochte told authorities he left a party held by Club France at 4AM and caught a cab at the Ipiranga gas station in the immediate vicinity of the venue. However, Brazilian authorities subpoenaed CCTV footage from the Club France party and discovered Lochte, Feigen, Conger and Bentz left hours later than they claimed.

After news began to filter out about the inconsistencies in their stories, Lochte fled Brazil and was able to make it back to America. The U.S. Olympic committee has refused to divulge Lochte’s location, though he is wanted for questioning in Rio under the suspicion he filed a false police report in Brazil. The New York Times stated Lochte, Feigen, Conger and Bentz's claims of robbery at gunpoint brought “embarrassment“ on the Rio Olympics committee that has "turned to anger." 

Lochte did not return to his home in Florida. However, DrudgeReport.com is stating he is in North Carolina. Lochte’s teammates Bentz and Conger attempted to flee as well, in defiance of the Judge Blank’s orders and were removed from a plane in Rio that was headed for America. Their passports have now been confiscated until they testified, as they previously gave "conflicting reports" to police. People online are wondering if Lochte, Bentz and Feign were truly robbed or if they were drunk/high and hallucinated the whole thing.

The swim team had already moved out of the Village but Feigen may still be in Brazil while Lochte flew home to the US on Tuesday. The judge's order came after seeing video obtained by DailyMail.com of the laughing men returning to the Village after the robbery.

Investigators claim that the X-ray machine at the Village showed the men were in possession of all belongings they said were stolen on Sunday. The video footage also seems to show both Feigen and Gunnar Bentz carrying what look to be wallets when they return to the Village. The two men will now be investigated for the false communication of a crime, which carries a maximum sentence of three years in jail in Brazil.

Police in Brazil arrived at the Olympic Village on Wednesday to seize the passports of Ryan Lochte and Jimmy Feigen in an attempt to keep them in the country for further questioning about the robbery they claim occurred early Sunday. A judge gave authorities the go ahead after doubts began to grow over the claims made by the swimmers in light of the surveillance video obtained by DailyMail.com earlier this week showing the group laughing and smiling as they returned to the Olympic Village. 

Lochte's mother later broke the news of the alleged robbery later that day while speaking with Fox Sports. The athletes are now accused of lying about the incident after the publication of the video Tuesday led investigators to change their line of inquiry. A formal request for their passports to be seized reveals that the two men will now be investigated for the false communication of a crime, which carries a maximum sentence of three years in jail in Brazil. 

Records retrieved by investigators from the X-ray machine through which the athletes passed in the Village also showed that the men were carrying all the belongings which they had claimed in sworn statements to police had been stolen. Lochte, 32, had already flown out of the country and is home in the US while Feigen's whereabouts are still not known. Feigen, 26, had been in Rio all day Tuesday but it is unclear if he took a flight home before the judge's order.

Miami Police Officer Shot Innocent Unarmed Black Man As He Protected Autistic Patient Then Says He Doesn’t Know Why He Fired At Him (Video)

A Miami Police officer shot 46-year-old therapist, Charles Kinsey, who was caring for his 23-year-old autistic student. Kinsey and the student were on the ground. Kinsey, a black man, had his hands up in surrender and was laying on his back stating, “Don’t shoot me” and informed the officers his autistic patient had a toy truck in his hand and not a gun. 

The police officer opened fire shooting at Kinsey three times. Kinsey was shot in the leg. Kinsey exclaimed, “Sir, why did you shoot me?” The officer responded “I don’t know.” Rather than get Kinsey help, the officer cuffed and arrested him and his autistic patient. Foul! 

The officer’s name is being withheld by North Miami Beach Police Chief Gary Eugene. It has since been revealed police were trying to shoot the autistic man, which is even worse on their part. The officer should face criminal charges and be stripped of his badge, because if he does something like this again, he could kill an innocent person. Kinsey should sue them as well. However, police are already discussing a potential settlement.

This is not the first time something like this has happened in Miami. It reminds me of a similar story regarding what transpired in Miami in 2011, regarding one of the disabled adult students at the school my mother used to teach. All the students were wonderful, mentally disabled adults who were learning life skills and how to function in the world. It was great to see them grow as people in learning everyday things you and I often taken for granted. 

One of the disabled students who attended the school was a 56-year-old mentally impaired black man named Ernest. He was a kind, sweet and humorous man, who due to his mental disability, had the mental age of an 8-year-old. He was a very nice man and good person loved by all who knew him. He would say things that made people smile or laugh. 

One day he found a toy gun on the street that fascinated him. Officers confronted him. An officer yelled at him regarding the toy, believing the gun was real and shot and killed him. Ernest's neighbors on the street stated to reporters that police should have known he was disabled. If they had talked to Ernest for even a few seconds they would have realized he was mentally disabled. However, they didn't bother. They killed him instead. Everybody was devastated. Ernest was killed like his life wasn’t worth anything. He didn’t deserve that. Nothing came of the incident, as the police officer got away with it, while Ernest lost his life. It was not right. However, that's the justice system for you - corrupt.

It was piss poor police work. And this is what troubles me about so many incidents like this, the ease and quickness with which some, not all officers, take a life. Why be so confrontational. Why not exercise some consideration for human life. Why not be negotiators instead of adversarial individuals so aggressively confronting others. 

In some cases select officer are putting themselves in trouble in going right up to people then killing them (Alton Sterling, Tamir Rice, Philando Castile, Eric Garner and many others). Why not maintain a safe distance and negotiate with the subject. Talk to them from a safe space. Even use the bull horn from your squad car. Why charge right up to people and shot within seconds, then claim your life was in danger. That’s a load of crap. You put your life in danger doing that and often against unarmed people. 

If criminals open fire on police, then yes, officers' lives are most certainly in danger. But to shoot at a person who has their arms up in surrender or has their back turned to you running away is patently wrong. That’s not justice. That’s an execution. That’s vengeance. That’s anger and vindictiveness stating through actions, "How dare you run away from me." 

Once again, not all officer do this, but some do and thousands of people in America have died brutal deaths because of it. Officers owe the public a duty of care. August 31, 2011 11:15 PM - North Miami Beach Police are piecing together an officer-involved shooting that left a mentally disabled man dead early Wednesday evening. Officers tell CBS4′s Natalia Zea that a man carrying a rifle was seen walking through a neighborhood in the area of Northeast 155th Terrace and 14th Avenue. 

Witnesses say the man even pointing the rifle at a dog at one point. Police say several neighbors called 911 to report the incident. Police say when officers arrived, there was some sort of confrontation and one officer to open fire on the man. But their investigation revealed that the “rifle” was in fact, a realistic looking toy. The injured man was taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital where he later died. 

Family members say the man police killed is 56-year-old Ernest Vassell. “They murdered him in cold blood for a toy gun!” cried Vassell’s older sister Claire Harding. “That’s no reason for you to kill somebody!” Vassell’s sisters say they have never seen him with a toy gun, they believe he must have found it somewhere. They say he was mentally disabled after a brain injury as a child and that he has never been violent. 

“They could tell him to drop the gun, they say they told him to drop it and he raised his hand, he probably raised his hand to hand them the gun because he is afraid of police,” said Harding. The family is demanding answers and changes to the North Miami Beach Police Department. “They should train these police officers better,” said Harding. “This is ridiculous, they just go around killing people for nothing.” 

Police maintain the toy gun appeared to be a real rifle. One officer is on administrative leave while police and the state attorney’s office investigate.
