In The Louisiana And Dallas Cop Killings Authorities Stated There Were Three Shooters Then Strangely Retracted Their Stories

Micah Xavier Johnson

Most of you remember reading that there were three active shooters who shot and killed police in Dallas, Texas. Then, almost two weeks later, most of you remember reading there were three active shooters who killed police officers in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. However, in each shooting, police backtracked and stated there was just one killer in each incident.

Gareth Long

Authorities later attributed the Dallas, Texas murder of 5 police officers to former U.S. soldier, Micah Xavier Johnson, who was killed on the scene. Authorities later attributed the killing of 3 Baton Rouge, Louisiana police to former U.S. soldier, Garth Long. Now comes word Long was in Dallas around the time of the shooting by Johnson.

The Mirror published an article this past Sunday, using reports from television and internet sites in America, stating one shooter was killed and two got away

In each shooting, witnesses repeatedly stated there were 3 shooters. So, what's going on? Why the cover up. And the U.S. government likes to call Americans conspiracy theorists. But look what authorities keep doing. What do you expect the public to think under the circumstances. Television and newspapers went out to the public claiming multiple shooters in each incident. How does the government explain that.

Shots fired, officer down' - Horrifying audio of desperate Baton Rouge cops after three officers killed

18:44, 17 Jul 2016 Updated 18:56, 17 Jul 2016 - A man dressed in black and with his face covered began shooting indiscriminately after walking out of a convenience store and car wash in the Louisiana city. This is the horrifying moment a Baton Rouge police officer called for back-up moments after three of his comrades were gunned down by a masked gunman.

His voice cracking with emotion, he tells the radio dispatcher: "Shots fired, officer down, shots fired. "City officer down. Shots fired, shots fired. We (unintelligible) where he's shooting from. The dispatcher responds and the male officer adds: "We do not know where he's shooting from."

Police Scanner Reveals Black Man Philando Castile Was Racially Profiled And Killed By A Cop For Having A 'Wide Nose'

Just when you thought it couldn't get any more insulting it does and on a new level. News reports indicate the brutal shooting death of motorist, Philando Castile, with his girlfriend and 4-year-old child present in the car, was not for the reasons police initially claimed. Castile was summarily executed by police officer Jeronimo Yanez. The incident, along with the police killing of Alton Sterling, sparked protests in America and other parts of the world, due to it being the product of racism and police brutality. It also led to the shooting deaths of 5 police officers in a retaliatory killing by army reservist Micah Xavier Johnson.

Philando Castile's girlfriend Diamond Reynolds witnessed his murder and streamed the aftermath via mobile phone video on Facebook, which shocked social networking users due to its brutality

Police initially stated Castile was driving with a broken taillight, which is why they claimed he was pulled over by police. However, the photos from the crime scene revealed otherwise, which many on social networking began publicly pointing out. Two days later, police acknowledged Castile was pulled over for having a "wide nose" which in their estimation looked like a black man who had held up a store.

Jeronimo Yanez

This case is beyond insulting. The racial stereotypes, evidence tampering in trying to delete video footage of the killing from Facebook, lying, fraud, defamation of an innocent man and extreme lack of courtesy shown to Castile, who make no mistake, was racially profiled, is disgraceful. Yanez must be prosecuted within the scope of the law for costing an innocent man his life and for the disturbing cover-up that ensued. Any other police employee that aided in the cover up and evidence tampering should face criminal prosecution as well.

Castile family responds to police scanner audio

3 days ago - ST.PAUL - The uncle of Philando Castile told KARE 11 the police scanner audio we obtained is an example of racial profiling. A KARE 11 viewer, who gave us audio clips of police radio traffic, claims they captured the moments just before Philando Castile and his girlfriend were stopped by St. Anthony police – which ended with police fatally shooting Castile.

KARE 11 has attempted to confirm the authenticity of the recording with police officials, but so far they have not responded. We have verified that the license plate mentioned by police in the recording matches the plate of the car Castile was driving. The location the officer gives also corresponds to the locations of the traffic stop.

“I’m going to stop a car,” the officer says on the recording. “I’m going to check IDs. I have reason to pull it over.” “The two occupants just look like people that were involved in a robbery,” the officer says. “The driver looks more like one of our suspects, just ‘cause of the wide set nose,” the officer continues.

Diamond Reynolds said she and her deceased boyfriend did not match the descriptions on the audio clip. Philando Castile’s uncle, Clarence Castile, called the traffic stop an example of racial profiling. “I just thought it was kind of insane to pull somebody over saying they matched a robbery suspect by having flared nostrils,” Clarence Castile said. “It is kind of hard to see flared nostrils from a car...

The Murder Of Alton Sterling By Louisiana Police Causes Outrage Among The Public (Videos)

Police brutality and excessive force strikes again in America. 37-year-old father of five, Alton Sterling, was tased, tackled and shot several times in the chest at point blank range, by an officer in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, while his police partner held the victim down. Sterling died on the scene. He was selling CDs outside of a food store, with the permission of the owner, when police arrived.

It is being stated police receive a complaint Sterling threatened someone outside the store and brandished a gun. One of the two officers tackled Sterling to the ground, then pinned his arm down, as did his fellow cop. While having Sterling completely subdued, one officer yelled "he's got a gun" (said to be in his pocket, which is lawful in America) and within seconds the other cop took out his own weapon and fired into Sterling's chest at close range, executing him.

Alton Sterling

The police officers also quickly seized the store owner's security camera footage showing the murder. However, unbeknownst to the officers at the time, two people sitting in a car used their mobile phones to film the shooting. They anonymously uploaded the video from their phone to the internet, sparking massive outcry from the public. The police officers claim their body cameras fell off during the scuffle, which is not seen on the video that ultimately surfaced.

To blunt public sympathy, police began pushing Sterling's criminal record online. It is being stated Sterling had been previously arrested for aggravated battery, domestic violence, unauthorized entry, vandalism,  drug possession (marijuana), weapons possession, disturbing the peace and is a registered sex offender, regarding a "carnal knowledge of a juvenile" criminal conviction. As serious as those crimes are, it does not negate the fact he still had human rights and to summarily execute him on a public street, after aggressively approaching him, cost him his life and in a very violent way that looks bad. The store's owner stated he did not see Sterling reach for a gun and was tased then shot by police.

BBC graphic on police violence (http://www.bbc.com)

The video is awful and chilling. There’s no way to objectively state that Sterling's shooting death was justifiable homicide. That was an execution via excessive force illustrating a total disregard for human life. It is alarming that these types of cases are becoming more and more egregious. For every cop that goes out there and does his job properly, the intense public scrutiny and disgust the bad apples bring to the force does an extraordinary world of damage to the name of police in America and in the area of race relations regarding the black community and authorities.

The police brutality occurring in numerous places in American makes it a federal issue, as it is occurring in a number of U.S. states which encompasses the country. Congress is the only entity that can truly bring reform on this tragic issue, via meaningful legislation or the problem will continue to occur. There are nations where police don't even use guns and still get the job done, effectively policing, with nowhere near the fatality rate present in America. However, I am of the belief Congress is too afraid to enact the legislation needed to curb the problem

The Head Of The FBI Doesn't Think People Should Be Able To Film Police Beating And Killing Members Of The Public

FBI Director James Comey

James Comey, the director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), also known as the cover up kings (at least, that's what I call them), does not think members of the public should be allowed to film police officers beating and or killing civilians. He states it interferes with their work. Comey stated to reporters, "There's a perception that police are less likely to do the marginal additional policing that suppresses crime - the getting out of your car at 2 in the morning and saying to a group of guys, 'Hey, what are you doing here?"

The head of the National Fraternal Order of Police, James O. Pasco Jr., responded to Comey's statements by saying, "He ought to stick to what he knows. He's basically saying that police officers are afraid to do their jobs with absolutely no proof." Under U.S. law people are allowed to film others in public settings, who are engaging in criminal behavior. At the heart of the matter is the fact the FBI hates when there is evidence of criminal misconduct by law enforcement, especially their agency. Comey says it blunts police work. The only thing that is blunted is the FBI's conscience.

F.B.I. Director Says ‘Viral Video Effect’ Blunts Police Work

MAY 11, 2016 -  The F.B.I. director, James Comey, has drawn criticism for his remarks about the tactics used by the police. The director of the F.B.I. reignited the factious debate over a so-called “Ferguson effect” on Wednesday, saying that he believed less aggressive policing was driving an alarming spike in murders in many cities.

James Comey, the director, said that while he could offer no statistical proof, he believed after speaking with a number of police officials that a “viral video effect” — with officers wary of confronting suspects for fear of ending up on a video — “could well be at the heart” of a spike in violent crime in some cities.

“There’s a perception that police are less likely to do the marginal additional policing that suppresses crime — the getting out of your car at 2 in the morning and saying to a group of guys, ‘Hey, what are you doing here?’” he told reporters. Mr. Comey was wading back into a dispute from last fall that pitted him against some of his bosses at the White House and the Justice Department and one that roiled racial tensions over confrontations between police officers and minorities...

Police Slam Beyonce In Her Hometown Of Houston Staging Protest Outside Her Concert

Beyonce

R&B singer, Beyonce, was the recipient of a frosty reception in her hometown of Houston, Texas during a stop on her "Formation" concert tour. Beyonce slammed police in the music video for the song "Formation" which has offended many officers. During the Houston leg of her tour, police officers protested outside the NRG arena to show their disapproval of Beyonce.

Protesting officers wore "Police Lives Matter" t-shirts, a take on the "Black Lives Matter" movement, started in response to incidents of police brutality and excessive force, which led to the deaths of several black men, in what became high profile cases. Police officers spoke to the press outside Beyonce's concert regarding their disdain for her anti-law enforcement theme.

Houston cops protest outside Beyoncé concert — charge hometown star with being ‘anti-police’

08 May 2016 at 09:48 ET - Pop superstar Beyoncé got a rude hometown welcome on her return to Houston, when local law enforcement officers and supporters protested outside her concert on Saturday. As fans lined up to see Beyoncé’s sold-out concert at NRG Stadium they were treated to cops, sheriff’s deputies and supporters — some wearing “Police Lives Matter” T-shirts — railing against her appearance, reports KHOU.

“Some of her performances we believe to be anti-police,” explained Tony Ragsdale, from the Pasadena Police Department and a member of the Coalition for Police and Sheriffs (C.O.P.S.). To make their point, the members of C.O.P.S. shined a large blue light on the outside of the concert venue. Police departments across the country have been critical of the performer since the release of her “Formation” video prior to her appearance during halftime in the last Super Bowl.

Besides references to Black Lives Matter — which many law enforcement officials see as a slam at their profession following the death of Michael Brown in Ferguson — Beyoncé‘s video also featured a police cruiser sinking in the flood waters of New Orleans...

Police In Florida Begin Boycotting Beyonce Over 'Formation' Video And Super Bowl Performance In A Move That Is Spreading

Beyonce and dancers dressed as Black Panthers

In the February 8, 2016 Judiciary Report article "Beyonce Steals Again Illegally Using Copyrighted Footage For Her Deceitful New Video ‘Formation’ While Ripping Off A Model's Pictures And Is Slammed By The National Sheriffs' Association" the site wrote, "Despite all your efforts, you are still a black woman in America, slamming police, who patrol America's streets. I know you're slow, but you need to think about what that means, Beyonce."

Beyonce mocking the police in the "Formation" video

Beyonce's "Formation" concert tour is now headed for trouble, as police in the Florida cities of Miami and Tampa announced this week they are boycotting her show, refusing to provide security. A week prior, the National Sheriff's Association turned their backs on her Super Bowl performance. Beyonce's very unwise Super Bowl performance glorifying the violent 1960s group the Black Panthers (who killed police) as well as her "Formation" video slamming law enforcement as a whole, was not a good idea.

Beyonce's dancers and her mom backstage at the Super Bowl doing the black power salute associated with the Black Panthers

You can't paint everyone with the same brush. You address the offenders, not slam the entire cross-section of people (police). There are cops who haven't done anything wrong and you can't slam them over the ones who have broken the law. The Judiciary Report does not agree with members of the public being killed in acts of police brutality, nor does the site agree with police being killed for being cops.

Beyonce and her backup dancers as Black Panthers

Side Bar: The FBI does not like the Black Panthers and have taken extraordinary steps to literally stop them via very aggressive, vicious means over the years. The Black Panthers are classified as a subversive group. Beyonce was unwise to promote them at the Super Bowl. Her FBI file is going to considerably thicken and considering Obama is out of office soon, she is in trouble.

Miami Police Union Votes To Boycott Beyoncé Concert

02/18/2016 03:07 pm ET - The president of the union said that he didn't watch her performance at the Super Bowl. A police union in Miami voted in favor of all law enforcement officers boycotting Beyonce’s April concert in the city, claiming the singer promoted an anti-police message in her new music video and during her performance at the Super Bowl halftime show.

Javier Ortiz, president of Miami Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge #20, which represents 1,100 officers, wrote in a press release that he didn't watch Beyoncé's performance during halftime "out of respect for our profession." The performance saluted the 50th anniversary of the Black Panthers and has been criticized by some as anti-police.

"The Miami Fraternal Order of Police has voted to have all law enforcement officers boycott Beyoncé’s concert which is being held at the Miami Marlins Stadium on Wednesday, April 26, 2016," Ortiz said in a statement. "The fact that Beyoncé used this year’s Super Bowl to divide Americans by promoting the Black Panthers and her antipolice message shows how she does not support law enforcement." The organization urged other law enforcement agencies around the country to do the same...

Tampa police officers unwilling to work sold-out Beyonce show

Thursday, February 18, 2016 - The Tampa Police Department is having trouble getting officers to volunteer to provide security for Beyonce’s upcoming concert, following the pop singer’s controversial Super Bowl halftime performance of “Formation,” which many critics have argued is anti-police. Typically, off-duty officers volunteer to work concerts and sporting events for the extra income, but none have signed up to work security for Beyonce’s April 29 concert at Raymond James Stadium, which is expected to sell out, a local Fox News affiliate reported.  Police spokesman Steve Hegarty couldn’t say whether the lack of signups signaled officers’ anger toward Beyonce, but explained that the department still has “plenty of time to fill those slots.”...

City Of Cleveland Government Adds Insult To Injury Suing 12-Year-Old Tamir Rice For Ambulance Fees After Police Shot And Killed The Underage Boy

Tamir Rice

Lawyers for the City of Cleveland have filed a lawsuit against, 12-year-old murder victim, Tamir Rice, demanding $500 in ambulance fees and additional court costs, after mentally unstable police officer, Timothy Loehmann, gunned down her son in acts of brutality and excessive force. This lawsuit was no typo. City of Cleveland management knows exactly what it is doing, as the lawsuit was filed against the estate of the 12-year-old child, which is appalling.

Tamir Rice left to die on the ground on police orders. His 14-year-old sister was handcuffed and thrown in the back of a squad car for trying to help her dying brother.

Subodh Chandra, an attorney for Tamir's estate, accurately concluded in a response to the lawsuit that has been filed against the deceased minor, "The callousness, insensitivity, and poor judgment required for the city to send a bill - its own police officers having slain 12-year-old Tamir - is breathtaking. This adds insult to homicide."

Tamir Rice's traumatized sister

This is one of the most callous things I have ever read. The coldness of it all is astonishing. I don't understand how some people lose their humanity and do such things. The  people who referred the matter to the city attorneys and those responsible for filing it in court should all be fired. Someone was trying to get back at the Rice family, due to the bad publicity the case brought the city and they need to be held accountable for their disgraceful actions.

Timothy Loehmann

The negative attention the scandal of Rice's murder created is needed to draw people's attention to the horrors and injustice of the case and others that have transpired in Cleveland, regarding police brutality. The Cleveland Plain Dealer reported, "In more than 60 lawsuits, citizens accused officers of needlessly shooting at them, beating them during routine traffic stops, shocking them with Tasers while face-down on the ground in handcuffs or arresting them when they had committed no crime."

'Insult to Homicide': Cleveland Sues Tamir Rice's Family for Ambulance Fees

11:28 AM ET U.S.- The city has filed a suit demanding $500 in payment for emergency treatment for the boy after a police officer fatally shot him. hat’s more outrageous than having a police officer shoot an unarmed 12-year-old, failing to provide medical care, keeping his family forcibly from the scene, and then declining to indict the officer for the death? In most cases, little. But the city of Cleveland has found a way: It is suing Tamir Rice’s family for not paying the ambulance bill after a Cleveland cop shot and killed the boy in November 2014.

As the Scene reports, Cleveland has filed a claim in probate court, seeking $500 from Rice’s estate to pay for emergency medical services rendered after Officer Timothy Loehmann fatally shot the boy. The charge is especially galling because Loehmann and another officer apparently had no training or equipment to provide aid to Rice after they shot him. They did nothing for four minutes until an FBI agent who happened to be nearby took over...

Cleveland Police Firing 137 Bullets Into A Car Occupied By Innocent Couple Is Another Prime Example Of Police Brutality

Michael Brelo (left)

Recently, I read about a 2012 case in Cleveland, Ohio, where the police opened fire on a car containing a man and woman, 30-year-old Malissa Williams and 43-year-old, Timothy Russell, suspecting they were involved in illegal drug activity. A call to dispatch to run the couple's license plate revealed the car was "clean." However, a police officer began tailing the couple's car anyway, in what turned into a high speed chase. The officer signaled for other cops to join the chase. When they cornered the couple in a middle school parking lot, within 20 seconds the officers opened fire on the couple (much like police sped right up to 12-year-old Tamir Rice and opened fire within seconds, killing the innocent boy).

Malissa Williams and Timothy Russell's bullet riddled car

One officer, Michael Brelo, stood on the hood of the car and fired 49 bullets into the vehicle, which is psychotic. To riddle a car with 137 bullets, shooting each victim over 20 times, sends a horrible message to the public. Brelo was placed on trial and acquitted, as it could not be determined if one of the 49 bullets he fired into the car caused the fatalities. That was a poor excuse for letting a murderer walk free, in conduct indicative of the cop outs and loopholes being invoked to erode justice and the public's human rights in American in a number of national cases.

Malissa Williams and Timothy Russell

Brelo and his fellow officers in the incident should have been fired and sent to prison, as they participated in murder. Brelo in particular has mental problems to have gone that far and is a danger to the public. Whether or not the couple had been involved in drug activity (they were not) no one deserves to be killed in such a manner. It is extreme violence. These heavy handed tactics by some, not all police, is leaving an alarming number of Americans dead, particularly black people, in preventable tragedies.

Cleveland officer not guilty over deaths of two people shot at 137 times by police

Saturday 23 May 2015 13.43 EDT - Last modified on Sunday 31 May 2015 16.36 EDT - A Cleveland police officer who stood on the hood of a car and fired his gun 49 times through the windshield at two unarmed passengers was on Saturday found not guilty on two counts of voluntary manslaughter. Officer Michael Brelo was also found not guilty of felonious assault, and discharged. He remains on unpaid leave.

The federal Department of Justice announced a review of the decision. In a statement to which civil rights division head Vanita Gupta was one of three names attached, the DoJ said: “We will now review the testimony and evidence presented in the state trial … to collaboratively determine what, if any, additional steps are available and appropriate.” Protests followed the verdict, as civic leaders called for calm...

First These Cops Shot 140 Bullets at a Black Couple. Then They Complained About Reverse Racism...and a federal judge just shut them down.

Tue Dec. 8, 2015 4:29 PM EST - The windshield of the car driven by Timothy Russell on the night of November 29, 2012. Following a high-speed chase, Cleveland police officers fired 140 shots at Russell and his passenger, Malissa Williams.

Today, a federal judge threw out a yearlong case centering on a peculiar claim: When non-black cops shoot and kill black people in Cleveland, they face stiffer repercussions than black cops who kill black people. Nine police officers—eight white, one Latino—claimed that they were subjected to "reverse discrimination" and "mental anguish" after a controversial 2012 incident in which they killed two unarmed African Americans in a fusillade of nearly 140 bullets. The suit, filed just days after a Cleveland police officer shot and killed 12-year-old Tamir Rice, alleged that the officers were singled out due to their race and were unfairly punished while the state investigated the shooting. Their claim of victimization, ruled Judge James Gwin in response to the city's request for summary judgment, was "illogic."

The events behind the case occurred on the night of November 29, 2012. According to the Ohio Bureau of Investigation's report on the incident, a plainclothes officer named John Jordan saw a black man and a black woman sitting in a parked car in East Cleveland. He suspected they were "involved in illegal drug activity," so he called in the vehicle's license plate. The dispatcher told him it was "clean," but Jordan decided to search the vehicle anyway, he later admitted to investigators. When the car's driver, 43-year-old Timothy Russell, drove away, Jordan followed and pulled him over for failing to use a turn signal. When the officer got out of his unmarked car, Russell took off. In the space of 18 seconds, 13 cops fired nearly 140 rounds at the car. One officer jumped on the hood and shot through the windshield at least 15 times.

The Mexican Government Recaptures Drug Kingpin El Chapo After Tracing Him Through Actor Sean Penn Who Is Now Under Suspicion

Sean Penn and El Chapo

It’s not secret the U.S. government wants to extradite Mexican drug kingpin, Joaquin Guzman, nickname El Chapo, on a host of narcotic offenses. However, after the Mexican government recaptured their most famous escapee, all extradition requests will reportedly be denied, as El Chapo has committed so many drug related offenses in Mexico, he is eligible for hundreds of years in prison, far outlasting his life span.

El Chapo recaptured by Mexican government after they followed Sean Penn around Mexico

El Chapo was caught after Hollywood began indirectly contacting him through third parties, stating they wish to make a biopic about his life. Intrigued by the idea, El Chapo consented to an interview for Rolling Stone magazine, with disturbed, mentally unstable actor, Sean Penn, which took place in a Mexican jungle. It is through Penn that the Mexican government traced the location of the world’s top cocaine, heroin, ecstasy and marijuana supplier. The Mexican military planned and executed a perfectly timed raid and recaptured El Chapo, who had previously escaped in 1994, then again in 2001 and remained at large for 13-years until his 2014 capture.

El Chapo before and after his head and mustached were shaved in his latest arrest

El Chapo has been remanded into custody. Needless to say, there will be no bail in this case. El Chapo’s mug shot reveals the hair on his head and trademark mustache have been shaved. As for Penn, suspicion surrounds him, as some will question whether the U.S. government sought to capture El Chapo and used him in a bid to do so. El Chapo still has large cash reserves hidden on the outside and has extensive ties to drug criminals apart of his network of crime.

El Chapo after being caught and cuffed in his latest safe house that was raided by the Mexican government. El Chapo, famous for using tunnels, attempted to tunnel out through a sewer that led to a main road near the property.

El Chapo has been using money from the drug trade to live lavishly for two decades. Previously, his mansion was raided and seized by the Mexican government. Stolen art, exotic tigers, lions and cheetahs were seized as well, in addition to $207 million dollars in currency stored in a room of the mansion protected by armed guards.

The Public Outraged At The Grand Jury Not Returning An Indictment In The Tamir Rice Murder

Tamir Rice

Yesterday, a grand jury in Cleveland, Ohio failed to return an indictment in the murder of 12-year-old, Tamir Rice. The young boy's killing occurred at the hands of police officer, Timothy Loehmann. This sparked outrage on social networking, as the public condemned the poor decision. The murder occurred when Loehmann and a fellow officer, Frank Garmback, were responding to an emergency dispatch call, regarding a person walking around with a gun the caller stated "might be fake." Ohio has an open carry law, meaning people are allowed to openly carry weapons in the state.

Tamir Rice left to die on the ground on police orders

Rather than maintaining a safe distance, as police are trained to do, Loehmann and his fellow officer drove right up to the 12-year-old with the toy gun in his hand and within 2 seconds shot Rice in the chest. Shortly after, when Rice's 14-year-old sister, Tajai Rice, rushed to his aid as he lay bleeding, she was pushed to the ground, dragged away from the dying boy, placed in handcuffs and thrown in the back of a squad car, in what is completely inexcusable and reprehensible conduct, she stated lacked "respect" and was void of "decency." Tajai stated, "I did not do anything wrong."

Tamir Rice's funeral

Loehmann and his fellow officer also refused to provide any first aid to the dying child. He was allowed to bleed to death with no oxygen via CPR. What kind of animals and savages treat anyone, let alone, children that way. It is mental derangement. And the mere fact a previous police department forced out and fired Loehmann for being a mentally unstable, emotionally volatile person, says he should not have been working anywhere as a police officer. He has proven them correct.

Tamir Rice's traumatized sister

You'd have to be crazy to think you did the world a service by murdering a 12-year-old boy, leaving him to bleed to death and manhandling his underage sister. It showed an absolute lack of humanity and no compassion whatsoever. You've disgraced the government and no cover-up via a poorly presented case to a grand jury is going to change the nation or world's opinion on this matter. How the local government presented such a poor case the grand jury failed to see the blatant violations of police protocol and civil rights violations is quite telling. They clearly wanted Loehmann to walk free for doing the unthinkable, otherwise they would have presented a better case.

Tamir Rice's mother and sister being interviewed about his murder

Tell me, where at the police academy do they train police officers to drive straight up to a person, especially a minor, creating an unsafe distance, then within 2 seconds fire a bullet to the chest of a child you were clearly told probably had a fake gun. And don't state you did not know he was a child, bringing up his size 36 pants. One look at his pictures online and you can instantly tell he was an underage minor. If anyone treated a (future) child of Loehmann or Garmback as they did Tamir, they would be enraged and demand justice.

Timothy Loehmann

The message you have sent the nation and the world is black lives do not matter, even when it is that of a 12-year-old child. In similar situations, white people of various ages were safely brought in, even after waving guns at police and physically attacking. The minute Loehmann and his partner saw little black Tamir, they drove straight up to him, in violation of police protocol and shot him in the chest in the blink of an eye, as the phrase goes. Then refused to give him any aid, with the intent of him dying. Case closed. Once again it is clear, to some police in America, black lives don't matter, when all lives matter. The double standard is there. It is blaring. It is cruel. It is wicked. It is inhumane. It is un-American. And it is you - every time you kill an unarmed minority, with no thought to the preservation of life, in situations where murder can be avoided.

Chicago Police Officer Lied In Report After Shooting 17-Year-Old Black Teenage Boy Laquan McDonald 16 Times (Videos)

Revealing news report on the murder of Laquan McDonald is a must see:

Video has emerged of 17-year-old black teen, Laquan McDonald, being shot to death by white police officer, Jason Van Dyke, 37 on October 20, 2014 in Chicago, Illinois. Cop car dashcam footage shows McDonald walking down the middle of the street with what is said to be a small, 3 inch pocket knife in his hand, as officers begin to surround him. McDonald is then shot to death by Van Dyke in what is a case of cold blooded murder. McDonald was shot in the head, chest, back, arms and legs 16 TIMES at point blank range in what is unquestionably excessive force and police brutality in the form of a extrajudicial execution. Van Dyke emptied his gun shooting McDonald, then reloaded and fired some more.

Raw footage from cop car dashcam of Laquan McDonald's murder:

After the shooting, Van Dyke and his fellow officers immediately mounted a terrible cover up. They threatened witnesses to the murder, motorists that saw what transpired, "Leave or be arrested." As a result, no witness statements were taken. The police officers then went to a nearby Burger King restaurant and with no warrant demanded access to their security cameras. The cops deleted 89 minutes of footage which all relates to the McDonald murder by police officer Van Dyke. Police later claimed the system has been powered down during that time, hence no footage relating to McDonald's suspicious death being available. However, Burger King refuted police claims stating the system is never powered down.

Laquan McDonald

The cover up went even further as the official police report stated McDonald lunged at the officer, which led to him shooting him once in the chest. This was a complete lie. The police dashcam video released months after the shooting reveals McDonald did not lunge at any of the officers. He was moving away from them, when Van Dyke decided to open fire, murdering the teen.

The release of the video yesterday, which police fought against, led to widespread protests in Chicago. People are understandably upset, as the video of McDonald's murder further confirms the blatant disregard for black life among some police officers in America. The McDonald family has been given a $5,000,000 settlement by the Chicago Police Department (though they did not file a lawsuit).

Police officer Jason Van Dyke

Van Dyke has a history of abusive behavior. The ABC Eyewitness News 7 television station revealed 18 complaints were previously filed against him, but he never faced disciplinary actions. Van Dyke has 8 complaints for excessive force and in 2 of the incidents a gun was involved. There are also claims among the complaint of Van Dyke using racial slurs.

Van Dyke is currently under indictment, charged with the murder of McDonald, which is apart of an ongoing investigation in Chicago. The case is also being investigated by the FBI on a federal level. However, considering the FBI are the cover up kings, getting the truth and justice out of them will be a real battle.
