Mother Of Slain 12-Year-Old Tamir Rice Slams President Obama's Inaction On The Police Brutality That Claimed Her Son's Young Life (Video)

Samaria Rice is the mother of murdered 12-year-old, Tamir Rice, who was brutally gunned down by trigger happy police officer, Timothy Loehmann, while the underage minor held a toy gun in an open carry state (in Ohio one is allowed to openly carry guns). Police carelessly drove right up to Rice and shot him within seconds, rather than keeping a safe distance and speaking to the child from afar. Rice was shot and died in agony on the ground, while police restrained his underage sister from comforting him, cuffing and detaining her in a squad car without just case. It was piss poor police work.

When asked about Obama's conduct in office regarding the many deaths of civilians to police brutality, Samaria stated, "President Barack Obama! I don't know what you're doing. I don't know how you are able to sleep at night. To sleep and wake up and see that another murder has happened on behalf of the government and nobody is getting any justice at the Department of Justice. You did some things, but that's fine. We're talking about lives being saved. I don't even know what category to put him in. It's just I'm very disappointed with him. I'm very disappointed with him."

Tamir Rice

She's right. Obama's conduct has been very disappointing. And no, Obama doesn't get a pass for being the first black president. Right is right and wrong is wrong. It doesn't matter the color of your skin. Obama had a legal obligation to act in a manner that would bring about justice. What makes it worse is Obama is a lawyer. He knows better. He knows people are being criminally deprived of their civil rights and human rights.

In case after case regarding police brutality, Obama's Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Department of Justice (DOJ) finds against the victims without fail. They do so with Obama's knowledge and consent. It is patently wrong and cruel, adding insult to injury. The corruption is so thick at the FBI and DOJ the two agencies are now struggling under massive public disfavor. The agencies have never been so exposed and disliked and it's all thanks to Hillary Clinton.

The Public Outraged At The Grand Jury Not Returning An Indictment In The Tamir Rice Murder

Tamir Rice

Yesterday, a grand jury in Cleveland, Ohio failed to return an indictment in the murder of 12-year-old, Tamir Rice. The young boy's killing occurred at the hands of police officer, Timothy Loehmann. This sparked outrage on social networking, as the public condemned the poor decision. The murder occurred when Loehmann and a fellow officer, Frank Garmback, were responding to an emergency dispatch call, regarding a person walking around with a gun the caller stated "might be fake." Ohio has an open carry law, meaning people are allowed to openly carry weapons in the state.

Tamir Rice left to die on the ground on police orders

Rather than maintaining a safe distance, as police are trained to do, Loehmann and his fellow officer drove right up to the 12-year-old with the toy gun in his hand and within 2 seconds shot Rice in the chest. Shortly after, when Rice's 14-year-old sister, Tajai Rice, rushed to his aid as he lay bleeding, she was pushed to the ground, dragged away from the dying boy, placed in handcuffs and thrown in the back of a squad car, in what is completely inexcusable and reprehensible conduct, she stated lacked "respect" and was void of "decency." Tajai stated, "I did not do anything wrong."

Loehmann and his fellow officer also refused to provide any first aid to the dying child. He was allowed to bleed to death with no oxygen via CPR. What kind of animals and savages treat anyone, let alone, children that way. It is mental derangement. And the mere fact a previous police department forced out and fired Loehmann for being a mentally unstable, emotionally volatile person, says he should not have been working anywhere as a police officer. He has proven them correct.

Tamir Rice's traumatized sister

You'd have to be crazy to think you did the world a service by murdering a 12-year-old boy, leaving him to bleed to death and manhandling his underage sister. It showed an absolute lack of humanity and no compassion whatsoever. You've disgraced the government and no cover-up via a poorly presented case to a grand jury is going to change the nation or world's opinion on this matter. How the local government presented such a poor case the grand jury failed to see the blatant violations of police protocol and civil rights violations is quite telling. They clearly wanted Loehmann to walk free for doing the unthinkable, otherwise they would have presented a better case.

Tell me, where at the police academy do they train police officers to drive straight up to a person, especially a minor, creating an unsafe distance, then within 2 seconds fire a bullet to the chest of a child you were clearly told probably had a fake gun. And don't state you did not know he was a child, bringing up his size 36 pants. One look at his pictures online and you can instantly tell he was an underage minor. If anyone treated a (future) child of Loehmann or Garmback as they did Tamir, they would be enraged and demand justice.

Timothy Loehmann

The message you have sent the nation and the world is black lives do not matter, even when it is that of a 12-year-old child. In similar situations, white people of various ages were safely brought in, even after waving guns at police and physically attacking. The minute Loehmann and his partner saw little black Tamir, they drove straight up to him, in violation of police protocol and shot him in the chest in the blink of an eye, as the phrase goes. Then refused to give him any aid, with the intent of him dying. Case closed. Once again it is clear, to some police in America, black lives don't matter, when all lives matter. The double standard is there. It is blaring. It is cruel. It is wicked. It is inhumane. It is un-American. And it is you - every time you kill an unarmed minority, with no thought to the preservation of life, in situations where murder can be avoided.

Judge Finds Probable Cause For Murder Charges Against The Police Officer Who Shot And Killed 12-Year-Old Black Boy Tamir Rice

Judge Ronald B. Adrine has gone on record recommending police officers, Timothy Loehmann and Frank Garmback, be charged with the murder of 12-year-old Tamir Rice. The young boy was in a Ohio park playing with a toy gun. A woman called police to report the incident, but did emphasize the gun was probably fake, though it was scaring a few people.

Police officers Timothy Loehmann and Frank Garmback were dispatched to the park to investigate what was transpiring. However, rather than handle the situation diplomatically, Loehmann opened fire, killing Rice. His death caused outrage among the public. Judge Adrine stated, "There appears to be little if any time reflected on the video for Rice to react or respond to any verbal or audible comments."

It was later revealed, the Independence Police Department had declined to keep Loehman as a police officer, due to poor gun performance issues. A senior officer at the Independence Police Department stated in his report prior to Rice's murder, "He (Loehmann) could not follow simple directions, could not communicate clear thoughts nor recollections, and his handgun performance is dismal...show a pattern of a lack of maturity, indiscretion and not following instructions...due to this dangerous loss of composure during live range training and his inability to manage this personal stress, I do not believe Ptl. Loehmann shows the maturity needed to work in our employment. I do not believe time, nor training, will be able to change or correct the deficiencies."

Police Officer Who Shot And Killed 12-Year-Old Black Boy Was Initially Rejected From The Police Force As 'Mentally Unprepared' And 'Weepy' With Poor Shooting Performance (Video)

12-year-old Tamir Rice was shot and killed at a public park in Cleveland, Ohio, after someone made a call to emergency services to report he was playing with a toy gun. It is being stated the dispatcher did not communicate to responding police officers sent to the scene that the gun in Tamir's possession appeared to be fake.

Two officers drove up to Tamir and the park and one of them, Timothy Loehmann, 26, immediately opened fire shooting the boy directly in the stomach, killing him. It turns out the alleged weapon was an "airsoft toy pistol." Further investigation by Cleveland.com revealed, Loehmann has a a very poor record as a police officer.

Timothy Loehmann

Deputy Chief Jim Pollack of the Independence Police wrote regarding Loehmann, "He could not follow simple directions, could not communicate clear thoughts nor recollections, and his handgun performance is dismal." Pollack further states Loehmann's conduct during incidents, "Show a pattern of a lack of maturity, indiscretion and not following instructions" and "due to this dangerous loss of composure during live range training and his inability to manage this personal stress, I do not believe Ptl. Loehmann shows the maturity needed to work in our employment. I do not believe time, nor training, will be able to change or correct the deficiencies."

Loehmann was given the option of resigning as opposed to being fired when he quit his post with the Independence Police. However, he obtained employment with the Cleveland Division Of Police, who now state they did not review Loehmann's personnel records from the Independence Police. He is clearly not fit to be a police officer. This was a horrifically poor judgment call. Many are asking why the child was not tased, rather than shot to death.
