The Head Of The FBI Doesn't Think People Should Be Able To Film Police Beating And Killing Members Of The Public

FBI Director James Comey

James Comey, the director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), also known as the cover up kings (at least, that's what I call them), does not think members of the public should be allowed to film police officers beating and or killing civilians. He states it interferes with their work. Comey stated to reporters, "There's a perception that police are less likely to do the marginal additional policing that suppresses crime - the getting out of your car at 2 in the morning and saying to a group of guys, 'Hey, what are you doing here?"

The head of the National Fraternal Order of Police, James O. Pasco Jr., responded to Comey's statements by saying, "He ought to stick to what he knows. He's basically saying that police officers are afraid to do their jobs with absolutely no proof." Under U.S. law people are allowed to film others in public settings, who are engaging in criminal behavior. At the heart of the matter is the fact the FBI hates when there is evidence of criminal misconduct by law enforcement, especially their agency. Comey says it blunts police work. The only thing that is blunted is the FBI's conscience.

F.B.I. Director Says ‘Viral Video Effect’ Blunts Police Work

MAY 11, 2016 -  The F.B.I. director, James Comey, has drawn criticism for his remarks about the tactics used by the police. The director of the F.B.I. reignited the factious debate over a so-called “Ferguson effect” on Wednesday, saying that he believed less aggressive policing was driving an alarming spike in murders in many cities.

James Comey, the director, said that while he could offer no statistical proof, he believed after speaking with a number of police officials that a “viral video effect” — with officers wary of confronting suspects for fear of ending up on a video — “could well be at the heart” of a spike in violent crime in some cities.

“There’s a perception that police are less likely to do the marginal additional policing that suppresses crime — the getting out of your car at 2 in the morning and saying to a group of guys, ‘Hey, what are you doing here?’” he told reporters. Mr. Comey was wading back into a dispute from last fall that pitted him against some of his bosses at the White House and the Justice Department and one that roiled racial tensions over confrontations between police officers and minorities...

The Oregon Militia Standoff Ended In Fatality That Could Have Been Prevented

My tweet on Twitter prior to the stand off ending

The Oregon Militia standoff at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge ended in tragedy on January 26, 2016, as I previously predicted it would in Twitter tweets, alluding to what transpired in Waco, Texas. History repeated itself again, as the FBI stormed the standoff and killed, Roy " LaVoy" Finicum, who was surrendering to authorities. Activists are angry, slamming the FBI for killing a man who was surrendering.

‘Anonymous’ video demands justice for killed rancher LaVoy, publication of FBI agents' IDs

Published time: 1 Feb, 2016 07:33 Edited time: 1 Feb, 2016 08:29 - A video which claims to be made by Anonymous is demanding justice for killed Oregon rancher Robert “LaVoy” Finicum and for the IDs of the FBI agents who shot the protester with his hands in the air to be published.

The alleged Anonymous video was sent exclusively to News2Share online media outlet, based in Washington DC, early Sunday morning by an individual claiming to be a member of the Anonymous hacker community. The professionally edited clip consists of the police helicopter footage of Robert “LaVoy” Finicum being killed by the Oregon State Police troopers, scenes of armed men occupying Malheur National Wildlife refuge in Oregon talking to the FBI agents, the leader of protesters Ammon Bundy and other footage related to the standoff. A distorted male voice reads an alleged Anonymous message to the US authorities and citizens.

The clip is accompanied by a matching transcript. The voice on the video accuses the FBI of “creating the opposite to peace” in Oregon which resulted in arrests and a murder of a protester killed “in cold blood, as his hands were in the air.” The voice also urges Anonymous to “engage” and spread the video among associates. “We do not call for violence, or armed uprising. We call for Anonymous members to spread this fight online.”...

“We want the identity of every agent who fired their weapon that day. We want justice for LaVoy. We stand with Ammon Bundy,” the alleged Anonymous video says, making parallels with the case of Michael Brown killed by police in Ferguson in August 2014...

Bill O'Reilly Show Reveals The FBI In Possession Of Incriminating Evidence Against Hillary Clinton Worthy Of Imprisonment (Video)

"The O'Reilly Factor" host Bill O'Reilly recently aired an episode of his program revealing there are two bombshells against presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, regarding her illegal use of a private email server during her time as U.S. Secretary of State. The FBI is in possession of evidence regarding Clinton committing massive felonies and not just in relation to the emailgate scandal. They have enough evidence to put her away for life. Others have similar evidence regarding Clinton as well and I wouldn't be surprised if it began surfacing in the public domain.

Hillary Clinton

O'Reilly is hoping the FBI will do the right thing. However, he doesn't realize one key factor, pardon the pun. The FBI is very corrupt. The most corrupt law enforcement agency in the world. You drop the right amount of money and promise to do favors for officials and their family members and they will make evidence and charges disappear. Don't hold your breath when it comes to the FBI. There's a dirty breed of corruption there and one that is going to bring America down.

Hillary Clinton

The FBI is not acting in America's best interest (nor are they acting in humanity's best interest as a whole). They are acting in their own best interest, regardless of the horrible damage it has to an extent and will further do to the country on a massive scale, as time will reveal. If the FBI does not desist with the corruption, a time is coming when agents and officials will be indicted by Congress for terrible wrongdoing that has harmed many innocent people.

Watch: Insiders Reveal FBI Has These 2 Bombshells Against Hillary Up Its Sleeve..."That will be devastating..."

Jack Davis November 5, 2015 at 12:51pm - The FBI investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of her private e-mail server while she was Secretary of State has revealed facts concerning top-secret emails that contradict the story Clinton has been peddling.  Clinton has denied ever using her private server for classified information. However, Fox News analyst Monica Crowley appeared on The O’Reilly Factor Wednesday night and told Bill O’Reilly a far different story. Crowley based her information on two FBI sources.

“As of now, at least 671 emails that Mrs. Clinton sent or received through her private server contained classified material,” Crowley said. “Of those, at least four documents are extremely problematic here in this investigation. Of those, two reached the highest classified designation, which is top secret.” “One of those documents, which has been publicly disclosed, contains satellite data about North Korea’s nuclear weapons program,” Crowley said. “I am told that that particular document is an open and shut violation.” Crowley, who said FBI Director James Comey is now personally directing the Clinton email scandal investigation, said evidence is piling up that could lead to charges, if there is a political will to file them. “As of now they do have enough to build a case against her if they so choose on two issues,” Crowley said. “One — gross negligence of the mishandling of classified data; and two — obstruction, multiple counts.”...

The Communist Block Accessed Hillary Clinton's Unencrypted Emails

Hillary Clinton

I received a very credible tip that "someone in the communist block accessed the server" containing the unencrypted emails of former U.S. Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton. She is currently under investigation by the FBI, who have retrieved emails and server records from Clinton's time as Secretary of State. The current mushrooming scandal has many political pundits and legal analysts questioning Clinton's candidacy, regarding the 2016 U.S. presidential election.

Though the FBI has labeled the investigation into Clinton one concerning "espionage" as far as the Judiciary Report knows, she did not sell U.S. national secrets to foreign entities. Clinton was just negligent and careless in protecting them.

As much as I would love to see Clinton get her butt kicked by the feds, due to her conduct with now disgraced and imprisoned private investigator, Anthony Pellicano, the Judiciary Report prides itself on being truthful (I hope a female FBI agent puts you in a headlock LOL). Clinton was not acting against America. She was just being careless.

World governments of large nations always spy on each other, including America. This is the way it has always been and will be for the foreseeable future. However, Clinton unintentionally left the front door open and it gave America's rivals access to national secrets.

Hillary Clinton Admits She Lied About Emails In FBI Investigation As Agents Find Examples Of Her Breaking The Law

Joe Biden to Hillary Clinton: boy are you in trouble!

FBI investigators working for the Department of Justice have found instances of U.S. presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton, breaking the law in the email scandal that has enveloped her candidacy. Clinton, in her former post as U.S. Secretary of State, knew she was not permitted to send government emails containing classified information from her private email address/server, as it compromises national security, making state secrets vulnerable to hackers. However, she did exactly that.

This criminal misconduct violated federal law and exhibited poor judgment on Clinton's part. Clinton also destroyed the evidence, or so she thought, ordering the emails be deleted, in conduct that constitutes a felony. However, the FBI was able to retrieve the evidence. As stated in the column previously, computer experts are able to run hard drives backward and retrieve deleted data (Hillary Clinton Under Investigation By The FBI As Her Deleted Emails Are Being Retrieved From Her Personal Server). It requires many hours to do so, but it can be done.

The ongoing criminal investigation into Clinton has so far unearthed two examples of the presidential hopeful violating said government policy that is federal law, in deeds that compromised national security. Clinton has since admitted she did indeed violate this government policy, when previously she publicly lied stating she never sent classified emails from her private email account/server.

New FBI Director James Comey Laments The Lack Of Minority Agents But There's A Reason For That

FBI Director James Comey

The new head of the FBI, James Comey, who replaced racist, bribe taking, taxpayer money wasting former agency director, Robert S. Mueller, gave a speech recently lamenting the lack of agents of color at the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Myself and others have the distinct impression black lives don’t matter at the FBI. It is how minorities have been treated by the agency and it is a black mark on the FBI's name and image.

As stated previously in the column, black agents came out on record stating the agency had the late civil rights leader Dr. Martin Luther King Jr killed. Modern day cases such as Trayvon Martin and Mike Brown, saw the agency state they would investigate, then each time corruptly pronounced there was no wrongdoing.

Martin was an underage, unarmed black teen, who was illegally stalked, confronted, harassed, then murdered by a deranged, self-proclaimed neighborhood watchman. Yet no one at the FBI saw anything wrong with that. If someone stalked, confronted, harassed and killed their unarmed, underage offspring, the FBI would ensure the perpetrators didn’t even make it to the police station. There would be no trial. The perpetrators would be dead.

Unarmed black teen Mike Brown was confronted and attacked by police officer Darren Wilson in Ferguson, Missouri. Brown ends up bullets to the head, torso and arm, as witnesses stated he was surrendering. The top pathologist in America stated Wilson did not have to shoot Brown so many times (Top Forensic Pathologist Michael Baden States There Was No Evidence Of A Struggle Between Mike Brown And Police And He Should Not Have Been Shot So Many Times). Ferguson Police managed to turn one witness whose testimony was used in support of Wilson. Said witness now has a cushy job with the local Ferguson government. The FBI saw absolutely nothing wrong with any of this, even though many people all over America and the world did.

It was also discovered FBI investigators falsified evidence in matters that resulted in minorities being sent to prison on death row for crimes they did not commit (New Evidence Reveals The FBI Sent People To Death Row Who Were Innocent Of Crimes They Were Convicted Of). That is incredibly evil.

Innocent minority men spent years behind bars proclaiming their innocence, all because of corruption that came out of an FBI lab trying to meet arrest and conviction quotas to get more taxpayer money from Congress. None of this has helped the FBI in the eyes of minorities in America and all over the world.

As I have stated in the past, there are good law enforcement officers and bad ones as well. One can’t generalize everyone. The problem with the FBI is there are so many egregious cases that have harmed innocent minorities and resulted in injustices that people are highly suspicious of the agency. This negative image is one of the FBI’s own making. They can’t complain. Their deeds regarding minorities led the nation and the world to feel this way. There are inequities in how minorities are treated by the FBI and it is plain for many to see. It does not compel people of color to join the agency. Hence the decreased number of minorities at the FBI.

NSA Admits Employees Illegally Spied On Love Interests And Significant Others Confirming Site’s Previous Claims

NSA and FBI privacy abuses were rampant during George W. Bush's time in office and have continued in the Obama years, indicating these agencies have no intention of changing and lining up with the law of the land

In the August 22, 2013 Judiciary Report article "Judge Rules The NSA Illegally Spied On Americans Confirming The Site's Previous Claims (Video)" the site made the claim that innocent Americans are being illegally spied on by government employees, who find them attractive among other things. The article mentioned the FBI and NSA, both sister agencies, engaging in this conduct, via shared intelligence databases and tools.

Two days later on August 24, 2013, the Washington Post and other credible news outlets reported NSA employees have been illegally spying on love interests, spouses and girlfriends (see article excerpt below). It has become another scandal.

FBI Director Robert S. Mueller is on his way out as the head of the agency after engaging in unprecedented abuses

Three and a half years ago, the in the January 19, 2010 time stamped and copyrighted article "FBI Collected Thousands Of Phone Records Illegally" the Judiciary Report stated of the NSA’s sister agency the FBI, "Targets selected for surveillance, such as specific scientists, political scientists, inventors, journalists, political bloggers, activists and politicians to name a few, had their privacy thoroughly violated by Mueller and FBI HQ, via the FBI employees he instructed to do so. Granted, some FBI agents of their own accord, abused this privilege to pry into the lives of wives and girlfriends, even women they wanted to pursue sexually."

Director Of National Intelligence, over the NSA, James Clapper. He's not as massive a criminal as FBI Director Robert S. Mueller Mueller, but looked the other way to privacy abuses and recently admitted to lying to the U.S. Congress about his misconduct

Once again, the Judiciary Report’s previous time stamped, copyrighted claims have been proven true and correct. I do not enjoy writing these types of stories or breaking them for that matter, but what’s being done by certain government employees is wholly wrong. I’ve been a target of illegal surveillance by the government and it is really something I could have done without, as it is exploitative and leaves one feeling very violated.

After the scandal went mainstream, on August 24, 2013 members of Congress announced they are investigating the matter. In closing, if someone didn’t do anything illegal warranting government surveillance, they really should not be spied on. It’s not fair. It’s not a matter of being secretive or having anything to hide, but people deserve privacy. What innocent people say over the phone, do on the internet and in their homes in nobody’s business but their own.

Robert S. Mueller and Attorney General (DOJ) Eric Holder

Background Information: In 2005 I contacted the FBI about pop singer Madonna stealing from preexisting, voluminous, private Copyrighted Catalog of songs, videos and films registered with the Library of Congress, as she has done to dozens of others. Madonna's entire career has been based on criminal copyright infringement, making her the biggest fraud in music history. Madonna also had her Colombo family mafia member and private investigator Anthony Pellicano illegally wiretap and hack me (which is how she illegally obtained copies of my Copyrighted Catalog).

Pellicano and Madonna's Kabbalah cult also began sending thugs and cult lunatics to harass, stalk and threaten me with mafia threats, death threats and threats of terrible physical violence (They did this again last week in menacingly stalking, approaching me and demanding to know what songs, videos and films I have been writing recently, as they are unable to hack my computer containing the very valuable newer copyrights, due to the laptop not connecting to the internet. Madonna is contractually obligated to record and release another album soon for her flatlined career, destroyed by my requests on my sites such as the Judiciary Report for a boycott of all her products, which thanks to you the public succeeded in a massive way - all her projects have flopped ever since).

In November of 2005, the FBI in Miami called me in for two interviews, where I told them about Madonna and Pellicano's criminal conduct and that of fellow Kabbalah cult member Rupert Murdoch, which resulted in the phone hacking scandal when I filed a police report on the matter with the Metropolitan Police in London, England. Four months later Pellicano was arrested and is still in prison. However, because Madonna is a celebrity, who issued a bribe, she was not arrested and as a result, the FBI is hiding Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) files regarding her criminal conduct towards me, stating in writing they are not going to release them due to the nature of the files. Anytime the government refuses to release a file, much like the FBI recently rejected CBS' request for FOIA files on Benghazi, just know the contents of said documents are very bad).

After they had success with the Pellicano case based on what I wrote to and told them, some of which was used in his indictment verbatim, as the FBI loves arresting people in or affiliated with the mafia, due to the fact it gets press attention and more financial funding from Congress, the FBI latched on and began illegally mining my phone calls, emails and computer contents for tips without my consent and using them in making arrests (see highlighted link for article on the subject). After I went public with this claim about the FBI, it was later revealed they have been doing this to other writers and bloggers as well for scoops to base federal investigations on, which is illegal and unconstitutional (not to mention lazy).

Had it not been for Madonna's criminal conduct towards me (and that of her Kabbalah cult) I would not have discovered and broken so many stories on the government for covering up her illegal and dangerous conduct that has imperiled and damaged my life in many ways.

*The Judiciary Report has broken government stories first such as FBI Collected Thousands Of Phone Records Illegally (Patriot Act Abuses) and New Scandal Erupts Regarding The FBI And Justice Department Monitoring Calls Of AP Reporters Confirming Previous Site Claims and News Report: The IRS Targeted Christians and FBI Agent Arrested For Accepting A $200,000 Bribe To Derail A Criminal Case The FBI Was Supposed To Be Investigating and Another FBI Agent Caught Taking Bribes To Derail Serious Cases (Video). LOVEINT: When NSA officers use their spying power on love interests

Published: August 24 at 11:50 - The National Security Agency admitted in a statement Friday that there have been "very rare" instances of willful violations of agency protocols by agency officers. The Wall Street Journal reports that some of those willful violations involved officials turning their private eyes on love interests:

The practice isn’t frequent — one official estimated a handful of cases in the last decade — but it’s common enough to garner its own spycraft label: LOVEINT. Spy agencies often refer to their various types of intelligence collection with the suffix of "INT," such as "SIGINT" for collecting signals intelligence, or communications; and "HUMINT" for human intelligence, or spying.

The "LOVEINT" examples constitute most episodes of willful misconduct by NSA employees, officials said...

Lawmakers Probe Willful Abuses of Power by NSA Analysts

Aug 24, 2013 12:00 AM ET - Surveillance State: Three Ways You're Being Watched. The leaders of U.S. congressional intelligence committees said they want to probe the intentional abuses of surveillance authority committed by some National Security Agency analysts in the past decade.

"I am reviewing each of these incidents in detail," Dianne Feinstein, a California Democrat and chairman of the Senate intelligence panel, said in a statement, after the NSA confirmed to Bloomberg News yesterday that some analysts deliberately ignored restrictions on their authority to spy on Americans.

"Any case of noncompliance is unacceptable, but these small numbers of cases do not change my view that NSA takes significant care to prevent any abuses and that there is a substantial oversight system in place," Feinstein said.

The incidents, chronicled by the NSA’s inspector general, provide additional evidence that U.S. intelligence agencies sometimes have violated the legal and administrative restrictions on domestic spying, and may add to the pressure to bolster laws that govern intelligence activities.

Republican Representative Mike Rogers of Michigan, chairman of the House intelligence committee, is reviewing the cases of intentional misconduct in detail, his spokeswoman, Susan Phalen, said in a statement...

FBI Admits They Inflated Their Mortgage Crisis Crackdown Rates

Outgoing FBI Director Robert S. Mueller busted in another lie the agency was forced to own up to in the press

The FBI admits they have inflated their mortgage crisis crackdown rates regarding clamping down on problems in the system. This is another blow to their credibility. Millions of Americans have lost their homes with many still in danger of foreclosure and involuntary property auction.

Give credit where credit is due, I know people who've been helped by the Obama Administration mortgage modification programs and have been able to stay in their homes, paying a fraction of what they were previously remitting in payments, with the extra debt added to the tail end of their extended mortgage. There are also property tax assistance initiatives by the administration designed to assist people who are delinquent on property taxes, which could also trigger a foreclosure after a 2-3 years of non-payment.

The main problem with the system right now is what some banks put people through who attempt to obtain a mortgage modification. People are often told the documents they submitted to the banks by mail were not received (but mark my words, had you sent them a check in the mail, they would have received and cashed it pronto).

I know one woman who was told that several times, even though she used U.S. Postal Service and Fedex in other instances, who all confirmed in writing the items were received. We know it's not the mail carriers as many people are telling this same story.

The government needs to start applying pressure on banks that engage in this practice. Because if the government set up a consumer complaint website and asked people to submit mailing receipts regarding mortgage modification packages banks state they did not receive, there would be a flood of evidence to the contrary.

New Government Report Indicates The FBI Allowed Informants To Break The Law 5,600 Times In One Year

FBI Director Robert S. Mueller

As the trial of James "Whitey" Bulger rages on, regarding the mobster the The FBI took bribes from and allowed him to murder innocent people simply because he was an informant, a damning report has been released on the law enforcement agency. According to a new government report, the "FBI allowed informants to commit 5,658 crimes" in 2011 alone.

And what was the FBI's answer to this report "It sounds like a lot but you have to keep it in context." There is no acceptable context for this, as well documented cases revealed, innocent members of the public have been assaulted, maimed, shot and even killed while the FBI looked the other way to allegedly further investigations. That is inexcusable. As the Judiciary Report has consistently maintained, you can't break the law to uphold it.

Exclusive: FBI allowed informants to commit 5,600 crimes

August 4, 2013 - The FBI gave its informants permission to break the law at least 5,658 times in a single year, according to newly disclosed documents that show just how often the nation's top law enforcement agency enlists criminals to help it battle crime.

The U.S. Justice Department ordered the FBI to begin tracking crimes by its informants more than a decade ago, after the agency admitted that its agents had allowed Boston mobster James "Whitey" Bulger to operate a brutal crime ring in exchange for information about the Mafia. The FBI submits that tally to top Justice Department officials each year, but has never before made it public.

New Evidence Reveals The FBI Sent People To Death Row Who Were Innocent Of Crimes They Were Convicted Of

FBI Director Robert S. Mueller

A new publish report indicates the FBI sent 27 people to prison on death row, on corrupted evidence that was compromised in the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s lab. It was discovered FBI employees lied on the witness stand about lab evidence to close out criminal cases, sending innocent people to prison, sitting on death row awaiting execution. The FBI is now reviewing these old cases.

The Judiciary Report has stated it before and will state it again, there are people locked away behind bars proclaiming their innocence and some are actually telling the truth. Sometimes innocent people lose their freedom and waste away in prison, while actually criminals walk free (you know, like George Zimmerman).

U.S. reviewing 27 death penalty convictions for FBI forensic testimony errors

By Spencer S. Hsu, Wednesday, July 17, 7:07 PM - An unprecedented federal review of old criminal cases has uncovered as many as 27 death penalty convictions in which FBI forensic experts may have mistakenly linked defendants to crimes with exaggerated scientific testimony, U.S. officials said. The review led to an 11th-hour stay of execution in Mississippi in May.

It is not known how many of the cases involve errors, how many led to wrongful convictions or how many mistakes may now jeopardize valid convictions. Those questions will be explored as the review continues. The discovery of the more than two dozen capital cases promises that the examination could become a factor in the debate over the death penalty. Some opponents have long held that the execution of a person confirmed to be innocent would crystallize doubts about capital punishment. But if DNA or other testing confirms all convictions, it would strengthen proponents’ arguments that the system works.

FBI officials discussed the review’s scope as they prepare to disclose its first results later this summer. The death row cases are among the first 120 convictions identified as potentially problematic among more than 21,700 FBI Laboratory files being examined. The review was announced last July by the FBI and the Justice Department, in consultation with the Innocence Project and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL).

The unusual collaboration came after The Washington Post reported last year that authorities had known for years that flawed forensic work by FBI hair examiners may have led to convictions of potentially innocent people, but officials had not aggressively investigated problems or notified defendants.

Since at least the 1970s, written FBI Laboratory reports typically stated that a hair association could not be used as positive identification. However, on the witness stand, several agents for years went beyond the science and testified that their hair analysis was a near-certain match...

Another FBI Agent Caught Taking Bribes To Derail Serious Cases (Video)

FBI employees have repeatedly been caught red-handed taking bribes to derail cases, engaging in criminal obstruction of justice in favor of criminals, against innocent victims of crime (FBI Agent Arrested For Accepting A $200,000 Bribe To Derail A Criminal Case The FBI Was Supposed To Be Investigating). The Judiciary Report has covered this subject repeatedly in the past, as the site was made aware by an international source that disgraced and publicly slammed outgoing FBI Director Robert S. Mueller, took a massive bribe in this case.

After the aforementioned story was published to the Judiciary Report, another story broke in the mainstream news regarding one of Mueller's FBI agents taking a bribe in a connected case - the Anthony Pellicano Hollywood wiretap, hacking and racketeering trial, of the mobster Hollywood stars used to attack and terrorize their perceived rivals in illegal acts that violated the Constitution and U.S. Code.

Now another case has surfaced of an FBI agent taking bribes. Mobster turned FBI informant Mani Chulpayev, a man who was convicted of kidnapping, extortion, arson, racketeering and running a stolen car ring but walked free thanks to the FBI, helped to murder local Atlanta, Georgia rapper, Lil Phat
Lil Phat's brazen murder was an outrageous killing that occurred outside of a hospital of all places, endangering others, while the rapper went to visit his pregnant fiancée, who was giving birth. He was gunned down at the hospital.

The FBI looked the other way to the crime many publicly accused Chulpayev of committing. Mani Chulpayev's FBI handler, FBI Agent Dante Jackson, took big bribes from him to cover up the Lil Phat murder case, which is inexcusable.

FBI Director Robert S. Mueller committing perjury in Congress last week in a hearing that was roundly booed all over the internet

Chulpayev bribed FBI Agent Jackson with cash and lavish gifts such as watches, luxury cars, VIP nightclub packages and hotel rooms. Chulpayev continues to engage in criminal felonies, while being protected by the FBI. In acts of further corruption, the FBI threatened an ABC News reporter at WSB TV for daring to do a lawful, constitutional investigative report on Chulpayev. ABC News unmasked the corruption and were immediately called by the FBI, who again sought to protect lawbreaking Chulpayev. Local police in Atlanta stated their hands are tied and he can't be arrested.

How ironic, that's the same thing the Miami Shores Police told me about the Aisha v. FBI case regarding Madonna's criminal activity, stating the FBI has assumed "jurisdiction in the case" and their hands are tied...while the FBI drags its feet, after FBI Director Robert S. Mueller took a bribe from Madonna to derail justice in the case and continue with her criminal behavior, according to one of my unimpeachable international sources who is well respected.

This marks another case of the FBI aiding and abetting criminals. The current criminal trial in Boston, Massachusetts of mobster James "Whitey" Bulger revealed a number of FBI agents took bribes from the criminal and looked other way as he killed people.

Congress has failed to clean up the corruption at the FBI in matters that are discrediting the government to the nation and the world. Just know it's bad when a mainstream news network like ABC is now covering rampant cases of FBI bribery. But you can't say the Judiciary Report didn't warn you, as the site has been writing about FBI bribery for 5-years in articles that are time stamped and copyrighted regularly for authenticity and to prove date of authorship.

The Judiciary Report stated in yesterday and shall state it again today, the U.S. Congress is going to have to quietly bring in retired members of the military, such as generals with integrity, to discretely investigate and clean up the corruption taking place at the FBI, an agency committing more crimes than it solves.

FBI Agent Took Gifts and Cash, Ex-Mobster Informant Alleges

The Murder, the Mobster and the FBI

May 29, 2013 - The FBI has opened an investigation into accusations that one of its agents took lavish gifts and cash from an informant who has been indicted in the murder of a popular Atlanta rapper known as Lil Phat.

The informant, Russian ex-mobster Mani Chulpayev, has told investigators for the Department of Justice's Office of Inspector General that he was asked for and gave the FBI agent gifts of cash, jewelry, watches, expensive sports shoes, basketball game tickets, hotel rooms and the use of luxury cars, according to his lawyer, George Plumides. "The agent obstructed a murder investigation," Plumides told ABC News in an interview to broadcast tonight on ABC News' "World News with Diane Sawyer" and "Nightline"...

Prosecutors said Lil Phat was involved with Chulpayev and the other suspects in a dispute over "drugs and other 'business' dealings." Chulpayev's lawyer said his client will enter a plea of not guilty and has an alibi for the night Lil Phat was murdered outside an Atlanta hospital where Lil Phat was waiting for his fiancee to give birth to their child...

When a reporter from ABC News' Atlanta affiliate WSB-TV confronted Chulpayev earlier this year, he said he received a phone call from the FBI office in Atlanta asking why he was interested in Chulpayev. "I've been doing this 32 years, it's never happened before," WSB-TV reporter Jim Strickland told ABC News. "I tells me that Mani was interwoven with the FBI in Atlanta deeply enough that he can make one phone call and they're instantly calling me to find out exactly what the story is."...

The War Against Journalism: The Government Targeting And Spying On Journalists Through The FBI And IRS Compromises The News

FBI Director Robert Mueller and Attorney General Eric Holder

News broke recently that the FBI and IRS have been spying on and harassing journalists for being outspoken in their reporting, via matters that were deemed as having criticized the government. Over the past few weeks, the nation and world has witnessed as the government was exposed for using the FBI and IRS to spy on, intimidate and harass journalists from CBS, Fox and the Associated Press, among others, for engaging in one's constitutional right to free press and free speech. Newsgathering and reporting must be based in truth and integrity, free from harassment and intimidation tactics by an overly sensitive government, seeking to keep its unlawful secrets hidden.

Journalists help keep governments honest by openly providing constructive criticism via thought provoking pieces, regarding policy and protocol. Journalists are also arbiters of truth, providing a public service that educates and enlightens. No thin-skinned bureaucrats sensitive to criticism and prone to covering up corruption, while being paid with taxpayer money, has the authority to strip anyone of their constitutional rights.

Confirmed: The FBI Spying On Journalists Emails Just As The Website Previously Stated

FBI Director Robert S. Mueller (Photo Credit: New York Times)

This week it was revealed the FBI spied in the email box of Fox journalists, James Rosen and William La Jeunesse. They are accused of no crimes nor have they been legally charged in any matter, but the FBI and its parent agency, the Department of Justice wanted to find out their  scoops and the identity of their sources before they publish articles and news reports. This misconduct on the FBI's part constitutes criminal violations of the U.S. Constitution.

This further confirms what the Judiciary Report has been stating for years (and since 2006 in sister site the Sound Off Column) regarding a story I broke first - the FBI is going to hosting companies/e-mail service providers and secretly demanding the contents of select writers/journalists/bloggers' emails: FBI To Be Called Before Congress Over Spying and The FBI And Mobile Phone Spying and Former U.S. Government Official States The FBI Is Spying On All Americans (Video) and It Has Been Confirmed The U.S. Government Is Spying On Scientists And Doctors In Violation Of The Constitution.

Journalists and bloggers all over America are angry at this development, as it tramples free press and free speech, which are guaranteed by the Constitution. However, I’ve been warning writers online for the past few years, so they can protect themselves and their sources (New Scandal Erupts Regarding The FBI And Justice Department Monitoring Calls Of AP Reporters Confirming Previous Site Claims).

The FBI is not engaging in this misconduct for national security purposes, but political ones to stifle lawful criticism of the government. They are also doing this to get tips and scoops to build investigations around, in order to break cases and look groundbreaking and ahead of the curve before Congress, when they go to the legislature to seek billions of dollars in taxpayer money.

Report: Justice Department targeted TWO Fox News Channel reporters and a producer for talking with government sources

PUBLISHED: 17:02 EST, 20 May 2013 | UPDATED: 19:04 EST, 20 May 2013 - Inspector General report found agents read emails, tracked phone records. Reporters James Rosen and William La Jeunesse, producer Mike Levine were the subject of subpoenas but never notified by the government. Fox News says U.S. journalism 'up until now has always been a free press'

The Fox News Channel is outraged over new revelations that three of its reporting staffers were targeted by the U.S. Department of Justice in criminal investigations related to their attempts to obtain information from government sources.

James Rosen, the network's chief Washington correspondent, has become a First Amendment cause celebre over his treatment by the Obama administration. But the DOJ, Fox says, also investigated the Emmy Award-winning investigative reporter William La Jeunesse and Fox News producer Mike Levine.

Shannon Bream (R) and Megyn Kelly (L) broke the news Monday that the DOJ had targeted three of their journalist colleagues in criminal investigations for seeking classified information from willing government sources...

A very disturbing video has been released about the Boston Marathon bombing, putting forward the theory the FBI is not telling the public the truth about what really transpired that day, leaving 3 people dead and 260 other injured. Watch the video and form your own opinions on the matter.

The eye opening clip by Storm Clouds Gathering is summarized as, "In this video we are going to demonstrate that at the very minimum the authorities had prior knowledge of the attack and allowed it to happen, and this is only the tip of the iceberg."

FBI Busted Ignoring Another Tip On Boston Marathon Bombers

Boston Marathon bombers Tamerlan Tsarnaev and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev

In an article on the American Blog website, a man has come forward named John Aravosis stating the FBI ignored his tips regarding the friends of Boston Marathon bombers, Tamerlan Tsarnaev and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. Aravosis states he contacted the FBI the morning they released a photo and information on Tamerlan Tsarnaev and they kept bouncing the call around playing phone tag.

Had the agency listened, police officer Sean Collier, who was killed on the MIT campus, after the bombing, would still be alive today, as Tsarnaev‘s friends knew what the bomber and his brother had done (his friends later confessed to authorities when questioned).

I alerted FBI about Tsarnaev-friend Kadyrbayev 3 weeks ago, got a ho-hum response

5/1/2013 4:02pm by John Aravosis - Imagine my surprise hearing CNN talk today about how one of the three friends of Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, arrested today by the FBI, was Dias Kadyrbayev.

I had called the FBI, early in the morning on Friday, April 19, about Kadyrbayev. It was the morning they had released Tsarnaev’s name to the public, nearly two weeks ago. I was passed to the FBI task force in Boston, and after I’d explained what I’d found to an agent, I was told that the information wasn’t as important as they thought, and they were triaging all info.

He urged me to call back to the main FBI hotline, that I had already spent ten minutes explaining the story to, and I just let it go. I wasn’t going to explain the details of what I’d uncovered to a third FBI agent, when none of them seemed to entirely understand what I’d found, or how the Internet worked.

According to HuffPo, Kadyrbayev was detained April 20th, after being questioned by the authorities. What I’d found that morning were two things. First, a Russian Facebook-style profile for Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, Suspect #2, which seemed to confirm his ties to Chechnya and interest in Islam. But I also found the page of one of his friends, Dias Kadyrbayev. And I found some things on the page that struck me as odd.

Below are Tsarnaev’s and Kadyrbayev’s pages, that I just copied again (I have the originals on my home computer in DC)…

Kadyrbayev’s page had a lot of photos of him with Dzhokhar and other friends. But the most suspicious thing I found was that according to the time stamp on Dzhokhar’s page – the service lets you see when the person last checked in – Dzhokhar had checked in at 9:04pm the night before, two days after the bombing and only hours before the night of carnage that began at MIT.

Oddly, Kadyrbayev had checked in at Kadyrbayev’s own profile only a few minutes later. It made me wonder if they’d be in touch, and while I was going to suggest so publicly, I was most certainly going to pass the tip along to the FBI.

Shortly thereafter, Kadyrbayev removed Dzhokhar’s name from the photos he had on his own page. This is the photo he removed the name from: Dias-Kadyrbayev-and-Dzhokhar-Tsarnaev.

I’m glad that the FBI interviewed Kadyrbayev, but I’m still a bit annoyed that when I passed to the agent in Boston, and told my story for a second time, that he not only triaged the information, but then told me to call the FBI again to re-explain what I hade already explained to two different people – suggesting that he was not going to be passing his notes along, which should have been suspicious.

Anyway, I just heard the news that Kadyrbayev was one of the friends arrested today for lying to the FBI, and I just had to weigh in…
