U.S. President, Barack Obama and his Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, are criminally meddling in the 2016 presidential election in attempts at getting nominee Hillary Clinton and their party, the Democrats, back into the White House. Rival Donald Trump has defied their expectations and Obama and company are resorting to illegal, dirty tactics to help Clinton win. 

Illegally obtained surveillance data and personal files relating to Donald Trump have been commissioned and handed over to Clinton. These files criminally violate Trump's privacy and give Clinton an unfair advantage. Obama is also using the government to spy on Trump's family to terrible degrees not permitted by the U.S. Constitution or U.S. Code.

There has been extensive voter fraud via Americans being disenfranchised at the polls, as Bernie Sanders, the main rival of Clinton, saw his name illegally left off ballots on two notable occasions. Votes were also tampered with in bids at getting Sanders out of the picture in the primaries to determine the Democrats' nominee. This is all very corrupt. 

To make matters worse, the Federal Bureau of Investigation are supposed to investigate voter fraud, but have been told to stand down by Obama. The FBI were too busy corrupting the investigation into Hillary Clinton's criminal mishandling of classified information during her tenure at the State Department, to actually ensure Americans had fair primaries free of disenfranchisement or to investigate the political entities engaging in voter fraud.

When you look back in U.S. history at the presidents who stole elections, you quickly come to the stunning conclusion things didn't turn out well for them. John F. Kennedy's dad, Joseph Kennedy, the originator of what the press calls "the Kennedy Curse" made his money through ruthless, illegal tactics, then bribed many voters by having his campaign staff give them $5 a piece at polling stations across America to vote for his son. John Kennedy's presidency was plagued with sex scandals and then he was assassinated.

Decades later, George W. Bush instructed his brother, then Florida Governor, Jeb Bush, to throw tens of thousands of his rival's votes into the Everglades (swamp). When rival Al Gore challenged it in court, the Bush family called in a favor from a judge that was nominated to the Supreme Court during their father's tenure as Vice President. The Bush family corrupted the Supreme Court via Antonin Scalia, into stopping the recount and disallowing votes that had been illegally discarded in Florida. Scalia recently met with a mysterious and apparently violent end recently (found dead at a resort with no government security and a pillow over his face).

During Bush's reelection campaign against John Kerry, he engaged in more voter fraud via the Diebold tabulating company. A documentary details how a letter was found in the trash regarding Diebold informing Bush "we are committed to delivering Ohio to you" in the election...and they sure did in suspicious fashion, resulting in a highly questionable reelection. No voting tabulation company should show partiality to any candidate. It is corrupt. 

Bush has seen his life turn to crap to the point, he is sick and does not venture out much anymore, as most people hate him for the damage he did while in office. Bush waged illegal, oil driven wars in the Middle East and over 1,000,000 people died because of him. He has destroyed the lives of several million people in the Middle East, which gave rise to a breed of terrorism not seen before in modern times. These illegal wars cost the American taxpayer over $1 trillion dollars that is nothing but fruitless debt. 

Bush also poorly managed the U.S. economy, leading to an unprecedented financial crisis in 2008 that has not relented to this day. Bush is the most hated president in American history. There are nations of this world he cannot set foot in because he is so hated, they simply could not guarantee his safety. His children and entire family are also saddled with his horrible legacy that have made them social outcasts all over the world, as people firmly believe Bush belongs in the Hague for extensive war crimes.

In short, never steal another person's destiny, especially on such a grand scale. God will not bless it. Your life and that of your family will turn into a nightmare.

A newly conducted CNN poll reveals Americans are of the belief, Donald Trump, would handle the U.S. economy better than rival, Hillary Clinton. 51% of Americans believe Trump would do a better job with the economy, as opposed to 43% who favored Clinton. Trump and Clinton are currently squaring off in the 2016 presidential election and vying for votes in a contest that is the most contentious to date.

Clinton’s campaign is largely being funded by the Saudi Arabian royal family and other foreign donors. She is using the contacts of husband and former President, Bill Clinton, to raise money. Clinton currently has $48,000,000 in donations. Trump, on the other hand, has received far less donations, totaling $1.5 million dollars. This is ironic, as he had the most votes in the primaries. For Trump to gain more donations, he would have to seek out business associates and request his many voters give to his campaign. Trump has stated he will self-fund and he can afford it. $48,000,000 is chump change to him.

While it is true Trump has far more business experience than Clinton, she is painting him as someone who would bankrupt America. The fact of the matter is both Clinton and Trump have been the subject of big financial scandals. The difference is Trump knows how to use the business system to make money, while protecting his own wealth and assets, even if investors and banks get burned in the process (he has filed for business bankruptcy 3 times). He’s as rich as ever. Trump owns many valuable properties.

In contrast, Clinton is constantly slipped crooked money from all over the place in shady financial dealings she conducts offshore, in exchange for favors using her U.S. government contacts (also known as bribe money). Clinton has bank accounts all over the place in the international community containing questionably acquired funds. The Colombian government recently called Clinton’s conduct into question, forcing her to shutdown a secret company she created in their nation, to quietly solicit money from all over the world, like it was a hedge fund. However, it was no such thing.

Clinton is not a moneymaker, per say. As president she would not know how to make money for America. She is used to being given money for things she will not honestly talk about in a public interview, for fear of being hit with criminal charges. Trump knows the banking system and financial world in general. However, if he became president the problem is he could bend to the will of the rich in America and let them stick it to and rip off the poor and middle class, as former President George W. Bush did when he was in office.

As stated in past columns, the $1 trillion President George W. Bush spent on wars was devastating to the American economy. However, the record spending current President Barack Obama has done, has firmly set America on the path to bankruptcy within the next few years. The laws Obama had pushed through Congress is also doing its share of the damage in leading America towards bankruptcy.

Bank Of America recently released a statement revealing the cash levels in America are consistent with a recession. This concurs with claims made by other financial institutions and organizations, insisting the U.S. economy is still in bad shape. The financial crisis from 2008 is still raging on. However, select press outlets have exposed the fact accurate numbers are not being released by the government to cover up the toxic data (The Washington Post Accuses Congress Of Covering Up The True State Of The U.S. Economy). It is the same tactic President Bush used to cover his backside after greatly damaging the economy.

You can’t keep “kicking the can down the road” as the phrase goes, as you will reach the end of the road at some point. That time is rapidly approaching. As another phrase goes, “The buck stops here.”
This unruly financial spending is destroying America. For several years, the Judiciary Report has repeatedly emphasized the benefits of austerity to correct financial deficiencies in global economies, but Washington has opted to do the opposite, spending like a drunk gold-digger at the mall and the negative results of those poor choices will surface in full in the next few years.

The government hates honest criticism and correction. They prefer you kiss their butts and tell them what they want to hear…even if their course of action destroys the country.

So, Washington, keep on spending like a gold digger at the mall with a famous man’s credit card, because to pay for those debts you are racking up, someone is gonna get screwed (sarcasm). In this case, it’s the U.S. taxpayers. America is steadily skidding towards bankruptcy due to the record spending Obama has done. As it progresses without correction on the government’s end, there will not be enough money for the federal government. Social Security is also in jeopardy.

From the beginning of Obama’s presidency I wrote that his financial plans would not work for America due to his announced massive spending initiatives, poor tax collection plans and overall lack of austerity. Now at the end of his presidency, you see that it has not worked.

For the past few years, Americans have steadily been complaining online on a number of websites that the U.S. Presidential election is being rigged, as for the past three decades all of the winners have been related. According to genealogists George Bush, George Bush Jr, Dick Cheney, Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama are related, which has many Americans thinking and publicly stating online there is some sinister, insane Illuminati madness going on that this keeps happening (see external article excerpt below).

 

The current election has all the signs of being tampered with and rigged, as attested by news developments and mainstream articles. Case in point is Democrat, Bernie Sanders, has been the victim of election fraud in the U.S. states of Colorado and the District of Columbia (DC). Sanders name was left off the ballot in D.C. and another error was made in Colorado which cost him a "key delegate."

Another example is Republican, Donald Trump, who has consistently won most of the votes, but due to election rigging delegates are going to rival, Ted Cruz, whom the establishment prefers. While the Judiciary Report does not agree with the racist and xenophobic statements Donald Trump has been making (and he used to be better than that) he has the right to free speech. Much like the American people have the right to vote for whomever they chose for president, including Trump. If Trump is who the American people want, that's who the American people should get. 

It looks thoroughly dishonest and reprehensible to rig an election. That's not democracy. That's corruption and a dictatorship. The nation and the world are watching. Those involved in rigging the election should be ashamed of themselves. It's disgraceful and comes across as a pathetic and desperate power grab. The last person who stole the election (twice) is George W. Bush and that turned into massive disgrace and mass deaths.

Colorado Democrats admit mistake that cost Bernie Sanders key delegate

The party discovered the discrepancy a week after the caucus but did not correct the public record. Hillary Clinton's campaign discussed the error with state party officials last week, but the Sanders campaign apparently didn't realize the issue until being informed Monday evening by The Denver Post.

The mistake is a minor shift with major implications. The new projection now shows the Vermont senator winning 39 delegates in Colorado, compared to 27 for Clinton. Even if Clinton wins all 12 superdelegates in the state, Sanders can finish no worse than a split decision. The new count contrasts with prior projections from The Post, Bloomberg Politics and The Associated Press that indicated Clinton would probably win the majority of the 78 delegates in Colorado because of her support from party leaders with superdelegate status...

Bernie Sanders reportedly left off D.C. primary ballot after Democratic Party error

Because of an error by the D.C. Democratic Party, Sen. Bernard Sanders’ name is not on the ballot, according to a report by WRC-TV, the local NBC affiliate. Both the Vermont senator’s team and the campaign of rival Hillary Clinton submitted the required $2,500 registration fee and other paperwork, but the party did not notify the D.C. Board of Elections by a key deadline. 

The registration deadline was March 16, but the party did not send the board Mr. Sanders’ registration information until the 17th, according to the affiliate. As a result of this error, Mr. Sanders’ eligibility to appear on the ballot is being contested. Confusion appeared to reign late Wednesday over just what happened and whether it could be fixed. 

D.C. Democratic Party Chairwoman Anita Bonds told The Washington Times that the party’s primary plan, which included the paperwork for all candidates, was submitted by 7 p.m. on the 16th, per the rules of the Democratic National Committee. But the D.C. Board of Elections offices closes at 4:45 p.m. Ms. Bonds said the extended hours for submission is permitted and has been acknowledged. She also said that “clarifying legislation” could be passed by the board or the D.C. City Council soon to resolve any disputes. 

When asked, Ms. Bonds said she did not know why WRC would report, based on the party’s missing a deadline to submit all paperwork, that Mr. Sanders’ name was left off the ballot but not Mrs. Clinton’s. She did tell The Times that there is at least one outstanding citizen-challenge to Mr. Sanders’ eligibility to be on the ballot...

APRIL 17, 2016 - Insisting that the delegate selection process is “corrupt and crooked,” Donald J. Trump offered a vivid example on Sunday to prove his point. “Look, nobody has better toys than I do,” he told reporters at a hotel on Staten Island, where he pressed his case that the system was rigged against him. “I can put them in the best planes and bring them to the best resorts anywhere in the world.” 

But Mr. Trump said that was unseemly. “You’re basically buying these people,” he added. “You’re basically saying, ‘Delegate, listen, we’re going to send you to Mar-a-Lago on a Boeing 757, you’re going to use the spa, you’re going to this, you’re going to that, we want your vote.’ That’s a corrupt system.”

Now there is more bad news for Obama: a study published yesterday found he is related to George Bush as well. Researchers at the New England Historic Genealogical Society, founded in 1845, said Obama, the son of a white woman from Kansas and a black man from Kenya, can call six US presidents his cousins: both Bushes, Gerald Ford, Lyndon Johnson, Harry Truman and James Madison. The society, a non-profit organisation, found he is also related to Churchill.

Michigan Pummeled By Claims Of Racism In Water Pollution Crisis Killing Black People And Making Many Ill

The local government of the U.S. city, Flint, Michigan have come under fire over a water pollution scandal in the predominantly black and lower income region. People have died and many made ill, including children, from lead poison in the local water supply. The government was woefully slow to address the issue.

The scandal is being accompanied by cries of racism. A headline in Rolling Stone magazine bluntly blared, "Who poisoned Flint, Michigan?" The Huffington Post wrote "How Flint's Water Got Poisonous." The New Yorker wrote "The Contempt That Poisoned Flint's Water." A quote in the New York Times opined, "If Flint were rich and mostly white, would Michigan's state government have responded more quickly and aggressively to complaints about its lead-polluted water?" Things have gotten so bad the governor of Michigan, Rick Snyder, was forced to speak to the New York Times in an article proclaiming, "Michigan Governor Says Race Had No Role In Flint Water Response."

It has been my personal view for years that the federal government has stopped giving a darn about Michigan over the past decade. The government, both state and federal (national) allowed Michigan, particularly Detroit, to rot. A city full of history that has done much for America by way of the auto industry and Motown in music, has gone largely neglected. Beautiful buildings and homes bludgeoned by the financial crisis were bulldozed and turned into parks and other variants of open spaces, while two administrations in a row spent trillions on destructive wars in the Middle East (Obama Could Rebuild American Cities If...).

The Judiciary Report petitioned via the site for the auto industry in Michigan to receive a federal financial bailout and months later they did, which helped them preserve jobs and stay afloat during the financial crisis caused by the Bush Administration and its negligent Laissez Faire policies. The auto industry has paid back much of the loans. However, the government still has not done enough to help a state that played an integral part in the nation's history.

Now the world is faced with the brutal ISIS terrorist group, hell bent on killing Westerners, as in their eyes it avenges their fellow Muslims who were killed in military action by Bush. Two wrongs don't make a right. The needless bloodshed on both sides needs to stop. A truce needs to be reached. All life is precious, American, Middle Eastern and people all over the world.

Former Florida Governor, Jeb Bush, has announced he is running for President of the United States of America. Realizing his family's legacy has become a bad one, he is opting to just go by "Jeb" rather than "Jeb Bush" (I guess he thinks he's Cher). Jeb's father, George H.W. Bush and brother, George W. Bush, were Presidents of the United States. The question is has the Bush family been good for America and or the world. The answer to that would be a resounding no.

George H.W. Bush had a somewhat chaotic presidency. However, his son, George W. Bush, did an extraordinary amount of damage in America and the world. A cruel, evil and deceitful man, he lied to the world about "weapons of mass destruction" to initiate a disastrous war to steal oil in the Middle East, resulting in the deaths of several thousand soldiers and over a million civilians. Four million Iraqis were also displaced, having to flee the bloodshed and violence in the world.

The Bush family have always been oil thirsty. George H.W. Bush was a large investor in the Zapata Oil Company that was bought by Pennzoil. It was in the best interest of the Bush family that the war in Iraq transpire, due to their oil investments, as well as those of George W. Bush's vice president, Dick Cheney, a former employee and current investor of Halliburton, a company who has been reading this website for years (according to site stats, as does every branch of the U.S. Government). Millions of people died in a deceitful war so they could get richer.

Jeb's brother Neil Bush, enriched himself in Florida in the Savings and Loan scandal of the 1980s. He engaged in reckless, deceitful banking practices and when it all collapsed, the U.S. taxpayer was on the hook to the tune of $2 billion dollars in damages. However, Neil Bush and company walked away with a fortune in profits.

The Bush family atrocities did not begin or end with the Iraq war. Preston Bush, the grandfather of George W. Bush, financed the construction of Nazi concentration camps, where many Jews (men, women and children) were experimented on like lab rats, tortured, starved and slaughtered.

You really expect me to support this campaign regarding Jeb Bush. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. The Bush family is one of the worst things that ever happened to America. And the sad thing is there is something heinous George W. Bush has done that the FBI is hiding, therefore it has not been made public yet (with emphasis on the world "yet") and it completely takes the cake, as it cost innocent people their lives. It is far worse than the war in Iraq. Stay away from that family. They've committed more human atrocities than the public realizes. That is one evil strain of DNA.

There are far more suitable candidates for president on the Republican side, such as Ben Carson, Mike Huckabee, Marco Rubio and Rand Paul.

U.S. President Barack Obama, has requested congressional authorization to take on the terrorist group ISIS. Congress is expected to respond shortly. Some are skeptical of this move, as it brings back memories of President Bush’s ill-fated invasion of Iraq. Over a million people died and millions more were displaced, over what turned out to be a lie, regarding tyrant Saddam Hussein.

ISIS is unquestionably dangerous and a threat to westerners everywhere. However, the threat must be accurately assessed and properly addressed, lest the problem is made worse, as was seen with the the war in Iraq. The government needs to be careful that it does not engage in a course of action that gets many soldiers and civilians killed.

In the August 22, 2013 Judiciary Report article "Judge Rules The NSA Illegally Spied On Americans Confirming The Site's Previous Claims (Video)" the site made the claim that innocent Americans are being illegally spied on by government employees, who find them attractive among other things. The article mentioned the FBI and NSA, both sister agencies, engaging in this conduct, via shared intelligence databases and tools.

Two days later on August 24, 2013, the Washington Post and other credible news outlets reported NSA employees have been illegally spying on love interests, spouses and girlfriends (see article excerpt below). It has become another scandal.

Three and a half years ago, the in the January 19, 2010 time stamped and copyrighted article "FBI Collected Thousands Of Phone Records Illegally" the Judiciary Report stated of the NSA’s sister agency the FBI, "Targets selected for surveillance, such as specific scientists, political scientists, inventors, journalists, political bloggers, activists and politicians to name a few, had their privacy thoroughly violated by Mueller and FBI HQ, via the FBI employees he instructed to do so. Granted, some FBI agents of their own accord, abused this privilege to pry into the lives of wives and girlfriends, even women they wanted to pursue sexually."

Once again, the Judiciary Report’s previous time stamped, copyrighted claims have been proven true and correct. I do not enjoy writing these types of stories or breaking them for that matter, but what’s being done by certain government employees is wholly wrong. I’ve been a target of illegal surveillance by the government and it is really something I could have done without, as it is exploitative and leaves one feeling very violated.

After the scandal went mainstream, on August 24, 2013 members of Congress announced they are investigating the matter. In closing, if someone didn’t do anything illegal warranting government surveillance, they really should not be spied on. It’s not fair. It’s not a matter of being secretive or having anything to hide, but people deserve privacy. What innocent people say over the phone, do on the internet and in their homes in nobody’s business but their own.

Background Information: In 2005 I contacted the FBI about pop singer Madonna stealing from preexisting, voluminous, private Copyrighted Catalog of songs, videos and films registered with the Library of Congress, as she has done to dozens of others. Madonna's entire career has been based on criminal copyright infringement, making her the biggest fraud in music history. Madonna also had her Colombo family mafia member and private investigator Anthony Pellicano illegally wiretap and hack me (which is how she illegally obtained copies of my Copyrighted Catalog).

Pellicano and Madonna's Kabbalah cult also began sending thugs and cult lunatics to harass, stalk and threaten me with mafia threats, death threats and threats of terrible physical violence (They did this again last week in menacingly stalking, approaching me and demanding to know what songs, videos and films I have been writing recently, as they are unable to hack my computer containing the very valuable newer copyrights, due to the laptop not connecting to the internet. Madonna is contractually obligated to record and release another album soon for her flatlined career, destroyed by my requests on my sites such as the Judiciary Report for a boycott of all her products, which thanks to you the public succeeded in a massive way - all her projects have flopped ever since).

In November of 2005, the FBI in Miami called me in for two interviews, where I told them about Madonna and Pellicano's criminal conduct and that of fellow Kabbalah cult member Rupert Murdoch, which resulted in the phone hacking scandal when I filed a police report on the matter with the Metropolitan Police in London, England. Four months later Pellicano was arrested and is still in prison. However, because Madonna is a celebrity, who issued a bribe, she was not arrested and as a result, the FBI is hiding Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) files regarding her criminal conduct towards me, stating in writing they are not going to release them due to the nature of the files. Anytime the government refuses to release a file, much like the FBI recently rejected CBS' request for FOIA files on Benghazi, just know the contents of said documents are very bad).

After they had success with the Pellicano case based on what I wrote to and told them, some of which was used in his indictment verbatim, as the FBI loves arresting people in or affiliated with the mafia, due to the fact it gets press attention and more financial funding from Congress, the FBI latched on and began illegally mining my phone calls, emails and computer contents for tips without my consent and using them in making arrests (see highlighted link for article on the subject). After I went public with this claim about the FBI, it was later revealed they have been doing this to other writers and bloggers as well for scoops to base federal investigations on, which is illegal and unconstitutional (not to mention lazy).

Had it not been for Madonna's criminal conduct towards me (and that of her Kabbalah cult) I would not have discovered and broken so many stories on the government for covering up her illegal and dangerous conduct that has imperiled and damaged my life in many ways.

LOVEINT: When NSA officers use their spying power on love interests

Published: August 24 at 11:50 - The National Security Agency admitted in a statement Friday that there have been "very rare" instances of willful violations of agency protocols by agency officers. The Wall Street Journal reports that some of those willful violations involved officials turning their private eyes on love interests:

The practice isn’t frequent — one official estimated a handful of cases in the last decade — but it’s common enough to garner its own spycraft label: LOVEINT. Spy agencies often refer to their various types of intelligence collection with the suffix of "INT," such as "SIGINT" for collecting signals intelligence, or communications; and "HUMINT" for human intelligence, or spying.

The "LOVEINT" examples constitute most episodes of willful misconduct by NSA employees, officials said...

Lawmakers Probe Willful Abuses of Power by NSA Analysts

Aug 24, 2013 12:00 AM ET - Surveillance State: Three Ways You're Being Watched. The leaders of U.S. congressional intelligence committees said they want to probe the intentional abuses of surveillance authority committed by some National Security Agency analysts in the past decade.

"I am reviewing each of these incidents in detail," Dianne Feinstein, a California Democrat and chairman of the Senate intelligence panel, said in a statement, after the NSA confirmed to Bloomberg News yesterday that some analysts deliberately ignored restrictions on their authority to spy on Americans.

"Any case of noncompliance is unacceptable, but these small numbers of cases do not change my view that NSA takes significant care to prevent any abuses and that there is a substantial oversight system in place," Feinstein said.

The incidents, chronicled by the NSA’s inspector general, provide additional evidence that U.S. intelligence agencies sometimes have violated the legal and administrative restrictions on domestic spying, and may add to the pressure to bolster laws that govern intelligence activities.

Republican Representative Mike Rogers of Michigan, chairman of the House intelligence committee, is reviewing the cases of intentional misconduct in detail, his spokeswoman, Susan Phalen, said in a statement...

U.S. President Barack Obama's State of The Union address last night contained many claims and promises, but will he be able to make good on them in the current financial climate gripping America. Obama offered examples of what he deems his successes with the U.S. economy.

However, one cannot deny the fact, the financial climate in America is still very bad, as cost of living continues to surge and income and job availability decreases. This is a dangerous combo. At the heart of the matter is a badly damaged economy that spans two presidents. Both went about correcting the damage in different ways, but neither has solved the problem, leaving America in a quagmire. 

New Financial Numbers Reveal The U.S. Economy Is Stagnating Again

Newly released economic data reveals the U.S. economy is stagnating again. Everything is up, but not in a good way, as unemployment, gas prices and national debt continues to climb. The efforts of the Obama Administration to tame the ongoing financial crisis via increased spending and more debt once again, has failed to produce fruitful results. Austerity is the way out of the crisis, but it is an option that is not and has not been on the table. 

Mixed News On U.S. Economy Indicates Financial Trouble

The U.S. unemployment rate went up to 7.9 percent in January 2013. After Christmas, seasonal hiring ended, attributing to the fall off in employment. 12,000,000 Americans are currently unemployed. Gas prices have gone up again, another burden on motorists in tough financial times. What's odd is the stock market keeps rising, to heights greater than it enjoyed during America's most prosperous times under former President Bill Clinton. Something is off there.

Ah, there's nothing like a fresh doo-doo storm to start off the column. Well, after yesterday's column, the Judiciary Report got one. Yesterday, the Judiciary Report reiterated its 4-year-old claim regarding the FBI being bribed by News Corp to hide evidence and not prosecute in the phone hacking scandal - a story I broke first in 2005 (it also should be noted, since the time of my claims, people have been arrested at the Metropolitan Police for accepting bribes from News Corp).

Today, a news report surfaced in the mainstream press stating News Corp bribed members of the U.S. military for photos of Saddam Hussein in his underwear. It is being stated the bribe issued was $700,000. News Corp has refused to deny the claim.

According to the Independent newspaper in Britain, "Now the picture is again a matter of controversy, following a claim that Mr. Murdoch’s holding company, News Corporation, obtained it by bribing a member of the US military. The American news website The Daily Beast asked: “Did News Corp illegally purchase Saddam Hussein picture from US officials?” It reported: “Sources close to the story have told The Daily Beast that the payment was significantly greater [than £500] and was made to a US official on American soil” (http://www.independent.co.uk).

Rudy Giuliani Compares Hurricane Katrina To Hurricane Sandy And Bush And Obama's Responses

 

Rudy Giuliani went on record questioning the Obama Administration's response to Hurricane Sandy, which devastated much of the U.S. East Coast, from New York to New Jersey, even spreading all the way to Michigan.

As most of you know, former President George W. Bush was slammed for his administration's slow and inefficient response to Hurricane Katrina in 2005. However, residents of the East Coast are now complaining about the Obama Administration's response to Hurricane Sandy, which Giuliani spoke about in the video posted above.

On Tuesday, October 17. 2012, the Judiciary Report wrote that both presidential candidates, Barack Obama and Mitt Romney, engaged in finger pointing during the second presidential debate. Later that day, First Lady Michelle Obama stated her husband President Barack Obama, "Didn't point fingers."

That is incorrect. He did point fingers during the debate and from the time he took office in 2009. Obama blamed his predecessor George W. Bush, whose conduct did start the financial crisis and Republicans in Congress for the dire state of the nation's financial affairs, when Democrats played a role as well.

Obama conveniently neglected to mention, he made things exponentially worse by spending $5 trillion dollars in office, more than any other president in history, tossing large sums of taxpayer stimulus money to undeserving corporations and executives that misappropriated funds, while others had such a poor business model they went bankrupt.

It was a big cash grab that greatly rewarded Obama's rich campaign donors at the expense of the American people and nation's financial health. So to summarize, yes, the president did point fingers as well. Politicians from both sides of the aisles sometimes do. At times it is necessary to clear one's name, but sometimes it is to deflect blame for failures and wrongdoing.

In the September 28, 2012 article GOP In An Uproar Over Polling Houses Querying More Democrats Than Republicans Creating A Bias For Barack Obama the Judiciary Report stated of the U.S. economy under President Barack Obama, "There's no way to pretty it up, unless one releases fake economic data, as former President George W. Bush did, only for his successor to find out the hard way when he attained office that things have been quite bleak, but it was hidden from the public."

One week later that's exactly what happened as the unemployment rate under Obama mysteriously dropped and posted a 29-year record for hiring that is not supported by any verifiable data. Economists are baffled at the report from the Obama Administration,  stating the numbers are not statistically plausible nor do they compute. The nation is still deeply submersed in the financial crisis, yet the Obama Administration is again posting fictional numbers, telling everyone everything is okay, when people can see and feel in their wallets that it is not.

The site knew it was coming and the administration is not helping America with such conduct. Obama pulled a Bush, in trying to cover-up the damage. Bush did it in a failed bid to have a good legacy upon leaving office. Obama did it in a bid to stay in office longer.

However, as the Judiciary Report stated when Bush was in office and launched cover-ups regarding his misconduct and missteps in the area of the economy, doing such a thing only serves to hurt the nation, as there will be a false sense of security, via artificial results, while the people continue to suffer. America needs real solutions. The nation needs real action. Not fraud and fakery while the problems runs along a dangerous and ever worsening course.

Critics across the board have panned U.S. President Barack Obama's Democratic National Convention speech as lackluster and boring. Even former President Bubba, Bill Clinton, failed to give him a boost, as polls reflect Obama's speech went down in flames. This was an important engagement for President Obama, but his speech writers did a very poor job, which led to him being savaged by critics.

What's ironic is, Clinton, a man that understands economics and is America's most successful in this regard, essentially had to go out there a lie about Obama, in a failed bid at helping a fellow Democrat president, knowing full well he would not have undertaken the now failed economic measures and policies the current president so unwisely implemented, when the Judiciary Report honestly and correctly stated from the start of his presidency that he need to do the very opposite.

The Judiciary Report stated nearly four years ago in an open, published article to Obama featured on the site, that he needed to cut the government's budget, implement a small tax increase on the rich, be frugal with stimulus money, keeping tight reins on who receives funds and what they do with it, demanding they properly account for it or  go prison (I believe in crime and punishment, because that's the only thing criminals understand).

Looking back now, years later, the Judiciary Report's aforementioned, Library of Congress copyrighted articles that have been online for years regarding this subject, have been proven 100% correct. America has spent more money that any president in U.S. history, running up the deficit to record heights of debt with absolutely nothing to show for it. The nation is being crushed under the weight of business closures and foreclosures that happened under his term.  That is your legacy now and you were warned.

I have an IQ of 160 and have authored more copyrighted music and filmworks than any individual on record. I've also developed forthcoming patents on the diseases cancer and AIDS, with the goal of helping sick people. Therefore, I am not an idiot. I joke around at times on this site, but I am nobody's fool. You've screwed up and royally so. People need to stop sugarcoating that or the problem, the economy, will not be fixed following the Obama Administration's illogical line of reasoning.

I wrote the aforementioned economic articles for a reason and as site statistics for the Judiciary Report reflect just about every branch of the Obama Administration has been reading this site daily for years, it's too bad they didn't listen, because millions are suffering under their spend your way out of debt policies that have failed (which in itself is an oxymoron). You didn't start this crisis that I sounded the alarm on in 2006 on sister site the Sound Off Column (How George Bush Destroyed The U.S. Economy), but you have made it infinitely worse and I have no confidence in the Obama Administration.

In closing, on a sad yet hilarious note, the reality show "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" suffered a ratings decline and still managed to match the numbers of the Democratic National Convention. I have no words for this...other than if she could vote, who would 7-year-old, spray tan wearing, chicken McNugget eating, purveyor of beauty pageant wisdom, Honey Boo Boo, vote for in the 2012 election. But I digress, here's what the critics had to say regarding Obama's speech:
