U.S. presidential candidate, Donald Trump, is fast showing himself to be a racist, fascist Nazi. From the beginning of his campaign for the presidency, Trump xenophobically referred to Mexican illegal immigrants as rapists and murderers, which is a lie. He stated black youth "have no spirit." Another lie. Trump has also vowed to ban Muslims from America, which is wrong and unethical. He has also mocked the disabled, which is a cruel thing to do.

Trump is behaving like Hitler, scorning and disparaging minorities and those who are disabled, seeking to sift away every group that does not fit his white ideal. Trump has come under fire over a number of incidents. Recently during a rally, Trump demanded the audience raise their right hand and pledge allegiance to him, not the American flag. When one pledge's allegiance to the flag, one bends one's right arm (similar to the shape of a boomerang). Trump asked the thousands of people at the rally to raise and extend their right arm and pledge allegiance to him, in what looked like a Nazi salute. It was not a pretty sight. It was a very disheartening and disconcerting throwback to terrible days in our world, where Hitler cost 50,000,000 people their lives. Recently, Trump also retweeted a quote promoting fascist Mussolini.

Trump is playing on the American people's fears to gain a foothold in the election. He is encouraging hatred, separatism and violence via his words. For example, a Muslim woman entered a Trump rally to see what it was about, regarding how he fits into the political process. She did not disturb the peace. She simply attended the rally, as many others had done. She was bullied, heckled and  kicked out for being Muslim. This was very illegal, inappropriate and discriminatory. Last week, a black woman with a protest sign was shoved at a Trump rally by a white male. He was discharged from the Marine Corps for this illegal behavior. 

This week, as police peacefully escorted a black protestor out of a Trump rally, a white supporter of the presidential candidate punched the African-American man who was in cuffs and not resisting arrest. The man in question has now been arrested for punching the protestor in a matter than had nothing to do with him. It was another illustration of the unprovoked hatred and violence Trump is provoking and promoting. Two days ago, a Trump campaign worker roughed up a female reporter, grabbing and throwing her to the ground, for attempting to ask a question they deemed controversial. That is crazy. People are entitled to free speech. This illegal thug behavior is unacceptable and uncouth.

Trump's campaign is encouraging violence against minorities and women. Trump angrily rants at rallies, working up attendees by virulently pointing out all the problems in America and laying blame on Mexicans, blacks, Muslims, the disabled, China and the Middle East. This is exactly how Hitler got started. Trump's hit list is ever growing and will only serve to promote American isolationism in the world, by offending many people and nations. To run a campaign on hate is a dangerous thing. No good can come of it. 

America elected its first black president in 2008 when Barack Obama won the presidential election. However, during his tenure in office, at times it has veered into militancy that has left whites feeling isolated, left out and under threat. That's not good. This is one of the reasons the Judiciary Report has maintained for years that anyone elected to office anywhere in the world, should seek to unite the races and do the best they can for everyone, not one particular race, group or cause. There must be fairness, equality and an even playing field. It promotes civility and racial harmony. People should not feel left out or neglected in their own country. Every life matters.

Mar 9, 2016 - A female reporter tried to ask Donald Trump a question Tuesday night as he was leaving a Florida press conference, only to be "forcibly yanked" by Trump's campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski, according to Politico. The reporter, Michelle Fields, who works for Breitbart News, was nearly brought down to the ground, Politico said, adding that a witness said she was "clearly roughed up." The run-in happened as Secret Service were clearing a path for Trump. Fields's boyfriend, an editor with the website Daily Caller, had this to say about the incident...

And Hamid said by Saturday afternoon she hadn’t received any response. “I would like to hear what Trump has to say about it,” she told The Associated Press by phone. “I’d like to hear because if they say that it was because we were disrupting things, then I would like him to show evidence of where the disruption came, because the disruption didn’t come from me. George H.W. Bush had a somewhat chaotic presidency. However, his son, George W. Bush, did an extraordinary amount of damage in America and the world. A cruel, evil and deceitful man, he lied to the world about "weapons of mass destruction" to initiate a disastrous war to steal oil in the Middle East, resulting in the deaths of several thousand soldiers and over a million civilians. Four million Iraqis were also displaced, having to flee the bloodshed and violence in the world.

The Bush family have always been oil thirsty. George H.W. Bush was a large investor in the Zapata Oil Company that was bought by Pennzoil. It was in the best interest of the Bush family that the war in Iraq transpire, due to their oil investments, as well as those of George W. Bush's vice president, Dick Cheney, a former employee and current investor of Halliburton, a company who has been reading this website for years (according to site stats, as does every branch of the U.S. Government). Millions of people died in a deceitful war so they could get richer.

Jeb's brother Neil Bush, enriched himself in Florida in the Savings and Loan scandal of the 1980s. He engaged in reckless, deceitful banking practices and when it all collapsed, the U.S. taxpayer was on the hook to the tune of $2 billion dollars in damages. However, Neil Bush and company walked away with a fortune in profits.

The Bush family atrocities did not begin or end with the Iraq war. Preston Bush, the grandfather of George W. Bush, financed the construction of Nazi concentration camps, where many Jews (men, women and children) were experimented on like lab rats, tortured, starved and slaughtered.

You really expect me to support this campaign regarding Jeb Bush. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. The Bush family is one of the worst things that ever happened to America. And the sad thing is there is something heinous George W. Bush has done that the FBI is hiding, therefore it has not been made public yet (with emphasis on the world "yet") and it completely takes the cake, as it cost innocent people their lives. It is far worse than the war in Iraq. Stay away from that family. They've committed more human atrocities than the public realizes. That is one evil strain of DNA.

There are far more suitable candidates for president on the Republican side, such as Ben Carson, Mike Huckabee, Marco Rubio and Rand Paul.

Any Christian that supports or buys the products of devil worshipping Madonna, disrespects God in doing so. Madonna once posed on a Satanic pentagram for a music video and is seen in this photo posing in front of a Satanic cross.

Not content with the bloodshed, in 2003 they initiated the war in Iraq. At home, they looked the other way to widespread corruption in the corporate sector, being committed by colleagues and cronies, such as Enron, WorldCom and Halliburton, to name a few, which culminated into the financial crisis of 2008, causing permanent damage to the United States.

America has hit so many profound lows, many thought impossible five years ago, but nonetheless, happened. Bush and Cheney believed America to be invincible with an unlimited supply of money, when no nation in the world enjoys that fictional status. Rather than rely on the hard work of the American people, Bush and Cheney went on a massive crusade of theft, stealing foreign assets, such as oil from the Middle East and lumber from Canada, to name a few.

They allowed their buddies on Wall Street to rob and pillage the assets of the American people, taking their life savings and pensions, then waging cover-ups to conceal the fact, hardworking citizens had lost a fortune to ponzi schemes and other pronounced acts of financial fraud. When a sitting Commander-In-Chief and his cabinet, so disgraces and debases the Office of the Presidency, prison should be a certainty.

However, for a family name built by Preston Bush, George Jr.'s grandfather, on constructing Nazi concentration camps to inexcusably enslave, abuse, torture, experiment on and kill Jews, did this family have much further to fall in world history. Adding more war crimes and atrocities against mankind to their name, should have been expected. There's no way to pretty it up. The Bush family has been a blight on humanity for generations. They had a prominent hand in World War II and brought the world to the brink of collapse in 2008.

How were lawmakers in Arizona able to get this terrible, inhumane piece of legislation off the ground, that violates the U.S. Constitution, which is the law of the land.

They have literally created a police state, where citizens are subject to harassment and spontaneous searches, based on racial profiling that will largely target Hispanics, illegal immigrant or not.

Illegal immigrants in Arizona, are also being thrown in jail for six months, punished for searching for a better life in America, all on the taxpayers' tab.

Items in the Arizona Immigration legislation, resemble Nazi tactics, Hitler utilized on Jewish people. The Justice Department and its enfant terrible, the FBI, are so busy illegally spying on innocent Americans, without cause, this bit of legislative racism was able to get off the ground.

This incident is going to financially damage Arizona two-fold. Not only will it hurt the food and construction industry, among others, in Arizona, which has greatly benefited from the labor of illegal immigrants, the economy shall lose many millions, potentially billions, when they are deported and not spending their paychecks to live in said state anymore.

The U.S. state of California is also threatening a sweeping boycott of Arizona that will greatly damage it, due to the poor choices of the latter's lawmakers, who are in essence, abusing immigrants.

Other business sectors worldwide are threatening to boycott Arizona as well, costing the state billions in cancelled contracts, conventions, product orders and tourist related activity. If the Justice Department had been on the ball regarding this issue, things could not have reached this terrible point.

The officials in Arizona that passed these measures should be voted out and fined for violating the Constitution, as they have brought the world's wrath down on the state, drawing terrible comparisons to Hitler's Nazi regime.

The Racist FBI

Today, the FBI authored and published a long winded, untruthful article on racism, stating there are tools the agency uses to distance themselves from becoming a Nazi police agency, which is quite ironic, as the Judiciary Report is the website consistently referring to FBI Director Mueller as a "Nazi." Hey, speak as you find, is one of the site's mottos.

This site refers to him as a Nazi for the sole reason, he is a treacherous, corrupt animal that has consistently harassed, defamed, retaliated against and violated the human rights of blacks, Hispanics and Muslims, who are also considered people of color. Mueller has shown openly hostility and racism to civilians and FBI agents of color, which is inexcusable.

The FBI's article is a complete sham, as the Bureau has been sued in federal court by numerous litigants, both civilian and federal agents, for brutality, retaliation, assault, aggravated harassment and racist slurs, against minorities and foreigners.

The FBI is a predominantly white organization, with old, outdated attitudes on minorities. The agency has token minorities it hires to fulfill federal race quotas.

The agency is often blamed as a whole for racial misconduct, because FBI headquarters and their subordinate field office "Agents in Charge" allow the corruption and racism to fester, rather than rooting out the bad apples.

However, if they rooted out all the bad apples, they'd have to get rid of the FBI Director. Furthermore, a Nazi isn't going to get rid of the junior Nazis under him.

Handing out a few awards to minority organizations for PR purposes, then in private FBI meetings and locker rooms saying "Nig*er," "Spi*k," "Ki*e" and "Chi*k" "gorilla" and "monkey" to repeat a few slurs I've been credibly informed, some at the agency are quite fond of using, does not make you a beacon for racial equality.

However, harassing, brutalizing and violating the rights of blacks, Muslims and Hispanics, tells the world who you are as an agency. Actions always speak louder than words.

From the time of Martin Luther King Jr., who the FBI destroyed for daring to correctly preach blacks and whites are equal in God's sight, with each passing decade, to the present, the FBI has engaged in abhorrently racist and abusive conduct towards minorities, under the misguided guise of nationalism.

The FBI's conduct invalidates any claim they could hope to make on racial equality. All one has to do is search the court dockets and the Bureau's blatant racism and harassment towards minorities becomes apparent.

Considering America shall have a Hispanic majority soon, the FBI should enjoy the racist conduct while they can.

03/30/10 - Before becoming special agents, students from the FBI Training Academy tour the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. This is the 10th year the FBI has participated in the Law Enforcement and Society program, jointly run by the museum and the Anti-Defamation League.

Every year, the FBI Training Academy graduates about 1,000 new special agents following 20 weeks of intense preparation. In countless tactical and analytical scenarios, the trainees learn how to respond appropriately under the most trying conditions.

But there is also a rigorous moral and ethical component to the training. In a poignant culmination of 21 hours spent defining the line between right and wrong, all new agents are escorted through the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, D.C. to see in horrific detail what can happen when law enforcement loses sight of what is right. The program—called Law Enforcement and Society: Lessons of the Holocaust—is a joint partnership between the Anti-Defamation League and the museum...

In one visit on a recent Friday morning, about 50 agents-to-be filed into the museum. Over the next four hours they toured the exhibits—led in some cases by Holocaust survivors—and discussed what separates them from the law enforcement officers in Germany who were systematically co-opted by the Nazis...

“The purpose of the program is actually not to compare law enforcement in America today to police under the Nazis, but rather to contrast them. The program highlights the importance of law enforcement as protectors of all people and the Constitution to the safeguarding of our democracy.”...

“They did an excellent job of showing how the law enforcement in Nazi society was complicit,” said Lucas, a new special agent, after the program’s conclusion. “It’s important to try to be aware of all the circumstances around you and make sure nothing's crossing the lines, and remember why we’re really here.”

Mistress Of Sandra Bullock's Husband Confirmed White Supremacist

Mainstream press outlets have confirmed that Michelle McGhee, the mistress of actress Sandra Bullock's husband, Jesse James, is a white supremacist.

A photograph of her refrigerator door, reveals the words "White Power" spelled out in letter magnets, as often used by children. McGhee has a young son, who is greeted by the slogan on the family's fridge. Sad.

McGhee is embroiled in a custody battle with her ex-husband. He has labeled her an unfit mother, steeped in pornography and racism, who also struggles with "bipolar" disorder.

Meanwhile, Bullock's husband, is in a battle with his tattooed, porn star second wife, over the custody of their children. How and why Bullock became entangled with someone immersed in so much drama is still a mystery.

Many people don't get it. Bullock is an actress of some reputation, with millions in the bank, after playing roles as America's sweetheart, yet she has married a man that is rebellious, adulterous, litigious and reportedly racist.

But who is the real Sandra Bullock and why was she attracted to this chaos. She married James, becoming his third wife, whilst one of his ex-wives continued to make pornographic products and eventually landed in prison.

But why did Bullock think she could hack such a conflicted and tumultuous situation. Man or woman, there are just some situations one should not get involved in and realize from the outset, said potential relationship can breed trouble and bring you much heartache.

White Supremacist Michelle McGhee is a nude model, who has done photos wearing Nazi hats and armbands and reportedly has a swastika tattooed right above her vagina. She also has the letters "WP" short for "White Power" tattooed on her legs.

Meanwhile, James, who is reportedly also a Hitler fan, looks devastated at his wife leaving and Bullock has fallen off the radar. But as long as McGhee is happy, who cares about James' kids or his marriage to Bullock, right (sarcasm).

McGhee's calculated move to gain money and fame has hurt many people. I hope it was worth it, but let's face it, with the way life works, it won't be when the consequences crop up. You put bad out there and that bad will come back to you. It's time to change your ways and ask God for forgiveness.

FBI Lawsuit Update - Part 3

This a follow up to yesterday's article FBI Lawsuit Update - Part 2. As standard in Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) cases with very incriminating files the FBI/DOJ wishes to hide in violation of FOIA, the FBI/DOJ have been stonewalling me in court, using the same flawed, lawless arguments they've used VERBATIM in other cases, according to Pacer searches, to violate the Freedom of Information Act. So much for government transparency in the Obama Administration.

The following is a link to the case documents, revealing their unlawful argument that the Civil Rights Act and Civil Rights Act of 1964 do not apply to the FBI, DOJ and FBI Director Robert S. Mueller and as such, they do not have to obey said laws, which is a blatant lie.

The fact of the matter is the FBI and DOJ receive “federal financial assistance” and under the Civil Rights Act, they are not allowed to discriminate against anyone.

Robert S. Mueller cowardly invoked the U.S. government's "immunity shield" in the case, as he broke the law at my expense. However, there exists no "immunity shield" granting any member of the U.S. government to break the law.

They are hiding the FOIA files I am entitled to, as the files relating to the Madonna case are really bad and the files regarding Robert S. Mueller violating my Fourth Amendment rights, are incriminating to him.

Therefore, there is a conflict of interest in him not releasing the files, as he broke the law in spying on me and others, in misconduct I outed him for online in a time stamped, copyrighted 2006 article proven true and correct 3 months later via the report of the U.S. government's Inspector General. Mueller and FBI agents were later excoriated for the misconduct in the U.S. Congress in what became a scandal they had to address.

Robert S. Mueller had their legal representation in the case state it is at his discretion whether or not the FBI brings justice in cases. He deliberately ordered FBI agents to drag their feet on the investigation though my life is in danger and instructed them to conceal the Freedom of Information Act files, to allow Madonna and co. to further steal copyrights.

Mueller is also a man that for years deliberately sat on the terrible financial crimes of Bernard Madoff and R. Allen Stanford. This ladies and gentlemen is why the economy collapsed - the man that has been left in charge of law enforcement kisses up to rich criminals, allowing them to steal from hardworking people, as that is crooked Muller's definition of success. To anyone else with any sense, that's a house of cards waiting to collapse...and it did.

Madonna and co. are still criminally stealing from my Copyrighted Catalog. Her ex-husband and father of her child, Guy Ritchie and his alleged film "Sherlock Holmes" is a complete rip off a years old, preexisting copyright from my Copyrighted Catalog.

Guy Ritchie stole the modern remake idea from my copyrights - then stole other years old scenes from my preexisting, Library of Congress registered, Copyrighted Catalog that contains 12,500 songs, 1000 movie scripts, movie treatments and short stories, 15 book manuscripts, 300 music video treatments, 500 photographs, 100 photo treatments, perfume, clothing line, nano-technology, a solar cell phone and thousands of other items.

Guy Ritchie is disgusting - every film he has ever made has a copyright infringement lawsuit against it, as he steals everyone else's property. He's been sued in five unrelated cases by different people for stealing their movie scripts and TV projects.

He recently announced he is starting a record label. Ritchie, who knows nothing about music and is famous for having sex with a crazy pop star, is starting a record label. No doubt, it is to steal.

In all of this, FBI Director Robert S. Mueller reminds me of the lead Nazi the film, The Aryan Couple, criminally taking and redistributing the property of others to fellow Nazis, under a sick, racist premise that whites are superior to others and everyone else is slave labor to exploit.

The only massive problem is, while Mueller unlawfully helps dirty Hollywood stars in lining their pockets via criminally stealing copyrights whose proceeds are meant to go towards cures to AIDS and Cancer, millions of people are dying from the aforementioned diseases. God is not going to bless you all for that. God have mercy on your souls.
