Beware Of Investment Scammers Who Prey On The Public

There are many legitimate investment companies in the world dedicated to growing people's wealth. However, there are some who are individuals secretly operating as thieves, fraudsters and con artists. They sell the public a dream and use their own lives as a so-called example of how you can achieve wealth. They prey on the public's desire for a better life and financial stability. They show off their luxury home, vehicle and designer clothes as proof they are good with money and can be entrusted with yours. However, some are using investor money to pay for the luxury items they flash to the public and are living on maxed out credit cards.

When you invest with a scammer, easy money may roll in at first, but if it is a fraudulent investment scheme, you will get back far less than you put in. Additionally, a situation could arise where prosecutors sue to get back profits you were given that you were not entitled to as the whole thing was a scheme, whether you had knowledge of it or not. Then you will require a lawyer and accrue attorney's fees to get yourself out of the legal mess. Therefore, properly research anyone or company you choose to invest with. Check with regulatory agencies in your nation to ascertain if they are in good standing and lawfully operating. Do internet searches for complaints from consumers. Make sure they have a good reputation before you entrust them with your money.

Be careful investing your money with friends. Some lack the expertise and understanding of the financial markets to truly bring you a good short term and long term return on your investment. If you are going to make a sizeable investment, which is risky, it is better to invest with wealthy companies that have a proven track record (because if they make reckless choices, which is not the norm, you can sue and there would likely be something you can recoup from their assets). However, at the end of the day, when you invest, you must remember, there is no guaranty you will make money and you could lose all the cash you've invested. Choose wisely.

President Obama Slams Kim Kardashian And Kanye West

Uncle Sam...doesn't want Kim and Kanye

President Obama's temper is growing short with his Hollywood Illuminati buddies. First he slammed rapper Jay-Z, over controversially going to Cuba, trying to pin the blame for the scandal it created on him, then making it doubly worse by releasing a disrespectful song called "Open Letter" mentioning the head of state's name in the same sentence with the word "impeached."

Now he's slammed Illuminati members Kanye West and Kim Kardashian as superficial and bad role models for America's youth. President Obama stated, "The American Dream involved some pretty basic stuff: a good job where you felt some security, a good education. ... People felt if they worked hard, they could get there. ... I don't think people went around saying to themselves, 'I need to have a 10,000-square-foot house' ...I think there has also been a shift in culture. We weren't exposed to the things we didn't have in the same way that kids these days are. There was not that window into the lifestyles of the rich and famous. Kids weren't monitoring every day what Kim Kardashian was wearing or where Kanye West was going on vacation and thinking that somehow that was the mark of success."

Neither are examples of success. Kanye West has been sued by so many people, famous, relatively known and unknown, for copyright infringement, over willfully stealing their preexisting copyrighted music he passed off as his own and collected big checks for. His career is based on theft. Copyright infringement is a domestic and international crime.

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian give kids nothing meaningful to aspire to in society

Kim Kardashian has no talent and became famous off the back of a sex tape. Kids and adults for that matter, should not aspire to be like them. Be the next lawyer, doctor, judge, tech giant, inventor. If you are going into entertainment, learn your craft, develop your talent and don't steal from others, as it always catches up to people and when they least expect it.

The government has not done enough to bring about a sense of equity and fairness in society. The mortgage crisis cost millions their homes mostly due to predatory lending and none of the executives responsible for the crisis have done a day in jail, though they broke the law. many of them retired rich. The bad guys won.

Companies based in fraud ripping off the public and smaller companies, made a fortune in doing so and were allowed to keep the proceeds without spending a day in prison. Meanwhile, due to the aforementioned fraud eroding the job market, kids are graduating from top notch schools and can't find employment.

What example is that to set for impressionable people. The message this has sent is hard work is no longer being rewarded and just because you work hard, don't expect to make it or succeed. The order has been reversed and it caused the financial crisis of 2008 that is still wreaking havoc today. Only cream should rise to the top...not the crap.

It's More Than The Money With Madoff's Madness

Bernard Madoff

The case of Bernard Madoff and his appalling ponzi scheme hurt many people on different levels. As U.S. government's trustees begin plans to make financial payouts to the victims, albeit inadequate ones, as much of the money was squandered, one is reminded of the terrible personal and emotional toll the case took on innocent people.

While some feel sympathy for victims in the case, others do not. A few people have stated the victims are rich or greedy and deserved to lose their money to Madoff's mad schemes, but this is not correct. Some of Madoff's victims were charities and middle class folks that were not wealthy.

The Judiciary Report took a good look at the case and is sympathetic to the victims and here's why. For many, it was more than losing their money. It was having to come out of retirement at an old age, after decades of working hard, to take difficult menial jobs that paid very little, simply to put food on their tables. That seems quite unfair.

For others it was the loss of their children's dreams of going to university, which is sad. For some it was the loss of their business and laying off workers, who depended on their salaries to feed their families. For many it became terrible depression, after being wronged and robbed of all they had worked for in life. For others it is feelings of betrayal at being viciously deceived and defrauded by a man they thought was decent.

Society can do without such behavior and it is sad that there are more Madoffs operating in the financial sector, who have not been caught yet. The Madoff case was more than just money. His conduct destroyed dreams and people's peace of mind.

R. Allen Stanford's Guilty Conviction Brings An End To A Terrible Chapter In Banking History

R. Allen Stanford

Financial fraudster R. Allen Stanford, who was arrested and remanded into custody in 2009, over a $7 billion dollar ponzi scheme the FBI knew of for over a decade, but let continue to the detriment of the public, was found guilty on a host of criminal charges, during March 6, 2012 court proceedings.

Stanford's corrupt bank sold the domestic and international public certificates of deposit (CDs) with a high rate of return, not supported by any discernible profits. It was all a ponzi scheme to fleece the public and fund Stanford's very lavish lifestyle that included mansions around the world, wives and mistresses.

Due to the Stanford's ties to President Bush and the $5,000,000 in donations he gave Congress, the FBI, headed up by Robert S. Mueller, covered up his crimes for over a decade, which caused the damages in the case to grow to over $7 billion dollars. This represents the public's money unwittingly invested in Stanford's scam, much of which is forever lost to the ponzi scheme and his extravagant spending.

Stanford's remaining stolen, ill-gotten assets were no where near enough to even approach the amount of money the public lost, to make any type of decent financial restitution to victims (FBI has only found peanuts in missing funds).

Movie Review: Across the Line: The Exodus of Charlie Wright

Title: Across the Line: The Exodus of Charlie Wright

Year Of Release: 2010

Review Date: October 31, 2011

Rating: R

Running time: 110 minutes

Box Office Gross: $227,817, 248

Site Rating: 3 out of 10 stars

Family Warning: contains violence and bad language

A ponzi schemer named Charlie Wright flees to Mexico (why didn't Madoff think of that) with billions of dollars in clients' money (Madoff didn't think of that either) to hide from the law in America, regarding his dirty financial dealings. He goes on a wild goose chase in Tijuana along the way, with the authorities following him seeking to make an arrest.

Wright is an obsessive man, who looks like an alcoholic (hey, who better to manage your money than a drunk, after all, what could go wrong). While the cast of this film was strong, this movie was too dark and sad to be enjoyable, with a resolution that doesn't exactly scream justice. I am not a fan of such films.

An Eye Opening Look At Rick Perry's Controversial Social Security Ponzi Scheme Statements

Rick Perry

Texas Governor and presidential candidate, Rick Perry, upset some when he referred to Social Security as a "ponzi scheme." I’m hoping he is not right in this matter, but here's what is leaving the door open that he very well may be.

A ponzi scheme is condcuted by a fraudster(s) that collected money from investors, on a financial scam they have no intention of making good on, with positive monetary returns, while securing your investment. They keep seeking out new investors, to use their newly collected money, to pay alleged returns to the first set of investors. The pattern keeps repeating itself, until all the principal paid by all the investors has been squandered away, not only on issuing checks for bogus, non-existent returns, but also to pay for unauthorized, frivolous and illegal activity by the fraudster.

In July 2011, when President Obama stated, he could not guarantee that Social Security checks will go out, if the debt ceiling was not raised, it caught my attention. Why would Social Security, an old, allegedly wealthy fund, with trillions of dollars in taxpayer money, be in danger of not being properly distributed, as it has been for years.

Did some unscrupulous person(s) in the government spend most or all of the money in an unauthorized manner and Washington is using borrowed money to send out the checks each month. Why else would the President say something like that.

What oh what could have depleted those funds. Hmm let’s see - two wars in the Middle East could destroy trillions over the course of several years. The movie "The Obama Deception" also points to the fact, in the transitional time period, between former president, George W. Bush, preparing to leave office and President Obama assuming it, trillions in U.S. taxpayer money mysteriously went missing.

Barack Obama

It would be an evil thing if the people’s money in the Social Security fund was no longer there, after millions paid into it in good faith. For years, I’ve heard so many seniors say they have paid into Social Security for decades, which will tie them over in their old age, until they pass.

My mother paid into social security for over 30-years and she is one of many thinking their money is still there. Many seniors in Florida and around the nation will readily admit, they use their monthly Social Security checks to pay for food, utilities and transportation. They are not "bling blinging" with this money, as the modern phrase goes. It is being used on necessities.

For those seniors that lost their homes during the current foreclosure fiasco that gripped the nation, when banks colluded and drastically raised interest rates in a short space of time, thus sending monthly payments through the roof, leaving many unable to pay their adjustable mortgages, their Social Security checks are paying for rent as well.

If the U.S. government messes around and the Social Security fund collapses, millions will go homeless in America, as there are many senior citizens in the nation, many of whom are infirmed, the job market is poor and there exists ageism in it as well creating discrimination issues. The government needs to get its act together, as the welfare of many is at stake.

Supreme Court Throws Out Walmart Sex Bias Lawsuit

As the Judiciary Report expected, the U.S. Supreme Court, has thrown out a sexual discrimination lawsuit against retailer Walmart, brought by its female employees, who are struggling to make the same promotions and pay as male counterparts.

As published here three months ago (Walmart Sex Discrimination Lawsuit At Unsympathetic Supreme Court), the Judiciary Report did not like Justice Scalia’s sarcastic and unsympathetic comments about the case, leading the site to believe, he was going to spearhead the charge to shoot down the legal petition.

This week it was announced, the lawsuit has been thrown out. Scalia is once again, defying the purpose of having checks and balances in a nation, when he sways court cases among the justices and even installed a president, as he did with Bush in 2000 (look it up, he is credited with pushing the other members of the court to rule the presidency belonged to Bush, not Gore).

Once again, the Judiciary Report’s statements regarding the Supreme Court and Federal Courts, routinely siding against everyday people, many of whom have been terribly victimized, in favor of large corporations, has been proven correct.

It’s a pity, because if the Supreme Court and Federal Courts as a whole, had shown some integrity and backbone over the past few years, the 2008 financial crisis would not have unfolded as it did, having been halted in the court system. Instead, what the nation and the world saw, was the aforementioned courts waving through outrageous and egregious conduct by wealthy criminals robbing and defrauding the public.

There is well-documented evidence illustrating that a number of credible cases went through the courts, alleging serious financial misconduct by Wall Street corporations and ponzi schemers, such as Madoff and Stanford, but were corruptly thrown out, in favor of rich criminals that lined their bank accounts, at the expense of the middle class and lower income people.

However, they did this to their own detriment, because when financial calamity strikes a nation, the court system inevitably suffers as well, due to loss revenues and after a while, diminished importance, lighter case loads and layoffs. When people lose faith in the court system, they also turn to alternative legal services to arbitrate their grievances.

Canada's Economy Is Outpacing America

Barack Obama

The Canadian economy has grown almost 4% this quarter, double that of its American counterpart. When one takes into account, America has more workers and companies, the irony of the Canadian economy outstripping the United States, brings home the fact, there is something terrible broken in the latter's system. No disrespect is intended to either nation, but it is cause to examine the underlying factors hampering America's growth.

America has fallen behind due to Washington allowing financial fraudsters to run loose with criminal conduct and overspending on the part of U.S. President Barack Obama, who has employed this as a means of fixing the economy, for the past two and a half years, to no success (Obama Calls For Job Summit). Regrettably, President Obama has dug a deeper financial hole than his predecessor, via his costly political and economic policies.

As illustrated by website articles, for years, the Judiciary Report, has not been one to criticize without providing viable solutions. However, the site's financial advice of cutting the national budget, instituting a small 5% tax increase on the nation's rich and going back to the very basic and real principle of making products for export to boost job creation, which America mastered between the 1950s-1980s, fell on deaf ears in Washington (the U.S. government has consistently been in the site stats for years, as visitors to the Judiciary Report).

Washington looked at this website like I was speaking Chinese, in proposing such things over the past four years, even predicting the financial crisis in advance (How George Bush Destroyed The U.S. Economy), which happened two years later in 2008. This is ironic, because China has effectively managed their national budget and increased exports over the past few years and in doing so, became an economic titan. If Washington continues on the spendthrift path it is currently on, America will continue to experience economic declines and fall down the world ladder.

The U.S. Economy Is Being Called A Big Ponzi Scheme

U.S. President Barack Obama Has Failed To Curb Fraud And Theft In Corporate Sector

Over the past week, both the Al Jeezera news network and convicted fraudster, Bernie Madoff, have called the U.S. economy a "ponzi scheme." That’s a very serious indictment, regarding the state of the nation’s financial affairs.

There is some merit to their statements. For years the Judiciary Report has stated, there are many companies on the stock market in Corporate America that are fraudulent and serving no real function, other than defrauding and gouging people.

They are eating away at the country’s productivity and national output. The SEC and FBI, charged with investigating and weeding out criminals in the marketplace, have become so corrupt, blatantly crooked companies are allowed to remain in the corporate sector, among legitimate corporations. These fraudulent companies that thrive on stealing are wreaking havoc on the economy.

The conflicts of interest present are astounding as well. Last week, U.S. Attorney General, Eric Holder, announced there would be no charges against Angelo Mozilo, the former head of Countrywide, a company that played a significant role in the 2008 Financial Crisis. Mozilo made off with close to $200,000,000 in ill-gotten gains, after helping to destroy the top economy in the world.

A few days ago, it was announced, the top lawyer at the SEC, David M. Becker, was personally profiting from Bernard Madoff’s crimes and has been sued as a result. However, he should be indicted. The Judiciary Report was the first to state after Madoff's arrest, the US government knew of his criminal conduct for some time, but looked the other way. There’s a reason for that - they were getting paid to do so. It's called bribery and "Too big to fail."

America still has a number of real companies churning out successful products in the marketplace, but gone are the days when the nation was number one in this regard, dominating international trade and finance. This is due to the fact, the government has allowed criminals to take root and fester in the corporate sector, who are in essence, stealing a living, not earning one. They are criminally taking from hardworking people, to fund their lavish lifestyles, while deteriorating true wealth via theft.

A new breed of crooks have mixed in with genuine companies on the stock market and in the marketplace, with the motto of "steal, steal, steal!" Some may refer to such criminal conduct as shrewd and clever, but how good can it be in light of the fact it brought down a whole nation and destroyed its once prosperous, top ranked economy. This ought not to have happened, but it did, because the government foolishly allowed it for devious reasons that have not panned out.

Are You Raising A Madoff Or Stanford

Ponzi schemer Bernard Madoff, his brother Peter Madoff and sons Andrew and Mark in 1995

As the New Year begins, after a tumultuous 24 months of ponzi schemers and fraudsters being exposed, with more to come, businesspeople need to take stock and a long look at what has happened to the economy. Ask yourselves, are you raising the next fraudsters. When you teach your kids to be ruthless, heartless and greedy, putting self before all else, what kind of example are you giving them and will it bring them down in the future.

Ponzi schemer R. Allen Stanford

Most families do not start out that way, but wrong turns are made and kids go on to do the unthinkable, damaging many in the process. In an age of greed, it is an easy message to foster, but not the right one. Teach your children the value of hard work, respect, human decency and integrity. Teach them to respect others property and their own and what it takes to lawfully acquire it.

The Government Was Complicit In R. Allen Stanford's Crimes

R. Allen Stanford

The Judiciary Report has been proven right again in another exclusive claim. The Judiciary Report contended on May 2, 2009, that the U.S. government knew of R. Allen Stanford's ponzi scheme years in advance, yet looked the other way to the corruption, knowing it was damaging thousands of innocent people, who lost their life savings (R. Allen Stanford Double Life).

A U.S. State Department cable, leaked THIS WEEK by Wikileaks, reveals the government knew what was going on for YEARS and did nothing to stop it. Under domestic and international law, the U.S. government was bound and obligated to charge, detain and prosecute Stanford, as a citizen of the United States, engaging in criminal breaches of local and foreign law.

R. Allen Stanford after he was beaten in prison and rushed to the hospital

However, due to Stanford's ties to former President, George W. Bush, ensconced in office at the time, the State Department and FBI, who by law should have brought him in, allowed him to reek havoc on the finances of hard working everyday people in America and the Caribbean.

The Judiciary Report was also the first site to state, the FBI and SEC, knew of the egregious crimes of ponzi schemer, Bernard Madoff, but looked the other way to it for years, which compounded the damage (S.E.C. Ignored Warnings About Madoff). Weeks after the Judiciary Report published the aforementioned article (Madoff’s Madness), the site was proven correct, when reports surfaced in the mainstream press, illustrating the fact the federal government had received detailed and credible complaints listing Madoff's crimes, as early as 1998, but looked the other way.

The government did this, as Madoff was deemed too big to fail and too important to go to prison. It wasn't until Santander Bank in Spain informed the ponzi schemer they would be sending a contingent to New York, regarding their investment with his company, that Madoff came clean and concocted a plan to have his sons, via them turning him in as clueless victims, to save themselves from prison.

The U.S. government is also hiding another fact - there is still another Madoff lurking in the corporate sector that they are refusing to bring in, as he is well connected in Washington, due to the money that illegally sprang from his crimes. No one in their right mind would call that success.

The Corporate Sector Destroyed The Middle Class

The Corporate Sector Has Killed The American Dream, Which Is A Shame, Because It Was A Good One

President Barack Obama looking in the mirror

This year a number of mainstream articles have lamented regarding the erosion of the middle class, wondering how it happened, when the answer is right under their noses. The mass corruption and fraud in the corporate sector destroyed the middle class.

Unethical schemes and underhanded tricks have been used to exploit middle class businesspeople in America, destroying and gobbling up their businesses in favor of conglomerates. Faceless, soulless corporations, then buckled and fell under the sheer magnitude of the corruption and crooked business practices.

It is not easy starting and maintaining a business in America anymore. In the 1980s and 1990s it was much easier. There were many rags to riches stories. Now there are too many fees, too few loans and too much corruption one has to wade through, rendering it an unfavorable and unprofitable proposition for many.

I speak from experience. I have been trying to start a new business and you would not believe the hurdles I have experienced... and I didn't even apply for a business loan, which would have complicated it that much more.

In attempting to license the business and lease space, I've had different business people try to hustle me and talk me out of it, providing every negative reason they could think of, as to why I should not start the business, though it is a good, lawful one. Obama wants to know what happened to the middle class and small business sector...there you go!

Former President George W. Bush

I've never seen anything like it in my life. I grew up around so many business owners as a kid and teen, but now it is a different story. To those that make it through the ridiculous obstacle course that has become the corporate sector, there is some unethical corporate giant waiting to illegally profit from and disassemble all you've worked for, while the FBI, FTC, SEC and court system turn a blind eye.

Then, the corporate giants fall (as did Lehman, Countrywide, Washington Mutual, Wachovia, Merrill Lynch, MGM, ect...) leaving the government scratching its head wondering what happened to the economy. Look in the mirror.

The government needs to take a good, hard look at itself, what it has become and what it has allowed to happen to the working class, under the auspices that corporate giants are too big to fail and can do whatever they please, as it has brought America to the brink.

The mortgage lenders conspired and reset the interest rates on millions of mortgages a couple years ago, costing many their homes, the gas companies gouged the populace, usurping billions of dollars during the recent price hike ($3-$5 per gallon), food prices went up, due to added transportation costs (gas again) and ponzi schemers' fraudulent conduct began to unravel, when people started demanding their funds during hard times, not realizing their money was gone. It was the perfect storm, as the phrase goes.

It never used to be this hard to make it in America. Many people used to thrive. So many people that lived financially comfortable lives are now struggling to make ends meet. Now only the very rich are prospering, some through fraud and it is dragging the majority of the nation down.

How can it be good that so many people are suffering, under the aforementioned, illegal redistribution of wealth that transpired at the expense of the fleeced working class. Who will restore the American dream. The government needs to change or the people will change you.

Bernard Madoff Partly Responsible For Son's Death

Bernard Madoff, Ruth Madoff and Mark Madoff

Incarcerated ponzi schemer, Bernard Madoff, is partly responsible for the death of his son, Mark Madoff, who committed suicide last week. He will not be allowed to attend his funeral, due to prison rules. Mark Madoff was broken under a two year torrent of press and public abuse, over his dad's ponzi scheme that unraveled and was the financial ruination of many, leading to the death of an investor, who committed suicide.

Mark Madoff was used to being treated like a king, with people fawning over them, due to his dad's alleged financial acumen and brilliance, making him the talk of the investment world, but it was all a sham. Mark Madoff could not come to grips with the ensuing fall that made them one of the most hated families in America.

The entire Madoff family denied culpability in their patriarch's schemes, but the Judiciary Report is of the belief they knew what was going on and did very little to restore what they stole from defrauded investors. Case in point, the Madoffs continue to live lavishly and so do the women that married into their families, clinging to investors' money they have siphoned off into private accounts.

Mark Madoff's wife changed her married name and that of their children to "Morgan." Andrew Madoff's wife divorced him the day the scandal broke. She left him, taking $14,000,000 in stolen investor money and continues to live lavishly off the family's sins, while investors suffer.

The Judiciary Report is not a money loving website, but the Madoff case goes beyond wealth. It represents charities helping the community being forced to shutter. It represents kids college tuitions being wiped out. It represents businesses employing hard working people collapsing in bankruptcy, adding to the unemployment crisis.

It represents tired and infirmed elderly investors in their 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s, who should be retired after many years of hard work, having to rejoin the workforce, taking whatever employment they can find, in places such as supermarkets, for paychecks a little above minimum wage, after losing all their money to Madoff. It is completely unjust.

Mark Madoff was said to be in the dark regarding his dad's ponzi scheme, working on the trading desk of the company, but a report released this year revealed, no trades were made. Therefore, how could he not have known something was amiss and the funds his family had been living lavishly on, was apart of an illegal, fraudulent scheme.

The entire Madoff family, heirs and in-laws, must be made to return every single penny of the stolen money and face financial fines. This was not a family born into money. All the funds they are living on stem directly from a criminal ponzi scheme that destroyed many lives.

Many charities, companies and families lost everything. Restitution needs to be made, as much as possible, in light of the fact the SEC and FBI failed miserably, allowing the criminal scheme to run on for over a decade after they were first apprized of its criminal existence. Bribes were issued and taken, people looked the other way and it allowed the ponzi scheme to grow to unprecedented heights, usurping greater funds.

Madoff taught his family greed was the way to prosperity and in the end, it claimed the life of his son, Mark, at the age of 46. Mark Madoff, with $66,000,000 in ponzi scheme money in the bank, committed suicide, under the weight of guilt and shame, using a dog's leash to hang himself in his plush $6,000,000 apartment.

Money is not everything in life and no amount of cash can restore a life lost. Suicide is not the answer and neither is greed. Both have killed many. It is better to be poor and honest, than rich and wicked, as there is no peace or rest for the latter when avarice takes its toll.

"The love of money is the root of all evil" as the Bible states. This case proves it. Bernard Madoff made a deal with the devil for money and destroyed many in the process, only for it to end very badly for him as well.

The American Way Of Life Is Changing

Barack Obama

Due to the financial depression created by former President, George W. Bush, which exploded in 2008 and has been propagated by incumbent, current Commander-in-Chief, Barack Obama, the American way of life is changing and not for the better.

Historic, storied American businesses, many of which had an international arm, have collapsed. America's international credit rating has been greatly damaged, with investors rethinking investments in the country, due to various ponzi schemes and financial fraud scams that defrauded many people.

George W. Bush

Many nations and financial organizations are calling for the abandonment of the U.S. dollar as the international currency of the world, due to the massive, ongoing financial crisis in America, which has led to the collapse of hundreds of banks. Million of homes have been placed in foreclosure, at a rate never seen before in the country. A record number of Americans are also on food stamps.

Urban decay is prompting the bulldozing of abandoned and foreclosed structures in America, some of them historic. The U.S. Post Office, a symbol of Americana, is so in the red, they’ve had to remove mail boxes from streets all over the nation, due to pick up costs. America has been turned upside down, with a number of negative changes the government has failed to fix.

FBI Swindled By Ponzi Schemer

FBI Director Robert S. Mueller

The FBI, among others, were swindled by ponzi schemer, Kenneth Wayne McLeod, to the tune of $43,000,0000. FBI Director Robert S. Mueller, who is also dishonest with money, is even a friend of McLeod, who used his name to attract business.

Clearly, someone didn't do due diligence, regarding McLeod, which is very ironic considering the FBI's ability to investigate individuals and businesses. It stands to reason, if the FBI can't stop themselves from being swindled by a ponzi schemer, as they are so negligent and careless, how can they possibly protect the nation's financial interests in this realm.

The Bush Name A Byword In World History

George Bush Jr. (left) and George Bush Sr. (right)

The Presidency of George W. Bush has destroyed the family's name and legacy. Former President, George Bush Sr., is said to be very angry at this historical development, blaming former Vice President, Dick Cheney, who he installed to keep an eye on junior, who has the mental capacity of a grapefruit (for further reference, see : George W. Bush's misunderestimate-gate"). Cheney instead engaged in widespread misconduct, which Bush Jr. gladly followed...right into catastrophe.

George W. Bush

Bush and Cheney commenced the war in Afghanistan in 2001, which has killed way more civilians, including children, than terrorists. Not content with the bloodshed, in 2003 they initiated the war in Iraq. At home, they looked the other way to widespread corruption in the corporate sector, being committed by colleagues and cronies, such as Enron, WorldCom and Halliburton, to name a few, which culminated into the financial crisis of 2008, causing permanent damage to the United States.

Dick Cheney

America has hit so many profound lows, many thought impossible five years ago, but nonetheless, happened. Bush and Cheney believed America to be invincible with an unlimited supply of money, when no nation in the world enjoys that fictional status. Rather than rely on the hard work of the American people, Bush and Cheney went on a massive crusade of theft, stealing foreign assets, such as oil from the Middle East and lumber from Canada, to name a few.

They allowed their buddies on Wall Street to rob and pillage the assets of the American people, taking their life savings and pensions, then waging cover-ups to conceal the fact, hardworking citizens had lost a fortune to ponzi schemes and other pronounced acts of financial fraud. When a sitting Commander-In-Chief and his cabinet, so disgraces and debases the Office of the Presidency, prison should be a certainty.

However, for a family name built by Preston Bush, George Jr.'s grandfather, on constructing Nazi concentration camps to inexcusably enslave, abuse, torture, experiment on and kill Jews, did this family have much further to fall in world history. Adding more war crimes and atrocities against mankind to their name, should have been expected. There's no way to pretty it up. The Bush family has been a blight on humanity for generations. They had a prominent hand in World War II and brought the world to the brink of collapse in 2008.
