Melania Trump Plagiarized Michelle Obama Who Plagiarized Saul Alinsky (Video)

Melania Trump, the wife of U.S. presidential candidate, Donald Trump, is in hot water for plagiarizing the 2008 speech of then First Lady in waiting, Michelle Obama. There are similarities between Trump's speech last night at the Republican National Convention and Obama's words from the Democratic National Convention 8-years priors. Ironically, Michelle Obama's speech plagiarized the works of Saul Alinsky.

The individuals that wrote Melania Trump's speech did her a great disservice. This was her debut on the political stage. It was not the time to steal from others. Actually, it's never the right time to steal from others, as it is morally wrong. Trump is a university educated woman who speaks five languages. She's no fool. Next time she should rely on her own words.

Barack Obama's acts of plagiarism

The irony is, Michelle Obama has plagiarized other people's speeches and online copyrighted articles for her own public use. Her husband, president Barack Obama, has repeatedly plagiarized speeches and copyrighted articles online for his own use, which is also dishonest. Previously, the Judiciary Report broke the story regarding Obama spying on journalists and bloggers, which was later confirmed by news developments (New Scandal Erupts Regarding The FBI And Justice Department Monitoring Calls Of AP Reporters Confirming Previous Site Claims).

Obama has taken his plagiarism to new heights, in having resentful, disgruntled FBI agents spy on scientists, doctors, scholars, journalists and bloggers, then relay private, hacked emails, computer documents and transcripts of their illegally recorded calls to him, which he then uses in his speeches and political policies, without permission or credit. Obama is unlawfully mining innocent people's emails, computers, calls for his personal use, which is dishonest, highly unethical and criminal.

Donald Trump and Melania Trump

Both Obamas have plagiarized this time stamped, copyrighted website on noted occasions and that of many of my blogging peers, who have publicly complained of the president lifting items from their work without attribution. Presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton, has also been plagiarizing people's work left, right and center for her speeches. Not to mention, it looked crazy the way Clinton kept mimicking the words and actions of former rival Bernie Sanders. Anyone of sound mind who is incapable of independent, original thought is a poor leader.

The grand issue with such behavior is this tells the public you are incapable of thinking for yourself and thereby unqualified. It also sets a terrible example for the nation, promoting a culture of theft and dishonesty from the government stage. Anyone who wishes to reason this poor, dishonest conduct away, do remember universities kick people out for plagiarism.

Michelle Obama Copied Alinsky in Speech Melania Trump Allegedly Plagiarized

19 Jul 2016 - Melania Trump, wife of imminent Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump and potential First Lady, faces accusations of plagiarism after several passages in her speech to the Republican National Convention in Cleveland appeared to echo lines from Michelle Obama’s speech to the Democratic National Convention (DNC) in Denver. Trump’s wife joins Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama and Joe Biden as accused plagiarists. Even Michelle Obama was accused of plagiarizing part of her own 2008 DNC speech.

Barack Obama: “Don’t tell me words don’t matter.” As then-Sen. Barack Obama (D-IL) surpassed Hillary Clinton in the Democratic primary, largely on the strength of his oratory, Clinton said that Obama’s record was “just words.” Obama responded in a speech whose refrain was lifted from then-Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick. The Obama campaign did not even bother to refute the claim. Instead, it circulated examples of lines that it said Clinton herself had borrowed from Obama. The left media defended Obama, saying that he had not committed plagiarism, but merely, at worst, “poor footnoting.”

Hillary Clinton: “No bank can be too big to fail, no executive too powerful to jail.” After the Obama campaign accused Clinton of stealing lines in 2008 — a claim supplemented by The New Republic, which accused her of stealing lines from then-Sen. John Edwards (D-NC) — she ought to have learned her lesson. But in 2016, she stole lines from Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), who responded by telling NBC News’ Meet the Press, jokingly: “We’re looking into the copyright issues here.” Clinton was accused of lifting other lines, too — and Sanders supporters responded on Twitter with the wry hashtag: #StealtheBern.

Joe Biden: “My ancestors who worked in the coal mines…”. Biden was found to have borrowed heavily from the oratory — and the biography — of British Labour Party leader Neal Kinnock, without attribution. In addition, it was discovered he had committed plagiarism while in law school. The scandal helped bring down Biden’s presidential campaign in 1988 — though Biden’s angry outburst at a reporter — “I think I probably have a much higher IQ than you do, I suspect” — didn’t help, either.

Michelle Obama: “…the world as it should be.” In 2008, the aspiring First Lady was accused by bloggers of lifting lines for her DNC speech from Saul Alinsky. Alinsky wrote, in Rules for Radicals (emphasis added): “The standards of judgment must be rooted in the whys and wherefores of life as it is lived, the world as it is, not our wished-for fantasy of the world as it should be.” Michelle Obama said: “And Barack stood up that day, and he spoke words that have stayed with me ever since. He talked about ‘the world as it is‘ and ‘the world as it should be.'” (Perhaps Mr. Obama who left out the attribution.)...

FLASHBACK: Obama Was Busted Plagiarizing Governor Deval Patrick In 2008

Posted Tuesday, July 19th 2016 - The mainstream media is up in arms about similarities between passages found in the speech delivered by Melania Trump during Monday's Republican National Convention and a few lines from the 2008 Democratic Convention speech delivered by Michelle Obama. However, it wasn't too long ago that the media turned a blind eye when President Barack Obama was busted plagiarizing some of the most memorable lines from his speeches.

In 2008, then-candidate Obama was found to have plagiarized the speeches of former Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick on a number of occasions. "I am not asking anyone to take a chance on me, I'm asking you to take a chance on your own aspirations," Patrick said in a speech delivered in June of 2006. Obama repeated the line verbatim in a speech in South Carolina in November of 2007. In addition, Obama's famous refrain of "just words" in a 2008 speech was lifted directly from a speech Governor Patrick delivered in October of 2006.

When the Clinton campaign cried foul, The New York Times reported:  With the next round of voters set to weigh in on the Democratic presidential race, Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton’s campaign on Monday accused Senator Barack Obama of committing plagiarism in a weekend speech. Mr. Obama dismissed the charge as absurd and desperate.

Mr. Obama told reporters he should have credited Gov. Deval Patrick of Massachusetts, a friend, for a passage in a speech he delivered on Saturday in Milwaukee. But Mr. Obama said his rival was "carrying it too far." While the Obama campaign might have been dismissive of the charges, the video evidence made it absolutely clear that the then-Illinois Senator did indeed lift passages directly from Governor Patrick. Take a look for yourself:

FLASHBACK: Obama plagiarized — George W. Bush!

July 19, 2016 - As the media whips up controversy over Melania Trump’s speech to the Republican National Convention on Monday, they likely won’t remind voters about the times President Obama was accused of lifting words from others. For George W. Bush speechwriter Marc Thiessen accused Obama of plagiarizing portions of President Bush’s 2007 State of the Union address.

Talking to Megyn Kelly about Obama’s 2014 State of the Union speech, Thiessen said, “It was eerily familiar. There were lines like ‘Our job is to help Americans build a future of hope and opportunity, a future of hope and opportunity begins with a growing economy, a future of hope and opportunity requires that all citizens have affordable and available healthcare, extending opportunity and hope depends on a stable supply of energy,’ all of that came from the 2007 State of the Union from George W. Bush.”  He added, “Barack Obama has gone from blaming George W. Bush to plagiarizing George W. Bush.”...

President Obama Speaks To Large Crowd On The 50th Anniversary Of The March On Washington (Video)

U.S. President Barack Obama gave a speech today at the National Mall, addressing the crowds who gathered in the nation’s capital, Washington, DC, to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the historic, ground breaking March on Washington. The turnout was great.

50-years ago today the late, great civil rights leader, the Reverend Martin Luther King Jr., gave his rousing "I Have A Dream" speech which changed the course of life in America for the better. President Obama stated of Dr. King, "His words belong to the ages, possessing a power and prophecy unmatched in our time."

Michelle Obama Gets PMS And Slams Heckler At An Event For Interrupting Her Speech (Video)

U.S. First Lady, Michelle Obama, wife of President Barack Obama, had a bad case of PMS and slammed a heckler, Ellen Sturtz, who interrupted her speech in Washington. Mrs. Obama went Chicago on Sturtz for interrupting her speech, after the activist began yelling that she is a, "Lesbian looking for federal equality before I die."

Barack Obama to Michelle Obama: I don't know who told that lady to say anything!
Mrs. Obama stepped down from the podium and stood right in front of Sturtz and stated, "Wait, wait, wait! One of the things I don't do well is this. Do you understand. Listen to me or you can take the mic, but I'm leaving. You all decide. You have one choice." Oh snap!

Ellen Sturtz

Sturtz was stunned and stated, "She came right down in my face. I was taken aback." You were yelling and interrupting someone's speech and you are the one taken aback? Seriously? No one wants to have their speech interrupted, especially in that manner. Apparently the crowd agreed telling Sturtz, "You have to go!"

President Obama Calls Attorney General Kamala Harris Hot And Gets Into Trouble For It

President Barack Obama

U.S. President Barack Obama is in a bit of a pickle tonight. He complimented the pretty Attorney General of the State of California, Kamala Harris and feminists online pounced on him for it. The two have something in common. Harris is mixed race like Obama. Harris' father is a black Jamaican and her mother is from India.

Kamala Harris, Barack Obama and Michelle Obama

Obama stated of the exotic Harris, "You have to be careful to, first of all, say she is brilliant and she is dedicated and she is tough, and she is exactly what you’d want in anybody who is administering the law, and making sure that everybody is getting a fair shake. She also happens to be by far the best-looking attorney general in the country — Kamala Harris is here."

Kamala Harris

Yea, maybe he should have kept that last line in his head. As stated previously, I'm not a feminist and I do like to compliment the opposite sex, but if the person is married, that should be avoided (in this case Obama is married and Harris is single). You don't want it to be taken the wrong way, when you are simply trying to say something positive about another person. It could be misconstrued.

Obama was right about Kamala Harris

April 4, 2013 at 5:42 pm - ...Judging by some of the comments I’ve seen on Twitter you’d swear the president was guilty of luridly cat-calling a woman he doesn’t know. If I thought for one moment that’s what was going on, you better believe I’d hammer him for it. But that’s not the case here. Far from it. So lighten up, people.

Obama's Harris 'compliment' backfires

4/4/13 8:37 PM EDT - Ohio’s Mike DeWine, Alabama’s Luther Strange and Georgia’s Sam Olens, eat your hearts out: President Barack Obama thinks California’s Kamala Harris is the belle of the ball among the nation’s top government lawyers.

"She’s brilliant and she’s dedicated, she’s tough … She also happens to be, by far, the best looking attorney general," Obama said at a Democratic National Committee luncheon in Atherton, Calif., Thursday. "It’s true! C’mon." Obama’s remark set the chattering class atwitter.

Certainly, Obama meant no insult, but in singling out Harris for her looks, Obama joins a long list of public figures who just can’t seem to let an attractive woman’s looks go without comment...

President Obama Booed In Miami After Making A Chicago Bulls Comment

U.S. President Barack Obama made a stop in Miami, Florida today and during a televised speech, brought up his favorite NBA basketball team, the Chicago Bulls, who recently beat the Miami Heat in a questionable victory. Obama stated, "I’ve got to get into a sticky subject right off the bat, I know you guys aren’t happy with my Chicago Bulls (booing erupts)...But I just want you to know that the Heat are going to be just fine. They’re going to be O.K.. They are playing basketball the right way."

I don't know who told him to say that (LOL). Immediately everyone started to boo the president. It's not that Miami fans are angry the Heat lost the game, thus ending their great 27 game winning streak. Heat fans would have preferred the loss, if it had to come, happen fairly. The loss arrived at the hands of referees making brazenly bad calls in allowing the opposing team to physically tackle and hit the Heat, which is impermissible court conduct, in repeatedly wrenching the ball from them with no penalty. The Heat lost so many points in this manner and it was out of their control.

Barack Obama in Miami

If the Heat broke the rules like the Bulls did this week, they would have won, albeit the wrong way. There's nothing wrong with aggressive play, but seeing people physically tackled to the floor NFL style, on a basketball court without penalty was disconcerting. My favorite Twitter comment about the game stated, "The refs ended the Miami Heat's winning streak." Indeed.

U.S. President Barack Obama's State Of The Union Address Is Back On His Message Of Hope

Vice President Joe Biden, President Barack Obama and House Speaker John Boehner

U.S. President Barack Obama's State of The Union address last night contained many claims and promises, but will he be able to make good on them in the current financial climate gripping America. Obama offered examples of what he deems his successes with the U.S. economy.

However, one cannot deny the fact, the financial climate in America is still very bad, as cost of living continues to surge and income and job availability decreases. This is a dangerous combo. At the heart of the matter is a badly damaged economy that spans two presidents. Both went about correcting the damage in different ways, but neither has solved the problem, leaving America in a quagmire.

Joe Biden Criticized Over His Laughter During A Cancer Sufferer's Speech About Surviving The Disease

Vice President Joe Biden's case of the giggles happened again, after his unusual bouts of laugher during the vice presidential debate against Paul Ryan. During a speech by a brave cancer survivor, Biden began talking and laughing in the background, causing the audience to be distracted and react. This lead to the cancer survivor stating, "What's he doing back there." Oh Joe.

4:49 PM 10/19/2012 - During the VP debate, we all saw how much fun Joe Biden had when Paul Ryan said such silly things as “Iran is trying to build nukes” and “Obama isn’t a very good president.” He had himself a grand old time. And now we see him pulling the same shenanigans on one of his own supporters...“What’s he doing back there?” He doesn’t know. Fortunately for Biden, he’s not a Republican and therefore this doesn’t matter. Move it along, people.

Michelle Obama Says President Barack Obama 'Didn't Point Fingers' Regarding The Bad Economy

Michelle Obama (Photo Credit: AP)

On Tuesday, October 17. 2012, the Judiciary Report wrote that both presidential candidates, Barack Obama and Mitt Romney, engaged in finger pointing during the second presidential debate. Later that day, First Lady Michelle Obama stated her husband President Barack Obama, "Didn't point fingers."

Michelle Obama and Barack Obama

That is incorrect. He did point fingers during the debate and from the time he took office in 2009. Obama blamed his predecessor George W. Bush, whose conduct did start the financial crisis and Republicans in Congress for the dire state of the nation's financial affairs, when Democrats played a role as well.

Michelle Obama and Barack Obama

Obama conveniently neglected to mention, he made things exponentially worse by spending $5 trillion dollars in office, more than any other president in history, tossing large sums of taxpayer stimulus money to undeserving corporations and executives that misappropriated funds, while others had such a poor business model they went bankrupt.

Michelle Obama

It was a big cash grab that greatly rewarded Obama's rich campaign donors at the expense of the American people and nation's financial health. So to summarize, yes, the president did point fingers as well. Politicians from both sides of the aisles sometimes do. At times it is necessary to clear one's name, but sometimes it is to deflect blame for failures and wrongdoing.

First lady: President 'didn't point fingers, didn't place blame'

By Justin Sink - 10/18/12 07:26 AM ET - First lady Michelle Obama said Wednesday that President Obama did not look to blame others for the challenges he faced as president, an apparent rebuke of Republican accusations that the White House continues to point the finger at President George W. President Barack Obama’s State Of The Union Address Was More Of The Same

Time Is Running Out

The First Family

President Barack Obama’s state of the union speech last night was sadly more of the same unfulfilled promises, rehashed in a live format. This is a make or break year for President Obama and he is promising the nation the world, but has not delivered for the past 3-years. The economy is in a bad way and Obama has shot down many projects that would create jobs and revenue.

Are Obama's Speeches Getting Through To The Public

...After 2 Years And 9 Months Of Economic Chaos And Falling Numbers

Left to right: Vice President Joe Biden, House Speaker John Boehner and President Barack Obama, who is not looking very happy

Are U.S. President Barack Obama's speeches getting through to the populace and is he giving too many of them, too often, to no effect. Last night, the President gave a televised speech on the terrible unemployment crisis in America, stating he is seeking the passage of another legislative bill, with a hefty price tag of $450 billion dollars, to create new jobs.

The proposed bill will use taxpayer money to kick start the economy and Obama is already blaming the Republicans if it doesn't pass Congress, when he's already been given several hundred billion dollars to accomplish said goal, once again, to no effect.

We've heard all this before from Obama...repeatedly. It is more of the same. Yet, none of the spending is working, because the Obama Administration's fiscal plans lack economic discipline, controls and proper taxes, particularly on the rich. It is and will be money going down the drain on corporate hoarders, who have exhibited a great disdain for the middle class and poor.

Governor Rick Perry Leading In American Presidential Polls

Beating Both Democrats And Republicans

Barack Obama

Texas Governor, Rick Perry, is leading in U.S. Presidential polls, outstripping fellow Republicans and rival Democrats. The conservative Christian, leapt into the lead over the past few weeks, after making bold speeches, denouncing the manner in which U.S. President, Barack Obama, is handling the economic crisis, which has worsened.

Rick Perry

It has clearly won Perry a number of supporters, who are getting behind his bid for the U.S. presidency. In the face of all the political changes transpiring in Washington, President Obama and his cabinet, are mulling new stimulus bills, which don't work and prepping Congress for the next increase in the debt ceiling. President Obama's poll numbers continue to plummet.

Obama To Address America Regarding Illegal War In Libya

President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama

U.S. President, Barack Obama, is to address America on Monday, March 28, 2011, regarding the illegal war he has initiated in Libya, whilst attempting to unlawfully oust President, Muammar Gadhafi. Obama has committed significant U.S. resources to the war, at an astonishing cost of $500,000,000 per week, out of American taxpayer money. Gallup polls indicate, Americans are not in favor of the invasion of Libya.

Muammar Gadhafi

President Obama is attempting to remove Gadhafi, in a move Al Qaeda is praising in the press, which makes you wonder who is going to set up shop in Libya next. Dictator and lover of luxury, Gadhafi, previously referred to Obama as a "son" but the President has betrayed him in deeds that may haunt Libya, as what they end up with maybe worse than what they had. And make no mistake, Al Qaeda is waiting in the wings to takeover.

Obama Slams Bill O'Reilly

Barack Obama

U.S. President, Barack Obama, has slammed Fox News political pundit, Bill O'Reilly, for talking trash about his mama. As mentioned on the site earlier in the week, O'Reilly said of the President's late mom, Ann Dunham, "Obama's crazy mom took him to Kenya." He also called her "eccentric."

Bill O'Reilly

Shortly after, El Presidente, Obama snuck a snide jab into a speech and stated of O'Reilly, "I love the press. I even sat for an interview with Bill O'Reilly right before the Super Bowl. That was a change of pace. ... I don't often get a chance to be in a room with an ego that's bigger than mine." Over to you Bill.

Report: Obama's State Of The Union Speech Riddled With Plagiarism

Barack Obama

U.S. President Barack Obama gave his State of the Union speech yesterday, to much criticism. Many provided fact checking features on their websites, which outed the President in untruths and broken promises.

However, his speech, which centered on American innovation, is being slammed as riddled with plagiarism. It is being said Obama stole chunks of preexisting speeches and letters by other politicians, such as Franklin Roosevelt, Robert Kennedy, Woodrow Wilson, Margaret Thatcher and Mario Cuomo.

Obama's State of the Union Was Tantamount to Plagiarism

Posted: January 26, 2011 - If imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, what can be said of plagiarism? President Obama’s second State of the Union address contained enough recycled ideas and lines lifted from speeches of others to make historians wince. I suppose this is what one does when one not only has nothing new to say, but is required by custom and Constitution to come forth with a report of some kind by a certain time and day.

Had Obama or his writers been considerate enough to have informed listeners of where some of the president’s best lines and offered-up ideas originated, the speech might be remembered for its cutting and pasting of great and not-so-great moments of the past performance of others. After quoting Robert Kennedy early on, Obama tried to have his listeners believe that everything else he said that we might remember were his or his writers’ creations...

Obama Gets The Book Thrown At Him

Barack Obama smiles at crowd, as book sails past his head and teapot handle ears.

You know the phrase "Throw the book at" someone, as in reading someone the riot act or being very merciless in court with a litigant. Well, someone threw the book at U.S. President Barack Obama...literally.

The embattled president, facing a tough mid-term election on November 2, 2010, was giving a speech in Philadelphia, when a book was thrown at his head. But wait, it's not over. A man also ran naked through the crowd, flashing Obama as well. What exactly is going on in Philadelphia? Whatever happened to making cream cheese. It must be something in the water.

Obama: They Are Talking About Me Like A Dog

During a speech today in Milwaukee, U.S. President, Barack Obama, commented on his many critics that are, as he so ineloquently put it, "Talking about me like a dog." Once again, as stated last week, the pressure of being President of the United States, has clearly become too much for Obama, as he is focusing on the wrong things.

Barack Obama

Obama now speaks more of his critics, than the task at hand, his job as President, as it relates to the economy, national security and ongoing wars in the Middle East. Constantly being easily distracted by criticism, much of it deserved, is putting ego first and job second.

Obama's 2009 Thanksgiving Speech

From my November 26, 2009 Judiciary Report article:

Baby to cameraman regarding Obama: is that who I think it is?

U.S. President Barack Obama has released a 2009 Thanksgiving message to the nation:

What began as a harvest celebration between European settlers and indigenous communities nearly four centuries ago has become our cherished tradition of Thanksgiving. This day's roots are intertwined with those of our nation, and its history traces the American narrative.

Today, we recall President George Washington, who proclaimed our first national day of public thanksgiving to be observed "by acknowledging with grateful hearts the many and signal favors of Almighty God," and President Abraham Lincoln, who established our annual Thanksgiving Day to help mend a fractured nation in the midst of civil war. We also recognize the contributions of Native Americans, who helped the early colonists survive their first harsh winter and continue to strengthen our nation. From our earliest days of independence, and in times of tragedy and triumph, Americans have come together to celebrate Thanksgiving.

As Americans, we hail from every part of the world. While we observe traditions from every culture, Thanksgiving Day is a unique national tradition we all share. Its spirit binds us together as one people, each of us thankful for our common blessings.

As we gather once again among loved ones, let us also reach out to our neighbors and fellow citizens in need of a helping hand. This is a time for us to renew our bonds with one another, and we can fulfill that commitment by serving our communities and our nation throughout the year. In doing so, we pay tribute to our country's men and women in uniform who set an example of service that inspires us all. Let us be guided by the legacy of those who have fought for the freedoms for which we give thanks, and be worthy heirs to the noble tradition of goodwill shown on this day.

Now, therefore, I, Barack Obama, president of the United States of America, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, do hereby proclaim Thursday, Nov. 26, 2009, as a National Day of Thanksgiving. I encourage all the people of the United States to come together, whether in our homes, places of worship, community centers, or any place where family, friends and neighbors may gather, with gratitude for all we have received in the past year, to express appreciation to those whose lives enrich our own and to share our bounty with others.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand this 20th day of November, in the year of our Lord 2009, and of the independence of the United States of America the 234th (year).
