'Empire' Ratings Decline Again For A Total Of 8 Million Viewers Lost Since The Filing Of Lawsuit

The copyright infringing Fox show "Empire" lost another 300,000 viewers this week. However, the next morning, Rupert Murdoch had the ratings numbers adjusted to add 400,000 viewers that were not there after the show aired on the day it was broadcast. This brings the total numbers of viewers lost to 8,000,000 since I went public with my lawsuit. 

Falsely adding non-existent viewers to failing or plummeting television or radio shows to keep or gain advertising dollars is a scam Hollywood uses that is wholly illegal. The initial report on "Empire" read, "Per Nielsen Metered Market Data, Wednesday’s episode drew an 8.2 overnight household rating. While down from the previous week’s 8.5, the number still ranked as broadcast television’s best Wednesday night." Then the next day, Murdoch fraudulently had 400,000 non-existent viewers falsely added to the ratings for "Empire" due to the industry scandal on the show's massive decline and angry advertisers taking their money elsewhere.

Hollywood simply is not thinking any more. Gone are the times when people actually came up with original items in Hollywood. The financially declining Hollywood industry is now under the control of incompetent, idiotic, ignorant thieves stealing everything in sight. Hollywood lost its edge and sees criminal copyright infringement and copyright infringement as the answer to its problem. However, if they'd hire people with talent, instead of deranged, depraved thieves in Hollywood cults such as Kabbalah and Scientology, these things wouldn't be happening.

Ratings: FOX’s “Empire” Rises, Repeats as Wednesday’s #1 Show (Updated)

Oct 2015 -For the first time this season, FOX's "Empire" enjoyed a week-to-week gain in adults 18-49. It easily ranked as Wednesday's #1 broadcast show. Final Ratings Update: Final broadcast data confirms that Wednesday’s “Empire” indeed posted week-over-week gains in adults 18-49 and total viewership. It was the first of the five second season episodes to rise in either column.

Wednesday’s episode drew a 4.8 adults 18-49 rating with 12.281 million viewers. The numbers narrowly top the 4.7 and 12.223 million marks posted by last week’s broadcast. “Empire,” predictably, ranked as television’s top-rated and most-watched Wednesday show. Its closest adults 18-49 competition came from ABC’s “Modern Family” (2.7). Its closest viewership competition came from CBS’ “Survivor” (9.103 million).

— FOX led into “Empire” with “Rosewood.” The show, which recently received a full season order, posted a 1.6 rating with 5.266 million viewers. Last week’s episode drew a 1.4 with 5.029 million...

The copyright infringing show "Empire" mentioned in my lawsuit Aisha v. Madonna/Kabbalah Center, as being criminally stolen from my vast, PREEXISTING copyrighted catalog, has experienced a massive ratings decline since the site went public with the case. The show has lost 4,000,000 viewers (17.6 million  to 13.7 million viewers).

The "Empire" copyright was illegally sold to Rupert Murdoch's Fox (and criminally credited to that vile, insidious man Lee Daniels), a man whose company I reported to the Metropolitan Police, in what turned into the phone hacking scandal and many arrests. Murdoch has been knowingly buying stolen goods from Madonna, who illegally gained access to my copyrighted catalog via hacking and bribing workers at the copyright office (a fact the sick Kabbalah Center cult had a songwriter throw in my face over the telephone in an unwanted call).

I have no sympathy for them regarding the massive ratings decline and advertisers complaining. What kind of scumbucket trash steals things then sells said things she doesn't own. What kind of loser does something like that.

Hollywood is an industry of thieves run by criminals with ties to organized crime, such as the Italian-American mafia, whom Madonna has laundered money for in financial transactions with mafiosos. Madonna is nothing but an untalented, scumbucket thief and criminal, who should not be famous or free to roam the public, as everything she has ever put out is stolen from many writers, songwriters, producers, artists, photographers and directors. 

Recently, Madonna sent someone to threaten me over my forthcoming pharmaceutical patents to help cancer and AIDS patients. Madonna and company are threatening to destroy the company saying, "You're not going to make any money from them." Imagine that. I work on my patents day and night to help sick people and all that foul, vile demon Madonna can think about is money it will make and not the true goal of the patents which is saving lives. What an evil, ugly human being.

To Snitch Or Not To Snitch

There is an pervasive attitude in rap culture that arrogantly chastises people for "snitching" and it is nothing short of ignorance. At the end of the day, some rappers are violent criminals, who have not forsaken the life of crime they knew before they became famous. Therefore, it is easy for them to spout this illegality and gibberish to the impressionable public, leading others astray.

I for one believe that people should speak up (I spoke out publicly and to police, but you can do so to the authorities anonymously). I have filed police reports in Hollywood related matters, where I was targeted by criminals in the industry and it lead to arrests. Am I sorry? Absolutely not.

In one case, I gave my personal account to the FBI of crimes targeting me (and others) by Colombo mafia member, Anthony Pellicano, who engaged in these crimes on behalf of singer Madonna, who hired him. It took a great deal of courage to do so, as Pellicano is a violent criminal (but I was enraged and extremely offended at what she hired him to do regarding me and didn't give a rat's behind who he or she think they are).

Pellicano was arrested months later and sentenced to 15-years in prison. This is a man that would threaten men, women and CHILDREN, of all people, with grievous bodily injury and death if they did not do what his sick clients in Hollywood demanded. Oh his parents must be so proud they brought a human being into the world doing such things *sarcasm.*

What kind of animal threatens to harm or kill people's children. Is that someone any reasonable human being who isn't absolutely insane should want roaming around free in society. According to a few famous ignoramuses involved in crime, I was not to quote unquote "snitch." Fame without responsibility is a dangerous thing.

In another case, stemming from madwoman Madonna's misconduct, I filed a police complaint with the Metropolitan Police in London, in what ended up becoming the phone hacking scandal (Andy Coulson Found Guilty In The Phone Hacking Case (Confirming Previous Claims I Made About Him On The Site)). After I filed the complaint against Rupert Murdoch's News Corp/News International and Madonna, for phone hacking, hacking and wiretapping, it was discovered and announced the royal family was being phone hacked by Murdoch's company. That is just the height of arrogance. Who is Murdoch to be invading the royal family's privacy (or anyone's for that matter). Arrogant animal. 

However, it was just the tip of the iceberg. The police also discovered in said case that missing and subsequently murdered underage girls were being phone hacked as well, their privacy grossly violated while they were missing and then sadly killed. That made people's blood boil and led to greater protests.

The one good thing that happened was the parents were able to receive millions of dollars (pounds) in damages from insidious Murdoch, over the phone hacking, which won't make up for their great loss in losing their loved ones, but it will make their lives a little easier. So once again, am I sorry I quote unquote "snitched" - absolutely not. Something good came out of it.

 In another matter, I went public with allegations there is pedophilia at the BBC (Pedophilia At The BBC Comes To Light Just As The Site Predicted With Arrests In Jimmy Savile Scandal). Not long after, the police began arresting BBC employees for pedophilia (Celebrity Publicist Max Clifford Sentenced To 8-years In Prison For Having Sex With Underage Girls As Young As 12-Years Of Age and Former BBC Television Presenter Rolf Harris Sentenced To 5-Years In Prison For Pedophilia). I applaud the police for their work.

What kind of person would I be to (unintentionally) discover that type of a criminal problem, something harming underage minors and not speak up. I would have to be a savage and an animal to not quote unquote "snitch" regarding something like that. So, once again, am I sorry I quote unquote "snitched" - absolutely not.

In society, on one hand you have civil rights leaders and educated members of government asking people to come forward with information regarding crime, with the hope it will lead to justice. Then, on the other hand you have rappers irresponsibly telling impressionable members of the public "don't snitch."

I ask you "no snitch" rappers, if an investigative blogger such as myself discovered some of your famous peers were sexually molesting your underage daughters and sons, would you want me to remain silent or quote unquote "snitch" to the authorities to stop your children from being harmed?

I would love for one of you "no snitch" rappers to answer that question, to my face, since you rappers, who spout that stuff have all this mouth. I'm not scared of anyone on this earth and would love for you to face to face, put forth the key points of why I or anyone else should remain silent when defenseless, innocent people, especially children, are being harmed...and trust me, I will quote you on that.

That's the problem with some famous folks, you don't listen to your conscience or instincts, which would be your better judgment - you do whatever risky and reckless thing you think makes you look cool and macho in the public eye, even if it harms others.

You should hope that, God forbid someone was harming your little child, niece or nephew, someone would have the decency to speak out to put it to an end. Those of you on this "no snitch" wave, need to stop shaming and embarrassing your parents with this conduct you are engaging in online and in song, via these harmful views. Many innocent, vulnerable people in society, who cannot protect or defend themselves, are being harmed by others and need people to speak up for them to stop the abuses.

 

In life I don't do things for money, attention or pride. I could have sold out to certain music industry people in New York and made millions long ago, but what some of them do is not right, not to mention, quite a bit of it is illegal and I want no part in that. In life, I don't want to be apart of the problem. Everyone should endeavor to be apart of the solution that makes things better for others.

At the end of the day right is right and wrong is wrong. There are no gray areas. You're either walking the line of truth or living a lie in the eyes of the law and God. Make up your mind regarding which side you're on and do remember, choices have consequences.

This is a follow up to a story I broke first via filing a police complaint with the Metropolitan Police in London (and publishing it online to my sites), regarding cruel media mogul, Rupert Murdoch, his company News Corp/News International and his Kabbalah Center cohort Madonna, phone hacking people (among other things). Months after I filed the complaint and I wrote about it online, it became a scandal when the Metropolitan Police began making arrests, detaining employees of Rupert Murdoch on phone hacking charges. Several went to prison. 

Andy Coulson, the former editor of Rupert Murdoch's now shuttered "News Of The World" newspaper, whom I encountered in London in 2012 on the street outside my cousin's home in Dulwich (London) angrily muttered while staring at me, was sentenced to 18-months in prison for phone hacking in June of 2014. 

Rupert Murdoch has been accused by members of Congress of engaging in commissioned hacking and the theft of intellectual property of companies located in America, which he pillaged and tried to drive out of business via strong-arm tactics and threats

Coulson has spent the past 9 weeks at Belmarsh prison in England for his crimes. Belmarsh is a tough British men's prison and rightly so, as it holds terrorists and other inmates convicted of committing serious offenses. It is strict and structured like a serious prison should be. 

After two months at Belmarsh, 46-year-old Coulson, who was clearly breaking under the pressure of going from a high class lifestyle hobnobbing with the elite to an austere and confining prison cell, has been transferred to an "open prison" according to one of his fellow co-conspirators, Neville Thurlbeck, who also served time for phone hacking at Rupert Murdoch's "News Of The World." 

I don't hate Coulson. He rose from humble beginnings and became successful, but he was wrong to let Murdoch use him to break the law, by promising him the world in exchange for illegality. But that's what happens when you make a deal with the devil. He will come to collect, as choices have consequences.

Britain has exceptionally good newspapers such as the Guardian and the Telegraph, to name a few. However, I used to read the News Of The World and frown. They harassed, spied on and stalked some of my favorite British footballers, singers, actors and actresses - ruining their marriages and careers with a terrible culture of destructive journalism Murdoch set the agenda for at the paper. Murdoch was making money from destroying lives (still does with other publications around the world).

Murdoch and his Kabbalah Center cohort Madonna continue to phone hack especially in America. The reason I'd blown the whistle on them in the aforementioned police complaint to the Metropolitan police, was their greed and rampant hacking of my mobile phone, as well as illegally wiretapping my landline telephones in Miami. They had my business computers hacked as well and illegally copied and began to use the contents of my Copyrighted Catalog.

To this day Murdoch and Madonna have not stopped using and passing around items from my preexisting Copyrighted Catalog without permission. Madonna has been criminally selling items from my copyrights at reduced rates to her fellow Kabbalah Center members, Rihanna, Beyonce, Jay Z (and Roc Nation artists) and Ne-Yo, among others, who know they are purchasing stolen copyrights. Some of the more recent infringements include, Murdoch's 20th Century Fox rip off film "The Maze Runner." 

Others include the films "No Good Deed" starring Idris Elba, a man who is a friend of Madonna's ex-husband, Guy Ritchie. It is a copyright I'd written and registered years ago with the Library of Congress. Elba has been in other infringements as well. 

Hit The Floor

The television show "Hit The Floor" is an infringement/complete and utter rip off of a preexisting copyrighted film treatment I wrote years ago. Madonna, who has ties to VH-1, illegally sold the copyright she stole from my Copyrighted Catalog, she obtained through criminal, commissioned hacking. Madonna has a sick obsession with including invasive items in copyrights she steals from me. 

A previous film Madonna claims she directed, contained a character with my initials and other distinct similarities that mirror my life. The "Hit The Floor" infringement contains a character named "Asha" which is a variation of my name "Aisha." A few years ago, there was another infringement of a preexisting copyright loosely based on my life in Miami, Madonna stole it and renamed it "Aisha" and sold it to a foreign film company, who came to Miami and filmed it. The whole thing was creepy.

The film "Lucy" is also a complete infringement from my Copyrighted Catalog of an item I had registered years ago in the Copyright Office. Due to the terrible harassment, death threats and thefts of copyright from Murdoch, Madonna and company, coupled with the extensive work I've been doing on two forthcoming pharmaceutical drugs patents, I had a life threatening brain hemorrhage in 2008. 

I was admitted to Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami for 4 days. The brain hemorrhage was a rare one. So rare the attending doctor was alarmed and told me to "take a look at the scan" as he'd "never seen a brain hemorrhage in that region of the brain before." Thank God I didn't need surgery and I'm fully recovered.

I have a high IQ and have authored several exclusive, groundbreaking science articles on the site on subjects such as cancer that later proved true and correct. I've read a lot about the human brain over the years (especially Einstein's, who's brain had subtle deviations discovered after his death). 

During a follow up visit with my neurologist in 2009, I wondered if people with high IQs used more than the standard 10% brain power and asked my doctor if he saw any deviations in my brain. He said based on the scans my brain is healthy and normal (but truthfully, to make a thorough study of the brain a pathologist would have to dissect it after the subject's death). And no, I'm not saying I'm as smart as Einstein, but most use him as the gold standard when it comes to intelligence and that's why I brought him up.

Since my IQ is high and the hemorrhage occurred in a rare place in the brain, it made me wonder if I was overusing a part of my brain in doing my pharmaceutical drug work for forthcoming patents, coupled with the terrible stress from Madonna and company, triggering a rare hemorrhage in said region.  

That's how the idea for the copyright was born that Madonna criminally copied via commissioned hacking and sold to her business associate, Luc Besson. He illegally used it, renamed it "Lucy" and added some malevolent things to it. My copyright was supposed to be benevolent about a person that uses so much brainpower, more than the average person, that they solve many scientific and social problems. However, from what I've seen, Besson turned the copyright into a sick mess.

Other infringements include items from my Copyrighted Catalog that are illegally at News Corp, which made it's way to News Corp's company Fox, who hired Simon Cowell for the American Idol show, among other things. Cowell illegally passed on items from my Copyrighted Catalog to people at his company Syco, as well as affiliate 19 (Simon Fuller) and artists connected to him such as Cheryl Cole (nee Tweedy) and Jessie J.

Cole ripped off two CDs worth of music from my preexisting Copyrighted Catalog, such as the song "Fight For This Love" during her time working with Cowell. Jessie J criminally infringed my copyrights as well, while working with Sony allegedly as a songwriter. Sony distributes Syco and 19's music.

For example, Jessie J criminally infringed my preexisting copyright for the song "Price Tag." Years prior I had written and recorded a song entitled "It's About The Money" and registered the recording in the Library of Congress as apart of an unreleased soundtrack for a film. Jessie J ripped off the song, changed the hook from "It's about the money" to "It's NOT about the money" took writer's credit and royalties for it. 

Jessie J even sang it at the 2012 Olympics of all places, an event about global goodwill and brotherhood, where people from all over the world, including my fellow Jamaicans had gathered and here she is singing this criminally stolen song that was a Christian song, half naked. Talk about ill will. Jessie J has stolen other preexisting copyrighted items from my Copyrighted Catalog as well and engaged in other weird behavior with Madonna against me.

Madonna has also spread other items from my preexisting Copyrighted Catalog to Warner Bros, a company she has worked with for 30-years. They illegally used items from it and criminally passed it on to people at the BBC in London, as Warner Bros distributes their DVDs and gets a share in their royalties. 

As a result, items from my preexisting Copyrighted Catalog has been used as storylines on select episodes of "Torchwood" "The Sarah Jane Adventures" and the "Doctor Who" reboot by Russell Davies (who left the show right after I first made the accusation online) and Steven Moffat, who is still on the show stealing left, right and center from my preexisting copyrights. Other items from my copyrights were used to create the BBC shows "Survivors" and "Primeval."

Coincidentally, after what I witnessed regarding certain behaviors from Russell Davies, I wrote articles alleging there is a problem with pedophilia at the BBC, in reference to select employees (not all employees of the BBC). Now if only the FBI would get off its butt and arrest select people in Hollywood at companies such as Disney, Warner Bros and Sony, among others, who are pedophiles preying on minors for sick sexual exploitation. Oh yea, I forgot, the FBI is corrupt and doesn't believe in arresting famous people with usefully deep pockets.    

Side Bar: I spend so much of my time working on forthcoming pharmaceutical patents to help sick people and yet I'm being targeted by a vile Hollywood cult, robbing, harassing and threatening me, emailing me death threats with racial slurs, showing up at my home, knocking on the door and refusing to leave until security is called, stalking me when I leave my home, hacking my computers, copying the contents and trying to sabotage and slow down my work, to continue their stealing spree for undue financial enrichment the FBI has turned a blind eye to, because they're famous. It's a sick and disgusting reminder there is evil in this world. 

While I constantly work on the pharmaceutical patents to help sick people, using the limited resources I have, funds from the copyrights they've stolen from me are going to furnish these stars with things like cocaine, ecstasy tablets, marijuana, champagne, expensive vacations, luxury homes, sports cars, strippers and plastic surgery.

Rupert Murodch's Right Hand Man Andy Coulson Sentenced To 18-Months In Prison After Being Found Guilty In The Phone Hacking Scandal

Andy Coulson, the former editor of News Corp's now defunct newspaper, the News Of The World, has been sentenced to 18-months in prison for phone hacking, in a case I broke first. Coulson was the right hand man of greedy, corrupt mogul, Rupert Murdoch, who has allowed his staff to take the fall for him. 

As stated previously in the column, I encountered Coulson in 2012 and he was not in his right mind, angrily muttering in public when he saw me [Andy Coulson Found Guilty In The Phone Hacking Case (Confirming Previous Claims I Made About Him On The Site)]. Couslon's story should serve as a cautionary tale for anyone who gets involved with Murdoch, Madonna and their illegality, the law will catch up to you. This isn't over.

A verdict was rendered yesterday in the Rupert Murdoch News Corp phone hacking case in London, England, regarding a story I broke first that became a global scandal. Via a formal, online complaint I retained a copy of and posted to my website, I reported Murdoch, his company News Corp, it's U.K. subsidiary News Group Newspapers/News International and his fellow Kabbalah Center cult member, Madonna, to the Metropolitan Police for illegal wiretapping (phone hacking) and computer hacking, among other things. 

I spoke to a Metropolitan Police constable over the phone about it as well in October 2005. 6-months later the Metropolitan Police made the first arrests in the case when they discovered Rupert Murdoch's employees were illegally phone hacking the British royal family. One of Murdoch's private investigators, in addition to another man who worked for Murdoch, newspaper employee, Clive Goodman, were convicted and sent to prison for the offenses. The case was rebooted in 2012, with a string of new arrests. 

Yesterday, Andy Coulson, Murdoch's former editor at the now shuttered News Of The World newspaper, who later became communications director to affable British Prime Minister, David Cameron, was found guilty of phone hacking. Years ago, I warned Cameron had made a mistake hiring Coulson, because based on what I'd heard, Murdoch used him and others to spy on the Prime Minister and British national secrets (April 13, 2011 Judiciary Report article "Has Rupert Murdoch Ever Spied On A World Government For Another" and July 19, 2011's "News Corp Continued To Pay Andy Coulson After He Quit To Spy On British Government"). 

Yesterday, Cameron apologized for hiring Coulson. Yesterday, the Independent newspaper in London reported, "Today, the Prime Minister (David Cameron) said he took 'full responsibility' for Coulson's appointment, and that he had received assurances which have now proved to be false...the Labour leader Ed Miliband responded to the verdict by saying Mr Cameron had 'brought a criminal into the heart of Downing Street.'"

I have nothing against Cameron (or Miliband for that matter). It's puppet masters Murdoch and Madonna I have off. They are the ones behind the criminally commissioned phone hacking that others have illegally gone along with. I was staying in the London suburb Dulwich at my cousin's house. My cousin's a brilliant doctor, who has lived in Dulwich for over 20-years. I was on the main road outside the street my cousin lives on and saw Coulson walking in my direction. He was slowly walking with his bicycle beside him. I saw him looking at me (he knew of me from my websites that all of News Corp has read  regularly for years, showing up in site statistics, then I made the police complaint against them over phone hacking and computer hacking).

When Coulson and I made eye contact, I maintained no facial expression (and no I don't use botox) and didn't say a word to him, but he angrily started muttering to himself whilst staring at me, then looked down and continued audibly muttering, slowly walking up the street (why was he walking his bicycle instead of riding it). In that moment I realized he had become mentally-ill, as so many other members of the Kabbalah Center are schizophrenic. 

The Metropolitan Police still has an open investigation into computer hacking, in regards to the British arm of News Corp in London and arrests have been made. Coulson's colleague at News Corp, Rebekah Brooks, who was also Murdoch's mistress, was found not guilty, having been painted as a hapless, bumbling editor, who didn't know what her staff was doing. However, she did and in time the truth will come out. Brooks knew what was going on the whole time.

Brooks has bullied, threatened, terrorized and ruined stars and politicians in Britain in unprovoked acts. She richly deserves the fall from grace she has experienced, which she is complaining about in the press. However, it's not over. I have more scandals to break on Madonna, Murdoch and company, who are in my forthcoming book and film "Justice and Truth." The worst is yet to come for Madonna, Murdoch and company.

As stated in previous columns, Rupert Murdoch is a member of the Kabbalah Center and he has used blackmail, via illegal surveillance items, against innocent people to get what he wants. But did you also know that Murdoch’s fellow Kabbalah member Madonna and the Center’s management have been using illegal surveillance, such as commissioned wiretapping, phone hacking, hacking and stalking, to find out things about celebrities, wealthy individuals and people in positions of power within the government, using it to blackmail them into doing what they want. 

Madonna and the Kabbalah Center have been threatening to expose embarrassing secrets about select rich, powerful and famous people, which they found out through criminal means the law forbids. They are blackmailing and extorting individuals in criminal violation of the law. Some of the incidents have been about financial enrichment, while others were about judicial favors to further the cult's corruption in ripping off members of the public, several of whom have gone to the FBI and filed multi-million dollar lawsuits to retrieve the charity money Madonna and the Berg family have been using to support their lavish lifestyles. 

However, in a recent incident it was something else. As some of you many know, Madonna likes to date men in their early twenties, as she believes it makes her look young and cool with the public. Even when she was younger, a book stated she would take a limo to downtown New York and have sex with random young men she’d just met (can you say STDs). 

Madonna, so desperate to be relevant with younger audiences, bribed her last two boyfriends, who are not famous, into dating her, promising to buy them condos and make them famous, as was reported on several websites. After they fulfill their end of the deal making high profile appearances with her, they get their money and are free to go (and do). 

However, in one recent incident known to some in the industry, Madonna has been trying to blackmail a good looking famous man, who she is almost three times older than, into dating her, as he politely rebuffed the suggestion when she tried to hit on him, because he thinks she is “ugly.” People in the industry found out about what happened and have been talking and laughing about it. Embarrassed and offended, vindictive and vicious Madonna had a private investigator dig into his personal life and has been threatening to ruin his career with what the snoop illegally uncovered. 

Side Bar: how come Christie Brinkley is years older than Madonna, but looks 30-years younger than Madonna. That’s because being a mean spiteful, hateful witch ages you faster.

CNN Ends Piers Morgan's Show But Is It Due To Him Being Questioned By Police In London For Phone Hacking

CNN has announced they are cancelling the Piers Morgan Live program, after 3-years on the air. When Morgan was announced as the replacement for Larry King, whose show was on the air for 25-years, the Judiciary Report stated it wouldn't work and Morgan is not the right replacement. 4-years on, time has proven the Judiciary Report correct, as his ratings are abysmal.

Morgan was interviewed by police this month regarding claims he actively phone hacked people, illegally mining their phone calls and messages for items to print in the newspapers as scoops, when he was working for Rupert Murdoch's now defunct News Of The World and at the Daily Mirror. Tapes indicate Morgan did indeed break the law, as he was heard owning up to the misconduct that he is now backpedaling from, claiming complete ignorance (I know you did it).

News Corp CEO Rupert Murdoch's greed knows no end. Not content with stealing the assets of companies he illegally sabotaged and pillaged in violation of the law, Murdoch and members of his family have been embezzling money from News Corp, misappropriating funds which eats into shareholder profits.

Madonna crony and fellow Kabbalah Center member Murdoch, is operating under the unethical premise that News Corp is his company, but once you open a corporation up to the stock market and sell shares to the public, there is legal accountability. Conrad Black went to prison for far less than Murdoch is doing. Why does Murdoch think his unlawful conduct is acceptable.

News Corp CEO Rupert Murdoch, has been obsessed with actress Sienna Miller for years. Many of his newspapers’ stories targeted her for that very reason. It went well beyond a desire to report on a popular celebrity, whom employees felt would sell papers and thus illegally spied on. It was Murdoch’s fixation with pretty Sienna that led his papers to go after her so aggressively on his orders. 

My source informed me that Murdoch wanted Miller sexually and became obsessed. However, Miller was looking at men in her own age group and bedded actor Daniel Craig (and Jude Law, among others). Murdoch became upset that the source of his obsession was actively carrying on with other men. He wanted to own her, but she was in love with others at different times.

Miller's press turned particularly cruel at Murdoch’s hands due to him being an incompetent suitor watching her pursue others. Murdoch took a greater interest in spying on Miller for voyeuristic reasons due to this fixation, well outside what his papers were doing in violating the privacy of other stars.

Miller was one of the people who’s privacy was invaded more than others due to Murdoch's obsession with her and he tried to make her suffer, as his company's misconduct touched her family life as well, when calculated things were done to her by Murdoch's papers on his instructions to make her believe her own family had betrayed her.

Murdoch turned into a real "dirty old man" when it came to Sienna and tried to punish her with terrible press over her sexual relationships he was jealous of like a stalker. Maybe if Murdoch had looked like George Clooney or an older Paul Newman he would have had a real chance with Sienna (LOL).

Judge Vindicates Edward Snowden Ruling NSA Spying Unconstitutional

Today, a U.S. federal judge ruled the National Security Agency (NSA) spy program PRISM is "unconstitutional." The judge's ruling vindicates NSA whistle blower and former employee, Edward Snowden, who in June 2013, leaked official agency documents confirming the existence of the illegal mass spying.

The NSA wants the remainder of the unreleased documents back, with some at the agency contemplating cutting a deal with Snowden. NSA official Richard Ledgett stated regarding the subject, "My personal view is, yes, granting Snowden amnesty is worth having a conversation about." However, the White House, namely President Obama, has rejected the idea. President Obama is very angry regarding Snowden's disclosures and leaks, as it reveals his administration is breaking the law domestically and internationally.

I wish Mr. Snowden the very best and commend his sacrifice, as his pursues a new life in Russia, where he has been granted asylum. Maybe one day, the government will see him for the courageous whistle blower he is and not an enemy of the state.

The judge's ruling today also concurs with what I have written on the Judiciary Report and sister site the Sound Off Column for the past several years (NSA Workers Admit To Reading The Emails And Listening To The Calls Of Americans In Violation Of The Law).

For several years the Judiciary Report and the Sound Off Column have published exclusive copyrighted, time stamped articles stating the NSA and FBI, among other federal agencies, are illegally spying on innocent Americans and international citizens ("The FBI and NSA are still wiretapping people left right and center who shouldn't be according to the Constitution, relying on gray areas of the law to do this." - Sound Off Column February 7, 2007).

I stated this in the Sound Off Column because I am one of those people. I kept outing them online, hoping they would stop, but they never did. Even now that Snowden has outed them, the illegal spying regarding scores of innocent Americans and foreign citizens still has not desisted.

I discovered the illegal spying due to the Madonna case. I was interviewed by the FBI twice in November 2005, with items I stated used verbatim four months later to indict Madonna's private investigator, Colombo family mafia member, Anthony Pellicano, on illegal wiretapping, hacking, identity theft and racketeering charges. I also broke the phone hacking scandal first (online) via a police complaint regarding Rupert Murdoch's News Corp, which is connected to the Pellicano scandal and Madonna, who is Murdoch's crony and business associate.

I've been working on my forthcoming film Justice And Truth regarding Madonna, the Anthony Pellicano case, the phone hacking scandal, as well as the illegal spying going on in the federal government (since, thanks to Madonna's greed and lawbreaking, I discovered the government spying as well through data evidence and unimpeachable sources responsible for some of my exclusives which later proved 100% true).

The Traffic Facts web analytic program by webhost Go Daddy, identifies servers that connect to/read websites of the company's customers. For years Traffic Facts has been logging the NSA as regular visitors to my sites years. Traffic Facts has also logged the FBI, DOJ, CIA and  many members of Congress, among others in government, as regular site visitors as well.

I've been outspoken about government matters for years via my articles and that is something the government pays attention to regarding journalists and bloggers (which I have repeatedly warned journalists and bloggers online about for several years and now they see it for themselves ). Innocent writers are being spied on by the government as a means of control.

In February 2013, FOUR MONTHS BEFORE Edward Snowden leaked documents in the PRISM scandal, I had written to the NSA under the Freedom of Information Act, requesting items they are unconstitutionally keeping on me in tandem with the FBI. For years, an unimpeachable source informed me the FBI and NSA, has been illegally spying on me and are hiding the documents, in violation of congressional guidelines.

I have nothing to hide, so when I formally requested the items under the Freedom of Information Act, both agencies, to be in compliance with Congress should have released them to me, as that is the law of the land. The FBI fought tooth and nail in court not to, as the files reveal the FBI has been breaking the law regarding spying on me with the judge granting them "sovereign immunity" regarding their illegal conduct.

Due to the complaint I filed and subsequent interviews with the FBI in 2005 regarding Madonna's private investigator Anthony Pellicano having proven credible and resulted in sweeping convictions, the FBI decided to dig in regarding me. The FBI began using me for tips without my consent, via illegally hacking and wiretapping me, to create prosecutable cases and convictions in court, based on items I received tips on and researched for my columns and unpublished work.

The FBI began mining my phone calls, computer contents, emails and unpublished article exclusives regarding numerous companies, people and subjects. I blew the whistle on it online in 2010 and in 2013 it was confirmed with a mainstream scandal revealing the FBI and DOJ illegally wiretapped and spied on AP reporters to build criminal cases: New Scandal Erupts Regarding The FBI And Justice Department Monitoring Calls Of AP Reporters Confirming Previous Site Claims.

The NSA, however, tried another approach. In writing they simply refused to confirm or deny that they are spying on me, in a written response to my FOIA request. If you are not spying on someone, you are supposed to state there are no records responsive to your request or we do not have any files on you (with the exception of the FBI's secret file room). The NSA wrote to me in March 2013 regarding my FOIA request and stated in the letter the matter is classified.

If they weren't spying on me all they had to say was sit your butt down, we don't know you. What the NSA wrote in the letter that particularly got my attention was the paragraph, "Your request is denied pursuant to the first exemption of the FOIA, which provides that the FOIA does not apply to matters that are specially authorized under criteria established by an Executive Order to be kept secret in the interest of national defense or foreign relations and properly classified pursuant to such Executive Order."

I am Jamaican born and have lived in America since age 8. The only category in the NSA letter which I could possibly fall under would be "foreign relations." Yes, my family in Jamaica is famous and well connected politically, musically and in sports, but what could the FBI have done regarding me that is so terrible it would affect "foreign relations" (see: Madonna).

It was announced recently that malevolent media magnate Rupert Murdoch, responsible for the horrible phone hacking and computer hacking scandals, has finalized his divorce from third wife Wendi Murdoch. The News Corp chairman sent press quotes via a representative, stating the settlement, regarding the dissolution of marriage was amicable. However, The Judiciary Report was advised it was anything but.

Murdoch, whose dirty style of tabloid journalism ended many a marriage around the world, via tell-alls and bribes for dirt on high profile marriages, got a dose of his own medicine via Wendi, who is half his age, cheating on him. Murdoch also cheated during his three marriages as well. The disgraced and public animosity that enveloped the Murdoch family during the phone hacking scandal also placed a terrible strain on his marriage to Wendi, who was well compensated to keep quiet about what she knows, which is enough to land Murdoch in prison for life.

The highly anticipated phone hacking trails began in London, England this week, regarding Rupert Murdoch's News International, now named News UK, a subsidiary of News Corp, criminally phone hacking and computer hacking people for scoops to print in the newspaper and air on television (Sky is also owned by Murdoch's News Corp). The trial is estimated to run for six months.

Corrupt and cowardly Murdoch has left his employees to take the fall for him in the case, as former editor, Rebekah Brooks and Andy Coulson, among others, are potentially facing time in prison for the aforementioned offenses. The Judiciary Report insisted all along that Murdoch knew of the crimes being committed as orders came straight from the top.

In the meantime Murdoch has other problems to contend with in the legal arena. As the site revealed years ago, Murdoch's wife, Wendi Murdoch, has been cheating on him. Recently, Murdoch filed for divorce from his wife, who is half his age and quite unfaithful as well. Yea, have fun with that Mrs. Murdoch #3 (sarcasm). You defended him in court, pimp slapped a pie thrower in Parliament, in defense of a man who ordered his staff spy on deceased murdered children, via phone hacking and investigating their families. Did you really think he would play by the rules or follow the law in divorce proceedings with you. You're a well educated woman. Certainly you are not naive.

Wendi Murdoch, nee Deng, the third wife of embattled News Corp CEO, Rupert Murdoch, has demanded new lawyers in their contentious divorce, fearing her husband did his usual and corrupted counsel. This is ironic, as Deng, among others in Murdoch's circle, sat back and said nothing about the corruption, invasion of privacy and bribery he engaged in against innocent phone hacking victims (including deceased children).

However, now that the tables have turned and Deng is squaring off against corrupt Murdoch in divorce court, seeks to complain. Deng knows enough to send Murdoch to prison. As he is the father of her two daughters, she has thus far avoided this route. However, if he plays dirty with her in divorce court, using the same criminal tactics he has used against innocent people in the phone hacking case, her graciousness and restraint may change. We can only hope...

Daniel Evans, 37, a former employee of Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp, who worked for the now defunct newspaper News Of The World, has been hit with four charges in relation to the phone hacking scandal and bribery of public officials. He is the first journalist to be charged with offenses in the case and one of many who has been arrested.

Gregor McGill a lawyer for the Crown Prosecution Service in Britain stated to the press, "We have concluded that there is sufficient evidence, and it is in the public interest, to charge Daniel Evans with four offences in connection with the phone hacking investigations."

In other News Corp developments, Murdoch has sold off 33 newspapers in America, under a company split, which will not solve his problems. Shareholders have also renewed calls for him to step down, due to all the bad publicity emanating from the phone hacking scandal.

You were fine with him phone hacking and robbing everybody in shady business deals and illegal corporate takeovers (not to mention outright theft of intellectual property via admitted hacking). Now that you're on the receiving end of the mistreatment you're upset.

The fact of the matter is if I had been lying about Murdoch at any time, especially on a platform online, my sites, that reaches millions, he could have sued me for defamation and libel. However, by the grace of God, time has revealed my allegations to be true and there's more to come...

Ironically, this man even defamed me on the Fox News site when I began uncovering his criminal conduct online and reporting his company and Kabbalah cohort Madonna to the police (as stated above I was the first to file a formal complaint about phone hacking and going public with it in 2005).

However, when I started writing about them and it took off, they started sending people up to me in public on the streets of Miami to demand I stop. They also began having people email me telling ordering me to take items down from the sites. What a bunch of hypocrites. Murdoch routinely defames people in his papers and Madonna is always arranging interviews where she talks pure crap, yet they are trying to deny me my right to free speech. They can dish it but can't take it.

I was informed Murdoch hates it when I write about his marriages, as I have been very facetious. However, this man has caused me and my family so much distress. We're enemies. What was he expecting, that I wasn't going to fight back or saying anything. Comedy is my writing tool of choice.

He's in his 80, married to a 43-year-old woman half his age, who only said yes because of his money and connections, but he convinced himself it's because he (allegedly) looks like Hugh Jackman or one of the Hemsworth Brothers and he really thought I wasn't going to write something about that. Now, had he been charming or looked like an older Paul Newman, people would have believed she married Murdoch for love. I think that kind of lack of self awareness is hysterical.

Wednesday 8 May 2013 13.54 EDT - A resolution has been filed by News Corp shareholders in the US, UK and Canada calling for Rupert Murdoch to step down. Dissident shareholders are pressing once more for media mogul Rupert Murdoch to step down as chairman of News Corporation.

Shareholders from the US, UK and Canada filed a resolution on Tuesday calling for News Corp to appoint an independent chairman. A similar resolution attracted strong support at the media company's annual shareholder meeting last year.

The proposal was introduced by Christian Brothers Investment Services (CBIS), which manages $4.6bn for Catholic institutions worldwide. It is backed by the UK's Local Authority Pension Fund Forum, with assets of £115bn ($178.9bn), and British Columbia Investment Management Corporation, one of Canada's largest institutional investors...
