Metropolitan Police Cuts To Leave 8,000 Officers Unemployed (But Can Be Avoided)

The Metropolitan Police in London, England are facing budget cuts being issued by the government that could result in 8,000 officers being let go from their posts over the next 4-years. My suggestion would be to crackdown on convicted criminals who are refusing to relinquish the ill-gotten gains that came from their unlawful activity. The Evening Standard did an article on the subject this month revealing several hundred million British pounds sterling in funds have not been seized from criminals. That money could go a far way in keeping officers employed and the Met running.

Another suggestion would be to consolidate locations and have officers working more from their homes regarding certain tasks, rather than creating and submitting reports at precincts. This would save on costs associated with the financial management and upkeep of individual police stations (utility bills, building maintenance fees ect).

Police reports and updates could be transmitted via internet over secure, encrypted channels to a protected, dedicated server and assignments could be obtained in the same manner. Officers would be required to maintain a laptop or personal computer with up-to-date anti-virus, anti-malware and a firewall, issued by the Metropolitan Police.

Officers would only be required to come into a precinct in the event of an emergency or for special assignments. Police patrol the streets of London anyway. Therefore, not having precincts in as many areas would not have a tremendous impact and would save money and jobs. It would also streamline the police process, making it as efficient as possible.

Barack Obama's Cousin Drops Her $600,000 Farting Lawsuit Against The Police

Ironically, President Barack Obama is a lawyer, yet his cousin sued people (an ally government) for farting in her direction, in a case filed in 2014 that he knew about and did not try to stop, though based on what the lawsuit alleges, is completely frivolous. It has also cost the British taxpayer money to defend the Met Police in a case that lacked components that could reasonably be tried in court.

A report in the British press indicates, Marie Auma, the 57-year-old cousin of U.S. President, Barack Obama, who attended his inauguration in 2008, has now dropped her lawsuit against the Metropolitan Police in London, England. Auma withdrew the case this month. Auma, who worked for the Metropolitan Police before leaving citing a "mental breakdown" stated two officers farted by her desk on separate occasions and she was given too much paperwork to do that she could not keep up with. Auma's lawsuit referred to it as bullying and harassment, but the incidents she described did not qualify for said categorization. Farting in one's direction is not litigable, as it can be classified as a prank. Auma was not threatened, slurred and or struck on the job, which would have been litigable.

Auma was one of many employees hired to communicate with victims of crime and the paperwork became voluminous, as London is a big city of 10,000,000 people. The real issue is the workload was too much for her, she began complaining and the pranks happened as a result. Auma was better suited to a different type of job of her choosing, with another kind of workload, as police work can get very stressful. It is not for everyone.

Marie Auma, a cousin of U.S. President, Barack Obama, has sued the Metropolitan Police in London, England for what she states in her lawsuit is, "21st century bullying." The bizarre case has the appearance of a frivolous lawsuit, as Auma has sued over two police officers farting at her desk in separate incidents. However, you can't sue someone for farting on or at you. It is unheard of and there is no legal precedent establishing a court victory on such a petty basis.

Auma also sued stating she was not given time off to visit her brother's grave in Kenya, after a 2007 car crash. The Judiciary Report sends its condolences on the passing of Auma's brother. However, once again, one cannot sue one's employer for not giving one time off (unless one had a medical emergency at work and needed immediate treatment at a hospital to save one's life, which employers do not refuse).

There are millions of people all over the world that want specific days off work and a large number of them do not receive it, but it is not grounds for a lawsuit. To state being farted on and not being given the day off you wanted became the reason you developed mental health problems ("a mental breakdown) is shoddy. There are underlying problems in your life that created the mental health crisis. No fart has the ability to create such a psychological impact.

The lawsuit does not indicate you were hit, assaulted, called derogatory names, stalked or terrorized. It appears as though the job was too much for Auma and she was better suited to employment elsewhere. In life you can't force others to like you or show you reverential treatment. If you are unhappy with your work environment, it is best to seek employment elsewhere in a post where you can be happy with relatively less stress in your job structure.

Police work is stressful in nature, as it involves dealing with crime. And let's face it, some horrible things can happen to people of all ages in this world that requires police intervention or investigation, with the goal of prosecutorial charges.

Side Bar: People fart all over the world. It's a normal bodily function. It happens. But people who fart in elevators, I have a question for you, why can't you hold it a few seconds until you get outside. Why fart up the place in an enclosed elevator with a limited amount of oxygen available and have people wanting to pass out from the noxious gasses (LOL). This is just my personal view, but I think people should be issued citations and fines for farting in elevators (I'm kidding).

Wednesday 23 September 2015 10:19 BST - A cousin of US President Barack Obama is demanding £400,000 from the Met police after claiming colleagues deliberately broke wind beside her desk to make her life a misery. It was part of a campaign of “21st century bullying” that Marie Auma was subjected to when she worked at Southwark police station, a court heard.

Miss Auma, 57, who was at Mr Obama’s Washington inauguration in 2009, claims she was “belittled and humiliated” as officers and other employees harassed her and two of them deliberately broke wind beside her desk. Miss Auma is related to Mr Obama through her aunt, Kezia Obama, who is the president’s stepmother and lives in Bracknell.

Central London county court was told that the bullying started when she was refused leave to visit her brother’s grave after he died in a car crash in Kenya in 2007 and ended in her being medically retired with mental health problems. Miss Auma, of Haringey, is suing for compensation but the Met denies liability. Her barrister Lorraine Mensah told Judge Simon Freeland that Miss Auma, whose job as a civilian worker involved liaising with crime victims, had been subjected to “21st century bullying” in a string of incidents between 2007 and 2009...

There was a “culture of over- zealous, oppressive managing” of Miss Auma, who had worked as a civilian initially in the Telephone Investigations Bureau. She had also been forced to take “inappropriate” breaks, making it next to impossible for her to meet her work targets, Mrs Mensah said...

A CBS News report on the investigative show “60 Minutes” aired video examples of Muslim extremists harassing the people of England, trying to force Sharia Law on the public. People born and bred in Britain, whose ancestors have lived on the isle for hundreds of years (who are not Muslim) are being confronted on public streets and verbally abused for not adhering to Muslim Sharia Law. This is not appropriate.

There have also been reports in newspapers such as the Daily Mail, regarding British citizens being harassed and even assaulted for walking in select areas extremist Muslims consider their own territory. The Metropolitan Police have been clamping down on this misbehavior.

Religion is a choice. No one should force their religion on others, nor should they physically or verbally abuse people over their personal religious choices. If one is going to live in the West, one must accept the fact that these are free societies, where people have the right to choose as they please, regarding their religious and political choices (among other things).

Britain is a civilized society. There is a lot of diversity within its shores. People need to respect that and realize not everyone will think and feel as you do about a number of topics. However, each person has the right to live in peace with their personal choices, free from harassment.

A gangster who fled London for Australia and embarked on a career as a model and musician, was arrested by authorities, after police lured him to a fake modeling shoot. 30-year-old Ben Fiberesima fled North London's South Kilburn, after being arrested and bailed on weapons, theft and fraud charges in England.

Fiberesima fled to Australia and became a rapper under the moniker Roky Million, branding himself "the sexiest rapper alive" and modeled for famous designers such as Tom Ford. Fiberesima also authored a self-help book which stated he was worth seven figures. He set up an Instagram account, unwisely refusing to lay low as a fugitive.

The Metropolitan Police, much like their police force counterparts worldwide, loves social networking for catching criminals. They've nabbed a number of lawbreaking individuals, who either surfaced online or even more incriminatingly flashed stolen loot and property on social networking for all to see.

Someone sent the Metropolitan Police a tip after spotting Fiberesima on Instagram with a bevy of beauties (Fiberesima will no doubt brand the tipster a hater). This prompted the police to set up a fake modeling shoot in the fashionable North London district of Kentish Town, after contacting a top modeling agency he worked for, requesting his services. When Fiberesima showed up to the Kentish Town studio to model, police arrested him. He has been sentenced to 3-years and 9-months in jail.

My question is, Fiberesima clearly has the ability to model and rap, why didn't he just do that in the first place instead of turning to a life of crime. People, work on your goals and dreams and stick to that. It will take hard work and dedication but you can make it. Be sensible with your choices and leave the life of crime alone.

Fugitive model Ben Fiberesima jailed after London police sting

Tuesday 19 May 2015 - Police have snared a gangster from London, almost a decade after he established a second life as a model and musician while he was a fugitive in Australia. Ben Fiberesima, 30, from South Kilburn, skipped bail while on trial for fraud and weapons charges in London seven years ago.

Police arrested him in 2008 after they discovered a stun gun, a canister of CS gas and stolen property at his flat after he reported an attempted burglary. After he was bailed, he absconded and adopted a false identity, the Kilburn Times reported. While on the run, Fiberesima modelled for high fashion labels including Tom Ford, and recorded rap using the stage name Roky Million.

In a self-help book Fiberesima penned last year, he boasted he was “worth seven figures by the age of 26”, and used his social media accounts to flaunt his success. But last year Fiberesima’s lavish lifestyle came to an abrupt end when an anonymous tipster alerted the police that he had returned to London. Metropolitan Police detectives posed as a fake photograph company to contact a prestigious modelling agency which had Fiberesima on its books...

This is a follow up to a story I broke first via filing a police complaint with the Metropolitan Police in London (and publishing it online to my sites), regarding cruel media mogul, Rupert Murdoch, his company News Corp/News International and his Kabbalah Center cohort Madonna, phone hacking people (among other things). Months after I filed the complaint and I wrote about it online, it became a scandal when the Metropolitan Police began making arrests, detaining employees of Rupert Murdoch on phone hacking charges. Several went to prison. 

Andy Coulson, the former editor of Rupert Murdoch's now shuttered "News Of The World" newspaper, whom I encountered in London in 2012 on the street outside my cousin's home in Dulwich (London) angrily muttered while staring at me, was sentenced to 18-months in prison for phone hacking in June of 2014. 

Rupert Murdoch has been accused by members of Congress of engaging in commissioned hacking and the theft of intellectual property of companies located in America, which he pillaged and tried to drive out of business via strong-arm tactics and threats

Coulson has spent the past 9 weeks at Belmarsh prison in England for his crimes. Belmarsh is a tough British men's prison and rightly so, as it holds terrorists and other inmates convicted of committing serious offenses. It is strict and structured like a serious prison should be. 

After two months at Belmarsh, 46-year-old Coulson, who was clearly breaking under the pressure of going from a high class lifestyle hobnobbing with the elite to an austere and confining prison cell, has been transferred to an "open prison" according to one of his fellow co-conspirators, Neville Thurlbeck, who also served time for phone hacking at Rupert Murdoch's "News Of The World." 

I don't hate Coulson. He rose from humble beginnings and became successful, but he was wrong to let Murdoch use him to break the law, by promising him the world in exchange for illegality. But that's what happens when you make a deal with the devil. He will come to collect, as choices have consequences.   

Madonna

Britain has exceptionally good newspapers such as the Guardian and the Telegraph, to name a few. However, I used to read the News Of The World and frown. They harassed, spied on and stalked some of my favorite British footballers, singers, actors and actresses - ruining their marriages and careers with a terrible culture of destructive journalism Murdoch set the agenda for at the paper. Murdoch was making money from destroying lives (still does with other publications around the world).

Murdoch and his Kabbalah Center cohort Madonna continue to phone hack especially in America. The reason I'd blown the whistle on them in the aforementioned police complaint to the Metropolitan police, was their greed and rampant hacking of my mobile phone, as well as illegally wiretapping my landline telephones in Miami. They had my business computers hacked as well and illegally copied and began to use the contents of my Copyrighted Catalog.

To this day Murdoch and Madonna have not stopped using and passing around items from my preexisting Copyrighted Catalog without permission. Madonna has been criminally selling items from my copyrights at reduced rates to her fellow Kabbalah Center members, Rihanna, Beyonce, Jay Z (and Roc Nation artists) and Ne-Yo, among others, who know they are purchasing stolen copyrights. Some of the more recent infringements include, Murdoch's 20th Century Fox rip off film "The Maze Runner." 

Others include the films "No Good Deed" starring Idris Elba, a man who is a friend of Madonna's ex-husband, Guy Ritchie. It is a copyright I'd written and registered years ago with the Library of Congress. Elba has been in other infringements as well. 

Hit The Floor

The television show "Hit The Floor" is an infringement/complete and utter rip off of a preexisting copyrighted film treatment I wrote years ago. Madonna, who has ties to VH-1, illegally sold the copyright she stole from my Copyrighted Catalog, she obtained through criminal, commissioned hacking. Madonna has a sick obsession with including invasive items in copyrights she steals from me. 

A previous film Madonna claims she directed, contained a character with my initials and other distinct similarities that mirror my life. The "Hit The Floor" infringement contains a character named "Asha" which is a variation of my name "Aisha." A few years ago, there was another infringement of a preexisting copyright loosely based on my life in Miami, Madonna stole it and renamed it "Aisha" and sold it to a foreign film company, who came to Miami and filmed it. The whole thing was creepy.

The film "Lucy" is also a complete infringement from my Copyrighted Catalog of an item I had registered years ago in the Copyright Office. Due to the terrible harassment, death threats and thefts of copyright from Murdoch, Madonna and company, coupled with the extensive work I've been doing on two forthcoming pharmaceutical drugs patents, I had a life threatening brain hemorrhage in 2008. 

I was admitted to Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami for 4 days. The brain hemorrhage was a rare one. So rare the attending doctor was alarmed and told me to "take a look at the scan" as he'd "never seen a brain hemorrhage in that region of the brain before." Thank God I didn't need surgery and I'm fully recovered.

I have a high IQ and have authored several exclusive, groundbreaking science articles on the site on subjects such as cancer that later proved true and correct. I've read a lot about the human brain over the years (especially Einstein's, who's brain had subtle deviations discovered after his death). 

During a follow up visit with my neurologist in 2009, I wondered if people with high IQs used more than the standard 10% brain power and asked my doctor if he saw any deviations in my brain. He said based on the scans my brain is healthy and normal (but truthfully, to make a thorough study of the brain a pathologist would have to dissect it after the subject's death). And no, I'm not saying I'm as smart as Einstein, but most use him as the gold standard when it comes to intelligence and that's why I brought him up.

Since my IQ is high and the hemorrhage occurred in a rare place in the brain, it made me wonder if I was overusing a part of my brain in doing my pharmaceutical drug work for forthcoming patents, coupled with the terrible stress from Madonna and company, triggering a rare hemorrhage in said region.  

That's how the idea for the copyright was born that Madonna criminally copied via commissioned hacking and sold to her business associate, Luc Besson. He illegally used it, renamed it "Lucy" and added some malevolent things to it. My copyright was supposed to be benevolent about a person that uses so much brainpower, more than the average person, that they solve many scientific and social problems. However, from what I've seen, Besson turned the copyright into a sick mess.

Other infringements include items from my Copyrighted Catalog that are illegally at News Corp, which made it's way to News Corp's company Fox, who hired Simon Cowell for the American Idol show, among other things. Cowell illegally passed on items from my Copyrighted Catalog to people at his company Syco, as well as affiliate 19 (Simon Fuller) and artists connected to him such as Cheryl Cole (nee Tweedy) and Jessie J.

Cole ripped off two CDs worth of music from my preexisting Copyrighted Catalog, such as the song "Fight For This Love" during her time working with Cowell. Jessie J criminally infringed my copyrights as well, while working with Sony allegedly as a songwriter. Sony distributes Syco and 19's music.

For example, Jessie J criminally infringed my preexisting copyright for the song "Price Tag." Years prior I had written and recorded a song entitled "It's About The Money" and registered the recording in the Library of Congress as apart of an unreleased soundtrack for a film. Jessie J ripped off the song, changed the hook from "It's about the money" to "It's NOT about the money" took writer's credit and royalties for it. 

Jessie J even sang it at the 2012 Olympics of all places, an event about global goodwill and brotherhood, where people from all over the world, including my fellow Jamaicans had gathered and here she is singing this criminally stolen song that was a Christian song, half naked. Talk about ill will. Jessie J has stolen other preexisting copyrighted items from my Copyrighted Catalog as well and engaged in other weird behavior with Madonna against me.

Madonna has also spread other items from my preexisting Copyrighted Catalog to Warner Bros, a company she has worked with for 30-years. They illegally used items from it and criminally passed it on to people at the BBC in London, as Warner Bros distributes their DVDs and gets a share in their royalties. 

As a result, items from my preexisting Copyrighted Catalog has been used as storylines on select episodes of "Torchwood" "The Sarah Jane Adventures" and the "Doctor Who" reboot by Russell Davies (who left the show right after I first made the accusation online) and Steven Moffat, who is still on the show stealing left, right and center from my preexisting copyrights. Other items from my copyrights were used to create the BBC shows "Survivors" and "Primeval."

Coincidentally, after what I witnessed regarding certain behaviors from Russell Davies, I wrote articles alleging there is a problem with pedophilia at the BBC, in reference to select employees (not all employees of the BBC). A year later the Metropolitan Police began arresting BBC executives for pedophilia, charging and convicting them of sexually abusing 9-14 year old girls and boys, in what became another scandal (Pedophilia At The BBC Comes To Light Just As The Site Predicted With Arrests In Jimmy Savile Scandal and Celebrity Publicist Max Clifford Sentenced To 8-years In Prison For Having Sex With Underage Girls As Young As 12-Years Of Age and Former BBC Television Presenter Rolf Harris Sentenced To 5-Years In Prison For Pedophilia.

Now if only the FBI would get off its butt and arrest select people in Hollywood at companies such as Disney, Warner Bros and Sony, among others, who are pedophiles preying on minors for sick sexual exploitation. Oh yea, I forgot, the FBI is corrupt and doesn't believe in arresting famous people with usefully deep pockets.    

Side Bar: I spend so much of my time working on forthcoming pharmaceutical patents to help sick people and yet I'm being targeted by a vile Hollywood cult, robbing, harassing and threatening me, emailing me death threats with racial slurs, showing up at my home, knocking on the door and refusing to leave until security is called, stalking me when I leave my home, hacking my computers, copying the contents and trying to sabotage and slow down my work, to continue their stealing spree for undue financial enrichment the FBI has turned a blind eye to, because they're famous. It's a sick and disgusting reminder there is evil in this world. 

While I constantly work on the pharmaceutical patents to help sick people, using the limited resources I have, funds from the copyrights they've stolen from me are going to furnish these stars with things like cocaine, ecstasy tablets, marijuana, champagne, expensive vacations, luxury homes, sports cars, strippers and plastic surgery.

Rupert Murodch's Right Hand Man Andy Coulson Sentenced To 18-Months In Prison After Being Found Guilty In The Phone Hacking Scandal

Andy Coulson, the former editor of News Corp's now defunct newspaper, the News Of The World, has been sentenced to 18-months in prison for phone hacking, in a case I broke first. Coulson was the right hand man of greedy, corrupt mogul, Rupert Murdoch, who has allowed his staff to take the fall for him. 

As stated previously in the column, I encountered Coulson in 2012 and he was not in his right mind, angrily muttering in public when he saw me [Andy Coulson Found Guilty In The Phone Hacking Case (Confirming Previous Claims I Made About Him On The Site)]. Couslon's story should serve as a cautionary tale for anyone who gets involved with Murdoch, Madonna and their illegality, the law will catch up to you. This isn't over.

Former BBC Television Presenter Rolf Harris Sentenced To 5-Years In Prison For Pedophilia

This is a follow up to a story the Judiciary Report broke first about pedophilia at the BBC (Pedophilia At The BBC Comes To Light Just As The Site Predicted With Arrests In Jimmy Savile Scandal). It must be stated, everyone at the BBC is not involved in pedophilia, but select people have been and are now being brought to justice. A few months ago celebrity publicist, Max Clifford, who is affiliated with the BBC, was sentenced to 8-years in prison for pedophilia.  

This month, former BBC television presenter, Rolf Harris, 84, was found guilty of indecent assault, in relation to pedophilia in sexually assaulting young girls and sentenced to 5-years and 9-months in prison.  Harris was tried and convicted under the Metropolitan Police's operation Yewtree. Well done on another successful conviction.

Side Bar: Some in the entertainment industry have a problem with pedophilia and anyone who harms a child should be placed in prison. As stated on the Judiciary Report previously, Hollywood has a problem with pedophilia as well. Certain people at the Disney channel, among other studios, need to be investigated for pedophilia.

These young hopefuls brought in by their parents, families with stars in their eyes, are being exploited and taken advantage of in the name of fame. This must stop. The government needs to protect the children. Just because a child wants to sing, act or dance in Hollywood does not mean anyone has the right to take advantage of them sexually, as some sick trade off for fame.

Andy Coulson Found Guilty In The Phone Hacking Case (Confirming Previous Claims I Made About Him On The Site)

A verdict was rendered yesterday in the Rupert Murdoch News Corp phone hacking case in London, England, regarding a story I broke first that became a global scandal. Via a formal, online complaint I retained a copy of and posted to my website, I reported Murdoch, his company News Corp, it's U.K. subsidiary News Group Newspapers/News International and his fellow Kabbalah Center cult member, Madonna, to the Metropolitan Police for illegal wiretapping (phone hacking) and computer hacking, among other things. 

I spoke to a Metropolitan Police constable over the phone about it as well in October 2005. 6-months later the Metropolitan Police made the first arrests in the case when they discovered Rupert Murdoch's employees were illegally phone hacking the British royal family. One of Murdoch's private investigators, in addition to another man who worked for Murdoch, newspaper employee, Clive Goodman, were convicted and sent to prison for the offenses. The case was rebooted in 2012, with a string of new arrests. 

Yesterday, Andy Coulson, Murdoch's former editor at the now shuttered News Of The World newspaper, who later became communications director to affable British Prime Minister, David Cameron, was found guilty of phone hacking. Years ago, I warned Cameron had made a mistake hiring Coulson, because based on what I'd heard, Murdoch used him and others to spy on the Prime Minister and British national secrets (April 13, 2011 Judiciary Report article "Has Rupert Murdoch Ever Spied On A World Government For Another" and July 19, 2011's "News Corp Continued To Pay Andy Coulson After He Quit To Spy On British Government"). 

Yesterday, Cameron apologized for hiring Coulson. Yesterday, the Independent newspaper in London reported, "Today, the Prime Minister (David Cameron) said he took 'full responsibility' for Coulson's appointment, and that he had received assurances which have now proved to be false...the Labour leader Ed Miliband responded to the verdict by saying Mr Cameron had 'brought a criminal into the heart of Downing Street.'"

I have nothing against Cameron (or Miliband for that matter). It's puppet masters Murdoch and Madonna I have off. They are the ones behind the criminally commissioned phone hacking that others have illegally gone along with. As I reported on this site two years ago, during a trip to London on business that began in April 2012, I encountered Andy Coulson one week after arriving in town (April 28, 2012 Judiciary Report article "News Corp's Andy Coulson From The Phone Hacking Scandal Is Struggling With Mental Illness").

I was staying in the London suburb Dulwich at my cousin's house. My cousin's a brilliant doctor, who has lived in Dulwich for over 20-years. I was on the main road outside the street my cousin lives on and saw Coulson walking in my direction. He was slowly walking with his bicycle beside him. I saw him looking at me (he knew of me from my websites that all of News Corp has read  regularly for years, showing up in site statistics, then I made the police complaint against them over phone hacking and computer hacking).

When Coulson and I made eye contact, I maintained no facial expression (and no I don't use botox) and didn't say a word to him, but he angrily started muttering to himself whilst staring at me, then looked down and continued audibly muttering, slowly walking up the street (why was he walking his bicycle instead of riding it). In that moment I realized he had become mentally-ill, as so many other members of the Kabbalah Center are schizophrenic. 

The Metropolitan Police still has an open investigation into computer hacking, in regards to the British arm of News Corp in London and arrests have been made. Coulson's colleague at News Corp, Rebekah Brooks, who was also Murdoch's mistress, was found not guilty, having been painted as a hapless, bumbling editor, who didn't know what her staff was doing. However, she did and in time the truth will come out. Brooks knew what was going on the whole time.

Brooks has bullied, threatened, terrorized and ruined stars and politicians in Britain in unprovoked acts. She richly deserves the fall from grace she has experienced, which she is complaining about in the press. However, it's not over. I have more scandals to break on Madonna, Murdoch and company, who are in my forthcoming book and film "Justice and Truth." The worst is yet to come for Madonna, Murdoch and company.

In 2013, PR agent Max Clifford was arrested in the aforementioned BBC Jimmy Savile scandal. This week Clifford was found guilty on 8 counts of “indecent assault” on minors, as young as age 11, under the Metropolitan Police’s Operation Yewtree. Well done to the police, prosecution, judge and jury on the conviction. 

The Judiciary Report would like to commend the brave victims who came forward and gave their testimony in the case. It could not have been easy for them reliving the trauma for court testimony, but it has helped other victims and means Clifford has been brought to justice, sparing other kids from abuse.

Max Clifford trial: public relations guru guilty of eight counts of indecent assault

2:14PM BST 28 Apr 2014 - Britain's best known public relations supremo becomes first to be convicted as a result of Operation Yewtree, the police inquiry set up in the wake of the Jimmy Savile scandal. Max Clifford, the public relations guru, has been found guilty of indecently assaulting teenage girls over nearly 20 years. Clifford, 71, is facing jail after an eight-week trial in which he faced 11 counts of indecent assault against seven teenagers. He was convicted of eight charges, cleared of two and the jury was unable to reach a verdict on one other.

Clifford became the first high-profile defendant to be convicted as a result of Scotland Yard’s Operation Yewtree, which was set up in the wake of the scandal surrounding Jimmy Savile, the BBC entertainer who was unmasked as Britain’s worst paedophile following his death in 2011. The outcome will go some way towards restoring the Crown Prosecution Service’s reputation following widespread criticism over its decision to take a series of public figures to trial only for them to be acquitted on all charges.

26-year-old BBC employee Darren Shearer has been arrested for downloading copious amounts of child pornography and communicating with other pedophiles online. This criminal misconduct was conduct from BBC premises, as investigators discovered Shearer downloaded tens of thousands of child porn images from the network's Birmingham studios.

The BBC has been the subject of a pedophilia scandal, kicked off by revelations television star Jimmy Savile sexually molested many minors. Others BBC stars such as Rolf Harris and Stuart Hall, among others, have been arrested for pedophilia.

It is commendable that the police are arresting pedophiles at the BBC. Pedophilia is an insidious crime that needs to be wiped out. Federal authorities in America need to do a crime sweep of Hollywood as well, as child stars and non-famous kids have been and are being molested by industry executives and stars.

A secretly made tape recorded in March 2013 and leaked this week, featuring News Corp CEO, Rupert Murdoch admitting guilt in the police bribery and phone hacking scandal, is officially being demanded by the Metropolitan Police in London, England. The tape was leaked by employees bitter that Murdoch has "hung them out to dry" and is making them take the fall for him and his family.

The police have been investigating Murdoch and co and arrested 100 people in the scandal. Thus far, despite the Judiciary Report’s adamant claims since 2005 that Murdoch ordered the crimes being committed at the company, there was no hard evidence of him admitting it, until the aforementioned tape that was leaked this week. Scotland Yard seeks Rupert Murdoch secret tape

The Guardian, Friday 5 July 2013 13.59 EDT - In tape, Murdoch is heard admitting to Sun journalists that payments to public officials were part of 'culture of Fleet Street. Scotland Yard detectives were on Friday attempting to track down a secret recording of Rupert Murdoch admitting to Sun journalists that payments to public officials were part of "the culture of Fleet Street".

A police officer connected to the Operation Elveden investigation into illicit payments from journalists has made a formal request to Exaro News, the investigations website that broke the story, to hand over the undercover tape. DCI Laurence Smith told Exaro News that the police would seek a production order compelling it to disclose the recording if it did not do so voluntarily. It is understood the police have also approached Channel 4, which aired a small part of the recordings.

The development is the clearest indication yet that police in London are ready to examine Murdoch's private disclosures since the tapes emerged on Wednesday night. Murdoch is recorded saying the culture of paying police officers for stories "existed at every newspaper in Fleet Street. Long since forgotten. But absolutely."…

Evan Harris, the associate director of the group, wrote to the cross-party committee's chairman, John Whittingdale MP, saying: "There is a strong prima facie case that Mr Murdoch may have committed contempt of parliament by misleading your committee over his true response to the police investigations into phone hacking and bribery of public officials.

"As far as the victims of phone hacking are concerned, the appropriate course of action is for the committee
to recall him at the earliest available opportunity to explain the discrepancies between the expressions of remorse he made to you and the defiant and unrepentant tone of his private remarks earlier this year."...

Radio 1 DJ Arrested In The Jimmy Savile Pedophile Case

This is a follow up the Judiciary Report article "Pedophilia At The BBC Comes To Light Just As The Site Predicted With Arrests In Jimmy Savile Scandal" in which the site was the first to allege online there is a problem at the BBC with pedophilia. The site must state, not everyone at the BBC is engaging in this misconduct, but a select number of individuals have done so and need to be booted out.

72-year-old former BBC Radio 1 DJ Chris Denning has been arrested by the Metropolitan Police in connection with the Jimmy Savile pedophile case, dubbed Operation Yewtree. Denning is one of thirteen arrests in the case and it is good to see something is being done about this matter.

Disgraced News Corp CEO, Rupert Murdoch, who owns almost 200 newspapers and two major networks (Fox and Sky), is a first rate hypocrite, as he is of the belief he is to say and print anything he desires, often untruthful and defamatory, but block others' rights to free speech and free press.

On his direction and behalf, Murdoch's staff has been contacting social networking sites and various blog hosting platforms, demanding unflattering items regarding him be removed from their search results, to thwart the public reading the posts and articles. Murdoch also sees it as damage control, but he is in denial, because as the phrase goes, the cat is out of the bag, regarding his unsavory and illegal activities via News Corp in the phone hacking scandal.

The computer hacking scandal, regarding News Corp, has also picked up speed, resulting in several high profile arrests. With all this lawbreaking going on at News Corp, Murdoch is really full of himself to think he should be able to edit his press coverage, when he has so unfairly dragged innocent people's names through the mud for undue financial profit.

However, when the ugly truth is written about him, Murdoch gets his diapers (nappies) in a knot and demands it be excised from the internet at once. At the end of the day, the Murdochs are of the belief they are better than others and the only individuals entitled to an opinion. But the world doesn't work that way and there are still folks out there (like me and others) who refuse to let criminals like the Murdochs rob us of free speech and free press. You can't suppress the internet. It will get out in some form or another.

Furthermore, Mr. Murdoch, if you are going to live in America, Britain and your home country Australia, you need to learn to follow the rules and laws of each country, because mark my words, one of these days, you are going to run afoul of the public in such a terrible way, no lawyer, police officer or politician will be able to get out of it.

The Metropolitan Police is investigating evidence that indicates Rupert Murdoch's News Corp has been commissioning break-ins into the homes of politicians and celebrities, seeking "salacious information." The break-ins were done by private investigators hired by Murdoch's News Corp. 

Beginning in 2005, when I first broke the story on phone hacking, via the aforementioned police complaint to the Metropolitan Police and separately one to the crooked and corrupt FBI, I formally accused Kabbalah members Madonna and Rupert Murdoch and their associates of commissioning break-ins to my former home in Miami, to steal information in my home office/recording studio/film editing studio, stored on back-up copies of DVD-ROMs and CD-ROMs, containing my preexisting copyrights. 

There were several break-ins that necessitated I call the police and file a complaint for the corresponding burglaries that all centered on stealing copies of DVD-ROMs and CD-ROMs containing copyrights I burned to discs as back-ups, known as intangible assets. The commissioned burglaries never resulted in tangible assets being stolen, such as televisions, DVD players or jewelry. The thieves always went for store bought blank discs (DVD-ROMs and CD-ROMs) I had burned copies of my copyrights on and labeled "copyrights" in my handwriting, which were contained in my former home office/recording studio/film editing studio.

During one incident, in addition to stealing court case items and unpublished DVD-ROMs and CD-ROMs containing my very valuable, private, preexisting Library of Congress copyrights I was authoring on an offline computer to block Kabbalah's chronic computer hacking efforts, Madonna and Murdoch's private investigator also stole medicine and some of my baby pictures from my former home to be nasty, foul and spiteful, as I had called the police and began writing about their criminal commissioned burglaries online. These are the kind of deranged and desperate people they are and they should not be free. 

After the break-ins, the contents of the private DVD-ROMs and CD-ROMs discs I made, which were once only available in my (former) home, bag and the Library of Congress in Washington D.C., began surfacing as Madonna and News Corp's new projects (and that of their associates), with my name erased as author, despite the fact I had written and copyrighted the items over a year before they were illegal stolen and criminally used (I still have other back-up copies of the DVD-ROMs and CD-ROMs in my bag).

After one break-in, I even found an illegally planted hidden camera in the house (bathroom), which is sick, demonic and perverted beyond comprehension. What kind of animals and savages spy on people in their home. Kabbalah are the sickest, nastiest people on earth to do something so incomprehensibly evil, perverted, voyeuristic and depraved. 

Ironically, Kabbalah also believes in extensive levels of numerology, astrology and the occult. Madonna has crazily and publicly referred to herself as a "high priestess." She is deeply immersed in sick occult practices. There were incidents after commissioned break-ins to my home, where I found small occult symbols and statutes on my former property, hidden under leaves at the base of trees in the yard that were not there before. I know this because I used to do all the gardening, which included removing weeds, mowing the lawn, sweeping up leaves and planting roses.

I always left under the trees free of debris, but all of a sudden piles of leaves started rapidly appearing and when I went to rake them up, strange silver and metal statues and items associated with the occult were under the leaves. It was sick. I am a Christian. I don't mess with or dabble in any form of the occult/witchcraft, as the Bible labels it sin. So I promptly threw that stuff in the garbage. But Kabbalah is a sick cult that believes in witchcraft, spells, chanting and elaborate forms of numerology among other things. Some of this misconduct was revealed in a BBC expose on Kabbalah. One of my sources also told me Madonna has been the butt of jokes in certain entertainment industry circles for keeping voodoo dolls of people she becomes obsessed with.

In another incident, the day after I began exposing online their criminal behavior and acts of bribery regarding FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller, as communicated to me by a well-connected international source that has never been wrong with any of information he has given me, Madonna and Murdoch's Kabbalah commissioned another break-in, but took it further that time in trying to get back at me for disclosing their criminal behavior.

Where the usual mode of entry during the break-ins, as discovered by local police, was tampering with the backdoor locks on my former Miami home (and in one incident removing it altogether) they smashed a large back window of my former home office/recording studio/film editing studio with a rock to cause maximum damage and with the intent of creating fear and distress. 

These invasive acts have made my family sick, literally, resulting in hospitalizations. My elderly mother now suffers from heart problems as a result of the constant terrorization, harassment, stalking, copyright thefts and death threats against me from Kabbalah. I even had an aneurysm in 2008, due to the extensive human rights abuses. To this day, the criminal misconduct has not desisted, as they continue to steal from me, spy on me and stalk me everywhere I go.

Ladies and gentlemen, News Corp, Rupert Murdoch, Madonna, Kabbalah and their associates are not upstanding business people and entertainers, they are filthy, gutter criminals, thugs, animals and savages, who have illegally made money from criminally robbing and spying on other people. They belong in prison.

Exclusive: News of the World 'ordered burglary' 

Police probe link to break-ins at homes of MPs and stars - Detectives have evidence which suggests that a notorious private detective agency carried out a burglary while working for the News of the World. In the latest twist to the phone-hacking scandal, a police intelligence report indicates that Southern Investigations, based in south London, targeted the home of a newsworthy individual in an attempt to dig up salacious information.

The Independent has established that the material – the first suggested link between the News of the World and burglary – is being held by Operation Tuleta, the police inquiry into illegal newsgathering techniques other than phone hacking and corruption. It refers to a "sortie" carried out into a woman's home in Ascot, Berkshire, and mentions the name of Alex Marunchak – a long-serving executive on the News of the World.

A police assessment indicated that Southern Investigations or an associate had "gained unauthorised access into a private domestic premises with a view to gaining information on the resident". 

Separately, a former undercover policeman who infiltrated Southern Investigations said that it burgled MPs' homes in an attempt to obtain embarrassing information for the newspaper. All those involved in Southern Investigations, and Mr Marunchak, deny any involvement in break-ins or knowledge of any illegal acts. 

Tom Watson, the Labour politician who campaigned against phone hacking, said that, if proven to be evidence of burglary, the material showed further serious wrongdoing at the News of the World. There have long been concerns that, as well as phone hacking and police corruption, burglaries took place in an attempt to land stories.

Several public figures whose voicemail messages were hacked by the newspaper, including the actor Hugh Grant, the Football Association executive David Davies, and Paul Stretford, Wayne Rooney's former agent, fell victim to break-ins where nothing was stolen. The Labour frontbencher Chris Bryant and other MPs are thought to have been similarly targeted...
