A website was erected for over 18 fans of under 18 pop singer, Justin Bieber, to submit salacious sexual stories of their fantasies regarding the young minor. However, as most law abiding people will immediately realize, such a site is illegal and classified as child porn, due to Bieber being 17-years of age. The site was taken down.

It still amazes me that from the time Bieber was 15, women in their twenties and thirties were lusting after him. This is not appropriate. If Bieber were a girl (which some of you, including Bieber, joke that he is) people would be outraged. Let him be a young man in peace. There are certain boundaries in society that do not need to be crossed.

A man named Mikel Barsa is asking for $500,000 for a porn film starring Hollywood actress, Marilyn Monroe, when she was underage, which is highly inappropriate. Stills released to mainstream websites, reportedly reveal it is the actress. However, in the Judiciary Report's opinion, the woman in the stills does not look like Monroe. The nose, eyes and cheeks are different.

The production companies and distributors made millions, as the FBI looked the other way. This wait and see policy the FBI operates under, has caused many a national and world crisis, resulting in the deaths of many innocent people, due to the agency's criminal negligence.
Currently, the FBI is investigating the case of 15-year-old runaway, Charrida Smalley, who was exploited in a vile manner by Miami company RK Medianet, for a very graphic pornographic film, also starring a 24-year-old bisexual male.

More recently, parents of missing kids accused the FBI of telling them to buzz off, in a story so terrible in made the mainstream press. Considering the scores of laws broken in this case, let’s see if the FBI will fail like they often do, especially where money is concerned or do the right thing for a change and arrest all involved in this horrific exploitation of a minor.

RK Netmedia quickly took the video down from the internet, but they deserve to spend a significant stretch of time in federal prison, as it appears they orchestrated the entire episode to insidiously exploit a minor. The FBI needs to get off their duffs and bring a far reaching criminal case, to send a clear message, as I have read of a similar case involving another minor.

The MTV show "Skins" has lost half of its ratings, under the weight of controversy surrounding the program, many have labeled child porn. A number of major advertisers have pulled their ads from airing during "Skins" leaving MTV in a difficult situation.
Two days ago, the network staunchly stated they are proud to air their adaptation of the award winning British show. However, as pointed out yesterday, many British parents were upset about the show on their shores as well. Furthermore, just because a person or program wins an award, does not mean it is of merit.

After all, pedophiles Roman Polanski and R. Kelly have won numerous awards for work that lacks integrity and decency. The sad fact of the matter is, due to the hedonistic nature of the entertainment industry worldwide, things get on the air that simply should not.

MTV is still under fire for the scandalous new show "Skins" which features pornographic scenes, acted out by minors. It is an adaptation of the British show of the same name, which also caused controversy in Britain, due to its raunchy and explicit content.
A number of big U.S. advertisers have fled the show, demanding their commercials be removed from the show's breaks. MTV is trying to claim the program shows kids as they really are, but it is a poor excuse for broadcasting child porn, in criminal violation of U.S. law.
MTV's statement is a cop out, as one does not have to watch child porn to know kids are engaging in underage sex. One does not have to watch a child take drugs to know it is happening. Much like one does not have to kill to know murders are being committed in society.

A cable news clips today revealed, "Skins" features an underage girl performing oral sex on an underage boy. A forthcoming episode shows an underage boy running down the street naked as his bare backside is shown. "Skins" also features lesbian sex scenes between minors.
Pedophiles are fans of the show and contributing to the ratings. "Skins" has given pedophiles a false view that the sexual exploitation of minors has become acceptable and fashionable in society, because after all, it is on MTV. It is obvious that "Skins" is Sodom and Gomorrah reborn. The show glorifies underage promiscuous sex, drug use, violence and suicide. All the things decent parents try to keep their kids from.
Is there any wonder kids today are falling into terrible levels of trouble previous generations did not experience. One need look no further than the negative examples they are being given via so-called entertainment, as it becomes conditioning and aspirational.

The U.S. adaptation of the British show "Skins" which debuted this week, has caused a major controversy in America this week. It's underage actors are engaging in sex and drug scenes on camera, glorifying inappropriate conduct, for the purpose of ratings.
My regular readers may remember the site mentioning "Skins" a year ago, as the offending and privacy violating television show, written about in relation to the Aisha v. FBI lawsuit (see article Madonna Violates The Privacy Of Minors). A year ago, the Judiciary Report, branded the British version of the show pedophilic and questioned why it was being redone in any measure.

This week, the U.S. based Parents Television Council has slammed the show as "child porn" and that it is. They are calling on Congress and and Justice Department to investigate the show, sending them formal letters, demanding a "child porn" probe.
However, as the Aisha v. FBI lawsuit indicates, the Justice Department already knows about the nasty show and could care less. The FBI and Justice Department are more interested in helping the pedophiles and thieves in Hollywood get away with crimes, not stopping them. They are just as immoral as Hollywood.

Josh Holly, the braggadocios 21-year-old man, who kept hacking into the internet account of 18-year-old "Hannah Montana" star Miley Cyrus, when she was 15-years-old, has been arrested by the FBI. It took the inefficient, lackadaisical, taxpayer money squandering FBI two years to move in on Holly, after he hacked into the accounts of a minor and released photos that qualify as child porn.
Holly went so far as to contact websites and a radio station using his real name and bragging about the perverse crimes he had committed and the agency sat on its backside and let the madness continue for two years. Never mind, during said two years, they had time to act as movie consultants and publish press releases about awards they give out, patting themselves on the back for their so-called efforts, all in bids at getting their names in the paper.
What's odd and pathetic is they have not charged Holly for his criminal conduct in the Cyrus case. Holly has been arrested for possessing multiple credit card numbers that do not belong to him, with the intent to defraud. In short, identity theft. One has to question the competence and intelligence of an agency that can't build a case against a hacker that criminally violated the rights of a minor and released what is a form of child porn to the internet.

An FBI employee, Samuel Kaplan, has been arrested for possessing child porn. The police discovered over 100 images on his computer. This week, he was sentenced to four years in prison for the aforementioned crimes.
A number of FBI Agents have been arrested by the police for being pedophiles. In another case, FBI Agent, William Hutton, was arrested for molesting Boy Scouts. One of the children he molested, was mysteriously found dead shortly after Hutton was charged, resulting in the case being dismissed. How convenient...and sick. It was revealed today in the Blake Robbins v. Lower Merion School District laptop webcam spying case that the school captured 56,000 images of students without their consent, in different states of undress, in their homes, among other places.
Harriton High, one of the schools in Lower Merion School District, initially lied and tried to play down the case, but as anyone can see, it is a sick, gross invasion of privacy that needs to be prosecuted.
The people on the school board involved in this perversion would not like it if it were done to their families. Yet, had no qualms about doing this to others.
