Rapper The Game Blames Chris Brown's Former Friend Wackstar For Vandalizing His Porsche And Stealing $50,000 From The Singer In Home Invasion Robbery

Wackstar, Karrueche Tran and Chris Brown on Instagram in 2014

Compton, California rapper the Game has been on social networking slamming a man known as "Wackstar" who was a friend of singer Chris Brown and his ex-girlfriend, Karrueche Tran. The TMZ website reported, the Game, real name, Jayceon Taylor, is threatening to break Wackstar's jaw for damaging his Porsche and masterminding the break-in to Brown's mansion, tying up his aunt, Christine Brown, shoving her in a closet and stealing $50,000 in a safe, as well as electronics (including Brown's computer with his music work and other sensitive data on it).

Chris Brown returning home and finding out his home was burglarized and his aunt held at gunpoint

The Game stated,"Tell these fans who really had Chris Brown auntie tied up and his house broke in you p***y as* f****t. When I see you I'm gone break yo f***in jaw...So have yo gun on you p***y." Wackstar responded, "I know the real you, you wouldn't hurt a f****n fly...#ChangeOfHeatAs*Ni**a."

Chris Brown's closet fully of clothes and shoes provoked jealousy among some of his friends

Seriously, what does Wackstar do for a living that he can afford a large home and luxury cars. It gives a certain impression of illegal activity. Not to mention, Wackstar was the main one egging Brown on, regarding threatening male supermodel, Tyson Beckford, over an innocuous selfie with Tran. He also went ahead of Brown to Las Vegas trying to start trouble with Beckford, who hadn't done anything wrong, prompting Tran to flee the city.

Christine Brown

Wackstar is a troublemaker and one who has gotten Brown into very negative situations in the past, not caring that the singer was on parole. After the burglary into Brown's mansion, his mother stated online that it was one of his friends. His aunt also indicated the same to police, who continue to investigate the burglary.

The Game and his beautiful daughter Cali

For well over a year the Judiciary Report has warned Brown, who reads this site, about some of the friends in his circle (Getting Negative Influences Out Of Your Life and Chris Brown Announces More Tour Dates While Paying The Way Of Destructive OHB Crew among other articles). It's sad he and his family had to find out the hard way, especially his aunt. At least she was not killed or seriously injured. However, she is traumatized and shaken from what had to have been an awful experience. As the phrase goes, "With friends like these who needs enemies."

The Hacked Emails Of Former U.S. Secretary Of State Hillary Clinton Up For Sale On The Black Market

Hillary Clinton

The Judiciary Report stated the emails of former U.S. Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, that were illegally sent from a private server could be recovered by the FBI (August 19, 2015 Hillary Clinton Under Investigation By The FBI As Her Deleted Emails Are Being Retrieved From Her Personal Server).

Days later, the FBI confirmed this fact, recovering Clinton's emails she claimed were "wiped." She also had to admit some wrongdoing regarding negligence, confirming what the Judiciary Report had previously stated (Hillary Clinton Admits She Lied About Emails In FBI Investigation As Agents Find Examples Of Her Breaking The Law).

The Judiciary Report also stated Clinton's emails were astonishingly unencrypted and open to hacking, which she denied. However, once again, days later the Judiciary Report's claims were confirmed in that Clinton's emails were indeed unencrypted which was very careless of her (Government Investigators Raise The Tally Of Unprotected Hillary Clinton Classified Emails From 2 To 150).

In the August 31, 2015 article (Government Investigators Raise The Tally Of Unprotected Hillary Clinton Classified Emails From 2 To 150) the Judiciary Report also stated Clinton's conduct in sending unencrypted emails also opened them up to hacking. Four days later the website Radar Online is now reporting some of Clinton's improperly sent, unencrypted emails were indeed hacked and are now available on the black market for $500,000 (see September 3, 2015 "STORY SOURCE" posted below).

This means U.S. state secrets were compromised due to Clinton's careless conduct, confirming what the Judiciary Report stated days prior on August 31, 2015 (Government Investigators Raise The Tally Of Unprotected Hillary Clinton Classified Emails From 2 To 150). This was a big no no on Clinton's part. You can't be a woman running for head of state, then do something like this, making women look temperamental, fickle, weak and unqualified (and that's exactly how something like this is viewed among certain males in the establishment).

In short, Clinton should have followed established security protocols set in place by the government. To assume that because she is Clinton and no one would dare engage in computer intrusion against her was quite naive. In her mind, the very reason she was Secretary of State should have been reason to automatically assume she would be targeted by hackers and spies and to take every necessary security precaution to protect national secrets.

While the Judiciary Report does not believe Clinton was selling state secrets in acts of espionage, the site firmly believes she simply did not care about established computer security protocols, retaining an attitude of who would dare hack into my computers or emails.

As a person who was interviewed twice by the FBI in 2005 and gave them written and verbal testimony and evidence about the illegal activity of Hollywood private investigator, Anthony Pellicano, whom they imprisoned 4-months after and used some of what I told them verbatim in the indictment, I can attest to what many had already stated in that Clinton was one of his clients.

Pellicano had four hackers working from his Los Angeles office, illegally hacking people's computers and emails, whilst engaging in other felonies, such as illegal wiretapping and racketeering to destroy the lives of  his client's victims he was paid $100,000 per person to criminally target in vicious, invasive ways.

I also know for a fact that Clinton was forwarded illegally hacked emails and wiretapped telephone conversations Pellicano illegally obtained when she was a client, prior to her time as U.S. Secretary of State.

Therefore, Clinton knew it was possible to have someone's emails hacked. Clinton simply assumed it could not happen to her. However, in America there is a phrase that is a verbal play on words which roughly goes, "Don't assume, because it will make an as* out of you and me."

FBI starting probe of Hillary server to check for espionage

Posted at 10:01 AM on September 3, 2015 - Hillary Clinton insists that her unsecured e-mail server never got penetrated by foreign intelligence services, but the FBI isn’t convinced. Bloomberg’s Eli Lake and Josh Rogin hear from intelligence and Congressional sources that their investigators have begun to “scour” the server for traces of espionage. After all, no one thought to even encrypt the server’s communications for the first few months of its operation, and could every hostile (or even friendly) intelligence service have missed that opportunity?

The FBI has begun a probe into whether foreign intelligence services compromised Hillary Clinton’s e-mail server during and after her tenure as secretary of state, according to U.S. intelligence and Congressional officials.

The damage assessment, which is part of the bureau’s investigation into whether the former secretary and her staff mishandled classified information, will hunt for digital traces of cyber-espionage by foreign governments. Even mundane and unclassified Clinton e-mails could provide important insights into the inner workings of the U.S. government and the actions of its top officials.

Clinton herself has dismissed the prospect that her e-mails were hacked. Speaking in March, she said the system used for the private e-mail “was set up for President Clinton’s office. And it had numerous safeguards. It was on property guarded by the Secret Service. And there were no security breaches.”

U.S. officials familiar with the probe tell us the FBI is not so sure. These sources say the damage assessment will be conducted by the FBI’s own spy hunters and cyber security experts. The FBI will not hand off the task to the National Counterintelligence & Security Center, the office inside the intelligence community that coordinates counter-intelligence activities. It is conducting the damage assessment of former NSA contractor Edward Snowden’s 2013 leak to journalists.
This suggests that the FBI has successfully restored at least some of the data off of the server’s hard drives. Hillary Clinton and her team acknowledged months ago that the server had been wiped after they sorted through the e-mails and produced less than half for the State Department to review. That was before Hillary tried to play dumb at a press conference and claim not to know what “wipe” meant.

Perhaps it wasn’t that much of an act. If the FBI can reconstruct the server records to determine access to
the machine from the hard drive, the e-mail records should be easier to restore. They expressed optimism about the ability to recover that data two weeks ago, so perhaps they’ve already done that and moved on to analyzing the records. It would not surprise anyone to find out that Hillary’s team turned out to be just as inept at server wiping as they proved to be with securing records in the first place.

The Daily Beast’s John Schindler hears from his sources in intelligence that the FBI’s aggressive investigation should have the White House worried as well:

Hillary Clinton was far from the only senior Obama appointee to play fast and loose with classified materials, according to Intelligence Community insiders. While most counterspies agree that Hillary’s practices—especially using her own server and having her staffers place classified information into unclassified emails, in violation of Federal law—were especially egregious, any broad-brush investigation into security matters are likely to turn up other suspects, they maintain.

“The whole administration is filled with people who can’t shoot straight when it comes to classified,” an Intelligence Community official explained to me this week. Three U.S. officials suggested that Susan Rice, the National Security Adviser, might be at particular risk if a classified information probe goes wide. But it should be noted that Rice has made all sorts of enemies on the security establishment for her prickly demeanor, use of coarse language, and strategic missteps.
As Schindler has noted before, the intelligence community is especially incensed over this scandal:
Although it will be months before intelligence agencies have reviewed all Clinton emails, counterintelligence officials expect that the true number of classified emails on Hillary’s servers is at least many hundreds and perhaps thousands, based on the samplings seen to date.

Excuses that most of the classified emails examined to date are considered Confidential, which is the lowest level, cut no ice with many insiders. Although the compromise of information at that level is less damaging than the loss of Secret—or worse Top Secret—information, it is still a crime that’s taken seriously by counterintelligence professionals. Most of the classified that Hillary and her staff seem to have compromised dealt with diplomatic discussions, which is a grave indiscretion as far as diplomats worldwide are concerned.

“Of course they knew what they were doing, it’s a clear as day from the emails,” opined one senior official who is close to the investigation. “I’m a Democrat and this makes me sick. They were fully aware of what they were up to, and the Bureau knows it.” That Hillary and her staff at Foggy Bottom were wittingly involved in a scheme to place classified information into ostensibly unclassified emails to reside on Clinton’s personal, private server is the belief of every investigator and counterintelligence official I’ve spoken with recently, and all were at pains to maintain that this misconduct was felonious.
Lake and Rogin note that high-ranking officials are not often prosecuted for these crimes. The issuance of a subpoena to a Clinton aide might mean that the FBI and Congress are not likely to just let this go this time, though.

Update: If this Radar item is legit — and with Radar, that’s a dice roll — then the FBI may not need to look far to find evidence of a hack:

Just as email-gate looked to be winding down, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned a person claiming to be a computer specialist has come forward with the stunning news that 32,000 emails from HillaryClinton‘s private email account are up for sale. The price tag — a whopping $500,000! …

Radar has learned that some of the topics discussed in the email appear to include everything from Benghazi to the Algerian hostage crisis — with subject lines such as:

“H Libya security latest. Sid” (with attachment)
“H FYI, best analysis so far of hearing Sid,’ about the latest security
in Libya”
“H Algeria latest French Intel on Algeria hostage Sid”
“H Latest French Intel in Algeria hostage Sid” (with attachment)
“H Latest Libya intel internal govt discussions high level” (with
attachment)
“H HIGHLY IMPORTANT! Comprehensive Intel Report on (with attachment)”

I’d take this one with a Lot’s Wife-sized grain of salt. But I’d guess the FBI will be looking into this, along with the Scouring of the Server.

Update: Commenter Mike Honcho asks, “if the server were truly wiped clean wouldn’t it be impossible to determine if espionage (or more specifically an intrusion) occurred?” That was what I meant when I said this suggests that the wipe didn’t succeed. Investigators could be looking at ISP records for this data, too … but they wouldn’t need the server for that. If they’re scouring the server for this data, it means they restored at least part of the hard drive.

Hillary Clinton Admits She Lied About Emails In FBI Investigation As Agents Find Examples Of Her Breaking The Law

Joe Biden to Hillary Clinton: boy are you in trouble!

FBI investigators working for the Department of Justice have found instances of U.S. presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton, breaking the law in the email scandal that has enveloped her candidacy. Clinton, in her former post as U.S. Secretary of State, knew she was not permitted to send government emails containing classified information from her private email address/server, as it compromises national security, making state secrets vulnerable to hackers. However, she did exactly that.

This criminal misconduct violated federal law and exhibited poor judgment on Clinton's part. Clinton also destroyed the evidence, or so she thought, ordering the emails be deleted, in conduct that constitutes a felony. However, the FBI was able to retrieve the evidence. As stated in the column previously, computer experts are able to run hard drives backward and retrieve deleted data (Hillary Clinton Under Investigation By The FBI As Her Deleted Emails Are Being Retrieved From Her Personal Server). It requires many hours to do so, but it can be done.

The ongoing criminal investigation into Clinton has so far unearthed two examples of the presidential hopeful violating said government policy that is federal law, in deeds that compromised national security. Clinton has since admitted she did indeed violate this government policy, when previously she publicly lied stating she never sent classified emails from her private email account/server.

Chris Brown's Aunt Christine Brown Slams Wendy Williams For Stating She Was In On The $50,000 Burglary At His Home

Chris Brown's aunt posts item on Instagram slamming Wendy Williams over burglary comment

Disgraceful gossip talk show host, Wendy Williams, who is the owner of some very warped and twisted views on many subjects, took a dig at Christine Brown, the aunt of singer, Chris Brown. Williams publicly stated Brown's aunt was in on the burglary that occurred at his new mansion last week. The thieves, believed to be his gang banger friends, made off with a safe containing $50,000 and stole a computer and electronics, among other things.

Christine Brown

Williams stated during her show, "How much you wanna bet the aunt was actually in the mix, like one of them young aunts doing it big in the club." Christine Brown responded, "Look Miss Wendy, before reporting your stories get your facts straight. First of all, I'm not young, just well-kept by myself and I don't club. I never heard anything outside, and I'm a country girl and would never open a door in L.A where I'm not familiar. I was actually asleep when I was assaulted," she added. "So please don't plaster my photos and make false reports and add insult to my situation that's already hard enough, and I find nothing funny about what happened here."

Chris Brown’s Friends In On $50,000 Cash Home Invasion Robbery Where His Money And Electronics Were Stolen

Chris Brown returning home and finding out his home was burglarized and his aunt held at gunpoint

Police are investigating the gang banger friends of singer Chris Brown, regarding the home invasion robbery where his money and valuables were stolen and his aunt shoved into a closet at gunpoint. Police are following a line of investigation regarding Brown’s Bloods gang member friends being aware of his home safe containing $50,000 the singer was paid for a club appearance.

When recording artists make club appearances or do performances in said type of venue, they are paid a deposit and the remainder of the money, many times in cash, after they fulfill their obligation. The gun wielding men who broke into Brown’s new mansion and held his aunt at gunpoint, expressed they knew the property belongs to the singer and made reference to the $50,000 in the safe. Police are also investigating the possibility a club promoter was in on the heist. Brown’s computer, electronics and other valuables were taken in the robbery.

Side Bar: Chris Brown’s mom Joyce Hawkins and his ex-girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, expressed concern about the people Brown began hanging out with and their worst fears regarding them are being realized. This time no one was physically injured, but if he continues down this path with them as friends, next time things may not work out the same.

Chris Brown Cops Zeroing in on Club Promoters In Home Invasion

7/16/2015 10:30 AM PDT - Cops have a hot lead on who is behind the home invasion robbery at Chris Brown's house ... and it centers around a recent club appearance where Chris was paid a fortune in cash. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, they believe the mastermind behind Wednesday's break-in was someone who knew Chris had just received $50,000 in cash for a nightclub gig. We're told Chris typically does not have huge amounts of money lying around, so having it at the house was unusual.

TMZ broke the story ... the robbers made it clear to Chris' aunt who was in the house that they knew the identity of the homeowner. The robbers demanded to know from the aunt the location of the safe, and during the robbery they let it slip they knew about the $50k. Law enforcement sources say only a few people knew about the cash, and they believe a promoter is a likely suspect of masterminding the heist.

Subway's Jared Stated 'Middle School Girls Are Hot'

Married father of two, Jared Fogle, promoting Subway at a Disney function for kids

The Subway sandwich restaurant chain is in crisis mode, as their front man of the past decade, Jared Fogle, 37, was the subject of an FBI child pornography raid last week in Indiana. A Florida woman went to the FBI with troubling statements Jared made to her, which resulted in an investigation being opened.

The unnamed woman has spoken to Jared on and off for years. When she made the complaint to the FBI, they asked her to wear a wire to catch Jared making further inappropriate statements about children. The woman, who is a journalist, agreed to wear the wire and Jared was caught making pedophilic statements, revealing how mentally ill he is to hold said views about underage girls.

Jared exiting a police truck in his driveway with his lawyer present as the FBI combs through his home

Days after the raid it was revealed, one of the statements Jared made is, "Middle school girls are hot!" The sickening statement troubled the woman, as Middle school girls are between the ages of 11-14. For any grown man in his thirties to think 11-14 year-old girls are hot, indicates serious mental problems.

Mug shot of Russell Taylor, the former director of Jared's Foundation, who was arrested in April 2015 for making child porn. Police and FBI found 400 child porn videos and images made by Taylor.

This confirms what the Judiciary Report stated the day of the raid, "Based on their actions in past cases, for the FBI to have done this, they are calling Jared a pedo. Hence the high profile raid. They found something they do not like and decided to raid Jared's home as a result to obtain additional evidence. It's very sad that children have been harmed and hopefully justice will be served regarding the perpetrators."

Can The Feds See The Hidden Content Of Private Instagram And Twitter Accounts (Yes)

Feds: Yes We Can

A number of exposes online by credible sources have revealed the U.S. government has access to the back end of social networking accounts on sites such as Instagram and Twitter. The government accomplished this by citing various laws that allow them to spy on the contents of accounts on social networking.

However, some have felt a false sense of security in setting their accounts on Instagram and Twitter private, wrongly assuming the government is unable to see the content hidden from the public. However, the U.S. government has the capability to see the full content of Twitter and Instagram accounts that are set to private - including direct messages (DMs).

The moral of the story is be careful what you write and do on social networking, as it can come back to haunt you. As far as the government is concerned, nothing is private. Anti-terrorism laws have given them access to everything and sometimes the privilege is abused by some, not all, members of government.

NSA Spying Extends To Intercepting Computer Deliveries To Plant Special Spyware And Data Stealing Cables

NSA offices

A new report coming out of Germany indicates the NSA's PRISM scandal runs much deeper than has been acknowledged by the National Security Agency. The Spiegel news agency reports the NSA has a hacking division known as TAO that specializes in hard to reach hacking targets.

NSA headquarters

The NSA's TAO division employs tactics such as intercepting computer deliveries to install malware on computer units and replacing regular cables with special data cables that collect and transmit data back to the agency. A few years ago, there was a reported case of someone buying a brand new computer only to open it up and find malware pre-installed on the unit. Therefore, the claims regarding the NSA's TAO are not far fetched.

Judge Tells FBI To Buzz Off Denying Request To Hack Into Person's Computer And Spy On Them Using Their Webcam

FBI Director Robert S. Mueller

A Texas judge told the FBI to kick rocks when the agency requested clearance to hack into the computer of an alleged suspect to copy the person's files and take control of their webcam to watch them in their home. I've been warning you for years in this column the FBI has been watching select people in their homes via audio and visual means and in most cases without justification.

Secretly watching people in their homes is perverted and sick beyond redemption. It is an abomination and the worst, most depraved privacy violation in history. Only extremely sick people do nastiness like that. It is not justified under any circumstances.

The judge in Texas stated, "The FBI provided 'little more than vague assurances' to protect privacy" of the alleged suspect. If the FBI was looking for corrupt judicial rubber-stamping maybe they should have tried one of the Miami judges on their payroll (you know, like Jose E. Martinez, Marcia Cooke or Cecilia Altonaga). However, this was a jurisdictional issue, as their target in this case resides in Texas.

The sad part about it is the FBI has been known to abuse its authority granted by Congress to request court orders to get into the computers of law-abiding journalists and bloggers, who write exposés on the agency and select politicians, revealing they are breaking the law. The FBI labels it a "national security" matter, but it is actually a national cover your butt matter, when they are outed for breaking the law. The FBI has even gone so far to state they, "Might arguably not be required to obtain a warrant to remotely install spyware" on people's computers to watch them in their homes and copy their files.

The FBI has also misused their authority to get into the computers and emails of select financial executives, so certain people in the Federal Bureau of Investigation can make quick money on the stock market. While they do that, terrorists plot attacks against America and are allowed to roam around free in the country (see: Boston Marathon Bombers).

Judge denies FBI request to hijack suspect's PC using spyware

By Joshua Kopstein on April 26, 2013 09:45 am 20Comments - A rare public court opinion ruled the request was too vague, and the privacy risks too great. For a long time, the FBI has been refining its ability to get inside your computer whenever it thinks you might be breaking the law. But this week a Texas judge put his foot down, denying the agency a search and seizure warrant that would have allowed them to break into an unknown suspect’s computer system and secretly install malware that steals data and monitors activities.

It’s a rare but not unprecedented situation that casts law enforcement in a light strikingly similar to the hackers it’s normally hell-bent on pursuing. After deploying the payload, the FBI would be able to record keystrokes, read emails, and even take pictures from an attached webcam for a period of 30 days — the last part being somewhat ironic, considering that the FBI has warned about the possibility of criminals using the same tactic. "FBI provided "little more than vague assurances" to protect privacy"

In the Wall Street Journal, Jennifer Valentino-DeVries reports the "offensive" cybersecurity measures were being requested to pursue a case of fraud and identity theft that seemed to originate from a Texas bank account. The computer, according to the court documents, was targeted because it used an email address similar to the one on the account.

But Federal Magistrate judge Steven Smith said the FBI didn’t give any information on exactly how they’d be deploying the spyware, and provided "little more than vague assurances" that it would be able to minimize the amount of data collected from innocent people in the process. And since the identity of the suspect and the location of the computer are both unknown, there also existed the possibility that the FBI might be hacking an innocent stranger whose computer has already been compromised by the culprit.

Law enforcement's use of such tools is not without precedent. First discovered in 2001, a spyware package called Magic Lantern has been used by the FBI for remote monitoring, reportedly delivered as an email attachment. And in Germany, a flawed piece of spyware engineered by the German government that opened remote backdoor access was famously reverse-engineered and exposed in 2011 by the renowned hacker group Chaos Computer Club...

"FBI emails mention that "one might arguably not be required" to obtain a warrant to remotely install spyware"...

Newtown Killer Adam Lanza Was Into Goth Like Several Other Mass Murderers

Adam Lanza

Based on an article containing a quote from a friend of the late Adam Lanza, the 20-year-old who shot and killed his mother, Nancy Lanza, 20 children and 6 adults in Newtown, Connecticut, he was into the Goth movement, which is a branch of Satanism.

Ironcially, Jared Lee Loughner, the shooter in the Arizona mass killing, which claimed several lives, was also into the Goth movement. As were the shooters in the Columbine school killings. The music, films, books, imagery and practices  associated with Goth is full of darkness and depressed. To an already unstable mind, the mix equals disaster. There's definitely a link there.

Newspapers have also been pointing out, Lanza played many violent video games at home, which have been linked to killings committed by troubled minds. However, it should be noted, many video game users do not kill or injure others.

Adam Lanza

Lanza's brother initially stated he was "somewhat autistic" but was it a professional diagnosis done by a doctor or his opinion, as autism sufferers are generally not prone to mass murder. Autism is a developmental disability, not mental illness. It would appear he was mentally ill, not mentally disabled, as Lanza was a honor roll student. If he had a mental disability, he was very high level. Once again, the "survivalist" beliefs his mother exposed him to must have done more damage to his already deteriorated mental state.

Authorities are searching for motive in the case, but have been unsuccessful in establishing one, as Lanza was a loner, as was his mother and any evidence on his computer has been destroyed, with police stating he smashed the hard drive to pieces.

Hopefully the Lanza family's internet service provider will be able to give them access to his internet history and accounts online, as by law, said information is supposed to be stored for 2-years (and emails deleted from one's inbox, are also supposed to be stored on servers  for the 2-year period).

Is Justin Bieber Provoking Hackers By Using Laptop Theft As Publicity Tool

Justin Bieber (Photo Credit: FameFlyNet)

With hacker groups like Anonymous and Lulz prowling about, was it wise for 18-year-old pop star, Justin Bieber, to use the alleged theft of his laptop, claiming footage was on it, as a publicity tool for his new song and video with Nicki Minaj entitled "Beauty And A Beat." Is that not tempting them to hack him and really release things into the public domain he doesn't want anyone to know about it.

Justin Bieber's Rep Makes Retraction And Says Laptop Was Stolen

Nicki Minaj and Justin Bieber

Last night the Judiciary Report was highly critical of Justin Bieber's hoax, regarding his laptop with "footage" on it being stolen and what it led to online, all in the name of a publicity stunt for his new song "Beauty And A Beat." The Judiciary Report accused Bieber of "crying wolf."

Well, this morning, Bieber's rep did a retraction, stating he didn't cry wolf and his laptop was really stolen. Two days ago, the Judiciary Report also asked if a police report had been filed. Today Bieber's rep is stating one was filed. This whole thing is not making sense.

STORY SOURCE

..."Be very clear, the laptop was indeed stolen in Tacoma. That was NOT a hoax," Bieber's publicist, Melissa Victor, wrote in an email to the AP. The whole episode raised eyebrows Friday when it appeared the tweet — and subsequent tweets from an account called @gexwy — were all part of an elaborate stunt to publicize Bieber's new Beauty and a Beat video, released Friday. The video opens with text saying personal footage was stolen and uploaded "illegally."

Justin Bieber Played A Prank Lying That His Laptop Was Stolen

Bieber Becomes The Boy Who Cried Wolf

Justin Bieber and Nicki Minaj

18-year-old pop 'punk' Justin Bieber, pranked the internet yesterday, in claiming his laptop with certain "footage" had been stolen. He had people feeling sorry for him and trying to help him, when it was all a lie. I asked on Twitter yesterday, if the theft had been reported to the police, contained a sex tape or unreleased music. Turns out it was just the latter and a massive publicity for his new song with schizophrenic rapper Nicki Minaj, titled "Beauty and the Beat." Bieber punked the public in more ways than one and need to give the GoGos their 1986s album title back.

Bieber shouldn't cry wolf, as it can have unintended consequences. Immediately someone tried to claim a nude photo of the singer had leaked from his laptop, which sent curious preteens and teens looking for the pic online. That was not cool regarding the prank and whoever posted the very graphic nude photo. Little girls ages 5 and up don't need to be exposed to a photo of a pervy grown man playing with his penis in an internet pic.

Ashton Kutcher Is A Poor Choice To Play Steve Jobs In Biopic

Steve Jobs

Kabbalah actor, Ashton Kutcher, has reportedly been cast in the role of Steve Jobs, in a forthcoming biopic on the late Apple computers founder, who died of cancer. Kutcher is a terrible choice to play jobs and will not do the role justice. He's the guy that starred in "Dude Where's My Car?" How can he be right for such a serious role.

Ashton Kutcher

Kutcher is not even considered by some to be a real actor, just a pretty boy, who's not that bright. You don't give someone a role because you think they slightly resemble the person the film is about. What about acting ability. This movie is not going to live up to Jobs' legacy in the computer world, with Kutcher as the star. Many people don't view him as a serious actor.

FBI Releases Derogatory File On Steve Jobs - Part 2

Inappropriately Gets Into His Private Life

Steve Jobs

This is a continuation of the article FBI Releases Derogatory File On Steve Jobs. The 200 page file, which is a partial, as the agency is hiding other volumes on Jobs, contains intrusions into his personal life that have nothing to do with business. The released file largely focuses on his broken relationship with his daughter and her mother, who was his high school girlfriend. It repeatedly appears in the file. It is inappropriate and invasive. Here are excerpts from the file regarding this matter:

"They also commented that, in the past Mr. Jobs was not supportive of (the mother of his child born out of wedlock) and their daughter; however, recently he has become supportive."...

"Mr. Jobs mistreated them by not supporting them."...

"Mr. Jobs and (the mother of his child ) had a child out of wedlock"...

"Mr. Jobs basically abandoned (the mother of his child) and his daughter."...

"While living with his high school girlfriend had a daughter out of wedlock"..."he advised that during their relationship the appointee mistreated both."...

It Has Been Confirmed The U.S. Government Is Spying On Scientists And Doctors In Violation Of The Constitution

U.S. Attorney General, Eric Holder and President Barack Obama

This week it was confirmed via a lawsuit against the U.S. FDA that the government has been spying on "scientists" and "doctors" by illegally hacking and reading their emails, among other things. The lawsuit was filed by employees of the FDA, who are "doctors" and "scientists" that blew the whistle, regarding the government jeopardizing the public's health and lives (see article below for more information).

For over 3-years the Judiciary Report has maintained that the U.S. Government has been spying on "doctors", "scientists", professors, select business people and bloggers that show promise or insight in the areas of medicine, science, technology, commerce and or politics. See the following Judiciary Report articles that were published previously asserting these claims:

May 28, 2011 Obama And Congress Extend The Privacy Invading Patriot Act: The Patriot Act has been abused by the government for political control, using the FBI to spy on domestic rival political, scientists, doctors, journalists and bloggers, in gaining an undue advantage in elections.

April 20, 2010 FBI Reproved For Spying On Journalists: These thoroughly perverse forms of spying have been utilized by the FBI against innocent Americans, such as scientists, doctors and professors (who do groundbreaking research and patents) and journalists and bloggers (who write exposes or unflattering articles about the Bureau or their affiliates).

May 20, 2009 Spying To Steal: The fact of the matter is, the FBI and NSA, have used CIPAV and Echelon, respectively, to spy on scientists, inventors and corporate entities of other nations, inside and outside America, to steal proprietary data and pass it on to large U.S. companies).

August 31, 2009 Aisha v. FBI lawsuit goes into specific incidents regarding the FBI illegally hacking and reading my emails, many of which have to do with science, medicine, technology and entertainment copyrights and patents, some of which were unlawfully passed around the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), quoted on their website FBI.gov without attribution or permission and sent to other entities that had no business or right accessing them.

I have copies of my original copyrights and time stamped emails regarding them and the later infringements by the FBI via articles they published on their website FBI.gov and in several separate and unrelated federal indictments of others, such as businessmen, a multi-million dollar computer company, two scientists and three hackers.

In the not too distant future, I'm going to give the FBI the Daily Mail treatment, where I publish a copy of my preexisting, time stamped emails I have saved and backed up on discs, then the later infringements by the FBI on their website and in federal indictments. The FBI has done it so many times, I can publicly cite at least 50 verbatim instances, via the aforementioned comparative method, as seen in the Daily Mail article. The evidence is undeniable.

I went to the FBI for help in 2005, regarding Madonna and her cronies in Hollywood violating and infringing my Copyrighted Catalog, as U.S. law states they are the agency that handles copyright infringement. It is their congressional mandate. I also gave them detailed information they used VERBATIM in the indictment of Anthony Pellicano in 2006, for which they obtained a conviction.

In 2005 the FBI requested copies of my many Library of Congress Copyright Certificates, which I furnished them with, only for the agency to arrogantly turn around and begin doing whatever they felt like with my very valuable copyrights, which is a crime. You're an absolute disgrace to America for trampling the Constitution in the manner you have. I've never seen anything like this in my life. The agency has no integrity whatsoever.

Privacy is a precious commodity and right not to be suspended on the whim of select, lawbreaking government officials, who claim they have ivy league university degrees, but can't think for themselves, so they resort to illegally reading the emails and computer contents of others that are trying to improve the public's health, lives and well being through science and medicine.

America has become a police state where those in charge believe they are the only one that must have all the information, money, power and control over every aspect of the public's collective life, while driving the nation straight into the ground, via financial and social ruin.

FDA staffers sue agency over surveillance of personal e-mail

The Food and Drug Administration secretly monitored the personal e-mail of a group of its own scientists and doctors after they warned Congress that the agency was approving medical devices that they believed posed unacceptable risks to patients, government documents show.

The surveillance — detailed in e-mails and memos unearthed by six of the scientists and doctors, who filed a lawsuit against the FDA in U.S. District Court in Washington last week — took place over two years as the plaintiffs accessed their personal Gmail accounts from government computers...
