Report: Real Housewives Brawl Sees Porsha Williams Hit Kenya Moore Whose Louis Vuitton Bag And Laptop Are Stolen

Kenya Moore

Media Take Out, who has received tips from Bravo before on their top ratings draw “The Real Housewives Of Atlanta” is reporting their was a fist fight between the show’s stars Kenya Moore and Porsha Williams. Kenya has been taking Porsha to task over her marriage to ex-husband, Kordell Stewart, who is reportedly gay.

Porsha Williams

Kenya told Porsha to her face that she was knowingly his beard. Porsha was enraged. Since that incident Porsha has been upset with Kenya. Media Take Out is stating Porsha punched Kenya in the face at the reunion show and had a hand in the theft of her Louis Vuitton bag containing her laptop (Oh no, not the Louis). Considering Kenya is a bit of a home wrecker, who knows what’s on that laptop. Time will tell.

Selena Gomez Flaunting Her Rekindled Relationship With Justin Bieber

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez

Looks like Jelena is back on again. That's right, Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber are seeing each other again (seeing in this case = sex) as they released a photo from his hotel room, featuring a topless Bieber being hugged (see: felt up) by Selena Gomez (girl, where was your right hand and what was it up to).

Bieber attached a line to the photo which stated, "'You've been makin music for too long babe come cuddle' -her." Yea, Biebs was making music on his Fisher Price laptop (sorry, I couldn't resist that joke and I'm only kidding). Judging by the picture, it appears Bieber's workouts have been paying off. The 19-year-old singer now looks...14. You go boy (kidding again).

Is Justin Bieber Provoking Hackers By Using Laptop Theft As Publicity Tool

Justin Bieber (Photo Credit: FameFlyNet)

With hacker groups like Anonymous and Lulz prowling about, was it wise for 18-year-old pop star, Justin Bieber, to use the alleged theft of his laptop, claiming footage was on it, as a publicity tool for his new song and video with Nicki Minaj entitled "Beauty And A Beat." Is that not tempting them to hack him and really release things into the public domain he doesn't want anyone to know about it.

Justin Bieber's Rep Makes Retraction And Says Laptop Was Stolen

Nicki Minaj and Justin Bieber

Last night the Judiciary Report was highly critical of Justin Bieber's hoax, regarding his laptop with "footage" on it being stolen and what it led to online, all in the name of a publicity stunt for his new song "Beauty And A Beat." The Judiciary Report accused Bieber of "crying wolf."

Well, this morning, Bieber's rep did a retraction, stating he didn't cry wolf and his laptop was really stolen. Two days ago, the Judiciary Report also asked if a police report had been filed. Today Bieber's rep is stating one was filed. This whole thing is not making sense.

STORY SOURCE

..."Be very clear, the laptop was indeed stolen in Tacoma. That was NOT a hoax," Bieber's publicist, Melissa Victor, wrote in an email to the AP. The whole episode raised eyebrows Friday when it appeared the tweet — and subsequent tweets from an account called @gexwy — were all part of an elaborate stunt to publicize Bieber's new Beauty and a Beat video, released Friday. The video opens with text saying personal footage was stolen and uploaded "illegally."

Justin Bieber Played A Prank Lying That His Laptop Was Stolen

Bieber Becomes The Boy Who Cried Wolf

Justin Bieber and Nicki Minaj

18-year-old pop 'punk' Justin Bieber, pranked the internet yesterday, in claiming his laptop with certain "footage" had been stolen. He had people feeling sorry for him and trying to help him, when it was all a lie. I asked on Twitter yesterday, if the theft had been reported to the police, contained a sex tape or unreleased music. Turns out it was just the latter and a massive publicity for his new song with schizophrenic rapper Nicki Minaj, titled "Beauty and the Beat." Bieber punked the public in more ways than one and need to give the GoGos their 1986s album title back.

Bieber shouldn't cry wolf, as it can have unintended consequences. Immediately someone tried to claim a nude photo of the singer had leaked from his laptop, which sent curious preteens and teens looking for the pic online. That was not cool regarding the prank and whoever posted the very graphic nude photo. Little girls ages 5 and up don't need to be exposed to a photo of a pervy grown man playing with his penis in an internet pic.

Justin Bieber Taunted By Thief Who's Been Releasing Embarrassing Videos From The Singer's Stolen Laptop With More To Come

Justin Biebebr

A Twitter user that goes by the name https://twitter.com/gexwy has been terrorizing 18-year-old pop star Justin Bieber, regarding his stolen laptop. The anonymous person has been releasing videos from Bieber's laptop and threatening to ruin him. He promises the worse will come at noon today.

One of the video clips that has already been released shows Bieber getting flirty with girls in a pool and none of them are his girlfriend Selena Gomez. The Judiciary Report was the first to state over a year ago that Bieber cheats on Gomez (Justin Bieber And Selena Gomez Are Having Relationship Problems - Part 3). He's a Bieber cheater.

Bieber being threatened

Ironically, a few hours before the video clip from Bieber's stolen laptop was released, I stated on Twitter, "Justin Bieber says his laptop with 'footage' on it was stolen and he is upset. Hope for his sake that 'footage' isn't a sex tape. Does Justin Bieber's stolen laptop contain embarrassing photos, unreleased music or anything else he would not want in the public domain. Has Justin Bieber reported his stolen laptop to the police. If his financial data is on there that could be a problem. Justin Bieber stolen laptop. People should be careful of storing passwords as any laptop thief, hacker can access your emails, accounts."

I really hope this isn't a ploy by someone in his camp to try to toughen up his image, as he is still considered a teenybopper. It's sometimes those in one's circle in the industry that do such things. Either way, a sex tape is not going to accomplish that, as Bieber still looks like a kid. Therefore, getting indecent is not the answer.

How To Protect Yourself From Being Spied On In Your Home Through Your Webcam Or Mobile Phone

This is a continuation of the article Leading Rental Company Facing Lawsuit For Spying On People In Their Homes Through Their Laptops, which focused on the terrible act of invasion of privacy, targeting people in their very homes. There are videos online, such as the two in this article, that address the problem and give you tips on how to protect yourself and your family.

There are other methods criminals are employing of spying on others, which are more technically advanced and as such, not mentioned in the aforementioned videos. However, said invasive methods would require police intervention to bring it to a halt, against innocent members of the public. But for the most part, the two videos in this article cover most of the ways one can protect one's privacy.

Leading Rental Company Facing Lawsuit For Spying On People In Their Homes Through Their Laptops

Aarons Rental Company

It has been confirmed, America's leading rental company, Aarons, is facing a lawsuit for secretly spying on people in their homes, while they were partially undress or naked, via the laptops consumers rented from their stores.

This conduct is completely criminal and sick. Brian and Chrystal Byrd of Wyoming, have sued Aarons rental company, as the police confirmed, store employees were spying on them and their 5-year-old, in their home, through the laptop they rented. As stated in the couple's lawsuit, the police informed them software made by the company Designware LLC of Pennsylvania, was used to remotely turn on the laptop's camera and record every keystroke they typed.

Brian and Chrystal Byrd

This sick breed of voyeuristic perversion has been cropping up in certain cases and has been featured prominently online and in the press, indicating said strain of invasion of privacy, has become a problem that is violating innocent people.

The public witnessed as it was reveled, via the upsetting case of the Lower Merion School District, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, faculty administrators and computer techs, spying on students in their very homes, in various states of undress, by remotely and illegally taking control of the webcams on their school issued laptops (Truth Comes Out In School Webcam Spying Case).

Last year, there was also the Erin Andrews case, regarding the beautiful ESPN sportscaster, who was illegally and secretly photographed naked in her hotel room. Stalker, Michael Barrett, pried off the peephole of Andrews' hotel room door, then uploaded to the internet, nude photos he surreptitiously took of her, without her knowledge or consent, using his mobile phone. He has since been imprisoned.

Prior to these two cases, I wrote of my awful experiences regarding pop singer, Madonna and her sick Kabbalah cult, who are currently under investigation by the IRS and FBI, for human trafficking, tax fraud and stealing donated charity money, among other things. Madonna's private investigator, is also the notorious Anthony Pellicano, who was imprisoned for criminally spying on people on behalf of stars that paid him $100,000 in each instance.

Erin Andrews

In 2008, Pellicano was convicted on serious charges of illegal hacking, wiretapping, racketeering and identity theft. However, other private investigators, such as Gavin DeBecker, continue the illegal tradition on behalf of stars in Hollywood, such as Madonna

Madonna commissioned criminal acts of invasion of privacy, to pilfer preexisting copyrights stored on my computers, that she and her cronies in Hollywood later illegally used without permission or payment, also extended to spying on me at home. She engaged a private investigator, who works in tandem with her Kabbalah cult, to illegally spy on me in my home, via, among other things, illegally hacking my computers and turning on the webcam and microphones, in deeds that are positively sick. Two separate computer companies confirmed in writing my computers were hacked. The hacks were digitally traced back to the staff of Madonna.com.

Madonna

To add insult to injury and to be vile, as these cultists are very depraved, Madonna began sending members of Kabbalah, to approach me in public or call me over the phone, issuing threats and regurgitating the invasive contents of what they illegally witnessed in my house, via spying on me in my home. Madonna and said cult are the nastiest, sickest people on the planet.

This form of misconduct was also present in the Anthony Pellicano case, which was later written about in the New York Times, after I filed a complaint with the FBI and went public with said allegations. Professional attorneys suing Hollywood stars over personal and or financial misconduct, complained to the FBI that Pellicano would illegally spy on them in their offices, then call them at their places of business and repeat to them VERBATIM, what they had just said privately over the phone or in the office to a client, in criminal violation of attorney client privilege, privacy laws and wiretapping statues.

Anthony Pellicano

In another case I first broke online in 2005, via filing a formal criminal complaint against Rupert Murdoch's Newspaper Groups, which was later renamed News International, due to the bad publicity, it was later proven in 2006 and again this year that the aforementioned company, did indeed hack into the phones of a number of people and spied on them in criminal violation of the law. My allegations were proven 100% and correct.

What is very disturbing about Murdoch's commissioned misconduct using private investigators to hack people's phones and emails, then trail them in public, is there is another hidden danger to privacy via this invasive spying. As electronic experts have shown on television, hackers can remotely turn on the audio, video and camera functions on a person's phone and use it to secretly spy on them in their home.

Rupert Murdoch

A word to the public: be careful where your privacy is concerned and do your very best to protect yourself and your family from certain perverse people out there, who have no sense of decency. There are sick in society, exploiting technology to spy on others in insidious ways, as they are mentally ill and very perverted.

Your home is your castle. It is sacred. No one should be spying on you in there. Under the law, it is a crime to spy on others in their home, office, car, public bathrooms and changing rooms in stores. World governments need to start making examples of these perverts, until this sick conduct is stamped out from society.

Usher Sex Tape Being Offered For Sale

Usher Raymond (What an expression - LOL)

Based on reports, 32-year-old r&b singer, Usher Raymond, is facing the unauthorized release of a sex tape, at the hands of burglars that stole $1,000,000 in jewelry and electronics from his vehicle. One of the items pilfered was Usher's laptop, which contained a sex tape, featuring the singer and his ex-wife, Tameka Foster Raymond, 40.

Usher Raymond and Tameka Foster

The Judiciary Report is not a fan of Raymond, as he is an unscrupulous business man, who is unkind to his fans. For further reference, see Tamekagate, where Usher slammed his fans on television and in print, for stating the obvious, regarding his then pending nuptials to manipulative gold digger, Foster. The acrimonious marriage barely lasted two years and it cost him millions.

Regarding this recent incident, under the law, to break into someone's property, steal their possessions and attempt to sell said items, especially a sex tape, is very illegal and reprehensible. The individuals behind this criminal conduct belong in prison, as this lawlessness is disgraceful and sets a bad example.

Judge Refuses To Squash Deposition Subpoena In School Webcam Spying Case

Blake Robbins

Jan Dubois, the judge in the Blake Robbins v. Lower Merion School District case, regarding the school spying on kids in their homes, through laptops issued to them by the learning institution, has refused to squash a deposition subpoena, ordering one of the IT techs behind the illegal spy program to appear in court.

However, the employee in question, Carol Cafiero, has vowed to invoke the Fifth Amendment, which is the right to keep silent to prevent self-incrimination.

Irrespective of Cafiero's incriminating silence, well done to the judge. Someone needs to stand up for victims' rights in these privacy abuse cases that have been popping up all over the country.

The truth needs to be ascertained and not swept under the rug, after the nastiness that was done to these kids and their families, via secretly spying on them in their homes, of all places.

School Spied On Kids In Their Homes With WebCams

Harriton High School has 2,800 students

In deeply disturbing news, indicative of the type of invasive spying the Judiciary Report has alleged previously, as something happening in America, violating citizens privacy, a high school in Pennsylvania has come under fire, for spying on teenage students in their homes, via embedded webcams in laptops the school issued.

Students were unaware, the built-in webcam on their laptops, were secretly being triggered by school staff at Harriton High School, in effect, acting as hidden cameras, watching people in their homes, which is really sick, depraved and illegal.

A family has sued on behalf of their 15-year-old son, Blake Robbins, who received one of the school issued laptops, only to be arrogantly confronted later by an assistant principal, Lynn Matsko, who told him the things he does in his home are unethical. They need to lock that assistant principal up for the next 20-years and ditto for anyone else that engaged in this criminal misconduct.

The assistant principal haughtily told the child's father, "The district 'could remotely activate the webcam contained in a student's personal laptop . . . at any time it chose and to view and capture whatever images were in front of the webcam' without the knowledge or approval of the laptop's users, the suit says."

This 15-year-old child was in his bedroom unaware of the illegal spying, changing his clothes day after day, in getting ready for school, while people on the faculty of said school, were watching him and other students in their homes, who received the laptops. It could be classified as child pornography.

That is inexcusable, as it is completely sick and depraved beyond words. All involved deserve to go to prison. You have violated privacy and voyeur laws, which coincidentally are sorely ineffective, while engaging in computer intrusion.

I hope you realize those kids are going to need therapy after being violated in this sick manner. It's bad enough when it happens to an adult, but even worse when it transpires against teens.

15-year-old Blake Robbins

The Judiciary Report has been warning for the past few years that the U.S. Congress needs to do something about the nastiness going on, in people illegally spying on others in their homes, using hidden cameras.

Hollywood put this nastiness on the map. Hollywood Cults such as Kabbalah and Scientology have been engaging in such illegal hidden camera spying for years.

It is the sickest thing I have ever come across and found out about it, due to Madonna's completely vile conduct. The FBI was informed of it in 2005, but looked the other way to the sick, invasive crimes, to facilitate criminal copyright theft. For example, Madonna's Kabbalah cult maintains a sick, private password protected website, where depraved members of the cult, such as herself, Guy Ritchie, Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, Rihanna, Jay-Z, Beyonce, Simon Cowell and Simon Fuller, to name a few, view hidden camera feeds, coming from hidden cameras the cult have criminally placed in selected people's homes without their knowledge or consent.

But thanks to the criminal negligence of the FBI/DOJ and U.S. Congress, people now feel it is safe to commit said abomination, to the point children are being preyed on by their own school. This is what happens when you look the other way to serious crimes - other people begin to think they can try it as well. Your negligence and complicity is interpreted as approval.

The Judiciary Report kept warning that the U.S. government needed new legislation to nip this type of hidden camera spying in the bud, but as per usual, criminal negligence is the order of the day.

Once again, as the Judiciary Report asked last week, what kind of sick direction is society going in that such invasive spying is occurring. It is absolutely perverted and disgusting.

These sick voyeurs need to be made examples of, to discourage said conduct, via creating such serious legal penalties, such as 20-years in prison and massive fines, it will discourage others from engaging in similar misconduct.

What is it going to take, to make Congress wake up and put a stop to the nasty spying on people in their homes - for it to happen to them and one of their own.

FBI Director Robert S. Mueller

For a few months now, the Judiciary Report has written of the fact, foreign politicians, diplomats and dignitaries are concerned about coming to America, due to the illegal spying coming out of the FBI and Hollywood,  which they do not wish to fall victim to in any measure.

They are concerned about illegal wiretapping on phone lines, cell phone cloning, GPS tracking and worst of all, hidden cameras in hotel rooms and leased properties. Such invasiveness out not to be, as it deprives people of their privacy and dignity, in violation of international human rights laws.

However, once again, the U.S. Congress has failed in this endeavor, by allowing the FBI too much leeway, in which crimes they decide to prosecute and now people feel they can illegally spy on others in their homes without serious consequences. The FBI has tried to play down this problem, but it is a very real issue causing massive damage.

But then again, the FBI isn't much better, as they've surreptitiously used hidden cameras in people's homes without their knowledge, while placing individuals under surveillance. They were reprimanded in a similar case, as a minor was present in a property they used this terrible type of hidden camera surveillance in.

Student claims school spied on him via computer webcam

Posted on Fri, Feb. 19, 2010 - A Lower Merion family has set off a furor among students, parents, and civil liberties groups by alleging that Harriton High School officials used a webcam on a school-issued laptop to spy on their 15-year-old son at home.

In a lawsuit filed Tuesday in federal court, the family said the school's assistant principal had confronted their son, told him he had "engaged in improper behavior in [his] home, and cited as evidence a photograph from the webcam embedded in [his] personal laptop issued by the school district."

The suit contends the Lower Merion School District, one of the most prosperous and highest-achieving in the state, had the ability to turn on students' webcams and illegally invade their privacy.

While declining to comment on the specifics of the suit, spokesman Douglas Young said the district was investigating. "We're taking it very seriously," he said last night.

The district's Apple MacBook laptops have a built-in webcam with a "security feature" that can snap a picture of the operator and the screen if the computer is reported lost or stolen, Young said.

But he said "the district would never utilize that security feature for any other reason." The district said that the security system was "deactivated" yesterday, and that it would review when the system had been used.

Widener University law professor Stephen Henderson said using a laptop camera for home surveillance would violate wiretap laws, even if done to catch a thief.

A statement on the district Web site said the lawsuit's allegations "are counter to everything that we stand for as a school and a community."

The suit says that in November, assistant principal Lynn Matsko called in sophomore Blake Robbins and told him that he had "engaged in improper behavior in his home," and cited as evidence a photograph from the webcam in his school-issued laptop.

Matsko later told Robbins' father, Michael, that the district "could remotely activate the webcam contained in a student's personal laptop . . . at any time it chose and to view and capture whatever images were in front of the webcam" without the knowledge or approval of the laptop's users, the suit says.

It does not say what improper activity Robbins was accused of or what, if any, discipline resulted. Reached at home yesterday, his mother, Holly, said she could not comment on advice of the family's lawyers...

Families in the 6,900-student district reacted with shock. Parent Candace Chacona said she was "flabbergasted" by the allegations.

"My first thought was that my daughter has her computer open almost around the clock in her bedroom. Has she been spied on?"

Victoria Zuzelo, a senior at Harriton, said she and other students had been told about the security feature, and knew the district had the right to search computer hard drives at school.

Some students had taken to covering webcams in school with paper because they thought they might be watched, she said. "But . . . they would never think the school would be watching them at home. I'm not sure who to believe, but I'm hoping it is not true because if it was, it would really be outrageous."

Lillie Coney, associate director of the Electronic Privacy Information Center, a privacy watchdog group in Washington, said she had not heard of any other case in which school officials were accused of monitoring student behavior at home via a computer. If the allegations are true, she said, "this is an outrageous invasion of individual privacy."

Witold J. Walczak, legal director of the American Civil Liberties Union of Pennsylvania, told the Associated Press: "School officials cannot, any more than police, enter into the home either electronically or physically without an invitation or a warrant." ...

Remotely accessing a laptop is fairly easy

Posted on Fri, Feb. 19, 2010 - In an age when built-in laptop cameras, no larger than a fingernail, have become commonplace, using them for clandestine surveillance can be a matter of simplicity itself.

Doing so requires one technical tweak to the machine before it is turned over to its user.

First, the computer's administrator would have to enable the laptop to respond to remote access. Once the laptop is connected to the Internet, the administrator could sign on to it without the user knowing.

Then the administrator, over the Internet, could turn on the laptop's camera and microphone as easily as if the machine were in the same room, and record the data - digital audio and video, for example - to the administrator's machine.

"I could take over without the user's knowledge and just activate the webcam," said Jim Martin, who is based in Houston and teaches computer forensics to law enforcement and private industries...
