The Los Angeles Police Department Is Investigating Bill Cosby For Drugging And Raping Women

Bill Cosby

The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) has announced it has an open investigation into actor and comedian, Bill Cosby, for sex crimes. A number of women have been stating for years Cosby drugged and raped them. The actor, who became a household name due to the hit 1980s television series “The Cosby Show” has also been accused of sexual assault by famous women, who feared he would destroy their careers if they went to the police, due to open threats he issued after attacks.

Yesterday, the Associated Press prevailed in court and obtained a deposition of Cosby from a previous lawsuit, where he admitted under oath in the sealed document that he drugged women with Quaaludes in order to have sex with them. This admission has caused police and prosecutors to have a renewed interest in the allegations that have been made against him. Here's hoping the victims receive justice.

LAPD Says It's Investigating Bill Cosby Over Sexual Assault Allegations

July 07, 2015 4:09 PM ET - The Los Angeles Police Department is conducting at least one current criminal investigation into allegations of sexual assault against Bill Cosby, the department tells NPR's Mandalit del Barco. "LAPD Chief Charlie Beck has said his department would investigate any sexual assault accusations against Bill Cosby — even past the statute of limitations," Mandalit reports. "The department's public information officer, Det. Meghan Aguilar, told NPR that the police have at least one open criminal investigation that may have multiple accusations. The LAPD would not offer any more details because the case is ongoing."

The news comes on the heels of new revelation that Cosby, 77, had said during a deposition in 2005 "that he obtained the sedative Quaalude with the intent of giving the drug to women with whom he wanted to have sex," as NPR's Krishnadev Calamur reported Monday. Accusations of sexual misconduct against Cosby have increased dramatically in the past year; dozens of women have now come forward to say he assaulted them. In some instances, the allegations date back decades...

Bill Cosby Caught Admitting In Sealed Deposition That He Gives Women Drugs To Have Sex With Them

Bill Cosby

The Associated Press obtained a deposition of actor, Bill Cosby, who admitted under oath that he gives women drugs, Quaaludes, in order to have sex with them. The bombshell revelations confirm what the Judiciary Report previously stated on December 16, 2014 regarding Cosby having done what he has been accused of by many women, claiming he drugged and raped them.

Some have sworn the actor is innocent, based on a character he played as Heathcliff Huxtable on "The Cosby Show." However, looks can be deceiving. Many Hollywood stars are not what they appear and it's time for the justice system to stop showing favoritism to lawbreaking stars damaging and harming members of the public.

This is truly sad, as it is unethical and sexually deviant. Sex is supposed to be between two consenting adults. A person who is unconscious, after being drugged, cannot grant consent. This is rape, which is unlawful. Cosby has victimized women for years and should be made to face the law for these sex crimes. People need to stop making excuses for him. Stop bringing up his fame, race and or donations to charity. That has nothing to do with this. He brought himself down. Rape is rape and it is a very damaging crime for its victims.

APNewsBreak: Cosby said he got drugs to give women for sex

Jul. 6, 2015 5:28 PM EDT - Bill Cosby testified in 2005 that he got Quaaludes with the intent of giving them to young women he wanted to have sex with, and he admitted giving the sedative to at least one woman and "other people," according to documents obtained Monday by The Associated Press.

The AP had gone to court to compel the release of the documents; Cosby's lawyers had objected on the grounds that it would embarrass their client. The 77-year-old comedian was testifying under oath in a lawsuit filed by a former Temple University employee. He testified he gave her three half-pills of Benadryl. Cosby settled that sexual-abuse lawsuit for undisclosed terms in 2006. His lawyers in the Philadelphia case did not immediately return phone calls Monday.

Cosby has been accused by more than two dozen women of sexual misconduct, including allegations by many that he drugged and raped them in incidents dating back more than four decades. Cosby, 77, has never been criminally charged, and most of the accusations are barred by statutes of limitations...

Justin Bieber Gets Angry And Makes Funny Mistakes During Deposition (Video)

Justin Bieber was sued in Miami by a paparazzo over an alleged assault incident. The 20-year-old pop star was subpoenaed back to Florida, from neighboring Georgia, where he has been recording new music. The deposition took place in downtown Miami and judging by the videotape, didn’t go well for Bieber.

Regarding the released footage, nothing seems useable against him in the case. However, the video clips have caused Bieber a lot of embarrassment and bad publicity, with news outlets, blogs and internet audiences, who are heavily criticizing his statements. TMZ led the pack in insulting Bieber over the deposition.

When Bieber was asked about on and off again girlfriend Selena Gomez he repeatedly responded in anger informing the opposing attorney not to ask him about her again. Bieber also downplayed Usher’s role in his career, stating he was discovered by YouTube and not the singer, who signed him to a subsidiary label deal.

The funniest moment in the deposition occurred when Bieber said he (Bieber) was “detrimental to my career” instead of saying he was “instrumental to my career. It was the weed talking. By the way, one must be sober and not under the influence of any pharmaceutical drugs which could impair one rending faulty answers that can be challenged in court.

Judge Slaps Rihanna With $47,000 Fine

Rihanna was probably covered in a pile of weed and bottles of Hennessey when she ignored all those depositions

This is a follow up to the June 20, 2013 article Rihanna's Overspending Causing Money Problems. In the article the Judiciary Report stated Rihanna has been acting improperly in a lawsuit she filed against her accountants, who asked the judge to fine her for deliberately missing several depositions they paid to have done. The judge agreed and slapped Rihanna with a $47,000 fine for her misconduct.

It's telling that someone files a lawsuit yet they are running from the deposition. Her accountants' legal team went to great expense to accommodate her, even traveling to London, England while she was there to depose her, so there was no excuse. If she can been hanging out drunk and high at night clubs and other entertainers' concerts, she can sit for a deposition.

Pregnant Kim Kardashian Admits She Doesn't See Kanye West Much Anymore

Kanye West to Kim Kardashian: you see, what had happened was...

According to Radar Online, Kim Kardashian was forced to admit during a deposition in her divorce that she has spent more time away from than with rapper, Kanye West, the father of her unborn child. Kardashian, who is still married to NBA basketball player, Kris Humphries, became pregnant for the rapper during her marriage and admitted the situation was not ideal. Indeed, it disrespected and humiliated Humphries, who is your husband.

Their 72-day marriage was a complete sham Kardashian undertook for a $20,000,000 paycheck from E Network. She was fornicating and living in sin with Humphries prior to marriage, yet didn't figure out until after the marriage that she couldn't stand living with him. How did she not catch that - or was it about sticking it out a few weeks until the $20,000,000 check cleared.

It debunks the theory some propose claiming living together first is best before marriage. It isn't. So many women have done that and it turned into a dead end full of regrets. First and foremost, people need to be in love and love each other, then get married and live together, in that order. Commitment is important. A marriage certificate isn't just some piece of paper. Marriage is a commitment before God, which is important.

West impregnated Kardashian for bragging rights. There's clearly no real love there and it shows in his actions. Had she not been a famous reality star thanks to a salacious sex tape, he would have slept with her then moved on to the next woman. Ironically, he's behaving like Kardashian is a groupie now that she is pregnant, spending as little time with her as possible. She abandoned her second husband for West, who has now abandoned her. What a vicious cycle.

The Judiciary Report is of the belief West and Kardashian are not suited to each other, especially in any potential marriage and it's already showing. The site has been skeptical of the pairing from the start. However, it's their lives and he got her pregnant. Therefore, he needs to live up to that responsibility and support her pregnancy and their child.

Lindsay Lohan In More Legal Trouble

Crack Really Is Whack

Lindsay Lohan

Drug addict and former child star, Lindsay Lohan, has missed a second deposition in a civil lawsuit, where she is accused of commandeering a vehicle while drunk and high, running over a man's foot, whilst taking three men on a psychotic car chase through Los Angeles, insanely pursuing a former personal assistant who fled in fear for her life.

Lohan, a schizophrenic member of the Kabbalah cult, has gone from bad to worse once again, opting to go out shopping, partying and getting high, blowing off the depositions. This has prompted the Plaintiffs' attorney to see sanctions against her and a court order forcing her to appear, lest she be jailed for contempt.

Lohan is broke, due to a string of poor choices and cannot afford to pay a settlement or judgment in line with her terrible misconduct that night. However, if she is not careful, the Plaintiffs' attorney made obtain a default judgment and garnish her wages. What am I saying. What wages. However, she has jewelry, clothing and shoes of value that may not be safe from creditors (several hundred thousand worth).

Considering credit card companies are demanding their money, which could result in a lawsuit, additional claims and judgments shall put her in the poor house.

In other dysfunctional lesbian news, Lohan claims her ex-girlfriend is now messing with a man, pop star Miley Cyrus' ex-boyfriend and spit in her face. Well, as long as you don't pay attention to the important things in your own life, like sobriety and employment, then.

LiLo Is a No-Show Again in Court

April 21st, 2010 5:09 pm - Maybe Lindsay Lohan should worry less about Twitter battles and late night partying and concentrate on making her court dates. The actress/singer/socialite did not show up in court yesterday, marking the second deposition she has missed regarding her 2007 DUI.

According to TMZ, three passengers in Lindsay’s car — as well as the passenger in the car she was chasing — are suing her, claiming she endangered their lives in a drunken chase down the Pacific Coast Highway.

Judge Refuses To Squash Deposition Subpoena In School Webcam Spying Case

Blake Robbins

Jan Dubois, the judge in the Blake Robbins v. Lower Merion School District case, regarding the school spying on kids in their homes, through laptops issued to them by the learning institution, has refused to squash a deposition subpoena, ordering one of the IT techs behind the illegal spy program to appear in court.

However, the employee in question, Carol Cafiero, has vowed to invoke the Fifth Amendment, which is the right to keep silent to prevent self-incrimination.

Irrespective of Cafiero's incriminating silence, well done to the judge. Someone needs to stand up for victims' rights in these privacy abuse cases that have been popping up all over the country.

The truth needs to be ascertained and not swept under the rug, after the nastiness that was done to these kids and their families, via secretly spying on them in their homes, of all places.

Key figure in ‘Webcamgate’ invokes Fifth

Fri, Apr. 9, 2010 - A Lower Merion School District official at the center of the "Webcamgate" scandal invoked her Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination today.

Carol Cafiero, the district's information-systems coordinator, had attempted last month to quash a subpoena ordering her to give a deposition for the federal invasion-of-privacy lawsuit filed in February. A judge rejected her motion.

New Developments In The School Webcam Spying Case

v

The Blake Robbins vs. Lower Merion School District spying case has taken a few more turns. Vice Principal, Lindy Matsko, is running from giving a deposition, as requested by the 15-year-old's lawyer, for fear "he will ambush her" in court.

Well, she and the school's management should have thought about that before they inexcusably confronted and ambushed a 15-year-old boy, with a photograph of himself in his bedroom, secretly taken by a school laptop's webcam, in misconduct they commissioned without his knowledge or that of his family.

It's amazing how people will engage in the perversion of spying on people in their homes, but when their illegal misdeeds are named and shamed publicly, they take the cowardly approach and run for cover.

I ask the site's readers, can you imagine someone coming up to you in a public setting, telling you what is going on in the privacy of your home, due to the illegal surveillance cams they have spying on you in your house. It is abominable and extremely perverted.

Vice Principal Lindy Matsko

The school's management deserves every bit of the shame being heaped upon them for this nastiness. It takes a deprave set of minds to do something like this.

The U.S. Judiciary Committee, a division of the Congress, has also scheduled a hearing into the spying case, as it has alarmed the nation and is quite sick.

The Robbins, all the other students and their families, deserve to know when they were spied on and the frequency thereof. Stop trying to launch a cover up. The case should proceed, the evidence uncovered, people imprisoned and laws enacted to ensure this perversion never transpires again.

There also needs to be laws barring the FBI from engaging in this type of misconduct, as they are currently doing the same to people in America, under the guise of law enforcement surveillance, when it is a sick invasion of privacy.

Judge Tosses Lawsuit Against Hillary Clinton

Hillary Clinton and Obama

U.S. District Judge Royce C. Lamberth tossed a lawsuit against President Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, for using the FBI to access the files of Republicans, during her husband, Bill Clinton's time in office.

The judge stated the Plaintiffs should not, "Require a person who is a busy Cabinet secretary at this point to submit to an oral deposition."

This, I do not agree with, as it sets a bad example. To state a "busy Cabinet secretary" should not be held accountable in a court of law, for the violation of others right to privacy for political gain, is to send the negative message she is above the law. Not a good look to send out to the nation and the world, whose confidence in the judiciary is already wavering.

Furthermore, Hillary busted her butt recently, breaking her elbow, therefore, surely she could sit down for an hour to be deposed by a lawyer. It would have set a better example in the world than this legal cop out. It also looks as though she has something to hide.

Judge dismisses lawsuit against Hillary Clinton

WASHINGTON — A federal judge on Thursday threw out a 13-year-old lawsuit against Hillary Rodham Clinton involving the White House's handling of FBI background records.

The case extends back to the secretary of state's time as first lady and has included a voluminous record of nearly 1,500 legal filings. But Clinton was summarily removed as a defendant in a three-page opinion by U.S. District Judge Royce C. Lamberth.

Attorneys who have pursued the case, sometimes known as "Filegate," had argued it should not be dismissed until Clinton testifies. Lamberth disagreed, saying there is no legal reason that he should "require a person who is a busy Cabinet secretary at this point to submit to an oral deposition."

The FBI file controversy erupted in 1996 when the Clinton administration, which was under investigation for the firing of White House travel office employees, acknowledged it sought and received the FBI files of hundreds of prominent Republicans...
