Have you seen this man?
Police are on the look out for a white, male serial stabber, who has been targeting black people in the U.S. states of Michigan and Virginia. 14 of the 16 people the unknown assailant has viciously stabbed, are black. Five of his victims have died.
One victim was a black teen, who is currently in critical condition, after receiving multiple stab wounds. A federal manhunt is underway to apprehend him. The Judiciary Report implores the serial stabber to turn himself in.

Lindsay Lohan
Readers of the Los Angeles Times overwhelmingly believe, troublemaking Hollywood lout, Lindsay Lohan, is receiving special treatment from, Judge Marsha Revel, in her criminal trial, for driving under the influence of alcohol, where she was also arrested with cocaine in her pants pocket.
Lohan has repeatedly and flagrantly violated the terms of her DUI probation, directly disobeying the judge's orders on a regular basis, but has not been incarcerated, much to the annoyance of Los Angelinos (not to mention the rest of the nation).

Message boards are ram packed with comments denouncing her conduct, so much so, her lawyer in a separate civil case, where Lohan is the defendant, has informed the judge in writing that too many people have very negative feelings towards her, which shall bar her from obtaining a fair trial. However, whose fault is that, as Lohan is not innocent and created this negative image all on her own.

Suge Knight
Los Angeles street gang member and former Death Row Records "gansta rap" mogul, Suge Knight, 45, has been arrested in California on weapons charges, accused of pointing a gun at another man and driving on a suspended license. He was taken into custody by the Los Angeles Police Department. Knight is proclaiming innocence in the matter.
Knight has had a number of run-ins with the authorities, which include assault, battery, tax evasion and weapons charges. Knight, a member of the Bloods street gang, was also suspected of ordering the murder of a police officer that began having an affair with his wife during their separation. The Los Angeles police officer was gunned down in the driveway of the Hollywood mansion Knight used to share with his wife.

The Notorious B.I.G.
When someone orders a hit in the entertainment industry, it often involves making music or movies. Not so with Knight. He is the prime suspect blamed for ordering the hit that killed New York rapper, the Notorious B.I.G., born Christopher Wallace.
During his reign at Death Row Records, which was swindled from producer, Dr. Dre, born Andre Young, Knight was accused of a number of assaults against artists, executives and a music engineer. He also assaulted Miami rapper Vanilla Ice, physically forcing him to relinquish $4,000,000 in music publishing royalties.

Kanye West
Knight is currently embroiled in a civil suit, which he filed against Chicago rapper, Kanye West. Knight showed up uninvited to a party on Miami Beach at the Shore Club, hosted by West and was shot on the premises by an unknown assailant.
Legally, Knight can sue for being injured on the club via a gunshot, invoking inadequate security in his claims. However, Knight's violent rap sheet could throw a wrench into the proceedings, if introduced into the case by the defendant.

The Shore Club
If defendant West can successfully prove Knight was uninvited and it should be easily demonstrable that a certain element of violence follows him, the case will prove unsuccessful for Knight. They will simply claim Knight forced his way in through intimidation and brought that element to the club with him, via one of his ongoing industry feuds, where he has violently attacked others.
Knight has had so many brushes with death. It is time he changed his ways and became a better human being in the Lord's sight. These chances at redemption will not go on indefinitely.

That better be baby powder (who am I kidding, she'd sniff that too)
Los Angeles Police Department, tired of crazy one time child star, Linday Lohan calling them all the time regarding paparazzi attention she strategically seeks out, wish to place her on a 5150 psychiatric hold. In short, they want to Britney Spears her.

Lindsay Lohan: What? Doesn't everyone have cocaine on their shoes (er, no)
Both Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan are members of the Kabbalah cult who have gone schizophrenic, thanks to what the cult has taught them and continues to reinforce.

In a Chris Tucker type voice: Girl, your cocaine is on your shoes!
The fact of the matter is they love the attention and Kabbalah instructs them to immerse themselves in it., even though it is a public nuisance, as it brings attention, publicity and visibility to the cult.

Someone call the cartels - Lindsay found a new way to import cocaine
Another Kabbalah cult member who has been acting crazier than ever...Lady Gaga. You would think these newer artists in Hollywood would have learned by now, but Kabbalah offers them all sorts of career incentives and protection, otherwise they'll trash your career, so they join and get in way over their heads with the depravity they are exposed to in the cult.

Gary Coleman
"Different Strokes" actor, Gary Coleman, has joined his fellow child star cast members in being arrested for an unlawful offense. Actress, Dana Plato, was arrested on drug charges and later died of an overdose. Actor, Todd Bridges, was arrested on drug charges in a separate incident, but turned his life around and became a Christian.
Coleman has to decide which road he is going to take, in light of his recent arrest. He previously faced charges for hitting a woman that asked him for an autograph. Some anger management would be helpful as well.

J-Boog (Jarell Houston)
Jarell Houston, former member of the now defunct boyband B2K, was arrested on domestic violence charges yesterday and released today. Police responded to a neighbor's calls of screaming coming from his home in Los Angeles, which he shares with girlfriend, Jondelle Michelle Lee and their three children. Houston maintains he did not hit her, with Lee stating the same. No charges have been filed.

Jondelle Michelle Lee
The police brought Houston in, when the arguing couple refused to answer their doorbell. When the police finally gained entry to the property, the two reportedly refused to stop yelling at each other.

As a rule, police refuse to leave both parties in an incendiary domestic situation they are called out to investigate. As such, the police decided to bring him in.

B2K Member J Boog Released, Fights Alleged Domestic Situation
Posted on 01/06/10 - J Boog Former B2K member Jarell Houston, aka J-Boog, has been released from police custody in Los Angeles after being arrested for suspicion of domestic violence and unpaid traffic tickets.
While the "Bounce" singer is reportedly happy to be free, sources close to him say allegations of there being a domestic situation between him and the mother of his children are 100% false.
"There hasn't been an official filing for domestic violence," Damuer Leffridge, COO of Boog's label, Popular Records, told VIBE late Tuesday.
Rumors that Boog had been involved in some form of altercation with his girlfriend and mother of his children surfaced as soon as news broke that he had been arrested. TMZ, speaking with neighbors, was first to report that Boog had been arrested after neighbors said they heard screaming followed by six to seven police squad cars.
While Leffridge says Boog's girlfriend is in fact the woman involved, she has no plans to press charges for what could be called a verbal dispute...

Los Angeles City Atty Carmen Trutanich high-fives a deputy city attorney in his office" - L.A. Times
In what was an extraordinarily poor judicial ruling, Judge Rolf M. Treu, decreed a dubious decision against a slain 19-month-old toddler,
Her father was drunk and high, whilst holding her hostage. The LAPD stormed the room and began firing at him, also killing the child. The toddler's mother,
little Suzie Pena
If the father's bullet had killed the child, the liability on the Los Angeles Police Department would be significantly less. As it stands, a FBI/SWAT member's bullet killed the toddler, therefore they are culpable. They fired 160 shots at this drunken man and his toddler. Something terrible was bound to happen.
This case constitutes a clear incident of wrongful death. The most her father was guilty of is child endangerment and kidnapping. I struggle to comprehend how any judge could rule against an injured or deceased child and their family. It gives the appearance of outright corruption and lack of compassion.
Reason it away anyway you'd like, if you lost your child due to a gun fight from FBI/SWAT, where like in many car chases that endanger others, they could have relented for public safety, you would want the culprits brought to justice and be legally compelled to pay fines in court, as punishment for your loss. Some people only care when the tragedy befalls them.
Judge dismisses suit filed by mother of toddler killed by LAPD bullet [Updated]
11:08 AM | August 3, 2009 - In a victory for the Los Angeles Police Department, a judge this morning threw out a lawsuit filed against the city of Los Angeles by the mother of a 19-month-old toddler who was shot and killed by a bullet from SWAT officers during an attempted hostage rescue in 2005.
The case before L.A. Superior Court Judge Rolf M. Treu was set to go to the jury this week after SWAT officers and police experts completed their testimony.
But Treu this morning granted the city's motion to dismiss the case, saying a jury could only reach one conclusion: that the officers acted reasonably.
Attorneys for Lorena Lopez, mother of 1 1/2-year-old Suzie Pena, argued in the trial that officers should have retreated and negotiated further with Raul Pena, who was delirious on alcohol and cocaine and holding his daughter hostage in the office of his car dealership on July 10, 2005.
The city contended that officers attempted the rescue in the best tactical way possible, and that the baby's father was the only one to blame for her death because he repeatedly held her as a shield during the hours-long standoff...
