Chris Brown Sued Again Over 2014 Club Shooting

Chris Brown

R&B singer Chris Brown has been sued again over the 2014 night club shooting that occurred at 1OAK in Los Angeles, California. In June, Brown and fellow pre-VMA party host, Pia Mia, hosted an event at the night club that was attended by members of the public and celebrities, such as former Death Row CEO, Marion "Suge" Knight.

At the time one violent incident after another kept transpiring against Brown, who is affiliated with the bloods street gang, as is Knight, who is a full fledged member. Brown was actively being terrorized by the so-called Hollywood Illuminati, who hired thugs to provoke him as well as launch attacks against him in several incidents. For this reason he sought protection from the Bloods.

During Brown's prearranged appearance at 1OAK in 2014, he was followed to the event by thugs who opened fire with the intent to kill him. Knight was hit and subsequently hospitalized with bullet wounds. Knight refused to speak to police who pursued him for information on the shooting. Knight sued Brown, Pia Mia and 1OAK. Others were also shot in the incident. A member of the public who was shot at the event, Ginja Elms, has filed a $750,000 lawsuit against  Brown, Pia Mia and 1OAK.

Chris Brown Sued By Jailbird Suge Knight Over Club Shooting

Chris Brown

Troubled singer, Chris Brown, has been sued by incarcerated former Death Row Records CEO, Marion "Suge" Knight, over a 2014 shooting that occurred in Los Angeles at the 1Oak night club. Knight was shot six times during the incident, but refused to cooperate with police investigating the matter. On Monday, cash strapped Knight filed a lawsuit against multi-millionaire Brown, 1Oak and singer Pia Mia Perez, who co-hosted the pre-VMA party at the night club.

Knight, member of the Blood Piru street gang in Los Angeles, hypocritically alleges in his lawsuit that Brown is, "A known gang associate with a history of violence and had a well documented track record of hosting events and or parties in which violence frequently erupted." However, this point can be invalidated in court, as there is also a history of violence regarding Knight, who was shot in a night club before, during a Miami, Florida party hosted by rapper Kanye West. Remember, when Knight was uninvited, showed up at the club and got shot in the butt.

Brown's lawyer can easily and credibly argue Knight is a violence magnet. Knight is after all accused of murdering a Los Angeles police officer who was dating his wife during their separation. Knight is also on trial for murder in a hit and run that saw him deliberately run over two people out of rage regarding the "Straight Outta Compton" film he did not want to be included in.

Suge Knight

While it is believed Brown was the target of the 1Oak club shooting, it will be difficult for Knight to find anyone to go on record stating what people in the industry already know. There have been attempts at killing Brown, which resulted in injuries to others. Being a constant target of the Kabbalah Center has turned Brown into a paranoid schizophrenic.

Knight is demanding Brown pay all past and future medical bills in association with his injuries from the shooting. He is also leaving it to the discretion of a jury and the court to decide how much money he should be awarded in the case. At the end of the day, this lawsuit is really rich coming from Suge. Knight is the man who caused the terrible East Coast v. West Coast rivalry in the 1990s, where dozens of people in America died in senseless acts of violence, including the late rappers Tupac and Notorious B.I.G.

Knight is also on trial for murder, in a case where there is video evidence of the gruesome crime. Knight's criminal history will likely give any civil jury pause. He is likely looking for a quick settlement from Brown, 1Oak and Pia Mia, though he is a walking target himself, due to the crimes he has committed against others.

Suge Knight sues Chris Brown over shooting

Updated 9:36 AM ET, Tue June 28, 2016 - Knight is currently incarcerated and charged with murder. In 2010 he filed a similar suit against Kanye West. Imprisoned former rap mogul Suge Knight is blaming singer Chris Brown and a West Hollywood nightclub for a 2014 shooting which left him wounded. Knight filed suit Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court against Brown, fellow singer Pia Mia Perez and the owners of 1 Oak nightclub. He's alleging they failed to provide adequate security at a celebrity-filled party Brown co-hosted with Perez on the eve of the MTV Video Music Awards in August 2014...

Tupac's Mother Afeni Shakur Passes Away During Legal Battle Over His Estate

Afeni Shakur

The mother of the late rapper, Tupac Shakur, passed away on May 2, 2016. Afeni Shakur, born Alice Faye Williams, had a suspected heart attack in her Sausalito, California home. She was transported to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead an hour later. Shakur was 69-years-old. In her youth, Shakur was a member of the Black Panther party. Shakur and other members of the Black Panthers were incarcerated for plotting to bomb landmarks. Shakur was acquitted while in jail and gave birth to Tupac one month later.

Tupac was killed in a drive by shooting in Las Vegas, Nevada at the age of 25. The rapper left behind a sizeable catalog of unreleased music. His mother fought Death Row Records in court, for control of his music and the $20,000,000 in royalties owed to his estate. Wrestling control of Tupac's estate was not easy for his mother. There were threats from parties at Death Row, as the label's CEO, Suge Knight, has repeatedly ripped off artists in well documented incidents, via using strong arm tactics and violence.

Tupac Shakur

In 1997 Vanity Fair published an article stating Knight was funneling money from Tupac's sales and royalties to the Italian-American mafia, namely the Genovese crime family and the rapper resented the theft of his funds (he was killed while initiating proceedings to leave Death Row Records). Similar claims were made about Tupac's rival, the Notorious B.I.G. (Christopher Wallace), having being approached by the Genovese mafia. The U.S. entertainment industry is run by organized crime and deranged cults.

Shakur later won her case and Death Row was forced to fork over unreleased Tupac songs and the royalties owed. Afeni Shakur has since released eight Tupac albums on the label she named Amaru, which is the rapper's middle name. She has also executive produced a Broadway play about Tupac and a forthcoming biopic that recently wrapped shooting.

Tupac Shakur

The company Knight once bragged about on television as having grossed $1 billion dollars, had spectacularly fallen by 2007. The United States Internal Revenue Service (IRS) moved in on Knight for tax evasion. Knight hired an attorney to file for bankruptcy on behalf of Death Row Records. All assets were seized and liquidated to pay off the company's debts. Knight also lost his mansion to foreclosure. He is currently incarcerated, while on trial for murder and attempted murder, after stalking the cast and crew of the 2015 movie "Straight Outta Compton."

Shakur was embroiled in a messy, acrimonious divorce when she died that was filed in North Carolina, though she lived in California, where martial assets are community property (split in half). Her husband of 12-years, Gust Davis, was demanding $10,000 per month, which is half of the income she receives from her role in Tupac's estate. Most of the money from the Tupac estate, which makes an estimated $900,000 per year, has been going to the charity foundation Shakur created in Tupac's memory.

Afeni Shakur (left) and Gust Davis (right)

Her husband was also inexcusably demanding half of Tupac's songs. Overall, he demanded half of Tupac's estate in divorce papers (houseboats, 50 acre North Carolina ranch, millions in cash, $10,000 per month for life and his Jaguar). They had no prenuptial agreement. Now she's dead. People in the entertainment industry with valuable copyrights have been passing away at a frequent rate.

Tupac has a sister, Sekyiwa Shakur, who has two children. Tupac's sister should be the one to inherit his estate that was passed to their mother upon his death. She would do a better job regarding his legacy, as the conduct her stepfather has been exhibiting is and was not in the best interest of her mother.

Birdman Wants Lil Wayne Dead To Avoid Accounting Of Millions In Royalties Owed And For Posthumous Sales Boom

Gay Relationship Turns Sour Between Birdman And Lil Wayne Over New Boyfriend Young Thug

Birdman: this is my booty!

Cash Money Records rapper and CEO, Birdman, real name Bryan Williams, is being mentioned in a criminal case, regarding a drive by shooting that occurred in Atlanta, targeting the bus of his recording artist, Lil Wayne. Wayne, real name Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., is in a contract dispute with Birdman, over unpaid royalties. Wayne started a subsidiary label, Young Money, under the Cash Money umbrella, but has not been getting paid as he feels he should be.

Both Cash Money and Young Money are heavily in debt and the subject of many lawsuits by creditors and copyright holders' whose intellectual property they stole. Overspending is also at play, as Birdman and Lil Wayne have been engaging in excessive spending. Birdman is the worst culprit in this regard. Birdman has secretly been spending his artists royalty money on himself.

Birdman has made expensive purchases such as a $10,000,000 Miami Beach mansion, with $2,000,000 of imported marble, a $100,000 3 story crystal chandelier and hundreds of thousands of dollars in upgrades and furniture. Birdman also purchased a penthouse condo in Los Angeles, a mansion in Louisiana, a private jet and millions of dollars in sports cars (some lined with mink) and jewelry. Birdman has spent a fortune on clothes, outfitting his sneakers and jackets with mink.

Rapper, Young Thug, real name, Jeffrey Williams, who is a music collaborator of Birdman, is under criminal investigation in connection with the drive by shooting that left Wayne's tour bus riddled with bullets. Young Thug's tour manager, Jimmy Winfrey, has also been named in the conspiracy to kill Lil Wayne. It is being stated Birdman conspired with Young Thug and Winfrey to kill Lil Wayne. for publicly trying to leave Cash Money. Birdman would also make a killing, pardon the pun, in posthumous sales if Wayne was killed.

Birdman and his new man Young Thug

Wayne has been very vocal about his desire to leave the label due to non-payment of royalties. Canadian rapper Drake, who is also signed to Cash Money/Young Money, has also complained of not being paid the royalties due to him, despite releasing many hit records. Birdman has taken a page out of the playbook of Death Row Records' Suge "Marion" Knight, in targeting his artists with acts of violence, as a threat for publicly complaining of royalties not being paid and attempting to leave the label. Knight's top rapper, Tupac Shakur, was shot and killed in a drive by shooting, when he began complaining that he is owed $20,000,000 in royalties and wanted to leave Death Row Records.

Young Thug has a criminal record, having been arrested in a separate incident for drug possession, driving without a seat belt, reckless conduct and reckless driving. During an second incident, Young Thug was arrested for threatening to kill a mall security guard. During the surprise raid on his rented Atlanta mansion to bring him into custody, police found guns and drugs, which resulted in additional charges.

Another component of this story is the homosexual relationship between Birdman and Lil Wayne, which began when the latter was underage. A photo surfaced of Birdman and Wayne kissing each other on the mouth. Birdman is also in a gay relationship with Young Thug, who called him "My lover." Birdman also swings both ways, messing around with female groupies and desperate side chick, singer Keyshia Cole, who was arrested for beating up his female assistant in brutal fashion, believing he was cheating with her in his Los Angeles condo (Keyshia Cole Arrested For Beating And Scratching Up A Woman Her Boyfriend Birdman Cheated With).

All of the aforementioned entertainers are in Hollywood's "Illuminati" also known as Madonna's Kabbalah cult. Wayne has been spotted wearing the Kabbalah red string bracelet. Wayne, Birdman, Young Thug and Keyshia Cole have also engaged in shady financial transactions with them.

Chris Brown's Mom And His Daughter's Mother Slam His Gang Banger Friends After Break-In To Steal Computer, Cash And Jewelry In What They've Labeled An Inside Job

Breezy Burglarized

Chris Brown returning home from the club after his home was burglarized

Chris Brown's newly purchased mansion in Tarzana, California was ransacked and burglarized yesterday, in a sad scene that involved the intruders pointing a gun in his terrified aunt's face and locking her up in a closet. Brown was at a night club when the home invasion robbery occurred at his property. Brown's new home was ransacked and cash and valuables were stolen by the burglars. Among the valuables is a computer.

Brown stores many of his unreleased songs on his computer, which would make the unit far more valuable than it's actual manufacturer suggested retail price. Brown also stores private items on his computer as well (photos, videos ect...).

Police estimate it was between 3-5 black men wearing masks that stormed the mansion. Brown's estranged mother, Joyce Hawkins, has lashed out against his troublesome friends, many of whom have gang ties. Hawkins labeled the burglary an inside job, as her sister informed police the intruders knew the new property belonged to Brown, who was out partying in a Los Angeles night club, giving them the perfect time to strike.

Chris brown's new home

Some of Brown's friends know his routine (where he goes and when) and knew exactly where he had items stored and went after them (in the property). I was informed Brown went through the house distraught and crying, seeing his new home maliciously ransacked and treasured items missing from the property.

In roughly a dozen articles, the Judiciary Report has repeatedly stated for over a year that Brown needs to ditch his negative, trouble prone friends and find decent friends instead (Among those articles are July 10, 2014's Getting Negative Influences Out Of Your Life and May 21, 2015's Chris Brown Announces More Tour Dates While Paying The Way Of Destructive OHB Crew).

Aerial shot of Brown's home

They have repeatedly proven the site correct getting Brown into one scandal after another. They even riled him up during the Tyson Beckford incident that turned into a scandal, causing Brown to lose his temper and threaten the supermodel and his family over a photo with his the singer's ex-girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, when the two were only hanging out at a party with many other guests.  The presence of Brown's troublesome friends is also attracting violence and police attention.

In a separate incident that occurred two months ago, Brown's other home located in Agora Hills, California, was broken into by a crazed stalker wrongly believing herself his wife, who spray painted his cars and kitchen cabinets, threw out his daughter's clothes and put voodoo objects around the child's crib (Chris Brown Comes Home To Find Naked Stalker In His Bed After She Vandalized His Home And Cars).

Chris Brown's Mom Thinks His Friends Keep Putting Him In Bad Situations

12 hours ago - As the details surrounding Chris Brown's home invasion start to unfold, Breezy's own mother has some interesting thoughts on the incident. According to TMZ, Brown's mom, Joyce Hawkins, believes that the robbery was done by people close to Chris, and may have even been people that he considers friends. Brown and his mother have had problems on and off for years, and the origins of those issues apparently stem from the circle of people that Brown keeps around him on a daily basis. Brown wasn't home at the time of the robbery, but the three armed men held his aunt hostage in a closet while they ransacked the house and stole an unknown amount of money and personal items.

Brown's mom shared her thoughts on the situation earlier this morning via her Twitter, when she wrote, "Watch who you standing beside." She also apparently believes that the group of people Chris hangs around is the reason for his countless troubles with the law in the past, but that seems like a lengthy reach in reality. So far no arrests have been made in Brown's home invasion case, though the police are searching for the three suspects.

Side Bar: It's telling that Chris Brown posted a photo of himself cropped into the last known picture of rapper Tupac Shakur, who was shot to death while riding in a car with Bloods gang member, Suge Knight. Police investigators, Tupac Shakur's family and many in the music industry believe and have stated that Knight had a hand in the rapper's killing, as he demanded the $20,000,000 in royalties Suge was robbing him of and wanted to leave Death Row Records.

Chris Brown Home Invasion Robbery Hostage Held in Closet

7/15/2015 3:39 AM PDT - 7:00 AM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, the 3 home invasion robbers targeted the house knowing it was owned by Chris Brown. We're told when they were speaking with Chris' aunt they told her they knew Chris owned the property. Chris Brown's house was hit early Wednesday morning in a home invasion robbery and the robbers held his aunt at gunpoint, locked her in a closet and turned the place upside down ... TMZ has learned.

It went down at around 2:00 AM at the San Fernando Valley house Chris just bought. Three armed men forced their way in the house and found the aunt, put a gun in her face and ordered her into the closet. Law enforcement tells us the home invaders then ransacked the house, took money and other property and fled. The aunt called 911 and cops raced to the scene, but the robbers were long gone.

Chris was not home at the time ... instead, our photogs shot Chris at the Argyle, a club in Hollywood where he was hosting a pre-ESPY party. The time codes indicate Chris got to the club around 12:30 AM and left at 2:13 AM ... just as the break-in was going down.

Chris Brown's Baby Mama Royalty's Not Safe Around His 'Gang' Friends

7/15/2015 3:19 PM PDT - Chris Brown could lose more than property after the home invasion ... it could cost him some daddy time, because his baby mama is worried Royalty's in danger when she's with Chris and his homies. Sources close to Nia Guzman tell TMZ ... she thinks many of Chris' friends are gang members or gang-affiliated, and the robbery shows they've now turned on Chris. We're told she's not cool with Royalty being around that element.

As we first reported ... Chris' mother also thinks last night's hit was an inside job. It's bad timing for Chris. He just filed docs asking a judge to hammer out a formal custody agreement -- partly because he says Nia's been denying him visits with Royalty. If the court sees things Nia's way it could affect custody.

Judge Refuses To Dismiss Murder Charges Against Suge Knight

It's time for Suge Knight to face the music

Los Angeles judge, Stephen A. Marcus, has rightly refused to dismiss attempted murder and murder charges against former Death Row Records CEO, Marion “Suge” Knight, after the Bloods street gang member deliberately ran over two people during a heated argument over the forthcoming film “Straight Outta Compton.” One victim died and the other survived with serious injuries. Plainly put Judge Marcus stated, “The only person who had a motive was Suge Knight.” Indeed.

Knight has been incensed over the rumored portrayal of him in the film “Straight Outta Compton” that charts the rise and fall of gangster rap group N.W.A. (Nig*az With Attitude) and kept showing up on the set uninvited, making threats and causing chaos. Knight engaged in criminal behavior against founding N.W.A. member, Eric “Eazy E” Wright, who was also the CEO of the label the group was signed to, Ruthless Records. Knight threatened Eazy E and others on staff with weapons, in forcing them to release N.W.A. member and music producer Dr. Dre (Andre Young) from his contract. Wright later died young from A.I.D.S., due to sexual promiscuity with various women, which he sadly bragged about.

Members of NWA and the cast and crew of forthcoming biopic "Straight Outta Compton"

Knight and Dr. Dre went on to start gangster rap label Death Row Records, whose biggest signing was the late rapper, Tupac Skakur, who was murdered in a drive by shooting many believe Knight had a hand in orchestrating. Police investigators also believe Knight had a hand in the murder of Tupac’s musical rival, rapper, the Notorious B.I.G. (Christopher Wallace).

For years Knight has been known in the music industry for his strong arm tactics, which include murder, attempted murder, assault, battery, grand theft larceny, burglary, racketeering, conspiracy, collusion and conversion. Sadly, Knight has repeatedly shown he is a danger to the public who refuses to be reformed. Knight must do better to this and like any man should answer for his crimes in a court of law.

Vanilla Ice Could Face Prison For Stealing $7,000 In Property From A Vacant Florida House

Vanilla Ice's mug shot

Miami rapper, Vanilla Ice, famous for the multi-platinum 1990s song "Ice Ice Baby" and for being swung over a high-rise balcony by former Death Row Records CEO and Bloods gang member, Marion "Suge" Knight, has been arrested for grand theft larceny in Florida.

Vanilla Ice stole $7,000 worth of items from a Palm Beach county home, adjacent to a property he was renovating for his reality show "Vanilla Ice Project." He has made millions renovating and flipping homes, but stands accused of stealing a $3,000 pool heater, sofa, table, patio chairs and bicycles from a neighboring property. The former rapper filmed the mischief for his reality show, which is now testifying against him.

This is not Vanilla Ice's first run in with the law. Previously, he was arrested in South Florida for domestic violence, after beating his wife in a moving car. If convicted of grand theft larceny in connection with his current arrest, he could face prison time.

Judge Denies Suge Knight Bail In Vehicular Homicide

Suge Knight (right) is denied bail in court

Former Death Row Records CEO, Marion "Suge" Knight has been denied bail in the vehicular homicide case that saw him deliberately run over two men in a rage over the forthcoming biopic, "Straight Outta Compton." Knight, enraged that he is being portrayed in the movie, warts and all, angrily confronted the crew on the set and at a nearby restaurant after a break from shooting.

"Training Day" actor Terry Carter was killed in the incident, after Knight's truck crushed his head. A second man, Cle “Bone” Sloan, was injured and transported to the hospital. A judge has denied Knight bail, deeming him a flight risk and danger to the community.

Suge Knight Charged In Court With Murder Then Is Rushed To Hospital From The Holding Cell Complaining Of Chest Pains

Suge Knight

Former Death Row Records CEO Marion “Suge” Knight has been charged with murder in the vehicular homicide of actor Terry Carter. Knight has also been charged with attempted murder in also striking film crew member Cle “Bone” Sloan with his truck. Knight, who is on probation, faces life in prison. When the charges were announced, it had a bad effect on Knight. While in the holding cell, he began complaining of chest pains and was rushed to the hospital. A few months ago Knight was rushed to the hospital from jail, after developing a blood clot in his lung.

Knight stalked the set of the forthcoming film “Straight Outta Compton” chronicling the life of gangster rap group NWA. Fearing he would be negatively portrayed for the role he played in the life of NWA member, Dr. Dre, Knight began threatening and intimidating film crew members.

After stalking the crew to a nearby burger joint, Knight confronted them in the parking lot of Tam’s burgers. Knight has stated he was attacked as he sat in his truck, then fled the scene, fearing for his life. However, witnesses dispute his claims and with Knight’s extensive history as an aggressor, who has engaged in brutal acts of violence, including murder, it is going to be a tough sell to any jury. Knight needs to pay his debt to society and seek forgiveness.

Suge Knight Had Confrontation With Dr. Dre Before Vehicular Homicide Where He Ran Over The Victim's Head With His Truck

Suge Knight

As reported yesterday on the Judiciary Report, rapper/producer Dr. Dre and former Death Row Records CEO, Marion "Suge" Knight, were having a private dispute over the forthcoming film "Straight Outta Compton" which chronicles the life of the 1980s gangster rap group. Today, TMZ is reporting Dr. Dre had Suge thrown off the movie set on Thursday, January 31, 2015, after he got into a confrontation with security.

As reported on the Judiciary Report yesterday, Suge has been very concerned over how he is being portrayed in the film, after his violent, threatening conduct over the years towards Ruthless Records founder, the late Eazy E, its former music executive, Terry Heller, as well as Dr. Dre (Suge Knight Wanted For Murder After Deliberately Running Over And Killing A Man From The Film Set 'Straight Outta Compton').

Suge Knight during a previous television interview

In fact, Suge was behind the movie set shooting that took place on the set last year (Shooting Breaks Out On The Set Of NWA Biopic Leaving One Person Injured). The shooting, which left one injured, was a warning shot. However, Dr. Dre and company did not get the message and it escalated into this week's deadly vehicular homicide. The fact of the matter is Suge has been stalking the "Straight Outta Compton" film sets for months.

Industry figures dislike biopics making reference to them, in which they have no control over the film's content. Some filmmakers sensationalize biopics and the truth is nowhere to be found in them (though Suge legitimately did enough dirt there would be no need for sensationalism). However, most do not resort to violence. Suge's raging resentment and jealousy towards Dr. Dre, whom he still feels he owns, hit an all time high when news broke that Apple bought out the music producer's Beatz Audio company, netting the star approximately $300,000,000. News of the biopic recounting Suge's conduct brought things to boiling point.

Members of NWA and the cast and crew of forthcoming biopic "Straight Outta Compton"

Suge, who has a terrible temper and refuses to control it in any manner, was already on probation for previous crimes when this violent incident occurred. Witnesses have already given police statements indicating Suge was the aggressor in the vehicular homicide that occurred this week. The mere fact witnesses stated Suge deliberately ran over the victims with his truck, not once but twice, running over "Training Day" actor Terry Carter's head and killing him, then fleeing the scene, will not play well with a jury (witnesses, paramedics and police must have been horrified seeing such a grisly crime scene).

This creates a set of serious circumstances that could see Suge locked up for the rest of his life. He is currently being held in Los Angeles County Jail on $2,000,000 bail. Something tells me Suge is going to end up bending over. If only he had controlled his temper. Things would have turned out so differently. Living the "thug life" always leads to trouble.

Suge Knight Wanted For Murder After Deliberately Running Over And Killing A Man Near The Film Set 'Straight Outta Compton'

Marion "Suge" Knight, best known as the violent, former CEO of Death Row Records, who was present when rapper Tupac Skakur was gunned down in the passenger seat of his BMW along the Vegas strip, is in more trouble with the law. Knight is wanted for murder. Knight antagonistically visited the set of the "Straight Outta Compton" movie chronicling the life of the gangster rap group NWA.

Suge Knight

The film includes items regarding the late Ruthless Records CEO, Eazy E, real name Eric Wright, who died of AIDS. In the 1990s, Knight threatened Eazy E with grievous bodily injury and death, if he did not release rapper/producer Dr. Dre from his recording and production contract with Ruthless Records. Dre was released and created Death Row Records with Knight, which lead to terrible acts of violence, in another deal Dre had to flee with nothing, in order to save his life.

Members of NWA and the cast and crew of forthcoming biopic "Straight Outta Compton"

Knight was worried about how he would be portrayed in "Straight Outta Compton." The film set had already been the target of violence last year, after shots rang out during a courthouse scene in Compton, injuring an innocent person. Tragedy has struck again, after Knight got into a confrontation with the film crew yesterday. Shortly after, Knight hopped into his truck and ran over two men, killing one with his vehicle, at a nearby restaurant. Witnesses state Knight deliberately ran over the two men, then backed up over them. Knight then fled the scene and is wanted by police for murder.

NWA in the 1980s

It is not the first time Knight has been accused of murder. He was previously accused of having a police officer murdered in the driveway of the Hollywood Hills mansion he shared with his wife, after they legally separated (and later divorced). Authorities accused Knight of killing the officer for dating his wife. Many blame him for the death of Tupac Shakur, as he walked away from the drive by shooting with a scratch, while his fellow Hollywood "Illuminati" member was hit with several bullets, then taken off life support, succumbing to his injuries.

Tupac Shakur and Suge Knight minutes before the rapper's death

Knight was robbing Tupac, much like he did Dre during that time period. Where Dre walked away without the money and copyrights due to him, after the mogul showed up at his house he shares with his wife and kids, with weapon wielding thugs in tow, Tupac openly protested he wanted the $20,000,000 owed to him. Shortly after, Tupac was killed. The rapper's mother had to sue Knight years later in an effort to recoup the many millions owed to her deceased son.

Knight's bullet riddled BMW after the drive by shooting that left him uninjured and Tupac on life support. Tupac died shortly after from his injuries.

The U.S. government knew of the violent crimes being committed by Knight, ranging from aggravated assault to murder, but only arrested him for tax evasion. In the end Knight lost Death Row, his mansion and much of his cash to the government and lawsuits that forced him into bankruptcy court. Knight has refused to change his violent ways, stemming from his days as a street gang member with the Bloods. The Judiciary Report and its sister sites have written about Knight several times for years, imploring him to change his ways. It's regrettable that his conduct has now resulted in the death of another person.

Chris Brown The Target Of Another Club Shooting Leaving 5 With Gunshot Wounds (Videos)

Warning: video contains inappropriate language

Beleaguered 25-year-old R&B singer, Chris Brown, was the target of another shooting this past weekend, during a club performance, ahead of his forthcoming tour. Brown was performing in San Jose, California at the Fiesta night club, when shots rang out during his set, abruptly ending the show.

Initially Brown thought the noise was club goers enjoying themselves, until it dawned on him the commotion was due to gunshots. Security quickly pulled the singer off stage, protecting him from injury. 5 people were shot in the arms and legs. They were transported to a local hospital.

This is the second club shooting to happen to Brown in the past few months. In August 2014, Brown was shot at by unnamed assailants during a pre-MTV VMA Awards party in Los Angeles. Notorious former Death Row Records music executive, Suge Knight, was shot 5 times in the stomach, but survived.

Chris Brown's Instagram posts about recent club shooting

The website TMZ stated Knight was the intended target, but witnesses at the party posted comments online stating Brown was the one who was shot at, but Suge was hit instead. This latest incident is more proof Brown is being targeted and his life is in danger, as the site has stated for over a year.

Five People Shot During Chris Brown Nightclub Performance

January 11, 2015 - Five people were shot and wounded early Sunday morning during Chris Brown's performance at San Jose, California's Fiesta nightclub. Following the shooting, Brown tweeted "I'm 100," alerting fans that he was uninjured in the shooting, but that tweet was later deleted, the San Jose Mercury News and San Francisco Gate report.

Brown was in San Jose to perform at a "birthday bash" thrown by San Francisco hip-hop station 106 KMEL. The Mercury News writes that when police arrived on the scene, they found four people suffering from gunshot wounds; a fifth person later admitted themselves to the hospital. The conditions of those shot in the incident weren't detailed but each victim is expected to survive. Police detained several people following the shooting but no arrests were made...

Stabbing At Chris Brown Club Event Is The Latest Tragedy Bringing Trouble To The Singer's Life

Chris Brown

Just as singer Chris Brown begins to get his life and career back on track, trouble strikes again. Beleaguered Brown recently hosted a party at a Los Angeles night club Supperclub and things went wrong. A fight broke out between people in Brown’s entourage and others in attendance, who came there looking for trouble, leading to one man being stabbed. Police are investigating.

This incident occurred one month after witnesses in another night club, 1OAK, reported Chris Brown was the intended target of a drive by shooting, similar to the ones that killed rappers Tupac and the Notorious B.I.G. at the height of their fame. Brown escaped last month’s night club shooting unharmed, as well as the incident that transpired this past weekend.

However, former rap music mogul, Suge Knight, who was in close proximity to Brown during the first club melee last month, was sent to the hospital with six gunshot wounds, stemming from the incident. Knight is expected to make a full recovery, but is refusing to talk to police, refusing to ID the shooter that has been caught on camera. No one that attended the club event Brown hosted last month has been willing to identify the shooter to the police or press.

Chris Brown

Brown recently pled guilty to a Washington, DC assault charge, regarding local man, Parker Adams, in a bid at avoiding returning to jail. Brown apologized to the court but did not admit liability. Adams filed a $3,000,000 lawsuit against Brown and his bodyguard Chris Hollosy.

Yesterday, Brown’s new CD “X” debuted at #2 on the Billboard charts, with 143,000 copies sold in its first week of release. The numbers are moderate and indicate the album will go gold in America. "X" also debuted in the top ten of numerous world charts. Brown's hit single released this past summer, entitled “Loyal” has sold an estimated 2,000,000 copies worldwide.

The CD "X" had a number of scrapped release dates over the past several months, due to Brown's legal problems and issues with his former manager illegally withholding his master recordings needed for the project. Brown also unfollowed a number of his fans, some of whom vowed not to buy "X" as a result. These issues definitely affected sales.

Case in point, in August 1994, Brown's label, Sony, had a huge hit with the song "Here Comes The Hot Stepper" by Ini Kamoze. However, Sony waited several months to put together a CD to capitalize on the song's worldwide success. By the time they finally released the accompanying album of the same name, it was January 1995. So much time had past, the lead single had already hit its peak and the full length album did not sell well as a result. By right, with the way sales works, that should not have happened.

Brown and his ex-girlfriend, Rihanna, who were involved in a highly publicized domestic violence dispute in 2009, have made peace with each other (yet her fans calling themselves "The Rihanna Navy" keep attacking him, his girlfriend, Karrueche Tran and anyone who writes anything remotely normal about the couple on social networking). Brown stated of Rihanna, “Me and her are friends. We have a great understanding, there's no issues. We've been friends for almost 10 years and I don't think that's ever gonna change.”

Brown has also made peace with former rival, Drake, who also dated Rihanna, who initiated a club fight between the two men, "I think for me it was more of a mature thing. What I portray in my music is all positivity and who I am as an artist is all positivity because in the world there is so much negativity on a day to day basis. I just feel like it was necessary to put all the old b******t behind us."

Things seem to be turning around for the singer…then this latest stabbing at a night club involving members of his crew occurred. Brown has made enemies in the music industry for rebelling against the system. He also has enemies such as nefarious rapper Jay Z, who does not mean him well. Rihanna's love for Brown has caused this jealously from Jay Z, who she has been having sex with for several years in exchange for career favors, despite the fact he is married to singer Beyonce.

At the end of the day, Brown needs to stop hanging out with gang members he went to for protection against certain music industry criminals, as they have FBI files and so will he in relation to them, if it continues. Brown also needs to stop hanging out with certain music industry bigwigs, because it is attracting trouble. Brown needs to lay low if he wants to survive.

At the end of the day, the music industry can be quite negative. People have been killed in regrettably incidents that should not have occurred. There is a criminal element running through the industry that should not be there, as it has nothing to do with entertainment and everything to do with greed for power, fame and money not their own.

Suge Knight Shuts Up When Police Question Him About Who Shot Him In Attempted Murder Bid Meant For Chris Brown

Chris Brown

The shooting of music mogul, Suge Knight at a VMA party being hosted by singer, Chris Brown, has brought many questions to the forefront, regarding the intended target of the shooting and motive. Police have been trying to speak to Knight, but he is refusing to cooperate. For nearly a year the Judiciary Report warned Chris Brown is in danger and needs to lay low, but he has not. He's 25 and wants to go out and have fun, but when you are a target, it's a risk.

There are secret societies in Hollywood, with the main one being the Kabbalah Center, who refers to themselves as the Illuminati. They are an insane, psychotic controlling cult, promising members fame and fortune, but what they get it notoriety, schizophrenia and a government file. The cult's principle's are founded on the teachings of insane people, who believe in breaking the law.

Suge Knight

Kabbalah/Illuminati also has another sick component to their twisted group - they believe in human sacrifices, also known as killing people, as espoused by one of their cult figures, Aleister Crowley. Under the sick sect's teachings, several members of Kabbalah have committed murder in high profile cases in America, Britain and Israel and ended up in prison for it. A number of people who joined Kabbalah, such as Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston and Tupac, among others, are also now dead under very strange circumstances.

Michael Jackson, who had joined Kabbalah and was wearing the red string bracelet given to him by fellow member, Elizabeth Taylor, identifying members of the group, was deliberately overdosed by his doctor in a strange and reckless case of malpractice and criminal negligence. Members of the Jackson family have publicly stated Jackson was killed off over the copyrighted catalog Sony co-owned with him, as they wanted full ownership and Jackson fought against it for years in well documented court disputes (Sony's Howard Stringer is a member of Kabbalah, as are select other employees of the company).

Whitney Houston, another Sony artist, overdosed under strange circumstances, with video footage and photo stills from surveillance cameras at the Beverly Hilton, showing two known Hollywood drug dealers entering the floor of the hotel she stayed in the same hour she died. Houston is a singer who had financial disputes with Sony (there were discrepancies regarding her having been found drowned face down, when a person bathes in a narrow tub face up - how did the body turn over). They did not want to pay her what she was owed and the renegotiation (record) deal became controversial. Houston had joined Kabbalah and was openly wearing the red string bracelet in Hollywood, believing the cult's lies that it would protect her from harm, while they brought her financial prosperity.

However, during the last years of Houston's life, she was ripped off and a fortune that was once estimated at $200,000,000 was listed at $20,000,000 when her estate was settled after her death. Houston grossed a fortune in record sales, touring, movie roles, residuals, film producing and merchandising. Houston, who was being controlled and manipulated while on drugs, was not living the high life to have spent off $200,000,000 in roughly 8-years. Where did the money go (rhetorical question). Who stole it (rhetorical question).

Madonna's lesbian girlfriend, Ingrid Caseres, Madonna, Sting and rapper Tupac. He embraced the occult, when approached by Madonna and it brought him nothing but misery and problems.

Not long after Tupac joined Kabbalah, due to Madonna's urging, she asked him to sample her music and he did. Madonna was also having sex with Tupac, but he was in love with someone else. He spoke of her like a groupie he had sex with (he dumped her for someone else). During the time Tupac worked with Madonna, she was teaching the rapper the insane Kabbalah/Illuminati principles that he made an entire CD about right before his death ("Makaveli The Don Killuminati").

However, Tupac got tired of the whole thing. They were financially ripping him off, harassing and threatening him at every turn. They were following him everywhere, illegally wiretapping his phones and telling him what to do. Tupac, a proud man, resented being manipulated and controlled and wanted out of Kabbalah. He was murdered not long after in a mysterious situation, where Suge Knight was present (a drive-by shooting).

Tupac's last CD made before his death "Makaveli The Don Killuminati" was about the Illuminati in Hollywood. Tupac wrote on the CD that the project was "not meant as an expression of disrespect to Jesus Christ" but it's plainly written in the Bible "you can't serve two masters" (two masters meaning God and the devil) and "light and dark have no place together" meaning good and evil don't mix. The symbolism, statements and beliefs associated with the Illuminati is Satanism and the occult. God has no part in the Illuminati. Neither should anyone claiming to be a Christian, as all it will do is bring darkness, negativity, trouble, misfortune and evil into your life.

Fast-forward to this month, another Sony music artist, Chris Brown, is the target of an attempted murder bid, via drive-by shooting. Witnesses who attended the VMA party Brown hosted reported Brown was the target of the shooting, but Knight, who was in close proximity to him and bigger in size, was struck by six bullets instead. Two other people were reportedly shot as well.

Madonna wearing custom made Italian "Illuminati" jacket, a reference to the cult, who prides itself the self-described New World Order. Madonna's songs and music videos are full of references to the Illuminati.

Brown, who had joined Kabbalah at ex-girlfriend Rihanna's urging, is currently having financial disputes with his label and former management, who is also connected to his label Sony. Music release dates have been repeatedly set and scrapped with a number of changes to projects he has at the Sony. Kabbalah is also angry with Brown, who was supposed to work with Madonna, but backed out of the project. Brown has been doing his own thing and not following their orders to the extent he once did.

Not to mention, months ago there was a report on the Sandra Rose blog that Knight had physically assaulted Brown at his former manager's request, over a financial dispute, which also involves Sony (February 26, 2014 Judiciary Report article Chris Brown's Former Manager Tina Davis Vindictively Holding On To His New Music In Violation Of The Law Because He Left Her). Yes, the same Suge Knight who was accused of robbing Tupac of $20,000,000 in royalties. The same Suge Knight who was present when Tupac was killed, having been hit by a bullet as well, right before the rapper tried to leave Death Row and Kabbalah, sending out feelers to file a lawsuit to get back the money they'd stolen from him. Tupac's mother later sued after his death, to recover the stolen money and won some of it back.

Side Bar: the federal government has an ever growing file on Kabbalah and its members, which contains thousands of pages of criminal activity by the cult, as well as wiretaps, emails and witness statements. You would do well to stay away from Kabbalah. They are getting very brazen and sloppy with their misconduct and it is going to land them in serious legal trouble.

Witnesses State Chris Brown Was Shot At During VMA Party That Left Suge Knight With 6 Gunshot Wounds (Video)

On Saturday, August 23, 2014, R&B singer, Chris Brown, held a pre-VMA party at Los Angeles' 1Oak night club on the Sunset Strip. Many stars were in attendance, such as singer Justin Bieber, model Jessica White, rapper The Game and former music mogul, Marion "Suge" Knight.

Chris Brown leaving the party angered by the senseless violence

The Game and Suge Knight are members of the Bloods street gang, who are under constant surveillance by the FBI and ATF. Brown also went to a faction of the Bloods gang for protection, after the music industry cult the Kabbalah Center, who bills themselves "The Illuminati" began threatening and harassing him (see: Madonna and Jay-Z). Rihanna got him involved with Kabbalah and it has turned into a nightmare for him (and others).

In past articles the Judiciary Report stated certain industry people are out to get Chris Brown and that he needs to be careful (Chris Brown Hit And Run Motorist Said She Was Scared Of Him As He Was Covered In Tattoos But...) and get out of Los Angeles.

Witnesses who attended the party have made statements that concur with what others have stated, indicating Chris Brown was the intended target of the shooting. Brown took to Twitter to express his displeasure at what had transpired.

Chris Brown's Former Manager Tina Davis Vindictively Holding On To His New Music In Violation Of The Law Because He Left Her

Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran

As reported yesterday, Chris Brown's former manager, Tina Davis, whom he fired, is holding on to the computer hard drive containing his new, unreleased music. This is highly questionable behavior, as she does not own the masters nor did she write or produce the music. To hold the hard drive or use its content in any way without permission is to commit criminal copyright infringement. Davis needs to give Brown the hard drive.

If Davis is worried about what she is entitled to under her contract with Brown, that is a matter that she needs to resolve with the record company. Trying to maliciously hold up his career via unlawfully holding on to his music, due to having been fired and sexually spurned is illegal. Not to mention, if the facts surrounding her behavior came out in court (preferable in a sealed case as it doesn't need to be in the public domain) any reasonable judge would invalidate the contract she had with Brown, especially due to what allegedly occurred when he was a minor. Not to mention, new allegations of Davis sending Suge Knight to assault Brown. Knight has open files with the FBI, IRS and DEA. Davis is not thinking wisely to have the aforementioned dealings with him. She must want a file too.

Davis is bitter on two levels 1.) Brown is (was) her only successful artist at Phase Two Inc  2.) She's been in love with Brown for a decade. So, the paycheck and the penis just walked out the door (okay, I'm wrong for that joke).

Tina Davis

For years it has been alleged that Davis, 45, initiated an inappropriate sexual relationship with Brown, 24, when he was 15-years of age and considered a minor in the eyes of the law. Brown's mother entrusted Davis with her underage son and rumors persist she sexually took advantage of Brown when he was 15 and she 36. A 36-year-old woman should not be attracted to a 15-year-old boy. It's just not natural. If he had been 20 and she 41, it would not have been illegal. But she knew he was not of age, which is a red flag (people, do not leave your underage children with others you do not know very well - you never know what could happen).

Davis watched as Brown went on to super stardom and became a man, continuing to have feelings for him. She operated with the mindset that she made him who he is (she didn't, but did contribute to his success) and should be the one with him. However, Brown's romantic interests have been elsewhere from the start. First Rihanna and now Karrueche Tran.

Davis kept tabs on Brown and repeatedly interfered in his personal life, which further supports allegations her feelings towards him have been sexual. There was no valid reason for her to be meddling in his personal life in this manner. For years she has been behaving like a woman scorned, not a manager with a business dispute.

Chris Brown's tweet

As I see it, the only time a manager should really get involved in the love life of an artist is if they are dating someone involved in flagrantly bad behavior, which could lead to prison, public disgrace or the entertainer being ripped off by a scammer. Even then, you have to watch what you say or write to the artist regarding the matter. It has to be more along the lines of, "Be careful, because so and so is involved in criminal activity being monitored by the authorities, which could bring you down and damage your career by association" not "you better drop her." You should give the people you manage options, not orders.

However, Davis was operating like she was boss and being cheated on by her man as well, when the public knew Brown was dating Rihanna at the time. That was weird. Now, I admit, Rihanna is a bad influence, but Davis was behaving like a jealous woman, not a concerned manager. There's a difference.

Tina Davis confirms Chris Brown has fired her

In 2009, TMZ accused Davis of sending the sexual text message that sparked the domestic violence incident between Brown and Rihanna, leading to his arrest. Rihanna had hit Brown on two other occasions, witnessed by others, prior to the fight in the Lamborghini after the Grammy party. On the night of the fight between Rihanna and Brown, she began hitting him in rage (over the text) causing him to snap and hit her back.

Both singers come from broken homes where domestic violence had been present. Rihanna should have kept that in mind before she started hitting Brown, as that night changed both their lives in an indelible way. She is also a hypocrite for growing angry over a text, when she's been having sex with Jay-Z and other industry men and women for career favors from the time she was an underage minor. She had no business being jealous when she was and continues to do the exact same thing. Kettle calling the teapot black.

SR Exclusive: Chris Brown to Tina Davis: “YOU’RE FIRED!” *UPDATE*

Tuesday, February 25, 2014 - In 2012, Sandrarose.com broke the news that Def Jam VP of A&R Bu Thiam was replacing Tina Davis as Chris Brown’s manager. I also told you exclusively that Davis, who is in her late 40s, was reportedly involved in an inappropriate relationship with Brown when he was 15. After a series of career setbacks and PR nightmares for Brown, Bu was brought in as a key member of Brown’s management team. But Davis was not let go due to a contractual agreement.

All of that changed today when, according to my very well-connected source, Brown FIRED Davis after suspecting her of setting him up for a violent confrontation between Brown and Suge Knight! “She’s not coming back. It’s a wrap!” said my source. “[He] found out she was the one who set him up!” Suge Knight reportedly is affiliated with the Bloods, a notorious street gang out of Compton, California. It’s been long rumored that Brown rolls with the Bloods — but Brown steadfastly denies the rumors that he is gang affiliated.

You may have read about the recent violent confrontation between Brown’s camp and Suge Knight on other blogs. According to my source, the confrontation occurred about 2 weeks ago. Stay tuned for more details on this breaking story…
