Lindsay Lohan's Finger Cut Off In Bloody Boating Accident

Lindsay Lohan, has been having sex with millionaire Egor Tarabasov to live a luxury lifestyle, when tragedy struck

Hollywood Illuminati/Kabbalah cult member, Lindsay Lohan, posted an image of a bandaged finger online after a boating accident. Lohan was trying to anchor a boat in Turkey, when things went wrong. The rope attached to the anchor sliced off a third of Lohan's ring finger and dragged her into the water. Her friends found her severed finger on the boat. Lohan was rushed to the hospital and her finger was surgically reattached.

The drug addicted, alcoholic, fallen star described the whole incident as painful. So hard up for cash is she, Lohan sold TMZ gruesome pics of her severe finger from her hospital bed. The proceeds from the sale of the photos, will be used to buy cocaine and alcohol, to help send her to an early grave.

Lindsay Lohan's severed finger before surgery

Lohan and fiancĂ© Egor Tarabasov have been constantly arguing and were caught on camera physically fighting each other in August, during an act of domestic violence. Lohan also stated she was pregnant for millionaire Tarabasov, whom she is dating for money. Then, next day Lohan revealed she had lied about being pregnant. Lohan lives a debauched, drug and alcohol fuelled life full of chaos and other self-destructive behavior.

Lohan's finger was severed an inch above the nail

The public has moved on from her, but she has not accepted it. When you devote your life to debauchery, drugs and alcohol, you risk losing your career as Lohan did years ago. Her refusal to remain committed to rehab has meant she has not gotten her career back.

Chris Brown Sued Again Over 2014 Club Shooting

Chris Brown

R&B singer Chris Brown has been sued again over the 2014 night club shooting that occurred at 1OAK in Los Angeles, California. In June, Brown and fellow pre-VMA party host, Pia Mia, hosted an event at the night club that was attended by members of the public and celebrities, such as former Death Row CEO, Marion "Suge" Knight.

At the time one violent incident after another kept transpiring against Brown, who is affiliated with the bloods street gang, as is Knight, who is a full fledged member. Brown was actively being terrorized by the so-called Hollywood Illuminati, who hired thugs to provoke him as well as launch attacks against him in several incidents. For this reason he sought protection from the Bloods.

During Brown's prearranged appearance at 1OAK in 2014, he was followed to the event by thugs who opened fire with the intent to kill him. Knight was hit and subsequently hospitalized with bullet wounds. Knight refused to speak to police who pursued him for information on the shooting. Knight sued Brown, Pia Mia and 1OAK. Others were also shot in the incident. A member of the public who was shot at the event, Ginja Elms, has filed a $750,000 lawsuit against  Brown, Pia Mia and 1OAK.

Deontay Wilder Successfully Defends His Heavyweight Title In Bout Against Chris Arreola

Deontay Wilder (right) vs. Chris Arreola (left)

Alabama athlete, Deontay Wilder, has retained his WBC heavyweight title in his home state, winning an 8th round stoppage against challenger, Chris Arreola. Wilder entertained his home crowd dancing in the ring during the fight, but needs to be careful. He cannot do that in a fight against fellow heavyweights Wladimir Klitschko or Tyson Fury, as they will use it as an in to damage him in the ring.

Wilder looked tired by the second round in the Arreola bout. His conditioning may have been different for this fight, but he needs to return to his previous training methods that made him heavyweight champion a year and a half ago. Half way through the Arreola fight, Wilder broke his right arm and tore his bicep. Amazingly, he won the fight using one arm (his left).

As I have consistently maintained on my Twitter page and on the Judiciary Report site, Wilder is currently the hardest hitter in heavyweight boxing. This is likely why Wilder broke his arm during the Arreola fight and previously when he captured the heavyweight title against tough as nails boxer, Bermane Stiverne, in January 2015.

Deontay Wilder's broken hand

Wilder will be out for the rest of the year and has to undergo two surgeries to repair the damage to his right arm. Wilder's right arm is his main punching arm and the main tool in his arsenal. However, it says a lot that Wilder was able to win the fight with his left hand anyway. That was quite a performance. Wilder is also quick in the ring. However, at times Wilder's defense concerns me, as his face is often wide open and extended forward, with him relying on his speed to jump backwards in dodging punches.

The biggest heavyweight fight that can be made at this time would be Deontay Wilder vs. Tyson Fury. Wilder hits hard and Fury is also a big puncher, who is tough and durable. Wilder needs to raise his profile with more appearances on television shows and spots in magazines to garner as much attention as possible for the fight that Fury, boxing's biggest character, is keen on as well.

Rigging Boxing Fights

Boxing is a dangerous but rewarding sport. It requires years of hard work. Careers are best undertaken in well planned steps, increasing the level of opponent in proper fashion, until one hopefully reaches the pinnacle of the sport, culminating into a world championship. That is the ideal route to take.

Most boxers are hardworking and doing things the right way within the rules of the sport. However, last November I found out something regarding a boxer that disappointed me. I currently know of a boxer who wanted fame and fortune overnight and took the wrong route. I have it on very good authority that his last two fights were rigged. It brought him two titles months apart, but the wrong way, which isn’t fair to the many hardworking, honest fighters in the sport or to the fans.

After his fight last winter, a very credible source informed me that it was rigged. I was very disappointed to learn this. I had hoped he would take the honest route. It was so unnecessary and not good for the sport. The next fight this particular boxer had took place a few short months ago during this past spring and it was rigged as well. The second rigged fight a few months ago was more obvious. A male sports writer commented on a boxing site that the opposing boxer "threw himself down" after barely getting hit (when he’d successfully taken much bigger punches before that did not result in him being knocked down or knocked out). It supported what I had been told about his previous title fight being rigged. Some people are now publicly calling the win a paper title.

The problem with fight rigging is when one acquires a title, one must at some point defend it by facing mandatory challengers. Not every opponent is going to go along with fight rigging. After rigging two title fights and prior to that fighting opponents who were labeled journeymen, what happens when the boxer gets a tough mandatory like Tyson Fury or Deontay Wilder, who can both box very well and hit hard. He could end up in the hospital.

It is a dangerous thing to prematurely occupy a title one is not ready for, as an untested boxer can end up hospitalized with serious injuries under such circumstances, due to the sheer force of the punches in the heavyweight division from its most skilled fighters. Hence me ringing the alarm on this matter, as it is dangerous. To surround one’s self with yes men and crazy people from the entertainment industry, who know nothing about boxing and insanely think they are the illuminati, while promising said boxer fame and fortune, is to put one’s career, health and life in jeopardy, while getting into the square circle. Boxing is not a game. Some people walk in the ring and end up getting carried out with serious injuries.

To lull a boxer into a false sense of security, filling his life with Hollywood hype, then when the real test comes he ends up hospitalized, is seriously wrong and unethical. The sad part is he did not have to take this route. In time with hard work and diligence he could have legitimately reached very far. However, now he is on a rapid collision course with disaster, due to the love of money, which truly is the root of all evil, as the Bible says. There's nothing wrong with having money, but when you love it to the point it compromises you, leading you to start lying to your fans, betraying decent people who helped you when you had nothing and you stop listening to honest family and friends in your life in favor of fake famous friends who aren't really your friends, it inevitably leads to trouble.

Woman Sues Her 12-Year-Old Nephew Over A Hug That Broke Her Wrist Complaining She Can't Hold Her Hors D'oeuvre Plate Anymore

Tough Family!

Jennifer Connell

A New York human resources manager, Jennifer Connell, has sued her 12-year-old nephew for enthusiastically jumping into her arms in welcoming her to his birthday party. He leapt into her arms and stated, "Auntie Jen, I love you!" To make matters worse, the 12-year-old, who has been sued by his own aunt for $127,000 is dealing with the death of his mother. His vain aunt complained in the lawsuit that the broken wrist has, "Made it difficult to hold my hors d'oeuvre plate."

This is possibly the most vain and cold hearted lawsuit the Judiciary Report has ever covered. The mere fact that Connell sued her bereaved, underage nephew is cruel. The poor boy had to appear in court with his dad and "looked confused." This child is party to a lawsuit and he hasn't even hit puberty yet. As he gets older and realizes the gravity of what his aunt has done, he is going to be devastated. A jury has correctly rejected the lawsuit. Connell needs to drop this terrible, pretentious lawsuit altogether and take one for the team.

New York woman sues 12-year-old nephew over hug that broke her wrist

Tuesday 13 October 2015 15.27 BST - A Manhattan human resources manager is suing her 12-year-old nephew for leaping into her arms when he welcomed her to his eighth birthday party. The aunt, Jennifer Connell, claims her nephew acted unreasonably when his exuberant greeting caused her to fall and break her wrist in 2011, the Westport News reported from the courthouse on Monday.
She is seeking $127,000 in damages from the boy, whose mother died last year. Westport News also reported that the 12-year-old appeared confused as he sat in the courtroom with his father. Connell reportedly testified that she loves her nephew, whom she described as always being “very loving, sensitive” toward her...

Of the damage done, Connell testified that she did not complain at the time, but she said her life had been “very difficult” since the injury because of “how crowded it is in Manhattan”. “I was at a party recently, and it was difficult to hold my hors d’oeuvre plate,” she reportedly said.

Jury rejects woman's suit against nephew for energetic greeting

7:14 p.m. EDT October 13, 2015 - A jury in Bridgeport, Conn., has rejected a woman's attempt to sue her then 8-year-old nephew for an exuberant greeting at his birthday party four years ago that she says caused her a broken wrist. Jennifer Connell sued in Bridgeport Superior Court for $127,000, saying the little boy did not behave reasonably when he leapt into her arms at his 8th birthday celebration. The six-member jury found the boy was not liable for the injury suffered by Connell, 54, of New York City, the Connecticut Post is reporting...

On Friday, the boy, now 12, appeared confused as he sat with his father in a courtroom in Bridgeport, the state’s largest city, the Connecticut Post reported. The boy’s mother died last year and a listed phone number couldn't be found for the youngster's father, Michael Terala, according to The Associated Press.

Manny Pacquiao Sued Twice Over Shoulder Injury In Fight Against Floyd Mayweather

Manny Pacquiao

Two fans have initiated a $5,000,000 class action lawsuit in Las Vegas, Nevada against boxing star, Manny Pacquiao, over a shoulder injury he sustained in preparation for his fight against Floyd Mayweather, who was awarded the win in a unanimous decision. The two men claim Pacquiao hid the injury and they and others were somehow defrauded. Within hours, a few more fans filed a second lawsuit alleging the same. These lawsuits can be deemed frivolous.

Pacquiao team did disclose the injury to the boxing commission the day of the fight. They requested an anti-inflammatory, but were denied, fearing it would give him an undue advantage during the bout against Mayweather. The injury occurred three weeks prior to the fight. As most people in the sports industry know, injuries happen.

Floyd Mayweather v. Manny Pacquiao venue poster

My question is what was Pacquiao supposed to do? Cancel the fight after people paid millions to see him box Mayweather. Many millions would have been lost in fees and additional costs to reset the fight date. Such a delay could have meant Mayweather changing his mind about the bout, due to his impending retirement. Furthermore, Mayweather stated he fought injured as well.

As someone who sustained a torn rotator cuff in the right arm/shoulder that was diagnosed at the University of Miami last year, I can tell you it is painful and makes you cautious about using the arm. One doctor stated I should lift light weights to recuperate/rehabilitate the arm/shoulder (I've seen some improvement but the problem is still there) while my main doctor stated the arm needs surgery and this contraption for 8-weeks (oh that is not cute LOL):

Are You Overtraining

Overtraining or training in the wrong way is dangerous in sports. Your body will have to carry you throughout your sporting career. Therefore, be careful that you are not settling into bad habits that can lead to preventable injuries. While injuries do happen, all of them do not have to in practice or play.

I’ve seen videos online where select newbie athletes and newly signed sports figures, have been putting undue strain on their bodies. A qualified sports professional should be hired to assess if the athlete is training in the correct manner.

For instance, are you running in the correct manner? Are you lifting too many heavy weights? Are you doing push ups and pull ups in the correct manner or is your form promoting injury and unnecessary pain?

Tiger Woods Takes An Indefinite Leave Of Absence From Golf Due To Bad Back And Lowered Ranking

Tiger Woods

Tiger Woods, the man known as the world's best golfer, is taking a break from golf. Woods has a chronic back problem that has caused him a significant amount of pain and hampered his game. Woods' back problem has twice required surgery.

Woods' recent performances this year that saw his ranking plummet, revealed he was no longer playing like himself. It created a stir in the press as pundits wondered out loud what happened to golf's number one star.

As such, Woods announced he is taking time off from the sport he loves. Woods stated, "Right now I need a lot of work on my game and to still spend time with the people that are important to me. My play and scores are not acceptable for the tournament of golf. Next week I will practice at Medalist and at home getting ready for the rest of the year. I am committed to getting back to the pinnacle of my game."

Woods' game has suffered due to the sex scandal he was embroiled in that cost him his marriage and broke up his family. Over one dozen women came forward stating they were having affairs with Woods. The sexual activity with all these women diminished Woods' game, as it split his focus, sapped his strength and promoted injury. He has not been the same since. Not to mention, these women betrayed him to the press via paid tell alls and exploitative, frivolous lawsuits that were a cash grab.

Woods has already earned his place in golf history as the best ever and the man who revolutionized the sport, bringing in new fans of all ages, lifting its popularity worldwide to historic heights. However, promiscuity damaged his personal life and professional game. Athletes need to resist the temptation of being promiscuous. The damage to one's life, health and career are not worth it.

Side Bar: there are a number of new, non-invasive procedures being done in German hospitals for people with back problems.

Floyd Mayweather Sued Over Sparring Session And Admits To Boxing Commission His 'All Access' Documentary Series Is Fake

For all his money and fame Floyd Mayweather looks quite sad

Top boxer Floyd Mayweather has been sued by two up and coming fighters over a rule violating 31-minute sparring session that was filmed for his “All Access” documentary series. Sharif and Hasim Rahman Jr., the sons of former heavyweight champion, Hasim Rahman, sued Mayweather for, "Battery, tortious assault, false imprisonment, negligent hiring, training, supervision and retention and unjust enrichment." Both brothers state they were injured in the uninterrupted sparring session, forced to fight, held against their will, threatened and had to seek medical care.

The lawsuit alleges Mayweather lied to the Nevada State Athletic Commission regarding a continuous 31-minute sparring session occurring, in violation of the governing body's rules, as there were no breaks present. The complaint also contends Mayweather's gym does not have the proper sparring license.

Floyd Mayweather being questioned by the Nevada State Athletic Commission

What's interesting with this case is the statement that, "Mayweather testified in front of the Nevada Athletic Commission on Sept. 23 that much of what was shown during the 'All Access' series was false, made up to help boost pay-per-view sales." Some of the footage including in Mayweather's "All Access" does not set a positive example for athletes and audiences and this is regrettable.

In fact, it was reported, multi-billionaire friend and financier, Warren Buffett, who is one of the richest men in the world, backed out of the ring walk with Mayweather for his rematch with Marcos Maidana, due to the fact "All Access" featured Mayweather and his crew smoking marijuana, as well as the athlete cavorting with several of his girlfriends. This is not setting a good example and greatly endangering Mayweather's health and that of the women he has sex with.

Floyd Mayweather

Younger athletes looking up to Mayweather and trying to emulate his lifestyle are going to get badly burned by it, just like he has been. Due to the fact it is his private life, Mayweather is not sharing all the pain, heartbreak, damage, loss and suffering said promiscuity has caused him.

It's cost him the love of his life, he's hooked up with immoral loose women who have ripped him off, one of his concubines claimed there is an STD in his circle and his gold digging ex-fiancé, Shantel Jackson, whom I've broken exclusive stories on, even aborted his twins, lied to his face blaming him for it and sued him in court.

Floyd Mayweather (center) and Sharif and Hasim Rahman Jr

It's time to start playing by the rules. Run your gym by state rules, find yourself a decent woman and settle with her and leave the loose women alone before they destroy everything you've worked to build your whole adult life.

Floyd Mayweather sued for alleged 31-minute sparring round

The sons of former heavyweight champion Hasim Rahman have sued Floyd Mayweather Jr., Mayweather Promotions and Showtime in Clark County District Court regarding sparring sessions at Mayweather's gym that were a part of the "All Access" series.

Hasim Rahman Jr., 23, and Sharif Rahman, 18, sued for battery, tortious assault, false imprisonment, negligent hiring, training, supervision and retention and unjust enrichment. Neither Rahman has fought professionally, though Rahman Jr. is scheduled to turn professional on Nov. 13.

The Rahman brothers both sparred British boxer Donovan Cameron at the Mayweather Boxing Club in Las Vegas during Episode 2 of Showtime's "All Access" series that was broadcast on Sept. 6 and designed to promote Mayweather's rematch on Sept. 13 against Marcos Maidana.

Mayweather referred to the gym as the "dog house" on the episode. "Guys fight to the death," a grinning Mayweather says during the Sept. 6 episode. "It's not right, but it's dog house rules." Floyd Mayweather told the Nevada Athletic Commission there were breaks during the 31-minute round. (AP)

But Mayweather testified in front of the Nevada Athletic Commission on Sept. 23 that much of what was shown during the "All Access" series was false, made up to help boost pay-per-view sales...The Rahmans also claim Showtime did not get a release from them and they did not consent to having their names and likenesses used in the program.

Tracy Morgan Responds To The Outrageous Claims Of Walmart's Attorneys Who Blamed Him For His Injuries In Fatal Crash

Tracy Morgan in a wheel chair while undergoing rehabilitation to walk properly again after accident

Comedian/actor, Tracy Morgan, has responded to outrageous claims by attorneys representing retail giant, Walmart, laying blame on him for the serious, life threatening injuries he sustained in a fatal crash caused by one of their overworked, speeding drivers. The Walmart driver slammed into the star's limo bus, after he was on the road for 24-hours without sleep.

Morgan stated in response to Walmart's lawyer's claims, "I can't believe Walmart is blaming me for an accident that they caused. My friends and I were doing nothing wrong. I want to thank my fans for sticking with me during this difficult time. I love you all. I'm fighting hard every day to get back."

Walmart's attorneys are really pushing it in trying to state a seatbelt could have spared Morgan injury in the above posted limo bus their 18-wheeler smashed up

Walmart's attorneys have made this case that much worse in the court of public opinion, by blaming Morgan for not wearing a seatbelt. However, anyone who has seen the wrecked and crumpled limo bus, that was slammed into by the massive 18-wheeler truck, should have the common sense to deduce a seatbelt would not have prevented injury to the occupants of the practically crushed vehicle. The limo bus was so smashed and knocked over onto its side, all occupants sustained some form of damage and one of Morgan's friends died.

Word of advice to Walmart, get new lawyers. No reasonable set of jurors will feel sorry for anyone but Morgan and his fellow passengers once they see what your driver did to his limo bus. Not to mention, the anger they will feel when reading your lawyers blamed Morgan for the whole thing, rather than accepting responsibility for a criminally negligent, exhausted driver, who was arrested by police for reckless driving.

Walmart's Lawyers Run Afoul Of The Public Blaming Tracy Morgan For Injuries In Deadly Bus Crash

Tracy Morgan

Lawyers are sometimes oblivious to public opinion regarding cases, single-mindedy focused on winning at all cost. However, in doing so, lawyers sometimes end up doing more harm than good to their clients' interests. Case in point, lawyers for Walmart are blaming comedian/actor, Tracy Morgan, for serious injuries he sustained in a fatal accident.

Walmart's attorney, Jeffrey O'Hara of LeClairRyan, wrote in court pleadings that Morgan's injuries, "Were caused, in whole or in part, by plaintiffs' failure to properly wear an appropriate available seatbelt restraint device." In short, Walmart's lawyers are blaming Morgan for his injuries in the crumpled van.

As a result, the public is ripping Walmart in feedback sections of many websites over their lawyers' insensitive, callous claims. It is damaging Walmart's name with the public in acts that are "pennywise but pound foolish." The bad publicity it is creating is not worth it to the company.

A Walmart driver, who had been on the road for too many hours in a row, driving 770 miles, slammed a massive 18-wheeler truck into Morgan's Mercedes limo van carrying several people, including a friend and fellow comedian, who died in the horrible wreck.

At the end of the day, Walmart's overworked driver, who was on the road 24 hours straight, carelessly and negligently slammed into Morgan's limo bus, a vehicle a mere fraction of the size of the 18-wheeler truck. The absence of a seatbelt is not to blame.

Walmart Faults Tracy Morgan for Not Wearing Seatbelt During Car Accident (Exclusive)

On Monday, Walmart delivered its answer in a New Jersey federal court to 30 Rock actor Tracy Morgan's lawsuit arising from a six-car accident on the New Jersey Turnpike. Among nine affirmative defenses, Walmart says that injuries "were caused, in whole or in part, by plaintiffs' failure to properly wear an appropriate available seatbelt restraint device."

Morgan was among several people injured who are now suing Walmart for negligence. In particular, their lawsuit filed in July questions whether Walmart driver Kevin Roper was fatigued at the time of the crash. According to the suit, Roper had commuted 700 miles from his home in Jonesboro, Ga., to a Walmart facility in Smyrna, Del., before beginning his shift.

Football Player Neymar Sends Tearful Message After 2014 World Cup Injury As FIFA Investigates Challenge That Broke His Back (Video)

A tearful but optimistic Neymar, sent a touching message to his fellow Brazilians and global fans, regarding a serious back injury he sustained, when Juan Camillo Zuniga, deliberately kneed him in the back, effectively ending his 2014 World Cup.

Zuniga is currently facing a FIFA investigation into his conduct. In my view, as stated previously, it was deliberate [Brazilian Football Player Neymar Sustains Broken Vertebrae During The 2014 World Cup (Video)]. The day after the Judiciary Report stated Zuniga could have paralyzed Neymar, the Brazilian team doctor confirmed, had Zuniga kneed Neymar in the back 1 inch higher, he would be in a wheel chair.

My dad, a former football player and coach, who loves and respects the sport is offended by what transpired against Neymar and referred to the violent challenge as completely inappropriate. He pointed out the ball wasn't even in the air in a manner Zuniga could have done a header. He hopped on Neymar's back and kneed him in a violent manner.

This goes way beyond football. This someone's life and health. For his part, Zuniga has apologized, but what does not look well for him is the fact he stated members of the Brazilian squad roughed up Colombia star Rodriguez on the pitch, giving the impression the injury on Brazil's star Neymar, was retaliation and revenge.

My dad also stated something very relevant in that the nature of the injury and how it transpired will make Neymar play differently in that he will be more guarded about his back. Sports in general is about hand eye coordination and instinct. Neymar can't let this interfere with his style and game. Get well soon Neymar.

Brazilian Football Player Neymar Sustains Broken Vertebrae During The 2014 World Cup (Video)

Dynamic 22-year-old Brazilian football player, Neymar, sustained a broken vertebrae during a bad challenge that has resulted in the suspension of opposing player, Camilo Zuniga. The versatile forward was wheeled off the pitch crying in pain from the serious injury and immediately rushed to the hospital.

An injured Neymar

As a result of his injury, Neymar is slated to miss the rest of the World Cup. A broken vertebra requires 3-4 weeks to heal. Serious back injuries require extensive rehabilitation and can have lasting effects. Neymar could have ended up paralyzed from that type of challenge and it is one that need not be repeated in football. His spine could have snapped. Some injuries end careers and everyone needs to be mindful of that.

Neymar as a teen

Last week my dad, a former football player and coach, kept stating someone is going to seriously batter Neymar during play, as he has been doing so many jobs and so well on the pitch during his World Cup matches, that someone would think if he was somehow neutralized, it would scupper Brazil's chances of winning the World Cup. The rest of the team is going to have to step up. Best wishes and a speedy and full recovery to Neymar. May you come back better than ever.

Bad Practice Habits And Improper Technique Wreak Havoc On Athletes Performance

Are you training correctly? Is your technique right? These are things that can make or break an athlete. An effective coach or trainer can look at an athlete's form and tell whether their training methods, technique and form are correct. If you are an athlete training in your own time, it is good to verify your habits, methods and form against greats in your sport who have achieved tremendous levels of success. You learn from the best. This coupled with hard work and practice is how you get better.

It can mean the difference between winning the title or taking a defeat. Therefore, ensure you do things correctly, following proper, safe textbook guidelines proven to be the most efficient and effective in your sport.

Beyonce Stung By Members Of Her BeyHive

Beyonce

The fans of singer Beyonce are known as the Beyhive (LOL). Well, a few of them stung her with a lawsuit, after they were injured at her concert last December at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois. So much for that fan for life thing, then. However, in all seriousness, the lawsuit is no joke.

The negligence lawsuit, brought by Raquel Castellanos and Gabriella Davidson via their attorney, contends poor planning and lack of proper security, led to them being trampled in a stampede. The women were rendered unconscious and sustained broken bones when they were run over, as fans rushed into the venue when the doors opened.

Chris Brown Sued Over Security Throwing Woman Out Of Club

Chris Brown

24-year-old clubgoer Deanna Gines has sued singer Chris Brown for $25,000 over an incident at Ultra night club that she started. Gines initiated it by following Brown throughout the club. It was reported she kept trying to jump on stage during his set, causing the conflict. After his performance, Gines reportedly kept trying to gain access to the VIP section Brown was seated in with his entourage and was forcefully escorted away from the area by club security.

Deanna Gines

A drunken Gines later tumbled down a flight of stairs on her way out of the club and injured herself. She alleges in legal papers Brown pushed her and she fell to her knees, creating the leg injury. Ironically, the injury moved from one leg to the other, causing some to doubt her story. She states Brown did not apology, therefore she is suing. The Judiciary Report is in favor of surveillance tapes from the club being released to explain what transpired during this incident.

Tony Parker’s Injury Lawsuit Involving Chris Brown And Drake Being Questioned After Game 1 Of NBA Finals

Tony Parker

Tony Parker’s performance in Game 1 of the NBA finals against my wonderful Miami Heat is causing some to question his injury lawsuit against rapper Drake and singer Chris Brown. Parker sued club W.i.P. in New York, among others, over an incident that occurred last year, involving a fight between Chris Brown and Drake’s entourages.

The fight was said to be initiated by singer Rihanna, who was with Drake at the time (seriously, who isn’t she with). Rapper Meek Mill reported a woman started the fight, as females were seen throwing bottles. Rihanna is known for hurling bottles at people, as documented in another incident.

Drake and Chris Brown

Parker sued stating his eye was injured by a piece of glass, but clearly they didn’t hit that dude in the head hard enough, because his team the Spurs won Game 1 against my Miami Heat. Um, I mean sorry you were injured Tony and I hope you feel better soon. As I wrote on Twitter, Parker I’m going to need you to start messing up – we want that ring!

I hope the Heat guard you like cops circling a Dunkin Donuts shop. A few weeks ago, I walked past a Dunkin Donuts and there were four cops and three police vehicles outside. One of the cops was an investigator in a suit with a badge on his leather belt and all four officers had food and coffee from inside Dunkin Donuts. The cops were standing guard over the Dunkin Donuts smiling their butts off like it’s their happy place.
