Ryan Lochte Loses Endorsements With Speedo, Ralph Lauren And Syneron Candela (Video)

U.S. Olympic swim team member, Ryan Lochte, has lost three lucrative endorsement deals, over lying about being robbed at gunpoint during the 2016 Rio Olympics. Speedo, Ralph Lauren and Syneron Candela dropped Lochte from endorsement deals in the fall out from the scandal that upset the people and government of Brazil. Lochte created a scandal after he lied during a televised NBC interview, falsely claiming he had been robbed with a gun pointed on his forehead. The Brazilian government investigated his claims and discovered Lochte and three teammates were drunk and engaging in vandalism at a gas station. It was also reported Lochte got into a fight with a security guard at the gas station.

After the truth came out late last week, a contrite Ryan Lochte did another interview with NBC on Sunday, due to the firestorm of controversy his conduct created, in lying about being robbed at gunpoint. Lochte, who became tearful during the interview, expressed that he feels bad about his behavior. Lochte stated he should not have “over exaggerated” what transpired at a gas station.

Brazil is not happy about the incident. The government of Brazil slammed it during a press conference. Even in the conclusion of the Olympics, a Brazilian federal government employee, Vinicius Machado, lamented to the press while celebrating the success of the Rio Olympics, "We are a nice, friendly people. So we were anxious about this event. We were testing ourselves. We had some problems; we had some situations with the Americans, but we did it our way, and we did well, I think."

Lochte has been spending too much time in Hollywood on the party scene, hobnobbing with celebrities, whose ways do not align with the rest of America. Before the scandal broke, Lochte even revealed he is moving from Florida to Los Angeles, California. Lochte is better off not being in Hollywood, who routinely abuse their celebrity in lying to the American people for sympathy, attention and profit. The American press is predicting Lochte will lose $15,000,000 in career endorsements over the incident that has so upset Brazil.

Speedo USA Is Among 3 Companies to Drop Ryan Lochte Amid Rio Fallout

AUG. 22, 2016 - The fallout from Ryan Lochte’s story about being robbed at gunpoint in Rio — a tale the Brazilian police said was not true — took another turn Monday after three companies said they would end business partnerships with the American swimmer. Speedo USA and Ralph Lauren, the luxury clothing retailer, announced Monday that they would part ways with Lochte, a 12-time overall Olympic medalist. Syneron Candela, a company that sells hair-removal devices, told Reuters its relationship with the swimmer ended on Sunday.

Speedo USA said in a message posted to Twitter that it would instead donate a $50,000 portion of Lochte’s fee to a charity to help Brazilian children. “While we have enjoyed a winning relationship with Ryan for over a decade and he has been an important member of the Speedo team, we cannot condone behavior that is counter to the values this brand has long stood for,” the company said in its statement.

On Monday, Kim Angelastro, a spokeswoman for Syneron Candela, wrote in an email, “We hold our employees to high standards, and we expect the same of our business partners.” Lochte was a spokesman for its Gentle Hair Removal brand. Through a spokeswoman, Ralph Lauren said Monday that Lochte’s endorsement agreement with the clothing company had been only for the 2016 Olympics, and that his contract would not be renewed...

‘Let’s dance’: Olympics ends in relief for Brazilians

August 21 at 7:59 PM - RIO DE JANEIRO — Under a tropical drizzle, Brazil kicked off the last act of South America’s Olympic debut Sunday night, a danceable farewell to a zany 17 days of brilliant athletic performances and a decathlon of mishaps. Athletes shrouded in plastic ponchos, smiling through the rain, seemed an apt ending to an Olympics that was always an uphill climb. With dancers dressed as colorful birds, fiddlers and fireworks, Rio drummed and stomped its way to a happy, sopping final note, as they prepared to put out the torch and pass the baton to Tokyo, the next host city...

But on a drizzling Saturday afternoon there was Vinicius Machado, a 24-year-old IT infrastructure planner for the federal government, who was drinking a beer at a picnic table in Olympic Park. Maybe these Games were not as seamless as in London or Beijing, he said, but Brazilians got it done, and those who came had a good time.

“We are a nice, friendly people. So we were anxious about this event,” he said. “We were testing ourselves. “We had some problems; we had some situations with the Americans,” he added. “But we did it our way, and we did well, I think.”...

The 2016 Rio Olympics Was A Beautiful Success

A beautiful scene from the closing ceremony of the 2016 Rio Olympics

The 2016 Rio Olympics was a wonderful, well put together event. From start to finish it was a delight to watch. Brazil should be commended for doing a great job and presenting such beautiful images to the world. The Olympics are a time for the world to come together in unity. We must not forsake it. We should continue to celebrate each other and world unity. Congrats to all the athletes who competed. You are all winners having made it there.

Neymar And Brazil Win Historic Olympic Gold Medal In Football

Neymar

FC Barcelona footballer, Neymar, played a pivotal role in landing Brasil its first gold medal in football, in a decisive win over Germany. Neymar, in his role as captain of the squad, scored a goal during the match and another in the penalty shoot out. Neymar's goal was the deciding factor in Brazil's historic 5-4 win. The striker immediately began crying tears of joy at the amazing feat.

The football win capped off what was a very successful Olympics for Brasil in host city Rio. It was an achievement for Brasil as a nation and one they should be proud of in many ways. The sporting events were wonderful and people had a great time. It was definitely a memorable Olympics.

U.S. Olympic Committee Apologizes As Ryan Lochte Story Unravels With Video Revealing He And Three Teammates Vandalized Bathroom At Gas Station And Were Not Robbed At The Rio Olympics (Videos)

The U.S. Olympic Committee has apologized for the behavior of Ryan Lochte, Jimmy Feigen, Gunnar Bentz and Jack Conger in Brazil, "The behavior of these athletes is not acceptable. On behalf of the United States Olympic Committee, we apologize to our hosts in Rio and the people of Brazil for this distracting ordeal in the midst of what should rightly be a celebration of excellence."

The Rio Olympic committee, the Brazilian government and people of their nation are understandably upset. They pulled together an incredible, memorable Olympics on a tight budget and tried to ensure the safety of all athletes and staff in Brazil for the games. Once again, as the New York Times stated this week, Lochte's claims caused Brazil "embarrassment" that turned into "anger" when they investigated and discovered the robbery story was fabricated by the swimmer.

The truth has now come out regarding Lochte's claims that he and his teammates were robbed at gunpoint during the current Rio Olympic games. Yesterday, sites stated the four swimmers were partying at a club with women, believed to be sex workers, not their girlfriends (I just knew hoes were involved, I stated it two days ago on Twitter). The athletes had too much to drink and ended up drunk. This is where the problems began.

On August 18, 2016, the Daily Mail newspaper reported CCTV footage of the gas station Lochte told police he and his teammates caught a cab from, showed no sign of the swimmers. However, Lochte named the wrong gas station. The incident took place at a Shell gas station. Police subpoenaed CCTV footage from the Shell gas station and saw what had actually transpired.

Lochte stated he and his teammates were robbed. However, newly released video revealed Lochte broke down the gas station bathroom (toilet) door and he and his teammates vandalized it. The swimmers peed on the walls and floors. They also damaged and ripped items from the walls. Lochte also ripped down an exterior sign.

The entire incident started due to an act of criminal vandalism by the swimmers. A gas station security guard was alerted to the problem and confronted the men. It is being stated Lochte began fighting the security guard. The guard then drew his gun and told the swimmers to put their hands up. Gas station staff demanded the men pay for the damage they caused to the bathroom. They men gave the staff approximately $50 to fix the damage.

From NBC: (clockwise from top left) Jimmy Feigen, Ryan Lochte, Jack Conger and Gunnar Bentz

A bathroom door is at least $100. Hiring someone to hang the bathroom door is a minimum of $75. Repairing the floors and walls could run from $500 and up. Cleaning up the urine from the bathroom floors and walls is at minimum $50. The swimmers created approximately $750 in damage. $50 was nothing in comparison to the damage done.

Lochte stated he ordered the cab driver to drive them away from the station, but he refused. The implication was the cab driver was in on the alleged robbery Lochte later reported to police. However, the truth was the cab driver was a witness to the vandalism and fighting and was waiting for the police to arrive, who had been summoned by the staff of the gas station.

Lochte’s story about being robbed at gunpoint by men dressed as police, with the barrel of the gun being placed on his forehead and having their wallets stolen. is untrue. The swimmers were drunk, disturbing the peace and engaging in criminal vandalism.

Ryan Lochte posted this apology to Instagram.com and Twitter.com yesterday

In that inebriated state, Lochte and company were hallucinating. Lochte was also seeing doubles and triples to report to police that a group of men dressed as police pulled over their cab, put a gun on his forehead and robbed them. The alleged men dressed as cops, was actually one security guard in uniform. The gun was never on Lochte’s forehead. It was pointed at the swimmers, because Lochte started fighting the security guard.

The swimmers wallets were not stolen as Lochte previously claimed to police. They destroyed a gas station bathroom and were told to financially pay for it. They took money out of their wallets and it only amounted to $50, far under the cost of the damage. Hence, when they returned to the Olympic village, they had their wallets while going through security, as seen on CCTV footage.

When Lochte sobered up and saw that his wallet was still in his possession and not stolen as he claimed, the story should have ended there. However, days later when Lochte offered up the robbery story during a globally televised NBC interview, it took on a life of its own that got everyone into legal trouble. It has proven problematic for Lochte, as he knew he and his teammates had their wallets in their possession when he did the NBC interview, which indicates flat out lying. Two of Lochte's teammates have now formally denied his retelling of the night's events and are stating he made the whole thing up. Lochte has since semi-apologized for what happened, but does not outright say he lied, which he did, but rather was not "candid" about what transpired.

When people get drunk and or high, they do questionable things, especially when they are out in public. Some become angry and aggressive when they’ve had too much alcohol in what is known as being "a mean drunk" (hence vandalizing the bathroom and fighting the security guard). The Judiciary Report has repeatedly emphasized that people should not get drunk, especially in public settings, as bad things can happen when one is not in control of one’s faculties.

There are people who have gotten behind the wheel of a vehicle while drunk and it ended in fatalities. There are drunk people who have fallen out of windows of multi-story buildings and died from the impact. There are women who have been raped and or murdered while drunk. As stated previously and repeatedly on the site, if you choose to drink, do so in moderation and not to excess. Large quantities of alcohol are especially damaging to underage youth and underweight people, as lower body weight can rapidly lead to alcohol poisoning and death.

Lochte and his teammates are expected to pay five figure fines to compensate for the incident. Feigen has donated 35,000 Reals ($10,800) to a Brazilian charity. There has been talk in the press of extraditing Lochte from America to face charges for his criminal behavior in Brazil, after his three teammates were left holding the proverbial bag over the story he made up that turned into a global scandal.

'We Apologize' To Rio And Brazil, U.S. Olympic Committee Chief Says

August 18, 201611:40 PM ET - Announcing that two swimmers have now flown out of a Rio airport after being detained by police, U.S. Olympic Committee CEO Scott Blackmun is apologizing for how the pair and two other swimmers behaved in Brazil. "The behavior of these athletes is not acceptable," Blackmun said, referring to swimmers Ryan Lochte, James Feigen, Gunnar Bentz and Jack Conger.

Bentz and Conger – who were taken off a plane at Tom Jobim International Airport Wednesday and whose passports were seized by police who wanted answers about a reported robbery – gave statements to the authorities and have now been allowed to leave Rio, Blackmun said late Thursday.

Saying that the U.S.O.C. had worked with the U.S. Consulate in Rio to coordinate the swimmers' release, Blackmun said: "On behalf of the United States Olympic Committee, we apologize to our hosts in Rio and the people of Brazil for this distracting ordeal in the midst of what should rightly be a celebration of excellence."

Blackmun said that while U.S. officials haven't seen the formal statements made by Bentz and Conger, who were with swimming star Ryan Lochte last weekend when Lochte claimed they were robbed at gunpoint after a late-night party, he understands that Bentz and Conger's account matches what Rio police said earlier Thursday: that the robbery story was a fabrication.

Here's the version of events Blackmun relayed: "As we understand it, the four athletes (Bentz, Conger, [James] Feigen and Ryan Lochte) left France House early in the morning of August 14 in a taxi headed to the Olympic Village. They stopped at a gas station to use the restroom, where one of the athletes committed an act of vandalism. An argument ensued between the athletes and two armed gas station security staff, who displayed their weapons, ordered the athletes from their vehicle and demanded the athletes provide a monetary payment. Once the security officials received money from the athletes, the athletes were allowed to leave."

That account is similar to what the chief of Rio's Civil Police laid out Thursday, when he said, "There was no robbery."...

Ryan Lochte's night of shame: Two mystery women, a night drinking in a club until 5.47am, public urination, vandalism, an argument with security guards and a measly $53 payoff

Published: 21:23 EST, 18 August 2016 | Updated: 23:06 EST, 18 August 2016. It should have been one of the great nights in Olympic history for Team USA. Michael Phelps claimed his 23rd gold medal, and 28th overall, cementing his place in history as the greatest Olympian of all time.

But while the 31-year-old chose to spend the night with his family, hours later and miles away, his closest rival - Ryan Lochte - began a night of debauchery in what has sadly become the most memorable of the Olympic Games. Here, we chart how Lochte, who has spent four consecutive Olympics in Phelps' shadow, turned Saturday night and Sunday morning into hours and hours of shame for his nation - and threatens to overshadow the brilliance of his compatriot's glory...

Around half an hour later, he shared a video on Snapchat that featured Feigen showing off the inside of the jam-packed venue as lights flash from the DJ booth. What his Snapchat didn't show, police said, was that the men were with two mystery women in the club and authorities believe this may have been their motive for lying if they have girlfriends...

Social Networking Slams Disparities In Treatment Between Ryan Lochte And Gabby Douglas

Gabby Douglas

This incident has caused many on social networking to question if what is known as "white privilege" came into play. Many on Twitter stated some people are making excuses for the criminal behavior of 32-year-old swimmer Ryan Lochte because he is a "white male" while African-American female gymnast, Gabby Douglas, broke no law in Rio, yet has been mercilessly and inappropriately slammed by select individuals on social networking over her hair being frizzy and not putting her hand over her heart during the national anthem.

Ryan Lochte

In 2012, I wrote about the unjustifiable, race based, verbal and written abuse some directed at Gabby, who was only 16-years-old at the time. People made racist comments about her hair being kinky and compared her to a monkey, a racial term when applied to blacks (it means idiocy and mimicking when applied to whites). Some people came back and did this mess again 4-years later slamming her during the 2016 Olympics as well.

Gabby Douglas

It has to be dispiriting for an athlete to be so cruelly criticized while representing their nation, when they are doing the best they can. When there are racial undertones and overtones, it's even worse. That's probably why she didn't put her hand over her heart during the anthem and has looked depressed during the games. You're out there representing your country and your getting cruelly insulted online by select racist individuals over your naturally frizzy hair (by the way, there's nothing wrong with her hair).

Gabby Douglas

Some people need to do better on social networking. And sadly, though many Americans sent supportive comments to Gabby on social networking, select people posted hateful, racist things and Gabby's mother stated her daughter saw them online and became dejected. Douglas is an accomplished, pretty young woman and deserves respect for the discipline she has mastered and representing her country. 99.9% of the population did not make it to the Olympics as Olympians (and people better be glad I didn't make it on the gymnastics balance beam, because disaster would have struck LOL #BlackWomanDown)

White Male Privilege Is Why We Laugh At Lochte And Vilify Douglas

Pay close attention to the words being used to describe them

08/18/2016 04:15 pm ET - Ryan Lochte and Gabby Douglas: A tale of two Olympic “scandals.” Gymnast Gabby Douglas “disrespected” her entire country by not putting her hand on her heart and smiling enough during the Olympics. Swimmer Ryan Lochte is a “kid” who deserves “a break” for allegedly destroying property and lying about a traumatic robbery. If you were wondering what white, male privilege looks like, this is it.

Insulting how Gabby Douglas(20) was being told she needs to fix her attitude in Rio, but #LochteGate and crew are all “kids” who got rowdy. — Lea (@_MissLeandra) August 18, 2016.

To back up: On Sunday, it was reported that Lochte and three other U.S. swimmers were robbed at gunpoint in Rio, with specifics of the robbery coming from Lochte himself and his mother, Ileana Lochte. Since then, multiple pieces of evidence have emerged that suggest the story was fabricated, something that Lochte’s teammates Gunnar Bentz and Jack Conger reportedly confirmed to Brazilian authorities after being detained in the country. (Basically, it seems that an international incident may have started over the fact that Lochte didn’t want to admit to his mother that he and his friends had drunkenly caused damage to a gas station bathroom, and then gotten into a belligerent altercation with the security guard.)

The general reaction to what has been dubbed #LochteGate was initial confusion, a lot of spot-on jokes, and eventually a measured dose of criticism and a plea from Rio 2016 spokesman Mario Andrada to “give these kids a break” because “sometimes you take actions that you later regret.”

It didn’t take long for people to point to the cognitive dissonance between the compassionate, light-hearted response to Lochte, Bentz, Conger and fourth swimmer Jimmy Feigen’s drunken actions, and the widespread online vilification gymnast Gabby Douglas experienced just a week prior.

Douglas, who is just 20 years old, failed to put her hand on her heart during the national anthem, and did not style her hair and/or face to every individual’s liking. For those “crimes,” she was widely criticized for being “disprespectful,” “unpatriotic” and “un-American,” and called words that we’d rather not repeat in this piece. Lochte and friends reportedly defiled a gas station restroom, fought with a security officer, lied to national news sources, and may have filed a false police report. And the four of them get to be framed as talented “kids” (reminder: Lochte is 32) having one debaucherous night of fun...

Gabby Douglas was destroyed for hand placement. He pisses on a business and blames a country, and people are making excuses. #LochteGate — Anthony Dominic (@tmzanthony) August 18, 2016

Gabby was verbally stoned on social media for not putting her hand over her heart but people are making excuses for #LochteGate — Joshua Thicklin (@JoshThicklin53) August 18, 2016

is it just me or did people seem a lot more upset about Gabby Douglas not raising her hand to pledge than Ryan Lochte lying to police? — #1 Rachel (@rachel) August 18, 2016

Let me gets this straight - Gabby Douglas hates America but #LochteGate was just a bunch of kids having fun? Hmmmm — Sade Diana Sellers (@sadesellers) August 18, 2016

This isn’t to say that Lochte and his teammates should be publicly vilified. But when the benefit of the doubt is given freely to white men when they mess up ― even in cases like this one where they actually may have broken the law ― and yet withheld from others, it perpetuates entrenched systems of racism and sexism.

What if Lochte had been a woman (of any race) who falsely accused a man of robbing and attacking her? If Ryan Lochte lied about that robbery, how  can we ever believe any man’s allegations of robbery? — WendyBrandes (@WendyBrandes) August 18, 2016

What if Lochte had been a man of color? If Black athletes pulled that #LochteGate stunt, the headlines would read “Black Lives Matter Thugs Caused Terror At The Olympics” — Tariq Nasheed (@tariqnasheed) August 18, 2016

These “what ifs” are important, and the resulting thought experiments are telling. White men exist in a world that prioritizes their potential, gives them the benefit of the doubt and assumes their actions are mostly benevolent ― or at the very least, harmless. Women, especially women of color, don’t have that luxury. Just ask Gabby Douglas.

Swimmer Ryan Lochte Flees Rio 2016 Olympics After Police Discover His Wallet Was Not Stolen Nor Did He Catch A Cab At A Gas Station Where He Alleges He Was Robbed At Gunpoint

Ryan Lochte

Social networking is questioning the integrity of swimmer, Ryan Lochte, regarding inconsistencies in his story regarding being allegedly robbed at gunpoint, by men dressed as police, during the 2016 Rio Olympics in Brazil. The story hit the news after Lochte’s mother revealed to Fox News that he was allegedly robbed during the Olympics in Rio. Lochte made headlines due to a television interview with U.S. network NBC, on location in Rio to cover the Olympics.

During the interview with NBC’s Matt Lauer, Lochte stated a group of men wearing police clothing stopped the cab he and U.S. Olympic swim team members, Jimmy Feigen, Gunnar Bentz and Jack Conger, caught after a party outside the Olympic village. For years Lochte has been known for his wild partying and landed on pop culture blogs as a result of it.

Lochte stated on television that one of the men dressed as a police officer pointed a gun at his forehead demanding his wallet and other valuables. Lochte stated his wallet was stolen during the alleged robbery. However, inconsistencies have since cropped up after Brazilian authorities began subpoenaing CCTV camera footage at multiple locations in Rio to backtrack Lochte’s movements and that of his team mates who were present in the cab, to ascertain exactly what transpired.

Brazilian judge, Kayla Blank, ordered Lochte, Bentz, Conger and Feigen to stay put while authorities complete their investigation, as the inconsistencies that have surfaced in their story needs clarification. For example, Lochte told police he caught the cab at a specific gas station. Authorities subpoenaed the CCTV footage from the station and discovered Lochte and his teammates were never there.

From NBC: (Clockwise from top left) Jimmy Feigen, Ryan Lochte, Jack Conger and Gunnar Bentz

Lochte told police his wallet was stolen during the alleged robbery in the cab. However, authorities subpoenaed CCTV footage of the swimmers returning to the Olympic village hours later than they stated they arrived at the athletics facility and the video shows Lochte, Bentz, Conger and Feigen placing their wallets in the containers, to be scanned in the x-rays machine that inspects the contents of one‘s belongings, in search of weapons or other incendiary devices. People have now come to the conclusion their wallets were not stolen, though Lochte previously made claims to the contrary.

Lochte told authorities he left a party held by Club France at 4AM and caught a cab at the Ipiranga gas station in the immediate vicinity of the venue. However, Brazilian authorities subpoenaed CCTV footage from the Club France party and discovered Lochte, Feigen, Conger and Bentz left hours later than they claimed.

Lochte, Feigen and Bentz checking in at the Olympic village at 6:56AM. Authorities state they checked in with their belongings they stated were stolen and did not look distressed on the tape or to witnesses, after the alleged robbery at gunpoint.

After news began to filter out about the inconsistencies in their stories, Lochte fled Brazil and was able to make it back to America. The U.S. Olympic committee has refused to divulge Lochte’s location, though he is wanted for questioning in Rio under the suspicion he filed a false police report in Brazil. The New York Times stated Lochte, Feigen, Conger and Bentz's claims of robbery at gunpoint brought “embarrassment“ on the Rio Olympics committee that has "turned to anger."

Lochte did not return to his home in Florida. However, DrudgeReport.com is stating he is in North Carolina. Lochte’s teammates Bentz and Conger attempted to flee as well, in defiance of the Judge Blank’s orders and were removed from a plane in Rio that was headed for America. Their passports have now been confiscated until they testified, as they previously gave "conflicting reports" to police. People online are wondering if Lochte, Bentz and Feign were truly robbed or if they were drunk/high and hallucinated the whole thing.

What robbery? Brazilian police say Ryan Lochte's wallet was detected in X-ray scan AFTER he claims it was seized at gunpoint as officers launch probe into star's dramatic hold-up story
Published: 10:38 EST, 17 August 2016 | Updated: 18:24 EST, 17 August 2016 - Police arrived to the Olympic Village on Wednesday to seize the passports of Ryan Lochte and Jimmy Feigen. The two men are under investigation for allegedly lying about the robbery they claimed happened Sunday in Rio.

The swim team had already moved out of the Village but Feigen may still be in Brazil while Lochte flew home to the US on Tuesday. The judge's order came after seeing video obtained by DailyMail.com of the laughing men returning to the Village after the robbery.

Investigators claim that the X-ray machine at the Village showed the men were in possession of all belongings they said were stolen on Sunday. The video footage also seems to show both Feigen and Gunnar Bentz carrying what look to be wallets when they return to the Village. The two men will now be investigated for the false communication of a crime, which carries a maximum sentence of three years in jail in Brazil.

Police in Brazil arrived at the Olympic Village on Wednesday to seize the passports of Ryan Lochte and Jimmy Feigen in an attempt to keep them in the country for further questioning about the robbery they claim occurred early Sunday. A judge gave authorities the go ahead after doubts began to grow over the claims made by the swimmers in light of the surveillance video obtained by DailyMail.com earlier this week showing the group laughing and smiling as they returned to the Olympic Village.

Lochte's mother later broke the news of the alleged robbery later that day while speaking with Fox Sports. The athletes are now accused of lying about the incident after the publication of the video Tuesday led investigators to change their line of inquiry. A formal request for their passports to be seized reveals that the two men will now be investigated for the false communication of a crime, which carries a maximum sentence of three years in jail in Brazil.

Records retrieved by investigators from the X-ray machine through which the athletes passed in the Village also showed that the men were carrying all the belongings which they had claimed in sworn statements to police had been stolen. Lochte, 32, had already flown out of the country and is home in the US while Feigen's whereabouts are still not known. Feigen, 26, had been in Rio all day Tuesday but it is unclear if he took a flight home before the judge's order.

Japanese Pole Vaulter Disqualified At Olympics Because His Penis Hit The Bar (Video)

Japanese Man’s Pole Costs Him Big Time!

Yesterday, Japanese pole vaulter, Hiroki Ogita, had a hard time at the Rio 2016 Olympics and it was all thanks to his penis. As he vaulted into the air, with the objective of sailing over the bar, his penis had other plans. Hiroki’s penis hit the bar with a thud, costing him the Olympic qualification. That’s right, Hiroki’s penis took out the Olympic bar (LOL). The wrong head was doing the thinking on that pole vault attempt. Can you imagine, you train for 4-years, only to flop out at the last minute. When your family, friends and other people back home ask you what happened you have to tell them, “My willy hit the bar” (LOL). On a positive note, women online are so impressed with the appearance of his manhood, he won't have any trouble getting a date.

Hiroki Ogita

Speaking of body parts, Tongan Olympian, Pita Nikolas Taufatofua, 32, caused quite a stir during the opening ceremony of the Olympics, as he strode out as the shirtless, oiled up flag bearer for his nation. Women on social networking couldn’t help but comment on his stunning physique. He ended up making the news in many countries.

Pita Nikolas Taufatofua was the star of the opening ceremony at the 2016 Rio Olympics

The hosts on NBC's Today Show sexually harassing Pita. Well done ladies. This is the only time sexual harassment is acceptable (I'm just teasing).

Some men cried sexism on Twitter, complaining that if they stated something of a similar fashion about a female athlete, in the manner women have been tweeting about Pita, females would slam them for it. You know what, we women can comment on men looking good, but you men aren’t allowed to do the same (wink). It’s called a double standard. Deal with it (LOL).

Side Bar: you mean to tell me the Jamaican team couldn't send out Usain Bolt or Asafa Powell shirtless and swimming in coconut oil like Team Tonga did with Pita...and this wouldn't have been unusual for Asafa cause he's usually got his shirt off anyway (I'm just kidding).

Jamaican Sprinter Usain Bolt Wins Third Record Setting Gold Medal In The 100m At 2016 Olympics

Usain Bolt dedicating his record third gold medal to Jamaica and thanking his fans for supporting his career

On Sunday, August 14, 2016, 29-year-old Jamaican sprinter, Usain Bolt, won the gold medal in the 100m at the 2016 Rio Olympics. Bolt made history in becoming the first athlete to win the 100m in three consecutive Olympic games. This was made all the more impressive due to the fact Bolt was coming off a recent injury. It was a great moment for the track star and his coach, my dad's friend, Glen Mills. Congrats!

Bolt dedicated his historic win to Jamaica, a small island nation in the Caribbean that has been uplifted by his success and that of his fellow Jamaican Olympians.  In a tweet on the social networking website Twitter, Bolt stated, "Jamaica stand up. This for you my people." Bolt also thanked his fans for the support, "Thanks for all the support my peeps. #blessed #TeamBolt #TeamJamaica #Rio2016."

Brazilian Judge Orders Neymar's Private Jet, Yacht And Sports Cars Seized In Tax Evasion Case

Neymar

Beloved Brazilian football ace, Neymar, is in trouble in his homeland. The 24-year-old Barcelona F.C. forward is at the center of a tax evasion case. A judge has ordered his private jet, yacht, luxury cars and other valuable items seized until the case is formally resolved. The value of the seized items equal $47 million dollars. According to the Financial Times newspaper, "Prosecutors allege the star used marketing and other shell companies to distribute his earnings in such a way that he paid less tax."

Neymar in action for Barcelona

The Judiciary Report has written and published to the site, a number of sports articles, some containing items regarding the importance of paying one's taxes. World governments want their tax money. Tax evasion is almost always discovered, then hefty fines and penalties are added. Neymar needs sound financial advice from experts who are held accountable by government regulatory agencies. Considering Neymar is in line for a massive new football contract that could break existing records, he is in dire need of proper financial advice to prevent future problems. Neymar's teammate, Lionel Messi, is also facing a tax evasion case. However, Messi's case is transpiring in Spain.

Neymar

Side Bar: Neymar and Barcelona F.C. are scheduled to play my beloved Arsenal F.C. this month in London, England. As stated on Twitter, I have devised a plan to have the visas of Neymar and their other top footballers, such as Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Andres Iniesta, denied by British immigration. So, who do I have to bribe in British Passport Control with a Nandos to make this happen (LOL).

Held in Heathrow airport until after the Arsenal match. That's right Neymar, go do some skills on the plane on your way back to Spain. Kick the ball over the pilot's head. Messi can nutmeg the flight attendant and not Arsenal (I'm kidding). Seriously, Barcelona is a great team...and so is Arsenal. Regardless of what sport you play, you can't let rivals intimidate you with their stature. Play with confidence and the desire to win.

Judge orders Neymar assets seized in tax case

February 16, 2016 7:12 pm - A Brazilian judge has ordered the seizure of a private jet, a luxury yacht and other goods worth a total of R$192.8m (US$47.3m) from Neymar, the country’s biggest football star. The case against Neymar da Silva Santos Junior, who is accused of using shell companies to avoid taxes, mostly relates to his career at the Brazilian team Santos between 2011 and 2013. He is also at the centre of a separate case in Spain over alleged irregularities in his transfer from Santos to Barcelona, the reigning European champions.

“There were omissions of revenue received from sources inside and outside the national territory,” said the court ruling from a federal judge in Santos. The case against Neymar, who like most Brazilian footballers is generally known by his first name, comes as the country’s elites face increasing scrutiny from regulatory authorities...Prosecutors allege the star used marketing and other shell companies to distribute his earnings in such a way that he paid less tax...

Football Player Neymar Sends Tearful Message After 2014 World Cup Injury As FIFA Investigates Challenge That Broke His Back (Video)

A tearful but optimistic Neymar, sent a touching message to his fellow Brazilians and global fans, regarding a serious back injury he sustained, when Juan Camillo Zuniga, deliberately kneed him in the back, effectively ending his 2014 World Cup.

Zuniga is currently facing a FIFA investigation into his conduct. In my view, as stated previously, it was deliberate [Brazilian Football Player Neymar Sustains Broken Vertebrae During The 2014 World Cup (Video)]. The day after the Judiciary Report stated Zuniga could have paralyzed Neymar, the Brazilian team doctor confirmed, had Zuniga kneed Neymar in the back 1 inch higher, he would be in a wheel chair.

My dad, a former football player and coach, who loves and respects the sport is offended by what transpired against Neymar and referred to the violent challenge as completely inappropriate. He pointed out the ball wasn't even in the air in a manner Zuniga could have done a header. He hopped on Neymar's back and kneed him in a violent manner.

This goes way beyond football. This someone's life and health. For his part, Zuniga has apologized, but what does not look well for him is the fact he stated members of the Brazilian squad roughed up Colombia star Rodriguez on the pitch, giving the impression the injury on Brazil's star Neymar, was retaliation and revenge.

My dad also stated something very relevant in that the nature of the injury and how it transpired will make Neymar play differently in that he will be more guarded about his back. Sports in general is about hand eye coordination and instinct. Neymar can't let this interfere with his style and game. Get well soon Neymar.

Brazilian Football Player Neymar Sustains Broken Vertebrae During The 2014 World Cup (Video)

Dynamic 22-year-old Brazilian football player, Neymar, sustained a broken vertebrae during a bad challenge that has resulted in the suspension of opposing player, Camilo Zuniga. The versatile forward was wheeled off the pitch crying in pain from the serious injury and immediately rushed to the hospital.

An injured Neymar

As a result of his injury, Neymar is slated to miss the rest of the World Cup. A broken vertebra requires 3-4 weeks to heal. Serious back injuries require extensive rehabilitation and can have lasting effects. Neymar could have ended up paralyzed from that type of challenge and it is one that need not be repeated in football. His spine could have snapped. Some injuries end careers and everyone needs to be mindful of that.

Neymar as a teen

Last week my dad, a former football player and coach, kept stating someone is going to seriously batter Neymar during play, as he has been doing so many jobs and so well on the pitch during his World Cup matches, that someone would think if he was somehow neutralized, it would scupper Brazil's chances of winning the World Cup. The rest of the team is going to have to step up. Best wishes and a speedy and full recovery to Neymar. May you come back better than ever.

In other Bieber news, Tati Neves, the woman who uploaded a of him sleeping in a rented house in Brazil, after the two had sex, has been exposed as a porn star. Bieber's concert gear impounded in Argentina

November 16, 2013 4:25am - BUENOS AIRES - Justin Bieber's concert gear has been seized in Argentina in a legal scuffle with a photographer, the latest in a series of incidents trailing the Canadian teen idol's South American tour. Judge Maria Giraudi ordered that the singer's belongings be held after photographer Diego Pesoa filed suit for damages, alleging that Bieber's bodyguards hit him and damaged his equipment as the singer was leaving a nightclub.

Pesoa's lawyer, Matias Morla, said Bieber "gave the order to beat him and then got back in his van." "Customs impounded for 30 days all Bieber's goods at the Ezeiza International Aiport: audio equipment, sound, lights and the clothes he used in his show," a customs source said, speaking on condition of anonymity. "It is the first time Argentine customs has impounded belongings of a foreign artist," the source said.

Justin Bieber Booed Off Stage And Kicked Out Of Hotel In Argentina (Video)

Justin Bieber's "Believe" tour has been going from one mishap and negative incident to another. His latest tour stop in Argentina is no different. Bieber was kicked out of the Hotel Faena for inciting the crowd gathered outside into a riotous frenzy. A few fans sustained minor injuries.

Then his ongoing case of food poisoning resulted in him cutting his show short, for which he was roundly booed by his fans. Bieber had similar hotel problems last week in Brazil, where he was caught leaving a brothel with two prostitutes. One of the women later uploaded a video to YouTube of Bieber sleeping after sex.

Bieber's ongoing case of food poisoning continued in Argentina, resulted in the teen star cutting his show short, for which he was roundly booed by his fans. Bieber needs to take care of himself and stop burning the proverbial candle at both ends. He is on tour and as such needs regular, healthy meals and at least 8-hours of sleep at night to properly function for his fans. Taking drugs and partying with prostitutes is not helpful to any tour schedule.

Justin Bieber Prostitute Says He Looks Great Naked

Justin Bieber

26-year-old prostitute Tatiana Neves Barbosa also known as "Tati Neves" released a video of Justin Bieber sleeping in a bedroom of the mansion he rented during a "Believe" world tour stop in Brazil. Naves stated she had sex with Bieber, despite his team's denials. They made her out to be an employee, when in actuality, she is a prostitute. The owners of the Centaurus brothel, which Bieber was photographed leaving, stated they know Ms. Neves, indicating she is a prostitute.

Neves was invited to a house party at Bieber's rented mansion. She stated Bieber "looks great naked" and that they "slept in the same bed" together after having sex. She stated after she had sex with Bieber, he fell asleep, which allowed her to use her mobile phone to film the teen star as he slept. The video was uploaded to YouTube and received over 4,000,000 views within the first 24 hours.

Tati Neves

The Judiciary Report is concerned about Bieber. So many nice women would gladly date him, yet he is patronizing prostitutes and putting his health at risk in doing so. He's also breaking Selena Gomez's heart, as she keeps holding out hope they will reunite again.

Falling asleep in rooms with strangers is dangerous, as someone could physically harm a person in that situation. As stated above, having sex with prostitutes also carries health risks. This conduct paints a sad picture. Bieber is buying into the image of what a pop star's life should be like and endangering himself in the process. That's not what fame is about. The promiscuous, reckless "sex drugs and rock n' roll" lifestyle will do you in. Leave it alone Bieber.
