Ryan Lochte Loses Endorsements With Speedo, Ralph Lauren And Syneron Candela (Video)

U.S. Olympic swim team member, Ryan Lochte, has lost three lucrative endorsement deals, over lying about being robbed at gunpoint during the 2016 Rio Olympics. Speedo, Ralph Lauren and Syneron Candela dropped Lochte from endorsement deals in the fall out from the scandal that upset the people and government of Brazil. Lochte created a scandal after he lied during a televised NBC interview, falsely claiming he had been robbed with a gun pointed on his forehead. The Brazilian government investigated his claims and discovered Lochte and three teammates were drunk and engaging in vandalism at a gas station. It was also reported Lochte got into a fight with a security guard at the gas station.

After the truth came out late last week, a contrite Ryan Lochte did another interview with NBC on Sunday, due to the firestorm of controversy his conduct created, in lying about being robbed at gunpoint. Lochte, who became tearful during the interview, expressed that he feels bad about his behavior. Lochte stated he should not have “over exaggerated” what transpired at a gas station.

Ryan Lochte

Brazil is not happy about the incident. The government of Brazil slammed it during a press conference. Even in the conclusion of the Olympics, a Brazilian federal government employee, Vinicius Machado, lamented to the press while celebrating the success of the Rio Olympics, "We are a nice, friendly people. So we were anxious about this event. We were testing ourselves. We had some problems; we had some situations with the Americans, but we did it our way, and we did well, I think."

Ryan Lochte

Lochte has been spending too much time in Hollywood on the party scene, hobnobbing with celebrities, whose ways do not align with the rest of America. Before the scandal broke, Lochte even revealed he is moving from Florida to Los Angeles, California. Lochte is better off not being in Hollywood, who routinely abuse their celebrity in lying to the American people for sympathy, attention and profit. The American press is predicting Lochte will lose $15,000,000 in career endorsements over the incident that has so upset Brazil.

Speedo USA Is Among 3 Companies to Drop Ryan Lochte Amid Rio Fallout

AUG. 22, 2016 - The fallout from Ryan Lochte’s story about being robbed at gunpoint in Rio — a tale the Brazilian police said was not true — took another turn Monday after three companies said they would end business partnerships with the American swimmer. Speedo USA and Ralph Lauren, the luxury clothing retailer, announced Monday that they would part ways with Lochte, a 12-time overall Olympic medalist. Syneron Candela, a company that sells hair-removal devices, told Reuters its relationship with the swimmer ended on Sunday.

Speedo USA said in a message posted to Twitter that it would instead donate a $50,000 portion of Lochte’s fee to a charity to help Brazilian children. “While we have enjoyed a winning relationship with Ryan for over a decade and he has been an important member of the Speedo team, we cannot condone behavior that is counter to the values this brand has long stood for,” the company said in its statement.

On Monday, Kim Angelastro, a spokeswoman for Syneron Candela, wrote in an email, “We hold our employees to high standards, and we expect the same of our business partners.” Lochte was a spokesman for its Gentle Hair Removal brand. Through a spokeswoman, Ralph Lauren said Monday that Lochte’s endorsement agreement with the clothing company had been only for the 2016 Olympics, and that his contract would not be renewed...

‘Let’s dance’: Olympics ends in relief for Brazilians

August 21 at 7:59 PM - RIO DE JANEIRO — Under a tropical drizzle, Brazil kicked off the last act of South America’s Olympic debut Sunday night, a danceable farewell to a zany 17 days of brilliant athletic performances and a decathlon of mishaps. Athletes shrouded in plastic ponchos, smiling through the rain, seemed an apt ending to an Olympics that was always an uphill climb. With dancers dressed as colorful birds, fiddlers and fireworks, Rio drummed and stomped its way to a happy, sopping final note, as they prepared to put out the torch and pass the baton to Tokyo, the next host city...

But on a drizzling Saturday afternoon there was Vinicius Machado, a 24-year-old IT infrastructure planner for the federal government, who was drinking a beer at a picnic table in Olympic Park. Maybe these Games were not as seamless as in London or Beijing, he said, but Brazilians got it done, and those who came had a good time.

“We are a nice, friendly people. So we were anxious about this event,” he said. “We were testing ourselves. “We had some problems; we had some situations with the Americans,” he added. “But we did it our way, and we did well, I think.”...

Ciara

Atlanta singer Ciara has been busy honeymooning with NFL football star, Russell Wilson, as the two recently wed after dating for one year. However, Ciara had her lawyer file another lawsuit against rapper Future (real name Nayvadius Wilburn) who is the father of her 2-year-old child, Future Wilburn. The former couple are no longer friends due to his poor behavior.

Future

Ciara contends in her new lawsuit that rapper Future slamming her on social networking, making fraudulent claims online which led to a defamation lawsuit, cost her a $500,000 contract with a cosmetic company. The negative publicity from Future scared away the international cosmetics company.

Lady Gaga's David Bowie Grammy Tribute Slammed By His Son And Social Networking

Gaga's Friends In Hollywood Loved Her Performance But The Late Star's Son And Twitter Were Not Amused

Lady GaGa (right) dressed as David Bowie during her tribute set at the Grammys

In the February 15, 2016 article "Grammy Awards Slammed As Racist Over Excluding Black Stars From The Posthumous Musical Tribute Segment Of The Show" which was posted to the site several hours before the telecast, I stated, "I wouldn't particularly call the Grammys racist. The Grammy awards committee has given many awards to minorities who are black, Hispanic and Asian...I do not think the Grammys are racist, but something else is going on regarding the snub, that probably falls under the category of some other music industry politics and foolishness. Let me guess, some spoiled brat of a modern star wants to indulge in a long performance to promote some new, nonsensical song and album that isn't even original, so the tribute section has been shaved down. Do the new cultists running the Grammys know so little about music that they failed to realize what Cole and White have done in entertainment history."

Lady Gaga as David Bowie

It turns out the culprit was Kabbalah Center cultist Lady Gaga. According to reports, Lady Gaga sang EIGHT David Bowie songs in a tribute to the late star. So it was what I suspected. It wasn't about racism. It was about an indulgent modern star using the show to promote their latest project causing the tribute section to be cut down at other artists' expense.

David Bowie's son slams Gaga's tribute to his dad

Gaga was slammed on social networking for using Bowie to promote herself and a new sponsorship deal she has with Intel. The Judiciary Report has nothing against Intel. Cross promotional deals are made all the time, but considering so many stars have died, Gaga's set should have been shorter. Bowie's son, David Jones, was also not amused with Gaga using the tribute to promote her endorsement deal.

Tweets slamming Lady Gaga exploiting David Bowie

As stated on February 15, 2016, I would not be watching the Grammys and I did not. Apparently, many other people did not either, as the show hit a 7-year ratings low. The music industry is in chaos. Unprofessional, mentally unbalanced people are running it and not producing quality, original material. The standard of excellence has dramatically fallen. Audiences today are being cheated out of a full musical experience coming from sensible musicians, who know their craft and what is acceptable conduct. So many artists are trying to out crazy each other and compete for the title of most vulgar.

David Bowie's son calls out Lady Gaga after Grammys

Posted February 16 2016 — 12:33 PM EST - Lady Gaga delivered a powerful performance in memory of late music legend David Bowie at the Grammys on Monday – but not everyone was pleased. Bowie’s son, Duncan Jones, took to social media on Monday night to blast the singer’s performance, which featured 10 of his father’s most famous songs, with a cryptic tweet. “overexcited or irrational, typically as a result of infatuation or excessive enthusiasm; mentally confused.” Damn it! What IS that word!? — Duncan Jones (@ManMadeMoon) February 16, 2016. Jones posted the dictionary definition of the word “Gaga” on Twitter. “ ‘Overexcited or irrational, typically as a result of infatuation or excessive enthusiasm; mentally confused.’ Damn it! What IS that word?!” he tweeted...

Is Cherry Picking Opponents In Boxing Wrong

Some have criticized promoters and boxers for "cherry picking" their opponents to increase the chances of victory. Some dislike it. Most boxers will tell you they will fight anyone, anytime and anywhere. However, is it a good idea in the early stages of one's career (and towards the end of it if one has hit advanced years). Let's face it, some boxers are further in their development than others. The fight will not be well matched and could put you at a great disadvantage.

If I were a promoter I would have qualms about putting a boxer in with someone they are not ready for in the ring. It is not a lack of confidence, just practicality. There are many things you will not learn in the gym, that require the experience of the ring in a live setting. How you react to truly being hit, going the distance, the noise of the crowd.

Newly pro boxers usually look green in the ring for about their first 10 fights. They land fewer punches and make more mistakes than a pugilist with at least 20 fights under their belt. Boxers with more experience turn into sharks smelling blood in the water when a promoter sends in a rival for something they are not ready for. The rival boxer knows and it ends up looking like this:

(Photo credit and caption: ICanHasCheezburger site)

Therefore, why would you want someone to punch a hole in your boxer or knock him into the next solar system, by signing him up for a fight he wasn't ready for in any measure. What do you do if you sign your fighter up for a fight he wasn't ready for yet, only to see him take the most restful nap of his life in the middle of the ring, until the medical team wakes him up from the knock out.

If you lose too early in your boxing career, it will cause problems with the type of fights you can get, how much you are paid in purse money and your sponsors, which helps to pay your bills as a boxer. It's better to pace it, choosing a natural and steady progression, rather than rush into a confidence battering defeat that could be avoided had you simply waited until your development was at a greater stage.

Jay Z Lies In New York Post Article About Samsung Paying Rihanna And Roc Nation $25,000,000 For Tour

Rihanna

An article recently appeared in the New York Post claiming electronics company Samsung is on the verge of agreeing to pay singer Rihanna $25,000,000 for her upcoming tour sponsorship. The story was placed by Rihanna's management and new record label Roc Nation. However, the truth of the matter is Samsung didn't even pay half that figure. Samsung agreed to buy 1,000,000 copies of Rihanna's flopped "Anti" album for $1 a piece, which Billboard is refusing to count for chart inclusion, as the copies were not sold.

Samsung agreed to $5,000,000 in tour sponsorship and some of the costs are recoupable against ticket sales. If the tour bombs, as past tours have done, leaving Rihanna in the red (at one point Rihanna only had $20,000 in her bank account) Samsung will see no return on their investment, which will anger shareholders.

Considering Samsung hit a sales decline in the past two years, as reported in various stock market news outlets, they do not have $25,000,000 to throw around. The shareholders would be livid. Previously, Samsung agreed to buy 1,000,000 copies of Jay Z's flopped "Holy Grail" album that contained many copyright infringing songs. Jay Z's Samsung deal was worth approximately $2,500,000, but had deductions and failed to give Samsung an earnings boost. After taxes and associated fees, the deal did not create much revenue for Jay Z and did nothing for Samsung.

Jay Z

Rihanna is going on tour this summer because she needs the money. She has lost endorsements from Cover Girl and Nivea over her foul image. Rihanna and Jay Z need to be careful about releasing false figures, as others will expect the same money from Samsung in sponsorship deals and cancel when they do not get it. They are doing Samsung no favors with this madness in trying to appear like they are making a fortune.

Not to mention, Samsung also has to answer to shareholders, who will be none too pleased. Rihanna and Jay Z also need to be careful regarding fake figures, as financial records are often subpoenaed in copyright infringement lawsuits and the truth will come out in that manner.

Jay Z and Rihanna, who are in the so-called Hollywood "Illuminati" (Kabbalah) are mimicking the crazy conduct of the head of the cult, Madonna. She repeatedly leaked false endorsement figures to inflate her image and net worth. For example, Madonna publicly bragged in articles and press releases that Microsoft paid her "$10,000,000" for a sponsorship deal, which prompted the company to come forward and say not even close and they paid her nowhere near that figure.

Jay Z and Rihanna

Greatly exaggerating figures is also a method employed by Def Jam's Russell Simmons, who Jay Z publicly claimed encouraged him to do the same. Jay Z lied that his former company, Rocafella, built on drug money from dealing crack cocaine to adults and children on the East Coast of America, was worth $125,000,000. However, an audit and company evaluation commissioned by a prospective buyer revealed it was barely worth $25,000,000.

It is a federal crime in America to falsify the worth of companies and financial endeavors, as it deceives and defrauds existing shareholders and will do the same regarding members of the public, who seek to potentially invest their money. Real business people do not conduct their financial dealings in such a disgraceful manner. Only con artists, ponzi schemers and scammers do such things.

Side Bar: another item of note is due to Rihanna's foul behavior, she could find herself in the same situation cyclist Lance Armstrong did, where sponsor, the U.S. Postal Service, sued via the U.S. Justice Department, to recover sponsorship money they gave him, when the truth came out about his illegal, cheating conduct (steroids). Rihanna, Jay Z and Madonna are the music industry's equivalent of Lance Armstrong (or the financial equivalent of  Bernard Madoff) due to mass criminal copyright infringement and other commissioned crimes they have been committing sure to taint any brand they are associated with. Any company that inks a deal with the aforementioned criminal entertainers would do well to beware, as there will be far reaching, long lasting financial and social consequences for it.

Rihanna inks $25M sponsorship deal with Samsung

October 29, 2015 | 11:24am - South Korean electronics giant Samsung has reached an unprecedented $25 million deal to sponsor Rihanna’s upcoming album and tour, The Post has learned. Rihanna, known for hit songs such as “Umbrella” and “Rude Boy,” is signed to Roc Nation, run by rap mogul Jay Z, who has had a long and profitable relationship with Samsung.

The Rihanna deal follows seven months of talks and is the biggest music-marketing tie-up in recent memory. Hammering out the details took longer than expected in part because Rihanna made some last-minute tweaks to the album, sources said. Samsung couldn’t immediately be reached for comment, while Roc Nation declined to comment...

The company also cut a $5 million marketing deal with Jay Z’s Roc Nation in 2013, surrounding the release of the hip-hop star’s Magna Carta Holy Grail album, according to reports. In exchange for a $5 million check, Jay Z provided Samsung 1 million copies of the album to be downloaded on the company’s new Galaxy SIII and other devices...

The deal is bad news for marketers, said one source, noting that few have pockets deep enough to afford such multi-million dollar global tie-ups. “No-one wants to have $25 million deals in the market place,” said a source. But event sponsorship is a huge growth area. IEG notes that spending in the space will rise 5 percent in 2015 to $1.4 billion.

50 Cent Says He Is A Fake In Bankruptcy Court With A Net Worth Of $4,400,000 Not $150,000,000 But Is He Hiding Money And Assets

50 Cent

Deceitful rapper 50 Cent, real name Curtis Jackson, made an appearance in bankruptcy court yesterday stating his whole lifestyle is a fraud regarding the image of wealth he portrays. Forbes magazine estimated 50 Cent's net worth is $150,000,000. However, the rapper told the Manhattan Supreme Court he is only worth $4,400,000. If you say so, Curtis.

50 Cent is lying to the court through his supersized capped teeth, as he was sued and handed hefty judgments in two cases totaling $22,200,000. Being the greedy, lawless person he is, 50 Cent would rather commit bankruptcy fraud than pay what is owed. The lawsuits were not frivolous and are the direct result of his criminal behavior, arrogance and greed. These are not individuals exploiting 50 Cent. These are individuals 50 Cent criminally exploited and they sued him and won.

The first case is Sleek Audio vs. Curtis Jackson, in which the company was awarded $17,200,000 after 50 Cent committed criminal copyright infringement, patent infringement and corporate theft in stealing the technology and design of earphones that were pitched to him by the Plaintiff. Sleek Audio wanted 50 Cent as a front man. He got greedy and decided to break the law and steal their product, giving it a new name. 50 Cent renamed the stolen earphones from Sleek Audio to SMS Audio.

The second case, Lastonia Leviston v. Curtis Jackson, is a disgusting one, as 50 Cent cruelly obtained a private sex tape featuring the Plaintiff, who is the mother of rapper Rick Ross' child and uploaded it to the internet. 50 Cent did so out of spite and arrogance. It was a wicked thing to do. Leviston was so distressed, distraught, embarrassed and humiliated, she became "suicidal."

50 Cent's mansion in Connecticut should be sold to pay off his debts

Leviston did not sign up to be a porn star in this matter, but 50 Cent illegally turned her into one and deserved to lose that case for being so terrible to her. I have no sympathy for him in this. What if she had killed herself, as other young women have done in the same and similar situation (private sexting and nudes illegally made public).

50 Cent has assets and is not entitled to bankruptcy protection. 50 Cent's Farmington, Connecticut mansion he bought from boxer Mike Tyson is worth between $15,000,000 to $20,000,000. He has owned it for nearly a decade and has been making mortgage payments on it. 50 Cent received a significant amount of stock in Vitamin Water in exchange for endorsing the product upon its debut years ago. It netted him millions of dollars. He has endorsement deals with Effen Vodka and Frigo.

50 Cent's mansion in Connecticut

50 Cent owns a home in New York that he had burned to the ground to chase out Shaniqua Tompkins, the mother of his then underage child, who was also in residence. 50 Cent was angry Tompkins, whom he was no longer dating, had a boyfriend living in the house with her. 50 Cent collected the insurance money after the blaze. He also purchased a condo in Los Angeles for Daphne Joy, the mother of his second child, to live with his son. He subsequently trashed the furniture he bought and beat her, resulting in his arrest.

Since his debut in 2003, 50 Cent has sold over 20,000,000 albums worldwide, 10,000,000 singles and embarked on many tours and live shows, bringing in millions of dollars in profit. He has made $500,000 from his acting career (despite the fact he can't act).

50 Cent's mansion in Connecticut

50 Cent has also purchased a number of luxury vehicles. He claims they are all leased, but that is not true. You cannot lease luxury vehicles and alter them as he has done to some of the cars he has driven. It would be a violation of the lease. 50 Cent has also made hefty bets on sporting events and won money. His net worth is not $4,400,000. Therefore, he is hiding money and assets. He can afford to pay the judgments and have money and assets left over for himself. He just finds it extremely difficult to part with $22,000,000 to pay court judgments over his poor choices. Therefore, his bankruptcy case is not legitimate. This is not what bankruptcy is for.

Bankruptcy is for people in genuine financial distress, who need legal relief, not for millionaires hiding assets in attempting to get out of multi-million dollar court judgments caused by their stupidity and arrogance in violating other people's rights. Bankruptcy fraud is also a felony investigated by the federal government and is punishable by 5-years in prison and $250,000 in fines.

Producer Teddy Riley Lays Down The Law On Soulja Boy Regarding His Daughter (The Dangers Of Putting Too Much Private Info On Social Networking)

Soulja Boy and Teddy Riley

This week's episode of "Love And Hip Hop Hollywood" featured legendary music producer and singer, Teddy Riley, interrogating rapper Soulja Boy about dating his daughter Nia. Riley asked Nia to let him speak to Soulja Boy alone at the restaurant table, prompting her to excuse herself and go.

Riley, who became famous in the 1980s as a member of the singing R&B trio Guy, as well as producing many hits for various artists, was promiscuous to the point he fathered 10 children by different women. Prior to their first meeting at lunch, Nia informed Soulja Boy that her dad has 10 children, which left him in stitches.

Soulja Boy and Nia Riley

Riley grilled 24-year-old Soulja Boy who has dated Nia on and off for 8-years. Riley was puzzled as to why he has never met the rapper, after his daughter dating him for such a long time. Riley cut right to the point and asked Soulja Boy if he slept with his daughter on the first date. This prompted stuttering from Soulja Boy which should have indicated yes, but he managed to mumble out a no.

Riley also reproved Soulja Boy in stating, "I've seen you on You Tube with females videotaping you under the influence of drugs and alcohol." He was speaking of promiscuous Soulja Boy's sexual conquests. Riley began staring him down, as he was not amused.

Soulja Boy and Nia Riley

The Judiciary Report has consistently maintained that people need to be careful regarding what they put on their social networking sites. There have been a number of reports from mainstream news outlets indicating potential employers are taking submitted applications and running the applicants names through social networking sites such as Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, among others, to gain an accurate picture of the individual.

To show off online, for people, many of whom you don't even know, then damage your professional and personal life as a result, is regrettable. It may seem like fun at first showing off online, but it can come back to haunt you in many ways that on the surface you can't imagine.

"Love and Hip Hop Hollywood" cast

Potential employers, sponsors, love interests and the family members of those you are dating or want to date, check social networking. If they see reckless items online regarding drugs, alcohol, sex, you with a different lover or love interest every other week or month, hateful statements or unprovoked vicious attacks on others, it will cause them to flat-out reject you. It can get you rejected from your dream job or the person you want most. It can change the course of your life, because people will interpret this as who you are. Think about it, what else do they have to go on if they don't know you.

Therefore, clean up your social networking pages and make them look presentable. Putting too much information out there can prove detrimental, depending on the nature of what is being placed online. When people visit your social networking pages, let them see a smart, skilled, responsible person in control of their life and faculties. Let employers or sponsors see someone they would want to hire for a good job, which means money in your bank account. Let the opposite sex see someone great and decent they would want to love in a relationship.

Rapper Bobby Shmurda Lashes Out Online About Not Being Paid For Concerts

Bobby Shmurda

Rapper Bobby Shmurda is famous for the megahit “Hot N*gga” which dominated the internet this summer. The Miami born rapper, of Jamaican and Haitian parentage, is new to the industry, after the internet made him famous in a few short months. He’s finding out the hard way that the industry is smoke and mirrors, filled with financial corruption and pitfalls at every turn.

Shmurda complained online that he is not being paid for concerts he has done. With record sales in America the lowest in decades, artists lean on concert performances and endorsements to earn revenue. Shmurda stated, "Nah idgaf I’m doing all theses show not getting ma money dey got me doing s**t every f***ing day so its hard to keep up Witt dis s**t den I ain’t got nobody to trust ain’t no help in dis b**** I’m ready to go back to da trap be4 jail #RNS dats how I feel foh."

Shmurda's mother stated, "It’s not that he’s not getting paid, it’s that he’s new to the business. There’s a chain of command that he has to go through before he gets his payment. I guess he’s thinking all the money should go from the front man to his hands — it doesn’t work like that. Of course they hold onto it so he actually does the show. Then it goes to his business manager, then to the touring accountant, and then to him."

Tyson Fury v. Dereck Chisora Postponed Due To Fractured Wrist

Dereck Chisora (left) and Tyson Fury (right)

Boxers Tyson Fury and Dereck Chisora were scheduled for a bout this week on July 26, 2014 in Manchester, England. However, the rematch has been postponed with Chisora citing a fractured wrist he states occurred during sparring.

Dereck Chisora (left in red shirt) and Tyson Fury (pictured right and pointing)

Fury won their previous outing and got back into shape to fight Chisora, increasing his chances of a win. Fury became furious today at the news. Chisora stated to him on Twitter, "Sorry mate would have been a very good fight we get it on next month don't complain about the money you give 10,000 to your kids."

Tyson Fury

Boxer Shannon Briggs stated on Twitter, "Just got word that the big dummy Lerch aka Tyson Fury's fight is off for this weekend. To bad I thought it would be nice to see him knocked stiff." Boxer Anthony Fowler stated on Twitter, "Alls i know is tyson fury will be absolutely gutted that chisora has pulled out, how has he managed to damage his hand so late??? Joke that."

Wladimir Klitschko

Curtis Woodhouse stated, "Got to feel for Tyson fury, training camp after training camp, no fight means no wages, boxing can be a cruel game #ChisoraFury2." This is why it is important for boxers to have good managers who can pursue endorsements and sponsorships as a secondary source of income in the event their careers have a hiatus due to injury or other unforeseen reasons (see article links below for further information).

Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder

I see reality stars, some of whom have no talent, pull in $500,000 and higher per year in endorsements, appearance fees, DVD sales and book deals. There's no reason boxers with talent cannot do the same to supplement their incomes (provided they keep their image clean and marketable).

Deontay Wilder

In other news, Fury wants to fight American boxing sensation, Deontay Wilder, who is a big hitter. Wilder has a 30-0 record all by knockouts. Watching Wilder's knock out reel reveals he is a force to be reckoned with.

Fury originally wanted to fight world champion, Wladimir Klitschko, after the title eliminator fight against Chisora, but believes the fight with Klitschko will not happen. Fury believes Klitschko would rather vacate the title than fight him. Last week before the fight was postponed, I suggested Fury revamp his image and hire a sports law firm to pitch the fight to Klitschko, as I think it would be a good one.

Partying Your Career Away (Johnny Manziel)

Johnny Manziel is burning the candle at both ends

21-year-old NFL football player, Johnny Manziel, A/K/A Johnny Football, who recently signed with the Cleveland Browns, has come under fire by many for engaging in too much partying. Photos have been making their way around the internet showing Manziel partying with alcohol and loads of women. This is a shaky start to his pro-career. It also makes coaches nervous.

Manziel is always partying

The Washington Post wrote, "It's going to be really fun to watch Johnny Hungover try to play quarterback in the NFL with nightclub-baked eyes and the shakes." Former NBA star turned commentator, Charles Barkley stated, "Johnny has to understand, everybody has a cell phone. You have to be careful when you're out in public...Johnny Manziel and his friends are always taking pictures. You should never take selfies of yourself doing anything that can be considered stupid..."

Manziel and a friend out partying and drinking

The negative effects of alcohol on athletes is well documented. It’s one thing to have a glass of wine, but drinking beer and excessive amounts is damaging. Spending time partying when you could be studying plays and training is also inadvisable. The constant partying is wasted time and energy that takes away from one's athletic ability and strength.

Manziel advertised his gambling habit with this photo he posted to Instagram titled "Casino Ballin" prompting heavy criticism from the athletic world

Manziel is a very promising talent, but if he wants to make a big impact on the NFL, he is going to have to cut out the partying, buckle down, dedicate himself to his craft and make sacrifices. NBA basketball star, Lebron James, is a friend of Manziel’s and he needs to talk to him in an effort to try to get him to calm down before he wrecks his career and life.

Manziel is always surrounding himself with women, a habit that's jeopardizing his health and sapping his strength. Not to mention, potential sponsors don't like seeing this type of debauched behavior.

In Britain, team managers impose curfews and strict dietary demands on football players. Former Manchester United coach, Alex Ferguson, had a clear cut policy when it comes to partying and excessive drinking. Manziel could benefit from such a regimen, lest his career crashes and burns.

Stars With Image Problems That Cost Them Millions Of Dollars

As a general rule, stars having an image of partying too much limits sponsorship opportunities, which means less revenue for you and your manager. Endorsers don’t want to log on and see entertainers and athletes being promiscuous, cursing and excessively partying and drinking. They will skip right over you for endorsement deals, as not fitting with their brand and it will cost you money.

Endorsers and sponsors don’t want stars representing their brands, who engage in said conduct. It would damage their brand. As such, it results in corporations foregoing sponsorship deals with such athletes, costing you hundreds of thousands, potentially millions of dollars in endorsement deals as an athlete.

And over what? Partying and being promiscuous with women whose names you will not even remember. Years down the road when you have trouble paying your bills, you will regret those choices. Put things in perspective and realize having a career in entertainment and sports is limited and you have to make the most of it while it lasts. Don’t destroy your earnings capabilities by making poor choices.

Often stars in their teens and twenties think they're indestructible and know it all. The sad fact of the matter is they have a lot to learn about life. Rule number one, it is better to learn from other people's mistakes than your own, especially when your own cause you to crash and burn.

Maximize Your Career Opportunities

Maximize your opportunities while you have them. Make the most of your opportunities while they are there. Don't assume they will always be. Accidents, injuries and sales declines have hampered many careers. The key is to make the most of fame while you are on top, taking advantage of sound business opportunities and creating sensible business ventures to set you up for life.

Too often entertainers and athletes waste precious time, relaxing in complacency, believing the fame and opportunities will always be there, but that’s rarely the case. Proper deals need to be sought and struck to create lasting financial success.

Chris Brown’s Girlfriend Karrueche Tran Strikes Another Deal

Karrueche Tran's Instagram post

Aspiring model and fashion designer, Karrueche Tran, has just struck another endorsement deal, sure to tick off the “Rihanna navy” comprised of a few of Rihanna's rabid fans that troll social networking accounts harassing people and getting blocked. The "Rihanna navy" repeatedly refer to Tran as broke when she is not. Tran has a new endorsement deal with Bleu Ribbon hair extensions, which she posted about on Instagram.

Hi haters!

Tran also continues to do modeling assignments and make paid public appearances (Chris Brown’s Girlfriend Karrueche Tran Lands New Endorsement Deal To The Resentment Of Rihanna Fans). Try as they may, the Rihanna navy has been unable to stop Tran, who they continually harass and threaten on Twitter and Instagram, when she’s done nothing to them. Why keep cyberbullying her on social networking. It's not going to stop her dating Brown. That's between them.
