Lindsay Lohan Evicted From London Apartment Owing $95,000 In Rent, Being Forced Into Bankruptcy And Is Under Police Investigation For Stealing $20,000 In Ex-Boyfriend's Property

Lindsay Lohan posing in the flat she stopped paying for owing $95,000 in back rent

Fallen actress, Lindsay Lohan, moved to London, England from America, where her life had become a trainwreck at the hands of the Kabbalah Center, which is the sick cult she routinely promotes. Lohan was routinely prosecuted in America for grand theft larceny. However, old habits die hard. Rather than live an honest life within her means, Lohan did what she had unwisely done in America, relied on stealing and running up tabs she had no intention of truly paying.

Lohan's conduct has caught up with her in London as well, where she is being forced into bankruptcy on November 8, 2016 (which is ironically election day in America) if she does not pay the $95,000 she owes in back rent. Lohan, the woman who once fraudulently claimed to have former U.S. vice president, Al Gore, at her disposal (really, hasn't Gore suffered enough after being robbed of the presidency) rented an apartment (flat) in the pricey, picturesque Knightsbridge section of central London, which is well above her financial means. Then she stopped paying the rent, as she always does in these cases.

Lohan, who has a detailed history of theft and financial fraud, with criminal court prosecutions for said crimes, fled the flat last week. Lohan is also under criminal investigation by the Metropolitan Police in London for stealing $20,000 worth of her ex-boyfriend's personal property.

Lohan's ex-boyfriend, 23-year-old Russian property tycoon, Egor Tarabasov, reported Lohan to the police in London for stealing his $5,000 Rolex watch, a $5,000 Panerai Luminor Marina watch, a gold cross given to him by his deceased godfather, a $1,000 gold ring, a Tracy Emin print and designer clothes. Lohan's behavior is appalling and so unnecessary. She can do better than this. It is embarrassing at this point.

Lindsay Lohan and Egor Tarabasov

Lohan is known to be a mean drunk and was seen literally fighting Tarabasov on a beach in Greece. They should not have been hitting each other. That is a dysfunctional, dangerous relationship. When Lohan used to be able to afford bodyguards, when she became drunk, she would start throwing punches at them, which caused them to seek reassignment to non-violent stars.

Millions of dollars have flown through Lohan's hands over the past decade. The average person in America, Britain or anywhere else in the world would have been set for life. However, Lohan spends money like it is water. Lohan has been known to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars in one month on cocaine, hotel suite rentals and designer clothes, yet has nothing to show for it.

Lohan lounging on Tarabasov's rented yacht last month. Lohan was using the millionaire to live a lifestyle she can't afford, but they've since broken up.

Lohan has stolen from strangers, acquaintances, friends, business associates, stores and designers. The Kabbalah Center teaches its members to take whatever they want, under the misguided belief others have no property rights and everything is meant for them (the cult) even if someone else owns it. Kabbalah Center memos have been leaked to that effect. Well, it has ruined Lohan. Many drug addicts and alcoholics are not thieves. However, thanks to what the Kabbalah Center engrained in Lohan, she keeps stealing everything she can get her hands on and publicly embarrassing herself in the process.

Unable to cope with the things she has done in Hollywood, such as engage in sex with older men and women when she was underage, Lohan is a raging drug addict and alcoholic. When her career hit the skids, Lohan's drug addiction and alcoholism became worse. At the end of the day, Lohan is not Meryl Streep. Lohan became famous for fluffy preteen and teen films that did not shake the acting and film world. She is not a singer or dance either, as she did neither well. She should have saved her money and gotten into rehab, both in and out-patient treatment.

Nick Denton And Michael Barrett Skid Into Bankruptcy Over Perverted Voyeurism In Secretly Spying On Others Via Video

Hulk Hogan

The financial price of being perverts is hitting home with Gawker's Nick Denton and perverse private citizen, Michael Barrett, who are in bankruptcy court in separate cases over massive multi-million dollar financial judgments being levied against them. Denton illegally uploaded secretly recorded video of wrestler Hulk Hogan having sex with Heather Clem. Barrett stalked, hacked off the peephole of the hotel suite sportscaster Erin Andrews stayed in while on assignment for the ESPN network, used his mobile phone camera to secretly record her naked in the room, then uploaded it to the internet like a real degenerate.

Nick Denton

Denton and his company Gawker were hit with a $140,000,000 court judgment. Denton is liable for a portion of the judgment. Hence, Denton preparing to file personal bankruptcy. However, if other cases serve as an example, it will not benefit Denton much in a personal filing. Here's why. Barrett was hit with a $27,000,000 judgment from the Andrews civil case. The bankruptcy court has already ruled Barrett cannot discharge the court debt under his filing.

Erin Andrews

Therefore, Barrett is still indebted to Andrews, who can garnish his wages until every dime is paid ($27,000,000). Barrett complained it is difficult obtaining work being a felon, as he served time for the criminal offense. However, Barrett created the situation he is currently in via his illegal conduct. Other felons have found work and so can he. Every time his paycheck is docked to pay Andrews, he can remember how he destroyed her life, as she has to live with what he did in violating her privacy in a very sick way.

Michael Barrett

In closing, all voyeurs should face prison time and hefty fines. It is a sick crime perpetrated by sexual predators and sex offenders. It is extremely sick and deranged to secretly watch someone in their home, hotel room, toilets or anywhere else privacy is to be expected. It is a sign of serious mental illness that is a danger to the public.

Bankruptcy Judge Denies Gawker's Efforts to Shield Nick Denton from Hulk Hogan

July 19, 2016 3:07pm PT - A rejected injunction motion likely means personal bankruptcy for the Gawker founder. A rejected injunction motion likely means personal bankruptcy for the Gawker founder. Gawker founder Nick Denton appears headed for personal bankruptcy after a bankruptcy judge on Tuesday refused to stop Hulk Hogan's collection pursuits. Denton had hoped that Gawker's Chapter 11 bankruptcy filed on June 10 would give him temporary relief from his portion of a $140 million judgment in favor of Hogan, who prevailed in an invasion-of-privacy lawsuit over the posting of a sex tape...

Denton, who has gotten a $200,000 loan and has at least prepared bankruptcy papers, may now move quickly to file for personal bankruptcy so as to take advantage of an automatic stay that will result in pausing Hogan's collection pursuits. Denton has testified that his main assets are Gawker stock holdings and his New York City apartment, which he recently listed for sale...

Erin Andrews’s Stalker Must Pay $28 Million From Lawsuit Despite Bankruptcy, Judge Rules

July 12, 2016 - The man who secretly filmed Erin Andrews in a Nashville hotel room through a peephole in 2008 must pay the $28 million awarded to Andrews by a jury despite the fact that he is bankrupt, PEOPLE confirms. Judge Trish Brown of the U.S. Bankruptcy court in Oregon ruled that the damages owed by Michael David Barrett are “non-dischargeable,” according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE. Barrett was ordered to pay 51 percent of the $55 million awarded to Andrews in damages in March. Barrett filed for bankruptcy in Oregon, where he lives, in 2012. Previously, he had served two years in prison after pleading guilty to interstate stalking of Andrews in 2009...

Celebrity Couple Tisha Campbell And Duane Martin File $15,000,000 Bankruptcy

Tisha Campbell-Martin and Duane Martin

Actress Tisha Campbell-Martin of the 1990s sitcom "The Martin Lawrence Show" and her husband, Duane Martin, of the BET comedy "Real Househusband Of Hollywood" have filed for bankruptcy. The couple make a combined $7,655 per month. However, their debts are $16,953 per month. The couple is also claiming in the bankruptcy filing that they have less than $400 in cash.

While they have been in several successful entertainment projects, it is quite jarring that they've accumulated $15,000,000 in debt, as the standard pay for the types of television shows and movie projects they have appeared in, do not pay the type of money to substantiate those kinds of loans.

Among the couple's top creditors and what they are owed, "$3 million to Broadway Federal Bank for a personal guaranty for a real estate loan they took out, $9.5 million to the City of Los Angeles for a personal guaranty, $82,000 in back state taxes for 2005 & 2011, $86,000 to New York State Department of Taxation and $30,000 to the State Board of Equalization."

Judge Orders Rapper 50 Cent Into Court To Explain Hidden Cash He Is Showing Off Online While Filing Bankruptcy

50 Cent posing with an estimated $50,000 on Instagram

Rapper, 50 Cent, real name Curtis Jackson, filed bankruptcy in July 2015. 8-months ago the Judiciary Report wrote about 50 Cent's bankruptcy case labeling it a fraudulent filing by the rapper who is not truly bankrupt (50 Cent Says He Is A Fake In Bankruptcy Court With A Net Worth Of $4,400,000 Not $150,000,000 But Is He Hiding Money And Assets).

50 Cent posing with an estimated $250,000 on Instagram

Three days ago, the judge presiding over the case, Ann M. Nevins, issued a ruling ordering 50 Cent back to court to explain why he posted a photo on his social networking page spelling out the word "Broke" using $250,000 in cash. The ruling was issued due to one of 50 Cent's creditor accused him of bankruptcy fraud last week, after witnessing photos of the rapper posing with stacks of cash. 50 Cent has also hidden the fact he owns a custom built mansion in Africa, the trademark to his stage name and has been making cash from performances, not disclosed to the court. These acts constitute bankruptcy fraud, which is a felony. He's been hiding money and assets the entire time.

50 Cent has been showing off online as his ego can't stand people thinking he is broke (when he is not)

The July 22, 2015 article "50 Cent Says He Is A Fake In Bankruptcy Court With A Net Worth Of $4,400,000 Not $150,000,000 But Is He Hiding Money And Assets" has now been proven correct, "He is hiding money and assets. He can afford to pay the judgments and have money and assets left over for himself. He just finds it extremely difficult to part with $22,000,000 to pay court judgments over his poor choices. Therefore, his bankruptcy case is not legitimate. This is not what bankruptcy is for. Bankruptcy is for people in genuine financial distress, who need legal relief, not for millionaires hiding assets in attempting to get out of multi-million dollar court judgments caused by their stupidity and arrogance in violating other people's rights. Bankruptcy fraud is also a felony investigated by the federal government and is punishable by 5-years in prison and $250,000 in fines."

'Broke' 50 Cent ordered to court after flashing cash online

February 20, 2016: 8:36 PM ET - 50 Cent has posted lots of photos surrounded by cash -- while he's in bankruptcy court. The rapper "50 Cent" is heading to court to explain why he's declaring bankruptcy -- while posting pictures of himself surrounded by cash on Instagram. Curtis J. Jackson III filed for bankruptcy in July. He claims that he still makes millions, but that a flood of expensive lawsuits is killing him.

The guy who got famous for his 2003 album called "Get Rich or Die Tryin‍" has poked a lot of fun at his financial situation. But now U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Ann M. Nevins is worried the rapper is being outright dishonest. Since October, 50 Cent has posted several photographs on Instagram of him playing with cash. In one, he's in bed surrounded by dozens of stacks of $100 bills -- easily $50,000 in that picture alone. In another, he stacks the Benjamins to spell out "B-R-O-K-E." ...

In court on Thursday, the judge told the rapper's attorney: "I'm concerned about allegations of nondisclosure or a lack of transparency in the case." CNNMoney listened to audio recordings of the Hartford, Connecticut hearing. News of the hearing was first reported by The Wall Street Journal.
"There's a purpose of having a bankruptcy process be transparent, and part of that purpose is to inspire confidence in the process," the judge said, adding that bankruptcy court is where "an honest but unfortunate debtor can come into court and seek relief." "When that process becomes very public, the need for transparency, I believe, is even higher," she told the rapper's lawyer, James Berman...

Bankrupt Rapper 50 Cent Struggling To Sell Mansion For 8-Years Drastically Drops The Price Of House

50 Cent lying under oath in what is a crime

Bankrupt rapper 50 Cent, real name Curtis Jackson, has been struggling to sell his $18,500,000 Farmington, Connecticut mansion for 8-years. He has repeatedly dropped the price, to where it currently sits at $8,500,000. However, still no one wants to buy it, as it simply is not a good value for the money.

50 Cent's mansion in Connecticut

The property is also very overdone and nouveau riche, thanks to the changes he made to the mansion (a disco and casino, among other things). If a potential buyer cannot get past gaudy items the home owner has installed, they will not envision themself buying the property. It's always a good idea to use good taste when renovating and decorating a home.

50 Cent's mansion in Connecticut

In spite of the fact 50 Cent is currently in bankruptcy court, trying to illegally dodge two lawsuit judgments obtained against him, he has been showing off his soon-to-be-completed mansion in Africa. However, said asset should be subject to bankruptcy court proceedings, as he owes many creditors.

Another Boxer Sues To Leave 50 Cent's Failed SMS Boxing Promotions Company With Others Motioning To Do The Same

Canelo Alvarez, 50 Cent and boxer James Kirkland

Boxer, Yuriorkis Gamboa, has sued to leave SMS boxing promotions, owned by bankrupt rapper, 50 Cent. A few months ago, boxer James Kirkland, also sued to get out of his contract with the failed company. Gamboa states in a court filing that 50 Cent, real name, Curtis Jackson, has failed to secure the promised number of fights per year. This means Gamboa is not earning much money and valuable, important years of his boxing career and youth are being wasted at SMS.

50 Cent

The Judiciary Report has warned for years via articles that entertainers and athletes should get the right team, seeking contractually retained representatives, who have great contacts and a vast knowledge of business. You have to make the most of your opportunities in sports while you are young, as it will set the most favorable foundation for your growth. While being in your 30s is not considered old, in sports it is deemed so. Mayweather and Pacquiao, performing in top condition and making huge sums of money in their late thirties is not the norm in sports. They are the exception to the rule.

Yuriorkis Gamboa

Maximize your career in sports while you are young and fit. Most athletes will tell you, when you hit 30, your body will change regarding athleticism. You start to feel aches and pains more after training. The body also starts to slow down athletically. You can't waste years of your career with someone who does not know what they are doing, diddling around trying to figure things out or making it up as they go along (i.e. Jay Z's Roc Nation Sports/Boxing and 50 Cent's SMS). You need sharp, intelligent, experienced businesspeople with connections, who can get you where you need to be as quickly as possible, then you can build on your success at a greater rate.

Boxing Star to 50 Cent YOU FAILED ME Lemme Outta My Damn Contract

9/30/2015 2:26 PM PDT- Another huge blow to 50 Cent's boxing promotion company -- because the organization's biggest boxing star, Yuriorkis Gamboa, officially wants out ... TMZ Sports has learned. The former WBA and IBF featherweight champ says he's had issues with SMS Promotions for months ... claiming the company was contractually obligated to deliver 3 fights per year ever since he came on board in 2012 ... but SMS has FAILED miserably.

In fact, Gamboa only fought once in 2013, twice in 2014 ... and has no fights in 2015. It's all outlined in court docs filed by Gamboa in Connecticut and obtained by TMZ Sports ...in which Gamboa says his team contacted SMS to negotiate the termination of his contract earlier this year, but he got no response. Now, he wants a judge to force 50's company to answer the phone and let Gamboa know if they're gonna let him go ... or try to deliver the fights...

Rapper 50 Cent Lost $50 Million Dollars On G-Unit

50 Cent

The federal court bankruptcy case of rapper 50 Cent, real name Curtis Jackson, continues to expose the fact the star is not a good businessman. Court papers reveal 50 Cent lost $50,000,000 on rap label and merchandising line G-Unit over the past three years. An astute businessman would have disbanded the label and line after the first year of massive losses. However, 50 Cent kept the company open and continued lavish spending and other risky choices in his life that blew his fortune.

Social networking making jokes about 50 Cent's bankruptcy

Though 50 Cent is hiding money, he did spend significant portions of his fortune on lavish living. The purchase of Mike Tyson's former mansion in Farmington, Connecticut is costing the rapper $18,000 per month in mortgage payments and $20,000 in upkeep. 50 Cent's gardening bill is $5,000 per month. For that price, I'd just buy a sheep and tell the little fella, "Look, a buffet just for you" and let him be the lawnmower.

50 Cent's mansion in Connecticut

50 Cent certainly is not broke, as his mansion is worth millions and almost paid for and he has $2,700,000 in the bank. However, he was sued and lost two big lawsuits. 50 Cent now owes $22,700,000 in  court judgments, which threatens to wipe out much of his assets. As a result, the Judiciary Report has been informed 50 Cent has become suicidal at the thought of having to pay those court judgments. This is ironic as he made Lastonia Leviston suicidal in leaking a sex tape she made with her boyfriend, which led a jury to slap 50 Cent with a $5,000,000 judgment.

50 Cent Says He Is A Fake In Bankruptcy Court With A Net Worth Of $4,400,000 Not $150,000,000 But Is He Hiding Money And Assets

50 Cent

Deceitful rapper 50 Cent, real name Curtis Jackson, made an appearance in bankruptcy court yesterday stating his whole lifestyle is a fraud regarding the image of wealth he portrays. Forbes magazine estimated 50 Cent's net worth is $150,000,000. However, the rapper told the Manhattan Supreme Court he is only worth $4,400,000. If you say so, Curtis.

50 Cent is lying to the court through his supersized capped teeth, as he was sued and handed hefty judgments in two cases totaling $22,200,000. Being the greedy, lawless person he is, 50 Cent would rather commit bankruptcy fraud than pay what is owed. The lawsuits were not frivolous and are the direct result of his criminal behavior, arrogance and greed. These are not individuals exploiting 50 Cent. These are individuals 50 Cent criminally exploited and they sued him and won.

The first case is Sleek Audio vs. Curtis Jackson, in which the company was awarded $17,200,000 after 50 Cent committed criminal copyright infringement, patent infringement and corporate theft in stealing the technology and design of earphones that were pitched to him by the Plaintiff. Sleek Audio wanted 50 Cent as a front man. He got greedy and decided to break the law and steal their product, giving it a new name. 50 Cent renamed the stolen earphones from Sleek Audio to SMS Audio.

The second case, Lastonia Leviston v. Curtis Jackson, is a disgusting one, as 50 Cent cruelly obtained a private sex tape featuring the Plaintiff, who is the mother of rapper Rick Ross' child and uploaded it to the internet. 50 Cent did so out of spite and arrogance. It was a wicked thing to do. Leviston was so distressed, distraught, embarrassed and humiliated, she became "suicidal."

50 Cent's mansion in Connecticut should be sold to pay off his debts

Leviston did not sign up to be a porn star in this matter, but 50 Cent illegally turned her into one and deserved to lose that case for being so terrible to her. I have no sympathy for him in this. What if she had killed herself, as other young women have done in the same and similar situation (private sexting and nudes illegally made public).

50 Cent has assets and is not entitled to bankruptcy protection. 50 Cent's Farmington, Connecticut mansion he bought from boxer Mike Tyson is worth between $15,000,000 to $20,000,000. He has owned it for nearly a decade and has been making mortgage payments on it. 50 Cent received a significant amount of stock in Vitamin Water in exchange for endorsing the product upon its debut years ago. It netted him millions of dollars. He has endorsement deals with Effen Vodka and Frigo.

50 Cent's mansion in Connecticut

50 Cent owns a home in New York that he had burned to the ground to chase out Shaniqua Tompkins, the mother of his then underage child, who was also in residence. 50 Cent was angry Tompkins, whom he was no longer dating, had a boyfriend living in the house with her. 50 Cent collected the insurance money after the blaze. He also purchased a condo in Los Angeles for Daphne Joy, the mother of his second child, to live with his son. He subsequently trashed the furniture he bought and beat her, resulting in his arrest.

Since his debut in 2003, 50 Cent has sold over 20,000,000 albums worldwide, 10,000,000 singles and embarked on many tours and live shows, bringing in millions of dollars in profit. He has made $500,000 from his acting career (despite the fact he can't act).

50 Cent's mansion in Connecticut

50 Cent has also purchased a number of luxury vehicles. He claims they are all leased, but that is not true. You cannot lease luxury vehicles and alter them as he has done to some of the cars he has driven. It would be a violation of the lease. 50 Cent has also made hefty bets on sporting events and won money. His net worth is not $4,400,000. Therefore, he is hiding money and assets.

Bankruptcy fraud is also a felony investigated by the federal government and is punishable by 5-years in prison and $250,000 in fines.

Is 50 Cent Abusing The Bankruptcy Court After Filing Then Going To The Strip Club Throwing Money At Strippers

50 Cent

Rapper, 50 Cent, real name Curtis Jackson, has been the butt of many jokes on social networking this week, for previously making fun of many rappers he referred to as broke, only to file bankruptcy for himself and his boxing company SMS. The rapper is not happy with the jokes and sent out a warning that he is keeping track of people who are making fun of his financial predicament. However, he did this to other entertainers when they were having money issues. What goes around comes around.

50 Cent has filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy, which is to reorganize his debts, provide 6-months of protection from creditors and to have portions of his debt wiped out via court order. When one petitions the bankruptcy court, one must be honest and forthcoming about the state of one's finances. So it came as no surprise when social networking questioned the fact 50 Cent filed bankruptcy, then days later went to the strip club throwing money at ho..., uh, I mean strippers. It's not a matter of how much money he spent at the strip club, but the fact he filed bankruptcy then did this, disrespects the court. It's the principle of it. If he's not careful, the bankruptcy trustee is going to heavily scrutinize his filing and could deny him protection.

Lastonia Leviston

The main items 50 Cent is trying to dodge are the two lawsuits he lost in court, after juries sided with the Plaintiffs in each legal action. In the case Sleek Audio v. Jackson (50 Cent), he was slapped with a $17,200,000 judgment for stealing the company's headphones after they were pitched to him and renamed it SMS Audio. In the case Leviston v. Jackson (50 Cent), the rapper was ordered to pay, Lastonia Leviston, who is the mother of Rick Ross' child, $5,000,000 for posting to his site a private sex tape she made with her boyfriend. Based on reports, 50 Cent also maliciously added inappropriate comments to the video.

The whole thing was aimed at hurting Ross. However, Leviston has a child, who will have to deal with the fact an illegally released sex tape of his mom is on the internet. Not to mention the trauma she went through when she realized 50 Cent uploaded the video to the internet without her consent. 50 Cent deserved to be slapped with the $5,000,000 judgment, if not for Leviston, for her child.

Side Bar: When singer, Toni Braxton, filed for bankruptcy (twice), it was after she legitimately earned her money, but overspent on the first go around. The second time she had taken on a big debt load, seeking to pay for it with a very lucrative residency in Las Vegas, but fell ill. Each time the bankruptcy court seized some of Braxton's belongings and sold them to pay her creditors. 50 Cent should not be treated differently, as he caused other people financial and emotional injury via unlawful behavior, leading to lawsuits and verdicts against him.

50 Cent's Top Boxer James Kirkland Is Leaving His Boxing Promotions Company Leading To The Rapper Dodging His Calls

That's Not Professional 50 Cent!

50 Cent posing in front of an economy car after filing for bankruptcy

An attorney for boxer James Kirkland has made public the pugilist's desire to leave SMS boxing promotions, the company owned by rapper 50 Cent. Kirkland's attorney Mike Miller stated to the Boxing Scene website, "We're just trying to get in touch with 50's bankruptcy attorney. He won't return our phone calls to figure out what plans they have for James Kirkland. Our contract is un-assignable so he can't assign our contract to a new company or anybody else. Really I don't know what leg they have to stand on to retain our contract. I don't want to waste a hundred twenty days to find out. I'm trying to get some dialogue going to see if we can reach a mutual agreement that Kirkland goes his way and 50 goes his way and we both move on."

50 Cent, real name Curtis Jackson, recently filed for bankruptcy on two fronts. 50 Cent filed for personal bankruptcy, as well as for his fledgling company SMS. This means boxers could experience significant difficulties getting paid by SMS, if at all, as bankruptcy protection can wipe out some debts, such as what 50 Cent's company owes fighters. They could end up fighting and not getting paid the purse or not receiving money due to them for past fights.

Hanging around Floyd Mayweather, who is the richest boxer in the world, had 50 Cent thinking the boxing industry is easy with huge paydays all over the place. However, the actual reality of the sport is it requires years of hard work, patience, skill and a keen understanding of the business. It is not an easy one.

Promoters also need good instincts, not just for business, but in fight making. Not only should you be able to scout and sign great talent, you also do not put your boxer in fights they are clearly not ready for. I love boxers, God bless them, they are brave and fearless, but sometimes some pugilists will be on the "I'll fight anybody, anywhere at any time" vibe and you kindly look at them and think, "No, boo boo, you're not ready yet (LOL)." It's not an insult, it's skill matching, paired with assessing the mental and physical state of your fighter at the time.

50 Cent

A good promoter can tell such things. A novice will not be able to tell. And 50 Cent is a novice, as he put Kirkland in with boxing beast Canelo Alvarez and it damaged his career and confidence, when the latter unleashed a potent knockout. However, Kirkland and Alvarez are great fighters and it is not an insult to either. Sometimes boxers are at a bad place in their personal lives and or struggling with injury and it negatively impacts their performance in the ring. Kirkland was experiencing personal problems, changes and injury. He didn't need such a huge fight after all those problems and a layoff.

In closing, if you're a boxer and have the opportunity to sign with a big, experienced boxing promotions company such as Top Rank, Golden Boy, Mayweather Promotions, Matchroom or Frank Warren or get the chance to work with a veteran manager like Al Haymon, do so. Make sure you sign with people who know boxing or you will have problems and not reach your full potential in the ring or at the bank.

Side Bar: Why doesn't Lennox Lewis have a boxing promotions company. He was world champ, knows how to win and made a fortune as a boxer. He knows the ropes (pardon the pun).

Rapper 50 Cent Files For Bankruptcy After Making Over $100,000,000

50 Cent

50 Cent, real name Curtis Jackson, who once called fellow rapper Nelly a fool for buying $5,000,000 in jewelry, has filed for bankruptcy. The drug dealer and shooter, turned rap star and alleged actor, filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy in U.S. federal court, to protect himself from creditors he is unable to fully repay.

It is estimated the 40-year old rapper earned approximately $100,000,000 during his 12-year rap career (though rich lists estimated it incorrectly in stating he was worth $270,000,000). The question is where did that money go. For years Jackson has been spending money in an excessive manner. He bought a massive mansion in Connecticut from boxer Mike Tyson and extensively remodeled it. Jackson has also purchased many luxury vehicles, a fortune in jewelry and designer clothes.

50 Cent and his stolen SMS audio brand that landed him in court and on the losing side

After two albums "Get Rich Or Die Trying" and "The Massacre" 50 Cent's rap career fell. 50 Cent has appeared in a few films, but he is not a natural when it comes to acting and did not make large sums of money via the movie industry. Jackson pays child support to two women, Shaniqua Tompkins and Daphne Joy. The latter is living very lavishly in Los Angeles, California on his dime. 50 Cent has been abusive towards both women, accused of burning one out of the home he housed her and his son in, as well as beating Daphne Joy and destroying furniture in the condo he bought her.

50 Cent also got into boxing, which is not an easy sport to navigate, as the Judiciary Report has repeatedly warned. However, rappers such as 50 Cent and Jay Z have gotten into boxing, not knowing what they are doing and losing money. Not long after his foray into boxing, 50 Cent's promotions company SMS filed for bankruptcy. 50 Cent has also engaged in copyright infringement in the entertainment industry regarding songs and music videos he willfully and brazenly stole in tandem with Dr. Dre and Eminem.

50 Cent also ripped off the business copyrights and trademarks of electronics company, Sleek Audio, who obtained a $17,200,000 judgment against him in court (which largely fuelled this bankruptcy). Last week, Lastonia Leviston, an ex-girlfriend of date rape advocate and rapper, Rick Ross, won a $5,000,000 judgment against 50 Cent him for invasion of privacy, in posting to the internet a sex tape featuring her without her consent.

Canelo Alvarez, 50 Cent and his boxer James Kirkland

That's $22,200,000 in court judgments against 50 Cent, in addition to a collapsed rap career, a mediocre movie career and a failed boxing company. He was in no position to be telling people how to get money, when much of what he obtained was done through copyright infringement, trademark infringement and turning that cash over into what became failed business ventures. He is also not wise enough to watch what he says and does, as well as respect the law as it pertains to others rights, via engaging in criminal invasion of privacy.

In the bankruptcy filing, 50 Cent's lawyer stated his debts and assets are between $10,000,000 to $50,000,000. For what he obtained (albeit illegally) that is a colossal financial fall from grace. The fact of the matter is 50 Cent never should have reached the point he needed to file bankruptcy. Actually, he should not have reached the point he amassed millions of dollars in ill-gotten wealth. Greed, thievery, covetousness and wild spending led to the rapper's current predicament.

'Love And Hip Hop Hollywood' Reality Star Lil Fizz Gets Back On His Feet

Lil Fizz

Rapper turned reality star, Lil Fizz, started the year on the heels of a big financial setback, after filing for bankruptcy in 2013, losing his condo and business. His relationship with girlfriend, Amanda Secor, was in trouble, as she cheated on him with a man in Miami. Secor was not supportive of Fizz, choosing at times to insult his ambitions.

Lil Fizz Christmas tree in his new place

During the course of the year (2014), Fizz signed up for a reality show, "Love And Hip Hop Hollywood" dropped a new song and via the program made paid public appearances all over America, earning enough money to get a new place for himself and his 4-year-old son, Kameron. Fizz definitely saw progress and improvement in 2014.

Lil Fizz's Mean Ex-Girlfriend Amanda Secor Says He's On Welfare And Sleeping In A Bed With Roaches And Ants

Amanda Secor and Lil Fizz. She resents Fizz trying to get her to help him with his little son Kameron.

Rapper, Lil Fizz, formerly of the R&B boy band, B2K, who currently stars on “Love And Hip Hop Hollywood” was the subject of a jealous and mean online tirade, by ex-girlfriend, Amanda Secor. Jealous Fizz refused to put up with her cheating and began dating co-star, Nikki Mudarris, Amanda slammed him as being on welfare and sleeping in a bed of ants and cockroaches at his mother's house. She also ominously threatened to spill more details about him, after he called her a thot (that h*e over there).

Amanda also insulted rival, Nikki, stating Fizz privately stated he didn’t know how he would handle her surgically enhanced butt. She also claims Nikki left Fizz and went back to her ex-boyfriend, Mally Mall, who cheated on her. However, Fizz posted a beautiful birthday cake on his Instagram page on Thursday, which he thanked Nikki for (then deleted shortly after). They clearly still like each other.

Amanda posted on Instagram, "Dreux wants to call me a 'THOT' when he's the one being thirsty and will do ANY & everything for some damn attention. He talked so much s**t about Nikki and her body, but now he wants to date her? She went back to her MAN cuz he's a little boy. He can't bring a 'bad b***h' back to his mom's house to sleep in a bed full of ants roaches- which is why I wouldn't move in w/ him... He damn sure can't do s**t for her with his EBT card. I know the real Dreux not 'lil fizz' if he was doing what he was supposed to do, I wouldn't have looked elsewhere. He better think about what else I know before he decides to disrespect me again."

Nikki Mudarris

At least Nikki was not after his fame or using him for the money he had and is beginning to make again. During the time Fizz was with Amanda, he did have his condo and cars. Nikki dated and stayed with Fizz for a while, benefiting from his money and fame. However, when he hit financial trouble, she began cheating on him with a man in Miami.

Contrary to what Amanda claims, in stating she did not know who he or his group B2K were when she met him, you’d have to be living under a rock to not know who they are in America. Fizz's fans on social networking do not believe her.

Amanda is slamming Fizz, trying to downgrade him, stating he is on welfare, yet dated him for the past two years. Why were you with him then. You weren't complaining when he was buying you gifts before he went bankrupt. If you loved him, you would work with him. You would help him get back on his feet. Sometimes people go through hard times in life and it will reveal your true friends and who actually loves you. People always want the finished product, not caring about or contributing to the development of their significant other.

Lil Fizz and Nikki Mudarris on a date

A year ago, the Judiciary Report wrote about Fizz’s financial problems, when he filed for bankruptcy. He made roughly $1,000,000 with B2K, but the group quickly disbanded. However, there's taxes to the IRS, mortgage payments and maintenance fees on the $250,000 condo he bought in California. He also had car notes to pay for the vehicles he purchased, with accompanying insurance payments. Fizz was also an investor in a medical marijuana shop, but problems arose with the business. Bankruptcy released him from his debts and he surrendered the condo back to the bank, under the insolvency filing and moved back in with his mother. He's one of many this has happened to in life. However, you deal with it and rebuild.

To live off his B2K earnings for 13-years proved difficult, as it was a group with three other members to split royalties and performance fees with and only three albums were release over the course of 3-years. It generated profits, but not enough to last a lifetime without proper financial planning and a viable secondary business. Entertainers and athletes can't solely rely on their main job for income, as the respective industries can be quite difficult to financially navigate.

Ginuwine And Sole Are Divorcing Over His Cheating

Sole and Ginuwine

Recently, news broke that 1990s R&B singer, Ginuwine (Elgin Lumpkin), 44 and his wife, rapper, Sole (Tonya Johnston), 41, are separated and filing for divorce. Sole is the mother of two of Ginuwine's children and they have been married for 11-years. The singer, famous for the songs "Pony" and "Sam Ol G" has lived a wild lifestyle of promiscuity and when he married Sole, it regrettably became adultery.

Many men who get into the habit of being promiscuous when they become famous, have problems when they get married, in forsaking those destructive, hurtful ways that has damaged and destroyed relationships, marriages and families. Ginuwine indicated his cheating caused the breakdown in his marriage. He currently has 8-children.

Ginuwine also developed a drug problem when he became famous in 1999, which he states he overcame by moving from Los Angeles, back to his hometown of Washington, DC and then settling in bordering Brandywine, Maryland and getting sober. Hollywood is a hotbed of drug use and has been the downfall of many entertainers and athletes.

Ginuwine is also on the verge of bankruptcy after 15-years in the industry. Ginuwine released four successful solo albums ("Ginuwine The Bachelor" "100% Ginuwine" "The Life" and "The Senior") and three additional CDs that did not fare as well. He has sold a total of 7 million albums. Ginuwine also had a hit album with TGT ("Three Kings").

However, his funds have rundown due to no financial planning, drug use and child support payments for 8 kids, coupled with family related financial obligations. Ginuwine also owes $300,000 to the IRS in back taxes, as well as a large, outstanding bill to his attorney Bruce Beckner for legal fees. Ginuwine, like many entertainers and athletes, suffered from poor financial planning and risky personal choices (lavish spending, drugs and promiscuity leading to several children he is legally required to support).

When you become famous, you have to be smart about it. Find a loyal, faithful partner you love and stick to that person. Marry and start a family with that person. Promiscuity can lead to deadly sexually transmitted diseases and children you can't afford to care for, but the courts will make you fork over a chunk of your income to do so. It's better to have one household you are responsible for, rather than issuing big checks to women all over the place, who will use your money on your child, themself and their man.

Learn to put some of your money into a savings account. Buy an affordable house, as modest as it may be, because at least it's yours and you're not wasting money paying rent. Don't do what many stars do in leasing an expensive rental they believe befits their newly found fame and then within a few short years run out of money. Do not overspend trying to keep up with the Joneses, many of whom are pretending to be rich, but up to their eyeballs in debt buying items they can't afford, to front to their peers and the public.

In closing, Ginuwine and Sole made a nice couple and really seem made for each other. It is the Judiciary Report's hope Ginuwine and Sole call off their divorce and work things out. There will need to be forgiveness and healing, but it would be great if they stayed together.

B2K Rapper Lil Fizz Goes Broke

Lil Fizz

A recent report indicates B2K rapper, Lil Fizz, real name, Dreux Pierre FrĂ©dĂ©ric, 28, filed for bankruptcy and surrendered his $215,000 condo back to the bank in the proceedings. The former teen group B2K burst onto the scene in 2001 with the hit “Uh Huh!” It was quickly followed by the hit “Gots Ta Be.” The group embarked on “Scream” tours throughout America with fellow artists Bow Wow and IMX, which drew large crowds.

Lil Fizz

The group disbanded after a few short years and with the exception of group member Omarion, no significant money has been coming in to support the members. Better financial planning would have benefited the group. When the first checks start coming in artists must think ahead and make wise investments, such as a moderately priced home and CDs (certificate of deposit) to save for a rainy day.

B2K

Lil Fizz bought a condo and three costly cars. The latter led to financial problems. Paying off the condo should have been first priority and the car payments for several vehicles could have accomplished that. Fizz was also sued over a marijuana shop in California, where the state assessed fines. His earning ability was also limited after B2K closed shop, as his solo career did not take off.

Chris Stokes

His problems were compounded, as there was also turmoil behind the scenes in the group. Allegations of molestation by the group’s producer Chris Stokes, caused quite a stir. For years Stokes has sent me legal threats at the Judiciary Report over articles on the subject. However, he doesn’t want me in a court room telling that judge what I know. However, I hope the FBI, who reads this website everyday investigates him.

Rihanna’s Lawsuit Against Her Accountant Not Settled As Previously Reported In The Mainstream Press

Rihanna

Several weeks ago, a story was planted in the New York Post claiming Rihanna had settled a case she brought against her accountants. The article claimed she settled the lawsuit for $10,000,000. On February 19, 2014, the Judiciary Report called the story rubbish (The Rihanna 10000000 Accountant Settlement Story Isn’t Adding Up). As stated several weeks ago, I’ve signed settlements. Standard settlements contain non-disclosure clauses forbidding litigants from disclosing the sum they receive. To disclose it would mean the other party in the case could sue and take the money back and win financial damages on top of that.

Today, TMZ reported Rihanna’s account has not settled the case and is legally requesting the court throw it out. Her accountant insinuated Rihanna is a foolish spendthrift (in TMZ's words a "moron") who went against his and the firm’s advice. As stated previously, the Judiciary Report agrees with the basic advice Rihanna was given by the accountant - buy a house. It is better to buy a house than rent. It is an investment.

However, Rihanna did not get a proper appraisal or inspection report done on the house and that’s not the accountant’s job. It was another of her mentor/manager, Jay-Z’s dirty business dealings. Jay-Z had his associate passed off the shoddily built, defective house to Rihanna at an inflated price, knowing of its serious flaws. That’s who she should have sued, Jay-Z and his associate. With friends like these, who needs enemies. Jay-Z has been sexually and financial exploiting Rihanna since she was a teenager.

The Judiciary Report has consistently written of Jay-Z’s dirty business practices. Several of the businesses he started by mimicking what others were doing, without actually knowing what he is doing himself, have gone under. He's also stolen businesses and run them into the ground via financial ruin. Sports leagues made rules attempting to keep him and his latest fraudulent, rip off company, Roc Nation Sports out, because they know of his poor legal standing and terrible, shady business practices.

Jay-Z is incompetent, uneducated and unqualified to manage people's careers. He has no degree or real world knowledge of sports management. He's a superstitious charlatan with no real ideas of his own or understanding of sports management. Going to sporting events and watching sports channels does not a sports agent make. Furthermore, the numbers aren't making sense on the sports deals he is apart of, which indicates trouble is coming in another financial fiasco. If these athletes aren't careful, he is going to take their careers down with him.

However, this is a man contacting athletes all over the world with terrible business advice, rooted in his own personal greed and self-interest, when his whole career has been based on illegal payola, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, financial fraud and strong arm tactics (i.e. stabbing a record executive, sending his bodyguards and goons to beat up business people ect).

Besides, once Jay-Z believes he's done you a favor, he thinks he owns you for life, like you made a deal with the devil (and if there's one thing Jay-Z is, it's a devil). Once again, with friends like these, who needs enemies. Why Rihanna thought her fellow adulterer would not rip her off, when he has done so before in management contracts and associated deals, is a mystery. There is no honor among thieves.

Rihanna I Was Bankrupt Because of My Stupid Accountant

2/12/2014 1:00 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF - Rihanna says her accountant made so many boneheaded decisions that he blew her fortune and she was "effectively bankrupt" by the end of 2009. The singer claims in new legal docs she had $11 MILLION in cash at the beginning of 2009. Rihanna says the accountant was not on the ball and she was horrified to learn at the end of the year she had $2 million left. To make matters worse, her expenses doubled, which left her on a financial cliff.

As for how Rihanna blew through $9 million in one year ... she says her accountant gave her the green light to buy a house priced between $7 and 7 1/2 million. So she took his advice. She ultimately sold the house for a $2 million LOSS. She also claims her 2009 tour -- Last Girl on Earth Tour -- was losing money but the accountant never gave her the heads up. The legal docs were filed in connection with a lawsuit Rihanna filed against her accountant, claiming gross mismanagement. BTW ... Rihanna has rebounded nicely. Her net worth is now estimated at $43 mil.

Rihanna's Ex-Accountant A Fool And Her Money Are Soon Parted Which Makes You ...

3/20/2014 1:35 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF - The gloves are off in the fight between Rihanna and her ex-accountant -- the money man is now firing back in their legal battle over $9 million the singer claims she lost on his watch ... calling her a financially impaired moron.

Accountant Peter Gounis filed the response to Rihanna's lawsuit, insisting he was hired to record and manage her financial accounts -- NOT give her rudimentary spending advice. Gounis claims Rihanna blew through millions of her own money by going on endless shopping sprees -- buying roomfuls of designer shoes, clothes, and jewelry -- and throwing extravagant parties for herself. He also claims she bailed on an expensive tour to shoot "Battleship," which turned out to be a massive failure.

And despite Rihanna's accusations, Gounis insists he never directed Rihanna to buy a dilapidated house. But even ignoring all that, Gounis says, "Was it really necessary to tell her that if you spend money for things you will end up with the things, and not the money?" Gounis wants Rihanna's lawsuit thrown out.
