Barrett stalked, hacked off the peephole of the hotel suite sportscaster Erin Andrews stayed in while on assignment for the ESPN network, used his mobile phone camera to secretly record her naked in the room, then uploaded it to the internet like a real degenerate.

Denton and his company Gawker were hit with a $140,000,000 court judgment. Denton is liable for a portion of the judgment. Hence, Denton preparing to file personal bankruptcy. However, if other cases serve as an example, it will not benefit Denton much in a personal filing. Here's why. Barrett was hit with a $27,000,000 judgment from the Andrews civil case. The bankruptcy court has already ruled Barrett cannot discharge the court debt under his filing.

Therefore, Barrett is still indebted to Andrews, who can garnish his wages until every dime is paid ($27,000,000). Barrett complained it is difficult obtaining work being a felon, as he served time for the criminal offense. However, Barrett created the situation he is currently in via his illegal conduct. Other felons have found work and so can he. Every time his paycheck is docked to pay Andrews, he can remember how he destroyed her life, as she has to live with what he did in violating her privacy in a very sick way.

Darren Sharper has been sentenced to 8-years in prison under a plea deal for drugging and sexually assaulting women. He could be released in 3-years, which is ridiculous considering the seriousness of the crimes he committed as a sexual predator.

The U.S. states of California, Nevada and Arizona agreed to the deal and the sentences running concurrently. Sharper still faces charges in the U.S. state of Louisiana for drugging and rape. A continuance has been issued in the case until July 15, 2015. It is an extraordinary fall from grace for the Super Bowl winner, who is clearly mentally ill and sexually depraved.

The Duke of York, Prince Andrew, attended the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. He issued a statement regarding allegations contained in a Florida lawsuit, filed on behalf of 31-year-old Virginia Roberts, stating he engaged in underage sex with her when she was a minor.

A woman, who is now 30-years-old, has filed a lawsuit in West Palm Beach, Florida, alleging the Duke's friend, billionaire banker, Jeffrey Epstein, procured underage girls, ages 15-17, for sex on numerous occasions, including an orgy. The story first came to light in 2011 and was carried in the British press. 

Prince Andrew publicly apologized for his friendship with Epstein, but denied any wrongdoing. The U.S. government later arrested and imprisoned Epstein on charges he solicited paid sex from a minor. Epstein was sentenced to a year and a half in jail and served 13-months behind bars.

Today it was disclosed via the lawsuit the unnamed victim filed against Epstein that the Duke Of York is one of three rich and famous men accused of having sex minors procured by the aforementioned banker. She is acknowledged by the U.S. government as one of Epstein's victims, as she testified against him in the criminal case that sent him to jail.

She states in her lawsuit that she was forced to have sex with the Duke Of York, whom she met three times beginning at the age of 15. She alleges the non-consensual sex occurred in London, New York and the Caribbean at age 17, where Epstein "loaned" her and other minors out for sex with rich and famous men. In America the age of consent is generally 18. The Caribbean is much the same.

The lawsuit states, "Epstein's purposes in 'lending' Jane Doe (along with other young girls) to such powerful people were to ingratiate himself with them for business, personal, political and financial gain, as well as to obtain blackmail information. One such powerful individual Epstein forced Jane Doe 3 to have sexual relations with was a member of the British Royal Family, Prince Andrew (a/k/a Duke of York). Jane Doe 3 was forced to have sexual relations with this Prince when she was a minor in three separate geographical locations: in London (at Ghislaine Maxwell’s apartment), in New York, and on Epstein's private island in the U.S. Virgin Islands (in an orgy with numerous other under-aged girls)." 

Prince Andrew has denied the allegations. In a statement from Buckingham Palace, a representative for the royal family stated, "This relates to long-running and ongoing civil proceedings in the US to which the Duke of York is not a party. As such we would not comment on the detail. However, for the avoidance of doubt, any suggestion of impropriety with underage minors is categorically untrue."

Cardwell stated her mother June did not believe her when she told her McDaniel molested her, which devastated her all over again. Parents should listen to their children. What reason would a child have to make up a story like that. McDaniel was later sent to prison for the offense.

As sad and awful as this story is, there's more. According to the Daily Mail newspaper, Mama June dated another sex offender, Michael Anthony Ford, who fathered her now 17-year-old daughter, Jessica "Chubbs" Shannon. Ford was convicted of sexually exploiting a child over the internet. He was arrested and imprisoned for said offenses. Ford is now a registered sex offender, who is not allowed to be around minors. Grown men who are sex offenders have no business being around preteens and teens. It is very troubling and infuriating that it is occurring in this case.

There is definitely a problem within this family and the government should intervene, as June is unquestionably an unfit parent. She is making very poor decisions that are bringing her children pain and placing them in harm's way. Another shocking aspect of this story is TLC knew about these legal issues, the court case was sealed and the show debuted anyway in 2012.

Mark McDaniel, was recently released from prison, after serving 8-years behind bars for molesting Mama June's then 8-yearpld daughter, Anna Thompson.

TMZ obtained photos of June in bed with McDaniel, as well as car and house shopping with the convicted child molester, that were taken recently, after his release from prison. The TLC network cancelled "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" last week due to the erupting scandal. There is also a photo of McDaniel in the family's home, with his hand on Honey Boo Boo's shoulder. The photo was taken recently and published without the family's consent.

It's time for Child Services (DCF) to intervene in this situation. There are minor children in Mama June's care and she has brought a pedophile in their midst, not to mention, one that harmed her own innocent daughter. Mama June's judgment is extraordinarily poor and the government needs to step in for the sake of her kids.

He deserves the maximum punishment under the law.

Susan, who was 18, smoked, drove a car, and was the epitome of cool. (My friend) Nancy and I slept in the den. One night Susan crept in. She told me to lie down on the rug. I was confused. Are we going to play a game? As I tried to make sense of it, Susan pulled down the bloomers of my cotton baby-doll pajamas." Williams states in the book, "'What are you doing?' I asked." The sexual predator replied, "Don’t worry – it’ll feel good. Don't tell anyone."

It appears, like many victims of molestation, Williams repressed the painful memory of the sexual abuse, until an event later in life brought the trauma to the forefront of her mind. Williams wrote, "I didn’t really understand until college. I was with my boyfriend and it hit me and I blurted out: 'Oh my god -- I was molested.'"

Williams also writes of an abortion she had at age 17, during her senior year in high school. She went on to win the Miss America pageant, but relinquished her crown when a photographer sold nude lesbian photos of her to a sleazy magazine. Shortly after she became a singer and actress.

In released excerpts of the book, Dugard described her abduction at the age of 11, stating she was kidnapped at a bus stop near her home and when she tried to run, Garrido used a stun gun to incapacitate her.

Garrido criminally kept Dugard as a slave in his ramshackle backyard, repeatedly forcing himself on her and employing brainwashing techniques used by cults to control people, in attempts at making her docile. He also viciously threatened her with dogs, if she ever tried to leave the backyard. His is the profile of a satanic monster.

Dugard stated the day after Garrido abducted her, he showered with her, as she cried uncontrollably. This was also the year he began raping her, during crystal meth induced psychotic episodes. As a result of the rapes, Dugard fell pregnant at age 13. The terrified young girl gave birth in squalor, in the backyard, without the benefit of painkillers.

Dugard's children were forced to call Garrido's equally insane wife Nancy, "mommy" so she "would not feel left out" of his insane, perverse scheme. Garrido began raping Dugard again, shortly after the birth of her first daughter, which led to another pregnancy.

On June 2, 2011, Garrido was sentenced to 431 years in prison, as a means of ensuring he will not see freedom again nor have the opportunity to inflict the aforementioned horrors on anyone else. His wife Nancy Dugard was given 36-years to life in prison.

The State of California awarded Dugard a $20,000,000 legal settlement, for its failures in detecting that parolee Garrido, had abducted her, but it will never compensate for the terrible things she endured. I pray she will find the happiness that eluded her when she was abducted for 18-years, due to the heinous acts perpetrated against her by a criminal that never should have been free.

Today, it was announced, a pilot (new) program has been launched in Pennsylvania to do just that. I hope it will save and protect children, as they are innocent and defenseless.

District Attorney Stephen Zappala blames the nature of the crime for the need to better track these offenders. “Because the psychology of the crime of the criminal actually is, they will re-offend and so we’re looking at persons who are recidivists,” Zappala said.

This should be done indefinitely, as a number of sex offenders not only molest children, they kill them for additional sexual gratification and to conceal their crimes.

It is not enough to put them on sex offender lists, as when crimes transpire, the police sometimes have a difficult time tracking them down and retracing their steps. GPS technology could act as a crime prevention method and a deterrent, as offenders would know police could easily make a case against them resulting in a life sentence.

Andrews was not happy with the sentence, believing he deserves more time in prison and she is right. As it was his first offense and no act of violence was involved, it was most likely the best the prosecutor could do, under established sentencing guidelines.

However, it was reported he engaged in this misconduct against a dozen other women. If he was prosecuted for each victim, he could spend the next two decades behind bars. He should also be forced to register as a sex offender.
