RentBoy.Com CEO Pleads Guilty To Running Gay Prostitution Ads On Website

Barack Obama (left)

This is a follow up to the May 23, 2016 article "Obama Following Gay Porn Stars On Twitter" in reference to the RentBoy.com prostitution website President Obama's official Twitter page has been following online. When news broke that Obama has been following the gay prostitution website on Twitter it did nothing for rumors swirling around Washington political circles that the president had an affair in the White House with former body man, Reggie Love.

The CEO of Rentboy.com, Jeffrey Hurant, has pled guilty to promoting prostitution through his website. RentBoy.com is known among gays as a website to make arrangements with male prostitutes, who paid RentBoy.com to advertise their illegal services online. In America, it is illegal to advertise prostitution online. Hurant is facing 21-months in prison and a whopping fine of $10,000,000, targeting the proceeds of his crimes.

Rentboy.com CEO pleads guilty to promoting prostitution

October 7, 2016 - NEW YORK (AP) -- The chief executive officer of a once-popular male escort website pleaded guilty on Friday to promoting prostitution in a federal case that prompted accusations of anti-gay bias. Jeffrey Hurant admitted in federal court in Brooklyn that he broke the law by promoting "the exchange of sexual conduct in return for a fee" on his Rentboy.com site.

Under a plea deal, Hurant agreed not to appeal a sentence of two years or less in prison. His company also cannot appeal a penalty of $10 million or less. Sentencing guidelines call for a maximum sentence of 21 months. Hurant, 51, and his attorney left court without speaking to reporters. Sentencing was set for Feb. 2.

Prosecutors had alleged that Rentboy was the equivalent of an online brothel, and what the site called escorts were actually prostitutes. They said part of the proof were in the explicit ads that featured nude photos, listings of all manner of physical attributes and pricing options ranging from $150 an hour to $3,500 for a weekend...

Bobby Shmurda Pleads Guilty To Murder And Drug Charges And Is Facing At Least 3 and 1/2 More Years In Prison

Bobby Shmurda

Brooklyn born Miami rapper, Bobby Shmurda, real name Ackquille Pollard, famous for the 2015 hit “Hot Nig*a” has pled guilty to conspiracy to commit murder. Shmurda has agreed to a 7-year prison plea deal. Sony Music recording artist Shmurda has already served nearly 2-years at Riker’s Island jail in New York and with good behavior could be released in 3 and ½ years.

Bobby Shmurda in court

Shmurda was facing a life sentence, after a government sting caught him and members of his GS9 street gang engaging in a host of criminal behavior. GS9 are affiliated with the Crips street gang of Los Angeles (G Stone Crips). Shmurda and GS9 were formally accused in court papers of drug trafficking and the murder of a rival gang member. Shmurda and his friends need to do their time, try to stay out of trouble while incarcerated, come out of prison and live clean lives.

Side Bar: People, leave that life of crime alone. Sooner or later it will catch up to you in some form or another. It is not worth it.

Bobby Shmurda Pleads Guilty to Murder Conspiracy

September 9, 2016 1:54 PM - Update: In a new statement, Bobby Shmurda’s lawyer Alex Spiro says the Brooklyn rapper could be out in three and a half years. “His sentence of 7 years, with credit for 2 years already served and good time credit will hopefully permit him to be home in approximately 3 1⁄2 years and resume his remarkable career. This plea also covers a separate Bronx Indictment.”

According to the deal, Bobby will receive seven years of prison and five years of probation. He was facing charges that included conspiracy to commit murder as well as several weapons and drug charges in connections with gangs. TMZ was in court to overhear Shmurda’s lawyer imploring his client and other defendants to take the deal, arguing that they wouldn’t be facing a sympathetic jury…

Former NFL Football Player Sentenced To 8-Years In Prison For Drugging And Sexually Assaulting Women (Video)

Darren Sharper has been sentenced to 8-years in prison under a plea deal for drugging and sexually assaulting women. He could be released in 3-years, which is ridiculous considering the seriousness of the crimes he committed as a sexual predator.

Darren Sharper (center)

The U.S. states of California, Nevada and Arizona agreed to the deal and the sentences running concurrently. Sharper still faces charges in the U.S. state of Louisiana for drugging and rape. A continuance has been issued in the case until July 15, 2015. It is an extraordinary fall from grace for the Super Bowl winner, who is clearly mentally ill and sexually depraved.

Attorney Alan Dershowitz Threatens To Sue FBI Witness Accusing Him, Prince Andrew And Bill Clinton Of Having Sex With Her As A Minor Against Her Will

Prince Andrew (the Duke of York), Jeffrey Epstein victim Virginia Roberts and Ghislaine Maxwell

Famous Harvard Law professor, Alan Dershowitz, has slammed the lawsuit of 30-year-old,Virginia Roberts, who has accused him, Bill Clinton and Prince Andrew (the Duke of York) of having sex with her when she was a minor of 17. Roberts, via her attorney, former federal judge, Paul Cassell, filed a lawsuit in West Palm Beach, Florida. This is the jurisdiction that covers Epstein's mansion, which has been dubbed "the house of sin" where much of the sex crimes concerning Roberts and other underage girls took place.

The case all stems from the criminal conduct of Jeffrey Epstein, a 62-year-old billionaire, who is a convicted pedophile and registered sex offender. Dershowitz is his attorney. Epstein kept Roberts and other girls as young as age 14, as sex slaves. This criminal conduct got the attention of the U.S. government, when the mother of a 14-year-old girl went to authorities in America complaining that her underage daughter was given $200 by Epstein for a sensual massage (Epstein's butler of many years has confirmed in an interview that the banker used to pay many young girls for sensual massages, who frequented his home and often ran around naked).

Prince Andrew and Jeffrey Epstein after he was released from jail for soliciting sex with a minor of age 14

The U.S. government investigated and discovered approximately 40 underage girls, ages 14-17, were being sexually exploited by Epstein. The disgraced banker pled guilty to a lesser charge of soliciting sex from a minor of 14-years of age. Epstein served 13-months on a 18-month sentence. Since the time of his release, Epstein was seen in the company of Prince Andrew, which cost the royal his job as a trade ambassador for Britain. Prior to Epstein going to jail, Prince Andrew and his ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson, visited Epstein's home on different occasions (also confirmed by Epstein's butler in an interview). Prince Andrew, who has not been sued by Roberts, but mentioned in her lawsuit, has denied the allegations of engaging in sex with a minor.

In Friday's Judiciary Report article "Prince Andrew Named In Florida Lawsuit Over Convicted Pedophile Supplying Underage Girls To Rich Men For Sex" the site stated Roberts accused three famous men of sexual misconduct regarding her when she was a minor. The other two men have now been named as Alan Dershowitz and Bill Clinton.

Alan Dershowitz

An angry Dershowitz sat for an explosive interview on morning television today and denied all Roberts' allegations. He stated he "has never met, touched or been massaged" by Roberts. He stated Roberts alleged he was present during an orgy, but his name was "not on the flight manifest" regarding the trip to the U.S. virgin island home of Epstein (a private island). He referred to Roberts as a "serial prostitute" "serial perjurer" and a "liar" who claims to have "met the Queen (of England)" but there appears to be no record of said meeting. He further challenged Roberts to file rape charges against him and to repeat the allegations publicly, so he can sue her for defamation.

I am of the belief Roberts did engage in underage sex with Epstein and some of his business associates and friends. The government indictment of him indicates a pattern of illegally patronizing minors for underage sex and procuring young girls to engage in sexual intercourse with adult males, but it did not name Dershowitz, Bill Clinton or Prince Andrew. However, to ensure the case resulted in a conviction, they accepted a plea deal from Epstein for a lesser charge.

Virginia Roberts today at age 30

Dershowitz is painting the picture of Roberts, one of the minors who gave testimony in the criminal indictment, lying and or embellishing facts in the case for publicity for her forthcoming book. To make such strong allegations against people, it helps to have proof to back up one's claims. Roberts and her attorney need to address why Dershowitz was not on the flight manifest to Epstein's island. How did he get to private island where the orgy with underage minors took place. That is going to be a serious hurdle in their case.

Claims of having met the Queen will also be scrutinized. People who meet the Queen receive an invite. That is the standard. Even tourists who enter any of the royal palaces have a record of it via a ticket you must purchase and one must go through a security screening at the entrance of the property. It's not like meeting a celebrity in passing, which has happened to many. The Queen has an extensive amount of security and access to her is controlled and thoroughly scheduled. Whenever she goes out it makes the newspapers. Therefore, Roberts must produce proof she met the Queen or Dershowitz will use it to poke holes in her credibility.

Jeffrey Epstein's mansion in Palm Beach, Florida

Dershowitz is threatening to sue Roberts and her lawyer. He also seeks to have her attorney disbarred. However, Cassell states he is confident in his case and did proper investigation before filing the lawsuit. Cassell states he has repeatedly asked Dershowitz to sit for depositions in the case and he has refused. Cassell is suing the federal government for striking a plea deal with Epstein without informing his victims. Cassell states it is a violation of the Crime Victim Rights Act.

Apollo Nida Being Sentenced To 8-Years In Prison For Fraud And Theft Should Serve As A Cautionary Tale

Apollo Nida and Phaedra Parks

"Real Housewives Of Atlanta" reality star, Apollo Nida, has been sentenced to 8-years in federal prison for engaging in an elaborate, multi-million dollar fraud and theft scheme that defrauded retired people.

Originally, Nida was facing 30-years in prison, but reportedly snitched on others for a reduced sentence. Nida is married to Atlanta lawyer and reality TV co-star, Phaedra Parks. The couple have two young children. Nida's co-conspirator insists Parks knew about the fraud scheme.

Nida was in prison previously for financial fraud in a auto theft ring. His former co-conspirator insisted then as well that Parks knew about the scheme and ran it. These accusations resulted in a lawsuit for defamation.
Nida's story should serve as a cautionary tale. His wife was earning a decent living and tried to help him have his own career as a personal trainer, then a reality star. However, Nida wanted untold millions he was not entitled to and greed consumed him, becoming his downfall.

People should satisfy with what they have and work hard to get the things they want. There are no shortcuts in life. It may seem to work at first, but things always catch up with people. Do things the right way.

Chris Brown Rejects Plea Deal In Washington Assault Case And Prepares For Trial In September

Chris Brown

TMZ is reporting Chris Brown by way of his attorney, has rejected a plea deal in the Washington assault case against him, regarding local man, Parker Adams, who targeted the singer. It resulted in a confrontation between Adams and Brown and his bodyguard. Adams photobomed Brown, was excessively rude to him and engaged in inappropriate contact, as it was without permission, in trying to come on to the heterosexual crooner.

Parker Adams

TMZ states there was a failure to agree on the statement of facts Brown would have to cop a plea to in order to avoid jail in the Washington case. Brown has consistently stated he is not guilty of the charges that have been brought against him. As desperate as Brown is to avoid going back to jail, if he cops a plea in this case and the statement in essence reads he did attack Adams, rather than protecting himself and property (tour bus), it could trigger a probation violation in the Rihanna domestic violence case and send him back to jail in Los Angeles.

Justin Bieber Attempting To Resolve Criminal Cases To Avoid Jail

Justin Bieber

20-year-old troubled pop singer Justin Bieber currently has multiple legal cases opened against him. One of the more recent investigations, where allegations were made that Bieber tried to steal a phone to erase its contents, has been closed, due to insufficient evidence. It is thought he is going to accept a plea deal in Miami for DUI and drag racing, which led to his most high profile arrest. The case in Miami is the most serious and carries the greatest penalties. Therefore, it makes sense that he address this matter and cooperate for a speedy resolution.

Bieber is also in trouble in his former neighborhood of Calabasas, California for trespassing and egging the house of a neighbor. Many of Bieber's former neighbors complained about his loud, weed and alcohol fuelled parties that disturbed many in the gated community of The Oaks. Prosecutors are still mulling felony charges stating Bieber allegedly created $20,000 worth of damage on his neighbor's property, taking the crimes from a misdemeanor into felonious territory. Bieber also has a pending case in his native Canada, where he stands accused of assaulting a limo driver who slapped his hand away when he attempted to change the channel on the radio.

In other Bieber news, the singer was spotted going to church with on and off girlfriend, Selena Gomez. Reports indicate Gomez is sick. However, she has not confirmed the articles online to that effect. The former child stars have been struggling with drug and alcohol addiction and career setbacks.

Chris Brown Appears In Court Looking Depressed As Judge Sentences Him To More Jail Time

Chris Brown

R&B singer Chris Brown arrived in Los Angeles yesterday after spending days shackled on Con Air, the justice system's airline service for inmates who are extradited to other jurisdictions in America. He has been jailed for the past six weeks due to a probation violation. The singer has gained a little weight, giving him a healthier look. However, Brown looked troubled and depressed during his court hearing, as Judge James Brandlin order the singer to spend another week in jail, while his lawyer negotiates a plea deal over his probation violation.

This means Brown will spend his upcoming birthday in jail. Brown turns 25 on May 5th, 2014, also known as Cinco De Mayo. The star also spent Easter in jail, regarding a Washington assault case involving local, Parker Adams. Brown's trial has been delayed while the singer's bodyguard, who was also charged in the incident, appeals his conviction in the aforementioned matter. The circumstances surrounding the case are not working in Brown's favor.

CNN is reporting, "The prosecutor said last week that she would "strenuously object" to Brown being released because it appears likely Brown will be found guilty of the assault charge in Washington. Assistant District Attorney Mary Murray argued the only change since Brown was jailed in March is that his case has "gotten worse." The Washington judge who found his bodyguard guilty in the assault case also concluded that Brown was "the initial aggressor" in the incident, Murray said."

Chris Brown and Mark Geragos

KTLA also reported, "The prosecutors cited Hollosy’s refusal to talk to them about his testimony as a major reason for the decision not to grant immunity. Their motion also said they suspected he might lie in his testimony to help Brown."

Lindsay Lohan Rejects Plea Deal For Lying To The Police

Lindsay Lohan

Former Hollywood actress Lindsay Lohan has foolishly rejected a plea deal in the California case agaisnt her for reckless dricing and lying to police, also known as the po-po (working on my street cred). During the making of the ill-fated film "The Canyons" which is being panned, can't secure a place at mainstream film festival and lacks distribution, Lohan defied the movie's director and went speeding in her rented Porsche, with an open container of alcohol in the trunk.

Lindsay Lohan and Max George

The plea deal being presented to her, is said to exclude jail but include rehab, which the train wreck is set against. Talk about looking a gift horse in the mouth. Beggars can't be choosers Lindsay. She deserves to go to jail for at least a year, under all this criminal mischief she has been committing, from felony theft to outright assault of members of the public. She is hurting others and herself.

Lindsay Lohan and Max George

To add to Lohan's woes, the boyband singer she has been stalking, Max George of The Wanted, just publicly slammed rumors she put out there that the two are dating. It was that memorable, huh. Translation, he's slept with her already and is looking for fresh meat. George was asked on Twitter: "If you date with Lindsay, I will die okay." He replied: "I'm not so you're fine!" Yea, sounds like a diss to the Judiciary Report. Over to you Lindsay.

Lindsay Lohan Arrogantly Rejects Judge's Plea Deal Offer

Lindsay Lohan

Thieving, disgraced actress, Lindsay Lohan, has rejected a formal plea deal in her grand theft larceny case, preferring to go to trial for stealing a $2,5000 necklace from the Kamofie & Company jewelers in Venice Beach, California.

Given Lohan's track record of stealing valuable items from others, the public believes she is guilty. This woman has stolen everything from designer clothes to a Rolex watch valued at $35,000. However, she seeks to milk this case for all the publicity she can get, hence fighting the charges, when she knows she is guilty.

Lohan is hardly Nelson Mandela, as she is a proven thief and liar, who the justice system has bent over backwards to help. No one is violating her rights or trying to stitch her up. Lohan did this. It should be a crime to use the justice system for publicity, wasting taxpayer money on litigation one knows is fraudulent.

In other news, Lohna not only shares a drug and alcohol problem with her dad, she has his violent streak as well. Lindsay's dad, Michael Lohan, has been indicted on domestic violence charges, for physically assaulting his ex-fiancée, Kate Major.

Michael Lohan

This is the second time Lohan has been accused of perpetrating acts of violence against Major. Another woman also came forward this year, alleging Lohan physically abused her. This is unacceptable behavior. There is no need for a man to hit a woman or vice versa. People need to learn to walk away when they become angry.

Lindsay Lohan Whining About Doing Time For The Crime

Lindsay Lohan and her number one enabler, mother Dina Lohan

According to TMZ, former actress, Lindsay Lohan, is whining about going back to jail, under a proposed plea deal with Los Angeles prosecutors in her grand theft case. You would think she'd have enough practice to be used to it by now, due to the number of times she's been arrested, but apparently not.

However, Lohan thinks she is better than others, above the law and should not do time for the crime. This mentality will continue to get her into trouble and fail her in life. People with a healthy respect for the law and consequences usually stay out of trouble. In all Lohan's run-ins with the police and court system, she still has not learned this vital lesson.

Lohan struggling with cocaine nose

The worst part is, she is reveling in this negative attention, when she should be ashamed. She strolls into court posing for the cameras, rather than showing remorse for her many misdeeds. It does not endear the public to her. The paparazzi are not there because they love her. They are there because it is a paycheck watching and chronicling the freak show crash and burn.

Kleptomaniac and former actress, Lindsay Lohan, who was charged with grand larceny last month, in connection with the theft of a $2,500 necklace, is reportedly agreeing to take a plea deal provided by the prosecution.

After all her showing off and fake proclamations of innocence, when CCTV illustrated she did indeed steal the necklace, Lohan is having to admit she did steal the jewelry. GIven her track record, no one is surprised. She needs to stop lying and just do her time.

Cop's Plea Deal Attempt Rejected In Killing Of Two Teens

19-year-olds, David Servin and Ashlie Krakowski, where killed in a tragic car accident in Connecticut, after their vehicle was hit by a police car illegally going 94 MPH. Officer Jason Anderson, was fired due to the incident and is now facing criminal charges.

He has been working on a plea deal, which many object to, due to the severity of the tragedy. Anderson walked away from the accident with minor injuries, but the teenage couple sustained terrible trauma that led to their deaths.

David Servin and Ashlie Krakowski

Krakowski was thrown from the vehicle on impact and later died at the hospital. Servin was pronounced dead on the scene. Both were in college, with their lives ahead of them, but it was cut short by the accident.

The case has been plagued with problems. When lawyers for the teens requested documents and videos from the Milford police department, under the Freedom of Information Act, one of Anderson's colleagues deleted some of the dashboard camera footage, suspiciously claiming his deeds to be an accident. However, many attributed it to a cover up.

Jason Anderson

Some items were recovered, with the video posted above serving as one of the key pieces of evidence in the case. The video illustrates Jason Anderson and fellow officer, Rick Pisani, were drag racing on a busy public street. Pisani was going over 70 MPH, which is also illegal in a 40 MPH zone.

It was later claimed the teens had been drinking. However, their lawyers correctly contend, if Anderson had not been speeding, the accident would not have happened. Anderson was traveling at a rate that was double the speed limit. This denied the teens the opportunity to safely make the appropriate turn, without him plowing into them at said excessive speed.

Note: As the holidays are upon us, the Judiciary Report would like to take this time to remind readers not to speed or drink and drive. As this story indicates, in can turn fatal within seconds. The Judiciary Report sends its condolences to the Servin and Krakowski families.

Back to the clubs, huh, Paris. Well that didn't last long. She just made the plea deal and fake promises to stop partying and already she is back to the old habits that got her into trouble. She partied so hard in New York, her sister went home at 2AM and left her at the club.

Smug Paris Hilton Pleads Guilty In Court

Paris Hilton in court today giving her best look of disdain

Smug, spoiled, untalented, Hollywood trollop, Paris Hilton, made an appearance in a Las Vegas, Nevada court today, to plead guilty to cocaine possession and lying to a police officer. Hilton do so in exchange for one year on probation, 200 hours of community service and rehab, which she so desperately needs, as she is a full-fledged drug addict and alcoholic, with a side order of Kabbalah induced mental illness.

Hilton sported a smug and condescending look on her face, as if she believes she is too good to be in court to address her criminal misconduct. She should be happy she only received a proverbial slap on the wrist. However, the unofficial Valtrex spokeswoman, is clearly incensed she had to take her lazy backside out of bed to avoid jail.

Paris Hilton Takes Plea Deal

Paris Hilton

Kabbalah cult drug addict, Paris Hilton, has taken a plea deal, to avoid incarceration on a felony charge, for cocaine possession and lying to a police officer to thwart an investigation. Hilton has agreed to plead guilty to two misdemeanors, in exchange for going to rehab and spending one year on probation.

She got off easy, once again revealing the two-tiered justice system in America, enabling famous criminals to repeatedly engage in illegal conduct. They have no incentive to change their criminal conduct, as they know they will be given special treatment and a slap on the wrist. Judging by many feedback sections online, it is an offense to many law abiding people in America.

R. Allen Stanford Hospitalized

R. Allen Stanford

It seems the news that his chief financial officer, James M. Davis, flipped and took a plea deal from the government, was too much for fraudulent financier R. Allen Stanford to take and he was hospitalized with an irregular heartbeat and elevated pulse.

I'm sure some of his fleeced investors developed an irregular heartbeat and elevated pulse as well, when they learned he stole their life savings, squandering it on living lavishly.

Accused financier Stanford hospitalized

HOUSTON — Texas financier R. Allen Stanford, jailed on charges of bilking investors out of $7 billion, was hospitalized Thursday with an irregular heartbeat and high pulse, just hours before his ex-finance chief became the first person to plead guilty in the case.

Stanford was set to appear in a Houston federal courtroom for a hearing on whether he can get a new attorney. His current lawyer, Dick DeGuerin, has asked for permission to quit the case because he doesn't have assurances he will be paid. DeGuerin said he didn't know what Stanford's medical condition was.

In the same courtroom, Stanford's former chief financial officer, James M. Davis, pleaded guilty Thursday to three counts: conspiracy to commit mail, wire and securities fraud; mail fraud; and conspiracy to obstruct a Securities and Exchange Commission investigation.

"I did wrong. I'm sorry. I apologize. I take responsibility for my actions," Davis, 60, said as he left the federal courthouse after his hearing.

Davis' attorney David Finn said his client has been cooperating with prosecutors for the last six months and the guilty plea is part of a deal with the Justice Department in exchange for a possible reduced sentence.

Davis faces up to 30 years in prison when he is sentenced. While a sentencing date of Nov. 20 was set, Finn said he believes that will be delayed.

As part of his plea agreement, Davis was also ordered to forfeit $1 billion in proceeds he made from his illegal actions...
