Here they go again. Dysfunctional druggie and former child star, Lindsay Lohan and her overly aggressive, alcoholic, drug abusing mom, Dina Lohan, got into a fight in New York last night. The two were drinking in a bar, then began arguing and trading blows over where Dina should sleep for the night - Lindsay's New York City hotel room or the family's home in Long Island.

The tussle led to police being called and a report being taken. Isn't Lindsay tired of being in police trouble. Just last week police were summons to another hotel over her accusations she was attacked by a Republican government aide, in allegations they refused to jail him for, citing there is no proof to substantiate her claims.

This is not the first time Lohan has gotten into a fight with her mother. In a phone call between Dina and her ex-husband Michael Lohan, she accused Lindsay of striking and kicking her. That's foul hitting your mom. Families will have arguments, but hitting parents is out of the question. You need to stop that. 

I could never hit my mom. I love her. Besides, she'd be devastated...not to mention, she walks with a cane and could probably kick my butt with it, so it wouldn't be very practical or a smart move on my part, as she'd have the tactical advantage. I'm no fool (LOL). Jokes aside, I reiterate, people should not be hitting their parents, as it is wrong.

Lohan again defied the restraining order the court imposed against him for this abusive behavior. If you remember correctly, Lindsay Lohan was accused of stalking her ex-girlfriend, Samantha Ronson (Lindsay Lohan Lies About Stalking Sam Ronson).

The entire Lohan clan is in the mind numbing Hollywood cult Kabbalah and due to their deranged conduct, the whole family should qualify for great rates at psychiatrists offices, as it is clear they are all insane and severely so. They are seriously dysfunctional and mentally imbalanced.

If someone doesn't want anything to do with you, why stalk and or keep trying to contact them. Why trespass on their property. Why follow them everywhere. It looks absolutely crazy to normal folks, but people with mental illness make excuses in their minds to justify the unjustifiable.

Then they try to pain their victims as the victimizers, which is just as sick as the illegal stalking and harassment. Learn to leave people alone. There are no allowances under the law for stalking, harassing, menacing, assaulting or trying to kill others. It is completely criminal.

More famous for her felonious pilfering than actual filmwork, Lohan has been reported to the police again, but this time for stealing, via shoplifting, a "one of a kind" $2,500 necklace from a California jeweler.

The name of the company is Kamofie & Company. They are located in the Los Angeles suburb of Venice Beach, which coincidentally, is the neighborhood Lohan stalked her ex-girlfriend Sam Ronson to and lease the townhouse next to her.

Lohan's behavior is out of control and there is no excuse for the aforementioned misconduct. She is not a homeless person stealing food because she is hungry. She is a spoilt, lazy Hollywood troublemaker that is trying to live the high life with very little funds, due to having partied and squandered away her money.

Who is she to be taking people's things. Someone appears on television and all of a sudden they believe human decency, character and integrity are not traits they must possess and are somehow better than everyone else, giving them the imagined right to rob others.

Lohan comes from a family of thieves, via a mother that stole $400,000 from a friend that loaned it to her and a dad (Michael Lohan) and uncle (Paul Sullivan) that went to prison for financial fraud and grand theft larceny.

Lohan's dad stole money from the stock market and her uncle robbed the U.S. government, via fraudulently taking $640,000 from a fund for September 11th terrorist attack victims.

However, rather than making a change from this negative family cycle, for years this woman has consistently robbed innocent members of the public and storeowners. Her behavior is not cute or edgy - it just makes her look like a degenerate.

This is the fourth probation violation Lohan has committed since being released from court ordered rehab one month ago. However, due to the government believing disgraceful celebrities s robbing the public is somehow a plus, Lohan is still free.

She needs to take responsibility for her life and realize, getting drunk and high, then going on the road and accidentally clipping a child's stroller with one's car and fleeing the scene, is grossly irresponsible. Sleeping with many men, as one is not in control of one's faculties, thanks to drugs and alcohol, is dangerous to one's health.

Getting stoned, then getting into fist fights with people is also an unwise idea. One of these days, you are going to swing on a female Mike Tyson and get the freckles beat off you.

Lohan's dad, a recovering addict, has been begging her to seek treatment and cut ties with destructive, drug abusing friends in Hollywood and she has refused to listen. When she was released from jail, after a DUI conviction and probation violations, she started consorting with said friends again and fell right back into the cocaine habit.

One can't progress in life blaming everyone else for one's problems, even if others caused them. One must be proactive and find a way to get out of any bad situation they are faced with, as the alternative is not productive.

However, how can one focus on becoming clean and sober, while one is obsessing over greedy, low brow cash payments, for pre-arranged paparazzi photos, in funds that will end up right back in one's nostrils during a cocaine binge. Her parents are busy lining up their own interviews as well. Meanwhile, the process of recovery has taken a back seat to cash.

Now that fallen Hollywood actress, Lindsay Lohan, is free for now, with a money hungry stage mother pushing her at every turn, how does the public truly feel her story is going to end. Shouldn't Lindsay's mother, Dina Lohan, be forced via court order, to take parenting classes, as she has shown such poor judgment in the past, regarding her children.

Dina Lohan has taken underage minors to night clubs, where drugs and alcohol were present. She enabled her eldest daughter's raging drug and alcohol addiction. She allowed her underage daughter Alli to view porn, during their reality series "Living Lohan."

She spent large sums of her daughters' earnings on luxury items for herself, rather than placing the money in financially safe, certificates of deposit. Condoned and encouraged wild and irresponsible behavior that has all but destroyed her eldest child, Lindsay.

In light of these facts and Dina Lohan's custody of two underage children, shouldn't the court and or child services, intervene in that household, before she wrecks another life. It is the equivalent of watching an accident happen in slow motion.

The mess and side show that is disgraced Hollywood actress, Lindsay Lohan's life, continues to unravel. Lohan's parents made appearances on television shows this week, giving conflicting reports about her history and well-being.

Lohan's father was more candid, revealing what the public already knew - Lindsay has been in rehab four times. However, her mother, Dina Lohan, contentiously insisted on "The Today Show" with Matt Lauer that Lindsay only had two stints in rehab.

Dina, much like, Lindsay, is a pathological liar. She came close to pulling a Tom Cruise on Lauer, growing incensed at the morning talk show host, accurately citing public record, regarding her daughter's dishonorable conduct in not taking rehab seriously.

An early release from rehab, having the 90-day program for her benefit, only serves to hurt Lindsay, who needs all the help and time away from Hollywood she can get. Judge Revel, who has recused herself from the case, was right to sentence Lohan to 90-days in jail and 90-days in rehab for substance abuse, DUIs and repeated probation violations.

It would have amounted to 6-months away from Hollywood's destructive drug and alcohol scene, which has demolished Lindsay's life and fortune. A person struggling with drug and alcohol abuse can make many positive changes in that 6-month frame of time, developing new, lasting, positive habits.

Jailed Hollywood actress, Lindsay Lohan is "being treated like a common criminal" according to her delusional mother, Dina - but that's exactly what she is at this juncture. What is this lady smoking. Lohan broke the law repeatedly, endangering other drivers and herself, via DUI, making her a common criminal.

Dina Lohan also complained her daughter doesn't even have a pillow in jail. Lindsay probably notices such things now, as she is actually being forced to fall asleep, rather than passing out when she goes to bed, from drug and alcohol abuse.

Yesterday, disgraced Hollywood actress, Lindsay Lohan, childishly complained to the press, through a spokesperson, that she does not want to go right to rehab after being released from jail in Los Angeles. Lohan stated, she wishes to first spend time with her family.

However, the truth of the matter is, Lohan is experiencing terrible drug and alcohol cravings in jail and wants to go out partying, drinking and abusing drugs, upon her release. She needs to not indulge in such behavior, as that one last hurrah before sobriety, could be just that - the one that kills her.
