After dropping competent attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, who maneuvered her out of legal trouble time and time again, then not paying the lawyer the $300,000 in legal fees she owes her, Lohan has fallen afoul of another jurist.

Lohan's new lawyer put in paperwork to the court to inform the judge that he doesn't know where his client is and does not want to be held responsible for any missed court appearances. Why do so many stars fall afoul of the law. It is simple, because many entertainers think they are above it. Many achieve fame and acclaim for being unethical in their professional careers and it spills over into their personal lives.

They see no need for behaving, as legal consequences are removed when one is famous. They set a bad example for the public and it erodes confidence in the judiciary. No one likes a double standard. In light of these facts and Dina Lohan's custody of two underage children, shouldn't the court and or child services, intervene in that household, before she wrecks another life. It is the equivalent of watching an accident happen in slow motion.

Lindsay Lohan's publicist has been going into overdrive, attempting to downplay reports, she is mentally ill. The new spin on the story is the disgraced, drug addled Hollywood actress, is bipolar, but not that much. That's like being sort of pregnant.

People need to stay away from the Kabbalah cult. It is destroying people's minds, with the schizophrenic madness it teaches, utilizing brainwashing and trances to control members.

The government in the form of the FBI/DOJ, have failed regarding this law breaking, severely mentally ill cult, that has greatly damaged many innocent people. Once again, under the guise of celebrity, sick conduct, which ranges from cold-blooded acts of murder and assault (Phiona Davis and Gideon Busch) to inappropriate sexual contact with minors, has transpired in Kabbalah. It is currently projected she will only serve 13-14 days in jail, but Lohan is attempting to reduce her sentence even more. She is then ordered to report to rehab for 90 days.

A copy of Lynwood's daily inmate schedule was posted in a magazine and if it applies to Lohan, who is in isolation from the general population, for her own protection, the spoiled former star, turned miscreant, will not be amused.

The first item of note is the early wake time of 5:00 AM, which would infuriate anyone like Lohan, who parties into the early morning, then sleeps past 2:00 PM. Lights out at Lynwood is 9:00 PM, which is the time Lohan is usually getting ready to go partying at the clubs, wearing an outfit she swindled from a store.

It is an irresponsible life and one she needs to change, as it has gotten her nowhere and cost her almost everything. The main thing Lohan has left is her life, which she endangers with excessive pharmaceutical meds, narcotics and alcohol. If she does not change her ways, it will be the premature end of her. Judge Revel did her a favor with this wake up call and she needs to learn from it.

The third attorney she sought to retain, made a run for it when he realized she is broke and could not afford his legal fees.

The public was then informed by a fourth attorney, famed defense lawyer, Robert Shapiro, that he is representing Lohan, provided she follows Judge Marsha Revel's orders and does her time in jail.

Chapman-Holley has to think about her other clients and future appearances before, Judge Marsha Revel, who Lohan so terribly disrespected. Furthermore, she is behaving like a spoiled brat. The judge sentenced her to 90 days, not 90 years. With jail overcrowding issues in Los Angeles, it is estimated she will spend 23 days behind bars. This chick is acting like they are sending her to Gitmo. Grow up, already.

But let's look at the facts, shall we. She "tortured" an innocent man, by driving over his foot, while she was drunk on alcohol and high on cocaine, which was later found in her pants pocket. Smooth.

That's after she terrified his friends, whose car she stole, taking them on a crazy car chase through the streets of Los Angeles, going excessive speeds, which could have killed her, the occupants of the vehicle, other motorists and pedestrians. That was by all accounts "inhumane."

Lohan complained about injustice, when she has repeatedly stolen valuable items from people, forcing them to go to the authorities or spend money on litigation that could have remained in their bank accounts.

What is Lohan's security blanket in all this insanity, you ask? Actor, Robert Downey Jr. She keeps invoking Downey Jr., as an example of a star, who has substance abuse issues, went to jail and made a big screen comeback.

Right, but she is forgetting one minor, ever so important detail - the public didn't hate Robert Downey Jr. Not to be cruel, but audiences can't stand Lohan, due to her off screen antics that went well beyond drug and alcohol abuse. Google her name. Read the blog comments. It's not pretty.

She keeps talking about "work" and her movies, er, movie, like she is filming some massive project that takes over a year to complete. That nasty little air of superiority she walks around with, the constant public fights, bust-ups, tantrums, smirking and lying, have done her no favors with the public. Audiences do not want to pay money to see the persona behind all that chaos and misery, taking on film roles. They like a blank slate.

Crass, disgraced Hollywood actress, Lindsay Lohan, silently sent a nasty message to Judge Marsha Revel yesterday, during a court hearing that appropriately slapped her with a 90 day sentence.
