After years of denying her daughter, Lindsay Lohan, has a terrible drug problem, Dina Lohan finally admitted to Radar Online that her actress offspring is a drug addict. She is partly to blame, for having her daughter in an environment that promotes drug and alcohol abuse, as a way of life.
