19-year-old former Hollywood child star Sawyer Sweeten, who appeared on the hit sitcom "Everybody Loves Raymond" with his twin brother, Sullivan, regrettably committed suicide. Sweeten visited family in his home state of Texas when the incident occurred. Sawyer, like Southern country music star, Mindy McCreedy, was found dead, after a fatal gunshot wound.

Sweeten's family released a statement on the incident, "This morning a terrible family tragedy occurred. We are devastated to report that our beloved brother, son, and friend took his own life." Recently, former Hollywood child star, Skye McCole Bartusiak, who starred in the film “The Patriot” with Mel Gibson, died of a pharmaceutical overdose and huffing. She was found dead in her Texas home at the young age 21.

19-year-old senior citizen, Justin Bieber, has again announced that he is "retiring" from music. Elderly Bieber, a music industry veteran of 4-years, is walking away from show business to collect his Social Security. Sarcasm. Seriously, Bieber broke his fans hearts on Christmas Eve announcing his retirement on Twitter, without truly elaborating on his alleged departure. Often when entertainers make such announcements, it's a sales gimmick. Then, a couple years later they resurface with a new set of projects.

Bieber has experienced a very rough year regarding run-ins with the law, due to speeding, confrontations with the public, members of his entourage getting caught in negligent accidents or fighting his fans and bringing drugs on the star's tour bus. Bieber is definitely suffering from burnout, after releasing many projects in a short space of time.

The mental distress of being actively pursued by Hollywood's worst two cults, Kabbalah and Scientology, has also taken a significant toll on the singer. Some time away certainly wouldn't hurt, if it saves his life. When you've got people bullying you behind the scenes and threatening you that if you don't do and say what they want they'll expose you and destroy your career, it can get very overwhelming and make you want to walk away from the industry.

Is 19-year-old pop star Justin Bieber really quitting the music industry, as he proclaimed this week during a Los Angeles radio station interview. Was the claim just a sales trick to promote his CD and documentary movie "Believe."

It's not secret Bieber is suffering from burn out. The Bieber machine has been rolling full speed for the past 5-years, which helped the young star amass a fortune of $200,000,000. Constant touring and recording have taken a toll on Bieber, but not enough to make him quit music.

There have been personal problems and legal squabbles as well. He's fought for more control over his career at the label and faced infringement lawsuits over claims of illegal copying of others works. Bieber's also gotten into trouble with the law in assault incidents that are currently open cases with the police. Then there's the pressure from Hollywood cults, with both Kabbalah and Scientology having actively pursued him.

During 2013 Bieber has engaged in erratic conduct revealing things are becoming too much for him. There are other former child stars who experienced the same thing, as Hollywood can be too much for adults, let alone kids.

It’s not a matter of race in this case. Bieber’s confrontational friend, rapper Lil Twist, would be a bad influence no matter what color he was, as he is into reckless driving without a license, driving while high, alcoholism, drug addiction, promiscuity and violence.

Twist has tried to toughen up Bieber via encouraging him to do things that have resulted in terrible headlines about the once squeaky clean star. Sadly, many have seen former child stars crash and burn. People don’t want the same fate to befall Bieber.

How ironic, as I stated the same of Bieber in the May 17. 2012 article "Justin Bieber Does A New Photo Shoot With GQ Magazine To Show He Is An Adult." I also stated that about Bieber on Twitter two months ago (here's hoping he doesn't end up like Elvis did, which was a sad a tragic end for a talented man):

Brown did concede that, "With [Justin], it's a case of how I feel. It's being young, having limitless amount of income for whatever you want to do as a young guy. And then, at the same time, you don't have nobody that's gonna say, 'Hey, bruh, you look whack right now.'" For the past year, the Judiciary Report has maintained this as well regarding Bieber - there are too many yes people around him and his minders are too interested in working him to death. A month ago on Twitter, I wrote of a tip I received stating, Pattie Mallette, the mother of singer Justin Bieber is, "Not taking it well watching what's happening to her boy" regarding the controversy that now surrounds him. One week later, Bieber posted a statement to Instagram stating his family couldn't be prouder of him and all the rumors to the contrary are untrue (Justin Bieber Calls Actress Lindsay Lohan A Broke Loser). It's the same article which details the item where I stated he is in danger of becoming Lindsay Lohan, then a week later he slammed the troubled actress and stated he is not like her.

However, this week when asked about Bieber, via her words and expressions, his mom Pattie revealed she is clearly worried about what's going on regarding him. Bieber's mom stated, "I really don't know what to say. I think moms always worry about their children. The roles have changed now that he's 19. Of course I have talks with him, of course I have conversations with him about all that stuff. I wouldn't say [I'm more hands-off]...it's just different."

Since the time I wrote the initial tweet and article, Bieber has been placed under formal criminal investigation in California for an incident that transpired in his neighborhood, regarding him spitting on and threatening to kill his neighbor. Things have been spiraling out of control in Bieber's camp but instead of helping him via therapy and rehab, his minders are shutting out his family and working him to death. You can't claim to care about someone and do that.

Rehab is only successful when participants actually try. Even if they relapse, they learn skills to help them cope with their addiction and beat it. We are living in troubled times when a website, the Onion, takes the time out of their day to call a 9-year-old a "c**t." But that's exactly what's happened. The Onion wrote mean comments about 9-year-old Oscar nominee, Quvenzhané Wallis, who starred in "Beasts of the Southern Wind "stating of the child star, "Everyone else seems afraid to say it, but that Quvenzhané Wallis is kind of a c*nt, right?"

The site's jaded comments offended many, prompting an apology from its editor, Steve Hannah, "Dear Readers, On behalf of The Onion, I offer my personal apology to Quvenzhané Wallis and the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences for the tweet that was circulated last night during the Oscars. It was crude and offensive—not to mention inconsistent with The Onion’s commitment to parody and satire, however biting.

No person should be subjected to such a senseless, humorless comment masquerading as satire. The tweet was taken down within an hour of publication. We have instituted new and tighter Twitter procedures to ensure that this kind of mistake does not occur again.

For those of you who did not believe the story of model/nursing student, Milyn Jensen, having sex with 18-year-old pop star, Justin Bieber, hold on to your hats. Bieber was photographed grabbing the breast of a young fan, Jocelyn, while kissing her on the cheek. This adds to his ongoing list of uncharacteristic behavior that has shocked people.

Some of Bieber's fans, known as "Beliebers" are in disbelief at the things transpiring in his life, which they have witnessed online via news sites, blogs and social networking website. It's all in vain, as Bieber's audience is underage and he is introducing them to things they don't need to see at that age. Please remember them when you go out in public, Bieber.

Is Justin Bieber breaking under pressure. The teen pop star has faced a rough few months, being dumped by girlfriend Selena Gomez for constant cheating, leaked photos of him smoking marijuana, a deadly accident involving paparazzo Chris Guerra, who was following him around, one of his sex partners being uncovered by Star magazine and now a disc jockey accusing him of terrible beavhior.

North Carolina disc jockey, Colette Harrington, accused Bieber and two members of his entourage of harassing her at the gym in Charlotte's Ritz Carlton. She stated she was told "shut the f*** up" as she counted out reps while exercising in the gym. Shortly after, she states Bieber spit a blue colored sports drink into her bottled water.

The next day Bieber was hit with more problems, as a group of girls engaged in conduct at his hotel that made him angry. So upset was he, Bieber slammed his "fans." A post on his Twitter page read, "To the rude people on my hotel floor never have I had fans be so disrespectful in my life. Smh #berespectful."

The singer did not elaborate on what occurred, but it wasn't a good idea referring to one's "fans" in that manner. It seems Bieber's temper has become short of late. He's clearly going through a number of issues. Bieber needs to remember the fact he is a role model to millions of young impressionable girls. That's something to be taken seriously. He needs to set a positive example for them.

Of late Bieber has been doing troubling things that his young preteen and teen audience are watching. Don't lead them astray. God gave you a platform in life. Use it to do positive things. Getting into confrontations, mooning people, taking drugs, getting drunk and bedding numerous women is not the way. You'll end up like every other former child star who crashed and burned. Learn from them and do not repeat their errors anymore. That's how Lindsay Lohan got started.

Furthermore, if your so-called friends were really your friends, they wouldn't encourage you in this behavior. They are leeching off you, trying to raise their profiles and get attention at your expense, while costing you endorsements and career opportunities. Not to mention, alarming your fans' parents. None of us are perfect, but Bieber you can do better than this. Your fans don't need to see your butt crack, you taking drugs, getting drunk and or speeding. The Judiciary Report is concerned something permanently bad is going to come of this. You can say you are an adult now and can do as you please, which is true, but the consequences are not always the desired outcome. Being an adult means responsibility.

Which is rather ironic since I yesterday posted about yesterday about wanting to meet him. He is with a trainer and I think one of his back up dancers. I lay low waiting for a chance to introduce myself and get a photo with him. "Hi I am Colette Harrington I host the Sweet Carolina radio show." He said, "good for you." I asked, "would be okay if I got a picture?" and he told me "no." Which was fine with me since I can understand not wanting someone taking my picture when I am sleeveless and sweaty.

I continue with my workout. I always count out loud my reps. Then Justin starts imitating me and whenever I'd get to 20 he and his buddy would say "Shut the F'ck up." I was stunned. They start complaining how they are so hungover from drinking-some drink that I never heard of before. I ignore them and keep doing my counting only in a quieter voice but they keep saying "Shut the F'up" when ever I get to 20. I am ready to punch one of them in the face or cry. I could not decide which since I felt like I was back in grade school and being made fun of. Then they start talking about spitting in people's drinks and that tonight at their concert yell, "remember when you drank my spit."

Justin guzzled his blue gatorade and spits in it. So I think that their finally off of my back but NO! They start imitating my counting again even though I am whispering. I keep on ignoring them because I am not going to cause a scene at the Ritz or lower myself to their level. Much to my relief the back singer started talking about his GF. But then started saying things about her being a virgin because she is a Muslim and has a strict Father. And so he knows that when he marries her- he'll be the first. FINALLY I had enough. (30 minutes of this crap) I left my workout station, my water bottle, mat and weights and go to the other room. I rolled my eyes at them but said NOTHING.

After a few minutes I hear the door slamming so I know they left. I go back to working out and a take drink from my water bottle only it is Justin's blue gatorade. I spit it out right way thinking about his disgusting spit. I did not look at my water bottle before taking a drink. Ty Justin-I am putting your bottle and spit up on E BAY.

Hopefully it will raise enough money to re build the kitchen at the Ronald Mc Donald House in Charleston. I go there to cook for the families of sick children. They need a better kitchen. This is another in a recent spate of incidents, regarding Bieber attempting to shed his clean cut image, through scandalous behavior.

Pictures hit the internet last night featuring formerly squeaky clean pop star Justin "Rasta" Bieber, smoking a marijuana joint in a hotel at a party in Newport Beach, California. TMZ is also reporting a girl spent the night with Bieber in the hotel room, who is not Selena Gomez. Bieber's camp has gone into damage control mode, but the photos are pretty striking. Bieber is on the same path many former Hollywood child stars have taken, going from being squeaky clean to drugs, alcohol and promiscuous sex.

Ironically, paparazzo Chris Guerra, who was killed two days ago by a passing car when police told him to step away from a Ferrari belonging to the singer, was adamant on the day of his death that he saw Bieber smoking marijuana in the sports car. It was reported Guerra relayed this information to a friend over the phone and was struck and killed by a car hours later. Bieber's camp accused Guerra of stalking and harassing the pop star. Apparently, Guerra saw too much, hence the complaints against him and waiting for that money shot, was hit and killed by a car.

Bieber's plate is full at this time, as Guerra's death, which is currently not the focus of a criminal investigation, could bring a lawsuit. The singer also had a huge fight with his girlfriend, Selena Gomez, who dumped him at New Years and is refusing to speak to the press about the problems surrounding the couple. He is also still trying to hook up again with Victoria Secret model Barbara Palvin.

Meanwhile, Bieber's fans brought the New Year in with a grin learning the couple broke up again (LOL). Considering marijuana is a gateway drug and Bieber's family has extensive addiction issues, this is dangerous.

Britney Spears’ former manager, Sam Lufti, who is suing the schizophrenic star for defamation and unpaid wages, has accused the pop star’s mother, Lynn Spears of not only being anti-Semitic, but punching him as well, constituting assault. If true, said behavior is very wrong. As it was not self-defense, under the law, that is not permissible, as there are better ways to deal with financial and contractual disputes. The question remains, why didn’t Lufti call the police and report her for the alleged assault.

Spears’ mother has pushed her daughter into questionable things in the entertainment industry and is partly responsible for her demise. Parents should not encourage their children in unethical behavior and be more vocal when they observe their offspring falling in with the wrong people. To be a pushy stage mom, yet sit idly by when the so-called powers that be in the industry send one's child down a detrimental path, all in the name of money, is a sign of poor parenting.

Pop star Justin Bieber, 18, was photographed playing "beer pong" which meant he was engaging in underage drinking. It is another in a series of steps by the teen star to be thought of as an adult by music audiences, but the Judiciary Report maintains, he's going about it the wrong way. 

If he wants to be thought of as more mature, he needs to be more responsible, give up certain youthful ways and dress like an adult. But for someone that loves pranks and teen trends that's not something he will embrace. Showing music maturity (which does not mean filth, by the way) is another step towards adulthood. Whether he realizes it or not, he is an adult, as he is 18-years-of age. However, some aren't making that connection due to his aforementioned leanings.

18-yer-old pop singer, Justin Bieber, has been hanging out with former rapper/actor Mark Walhberg, who is trying to cast him in a forthcoming film. In the 1990s, Wahlberg was known as troublemaking rapper "Marky Mark."

One can't help but notice, since Bieber has been associating with Walhberg, he's become rebellious and trouble prone. Is Walhberg, the producer of the debauched, hedonistic show "Entourage" setting a bad example for the teen, who is at a critical age and time in his career - the transitional period from being a child star to an adult.

As much as Raymond has been reusing items from his own career for Bieber’s, even pinching stuff from rival Justin Timberlake, will it work. Will Bieber stand the test of time, in an industry known for being fickle and chewing up and spitting out former child stars.

Someone beat up 18-year-old pop singer Justin Bieber. Ok, I admit it. It was me. I'm joking. The picture posted above is a still of Bieber in his latest music video. DId girlfriend Selena Gomez beat him up for cheating on her. No (though he did cheat).

The new video is apart of Bieber's ongoing effort to toughen his image, which the Judiciary Report stated last year was in the works. Will it work. I doubt it. He still looks so young with a babyface. Not to mention, male bloggers always make jokes that little Selena is stronger than he is (ouch).
