Tamar Braxton Has A Public Nervous Breakdown Due To Finances, Rumors And Insults About Her Plastic Surgery (Videos)

R&B singer Tamar Braxton is having a nervous breakdown. It all started when blogger Sandra Rose published a post stating Braxton and her husband, music executive, Vincent Herbert, owe the IRS $1,600,000 and can't afford to furnish their recently purchased Calabasas, California mansion. Other bloggers and pop culture websites picked up the story, spreading it like wildfire.

Tamar took to Twitter and told off Rose, slamming her as a "bathroom blogger." Look here Tamar, none of us blog from the bathroom - I don't know what you think this is (LOL). However, blogger Perez Hilton has a fondness for Hollywood bathrooms and men (but you didn't hear that from me). Anyway, back to the story.

Tamar stated she went to the hospital with an anxiety attack over the story and is considering suing. I cannot verify Rose's story, because it's not mine, but I do know Herbert hides money. His label and management experienced problems due to overspending on artist successes that turned into flops that they had to scrambled to financially cover. Vince made money from recording acts Lady Gaga and Mindless Behavior, but not as much as many assume, as it was a subsidiary deal, where other corporations took a greater share of the profits.

Tamar has made a modest sum of money from her CDs "Love And War" and "Winter Loversland" because albums just aren't selling anymore in America. Tamar embarked on the "Love And War Tour" and two supporting jaunts that in total brought her approximately $1,000,000. Her stint as co-host of "The Real" morning talk show is worth approximately $200,000. The couple's reality TV work is worth approximately $1,000,000. Tamar also launched a fashion line, but it did not generate big revenues.

The couple were living in fairly expensive Bel Air, before moving to Calabasas. They drive expensive cars, wear designer clothes and take lavish vacations. These expenses add up. Then, there's the Internal Revenue Service. The couple has made enough money to owe the IRS seven figures.

In related Tamar news, she broke down on "The Real" crying that a person referred to her as a Muppet (see: K Michelle, then Chris Brown) and has the whole world calling her that. K. Michelle also keeps calling Tamar old. The thing is Tamar is 37-years-old and K. Michelle is 33-years of age. That's just 4-years difference, which is nothing. Under K. Michelle's illogical reasoning, isn't she old as well.

I don't think Tamar looks like a Muppet. However, sometimes she heavily pouts and it makes her lips stick out more than normal, due to the unnecessary and obvious plastic surgery she has owned up to having underwent. Even her sister, Grammy award winning singer, Toni Braxton, told her on the reality show "Braxton Family Values" not to pout and it was for that reason. It makes her face look a certain way due to the excessive plastic surgery. She really did not need all that work done. There was nothing wrong with her nose or cheeks.

Pop singer, Justin Bieber, is looking to turn over a new leaf. The singer is mulling over a move to Atlanta, Georgia, the first place he lived in America when he was 14, in the year leading up to his big debut. Bieber has gotten into a number of confrontation with neighbors in his Calabasas, California neighborhood called The Oaks. Police subsequently raided the property. Reports state Bieber is now looking to purchase a home in Atlanta, Georgia.

Bieber’s mentor, singer Usher, who signed him to a subsidiary company record deal, has lived in Atlanta since his formative years. Over the past couple years, Usher has spent more time in Los Angeles as well, due to his tumultuous relationship with adulterous manager Gracie Miguel, who helped to break up his marriage to adulterous Tameka Foster, who left her husband to be with the singer. However, Usher maintains strong ties to Atlanta, with homes in the city. His camp believes Bieber would benefit from a greater level of privacy the city would afford, as opposed to Los Angeles. However, as other sites have pointed out, paparazzi will follow Bieber to Atlanta.

If Bieber chooses a tony area like historic and wealthy Buckhead, he cannot speed through the streets, as he was arrested for doing on Miami Beach, Florida. The same goes for other celebrity enclaves in Atlanta such as The Country Club Of The South and Sugarloaf. Los Angeles is more lenient on stars. However, it generally doesn’t fly in the South. Celebrities in Georgia have been pulled over and arrested for various offenses.

Next month Bieber will no longer be a teenager (yep, he's hitting the big 2-0). It's time for him to embrace adulthood and the responsibilities attached to it. People don't want him to end up like James Dean, a tragic, rebellious star, who died in a terrible car crash due to speeding on a public street.

The Los Angeles Sheriff's Department is recommending the local district attorney charge pop star Justin Bieber with felony vandalism, after he egged his neighbor's mansion in Calabasas, California. Bieber's neighbor called the police and reported an estimated $20,000 in damage to his property due to the egging.

Some of you are probably thinking was "the Sixteenth Chapel" (as Bieber would say), pardon me, the Sistine Chapel on his neighbors walls/ceiling, for the damages to hit $20,000. However, Bieber's neighbor is stating the paint and plaster job was a costly one and the eggs the pop star threw at the surface stained the finish. If Bieber's neighbor and the police can prove a paint and plaster repair job will run more than $500, it's an easy felony. Bieber also stands accused of trespassing on his neighbor's property.

If an immigrant is convicted of a felony in America, there exists a high probability of deportation and the inability to return to the United States, due to being barred from the country. As the incident was caught on tape, pleading not guilty is a stretch. However, Bieber's legal team will most likely dispute the cost of the damage done to his neighbor's property, attempting to have the charges reduced to misdemeanors (damage under $500). As a general legal rule, immigrants are not deported for misdemeanors.

In related news, Bieber's housemate, rapper Lil Za, has been charged with three felonies, in conjunction with a police raid on the star's home after the egging incident. Two counts are for drug possession (marijuana and ecstasy) and the third is for breaking a phone, once Za was in police custody at the local jail. He is facing 9-years in jail.

Previously, a neighbor accused Bieber of spitting in his face and threatening him, for telling the star not to speed in The Oaks gated community they reside, where children also play. Bieber also had a confrontation with former football star Keyshawn Johnson, who sternly spoke to him over repeatedly speeding in the gated community.

That's not Bieber's only speeding issue. Bieber's Miami criminal trial for DUI, drag racing and driving on a invalid license begins in March. Bieber, via his local legal counsel, has pled not guilty to the three misdemeanor charges. Bieber is also facing criminal charges in his native Canada for repeatedly hitting a limo driver in the head, after he pushed Bieber's hand away when the singer tried to reach over from the back seat to turn up the radio against the chauffeur's wishes. 

Once again, the Judiciary Report highly recommends an extensive rehab program for Bieber, who is also dealing with emotional and mental issues, after being exploited as a child star. He is in need of therapy to help him through this difficult time in his life or things are going to get much worse.

Bieber, a native of Canada, could face deportation if charged and convicted, in what seemed like a juvenile prank.

Police, tired of being called to the neighborhood over incidents regarding Bieber warring with his neighbors, who are also exasperated with the situation, took the opportunity to send a strict message to the star that this must stop once and for all. 10 police cars descended on Bieber’s property, searching the home while detaining him in the garage. Having seen numerous reports of Bieber’s entourage being searched and cited for drugs domestically and internationally, it was not a surprise to Los Angeles police to find narcotics on the star's property. Hence the 10 squad cars descending on the luxury home Bieber shares with his friends.

Bieber needs rehab and a break in ties with the negative influences in his life. Rapper Lil Za was arrested at singer Justin Bieber's mansion, after a police raid turned up what is "believed to be cocaine." Due to the value of the "cocaine" exceeding $500, Za was brought up on felony charges. 

When Za was transported to the police station and jailed over the cocaine, he threw a fit right before being released and broke a phone. He was immediately arrested again for vandalism. If the value of the phone exceeds $500, Za will be hit with another felony charge. I have a question, was Za drug tested by any chance, because he is acting like he is on something.

What may have seemed like a fun and mischievous way to spend their night, has turned ugly fast. Bieber's neighbor called the police, who contacted the district attorney and raided the teen pop star's house days later. Bieber was detained in his garage by police.

Police searched the property, not disclosing exactly what they were looking for in the residence, but Bieber's friend, rapper Lil Za, was arrested for drug possession and placed in jail. Lil Za, born Xavier Smith, is now up on felony drug possession charges, over what is "believed to be cocaine" that was in "plain view." The police did not indicate if it was a saleable amount of narcotics.

The Judiciary Report has consistently maintained for over a year that Justin Bieber needs to calm down and cut ties with certain people in his life, such as Lil Za and fellow rapper, Lil Twist. They are not a good influence and keep getting him into trouble. They've caused the police to show up at his property in the past, due to loud, drug fuelled parties. Bieber also bears some blame for what has transpired. He is in an environment that has his neighbors stating he has "entitlement" issues. When one is surrounded by yes-men and yes-women, not being told the truth and the word "no" when one is doing something wrong, disaster will strike.

Former NFL football player Keyshawn Johnson slammed Justin Bieber over speeding in their neighborhood. Johnson, tired of paparazzi following him around asking questions about the incident, let rip regarding Bieber, stating the pop star must take responsibility for his actions and desist dangerous driving.

Johnson stated, "As celebrities whatever, we want our peace of mind, we try to get behind gates, so we can enjoy our families and enjoy our lifestyle. But you got a 19-year old kid feeling entitled speeding up and down the highway. That's why all the neighbors are mad. Then you got him spitting on people in the neighborhood. You can't do that. That's not the way it's supposed to be. You got a bunch of handlers running around kissing your a**."

The teen star was spotted speeding in the gated community, inhabited by multi-millionaires. Two in particular were outraged by his behavior. Former NFL football players, Keyshawn Johnson and Eric Dickerson, went public this week complaining about Bieber's driving, as kids are sometimes crossing the street or playing in front yards.

Johnson was driving his car with his child present, when he observed Bieber traveling at a very high rate of speed along one of the community's roads. Johnson chased him down, leading to Bieber running out of his car and dashing into his home. Johnson called the police, who arrived at the property and questioned Bieber. Police are now investigating the matter.

Dickerson stated, "I live in Calabasas too and @justinbieber needs to slow his a** down." He further explained, "I've seen him driving fast around Calabasas before in the Ferrari. It's just not safe. I don't blame Keyshawn, he's got kids. I don't blame him for trying to get Justin's attention. I would've been the same way ... when you're a father it takes on a whole new meaning."

This is the second run-in Bieber's had with a neighbor, after being accused of spitting on and threatening the life of a man that lives near to him. Ironically that incident erupted over Bieber speeding in the neighborhood, which is deemed dangerous. Police stated they have investigated the aforementioned matter and forwarded the case for criminal prosecution, due to the fact it involves a threat and is one of many incidents involving the singer and alleged infractions of the law.

It's the same article which details the item where I stated he is in danger of becoming Lindsay Lohan, then a week later he slammed the troubled actress and stated he is not like her.

However, this week when asked about Bieber, via her words and expressions, his mom Pattie revealed she is clearly worried about what's going on regarding him. Bieber's mom stated, "I really don't know what to say. I think moms always worry about their children. The roles have changed now that he's 19. Since the time I wrote the initial tweet and article, Bieber has been placed under formal criminal investigation in California for an incident that transpired in his neighborhood, regarding him spitting on and threatening to kill his neighbor. Things have been spiraling out of control in Bieber's camp but instead of helping him via therapy and rehab, his minders are shutting out his family and working him to death. You can't claim to care about someone and do that.

Reports indicate rapper Lil Twist, so-called friend of singer Justin Bieber, threw wild weed and sex parties at the singer's Calabasas mansion, while the 19-year-old star was away on tour. Twist, who has repeatedly been arrested for speeding in Bieber's car and driving without a licenses, has been annoying the singer's neighbors with the aforementioned parties.

Neighbor's reported seeing weed smoke emanate from the mansion, scantily clad women going in and out of the property and loud music during wild parties. Twist, a member of Hollywood's so-called "Illuminati" has been a bad influence on Bieber, bringing drugs and wild women around the young entertainer. Prior to Twist, Bieber's name was never in the press so much connected with controversial activity.

Twist has consistently been the negative footnote in the story. With all the law-abiding admirers and potential mentors Bieber has it's time he drops Twist. There are so many good people out there willing to give him proper guidance through the rough terrain that is the transition period between being a child star and a grown entertainer.

Twist is not giving Bieber or anyone else for that matter, any street cred. He is viewed in the industry as a user. All Twist is doing is running up Bieber's bills, increasing his financial, legal and social liabilities, as well as putting him on edge from all the stress it is bringing. And Twist can do better than this. What kind of friend does these things. Twist needs to find some conscience in this matter and start doing the right thing.

The man stated Bieber began yelling at him for stating he should desist the loud and dangerous driving, then spat on him and threatened to kill him. TMZ reported Bieber stated, "'Get the f**k out of here' and then he spit in the guy's face and said, 'I'm gonna f**king kill you.'"

A gardener in the gate community pop singer Justin Bieber resides, has come forward in the assault case against him, for spitting at and threatening to kill his neighbor. The witness confirms the account given to police by Bieber's neighbor, stating the star did indeed spit at the man and had to be restrained by his bodyguard.

The incident all began when Bieber returned from his tough tour and started speeding his Ferrari up and down the street. The neighbor complained to Bieber about the noise it was making and the safety risk it posed to other residents. The two ended up arguing and the neighbor told police Bieber spat at and threatened to kill him, prompting the singer's bodyguard to pull the teen pop star away.

A few short weeks ago, Bieber's bodyguard also had to restrain him, when he got into a confrontation with paparazzi outside a London hotel. The pap accused Bieber of pushing him, labeling it assault, then told the singer to "f**k off back to America" calling him a "little co*k."

Police are gathering evidence in the Calabasas incident to forward to prosecutors, who must decide whether to charge Bieber with crimes regarding the incident. A few months ago police closed a case against Bieber for beating up a paparazzi who tried to take his picture by standing in front of his car.

18-year-old pop star Justin Bieber stands accused of physically battering a photographer at The Commons mall in Calabasas, California this past Sunday, while driving with actress girlfriend, Selena Gomez. Authorities have been requesting Bieber and Gomez report to the police station for questioning.

The paparazzo that tried to take the couple's picture by standing near their car, was allegedly beaten up by Bieber, because he would not move from in front of the vehicle. The photographer was taken to the hospital via ambulance, after complaining of pain to his upper body, reportedly inflicted by Bieber, who fled the scene before cops arrived.  

The website TMZ is reporting, the matter has been referred to the prosecutor's office in Los Angeles as a criminal case. A misdemeanor battery charge could result in six months in jail, but as it is Bieber's first offense in America that is not likely. As Bieber is also a foreigner in America, this incident could impact his immigration status, but as it is not a felony, deportation is not likely. If Bieber continues to accrue offenses, it will impact his immigration status (Bieber is a native of Canada).

Bieber has been acting strangely of late. He gave a GQ magazine interview using crude and foul sexual language not befitting any role model. He appeared in the ring at a boxing match supporting womanbeating boxer, Floyd Mayweather, who unleashed a cruel physical assault on the mother of his children.    

Bieber has been trying to show the world that he is an adult, but this is not the way to do it. To show you've grown up, you illustrate through your actions that you are mindful of others and their rights. You use your head instead of your fists (no, I don't mean head butt people, but staying calm and calling the police in threatening or harassing situations). You accept responsibility for your conduct and choose a course of action that makes a positive impact. 

You don't follow the misdeeds and bad examples of questionable characters in your circle, such as mentors Usher Raymond or Floyd Mayweather. That's not what being an adult is about. Police in California seek to question pop star Justin Bieber, 18 and his girlfriend, actress, Selena Gomez, 19, over a fight with a photographer at a Calabasas mall in Los Angeles. The photographer tried to take the couple's picture and ended up being beaten up, according to reports. 

The paparazzi filed a complaint with the local police, who now seek to question the couple, to obtain their side of the story. Details surrounding the incident are sketchy at this time and neither Bieber or Gomez are publicly speaking out, regarding what transpired that led to the fight.

Bieber was attempting to purchase a $7,000,000 Hollywood mansion and was told to kick rocks by bankers, when the appraisal value came in below the asking price.

Bankers told Bieber to kiss home loan goodbye

Bieber has been living in sin with Disney actress, Selena Gomez, 19 and seeks a mansion for them to move into, rather than sharing hotel rooms, rented homes and apartments. He has viewed a few homes in Los Angeles, mainly Calabasas, but has his eye on one in particular, which as mentioned above, does not match up to the appraised value. This would mean, buying it cash at the current asking price, could mean immediate negative equity, especially with home values continuing to decline.
