Justin Bieber's Dad Being Criticized For Blocking Off Road In Miami For Him To Drag Race Leading To Arrest

Justin Bieber's dad Jeremy Bieber, is being criticized all over the internet in the fall out from the 19-year-old pop star's arrest in Miami, Florida yesterday. Bieber was arrested, jailed, then bailed for drunk driving, drag racing and driving on a suspended license.

It was revealed Bieber's dad was one of two SUVs that blocked off expensive Pine Tree Road on Miami Beach's Millionaire's Row. I've been on that road quite a few times over the years and it is in a quiet residential neighborhood with a moderate speed limit. Bieber was going twice the speed limit when he was caught.

Trying to illegally shutdown Pine Tree Road was like trying to close off Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, California or Park Lane in London, England for an illegal drag race. It simply was not a good idea. They make race tracks for such activities. Public roads with innocent bystanders are not meant for racing.

Bieber and company could have killed someone crossing the street or pulling out of their driveway. Just because you block off a road, does not mean unsuspecting residents driving out of homes or crossing the street will have enough time to get out of the way and vice versa, while you illegally drag race. Yesterday could have ended tragically for Bieber and or someone else.

Miami Police are a bit more hardened than Los Angeles cops who have repeatedly let Bieber off with warnings for illegal road behavior. Miami is the gateway into America where people attempt to illegally import drugs and weapons. Therefore, they have to work harder to keep law and order.

They take down drug kingpins in tandem with federal agencies, so arresting Justin Bieber for what is unquestionably illegal and dangerous behavior is nothing to them. Someone should have told Justin that, but frankly I don't think it would have mattered, because Justin is not listening to anyone. Furthermore, if he had crashed and died in Miami, the police would have been blamed for letting him drag race and under the influence. Arresting him was the best solution. Bieber has so much to live for, but is throwing it all away.

Bieber's minders hired local big dog Roy Black to be his attorney. Black is well known in legal circles. Black made an appearance in the case yesterday afternoon representing Bieber in court. The look on the singer's face in court yesterday, reveals the visage of someone that received a wake up call. he needed it. Here's hoping some good comes out of it via Bieber changing his life, because what he is doing is self-destructive and dangerous to those around him.

I've watched Bieber's rise to fame and witnessed his personal decline as well. I've broken stories on Bieber that later proved true. Prior to his arrest, I'd been writing Bieber needs rehab for drug and alcohol addiction. His subsequent arrest confirming drunk driving and illegal drug use confirms my previous claims. If his fans care about him, they should tell him to take responsibility and encourage him to go to rehab.

Bieber's parents also need to stop being enablers. Between his dad helping him drag race while drunk and high and his mom giving him prescription drugs he is abusing by taking well beyond the manufacturer's recommendations, he is being sent the wrong image. I don't doubt his parents love him, but they've got to change their approach to interacting with him. They also need to stop speaking negative words over his life.

For the past few years, I've seen interviews and clips where Bieber family members says they thought he would be "dead or in jail" and this was prior to Justin's legal troubles. He's fulfilled half that prophecy, don't let him fulfill the other half (via premature death). Get him some help. No matter who you are, speak good things and blessings over your children's lives. The key is to overcome, not go under.

Justin Bieber's Mom Expresses Her Concerns Regarding Him (Video)

A month ago on Twitter, I wrote of a tip I received stating, Pattie Mallette, the mother of singer Justin Bieber is, "Not taking it well watching what's happening to her boy" regarding the controversy that now surrounds him. One week later, Bieber posted a statement to Instagram stating his family couldn't be prouder of him and all the rumors to the contrary are untrue (Justin Bieber Calls Actress Lindsay Lohan A Broke Loser). It's the same article which details the item where I stated he is in danger of becoming Lindsay Lohan, then a week later he slammed the troubled actress and stated he is not like her.

My tweet on March 8, 2013

Bieber's post on Instagram on March 15, 2013

However, this week when asked about Bieber, via her words and expressions, his mom Pattie revealed she is clearly worried about what's going on regarding him. Bieber's mom stated, "I really don't know what to say. I think moms always worry about their children. The roles have changed now that he's 19. Of course I have talks with him, of course I have conversations with him about all that stuff. I wouldn't say [I'm more hands-off]...it's just different."

Justin Bieber's home in Calabasas, California, where the incident transpired

Since the time I wrote the initial tweet and article, Bieber has been placed under formal criminal investigation in California for an incident that transpired in his neighborhood, regarding him spitting on and threatening to kill his neighbor. Things have been spiraling out of control in Bieber's camp but instead of helping him via therapy and rehab, his minders are shutting out his family and working him to death. You can't claim to care about someone and do that.

Justin Bieber Meet Your New Daddy

Someone Please Ground Bieber And Send Him To His Room!

Pattie Mallettee and Chris Harrison (Bieber, look at him trying to make a move on your mom - get him!)

Pattie Mallette, the mother of 18-year-old pop star, Justin Bieber, tweeted a photo of herself with "Bachelor" host Chris Harrison. That's right. Justin, meet your new daddy. I'm just kidding. Harrison recently separated from his wife and took his two kids to a Bieber show, as nosy busybody Ryan Seacrest arranged a date between Mallettee and Harrison. Not the best choice for her, due to his relationship status.

How Will Teen Pop Star Justin Bieber Take To Having A New Dad In His Life

Justin Bieber

Justin Bieber's mother, Pattie Mallettet, has announced that she will begin dating again, now that her famous 18-year-old son, has become an adult. She stated she promised herself she would wait until Bieber was 18 to resume dating. However, if she meets someone she is taken with, how will Bieber take it. Will he be receptive to having a new dad, well, stepdad in his life or will he flip out at the idea (if Bieber hits the roof in a tantrum, please someone film that).

Bieber and his mom have been by themselves for the most part for most of his upbringing. Will Bieber be willing to embrace someone else in his mom's life after being the center of it for so long. The Judiciary Report is asking this man, whoever he will be, let your first act as stepdad be grounding Bieber. Send him to his room (for a long time) and confiscate all his video games. Thank you in advance (smirk).

Justin Bieber's Mommy Gave Him A Stern Lecture Over Buying A $160,000 Range Rover

Ooo Bieber's Gonna Get It - Kick His Little Butt (Probably Not)

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez (Photo Credit: Splash)

17-year-old pop singer, Justin Bieber, made his mommy mad, by splashing out on a $160,000 Range Rover vehicle, to add to his already expensive fleet of cars. I'm with Sean Kingston on this, can Bieber even see over the steering wheel. Just kidding.

However, his mom was not amused with Bieber having done so. You know Mariah Yeater is mad too, but for spending her imaginary child support money over a baby her family acknowledged in text messages is that of her ex-boyfriend, the mysterious "Robbie" who just got out of jail and not that of the teen pop star.

Will Justin Bieber's Parents Get Married

Update: Never mind. One site is saying his dad is married, so that would be wrong. Maybe his mom can marry someone else.

Justin Bieber

Will the parents of 17-year-old pop superstar, Justin Bieber, get married now that their son's career has brought them together more. Pattie Mallette and Jeremy Bieber have been traveling the world with their son in support of his career.

Beiber's mom is young and pretty (and ironically, so is her son - hey, he does resemble her). His dad is young and buff as well. There still seems to be some chemistry between them as well. Could marriage be in the future for them, with Justin as the best man.

17-year-old pop singer, Justin Bieber, brought his mommy, Pattie Mallette, on stage to wish her a happy 21st birthday (so what his mom is not 21, she will appreciate the compliment) and her hair accidentally caught fire, due to one of the candles.

Bieber quickly stopped the small fire and spared his mom serious injury. The duo tweeted about the incident on Twitter. Bieber stated, "Brought my mom on stage to sing her happy birthday but she lit her hair on fire with the candles. lol. I saved her. Don't worry, it wasn't bad."

Justin Bieber's Mom Searching For Condo For Her Boy

Justin Bieber with parents Pattie Mallette and Jeremy Bieber

Pattie Mallette has been looking at prospective places in Los Angeles, California for her superstar son, Justin Bieber. The young Canadian singer has just turned 17 and his mom thinks it would be a good time for him to get his own condo. Mallette was spotted viewing a condo in Westwood, a suburb of Los Angeles.

Justin Bieber to girlfriend Selena Gomez: why don't you come over to my place

Here's hoping a condo won't turn into Bieber wanting a condom, due to his newfound freedom. He is after all, underage. Keep it zipped, Bieber. For further reference, see Jamie Lynn Spears, who got her own place at 15 and was pregnant by...15.

Justin Bieber's Mom Suing Mad

Justin Bieber

The mother of pop star, Justin Bieber, has retained an attorney to represent her interests in her son's booming career. It is being said she feels cut out of decisions being made, which is typical of many major record labels. I've seen quite a few young artists come and go, unable to navigate the treacherous waters of fame and finance.

Bieber's manager is signing far too many deals, overexposing the young singer and exposing him to public ridicule, as he has a line of merchandising certain to send him down the path the New Kids On The Block went in the late 1980s and early 1990s. They are going to make him a mockery at the rate they are proceeding, slapping the boy's name on everything from sheets to nail polish. Do remember, he is a young man.

Furthermore, it is not that the lad has no talent, as he can sing and dance. But when businesspeople begin exploiting entertainers, especially young ones, it always leads to trouble and heartbreak.

Fame maybe fun at first, but when people are being overworked and taken advantage of for social and financial gain, with no safeguards in place to protect them, it can become destructive. This is something most entertainers are not mentally, emotionally or physically prepared for in any manner.
