Chris Brown Is Having Trouble Selling His West Hollywood Condo (Photos)

R&B singer Chris Brown is having trouble unloading his 3 bedroom, 3 and a 1/2 bathroom 3,000 square foot condo in the popular area of West Hollywood, California. Brown first listed the property in 2012 at $1,900,000. Then he cut the price to $1,800,000. When there were no takers, he took it off the market for a few months, then re-listed it again at $1,695,000.

Brown bought the property when the real estate market in America was in better shape. However with the devaluation of real estate due to the financial crisis, he and many other are saddled with properties worth far less than they paid for it. This is not a seller's market. Homeowners having difficulties unloading vacant properties after having paid top dollar for them years ago, should look into renting to recoup some of their losses.

FBI Admits They Inflated Their Mortgage Crisis Crackdown Rates

The FBI admits they have inflated their mortgage crisis crackdown rates regarding clamping down on problems in the system. This is another blow to their credibility. Millions of Americans have lost their homes with many still in danger of foreclosure and involuntary property auction.

Give credit where credit is due, I know people who've been helped by the Obama Administration mortgage modification programs and have been able to stay in their homes, paying a fraction of what they were previously remitting in payments, with the extra debt added to the tail end of their extended mortgage. There are also property tax assistance initiatives by the administration designed to assist people who are delinquent on property taxes, which could also trigger a foreclosure after a 2-3 years of non-payment.

The main problem with the system right now is what some banks put people through who attempt to obtain a mortgage modification. People are often told the documents they submitted to the banks by mail were not received (but mark my words, had you sent them a check in the mail, they would have received and cashed it pronto).

I know one woman who was told that several times, even though she used U.S. Postal Service and Fedex in other instances, who all confirmed in writing the items were received. We know it's not the mail carriers as many people are telling this same story.

The government needs to start applying pressure on banks that engage in this practice. Because if the government set up a consumer complaint website and asked people to submit mailing receipts regarding mortgage modification packages banks state they did not receive, there would be a flood of evidence to the contrary.

The Dangers Of Trapping A Man With Pregnancy In Trying To Make Him Stay


Some women cling to men they simply do not belong with. They are incompatible and have major differences. However, whether it be believing they love the person, it becoming an unhealthy obsession or trying to latch on to a man who is wealthy and or famous, some women get desperate when a man won't commit to them.

This desperation can lead to them doing unethical things, such as lying about birth control or  sabotaging condoms, in order to trick a man into an unplanned pregnancy. No man wants or appreciates such behavior from a woman, as it creates trust issues and feelings of betrayal in being duped and set up. You also run the risk of the pregnancy not turning out as planned, creating even more heartbreak for you and the man.

If a man wants to leave you, tricking him into pregnancy is not going to make him stay. It's a bad idea. He will be more inclined to leave, resentfully feeling he cannot trust you. If your boyfriend finds someone he deems more suitable and believes is the one for him, he will want to leave whether or not you are pregnant. Men do that all the time.

What happens when you trick him into pregnancy, wrongly believing it will trap him and make him stay, he leaves, marries another and gets her pregnant. He will not give your child the time and attention deserved, as his new family will be the priority. This has happened time and time again. Why put yourself in that situation.
If a couple is not married, there is no use in them staying together when they discover they are incompatible and not right for each other. People also should not cheat under those circumstances, as it is dishonest. It is better to break up than do that.

One needs to be honest with one's self and not get tied down in a relationship for the sake of having one, when you full well know the one you are with is not the one for you. In your heart you know when you find that great love, your soul mate. Settling for anything less is not going to make you happy. You have your life to live. While you sit in a relationship of convenience with someone you know is not the one for you, the one who is the right one for you, will end up passing you by, going off with someone else.

There are many women who have realized the one they have been dating is not the right one for them and let go, backed off, ending the relationship. But some women get carried away, determined they will cling to a man they know does not love them, refusing to let go, even if it destroys his life and their own. If you truly care about someone (that's single) you would want them to find true love, even if it is not with you - hence letting them go. Why would you want a man who does not love you, when you could find one who will.

You need to pay attention to your instincts. That doubt and lack of peace in one's soul about someone is an indicator that something is wrong. People often overlook what they are seeing and feeling while dating, regarding things that are underlying, valid concerns.

It is better to be single and wait for the right one, than linger with the wrong one out of convenience, even living in sin (living together and not married) while the right one passes you by, as it will cause you long term unhappiness for short term sexual gratification with someone you're simply not supposed to be with. You will jeopardize your future in doing so.

Living with someone you're not married to is not the best idea. So much can go wrong (and often does). Not to be judgmental, but there are so many ways both partners can end up hurt and damaged from living together while not married. Then you start making serious decisions that only married people should undertake. One of my friends bought a house with her boyfriend and the relationship deteriorated not long after they moved in. They ended up in court over the house in a very acrimonious legal battle costing them both a lot of money and bad feelings. They walked away from the experience very hurt.

In another incident I know, a man moved in his money hungry girlfriend, who was costing him over $500 per month in gifts and items she kept asking for. She even began costing him business opportunities with her clingy, temperamental conduct, trying to push people out of his life and control him at every turn, fearing he would leave. It's like she knew in her heart he didn't love her and it was all about sex. When he finally met someone he fell madly in love with, the woman rejected him because he had a live-in girlfriend (seriously, who in their right mind wants to date a man with a live in girlfriend). He quickly tried to put his girlfriend out, but during the time he worked on getting her out of the property, someone else began dating the woman he fell in love with and proposed to her, leaving him heartbroken. 

Once you find the right person for you, you will know, just make sure you haven't put yourself in a situation that will put you at a disadvantage in getting them. The best way to gain guidance on who is the right person for you is through prayer. Ask God to bring the right person into your life. Ask God to proverbially open the right doors and close the wrong ones in your life as well, lest you make a mistake in choosing the wrong one and end up unhappy and full of regrets. Your future is depending on it.

Chris Brown Refuses To Remove Graffiti From House But It Is Going To Cost Him (Video)


R&B badboy Chris Brown is refusing to remove graffiti he spray painted on the wall outside his home, which is said to be scaring neighborhood children, as it contains three "devil" faces. When asked of his intentions regarding the graffiti, after being fined by the city, Brown cursed and said he is not removing it.


This could prove a costly decision, as interest and penalties continue to accrue on the fine. Once it reaches a certain threshold, the city can place a growing lien against his home, eating away at the equity contained in the property. I Brown chooses to sell the property in the future, the lien would have to be squared before the property could close in a real estate sale. Is this worth the chunk of change it could cost him in the long run. The answer is no.

A new report indicates foreclosures in America are soaring again. Foreclosures reached a 9-month high by the end of November 2012, after the U.S. presidential election. Banks completed nearly 60,000 foreclosures in November 2012, which will negatively impact the economy in a number of ways. The government has not done enough to help homeowners, who are being trampled in the court system.

Mortgage Problems Still Plaguing The U.S. Economy As People See Their Homes Wrongly Taken And Widows Have No Say

Numerous reports concerning America continue to indicate the same issues the Judiciary Report first reported five years ago, regarding problems with the economy, such as the mortgage crisis, continue to plague the nation. Banks are not being held to account and some are using it as an avenue to rip off and rob Americans. 

Widows are complaining their spouses' deaths has led to them fighting banks to stay in their homes. Banks are misapplying and using obscure statutes and rules, probate problems and convoluted paperwork to get widows out of their homes to liquidate properties. It is being done with the goal of questionably adding to bank profits on the stock market.

In other cases, banks are outright stealing people's homes. In the past, the Judiciary Report has written of people in America who paid off their homes, then the bank seeing a prime opportunity to make ill-gotten money, foreclosed on the mortgage free properties and pushed it through the court system.

Another such case has surfaced. ABC News published the story of Delores Dingman of Tualatin, Oregon, who has been fighting Wells Fargo bank for 3-years, as she has been paying her mortgage on time, but they placed her home in foreclosure anyway. Dingman has incurred $12,000 in legal fees trying to fight the bank.Wells Fargo purchased Wachovia Bank, who held Dingman's original equity mortgage. She is of the belief Wells Fargo failed to apply her payments when they purchased Wachovia.

As stated in my lawsuit, Aisha v. FBI filed under the Freedom Of Information Act, I leased a home from a millionaire newscaster in Miami and they foreclosed on her home in an act of malice. Her lawyer had to produce her bank account documents showing payments have been made and on time, to get them to back off, as they were about to swindle her home under a robo-signed foreclosure, on one of five properties she owns.

Though there was no changeover or acquisition of the bank holding the mortgage on the property, her lawyer discovered the bank did not credit any of the payments she submitted and the problem occurred at the time I moved in. I saw the documents with my own eyes and have a copy of it. Prior to that, the same thing was done to my former home in Miami, which had a lot of equity in it. 

Washington Mutual criminally placed it foreclosure in an act of malice and the bank refused to correct what they had done, leading to me having to retain a lawyer and fight them in court for years in a terrible mess. I had to sell my house quickly to extract the equity and get rid of the horrible bank, which angered me and resulted in me calling for a boycott of them online. 

As the phrase goes, "God don't like ugly" and Washington Mutual sensationally collapsed shortly after. It's quite ironic. Washington Mutual forced me into a proverbial fire sale of my equity packed home, via their criminal deeds. They even stole some of the equity in the property. Then Washington Mutual was ironically forced into a fire sale of their entire bank shortly after and were bought by Chase for pennies on the dollar when the bank collapsed. You reap what you sow.   

There are other stories of banks foreclosing and seizing homes with a significant amount of equity and little or no money owed on them, in acts of greed and theft, to boost their bottom line. Too many people in America have complained of this, with the documents to prove it, indicating there is a problem. Something very bad is happening but the government has not done enough to stop it.

Hurricane Sandy Devastates New York Killing Over 60 People In America Leaving Millions Without Electricity

When I read about certain characteristics of the storm Sandy, I began to tweet basic advice about hurricanes on Twitter, such as evacuating and staying inside to avoid downed power lines one may not see, having gone through such weather events living in tropical climates all my life.

My instincts told me the storm would resemble Andrew in some respects, a storm I went through in Miami in 1992 and have bad memories of to this day. Still, for me, Wilma in 2005 was the worst - downed branches, roof damage and no electricity for two weeks in the sweltering heat. Black people don't keep well in that kind of heat. We get irritable.

Hurricane Sandy first touched down where I am in Jamaica, with the eye of the storm going over Kingston, but it had not strengthened enough to cause serious damage or catastrophic loss of life, so we escaped this time. However, sadly one man died because he went outside and was crushed by a boulder rolling down a hill above his home. Another reason it is important to go to a shelter or stay inside your home if the storm is not threatening enough, regarding flood and wind damage. However, as Sandy moved through the Caribbean hitting Cuba, Haiti, the Dominican Republic and the Bahamas, it grew stronger and the death toll and damage began to mount

When the storm hit New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and Maryland in America, it merged with a winter front and caused even greater damage. It is estimated, over 60 people have died in America and 65 in the Caribbean. It must be terrible to be in your home and see water rising, not knowing when it will stop. So many died in Hurricane Katrina in that manner, while others fled to rooftops.

The day before the storm, I wrote about Hurricane Andrew and how it left South Miami looking like a bomb hit it. There are places in New York that have a very similar look today. I have never seen New York look like that, as pictures reveal flooded streets and subways and damaged buildings. Miami went through a lot in rebuilding, but the building code was improved as a result of the storm.  

 
People dangerously wading through water in New York, which is not safe. A lady was electrocuted last night in New York by a downed power line while walking outdoors.

People are going to have a difficult time dealing with insurance companies, as some corporations will try to nickel and dime folks via issuing as low a payout as possible. Due to the overwhelming flooding Sandy brought, many people will have mold problems, which can be deadly, as it affects your respiratory system and causes other health issues.

There are a few home remedies online line regarding how to remove mold, but the majority of them do not work and some of the suggestions are toxic. It is best to have your home thoroughly checked and all mold professionally removed.

 In some cases, FEMA has assisted homeowners in the past who were unable to pay to repair the damage to their homes. That's an avenue you can pursue in the event you come up short on funds to undertake the necessary repairs.

The Obama Administration And The Foreclosure Crisis That Is Hitting Homeowners In Three Ways

In my experiences with trying to help friends save their homes from foreclosure and or foreclosure auctions, I have witnessed banks pull just about every stunt in the book against homeowners. The Obama Administration has not done enough to rein in certain banks, who are not acting in the best interest of homeowners.

There are three main issues to consider in attempting to save a home, mainly via mortgage modifications. The three issues are the mortgage/payment, back taxes and insurance. Cities in America are demanding yearly property taxes that are due and banks are refusing to grant modifications without back taxes and or missed insurance payments being paid and brought current. 

City tax collectors are even foreclosing on homes whose mortgages are current, but taxes are delinquent. Some of the amounts owed are relatively small, yet properties are being seized and auctioned to satisfy the amount, as the homeowner placed their limited resources into making mortgage payments. 

It seems homeowners in America can't win and it is up to the government to make laws to help people in this regard or millions more foreclosures are on the way. If the federal government (FBI, DOJ and SEC) had done their jobs in properly regulating and investigating the practices of banks and the corporate sector on the whole, the sub-prime crisis would not have happened and millions of people in America would still be in their homes. Therefore, it is the government's duty to fix a problem that is raging out of control and damaging millions of people. However, the past four years have indicated the Obama Administration is unable to fix the problem that can be fixed.

5.6 Million U.S. Homeowners Are Behind On Their Mortgage Indicating More Help Is Needed To Rescue Taxpayers

According to the latest housing numbers coming out of America, 5,600,000 Americans have fallen behind on their mortgages, skidding into foreclosure. This is sad and preventable. It is an indication the government is not doing enough to help homeowners, who are the taxpayers. Money designated by President Obama for exploratory initiatives, such as those in the solar and environmental sectors, which have failed, could be used to help homeowners.

Already billions have been lost on the aforementioned exploratory ventures, best suited for a time America is not in a financial crisis, as the Judiciary Report has maintained from before they failed. The rest of the money intended for said exploratory ventures need to be diverted to homeowners with troubled mortgages.

These delinquency numbers would not be so astronomically high, if bank and government modification and foreclosure prevention programs were working correctly. Something is wrong in the system and it needs to be fixed. At some banks, you can't even get modification and foreclosure prevention specialists on the phone. It's often an answering machine and they call you back at the strangest hours, when you are at work and unable to properly discuss your financial situation.

America will not be made better by people losing their homes, so banks can add the properties to their stockpile of homes that are not selling. The stagnation is not healthy for any economy, as the empty homes sit there devaluing and rotting away. More government intervention is need immediately.

Report: "Banks Treat Foreclosed Homes Better In Mostly White Neighborhoods"

New Report Alleges Discrimination And Racism

A newly released report by the the National Fair Housing Alliance indicates foreclosed homes in white neighborhoods, were treated better than those in minority areas. This means, after evicting occupants, homes in white neighborhoods received better maintenance by banks, than properties in predominantly black and Hispanic areas.

These prejudices are prevalent in the banking system. For example, the now defunct Washington Mutual Bank, was forced to pay a large settlement for targeting blacks and Hispanics for high risks loans. In another legal action against the kaput bank, it was discovered they targeted non-English speaking customers and those with black or Hispanic sounding names, to saddle with extra mortgage fees, for services they did not need. Regrettably, racism is alive and well in the corporate sector.

If Banks Don't Start Working With Foreclosed Homeowners Their Profits Are Going To Plunge

The U.S. banking sector has seen terrible declines over the past few years, due to the mortgage crisis and overall financial decline of the country, under presidents George W. Bush, then Barack Obama. The government, at the taxpayers expense, has given major U.S. banks billions of dollars from the Treasury, to keep them afloat. However, despite these funds coming courtesy of the taxpayers, a number of banks are still making it as difficult as possible for homeowners to obtain mortgage modifications to remain in their properties.

Standard tricks being used on homeowners run the gamut. They range from pretending they did not receive documents that were faxed or mailed to the bank(s), despite established couriers such as the U.S. Postal Service, Fedex and UPS, providing mailing confirmation, to not notifying property owners of the options available to save their homes.

If banks keep playing with homeowners, opting for the quick buck in trying to rush people out of their homes to auction off properties in a market so overcrowded and poor nothing is selling, they will see massive revenue declines again. Kicking distressed homeowners to the curb is not the way to financial profitability, but long term losses (as in loss of mortgage interest payments over time had they straightened out said loans).

As Justin Bieber turned 18 this month, which under the law finally makes him an adult, his 19-year-old girlfriend, Selena Gomez, is no longer breaking the law in having sex with him. She also no longer has to read tweets on Twitter and posts on other sites from his fans dubbed "Beliebers" calling her a pedophile, as their relationship began when he was 16-years of age and Gomez is soon to turn 20.

Kutcher, 33, has abandoned his marriage to 49-year-old cougar, Demi Moore, who is devastated at the thought and sight of him parading all over the world with numerous women.

Baum P.C, is going out of business, after showing its true colors in a distasteful "Homeless Halloween" party, mocking homeowners they put out of their properties. Pictures were released show members of the firm making fun of Americans that lost their homes to foreclosure, branding them "homeless" in a derisive manner.

Is there any wonder there are so many foreclosures in the nation. Between fraudulent robo-signings at the banks and the nonchalant, negligent, reckless attitude of some, not all law firms who rush these cases to judges, the mystery of why so many people are losing their homes should be solved. If the banks don't burn consumers, the law firms they hire will.

Most Homeowners Are Not Using Modification Programs And It Is For A Reason

A statistic released on the mortgage crisis revealed only a fraction of Americans, who are eligible for the modification programs, have taken part in it. The government is perplexed, why I don't know. A number of people I have spoken to that are trying to obtain modification loans told me the banks are making it as difficult as possible to do so.

One person I know, who paid tens of thousands down on her home of 10-years, told me she sent in the documents to the bank several times to obtain a modification, even using tracked mail, which shows the bank received the documents, yet each time they told her, "We did not receive it." So it's their word against Fedex and the U.S. Postal Service.

She finally obtained a modification by going to a service and paying a woman $800, who has a connection at the bank and she finally received the modification, after trying unsuccessfully for nearly a year. The fact of the matter is the banks are not cooperating with homeowners.

In another case, I filed bankruptcy for a neighbor, who sought my advice. I did so without charging. I was concerned that due to her preexisting health problems she would have a stroke, because of the stressful and unethical way creditors were coming after her. After filing Chapter 7 for her, I quickly submitted the necessary paperwork to the bank indicating she would keep her home of two decades and continue with the payments they kept inflating. I sent it registered mail with the U.S. Post Office.

The bank pretended they did not get it, even telling me that over the phone, prompting me to read off the delivery confirmation number and the fact the U.S. Postal Service did deliver it to them. Within seconds the bank's representative said "Oh, here it is. I found it. Sometimes the computers don't show it." While I'm thinking, yea, if you say so. My friend has a lot of equity in the house and the bank wanted to take it and began walking along that treacherous path to do so.

In another case, another person I know sought a modification in an attempt to consolidate an inflated first and second mortgage and for over a year got nowhere with the bank. They kept pretending and giving her the run around. She then went to a service who said they would help her, but demanded she pay $2,000 per month for a year in order for them to do so. That's $24,000 that could have gone to paying down her mortgage and she was given no guarantees they would actually succeed, so she is still trying to fix the first mortgage, having disposed of the second one on her own.

According to CBS News, the government did not properly advertise many of its programs to help people, so the deadlines came and went to enroll and people did not get the help they needed. Many of these foreclosures would not have happened in the first place if the government had proper legislation in place preventing banks from significantly raising interest rates on balloon mortgages, which put many people out of their homes, as they simply could not afford to pay double the mortgage they once did.

Some foreclosures were due to people taking on homes they could not afford, which is regrettable, but many were due to interest rates mysteriously rising in what appears to be banks colluding with each other and it put many Americans out of their homes. The government should have used legislation to put a cap on how high interest rates could go, in relation to the principal of a mortgage and a person's income.

I know people whose mortgages went from $1,300 to $3,500 or $400 to $950 and if you are on a fixed income, like the average American, where are you supposed to find that extra money. Overnight some people's mortgages began to exceed their monthly income.

In short, the government is not doing a good enough job in making sure people get the help they need and many folks are being ripped off and left disappointed by so-called modification service companies. The government, on a basic human level, need to do better, as it is a terrible and traumatic thing to lose one's home.

If appealing to the government's conscience doesn't work, they should think about it this way, if you don't help the people that need it, they are simply going to vote you out, then you'll be jobless too. That goes for Congress as well. They are going to step in that ballot box, remember they lost their homes under your tenure and vote out the corresponding politicians they felt did nothing to correct the problems.

Madonna And Kabbalah Close Their Corrupt Charity Due To Criminal Investigation

According to reports coming out of California, the insane Kabbalah Center, which is a cult, is closing its charity, after becoming the subject of a highly publicized federal probe, by the IRS and the FBI. They are only closing shop in America. Therefore, other nations they have been operating out of, such as Britain, need to open criminal probes as well to shut those fraudsters down. The schizophrenic cult, whose members have murdered people in cold blood, caused an international incident this year, involving the impoverished nation of Malawi in Africa.

After using the country's name to raise tens of millions of dollars, Kabbalah and its thieving frontwoman Madonna, pocketed most of the money, rather than giving it to the people of Malawi. Madwoman Madonna, running her vile mouth, told the world she is opening a school for girls in Malawi, in attempts at mimicking the widespread publicity talk show host Oprah Winfrey received for doing so.

However, it was a complete scam on Madonna's part, as years went by, millions were spent and not even one permit was pulled to build the school, after the phony groundbreaking the weird, crazy singer staged for publicity. What is most infuriating about Madonna's self-serving, publicity seeking conduct is, she bulldozed an entire village of poor people's homes with no compensation given to them, vowing to build this school and years later nothing. She is so evil. She has a sick obsession with fraudulently putting people out of their homes (see: Florida Foreclosure Law Firms Under Investigation).

Malawi is a struggling nation, where significant segments of the population are infirmed and hungry, due to poverty. They grow small amounts of vegetables in their back gardens to sell and survive. Yet this wicked woman and her sick cult, went out there for publicity and money, using poor people's suffering as a charity cash cow.

For years on this website, I kept warning the government of Malawi to have nothing to do with Madonna and Kabbalah, as they are thieves, liars and violent criminals. What's almost as bad is the FBI has known all along what that terrible cult have been up to and allowed them to inflict so much damage on a small nation struggling with poverty.
