Consumer Alert: FedEx Is Running A Billing Scam

FedEx

FedEx, headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee is running an outright, fraudulent a billing scam. I recently selected FedEx as the shipping service for an order I placed online. FedEx quoted an exact price, which I paid with my debit card. The merchandise arrived from the order I placed online and paid the full bill for at checkout. Days later, I received a second bill from FedEx demanding an additional "shipping and handling fee" that was not mentioned or included in the original $137.00 fee they had charged me for 5-day delivery on my order.

FedEx sent me a threatening letter demanding this extra money, which is fraud. For you to quote a fee ($137.00), then accept payment, receive your money from the person's bank account, then decide you want a second payment of $60, one you did not previously disclose, is fraud and extortion. Be careful using FedEx. I am going to avoid using them in the future. They are trying to undercut competitors by offering lower prices, but after they take your money, they will send you a second bill demanding more funds that exceeds what all their competitors would charge or they will sue you.

The Decline Of The U.S. Postal Service

The U.S. Postal Service has greatly declined under the Obama Administration. There were problems before, but they have worsened and in a very noticeable way. Revenues are in freefall with the government having to subsidize the U.S. Postal Service, unable to stabilize the company.

For example, I mailed an item first class mail with registered receipt and tracking from London to Miami and the Royal Mail got it there in 5-days for $10.00. An item was mailed to me via the U.S. Postal Service from Miami to London first class mail with registered receipt and tracking and 13-days later the item still hasn’t gotten here.

Andre Berto Slams Floyd Mayweather Over Record Low Pay Per View Numbers Of Their Boxing Match

Floyd Mayweather and Andre Berto

Andre Berto has been taking jabs at former opponent, boxer Floyd Mayweather, blaming him for the less than usual pay-per-view numbers of their fight last week. Mayweather vs. Berto drew between 400,000 to 500,000 pay-per-view viewers, which is a record low for Mayweather, who made it his last fight (which should have created even greater public interest).

Mayweather usually averages at least three times that amount in pay-per-view numbers. Mayweather's May 2, 2015 fight against rival Manny Pacquiao set a pay-per-view record of 5,000,000 viewers. So what happened? As the Judiciary Report stated over a month ago, when the Mayweather v. Berto fight was announced, most people did not know the latter and shied away from buying tickets and ordering the accompanying pay-per-view showing. It was anticlimactic.

Berto blames the record low pay-per-view numbers on Mayweather's evasive boxing style, but it never hurt sales in the past. Berto stated, "It’s definitely Floyd's fault, He left a sour taste in everybody’s mouth because of the Pacquiao bomb shell. I knew if he had the chance he would run around and make it boring, but I tried my best to not let that happen and disappoint the people. They deserve excitement."

Floyd Mayweather Made A Record Breaking $800 Million During His Boxing Career

Floyd Mayweather

Recently retired boxer, Floyd Mayweather, has earned over $800,000,000 during his career (pre-tax, of course). Those are remarkable numbers, especially for a man who came from poverty. 19-years of boxing and winning everything in the sport led to Mayweather amassing a fortune. In a recent press conference, Mayweather, who is undefeated with a record of 49-0, discussed his career and hopes for the future.

Mayweather stated, "My 49-0 record is a part of boxing. Records are made to be broken. Hopefully someday we can find the next Floyd Mayweather. Now it's time to spend time with my family and children; make sure they get the proper education." Indeed, the Judiciary Report previously wrote that Mayweather needs to establish trust funds for his children and require they get jobs in their mid-teens to learn and understand the value of money and hard work.

Mayweather Promotions is the pugilist's boxing promotions company. The company has signed a number of boxers they believe will do well in the sport. Mayweather, is one of a few in the sport that understands the secrets if boxing (and there is a science to the sweet science, as it is called). It remains to be seen if he will share those secrets with the next generation of stars.

'Money' earned over $800 million

13 September 2015, 10:10 - Floyd Mayweather says he made at least $70 million from his fight against Andre Berto at the weekend. And in remaining undefeated in 49 fights over 19 years he earned “upwards of $800 million from the sport”. Now, having won his last fight, he wants to spend time with his family and train young boxers, Mayweather said after beating Berto on points over twelve rounds in Las Vegas on Saturday night.

The American, who retained his WBA and WBC welterweight titles, confirmed he was retiring, even though some fans and critics still believe he will try to take his professional record to 50-0. "I've had a great career. Very comfortable, made great investments. I am A OK," he said at a press conference where he talked at length about his career and plans for the future.

"I think you all need to go the Floyd Mayweather way. I know no one who made upwards of $800 million from the sport." Mayweather, widely regarded as the best boxer of his generation, was adamant it was time to let someone else grab the limelight...

Wladimir Klitschko's Fight Against Tyson Fury Selling Well And Could Gross $50,000,000

Tyson Fury (left) and Wladimir Klitschko (right). That's a really mind game when the world champ brings all his belts and, well, you're wearing yours (just teasing LOL).

Recent press reports indicate the Wladimir Klitschko vs. Tyson Fury fight scheduled for October 24, 2015 in the Espirit Arena in Düsseldorf has the potentially of grossing $50,000,000 in revenues. This would make it the second most profitable fight of the year, behind Floyd Mayweather v. Manny Pacquiao. Tickets are selling briskly, as 40,000 of the 55,000 available seats have already been sold.

World heavyweight champion, Klitschko, takes on British champ, Tyson Fury. It's amazing, just a year ago, Fury's career was in serious doubt, as almost 2-years had gone by without him successfully securing a major fight. Some thought it was over for him, then he fought, Dereck Chisora and won. This perfectly positioned Fury for the opportunity to fight the top heavyweight in the world, Klitschko. Who says dreams don't come true...

Apple Music Streaming Crushes Tidal With Massive Sales And 11 Million Members

Drake helping to launch Apple Music streaming service

Apple Music launched on June 30, 2015 to impressive results. 11 million people signed up for Apple Music's 3-month trial membership. 2 million people signed up for Apple Music's $14.99 family plan. The Apple App store also saw record revenues, generating $1.7 billion dollars in sales.

Jay Z co-owns Tidal

This successful roll out has crushed Apple's competition, Tidal, which never truly got off the ground as it is an expensive rip off of Spotify, bringing nothing new to the marketplace. Employees continue to flee Tidal, leaving the beleaguered company hemorrhaging money and struggling to stay open, failing to obtain any relevancy.

Music Streaming Revenue Killers Companies Such As Apple Music Need To Be Mindful Of Regarding Sales

Drake at the launch of Apple Music streaming

The launch of Apple Music streaming service has given the music industry in America hope for new sales at a time revenues have hit record lows in the United States. Apple Music is an exciting new venture and one worth checking out. However, the Judiciary Report would be remiss if it did not state, until You tube is reined in, sales of music streaming will not be what it could be.

Drake

Without going into too many specifics, thousands of popular songs have been unlawfully uploaded to You Tube. There exists software that facilitates easy ripping and conversion of said songs, negating the need to buy music. Millions in sales are being lost in this manner. Music is also being streamed for free on You Tube.

Jay Z And Company Overvalued Tidal In Violation Of SEC Rules

Usher, Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, Madonna, Dead5Amu, Kanye West, Jay Z and J Cole (also known as Hollywood's self-professed "Illuminati")

The SEC rules of trade in America states it is illegal to overvalue a company. It misleads the public and potential investors, who could lose their shirts. Rapper Jay Z and Madonna, both U.S. citizens doing business in America, have been greatly overvaluing their failing music streaming company Tidal, in violation of SEC rules. As stated in the column yesterday, Jay Z greatly overvalued former company Rocafella, claiming it was worth $125,000,000 but had to admit the truth when a business newspaper exposed its true worth at $25,000,000.

Jay-Z

Jay Z stated Tidal has 57,000 subscriptions. Each subscription is between $9.99 to $19.99. He has been lashing out against people bashing the company and not supporting it. However, if he indeed had 67,000 subscriptions, the company would not be in the financial trouble it is in with the CEO and nearly two dozen executives running for the exit last month. $670,000 to $1,340,000 per month in revenue. Over the course of one year that would be $8,040,000 to $16,080,000 in revenue per year. That would not be a company in distress. Jay Z just told on himself.

Report: Promotion To The Premier League Can Mean An Additional $200,000,000 In Revenue

A recent report indicated a promotion in the Premier League can mean an additional $200,000,000 in revenue to football teams. Watford FC and Norwich FC were recently promoted to the Premier League, in a series of wins that their clubs are counting on to produce increased revenues and raised profiles.

Not only is football the most popular sport in the world, known as “The Beautiful Game” it is also the most lucrative. English teams such as Arsenal, Manchester United, Chelsea and Manchester City as well as global squads such as Real Madrid and Barcelona FC, are worth billions of dollars and responsible for tens of thousands of jobs.

STORY SOURCE

How much is Premier League promotion worth?

Last Updated: 25/05/15 8:33pm - Norwich's play-off final win has earned them at least £80m - and that could more than double if they stay up in the Premier League next season. Even if Norwich were relegated in 2015/16 they would still receive prize money and TV revenue, plus £24m, £19.2m, and £9.6m in the following three campaigns in parachute payments.

With a new broadcast deal coming into place in 2016/17, if Norwich can stay up they could earn at least £180m. Because Norwich are entitled to parachute payments from their relegation from the Premier League in 2013/14, their totals are actually lower than what Middlesbrough would have stood to earn. Promotion for Boro would have been worth £130m and £230m if they'd stayed up next season.

Championship winners Bournemouth and runners-up Watford can also expect a revenue increase of at least £130m. This is a combination of the extra income they will earn from playing in the Premier League in 2015/16 and parachute payments should they be relegated after one season...

Obama Is Conflicted Over The Path American Energy Should Take

...And It Is Costing Taxpayers A Bundle

Barack Obama

President Obama stated today that America needs to gain energy independence, but this is something he has acted against throughout his 3-years and 3-months in office. The Judiciary Report supported the Keystone Pipeline that President Obama opposed. Later on, former President and Obama's fellow Democrat, Bill Clinton, came out in support of the Keystone Pipeline.

However, this still did not convince Obama, though Clinton had the most financially successful presidency in American history, where people of different classes prospered. A few years prior, in 2008, the Judiciary Report advocated America using coal for fuel (Congress And Bureaucracy).

Once again, Obama has been against that as well. He's saying one thing and doing another. That is not going to help the U.S. economy rebound. He's lost three years that could have earned and saved the nation billions in energy sales, using the natural resources available in America.

If Banks Don't Start Working With Foreclosed Homeowners Their Profits Are Going To Plunge

President Barack Obama

The U.S. banking sector has seen terrible declines over the past few years, due to the mortgage crisis and overall financial decline of the country, under presidents George W. Bush, then Barack Obama. The government, at the taxpayers expense, has given major U.S. banks billions of dollars from the Treasury, to keep them afloat. However, despite these funds coming courtesy of the taxpayers, a number of banks are still making it as difficult as possible for homeowners to obtain mortgage modifications to remain in their properties.

Standard tricks being used on homeowners run the gamut. They range from pretending they did not receive documents that were faxed or mailed to the bank(s), despite established couriers such as the U.S. Postal Service, Fedex and UPS, providing mailing confirmation, to not notifying property owners of the options available to save their homes.

If banks keep playing with homeowners, opting for the quick buck in trying to rush people out of their homes to auction off properties in a market so overcrowded and poor nothing is selling, they will see massive revenue declines again. Kicking distressed homeowners to the curb is not the way to financial profitability, but long term losses (as in loss of mortgage interest payments over time had they straightened out said loans).

President Obama Nixes Canadian Oil Pipeline To America That Would Have Created Jobs And Revenues

It's amazing that President Obama gave away $18,500,000,000 in taxpayer money to his campaign donors in the green/solar industries, for companies that have since filed bankruptcy and failed, laying off thousands, yet he nixes the Canadian Oil Pipeline to Texas in America that would have created jobs and revenue. Oil is a proven revenue source. Solar, though it is useful, is not. What is wrong with this picture.

Barack Obama

President Obama scrapping the pipeline is another example of his poor business acumen and terrible choices in the area of economics. This is not good business strategy. America cannot take another term of such poor decision making. President Obama has a bias against oil and gas, as it does not fit with his costly, failure prone green vision for America and it is burning a lot of business people in the nation and abroad. He is not being practical and it is costing America plenty.

Farmers Complain About New Immigration Laws That Have Decreased Their Revenues

Less Tax Money For Washington As Well

In the October 19, 2011, article entitled "The Obama Administration Has Deported A Record Number Of Immigrants In 2011" the Judiciary Report stated, "Many illegal immigrants are also vital to the farming, construction, food and hospitality industries in America, representing billions of dollars to said sectors of business. Therefore, what the Obama Administration has done via these deportations is also financially unsound."

Two days later, on October 21, 2011, the site's claims have been proven true, as a number of farmers in the U.S. state of Alabama have come forward to denounce the state's immigration law, as scaring immigrants away and costing them a lot of money in revenue (during a financial depression, of all times).

The above posted Associated Press video features people in the agriculture industry stating, "Few Americans take immigrants' jobs in Alabama" and it is damaging the farming industry. The same pattern is repeating itself in each and every state the Obama Administration deported a record number of 400,000 immigrants, who have done jobs many Americans do not want to do.

The video reveals many Americans find the field work too taxing and either quit or do not return to the farm after lunch. Another farmer stated the Americans that attempted to do the jobs immigrants did on his farm, were not physically fit enough and did not have the mental grit to endure such strenuous labor in the fields all day.

Barack Obama's administration has deported a record 400,000 people for the year

I'm going to be honest, I am a legal immigrant, always have been, I don't think I'm better than anyone, but I always take my hat off to people, immigrant to the States or American or world citizen in their respective nations, for doing farm work and construction jobs, as it is physically grueling.

I remember once I did the majority of the work renovating an old home we'd bought and it was like a full time job. Some nights I was so tired after working on the house, I would fall asleep on the living room floor. Then, there was the gardening aspect of restoring an out of control set of gardens on four sides of the house, that needed cutting, pruning, new plants, stone borders, digging a water feature and maintenance, all of which would wear me out in the hot southern sun (Florida).

So once again, I commend people that are able to do farming and construction work, as what I experienced for a few months is a mere fraction of what they do 5-6 days a week, year after year. To deport someone for seeking a better life is wrong. Not to mention, they are playing a vital role in the economy. They don't just come to America and get loads of benefits and begin living off the state. It does not work that way. They deserve a chance to work and a path to citizenship.

The U.S. Postal Service Wants To Layoff 120,000 People

The U.S. Postal Service wants to layoff up to 120,000 people, having racked up $8 billion dollars in losses for the year. This news is regrettable, as the economy cannot afford to shed anymore jobs. The agency is suffering from a number of issues, from rising gas prices to overpayment in the real estate market, in an effort to accommodate moves by employees.

As the Judiciary Report mentioned previously, the internet and emailing have taken away a lot of the Post Office's business (Postal Mail Revenue Declines) . The U.S. Postal Service has been a symbol of America for many years and one that means something to many people, who will not be happy at the news. If the agency had a very business oriented, shrewd corporate CEO, things could turn around to some degree. They need to get inventive, if they are to save the Postal Service.

Postal Mail Revenue Declines

There has been a noticeable decrease in postal mail being sent by consumers, which has led to layoffs of employees. The U.S. Postal Service is hemorrhaging money and employees, while the British Royal Mail is signing licensing deals to try to make up for lost revenues.

This has occurred due to advances in technology, as many letters are now being sent by email or text. People are also communicating via instant messages and social networking sites. Therefore, the decline in revenues can be attributed to this.

Rumored Roles For Lindsay Lohan's Decimated Career

Lindsay Lohan (LOL @ her expression)

The once prosperous acting career of actress, Lindsay Lohan, has gone from booming to bombing, in a few years flat, with next to no prospects. Lohan is rumored to be in three planned films "The Dry Gulch Kid," "One Night With You" and the derivative "The Truth About The War In Heaven" none of which have been confirmed or sound very promising.

For all we know, Lohan updated her own IMDB page, picking out random films and attaching her name to it, due to access from past projects. After all, she's attached her name to a number of films in the past that did not pan out. How does one end up dried up at age 24, when one needs to be dried out of all the drugs and alcohol one has consumed.

At a time when moviegoers are not flocking to theatres like they used to, producing revenue declines, Hollywood is concerned about risking ten figures on any project that is considered risky or a potential flop. This usually means a dud script. However, they certainly don't want to jeopardize funds on a risky actress, when so many more cooperative and eager young women, are willing to show up on time, sober and with their lines memorized, unlike Lohan.

Consumer Alert: World Financial Capital Bank

World Financial Capital Bank is currently the greediest, most unscrupulous credit card lender in America. Their practices fly in the face of legislation the U.S. Congress has enacted to protect consumers.

Their fees, service charges and interest payments, are well beyond anything anyone could call reasonable or acceptable business practices. They have enacted so many time consuming and complex rules, structured to trip up consumers, it ensures World Financial Capital Bank, will collect millions of dollars in undue penalty fees, from card holders they fail to properly and adequately inform of the constant changes to their accounts.

If one mails in one's payment in a reasonable amount of time, according to acceptable national standards, World Financial Capital Bank, will state it arrived late, blame it on the U.S. Postal Service and assess exorbitant late fees.

In 2010, they cancelled their automated check by phone system that allowed customers to pay their bills over the phone and changed their work time, closing 3 hours earlier. Therefore, anyone that called World Financial Capital Bank at or after 9PM, found no automated pay by phone system, no employees to accept their credit card payments and their accounts slapped with a $30 late fee, which was vile. However, it raised millions in revenue for the company, at consumers expense.

It is due to companies such as World Financial Capital Bank that Americans are unable to get out of debt and end up in bankruptcy. Yet, their unscrupulous business practices, which constantly gouge millions of American credit card holders, who have publicly complained in many online forums, have gone unpunished by the Federal Trade Commission.

The Obama Administration, much like the Bush government, is unwilling to financially punish such companies as they deserve, with millions in fines and penalties, for the terrible business practices they utilize in harming the American people.

"Obama Lifts Ban On Offshore Drilling"

Video: Obama Lifts Ban on Offshore Drilling

U.S. President Barack Obama has gone against original statements made by his Democratic Party, regarding banning offshore oil drilling in America. For over two years, the Judiciary Report and its affiliated sites, have been in favor of the government safely exploring and extricating its natural resources.

The sudden change of heart from Democrats is most likely due to the dire state of the U.S. Treasury, with more money going out than coming in, because of spending initiatives. Former President George "W is for War" Bush broke the bank, emptying the till and current President Obama has taken it much further into the negative, with barrels of red ink.

Artificial Growth

The Obama Administration used today's GDP numbers, which reflect small growth, to proclaim the "recession" over, but is it. The administration is in danger of falling into a false sense of security.

Unemployment continues to skyrocket, foreclosures still soar, corporate revenue declines are still massive and consumer spending is way down. The crisis continues to surpass the Great Depression in the areas of foreclosures and revenue declines, among other things.

The aforementioned growth is actually the many billions in stimulus money, the government doled out that certain businesses are claiming as revenue. Therefore, said growth is not the real deal. It is artificial growth.

The government cannot sustain this form of growth by spending one to two trillion per year, as it will wreak havoc on the national deficit. Corporate America needs to start cutting back on waste and creating actual products and real services again. No more ponzi schemes, rip-offs or gouging.

With big government boost, U.S. economy grew in 3rd quarter

The U.S. economy roared to life this summer, as an array of government actions led to the strongest quarter of growth in two years.

The Commerce Department reported Thursday that the nation's gross domestic product rose at a 3.5 percent annual rate in the July-through-September quarter, the clearest evidence yet that the country has begun to emerge from the deepest downturn in decades.

But there were few signs in the new data that the private sector will be able to sustain that growth once the government pulls back, or that the rise will soon translate into an improving job market.

The unemployment rate has continued rising in recent months, to 9.8 percent in September, as businesses remained reluctant to hire...
