Boxer Adrien Broner Released From Jail But Still Faces Second Court Case

Adrien Broner and fiancée Arie

26-year-old boxer, Adrien Broner, has been released from jail in Ohio, on a probation violation for a driving under the influence (DUI) charge, but still faces legal troubles. The singer posted a photo on his social networking pages, expressing the fact he in thankful to be home with his fiancée and children, after spending 10-days in jail.

Upon his release from jail yesterday, Broner posted this photo from his home, featuring his fiancée and children sleeping in bed, stating he missed them

Multi-millionaire Broner has a second case pending for assault and robbery, after a bowling alley gambling incident in January went wrong, devolving into violence. Broner has pled not guilty to the charges and faces 2-10 years in prison if convicted. Probation would be an option. However, his priors could pose a problem, as he has been in trouble before. Hopefully the court will have mercy on him, as sending him away a long time for this offense doesn't make sense, especially if he can make peace with the victim. In the meantime, Broner needs to go to rehab, stay out of trouble, work on his fitness and hit the ring. A number of boxers have expressed an interest in fighting Broner in what would be strong commercial bouts.

Adrien Broner Asks Fans To Write To Him In Jail But Some Are Questioning Why Because...

Adrien Broner's mug shot

Former boxing champion, Adrien Broner, is currently sitting in a Ohio jail on a probation violation for reckless driving, stemming from a DUI (Driving Under the Influence) arrest that occurred in 2015. This week, the hyperactive showman, was sentenced to 10-days behind bars for the probation violation.

Post on Adrien Broner's Instagram page

Broner had someone log into his Twitter and Instagram social networking accounts and post an item asking his fans to write to him in jail, which drew laughs online. People are cracking up because Broner was only sentenced to 10-days. By the time the letters would get to the jail and be processed, he’d be a free man again. Adrien, you’re doing 10-days in jail, not 10-years. Man up!

Adrien Broner Arrested And Jailed For Probation Violation And Trouble Strikes In His Personal Life With Claims He Cheated On His Fiancée

Adrien Broner's second mug shot taken this month

For years the Judiciary Report has been imploring former four time boxing champion, Adrien Broner, 26, to calm down and forsake his wild ways (2014's How To Reap The Benefits Of Boxing While Avoiding The Pitfalls and last week's "Boxer Adrien Broner Pleads Not Guilty To Assault And Robbery"). Yesterday, Broner was arrested in his home state of Ohio and jailed for 10-days on a probation violation. Broner was arrested in January 2015 for drunk driving. Broner told the arresting officer that he had made over $100,000,000 in his career as a boxer.

In July 2015, Broner was sentenced to 6-months probation and community service. However, Broner was arrested again in November 2015 for reckless driving, which constituted a probation violation. Broner made an appearance in court today, where he was sentenced to 10-days in jail. In light of how much time he could have been given, 10-days is not bad at all.

Adrien Broner and fiancée Arie

Broner has bigger problems on the horizon. He was arrested for assaulting a man in January 2016, which resulted in the victim needing 60 stitches. On April 4, 2016, Broner was granted $100,000 bail. There are some judges and prosecutors who will negatively take into account the fact he was arrested on a probation violation and jailed for days during his bail on another offense.

As stated in the column last week, Broner has made it out of very impoverished circumstances in Ohio, to attain fame and fortune. This makes what he is doing via repeat offenses all the more risky, as he has so much to lose as a rich, high profile figure. People will also sue for millions of dollars stating they are victims.

Adrien Broner's six children

There are some judges who will deviate from sentencing guidelines and punish people how they see fit. Where a person may have gotten probation or days in jail, judges have thrown the book at some for being repeat offenders, locking them up for months and years. Broner needs to stay out of trouble and throw himself on the mercy of the court in the assault case, as a father of young children and a husband-to-be, because if he is not careful, he could get locked up for a long time, especially if he keeps getting arrested. The judge will start looking at his priors and it will create problems for him.

Broner has a big family he is close to and a fiancée, who would miss him if he is sent to jail for years. Broner has also become accustomed to a wealthy lifestyle. If he is placed in prison for years, he will miss it. He has become used to having steak, lobster and wine. Prison meals are completely different - they are not the gourmet food he has become accustomed to eating. He is used to sleeping on luxury sheets/bedding. A small prison bed and rough sheets is not the same thing.

Alexis Sky

Instead of waking up at 5AM to train for a boxing match, it will be to do prison chores and with no boxing equipment in sight, which will derail his fitness as a boxer. Instead of fighting in the ring, he will have to fight off people in prison who may resent his fame and fortune, if he is transitioned into the general population. Adrien needs to think about all of that the next time he is in a situation that could get him into trouble. Learn to walk away from conflict.

Broner is also having trouble in his personal life. Rumors online state a woman from Instagram, Alexis Sky, has stated things online that led the public to believe Broner cheated with her on Arie Nicole, his fiancée and the mother of his two youngest children and is hiding it.

'Affluenza' Teen Responsible For Fatal Car Crash Killing 4 Apprehended In Mexico With His Mother On Probation Violation

Ethan Couch apprehended after having darkened his hair and illegally fleeing to Mexico in violation of court orders set in America

18-year-old Ethan Couch was apprehended in Mexico, after violating probation in a drunk driving and vehicular homicide case, fleeing to Puerto Vallarta with his mother, 48-year-old, Tonya Couch. Mexican authorities turned him over to U.S. Marshals as a fugitive evading the law.

At age 16, an inebriated Couch got behind the wheel of his car and crashed into a group of pedestrians and a parked vehicle, killing 4 and injuring 9. Couch was given probation, but violated it, via video that surfaced this year showing the teen playing beer pong. This constituted underage drinking, which is illegal and what got him into trouble in the first place. Additionally, Couch had been ordered by the court to stay away from alcohol, due to the vehicular homicide.

Couch's defense attorneys argued the teen suffered from "Affluenza" which is a term coined in the 1990s, regarding rich people with no alleged understanding of right or wrong. He was sentenced to 10-years of probation and sent to an in-patient treatment facility. However, he fled to Mexico fearing he would be sent to jail for violating his probation.

"Affluenza" is a load of garbage. Unless a person is mentally insane or mentally impaired to the point no understanding of right and wrong can be distinguished, being rich is no justification for a gross lack of ethics. Couch has not been declared mentally unfit. Therefore, he was ruled mentally fit to stand trial, was convicted and clearly has an understanding of right and wrong.

The problem often occurs when rich people do not discipline their children, give them everything they want and allow them to indulge in unethical behavior. The Judiciary Report has stated in past columns that rich people need to provide their children with discipline and structure, as well as teaching them the value of hard work and money, via getting a job in their mid-teens.

Ethan Couch in court

If you raise your children properly, teaching them respect for the law and other people, instilling in them the ways of honesty, decency and hard work, they have a chance to turn out quite well. You have done your job. If they succumb to negative outside influences and engage in bad behavior, that's not your fault, as you've done your part as a good parent.

However, a child with no rules will not turn out well. Children do not raise themselves. They need proper parental guidance and boundaries and an absence thereof will only lead to trouble to the child's detriment. Proper child rearing is important. In Couch's case, we see a mother teaching and helping her son to evade the law and not face the consequences of his actions. This did not set a good example and reinforces the view he can do whatever he pleases, even if his actions violate the law and cause other people injury or inconvenience.

We are also seeing a father, Fred Couch, who allowed a then 13-year-old Ethan, to drive to school each day without a license, in violation of the law. When the principal of the Anderson Private School questioned the illegal practice, Ethan's father threatened to buy the school. It shows a lack of class, grace and decorum to throw one's money around or trying to buy one's way out of trouble. It is in very poor taste. The boy was clearly taught no sense of responsibility and it has ruined his life and that of others.

Ethan was also caught passed out from drinking in a parked truck with a naked 14-year-old girl. This is conduct his parents should have censured, but they did not in any measure, opting to get him out of trouble when police citations were issued. Once again, Ethan has not been taught discipline or that he must adhere to the rules of society that apply to everyone. Ethan is the product of bad upbringing, in knowing right from wrong, but wrongly believing he is above the law and the social rules of society. However, it is not too late for his parents to try to help him redeem his life. He needs to devote his life to charity in helping others, to try to repay his debt to society. He is not irredeemable.

Texas 'affluenza' teen captured in Mexico to be returned to U.S.

Tue Dec 29, 2015 6:18pm EST - A rich Texas teenager who fled with his mother to Mexico to avoid possible jail time for violating his probation in a drunken-driving crash that left four people dead planned the flight and even held a farewell party, U.S. authorities said on Tuesday. Ethan Couch, 18, became known as the "affluenza" teen during his trial in juvenile court over the 2013 crash. He and his mother were captured by Mexican authorities on Monday in the Pacific Coast beach city of Puerto Vallarta. They were likely to be returned to the United States on Wednesday.

During Couch's trial, a psychologist sparked outrage by saying in his defense that Couch was so wealthy and spoiled he could not tell the difference between right and wrong. He was sentenced to 10 years drug-and-alcohol-free probation for intoxication manslaughter, a punishment condemned by critics as privilege rewarded with leniency.

Couch and his mother, Tonya Couch, fled the country after a video surfaced online apparently showing Couch at a party where beer was being consumed. Authorities had been investigating that video as a potential parole violation. Couch had missed a mandatory meeting with his probation officer, prompting officials in Tarrant County, Texas, to issue a warrant for his arrest earlier this month.

Meek Mill Found Guilty Of Violating His Probation And Could Face Return To Prison

Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill

A judge has found rapper Meek Mill guilty of violating his probation, stemming from a 2008 weapons and drugs charges. Mill, born Robert Williams, dates rapper Nicki Minaj, who testified in court on his behalf last week at a probation hearing. Mill has repeatedly violated his probation over the past few years, in conduct that already sent him back to prison in 2013 for 5-months.

Mill was again released and sentenced to probation, but violated it not long after via leaving town without the permission of the court to perform at rap concerts, when the court order specifically stated he was to stay within the southern portion of the state of Pennsylvania. Mill also submitted a diluted urine sample to the court during testing, which the lab interpreted as trying to hide drug use forbidden by the court. Mill is managed by Roc Nation, owned by convicted felon, rapper and copyright thief, Jay Z.

At the end of the day, one must follow probation guidelines or risk being incarcerated again. Mill continues to do drugs, rather than go to rehab and deliberately violated the court's orders in another manner, by leaving the state to perform shows. Mill cited the need to earn money. However, in his particular case, his girlfriend and former fiancée, Minaj has money. Could she not have loaned him some cash until the completion of his probation, where he would be able to do shows again.
Side Bar: Do you think the judge is a Drake fan (LOL).

Judge: Meek Mill violated probation. Is prison next?

Last updated: Thursday, December 17, 2015, 7:50 PM - The burgeoning career of rapper Meek Mill was put on ice Thursday when a Philadelphia judge ruled that the 28-year-old star had again violated his probation from a 2008 drug and gun conviction. Common Pleas Court Judge Genece E. Brinkley hinted that the North Philadelphia rapper's next out-of-town tour - after he is sentenced Feb. 5 - could be state prison.

"I bent over backward to give him every opportunity to grow his career," Brinkley told defense lawyer Frank DeSimone at the end of the 51/2-hour virtually nonstop hearing. Mill - born Robert Williams - and a courtroom packed with his supporters and entourage, including superstar girlfriend Nicki Minaj, seemed stunned by the judge's words...

Jay Z And Company Overvalued Tidal In Violation Of SEC Rules

Usher, Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, Madonna, Dead5Amu, Kanye West, Jay Z and J Cole (also known as Hollywood's self-professed "Illuminati")

The SEC rules of trade in America states it is illegal to overvalue a company. It misleads the public and potential investors, who could lose their shirts. Rapper Jay Z and Madonna, both U.S. citizens doing business in America, have been greatly overvaluing their failing music streaming company Tidal, in violation of SEC rules. As stated in the column yesterday, Jay Z greatly overvalued former company Rocafella, claiming it was worth $125,000,000 but had to admit the truth when a business newspaper exposed its true worth at $25,000,000.

Jay-Z

Jay Z stated Tidal has 57,000 subscriptions. Each subscription is between $9.99 to $19.99. He has been lashing out against people bashing the company and not supporting it. However, if he indeed had 67,000 subscriptions, the company would not be in the financial trouble it is in with the CEO and nearly two dozen executives running for the exit last month. $670,000 to $1,340,000 per month in revenue. Over the course of one year that would be $8,040,000 to $16,080,000 in revenue per year. That would not be a company in distress. Jay Z just told on himself.

Chris Brown Completes Community Service As Police Pull Over His Vehicle At Grammy Party Due To Gun Toting Friend

Chris Brown

R&B singer Chris Brown has completed the 1,000 hours of community service he was sentenced to in the 2009 Rihanna domestic violence case. The first set of community service hours were rejected by the court after the prosecutor's office made allegations some of the hours were not truly completed by Brown and fraudulently credited to him. Brown buckled down and completed the second set of community service hours ahead of a March 2015 hearing, regarding the previously incomplete time being a probation violation.

In other news, Complex is reporting, "But even with Brown in the good graces of the law, he’s still on their radar. According to TMZ, he was attending T.I.’s pre-Grammy party when police got word that a passenger in his car was carrying a gun. They detained Brown’s friend and searched his vehicle—only to find nothing."

Chris Brown Finished Community Service and the "Beneath The Sheets" Tour Can Finally Start

But now Team Breezy fans can look forward to Brown resuming the tour as last night, he tweeted that he finished all of his community service requirements. "Finished all my community service... BTS TOUR..... Here we come. — Chris Brown (@chrisbrown) February 7, 2015"

The “Loyal” singer revealed he finished the last 100 hours of community service. The BTS tour has 25 stops and will hit major cities such as New York, Los Angeles and Philadelphia. Chris Brown Must Buckle Down

...Or Face Jail

Chris Brown

R&B singer Chris Brown is in danger of going back to jail, as his probation was revoked last week. Judge James Brandlin gave Brown several months to complete 1,000 hours probation, but work commitments as well as partying got in the way. As of last week Brown was 202 hours short. Brown would have to work round the clock (with no sleep) at sanctioned community service locations to complete the missing hours in time, which really is not feasible.

Chris Brown performing on stage

The community service deadline crept up on Brown for a number of reasons. Once again, Brown needs to cut certain friends loose. Even his mother, who coddles him as her only boy, is telling him this. Said friends are taking up his time and money with unproductive ventures. His girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, has been trying to keep him on track, but they've broken up a few times during his probation. He was also in jail for 4 months in 2014.

A tearful Chris Brown in court last week starting the new year with a probation revocation

Brown must change his mindset and look at probation as a job. Something he must do. Judge Brandlin has been merciful to Brown, but he's given him many chances and time is running out. Even if Brown has to take a month off from work, he needs to get the community service hours completed and move on with his life or he will continue to be stuck in this cycle of probation, jail and community service.

Karrueche Tran

It's not good for his mind, well being or progress. Brown also needs to find a smart old school manager, not one who is partying with him and not telling him the truth about some of his trouble prone friends.

Chris Brown Rejects Plea Deal In Washington Assault Case And Prepares For Trial In September

Chris Brown

TMZ is reporting Chris Brown by way of his attorney, has rejected a plea deal in the Washington assault case against him, regarding local man, Parker Adams, who targeted the singer. It resulted in a confrontation between Adams and Brown and his bodyguard. Adams photobomed Brown, was excessively rude to him and engaged in inappropriate contact, as it was without permission, in trying to come on to the heterosexual crooner.

Parker Adams

TMZ states there was a failure to agree on the statement of facts Brown would have to cop a plea to in order to avoid jail in the Washington case. Brown has consistently stated he is not guilty of the charges that have been brought against him. As desperate as Brown is to avoid going back to jail, if he cops a plea in this case and the statement in essence reads he did attack Adams, rather than protecting himself and property (tour bus), it could trigger a probation violation in the Rihanna domestic violence case and send him back to jail in Los Angeles.

Chris Brown Appears In Court Looking Depressed As Judge Sentences Him To More Jail Time

Chris Brown

R&B singer Chris Brown arrived in Los Angeles yesterday after spending days shackled on Con Air, the justice system's airline service for inmates who are extradited to other jurisdictions in America. He has been jailed for the past six weeks due to a probation violation. The singer has gained a little weight, giving him a healthier look. However, Brown looked troubled and depressed during his court hearing, as Judge James Brandlin order the singer to spend another week in jail, while his lawyer negotiates a plea deal over his probation violation.

This means Brown will spend his upcoming birthday in jail. Brown turns 25 on May 5th, 2014, also known as Cinco De Mayo. The star also spent Easter in jail, regarding a Washington assault case involving local, Parker Adams. Brown's trial has been delayed while the singer's bodyguard, who was also charged in the incident, appeals his conviction in the aforementioned matter. The circumstances surrounding the case are not working in Brown's favor.

CNN is reporting, "The prosecutor said last week that she would "strenuously object" to Brown being released because it appears likely Brown will be found guilty of the assault charge in Washington. Assistant District Attorney Mary Murray argued the only change since Brown was jailed in March is that his case has "gotten worse." The Washington judge who found his bodyguard guilty in the assault case also concluded that Brown was "the initial aggressor" in the incident, Murray said."

Chris Brown and Mark Geragos

KTLA also reported, "The prosecutors cited Hollosy’s refusal to talk to them about his testimony as a major reason for the decision not to grant immunity. Their motion also said they suspected he might lie in his testimony to help Brown."

Chris Brown On A Legal Rollercoaster Facing Two More 5-Day Trips On Con Air As Assault Case Is Continued To June 2014

Chris Brown

Judge Patricia Wynn has ordered another delay in the Chris Brown assault trial taking place in Washington. The trial is set to resume June 25, 2014. The continuance is due to Brown's bodyguard Chris Hollosy being found guilty of assault in the related incident, regarding Parker Adams, a local man that stalked the singer, photobombed him and attempted to enter his tour bus. Hollosy, who has no criminal record, punched him to prevent further trespassing. Hollosy is appealing Wynn's guilty ruling. This has created a delay in Brown's case.

Mark Geragos

CNN is reporting Brown could face another 4-5 day ride on Con Air, transporting him in shackles from Washington to Los Angeles for a probation violation hearing in the Rihanna domestic violence case. Brown was ejected from rehab over refusing to take a drug test he passed later that evening, as well as touching an employee's hand and elbow. Once the hearing is completed, Brown will likely face a second trip on Con Air, save for some change in the Washington case.

Chris Brown's girlfriend Karrueche Tran and his bodyguard Chris Hollosy

Adams was recently quoted by the ABC network stating "I'm a pawn in all of this." Under the circumstances that's an odd statement for him to make. It doesn't sound right. Who made you the "pawn." Expound on that. Are you scared to speak further on it, as it doesn't seem you are in control and considering you are the alleged victim that's weird.

Chris Brown

When a person states they are a "pawn" or "pawn in a game" it means something conspiratorial and corrupt is afoot. The question is who is behind it, as there are discrepancies in this case that deviate from the norm. Adams also pled ignorance to the $3,000,000 figure he has sued Brown and his bodyguard for, stating he found out about it in the press. Lawyers usually inform clients what grounds they are suing under and the dollar amount, prior to filing suit.

Judge Denies Chris Brown's Lawyer's Motion To Dismiss Washington Assault Case Sending It To Trial As Bodyguard Admits He Threw The Punch

Chris Brown And His Bodyguard Face Separate Trials

Chris Brown and Mark Geragos

A Washington, DC judge has denied a motion filed by lawyer Mark Geragos to dismiss the criminal assault case against his client, singer Chris Brown. Geragos stated prosecutorial misconduct in the misuse of a grand jury, as his basis for requesting the dismissal. However, the judge ruled the prosecutors did not act improperly in the matter and the case is to proceed in separate trials for Brown and his bodyguard, Chris Hollosy.

Brown was extradited from Los Angeles, California to Washington, DC to stand trial for allegedly assaulting Parker Adams, a local man who stalked, photobombed and propositioned Brown, attempting to board the singer's tour bus. A melee ensued, as Brown's bodyguard, Hollosy, prohibited Adams from boarding the bus by punching him. Adams, who summoned police to the scene, stated within earshot of a Secret Service agent that Brown did not hit him. However, the second version of a subsequent police report was changed to state Brown punched Adams and broke his nose.

Judge James Brandlin, who is presiding over the Los Angeles probation violation case, stemming from the Rihanna domestic violence incident, ruled it is appropriate the Washington courts handle the case. As such Brown was shackled and extradited over the course of 4-days from Los Angeles to Washington, via Con Air.

Brown, who is suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and is also Bipolar, faces 6-months in jail and a $1,000 fine if convicted in Washington. He could also face an additional 4-years in jail under the Los Angeles case, on the legal premise he violated his probation. If Brown is jailed for an extended period of time, he would be placed in solitary confinement for his own protection, segregating him from other inmates, due to his high profile status.

Solitary confinement to a mind struggling with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Bipolar Disorder would be next to unbearable and do more harm than good in the way rehabilitation. A medical facility for offenders would be more beneficial in the way of rehabilitation to an inmate struggling with mental illness.

Pivotal Court Hearing Today In Chris Brown Assault Trial

A court hearing is scheduled for today in the Chris Brown assault trial, regarding Park Adams, who filed a police complaint against the 24-year-old singer in Washington, though he claims the star did not hit him. Brown’s lawyer Mark Geragos is attempting to have the case dismissed, citing prosecutorial misconduct, regarding the misuse of a grand jury. Brown was in jail for two week in Los Angeles and is in the process of being extradited to Washington, which entails a 4-day plane ride to the nation’s capitol.

Today’s hearing is pivotal, as it will set the tone of the case via dismissal or proceeding to trial on April 17, 2014. If a dismissal or settlement is not achieved, Brown risks 4-years in jail and a potential shift to prison if the charges are elevated from misdemeanor to felony assault, impacting his probation from the Rihanna domestic violence case.

Miami Rapper Trick Daddy Arrested On Cocaine And Gun Charges

Trick Daddy mug shot

On April 3, 2014, Miami rapper Tricky Daddy, real name Maurice Young, 40, who is famous for the songs "Nann" and "I'm A Thug" was arrested by police in South Florida for cocaine possession (1 gram), possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and driving on a suspended license. Police had the rapper's home under surveillance and witnessed him commit the aforementioned felonies.

Before he shot to fame in 1998, Trick Daddy was arrested in 1991 on cocaine possession and gun charges, a violation of his probation on a previous conviction. He was arrested again in 2003 for illegally possessing a firearm, during a basketball court altercation in Miami, which constituted another probation violation.

Much of the money Trick Daddy made from his music career was spent and lost on various items. The rapper lost his large South Florida home in Broward County to foreclosure and moved to a smaller one in Mirimar, Florida, just outside Miami, where he was arrested. The rapper was also diagnosed with Lupus and went public with information on his medical condition, due to questions about his skin discoloration. He stated he stopped taking his medicine, due to side effects, but the Judiciary Report would like to encourage him to go back on his medication and also enroll in rehab.

Judge Orders Chris Brown Shackled, Chained And Placed On A Plane

Judge In Washington Assault Case Playing Hard Ball With Chris Brown

Chris Brown

A judge in Washington, DC has ordered R&B singer Chris Brown shackled, chained and placed on a plane. TMZ is reporting a court order to this effect has been issued for Brown, regarding his transfer from a Los Angeles jail, where he sits on a probation violation in connection with the Rihanna domestic violence case. Brown is scheduled to stand trial next month for allegedly assaulting local man, Parker Adams.

Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos, has raised an objection to the order. Geragos stated Brown can make his own arrangements to fly to Washington for the trial and needn’t be shackled and chained. Geragos seeks to have the case dismissed, stating his client did not hit Adams, who photobombed the singer and propositioned him, before trying to board his tour bus. This was trespassing. Charges should have been filed against Adams.

Adams has also sued Brown for $2,500,000 in civil court. Settlement is an option, but anyone suing for such a large sum will seek a settlement of half the requested figure. Adams and his lawyer are operating under the premise they have Brown over a barrel and can demand an exorbitant sum of money, as the singer could face 4-years in jail if the case is successfully prosecuted.

Rihanna Depressed Over Chris Brown Being In Jail

Drake and Rihanna do not look happy

Rihanna, who is dating rapper Drake, is supposed to be in love and happy. Yet all week paparazzi photos have shown her looking upset. The singer, who was in Los Angeles recently, where the love of her life, Chris Brown, is behind bars on a probation violation stemming from their domestic violence incident. Brown potentially faces 4-years in jail in a matter that is depressing Rihanna. She continues to maintain contact with Brown, despite the fact he has been seeing others prior to jail and she is dating Drake.

It is being stated that she feels responsible for the fight that landed Brown in jail, after she began screaming at and hitting him over a text message from another woman. Brown struck back and the rest is history. There lives would be so much different now had they not fought each other that night.

Rihanna’s Love For Chris Brown Causing A Problem In Her Relationship With Drake

Chris Brown

Reports coming out of London indicate, rapper Drake is tired of girlfriend, singer Rihanna, contacting her ex-boyfriend, Chris Brown, who is currently in jail on a probation violation charge, stemming from their 2009 domestic violence dispute. Rihanna has been following Drake all over Britain and Europe on his tour. Rihanna has been sticking to Drake like glue, trying to keep groupies and gold diggers at bay (not to mention other famous women who want to date him). However, two days ago they were seen partying apart, when they had been going to clubs together.

Drake

Rihanna has been looking very upset since Brown was arrested at a Malibu rehab facility this month. It was stated online that she flew to Los Angeles trying to see him. Then she rejoined Drake in Britain on his tour. Though, Rihanna has repeatedly referred to Chris Brown as the love of her life, until she lets him go, none of her relationships will work. Though, he is not admitting it, Rihanna is the love of Chris Brown’s life as well.

The only time Rihanna truly looks happy is when she is with Chris Brown. However, he moved on from her with model Karrueche Tran, upset over the direction his relationship with Rihanna sent his life and career. He'd found happiness with Tran, but they've been having problems this year. Rihanna, who is using Drake to make Brown jealous, needs to be honest with him and not put that man through a nightmare, making him think she feels something she does not, love, in trying to get back at the love of her life. How does Drake or anyone else for that matter, deserve that. You’re not a teenager. You’re a grown woman. Stop playing games.

The Chain Of Custody In The Chris Brown Probation Violation Case

Chris Brown

The public is confused regarding the chain of command in the Chris Brown probation violation case, stemming from the 2009 Rihanna domestic violence incident. Brown’s probation was violated a few weeks ago, over an alleged assault in Washington, regarding an incident that is completely questionable.

Brown voluntarily admitted himself into rehab for anger management in Los Angeles, where he resides, with Judge James Brandlin’s approval. Brown completed 95-days in rehab. The judge was impressed and extended it by 60 additional days, which would keep Brown in treatment until the next hearing in his Washington case. However, three issues that were not of an illegal nature occurred, resulting in his arrest at the facility. Brown currently sits in jail, after being remanded into custody for a month until the next hearing in his Washington case.

As the Judiciary Report was the first to state, Brown’s lawyer should settle the fraudulent Washington case, even though the victim stated the singer never hit him. Something strange is going on which could lead Brown spending up to 4-years in jail. The next day TMZ wrote Brown’s lawyer is looking into settling the case.

If the Washington case is handled via settlement, it should by default dispose of the Los Angeles violations as well, as his probation was violated over what transpired in D.C. If the basis for the violation is removed from the equation, how can the rehab incident reasonably remain. Brown was not accused of breaking the law in rehab. Once again, Brown was accused of violating house rules, in conduct that was not criminal.

Chris Brown’s Lawyer Looking Into Settling Washington Assault Case (Just As This Site Previously Stated)

Chris Brown

On Wednesday, March 19, 2014, the Judiciary Report stated of Chris Brown’s pending assault case hearing in Washington, “Brown’s attorney may choose to settle the case, in a bid to keep him from spending 4-years in jail. Recently, rapper Kanye West settled a case where he hit a man for telling his Armenian fiancé, Kim Kardashian that she is a “ni**er lover.” That was hate speech. West should have played it smart, called the police and had the man arrested for harassment and hate speech, then sued him. Instead West hit him, then reportedly had to issue a six figure settlement to stay out of jail.”

L.A. jail

The next day, the website TMZ wrote the same thing, stating their source is saying Brown’s lawyer Mark Geragos is looking into settling the Washington assault case. It is the logical legal maneuver. While the Judiciary Report is of the belief the Washington assault case is fraudulent and the complainant doesn’t deserve a dime, as he provoked the incident via stalking, harassment and trespassing on a tour bus, which should have resulted in charges, Brown is in a strange predicament.

L.A. jail

Brown’s probation is in jeopardy due to the case. He could face up to 4-years in jail. If he is placed in a Los Angeles jail, that could amount to 1 to 2-years of his life behind bars. If he is placed in jail in Washington, with new charges, it could amount to far more jail time. It’s not worth years of one’s life. It’s better to settle, even though the case looks fraudulent on the complainant’s end. If the case is settled, prosecutors would have difficulty proceeding. When such cases are settled, the criminal aspects usually disappear.

Chris Brown I Can Get Out of Jail For the Right Price

3/20/2014 1:00 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF - It sure seemed Chris Brown was checkmated -- sitting in jail as the clock ticks for his D.C. assault trial that could trigger a probation violation in the Rihanna case that could land him in prison for 4 years .... but TMZ has learned his lawyer has found a way out of the hole ... by paying LOTS OF MONEY.

Sources connected with the D.C. assault case tell TMZ ... Chris' lawyer, Mark Geragos, has contacted the lawyer for the man who claims Chris assaulted him in D.C., breaking his nose, and offered him a BIG FAT CHECK. We're told Geragos is gunning for a civil settlement ... which could very well mean the broken nose guy would tell prosecutors he no longer has an interest in pursuing the criminal case. And our sources say prosecutors are aware of the civil settlement negotiations.

We're told Geragos may have already sealed the deal but if not ... it should be done in a day or 2. So here's the likely resolution. The alleged victim gets a ton of money (our educated guess is several hundred thousand dollars), D.C. prosecutors drop the criminal assault case and the Rihanna judge then lets Chris out of jail either late this week or early next. Smart move.
