Jose Mourinho Moaning About Life At Manchester United Without His Family And With A String Of Football Losses On The Pitch

Jose Mourinho

Last year, former football player turned Chelsea FC football manager, Jose Mourinho, 53, was unceremoniously fired from the team after a string of losses and arguments. Mourinho repeatedly maintained he left the then reigning champions and was not terminated from his post, but the Judiciary Report stated back on January 9, 2016 that he was fired (Former Chelsea Coach Jose Mourinho Hauled Into Court For Firing Doctor Eva Carneiro In A Case That Highlights How A Manager Can Lose The Confidence Of His Team).

This month, Mourinho slipped up and admitted he was fired. Mourinho stated of Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich, who fired him, "He was never my friend. We always had the relationship of owner-manager. Very respectful relationship. We were never friends. We were never close to each other. When some managers leave clubs, they like to, I don’t know the right saying, but in Portuguese it is ‘wash the dirty clothes.’ Go back and speak and speak and speak. I leave clubs with a very good feeling, the feeling of doing everything to succeed. I gave everything to the club. I don’t like to go back and speak specially about the bad things. I want to keep the good things – and at Chelsea I had so many good things, in terms of results, friends I have for life, an amazing empathy with the supporters. The supporters didn’t change their relationship with me because of last season and a couple of months of bad results."

Mourinho has coached impressive teams and did well throughout his managerial career, but his temper and disposition got him into trouble. Mourinho has clashed with other managers and staff of teams he managed. His dismissal at Chelsea FC was due to these patterns of behavior. He's not gotten off to the best start in his new post as manager of Manchester United FC.

Mourinho signed with Manchester United 3-months ago, hoping to follow in the footsteps of a man he admires, coaching legend, Sir Alex Fergusson. However, Mourinho has been moaning to the press about life in Manchester, England and that his family has not moved with him, opting to remain in glitzy London, England. It's a bit perplexing that Mourinho's wife, son and daughter have opted not to join him in Manchester. Mourinho stated to the press that he is "miserable."

London is the top city in Britain. It's a very popular place, but Manchester is nice as well. Mourinho has moved into a hotel in Manchester, rather than purchasing a house or flat (condo). It's not like he's broke. Mourinho has made millions from coaching football. Mourinho also owns a mansion in London. Living in a hotel is not the best situation for someone in his position. The standard when a person of means joins Manchester United is they usually purchase a home in Cheshire. The preferred place among Manchester United stars and staff is idyllic Alderley Edge. Mourinho's unwillingness to move into a house or flat in Manchester lends the impression he does not see the move as a something long term.

Mourinho's controversial signing of 23-year-old footballer, Paul Pogba, was very risky. Mourinho signed Pogba for £89,000,000. What's ironic is in 2012 Manchester United had sold Pogba to Juventus for £1,500,000. To buy him back at £89,000,000 is very poor football economics for two reasons. That's Messi money, meaning a goal scorer firing off goals like Lionel Messi and with high shirt sales that can justify that type of expenditure. Pogba is a good player and he is not playing badly, but he's not really scoring many goals. He's only scored one goal in three months.

Tweet on my Twitter page from 3-months ago regarding overspending on the Paul Pogba transfer

Mourinho has over spent on the current squad, spending £156,000,000 upon landing at Manchester United. Mourinho also seeks to spend millions more on new talent. The team is currently number seven on the Premier League table. There are teams who have spent far less money that are ahead of Manchester United on the table.

Last week Mourinho referenced his Manchester United move as "a disaster." At this point is has been a disaster. Manchester United are not getting good results on the football pitch. The team has been intrinsically broken since Ferguson's departure. Mourinho is Manchester United's third manager struggling after Ferguson's winning ways (David Moyes and Louis Van Gaal preceded Mourinho).

Mourinho admits he was fired, not ‘mutually consented’

Date published: Saturday 22nd October 2016 9:48 - Jose Mourinho has finally admitted that he was sacked as Chelsea manager in 2015, not ‘mutually consented’. Mourinho’s second reign as Blues boss ended in ignominious fashion in December of last year, when he left his post mere months after winning the Premier League title.

Mourinho’s second departure was billed as mutual consent but he admitted in his press conference ahead of his return to Stamford Bridge with Manchester United he was sacked. There are no hard feelings, though, and Mourinho is looking forward to seeing some of the lifelong friends he made at the club...

Jose Mourinho's transfer spending since 2004 hits £856.8m with £100m world-record signing of Paul Pogba

Published: 06:49 EST, 10 August 2016 | Updated: 10:26 EST, 10 August 2016 - Jose Mourinho has never been afraid to splash out in the transfer market – and his £100million move for Paul Pogba takes his career spending over the £850m mark. The Manchester United manager has spent an incredible £856.8m on players since arriving at cash-rich Chelsea 11 years ago.

Pogba is, of course, Mourinho's most-expensive buy yet and this summer's transfer window represents his biggest-ever period of spending. United have flashed the cash to bring in Eric Bailly (£30m from Villarreal) and Henrikh Mkhitaryan (£26m from Borussia Dortmund), while also recruiting Zlatan Ibrahimovic on a free transfer. The running total of £156m at United engulfs any of his seasons at Chelsea, Inter Milan or Real Madrid...

Chris Brown's Publicist Quits After He Calls Her A 'B***h'

Chris Brown

Chris Brown's team is in complete disarray. First, Brown's manager quits after the singer beat him up so badly he landed in the hospital. Then, Brown's tour manager, Nancy Ghosh, fled as well after he screamed at her, threatening to beat her like Mike G. Now Brown's publicist, Nicole Perna, who hid her name for a long time (LOL) has quit as well, due to the singer calling her a "B***h."

Brown and his friends drinking the drug sizzurp. Brown is living in the kind of drug haze that killed Jimi Hendrix and so many other entertainers.

Reports indicate the dispute revolves around Perna's inability to get fashion magazines such as Vogue and GQ interested in Brown's Black Pyramid fashion line (the clothes are not high fashion though). Brown became angry with Perna over the lack of interest in the line and it resulted in a heated series of text messages, where she told the singer the truth - people do not want to work with him. Most people do not want to work in a hostile environment and will avoid it.

Brown's name is gone with most outlets, which would pose a serious problem for most publicists. Outlets don't want to work with him, believing he is erratic and violent, with a temper that could flare up on them at any moment, due to Brown's documented run-ins with the law and lawsuits against him for assault. Magazine editors are very pro-feminist and disapprove of Brown's image due to the Rihanna domestic case, publicly stalking and verbally degrading ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran online and slamming some of his female fans on social networking by insulting their looks.

Brown's exchange with Perna went like this:

Brown: I don’t want you texting me compliments with no results...get in the game.

Perna: Anna Wintour doesn’t want to f*** with you. These editors don’t want to f*** with you. The majority of my time is spent on damage control. I am constantly cleaning s*** up and having your back.

Brown: NICOLE, you texting me as if I will give a f*** if u dont work for me or not … Do whatever makes u feel better. Me personally, I DONT GIVE A F***!!!

Brown then ordered his then manager, Mike G, to fire Perna, "Mike, this b***h got all the balls in the world talking to me but can’t talk to the editors or anyone for that matter when they release bulls*** in the press … Send this b**ch her termination.” Brown beat up Mike G shortly after, leading to the manager's hospitalization.

Chris Brown Publicist Quits, Singer Says “You Won’t Michael Jackson Me!”

Jun 28 2016, 8:52am - Chris Brown‘s last couple of weeks have been loaded with peak struggle. The publicist for the singer’s clothing line recently quit after getting into a war of words with the singer over text, which she shared. Reportedly, Brown barked on PR rep Nicole Perna, who had been tasked with getting his Black Pyramid clothing line on magazine covers. After texting him a compliment on the gear, Brown took the time to criticize the job she was doing...considering Breezy’s record, this guy really needs to work on his people skills.

However, Brown took to Instagram to further comment on the Mike G situation, allegedly threatening a tour manager, the exchange with Perna and the lawsuit Suge Knight filed against him. Basically, it’s everyone else’s fault...

Chris Brown Beat Up Manager And Threatened To Assault And Batter Tour Manager And Production Manager During Drug Fuelled Rages

Brown Has Been Threatening Tour Staff That If They Get Out Of Line He Will Beat Them Like He Did Manager "Mike G"

R&B singer, Chris Brown, is in trouble again. Brown’s drug use, which the Judiciary Report has written about as flaring up again, has resulted in the singer engaging in acts of violence. He has been sued by his manager, Mike G, for assault. Mike G was hired to help Brown rehabilitate his image after the Rihanna domestic violence case. For a while, it worked, but things have hit another downward spiral, this time worse than ever.

TMZ reported, “Things allegedly turned bad last month, but Mike G claims without provocation, Brown took him in a room, brutally attacked him with repeated punches to the face and neck, which landed him in the ER.” Brown’s tour manager, Nancy Ghosh, who worked with Jennifer Lopez, Justin Bieber and Kanye West, stated last Friday that she quit, as the singer threatened to beat her. Ghosh ran off the tour bus in fear after Brown threatened to beat her up like he did his manager Mike G. TMZ stated, “Ghosh also claimed Brown referenced ‘what he did to Mike G’... and threatened to do the same to her.”

TMZ also reported, “We're told a production manager on the tour also complained, through his lawyer ... claiming Brown has been verbally abusive and threatening.” In a separate recent incident, Brown forcefully stomped on a man’s head in Cannes, France, in an incident caught on video. Brown’s bodyguards held the man down while the singer stomped on his head, which could have killed him.

Once again, Brown needs rehab. As his violent behavior has dramatically escalated, Brown needs to be placed under a conservatorship for his safety and that of the public. This cannot continue. It will not end well. The narcotics Brown is taking, coupled with the influence of lawbreaking friends in his entourage, is bringing out violent schizophrenia.

I’m sorry to have to state this, but he cannot be around his daughter if this continues, as people who are bipolar and schizophrenic that are also high on drugs, have flown into rages, unintentionally hurting family and friends, while in that erratic state. His family needs to reassess the situation, as does the court, before something terrible happens.

Chris Brown Manager Sues ... Chris Beat Me to a Pulp

6/23/2016 9:40 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF - Chris Brown has more legal woes ... the guy he hired to rehabilitate his image after the Rihanna beating is now suing Chris for allegedly doing the same to him. Mike G claims he was hired in 2012 not only to change Brown's image but to get him out of debt and off drugs.

Mike G says he did well by Chris, who had a resurgence in popularity. Things allegedly turned bad last month, but Mike G claims without provocation, Brown took him in a room, brutally attacked him with repeated punches to the face and neck, which landed him in the ER. The lawsuit claims Brown, rather than being remorseful, began mocking Mike G on social media and bragging to friends about the beating. Mike G says Brown had the audacity to tell people working on his tour, if they got out of line he'd beat them just like he beat Mike G.

Mike G says Brown's rage was drug-fueled and the suit mention concern for retaliation from Brown's "gang member friends." Mike G's attorney, Patty Glaser, tells TMZ, "We did everything we could to resolve this in a non-public way to avoid damage to Chris Brown. Regrettably, as outlined in our complaint, Chris Brown has proven to be his own worst enemy." 11:00 AM PT: Chris just responded to the lawsuit in an Instagram video, claiming he fired Mike G for stealing money from him. Mike G's lawyer says that's not true and they will be adding a defamation claim to the lawsuit.

Ghosh also claimed Brown referenced "what he did to Mike G" ... and threatened to do the same to her. TMZ broke the story ... Chris' ex-manager, Mike G, sued him for an alleged beatdown. Ghosh said she refused to stay on the bus after the argument out of fear for her safety. Gary Neville Let Go As Coach Of Valencia FC Proving Being A Football Manager Is Not As Easy As It Looks

Gary Neville

Former Manchester United FC star, Gary Neville, has been let go as manager (coach) of La Liga side Valencia, after 4-months on the job. Neville, a former television football pundit, a career he embraced after his successful spell at Manchester United, realized firsthand it is not easy being a manager, after spending years criticizing coaches on TV. Neville is very passionate about football and this is where his criticism of managers emanated from in his scathing critiques.

Twitter teasing Neville about being let go from Valencia

Under Neville, Valencia lost several games at slipped to number 14 on the La Liga table. This recent development regarding Neville supports the March 3, 2016 Judiciary Report article "Football Great Zinedine Zidane Going Through Rough Patch As Manager Of Real Madrid (Do Legends Make The Best Coaches)." Top footballers often have a difficult time becoming successful managers.

Another of many posts on Twitter regarding people teasing Neville about his departure from Valencia

You have to have a coaching mind, not just a football one. It's part disciplinarian, captain and motivational speaker. It is a mentally and emotionally taxing job, but quite rewarding when you make a difference in a squad. You almost have to figuratively go into matches like you're waging war, planning football attacks with military precision.

Former Chelsea Coach Jose Mourinho Hauled Into Court For Firing Doctor Eva Carneiro In A Case That Highlights How A Manager Can Lose The Confidence Of His Team

Eva Carneiro being yelled at by Jose Mourinho

This week in London, England, an employment tribunal case and separate legal proceedings commenced against Chelsea F.C. and its former manager (coach) Jose Mourinho, for dismissing the team’s lead doctor, Eva Carneiro. She has brought a “constructive dismissal” claim, meaning she was dismissed (see: fired, terminated) from her post, then demoted to a secondary medical team that do not occupy the bench on match day.

Carneiro’s removal from her position occurred after she and physio Jon Fearn rushed onto the pitch to treat injured footballer, Eden Hazard, during this season’s opening day match. After treating Hazard, they escorted him off the pitch. Mourinho became enraged that one of his main footballers was no longer in the match and the team was temporarily left with nine men on the pitch.

Mourinho was accused of yelling sexist slurs at Carneiro in front of rolling cameras covering the match. He later branded her “impulsive and naïve.” Carneiro’s dismissal from her position as lead doctor due to the demotion, meant she lost the coveted post on the first medical team, prompting her to leave Chelsea shortly after. In an ironic twist, Chelsea, who are the reigning champs of the Premier League, are having an awful season, prompting the club’s owner to fire Mourinho over the Christmas season. What goes around comes around. What Mourinho did to Carneiro has befallen him.

Jose Mourinho

ITV News is reporting, "Carneiro has also had backing from FIFA's medical chairman Michel D'Hooghe, who contacted the doctor to offer his support and that of the world governing body. He has backed Carneiro's insistence that she was simply doing her job." Social media comments by the public also reveal support for Carneiro.

In another ironic twist, after Mourinho’s sacking, the team began playing better. Some are accusing the Chelsea squad of being so unhappy working with Mourinho, that they deliberately played badly to get him fired. It is a difficult accusation to prove, as Mourinho has been very surly and verbally abusive with the squad, Careniro (and for all to see during his vitriolic outburst) and other Premier League managers, such as Arsenal’s Arsene Wenger. It can be argued the Chelsea squad became dispirited and played badly due to Mourinho’s conduct. Humility is important in life.

Mourinho is a very accomplished manager. However, he is having problems in his personal life and took it out on the squad and other Chelsea employees. As difficult as it may be, one must separate one’s personal problems from one’s business life. When the unprovoked insults are spiteful and cruel, they are deemed personal attacks. Football is fun and full of good-natured ribbing. Things should not reach the levels of animus Mourinho ventured into during his tenure at Chelsea.

On another note, Hazard was also billed as the next big footballer, but it has not materialized, indicating he needs more assistance in his development. This happens sometimes when great expectations are placed on athletes. Being a top athlete requires skill, mental grit and the ability to play under pressure. One must follow through on the initiative.

Being a football manager is not easy either. To be great at it you have to be a fair disciplinarian, planner, strategist, instructor and motivator in what will be a cycle of wins and losses. There’s nothing wrong with being a disciplinarian, regarding maintaining proper rules and codes of conduct for a team, but when it ventures into mean-spirited verbal abuse and venomous conduct, a manager will lose his audience that is the squad. When you break people's spirit, they are not going to give you their best. Correct them on what they did wrong, but compliment them on what they did right. There needs to be a balance. Be fair.

In closing, no manager is greater than the squad. No footballer is greater than the squad. To get the best results, the manager and squad must function as an equal whole.

Ex-Chelsea doctor Eva Carneiro set for constructive dismissal tribunal hearing

5 January 2016 at 4:19pm - Former Chelsea team doctor Eva Carneiro's constructive dismissal case against the club will have its first tribunal hearing on Wednesday. The preliminary hearing will take place at the London South Employment Tribunal in Croydon, and is expected to be in private before an employment judge.

The hearing will fix the timetable for the case, and deal with witness statements and disclosure of documents - including texts and emails - by each side, as well as any legal procedural disputes that current exist between the two parties...Chelsea filed their defence in the case last month. Carneiro also has a separate personal legal action against former Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho, who left the club in December, for alleged victimisation and discrimination.

The 42-year-old doctor was dropped from first-team duties after Mourinho criticised her and the first-team physio Jon Fearn for going onto the pitch to treat Eden Hazard on the opening day of the season. The action meant that Chelsea were temporarily down to nine men against Swansea, and afterwards Mourinho called Carneiro and Fearn ''impulsive and naive''. Carneiro did not appear on the bench again for first-team duties and later parted company with the club...

Rapper TI Is No Longer Iggy Azalea's Manager And They Have Part On Bad Terms

Iggy Azalea and TI

Atlanta rapper TI, real name Clifford Harris, has parted ways with protégé Iggy Azalea. The rapper confirmed the news on New York radio station WQHT FM during an interview, indicating Iggy's public disputes caused the problems, "Everything was cool and then they came back and undid. It's not that I got tired of cleaning it up...I'm loyal partner and if I rock with you I rock with you. Right or wrong...We'll discuss that later in the car. But right now I'ma block the bullets, but when I say go, go. Just go. Don't stand around and talk while I'm blocking bullets. I just feel they needed some time to adjust."

Azalea responded on Twitter by stating, "@GlobalGrind word? Could've sworn I was still in a publishing deal with him...but go head...you tell it." TI owns a portion of Iggy's music publishing, in exchange for having discovered her (among other things). The two also engaged in an adulterous affair. TI was managing the rapper's career for a time, launching Iggy to mainstream music chart success in 2014 with the song "Fancy." TI molded Iggy's career and style on that of fellow female rapper Nicki Minaj. However, not even a year into her newfound stardom and a massive backlash ensued. The Australian native, who is dating Los Angeles Lakers basketball star, Nick Young, has engaged in public disputes with other famous names, which in her case, generated negative publicity (it did the opposite for rapper Eminem).

Rumors also persist that TI ghostwrites Iggy's raps, which is a no-no in said genre of music (TI owning some of her music publishing does not help rumors). Rappers are required to write their own lyrics or be deemed fake. However, Iggy is credited for co-writing her songs with others. Iggy's career took the biggest hit from social networking, as users turned her into one meme after another and critics openly questioned her credibility as a rapper. Iggy's tour that was scheduled for this past summer, was cancelled due to poor ticket sales.

Chris Brown Released From The Philippines After Detention Due To His Manager Committing Financial Fraud

Chris Brown

R&B singer Chris Brown was recently detained in the Philippines due to his manager committing financial fraud. An influential church group in the Philippines paid to have Brown fly to their nation and perform at a 55,000 seat venue. However, due to Brown being under probation as a felon, stemming from the Rihanna domestic violence case, he was unable to obtain a passport.

Brown did not show up for the advertised show and his manager failed to return the deposit to the Filipino church group. Brown accepted another gig from a different promoter in the Philippines and performed a show in the nation last week. However, due to the church group not receiving their deposit back after Brown's no show, a complaint was filed with the Justice Department in the Philippines and he was detained in his plush hotel room until the matter was resolved.

The Judiciary Report has repeatedly stated Brown is surrounded by dangerous friends and unprofessional business associates. Thus far Brown's friends have gotten him shot at and robbed his mansion of $50,000 in cash and tens of thousands more in personal property, while holding his aunt and gunpoint then shoving her into a closet. His business associates got him detained in the Philippines after pulling a fast one on the church group, which created a worldwide scandal upon his detention. All this is creating very stressful situations in Brown's life and jeopardizing his health, life and career.

Conflicting Reports Released Regarding Whether Chris Brown Has Been Released From The Philippines Or Continues To Be Detained For Financial Fraud By His Management (Video)

R&B singer, Chris Brown, was scheduled to perform a concert in the Philippines in December 2014. However, due to his criminal record as a felon from the Rihanna domestic violence case and reports he was unable to secure a passport, Brown was unable to enter the country. Brown departed for the Philippines this week and held another concert.

However, the religious group who had paid money to bring the singer to the Philippines last December, made a formal complaint to the Justice Department in the Philippines, regarding Brown canceling the show and his management not returning the money paid for the deposit to secure the singer's services. Brown's manager should have returned the money, which is the standard business practice regarding cancellations caused by the entertainer or their representatives.

As such, Brown was detained two days ago and barred from leaving the Philippines. TMZ reported he was released after the matter was sorted out between "two promoters" and Brown was in the air to Hong Kong for his next scheduled show. However, Brown continued to post videos on Instagram stating he has not been allowed to leave the Philippines. The Immigration Bureau confirmed to the Associated Press that Brown is still in the Philippines.

Stuck in Philippines over fraud complaint, Chris Brown pleads 'please, let us leave'

July 23, 2015 | 12:25 p.m. EDT - MANILA, Philippines (AP) — In a profanity-laced video, Grammy award-winning singer Chris Brown vented his frustration Thursday at being stuck in the Philippines for a second day after running afoul of a politically powerful religious group that filed a fraud complaint against him for a cancelled concert. Brown was still in the country Thursday evening and had not applied for the emigration clearance he needs to leave Manila, Immigration Bureau spokeswoman Elaine Tan said in a text message to the AP.

The 26-year-old R&B singer performed at a packed concert in Manila on Tuesday but has been prevented from leaving since then. In videos posted on Instagram, Brown clowns around, asking, "Can somebody please tell me what the (expletive) is going on?" "I don't know, I'm reading headlines after headlines, what the (expletive)!" he added, smiling as his companions laugh in the background while sprawled on sofas. In another video, Brown says when he gets to customs, he will say he did nothing wrong. He then breaks into dance as people laugh. The expletive-laden video appeared to have been removed from Brown's Instagram account Thursday...

A new video posted around midnight showed Brown kneeling on the same patterned carpet as before and pleading, "Please, please, let us leave, please," then doing a back flip. The clip's caption seemed to be a mock appeal to President Barack Obama. The dispute traces back to last New Year's Eve when Brown canceled a concert at the 55,000-seat Philippine Arena north of Manila, which is operated by a corporation owned by the politically influential Iglesia ni Cristo religious group. The 101-year-old group is believed to have more than a million members both in the Philippines and abroad and is known to vote as a bloc in a nation where politicians often seek endorsements from church leaders. The organizers said they were told at that time by Brown's representative that the singer lost his passport and could not make it to the concert...

Chris Brown Is In Trouble Again After Confrontation With Two Flight Attendants And A Pilot Over Illegal Marijuana Smoking In Flight

Chris Brown

Reports in US Weekly indicate singer Chris Brown, who just completed 5-years of probation, got into a confrontation with two flight attendants on a private jet, for illegally smoking weed. US Weekly reports Brown was "smoking a ton of pot" which is not allowed on flights, as it is a violation of FAA rules.

Brown is accused of blowing marijuana smoke in the face of one of the flight attendants, who asked him to stop smoking weed on the flight. Brown is further accused of stating to another female crew member, "What is your old ass doing here anyway. I like to have the help be people I actually like to f**k."

Brown's publicist acknowledges there was a confrontation between the singer and flight crew, but stated he was smoking a cigarette. Brown's publicist stated the pilot refused to fly after Chris outed his cigarette, but his companion did so offensively. The pilot demanded Brown's companion be removed from the flight. This prompted Brown's tour manager to ask for a new pilot, in a request that went unfulfilled. When Brown's companion was ejected from the flight, the plane finally departed.

Karrueche Tran

This latest outburst comes on the heels of the public meltdown Brown had on Twitter and Instagram after seeing ex-girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, 27, posing for a picture with handsome male supermodel Tyson Beckford. Brown and his Bloods street gang associates threatened to break Beckford's legs, with the singer stating he would "f**k ya baby momma" and "whoop your child."

Brown later apologized for the outburst. Ironically, the Judiciary Report warned in a past article regarding taking photos with other celebrities, especially with a certain connotation, as it can go really wrong for a person (Tamar Braxton Accused Of Disrespecting Husband Vincent Herbert With Other Men and  Fist Fight Erupts As Rapper TI Tried To Brawl With Floyd Mayweather’s Money Team Over Wife Tiny and Shantel Jackson Press Conference Has The Public Criticizing Her For Going After Floyd Mayweather's Money [Full Video]). However, at the end of the day, Brown cheated on Tran and they are no longer together. The airplane incident indicates Brown is on another downward spiral. If this continues it is going to end very badly for him.

CAA Drops Roc Nation Sports Due To Athletes Avoiding Jay Z's Fledgling Company

Jay Z

Recently, rapper Jay Z fancied himself a sports agent and manager, but things are not going the way he planned. Jay Z, real name Shawn Carter, started Roc Nation Sports and signed three athletes. He also inked a deal with powerhouse company CAA, as leagues were creating rules aimed at keeping the dangerously ignorant novice out.

After 2-years, CAA has broken ties with Roc Nation Sports, dropping the company as an inexperienced start up that is a liability. Jay Z does not have the manpower, experience or intellect to be a sports manager and or agent and is experimenting with people's careers. Jay Z is dispensing bad advice and promising athletes the world, in claims he is not equipped or able to deliver.

Recently, several top boxers turned down Jay Z's offers to join Roc Nation (Adrien Broner, Deontay Wilder and five other top pugilists). Many other athletes in several sports have passed on the company as well. It is a vanity project with no real foundation. You can't play with people's careers like that, especially in sports, where athletes have a limited time frame to achieve their dreams and secure their finances.

Jay Z has helped to destroy the music industry with illegal tactics such as criminal copyright infringement, payola, chart rigging and sales scams to inflate record sales which were caught and condemned by Soundscan (nevermind he's still doing it). Music industry sales are at an all time low.

Now, mentally deficient Jay Z has greedily turned his attention to the sports industry and has been illegally operating outside the rules of several leagues. This is a poor and disgraceful business model only employed by criminals and will undoubtedly do damage to the sports industry as well.

The New York Post quoted Robert Tuchman of GoViva sports marketing, who stated of the CAA and Roc Nation split, "If you're any type of client, the smart thing to do is to stick with the most powerful agencies, CAA and IMG. It's much  harder for people who are trying to build a business on their own by representing two or three people."

This is something the Judiciary Report has emphasized in past articles regarding hiring experienced, established  managers and agents (What Managers, Coaches And Trainers Look For In Athletes and Adrien Broner Apologizes To Jay Z And Rihanna For Profane Tirade But Does Not Retract His Claims About Them and In Boxing The Right Team Can Make All The Difference In The World).

Don't unintentionally damage your career by hiring an inexperienced upstart, who does not know the business. This is your career, which impacts your life and finances. Don't mess with it hiring inexperienced, greedy people seeking to exploit you for financial and social gain. You only have a few set years playing sports. Hire the best manager and agents you can, who have the most legitimate contacts and connections with big corporations, to maximize your revenues and expand your brand.

Chris Brown Must Buckle Down

...Or Face Jail

Chris Brown

R&B singer Chris Brown is in danger of going back to jail, as his probation was revoked last week. Judge James Brandlin gave Brown several months to complete 1,000 hours probation, but work commitments as well as partying got in the way. As of last week Brown was 202 hours short. Brown would have to work round the clock (with no sleep) at sanctioned community service locations to complete the missing hours in time, which really is not feasible.

Chris Brown performing on stage

The community service deadline crept up on Brown for a number of reasons. Once again, Brown needs to cut certain friends loose. Even his mother, who coddles him as her only boy, is telling him this. Said friends are taking up his time and money with unproductive ventures. His girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, has been trying to keep him on track, but they've broken up a few times during his probation. He was also in jail for 4 months in 2014.

A tearful Chris Brown in court last week starting the new year with a probation revocation

Brown must change his mindset and look at probation as a job. Something he must do. Judge Brandlin has been merciful to Brown, but he's given him many chances and time is running out. Even if Brown has to take a month off from work, he needs to get the community service hours completed and move on with his life or he will continue to be stuck in this cycle of probation, jail and community service.

Karrueche Tran

It's not good for his mind, well being or progress. Brown also needs to find a smart old school manager, not one who is partying with him and not telling him the truth about some of his trouble prone friends.

When Sports Stars Poses Turn Hilarious (Photos)

Bar none the funniest sports pose, featuring Manchester United manager, Louis Van Gaal. I'm scared to ask what prompted the comedic pose.

Arsenal F.C. manager Arsene Wenger shows us his sexy side. In a game of "our manager has sexier poses than yours" Arsene beats Louis Van Gaal hands down, pardon the pun.

Arsenal footballer, Jack Wilshere, trying to stop football legend Thierry Henry by grabbing his leg. I applaud your desperation. Keep up the good work (just teasing).

Sprinter, Usain Bolt, is usually the picture of grace. So for the life of me I'm struggling to understand what went down with this pose. It is funny though and for that I thank him for the laugh.

Rapper Iggy Azalea Sues Ex-Boyfriend Over Sex Tape She Says Was Made When She Was A Minor

Iggy Azalea

Australian rapper Iggy Azalea, known for the song "Fancy" has sued Atlanta based music manager and ex-boyfriend, Hefe Wine, over attempts to release a sex tape, she says was made when she was a minor. Iggy, real name Amethyst  Kelly, signed a music management and production agreement with Wine, who also began having sex with her. The two began living in sin, as she traded sex for career favors.

Iggy Azalea

Wine maintains Iggy was 18-years-old when she voluntarily made the sex tape. Iggy contends she was underage and the sex tape was made without her knowledge, while she lived with the older music manager. Wine states the contract Iggy signed allows him to use all music and video material she made during that time, including said sex tape, which is unheard of in the industry. Wine is now attempting to sell the sex tape and music Iggy states he illegally downloaded from her computers, to a porn company, notorious for this type of material.

Hefe Wine and Iggy Azalea

Iggy dumped Wine in favor of having sex with married rapper, TI, who has been wed to singer/reality star, Tiny, for years. The couple have several children between them. This fact didn't stop Iggy from sexing him to become famous. The chickens are now coming home to roost.

Chris Brown's First Week Sales For 'X' Projected To Be 120,000 Copies Sold As Numbers Are Less Than Expected

Chris Brown

Chris Brown's "X" studio CD released this week is projected to sell 120,000 copies in its first week of release. The CD is battling Barbara Streisand's latest effort. On its current sales course, "X" will be a modest success, taking more time than industry experts expected to go gold.

The single "Loyal" created a lot of attention for the CD that suffered from delays and several release dates that originally did not pan out, due to Brown's legal troubles and his former manager withholding the hard drive containing all the singer's music, after she was fired.

"Loyal" became a big hit and went platinum, selling over 1,000,000 copies, which in this day and age is a lot for a single. However, Sony waited too long to release the CD "X" after "Loyal" became a hit and sales are lower than what was expected. Another problem that may have contributed to lower sales is Brown mass unfollowing all his fans on Twitter and Instagram. Some vowed to not buy "X" upon its release.

Career Guidance

Mike Tyson

Career guidance is important to entertainers and athletes. Many are thrust into the spotlight and given large sums of money that often lead to their ruination, as they simply do not know how to handle it and are exploited by the wrong people as well.

I sometimes think if trainer Cus D'Amato had not died, boxer Mike Tyson's life and career would not have hit the troubled times it did, due to the unscrupulous people who had surrounded and exploited him. D'Amato used to chase after Tyson when he went back to his old neighborhood, as the trainer was concerned he would get into trouble. Prior to D'Amato adopting Tyson, the boxer would rob crack houses and get into street fights with dangerous people.

D'Amato introduced structure and discipline to his life and gave him a sense of belonging .When D'Amato died, Tyson was on his own again and things went wrong. His talent brought him to the heights of fame, but Tyson was robbed by lawyers, a manager/promoter, ripped off by women, then ended up in jail on suspect charges and struggled with substance abuse.

Tupac

The late rapper Tupac could very well be alive today had he not fallen in with Suge Knight and Death Row. It was the worst thing that ever happened to him. The manner in which the now defunct Death Row Records was being run put Tupac squarely in line to be killed.

Before Tupac's death, he was accused of sexual assault in a dubious case, where an entire club saw a woman voluntarily perform a sex act on him out in the open. Tupac was also robbed by Death Row to the tune of $20,000,000 that led to a lawsuit by his mother after his death to recoup the stolen royalties. Tupac did not have the proper personal or career guidance and it led to him being in unsafe and reckless situations that bred nothing but trouble, pain and loss in his life.

Any entertainer or athlete needs the right people to grow their brand, earn income and preserve that wealth. The manager must think big, be personable, have good ideas and people skills. You also need an honest manager, who can provide good career guidance. Entertainers and athletes need to hear the truth about ideas and behaviors they seek to engage in that could ultimately destroy everything they've worked for. A manager who is a yes man or yes woman will unintentionally set their clients up for a fall and financial ruin.

Footballer Angel Di Maria Injured In First Match After Manchester United Signed Him For $100,000,000

Angel di Maria (left) made his debut for Manchester United against Burnley in a draw

Recently, the beleaguered, former championship winning Manchester United football club in England, signed star Real Madrid footballer, Angel Di Maria, for $100,000,000. Manchester United fans got excited, believing it would return the team to football glory. This past Saturday, Di Maria got suited and booted, made his way unto the pitch…and ended up injured during his first match.

Louis Van Gaal (center)

According to the Telegraph, someone kicked Di Maria in the calf creating the problem and the new manager, Louis Van Gaal, took him off the pitch as a precaution. If I pay you $100,000,000, you could get kicked in the no-no’s (crown jewels) and I’m still playing you (LOL). Your spleen could fall out and I would look at the medic and say, "Can't we just slap a bandage on him and get him back in the match."

Alex Ferguson

Football trolls on social networking *cough* such as myself, have had a field day at poor Manchester United’s expense, as they dominated football for years (yea, we were hating). So, their losing streak is stunning to watch. I joked on Twitter that maybe Di Maria got confused and thought he was signing with reigning champs, Manchester City, not Manchester United. Safe to say he knows now (just teasing).

David Moyes

Manchester United went from years of success and confidence under former manager, Sir Alex Ferguson, who retired with the team as number one in the Premier League, to his pessimistic, doubtful successor, David Moyes, telling the squad for nearly a year they will not win (and they played that way and lost).

An example of the football troll jokes about Manchester United on social networking. It's all in good fun and people don't mean it in a bad way.

Though he did not mean to do so, Moyes destroyed their confidence. Social media making Moyes and by default the squad the butt of many jokes didn't help Manchester United's confidence either. Spending all the money in the world on footballers without correcting the confidence issue is not going to work.

Do Some Managers, Coaches Trainers And Athletes Have An Edge Due To Trade Secrets

Pele

For many years, select managers, coaches, trainers and athletes pioneered training methods that are essentially trade secrets that give them a fair and ethical, but secretive edge in play. My dad, who was a professional athlete and worked in the sports industry for many years, told me of things he witnessed behind the scenes, regarding stellar athletes in various sports, who loved their craft so much, they took it to new levels during training.

Ali shuffle

Some athletes have signature moves associated with them. Heavy weight boxing champ Muhammad Ali pioneered the Ali shuffle. Floyd Mayweather popularized "the Philly shoulder roll" also known as the "Philly shell." In football, David Beckham popularized a method of making the ball curve at such an angle it greatly increased the probability of a goal being scored as well as confused many a goalie as to where the ball was headed. Michael Jordan seemingly flew through the air in basketball on his way to the rim, making it difficult to guard him without catching a foul. It earned him the nickname “Air Jordan.”

Boxing trainer Cus D’Amto was so meticulous is his training methods, he even stunted the growth of champion boxer Mike Tyson by making him jog with 50 pounds of weights on his back during his teen years, as he believed it would make him a better heavyweight.

Logic and history shows us some athletes are better than others in how they perform in play. While natural athletic ability does play apart in it via genetics, how you train and what you are taught as an athlete does make a big difference as well. Some managers and trainers are more advanced, skilled and knowledgeable than others. Some have a greater eye for talent and athlete development as well.

What Managers, Coaches And Trainers Look For In Athletes

Many people want to become professional athletes and wonder what it takes. Natural talent is very important. However, other factors are important as well. The willingness to work hard is a second important trait. Sports is physically demanding and requires many hours of training. You must be willing to put in the time and effort in extensive, exhausting practice sessions and in play.

Discipline goes hand in hand with hard work. You have to discipline yourself to train long hours and not get into trouble with drugs and alcohol, which wreak havoc on an athlete's body.  Having one drink is one thing (wine is the least damaging) but getting high on drugs and drunk on alcohol is quite another. There have been high profile cases of notable, talented athletes, whose careers were derailed by drugs and or alcoholism.

The willingness to listen and cooperate is also an asset. Managers, coaches and trainers prefer athletes who are not stubborn and are willing to listen to their advice that comes from many years of experience. The willingness to listen to instructions, correction and advice, putting it in motion in real life situations in and out of play, will make you more successful.

No matter how good of an athlete you are, you don't want the manager or coach to become exasperated with your attitude or antics in or out of play and bench you. There's only so much the average manager or coach is willing to take. Get behavioral issues under control.

There have been a few athletes who were warring with people they work with because training and team commitments interfered with their partying scheduled. That's another thing, you cannot be a successful athlete chasing tramps and partying all the time. It will sap your strength and damage your career. Your performance off the pitch/field/court with all these women will negatively impact your performance on the pitch/field/court.

See your career as something you love, but also a business. Only listen to the most experienced, tried and tested individuals, who are professionals with a track record for being correct and successful. Listening to your friends and or girlfriends, who do not know the business, with some acting out of self-interest, will not help you in the long run.

For example, your friend wanting to manage your career, with no business experience or contacts in the industry, as opposed to you signing with a manager or agent with years of experience and proven success. That is a big no-no. Many careers have suffered going this route. The entertainment and sports industries are very specific and complicated. It's not cut and dry. There are many intricacies. An experienced and connected manager and or agent will get you places and more income much quicker than your inexperienced, untrained friend off the street attempting to trade off your burgeoning name.

A good manager or agent will confidently and constantly work via their connections to get you deals with corporations that make sports drinks, soft drinks, food, footwear, apparel, cars and other items that are a good fit with your brand. Your friend who is not in the industry will have a very difficult time getting meetings with the aforementioned people.

Another example, your girlfriend not wanting you to sign with certain teams in certain cities. You think it is because she does not believe they are the best teams and will not win championships, when it has been proven in quite a few cases it's about the number of models and groupies that reside in said cities (Miami, Los Angeles and New York ect). Don't laugh, I know of cases where this happened but I don't want to name names and embarrass anyone. That's not the purpose of this article.

Save for a rainy day

Unless your girlfriend is a professional athlete, manager, agent or works for a sports organization in an executive capacity, it is best not to accept life changing career advice from her. She may mean well, she may be only thinking about herself, you don't know, but at the end of the day, it is best to listen to the professionals.

Additionally, whether you are on a squad or in a solo sport, once you get signed, you will have a team of professionals behind you and you need to make the best effort you can to cooperate and work with them. No man is an island. There's nothing wrong with getting help from others under the correct, prearranged terms, hammered out in proper contracts. And remember, you head up your personal business team, you set the agenda, don't let anyone push you into anything you do not feel comfortable doing.

Work with knowledgeable, experienced people, as it will make a difference in how much of an impact your career makes and how much income you earn. It's not about greed, but one must keep in mind, the average professional athlete's career lasts roughly 5-years. Some exceed that, but many fall under the five year average as well. Therefore, you need to make the most of it while you have it, to set yourself and your family up financially for the future. As the Judiciary Report always advocates, use a small portion of your earnings to start a sensible business.

Bills don't pay themselves. Think big and try to think ahead and with that in mind, make the most of today with the best deals and endorsements your team can find.

Chris Brown’s Manager Goes Broke And Loses His Mansion

Chris Brown: Wait, so you're telling me this dude is broke! This dude's got my checks, man!

Music manager, Bu Thiam, the brother of rapper, Akon, has lost his Atlanta mansion to foreclosure. Thiam, who recently began managing singer, Chris Brown, was unable to pay his property taxes and his house was auctioned off by the court. Some in the industry will reason, if a music manager loses his home to foreclosure, unable to pay basic property taxes, how can he secure lucrative financial deals for clients, when he cannot manage his own finances.

Chris Brown

Additionally, for months some of Chris Brown’s fans spoke out online against Bu managing the star. Their concerns will not be allayed when they find out Brown's checks go through Bu first, who takes his cut, then passes on the rest to the singer.

Bu Thiam

Bu’s brother Akon is also having financial problems. His $300,000 Ferrari was repossessed by the leasing company, for missing payments. Years ago, Akon made money off music for a time, but like many stars, began living the high life and did not save for a rainy day, believing money would always be coming in. It often does not work that way. Akon’s career hit a major decline, as many entertainers experience and he found himself in debt and overextended.
