Nelly Still Won't Marry Shantel Jackson Whose Career Is Struggling

Shantel Jackson, the ex-fiancee of boxer, Floyd Mayweather, continues to post items on Instagram revealing she is in love with rapper Nelly. The couple have been dating for 2-years and Jackson has been dropping hints for nearly a year that she wants to marry him. However, Nelly hasn't even so much as proposed to her.

Jackson did some shady things to Mayweather and hopefully she has left that behavior in the past. Jackson and Nelly should settled down and get married. At this stage, they may as well get married. What are you waiting on Nelly. You may as well make it official and marry her. If Nelly doesn't marry her, she is going to go back to Mayweather.

Jackson has wanted to be a model and actress. Mayweather tried, but her career did not take off. Jackson is a pretty woman, which helps in the acting world. However, she should have taken many acting lessons and focused on getting a television and movie career going. Nelly made her a reality star, but if she is to become a legitimate actress, she is going to have to seriously study acting.

Rihanna Booed By Fans During Show Many Of Whom Left Early

The career problems of vocally struggling singer Rihanna continues. First the first five singles from her “Anti” album flopped. Then the “Anti” album flopped, experiencing a 80% sales decrease from its predecessor. Then her “Anti” tour sponsored by Samsung flopped, not giving them any return on their $5,000,000 investment, due to poor ticket sales. Rihanna has been spotted crying on stage looking out at half-empty arenas. 

The most recently woe arrived in the form of Rihanna’s fans slamming her. Fans booed Rihanna during her concert in Belgium. First she arrived an hour late to her set at the Pukklepop festival then decided to lip sync, which angered the audience, resulting in wild booing. Many fans left early. Rihanna’s career is in freefall.

Are Rematches And Back To Back Title Fights A Good Idea In Boxing When A Fighter Is Coming Off A Loss

To rematch or not to rematch, that is the question. Are back to back title shots a good idea after a loss, that is also another question. If you have a boxer who has been soundly beaten in the ring by an opponent, arranging a rematch that could result in a similar loss, will be devastating to a fighter's confidence and career. Sometimes a rematch is simply not the best idea. However, you have to judge it based on certain factors, such as the probability of avenging the loss in the ring via a rematch, the current fitness of your fighter against that of the opponent who prevailed in the first outing and the point your fighter is at in their career. 
 
If it was a bad beating, a rematch is not a good idea. Cut your losses and move on. If your fighter is at an early stage in their career, somewhere between fight 1-15, a rematch and a second loss to the same fighter can prove very problematic wreaking havoc on the boxer's confidence, endorsement deals and earning potential, the caliber of fights you can make and general press regarding what will be stated by critics and fans. It's much easier to recover from back to back losses later in a career, as opposed to the early stages of it.

Back to back title shots after a loss is also a bit risky. To receive a title shot and lose happens. However, to get another title shot as the next fight and lose that one as well, it difficult. After losing a title shot, it is best to make a come back with a few warm up fights you know you can win, because if you lose two back to back title shots, it puts a major dent in one's career. Sometimes it is best to work one's way back up to another title shot, via a series of wins that rebuilds the confidence and improves one's skills.

Rachel Roy And Rita Ora Backtracking On Brags About Cheating With Jay Z After Beyonce’s Angry Fans Slam Them Online

Rachel Roy and singer Rita Ora are back tracking on brags they made online, in response to singer Beyonce’s new album, correctly accusing husband, Jay Z of cheating. The Judiciary Report has it on very good authority that Jay Z cheated with both women. He also cheated on Beyonce with singers Rihanna and Blu Cantrell, whom his daughter is named after.

It was unwise for Beyonce to expect fidelity from a man like Jay Z. From the beginning of his career he has slept with every woman he can. Prior to becoming a rapper, when he was a crack cocaine dealer, he used drug money to get women. He has been promiscuous for a longtime and has no intention of changing. He married Beyonce for bragging rights. Then his protégé Rihanna became more famous for a time and he had regrets. Jay Z has cheated with Rihanna the most. Jay Z only loves himself, money and fame. However, Rihanna has kept her mouth shut, as she is afraid of him and what he would do to her career.

Ora is trying to get out of her contract with Jay Z’s Roc Nation, having filed a lawsuit right after he got her sued and humiliated online, due to giving her false assurances about unlawful copyright theft and invasive conduct. Roy is no longer married to Jay Z’s former partner, Dame Dash, so she was showing off online. Who told them to do that (LOL). Neither Roy or Ora banked on Beyonce’s fans reacting so virulently and threatening to beat and kill them (which is wrong by the way, stop threatening people). They also did think through the consumer consequences, as people will boycott Roy and Ora’s products over messing with someone‘s spouse and make it worse bragging about it.

The way I see it is this, when I read about Beyonce’s lyrics, calling out a “Becky with good hair” for cheating with her husband, I knew it wasn’t me and didn‘t apply to me, so I ignored it. That’s how most people looked at the lyrics. The mere fact Ora and Roy got their drawers all in a knot and responded, arrogantly showing off about it on social networking, was a dead giveaway regarding all the rumors in the industry about them cheating with Jay Z. If it doesn’t apply to you, why get cocky, reference it on social networking in a sly way and take a dig at Beyonce for singing it. You outed yourselves. You waded into that with your behavior - don’t cry victim. You should have kept your mouths shut like 3D forehead Rihanna.

In short, stop messing with people’s spouses. At the end of the day, marriage is sacred. No one should be cheating with anyone’s spouse. It's a hurtful, damaging thing. People’s marriages should have a chance to succeed without outside interference.

Just 5-weeks ago, 19-year-old Rmarni Eliss (Raemarni Eliss) was traveling the world first class with boxer Floyd Mayweather on his private jet, after she spent $1,000 to buy a ticket to a meet and greet he held in her native England. Mayweather took Rmarni shopping for designer clothes and purses, items she posted online. Now she is suddenly back in Dudley, England, after his girlfriend, Bad Medina, grew unhappy with all the attention her presence attracted. The Judiciary Report stated weeks ago Mayweather would dump her, as he's not serious (Floyd Mayweather Spotted With A New Girlfriend In London Upsetting His Current One In Las Vegas).

Rmarni received a wave of abuse on Instagram and in the feedback section of newspapers websites such as the Daily Mail UK, for running off with Mayweather. The comments were upsetting her, as she began to comment on what people were stating online, branding her a gold digger. Rmarni had left her boyfriend behind in England, to fly with Mayweather to Miami, where they spent a month together. She also spent a couple days with Mayweather in Los Angeles and attended a basketball game.

Rmarni is an aspiring rapper and thought Mayweather was her big break. The boxer has launched a record label and signed two artists. However, she is back in Dudley, England disappointed her career has not taken off. Most singers in Britain who want to make it go to London and seek a record deal. There are also great studios in London such as Abbey Road, Metropolis and RAK.

Chris Brown Slammed By Critics And Fans Over Documentary (Video)


Beleaguered R&B singer, Chris Brown, released a trailer for a documentary entitled "Welcome To My Life" and it is provoking a whirlwind of negative statements from the press and fans. The Daily Mail stated of Brown discussing his domestic violence fist fight with singer Rihanna, "The singer never says that he is sorry for what he did to Rihanna; rather he is sorry for what happened to him in the aftermath." 




New York magazine stated, "Don't bother watching that garbage documentary about garbage-person Chris Brown." The Huffington Post wrote, "There's going to be a new Chris Brown documentary where he expects us to feel sorry for him." The reviews thus far and the reception to the documentary's premise has been overwhelmingly negative. This is not what Brown and his team were hoping to achieve.

Chris Brown's Ex-Girlfriend Karrueche Tran Is Working But He Would Rather Have Her Back As A Socialite

Aspiring actress and model, Karrueche Tran, who is the ex-girlfriend, of R&B singer, Chris Brown, has recently completed work on three movies and a television series. She is happy with her burgeoning career. However, last week, Brown made sarcastic comments about Tran's career stating, "Ok miss tran, I wish u the most successful career ever! But I promise you this, once this "TALENT" you have starts to simmer, so will everyone else including Jacob, all of your famous friends know u how? How? How? How? How? .. Ok. So to end this petty game that's gonna allow u to book more club appearances and "MOVIES" that go straight to DVD I'll leave you this..."

He then tried to apologize for his statements by asking his 24.5 million Instagram followers to support Tran and her projects. At the end of the day, Brown does not think Tran is talented. It's going to hurt her to read it, but he does not. He feels he made her famous and introduced her to his celebrity friends. He does care for her, though. Brown took care of Tran when she had nothing. Tran even stated he spoiled her with expensive gifts (cars, designer clothes, shoes and cash).

Brown has become very bitter regarding Tran. He is upset that a number of famous men are after her. Two of the men are really vying for her attention behind the scenes and Brown knows about it. One of the two men is richer than Brown, which he feels threatened by, as said athlete can buy Tran anything she wants. Brown wants Tran back, but as a socialite he takes care of financially.

Brown's outbursts on social networking regarding Tran could cause him problems, because she saw a lot while she dated him for 4-years. She was there throughout the Rihanna domestic violence case. If she wrote a tell all book it would sell, generate many interviews and cause him a significant amount of distress and embarrassment. Tran's manager Jacob York knows this.

Johnny Manziel Loses Contract With Cleveland Browns After Constant Drinking And Partying Confirming Previous Site Claims (Video)

This week, the Cleveland Browns have released 23-year-old quarterback, Johnny Manziel, after a string of self-induced troubles beset the talented U.S. football player. In the July 12, 2014 article "Partying Your Career Away" the Judiciary Report warned that Manziel was headed for disaster in what would damage his career. Now it has happened in Manziel being cut by the Browns.

Manziel constantly partied and drank excessively to the point he began playing well below his potential in the professional league (NFL), then ended up in a domestic violence incident in October 2015 with girlfriend, Colleen Crowley. The couple were out partying and drinking. Manziel is accused of dragging Crowley out of his hotel room and into her car. She stated to police that she jumped out of the car in the parking lot, but Manziel stopped the vehicle, dragged her back into the car, then struck her on her head by her ear. Crowley is now deaf in one ear. The blow to the head made Crowley understandably angry. She began hitting Manziel, who threw her off him in the car, causing her to hit her head against the window.

An argument erupted as Manziel drove with Crowley in the car against her will. Manziel threatened to kill Crowley and himself during the violent argument. Sports Illustrated quoted an excerpt from the police report on the incident revealing, "During the drive to Fort Worth, I was crying and telling him ‘I hate you! Just leave me alone! I hate you!’ Respondent then told me he was going to drop me off, take my car and go kill himself. I thought maybe he was on drugs or having a psychotic break so to keep him calm I began telling him, ‘I love you. We can figure this out, we can talk.’ Respondent started laughing at this and I became really scared. I started crying even more and he told me "Shut up or I'll kill us both!" Then I started begging him not to kill me and he immediately responded, ‘I would never kill you. You don't deserve that. I would only kill myself!’ He was not making sense."

Pedestrians witnessed Manziel driving erratically as the two fought in the car. As a result, the pedestrians called police. Though, Crowley declined to press charges and the incident was closed, public outcry over domestic violence later caused authorities to reopen the matter. In February 2016, police announced Manziel is under investigation over the incident.

The couple were constantly partying, drinking and on vacation. This was not great for their health or his career. Manziel is responsible for the choices he made. Nonetheless, I have to question the conduct of some of the people in Manziel's life. Manziel's friends and love interests know he has a drinking issue. Yet, they continued to drink and party with him on a regular basis. The question is why. If you have a friend or love with an alcohol problem, in good conscience you should keep them away from it when you are around them.

Manziel was also putting much of his partying and promiscuity on social networking, damaging his image and earning potential with sponsors/endorsers. The Judiciary Report has warned against this behavior online in past articles [Producer Teddy Riley Lays Down The Law On Soulja Boy Regarding His Daughter (The Dangers Of Putting Too Much Private Info On Social Networking) and Stars With Image Problems That Cost Them Millions Of Dollars and Partying Your Career Away]. Nearly two-years after the Judiciary Report's articles, Manziel's marketing agency LRMR dropped him as a client (January 2016). Manziel's agent also dropped him as a client (January 2016). Both companies' conduct confirms what the Judiciary Report wrote years prior in that coaches/managers/team, as well as endorsers, do not favor trouble prone athletes. It makes them nervous, as they have to protect their brand.  
With Manziel, the potential is there, but the dedication is not. Manziel made the choice that partying was just as important as training and it is not. You have to sacrifice if you want to make it in sports. Sacrifice is a word commonly used by champions. One of the first things my dad, a former football (soccer) player then coach (cricket as well) of many years taught me is that athletes cannot constantly party and drink and reach the top of the sports field. Having fun in the off season to a minimal degree is one thing, but partying and with alcohol week in and week out will damage one's sports career. The body simply cannot handle it. When there's more alcohol in you than a good protein drink, you're gonna have problems.

Is Cherry Picking Opponents In Boxing Wrong


Some have criticized promoters and boxers for "cherry picking" their opponents to increase the chances of victory. Some dislike it. Most boxers will tell you they will fight anyone, anytime and anywhere. However, is it a good idea in the early stages of one's career (and towards the end of it if one has hit advanced years). Let's face it, some boxers are further in their development than others. The fight will not be well matched and could put you at a great disadvantage.

If I were a promoter I would have qualms about putting a boxer in with someone they are not ready for in the ring. It is not a lack of confidence, just practicality. There are many things you will not learn in the gym, that require the experience of the ring in a live setting. How you react to truly being hit, going the distance, the noise of the crowd.

Newly pro boxers usually look green in the ring for about their first 10 fights. They land fewer punches and make more mistakes than a pugilist with at least 20 fights under their belt. Boxers with more experience turn into sharks smelling blood in the water when a promoter sends in a rival for something they are not ready for. The rival boxer knows and it ends up looking like this:

Therefore, why would you want someone to punch a hole in your boxer or knock him into the next solar system, by signing him up for a fight he wasn't ready for in any measure. What do you do if you sign your fighter up for a fight he wasn't ready for yet, only to see him take the most restful nap of his life in the middle of the ring, until the medical team wakes him up from the knock out.

If you lose too early in your boxing career, it will cause problems with the type of fights you can get, how much you are paid in purse money and your sponsors, which helps to pay your bills as a boxer. It's better to pace it, choosing a natural and steady progression, rather than rush into a confidence battering defeat that could be avoided had you simply waited until your development was at a greater stage.

Chris Brown Is Suicidal Again After Dealing With Career Problems And Hearing Ex-Girlfriend Karrueche Tran Is Dating A New Man

 Chris Brown has again posted an item to social networking that has the public believing he is suicidal. The item come after news reported by the E! website that his ex-girlfriend, whom he is trying to get back, is dating DJ Morten. Brown is still in love with Tran and is not pleased with what is being stated.

Previously, Brown believed she had a few dates with Manchester United football player, Memphis Depay, but did not believe it to be serious due to the fact he lives in Britain and she America. This coupled with problems that led to his new album being delayed and his Australia and New Zealand concerts being cancelled due to visa trouble, has become too much for Brown.

Brown wrote on the social networking website Instagram, "When u tired of the f**king devil ruining your life and u hear God speak for the first time. No one knows what I deal with on a day to day. The average man wouldn't hesitate to blow his f**king brains out but that's the cowards way out... Most won't understand the genius and beauty in change and learning and the people who have devilish intentions will win in the short term. My soul will always be pure of heart. What's on the surface always looks like one big party but inside there is a little boy looking for help and guidance. People say 'be a man'. Yeah, that's right but it doesn't take away any pain you really go through. I just wanna stay out the way and do music. Most importantly and be a great father. I don't have any more patience for anything that will cause me to self - destruct!!"

Last year, the singer was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder. It is important that bipolar sufferers do not take on too much and it will trigger depression, confusion and anxiety from feeling overwhelmed and agitated. Bipolar suffers do not need any type of imbalance in their lives. It creates problems, triggering negative chemical reactions in their brain. My concern is that Brown will overdose under depression (people in his circle are providing him with narcotics). His family need to watch him and make sure he attends therapy and takes his medicine or this will not end well.

Jay Z Proves He Knows Nothing About Boxing Losing A $100,000 Bet On The Canelo Alvarez V. Miguel Cotto Fight

 Rapper Jay Z and his rip off boxing companies Roc Nation Sports/Roc Nation Boxing just took an embarrassing, high profile blow. Jay Z, who loves stealing people's copyrights, trademarks and ideas, when he doesn't know what he is doing, made a $100,000 bet with boxer-turned-promoter, Oscar Dela Hoya, that his signee, Miguel Cotto, would beat rival pugilist Saul "Canelo" Alvarez (the money will go to charity).

I tweeted about Canelo before the fight because I believed he would win and he did. Cotto is a great fighter as well, but Canelo definitely had the edge going into the fight, which was evident by many of his recent performances and the fact he is the more devastating puncher of the two. Sometimes a fight really can go either way and that must be taken into consideration, but sometimes there are clear indicators as to who will win.

 This marks the second rapper that has been proven wrong going against Canelo. Bankrupt rapper 50 Cent has been pretending to be a boxing promoter, after hanging out with retired champ Floyd Mayweather. In May, 50 Cent sent in his signing, James Kirkland, who was not ready for Canelo for a number of reasons. The fight ended in a knockout.

Once again, beware signing with rappers who decide overnight that they are boxing promoters (the boxers know more about the sport than the rappers - how are they truly going to help them). Boxing is not as easy as it looks. It's very high risk and not an easy game. Stick with the professionals who know what they are doing. Don't risk your livelihood on people who lack a true understanding of the sport and will end up wasting valuable years of your career you will not be able to get back.

Lamar Odom Is Experiencing Organ Failure While Police Open A Criminal Case Into The Brothel Where He Overdosed On Crack Cocaine And Banned Herbal Viagra 'Reload'

Former "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star and Los Angeles Lakers basketball champion, Lamar Odom, remains in critical condition on life support, after a alcohol and drug overdose at the Love Ranch brothel in Nevada. Police are investigating Odom and the Love Ranch brothel, owned by pimp Dennis Hof. Prostitution is inappropriately and unethically legal in Nevada (except in Las Vegas). However, cocaine use and the sale of banned substances is not legal, as they are criminal offenses punishable by fines and imprisonment.

Odom had been taking cocaine, cracking cocaine, herbal Viagra called Reload (the latter is banned by the U.S. FDA) and having sex with prostitutes. The all around negative behavior proved too much for his body and he began dying. The two prostitutes he chose over the weekend for $75,000, found him face down and unresponsive, with bodily fluids running from his mouth and nose. Odom has sustained brain damage, experienced several strokes and is in organ failure (regarding his kidneys and liver). Odom's heart was also negatively impacted.

Crack cocaine and cocaine are bad enough in one's system, wrecking havoc. But when you add alcohol, the chances of death multiply. When you add an illegal, so-called "herbal" Viagra that negatively impacts the manner in which the heart pumps blood through one's body, you are risking a blood clot, stroke or heart attack, further multiplying the chance of death to a greater level.

The fact Odom had several strokes reveals his brain is bleeding. Excessive alcohol thins the blood making strokes even worse. Heart attacks sometimes accompany strokes as well (even without the presence of drugs and or alcohol). The crack cocaine and or cocaine can induce a heart attack all on their own. What Odom has done to himself is the "perfect storm" of medical catastrophe. It was like a death wish.

Based on what has been written regarding the self-induced injuries he has sustained, at this point Odom cannot breathe, walk, talk, see or mentally reason. People who experience strokes especially that many, often lose the ability to speak, see and walk (sometimes only temporarily, but other times it is permanent). They often have to relearn the most basic things even children can do, such as write, lift up a cup of water and tie their shoelaces.
 
As stated yesterday, I'm not going to pretty it up. People need to see the grim truth about what drugs, alcohol and depression can drive people to in life. Therefore, get the help you need, rather than self-destructing. The point I'm trying to make is, people do not do this to yourselves. This is so sad and tragic. Odom still had everything to live for. He, like others who go down this negative path, just was not seeing that. He was focused on the overwhelming negative (and depression can mess with your head making you think there is no hope when there is) rather than all the good that was still in his life and new blessings that could come his way. The psychology and dimensions of depression in what it does to the mind is something else.

Not able to handle the bad things that happened to him in the Kardashian family, including but not limited to the destruction of his basketball career which was a byproduct of said involvement with them, was too much for him to bear. He chose a negative cycle of drugs, alcohol and women - none of which care about him - nor did it work to fix his problems.

I've seen other athletes do this. When their careers hit an unnatural and sudden decline, they go on a downward spiral of drugs (particularly the very destructive cocaine), alcohol and promiscuous sex. Only to not come out of it or come out of the downward spiral with HIV, greater career troubles, money problems, public disgrace and the implosion of their private lives. Still, there is hope for those who live through all of that (so don't give up).

There are more constructive ways of handling addiction and depression. No one can do enough drugs, drink enough alcohol or have enough sex to make your pain go away. See a doctor and a therapist and together they can work out a professional medical plan to get you through your crisis. Take a new direction with your career and stop feeling sorry for yourself. Cut off those negative, toxic, lecherous friends that encourage you to do negative things. Do charity work in your spare time. It will give you a wonderful feeling of fulfillment in helping others.

Chris Brown Released From The Philippines After Detention Due To His Manager Committing Financial Fraud

R&B singer Chris Brown was recently detained in the Philippines due to his manager committing financial fraud. An influential church group in the Philippines paid to have Brown fly to their nation and perform at a 55,000 seat venue. However, due to Brown being under probation as a felon, stemming from the Rihanna domestic violence case, he was unable to obtain a passport.

Brown did not show up for the advertised show and his manager failed to return the deposit to the Filipino church group. Brown accepted another gig from a different promoter in the Philippines and performed a show in the nation last week. However, due to the church group not receiving their deposit back after Brown's no show, a complaint was filed with the Justice Department in the Philippines and he was detained in his plush hotel room until the matter was resolved.

The Judiciary Report has repeatedly stated Brown is surrounded by dangerous friends and unprofessional business associates. Thus far Brown's friends have gotten him shot at and robbed his mansion of $50,000 in cash and tens of thousands more in personal property, while holding his aunt and gunpoint then shoving her into a closet. His business associates got him detained in the Philippines after pulling a fast one on the church group, which created a worldwide scandal upon his detention. All this is creating very stressful situations in Brown's life and jeopardizing his health, life and career.

The Con Artists Who Prey On Entertainers And Athletes To Their Detriment



Some sports stars have been targeted by con artists and cultists who are using and exploiting them to their detriment

My family have been in the entertainment and sports industries for decades. Both are complex complex businesses and sometimes for all the wrong reasons. Navigating the pitfalls of both, especially as it pertains to lecherous people, can be difficult. The moment anyone shows a bit of promise and there is a whiff of money and fame in the air, people latch on to them. Some are decent and will aid an entertainer or athlete in progressing their careers. However, some are frauds looking for money and fame not due to them.
Con artists aren't always easy to spot. They all aren't slick, fast talking hoodwinkers, so brazen and obvious with the fakery that you can see right through them. Some con artists have a bit of money and others do not.

However, the goal for a con artist is always unethically getting more money they are not entitled to in any measure. It is one thing to provide a genuine service worthy of pay. However, trying to manipulate and control an entertainer or athlete to leech off their fame and growing bank account, is not a service. That's an opportunist.

Sycophants will tell an entertainer or athlete everything they want to hear, when let's face it, we are all human and at times make mistakes that need correcting. Con artists also pretend to be experts on the aforementioned, respective fields, despite the fact they have no talent or experience for entertainment or sports in front of or behind the scenes.

I've watched as opportunists latched on to entertainers and athletes and in doing so, immediately became experts on the respective fields dispensing unproven, worthless, risky and sometimes downright dangerous advice, in trying to gain a foothold on the star's life and finances. People with a true understanding and knowledge of each industry see right through it and immediately mark it as malarkey, quackery and nonsense.


I've seen gurus, charlatans, snake oil salesmen, cultists, con artists and armchair quarterbacks latch on to and exploit entertainers and athletes with so-called advice and practices that flat-out destroyed them (all the while arrogantly bragging behind the star's back to other people that they own and control the celebrity). I've seen con artists convert entertainers and athletes from the decent religion they grew up with into dangerous ones and cults, in bids at controlling them and their burgeoning bank accounts, via deeds that ended up destroying their home life, relationships and career.

Under the aforementioned circumstances, I've seen con artists engage in manipulative acts aimed at isolating entertainers and athletes from their families, sensible industry professionals and qualified talent who are better able to aid their careers, while inducing bizarre and unsettling behavior in the star that borders on and sometimes veers into mental illness. Their families and real friends feel helpless, watching their loved one negatively change.


I've seen con artists and leeches trying to control athletes with constant flattery, superstition, alternative therapies and treatments medical science has rubbished and debunked as useless and sometimes dangerous. However, that's all they can offer because they don't know what they are doing. So quackery becomes their tool and foothold, until challenges arise. 

The easy part of an entertainer or athlete's career is the beginning when they just get signed and start to make a bit of money off initial success. The con artists and other types of leeches that cling to them in this stage, will appear to the entertainer or athlete as though they are doing something beneficial to them, when they had nothing to do with their career success at all.

As the career progresses and new challenges arise, this is where all the cracks will begin to show that the star must repair if they want to have long term success. Listening to leeches and con artists, who have no real experience or working knowledge of the entertainment or sports industries will lead to the demise of your career, because they are not equipped to help you and will disappear when that decline happens.
A real entertainment or sports industry professional, who knows what they are doing will tell you the truth.

They will provide positive feedback and encouragement, but they will also tell you the truth, especially when and where you are going wrong. In their professional capacity, they will also use sound advice, good judgment and tried and true methods to develop and grow your career.
