Kim Kardashian Settles Libel Lawsuit Against Media Take Out

Reality star, Kim Kardashian, has dropped her lawsuit against gossip website, Media Take Out, after they agreed to issue a public apology, over claims the armed burglary involving her, which occurred at a rented apartment (flat) in Paris, France, was staged and an insurance scam. Kardashian was reportedly robbed of $11,000,000 in jewelry. Kardashian has since filed an insurance claim.

In a released statement, Media Take Out wrote like a gun was pointed at them "MediaTakeOut regrettably published a series of false stories about Kim Kardashian West suggesting she faked the robbery in Paris, lied to authorities and then filed a $5.6 million fraudulent insurance claim for her stolen jewelry. MediaTakeOut knows that Mrs. Kardashian West was in fact robbed in Paris. We have permanently removed from our website any and all posts that suggested she staged the robbery, lied about it to the French police and committed an insurance crime. We sincerely apologize to Mrs. Kardashian West and her family for the false stories we published and regret suggesting that what happened to her in Paris was anything less than horrific. We are pleased that this matter has been resolved to satisfaction of all the parties." 

It's not going to change public opinion, as many still believe the robbery was staged and that is not due to what Media Take Out wrote. The minute news of the alleged robbery hit social networking, many wrote items indicating they are of the belief the theft was staged. Some comments on social networking even blamed Kardashian's husband, rapper Kanye West, stating he is in financial straits and did it for the jewels and insurance money (West was begging Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg for $50,000,000 and spoke of his financial woes on Twitter).

Mainstream entertainment news programs had security experts weighing in on the alleged theft, with one wondering out loud how Kardashian was able to free herself from the zipties used to bind her hands together, stating it is virtually impossible. Therefore, skepticism has been rampant. Peopel don't believe Kardashian, who lives just about every minute of her life on camera, in acts orchestrated by her exploitative, money hungry mom, Kris Jenner.

Reality star, Kim Kardashian, has sued gossip blog Media Take Out for libel, due to the website stating she engaged in an insurance scam, after allegedly being held at gunpoint and robbed of $11,000,000 her jewelry. Media Take Out is owned by Fred Mwangaguhunga. It is one of the most viewed sites on the internet.

Kardashian's lawyer stated Media Take Out wrote she, "Faked the robbery, lied about the violent assault, and then filed a fraudulent claim with her insurance company to bilk her carrier out of millions of dollars." The fact of the matter is many on social networking sites have written items indicating they are of the belief the Kardashian's staged the robbery. Media Take Out shares their view and published it online.

Kardashian's lawyer further stated, "Kardashian was assaulted and robbed by two masked men, who placed a gun to her head, duct-taped her hands, legs and mouth, and then left her lying helplessly on the bathroom floor of her rented apartment while the thieves absconded with millions of dollars in jewelry. As if that ordeal were not awful enough, Defendants made it worse by publishing on the Website, only hours after the assault, that Kardashian faked the robbery and then committed insurance fraud by filing a claim with her carrier."

Am I sorry for Kardashian? No, she's a thief herself (you reap what you sow) and Kim and the Kardashians have been sued repeatedly by many copyright and trademark owners all over America for stealing their intellectual property/products and slapping the family name on it like it is their own.

I will state this though, Media Take Out took a big risk writing that Kardashian staged the robbery and engaged in an insurance scam. The last part in particular about the insurance scam was risky, as it is a serious accusation and not easy to prove. Even if people online think Kardashian had the robbery staged (and many do based on comments on social networking) in order for you to write it on a website, you must have proof, lest you get sued.

You could attempt to legally compel Kardashian to submit to a lie detector test regarding the robbery. You could also depose her for 3-hours on the matter until all the details come out. While you're at it, find out how many industrial plants had workers working overtime to product her butt implants that now look like a diaper gone very wrong.

The former couple have not been on the best terms since he cheated on her, fathering a child during their 4-year relationship and keeping it secret for months. Tran found out the hard way when the story broke on social networking, leaving her devastated.

Brown is usually happy to see Tran, even if it is only in passing. However, Tran has been avoiding him and grimaced when she caught sight of Brown at Jenner's party. Therefore, Brown really shouldn't be surprised at her reaction. However, he is of the belief he has done a lot for her financially and made her famous, so she should speak to him, which is painful for her.

The Iranian government has made sensational allegations that "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" reality star, Kim Kardashian, who is American and of Armenian descent, is actually a spy. They are of the belief Kardashian is a spy for the U.S. government, encouraging Iranian women to be promiscuous and post revealing photos on the social networking website Instagram. Kardashian is being accused of working with Instagram CEO to accomplish this goal. As a result, nearly 200 Iranians that use Instagram have been targeted for arrest and other serious consequences. 

The Inquisitr reports, "Earlier this week, Mostafa Alizadeh, a spokesman for the state-run Centre to Combat Organised Cybercrime, alleged in a statement that Kim is collaborating with Instagram CEO Kevin Systrom for the purpose of encouraging Iranian women to violate Islamic dress codes and undermining Iran’s morality laws. In Iran, a 1979 law requires women to cover their hair, but according to authorities, women who show off Kim Kardashian hairstyles on Instagram are violating the country’s modesty laws — and authorities believe Kim Kardashian herself is to blame. 

Kardashian certainly does not set a good example for any woman or girl, due to prostituting herself for fame and money and while exhibiting no talent. However, I am not of the belief it is a U.S. government plot. Kardashian comes from a family of tramps that Americans complain about as well, stating they are corrupting impressionable young women. Furthermore, aren't spies supposed to be smart. Spying is branded intelligence work. How can you do intelligence work without, well, intelligence. The Iranian government needs to let their citizens go and free them from further prosecution on this matter. It's not a U.S. government plot. It's a skank plot (LOL).

Promiscuous rapper, Tyga, who insulted the mother of his child, former stripper, Chyna, dumping her for a then underage reality star, Kylie Jenner, is in more financial trouble. It is being reported the $120,000 Mercedes SUV he first gave to Chyna, then took back, repainted and re-gifted to his now 18-year-old girlfriend, Kylie is being repossessed. 

Tyga has defaulted on the vehicle payments that are now 4-months behind. He is in default on the vehicle loan. The car dealership has been attempting to repossess the car, but have been unable to, as Jenner's house is in a guard gated Los Angeles community. They are now embarrassed at sites writing about them potentially losing the vehicle he took back from Chyna to give to Jenner.

Tyga embarrassed Chyna publicly over an illegal, illicit relationship that began when Kylie was 15-years-old and he 23-years of age. Tyga publicly insulted the mother of his child with comments meant to unfavorably compare her to Kylie, whose claim to fame is being the sister of a woman who made the family famous from a sex tape (Kim Kardashian). The Kardashians/Jenners have no business looking down their noses at Chyna.

This incident is also a lesson about relationships. Tyga has gone into massive debt buying Kylie gifts, such as expensive jewelry and taking her on trips. Tyga is on the verge of bankruptcy.  If someone truly cares about you, they would not let you spend yourself into a financial hole buying them things. Relationships of that nature are not real. When the conversation is constantly about the house, car, clothes, jewelry, trips you will take and on your tab, you are with someone who does not love you and is only there for what they can get.

Kylie is only dating Tyga because he is a famous rapper with a bad boy image. Tyga is also giving Kylie expensive gifts in trying to impress the teen, her family and social networking where she shows off the pricey items. However, if it were for Tyga's friend, singer Chris Brown, doing an album with him, giving him features on other songs and taking him on tour, the rapper would have been broke. Tyga was not making much money with Young Money, a label that has steadily ripped off all its artists, such as Drake and Nicki Minaj, who've had to sign endorsement deals and tour extensively to make money. 

Tyga is making very poor financial decisions, like many rappers, singers and some athletes (he's been evicted from a rented mansion). They get their first checks and rather than buying a comfortable condo (even a one bedroom) for $200,000 to $300,000, they'd rather lease a house for $10,000 to $50,000 per month that is a massive mansion worth millions of dollars, which they do not and will not own.

The same money they are paying in leasing a mansion for the year, they'd own the condo free and clear in months flat (could even renovate it during that time and later sell it at a decent profit and buy something a bit bigger until they get the property they want). However, in the vein of keeping up appearances, showing off for social networking, they make the wrong financial choices. 

At the end of the day, smart people with their heads on straight (as the phrase goes) will not be impressed by displays of alleged wealth online, having learned what's important in life (faith, family, friends and charity). The stars of the scripted reality show "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" have made rappers Kanye West and Tyga broke in trying to keep lazy significant others in luxury. Kanye West married Kim Kardashian, a spoiled woman who became famous off a sex tape made with rapper Ray J.

Kim has not applied herself in life, opting to sexually exploit herself and image for money in acts equal to porn and prostitution, which her late father, an accomplished attorney, Robert Kardashian Sr., is probably rolling in his grave over (no decent father wants that for their daughter). She dated a string of rich and famous men before she became famous, in looking for a lavish lifestyle. Kim's sister, Kylie Jenner, is sexually exploiting herself as well for money. She began this sexually inappropriate conduct online and behind the scenes when she was underage and it has gotten worst since she turned 18-years of age. Kylie is dating rapper Tyga, in what was an illicit sexual relationship that began when she was 15-years-old and he 23-years of age.

Greedy, unscrupulous Kardashian matriarch, Kris Jenner, who has been sued a dozen times for stealing preexisting products and slapping the family name on them in acts of intellectual property theft, has demanded her daughters be kept in a certain lifestyle by the rappers they date. Reports indicate Kris Jenner demanded Kanye West take out a $10,000,000 life insurance policy that makes Kim Kardashian the beneficiary. West recently announced he is $53,000,000 in personal debt. Kanye and Kim have been building a gaudy $20,000,000 mansion in Los Angeles and he has bought a number of expensive gifts for her costing millions of dollars. Tyga has been pressured into splurging hundreds of thousands of dollars he doesn't have on Kylie, to the point he is heavily in debt, bankrupt and facing eviction.

These people are not royalty. They are also not billionaire business magnates. They are greedy, unaccomplished publicity seekers trying to live like kings and queens and it is completely out of place. West revealed he is $53,000,000 in debt and in the next breath begged one of the Facebook website founders, Mark Zuckerberg, for $1 billion dollars to invest in "Kanye West ideas." West has been living the high life from stealing preexisting copyrights, which has resulted in many lawsuits being filed against him for intellectual property theft. Despite this massive thievery and unoriginality, West proclaims himself the greatest artist of all time, which is a lie.

Stealing and or sampling other people's original musical works and rapping profanity and all forms of deviance over it is not a talent. It is a disgrace. West has been living above his means buying millions of dollars in art, luxury cars, mansions and jewelry, items he is not entitled to as it has been purchased via ripping off the music of legendary old musicians, as well as newer, lesser known talent trying to make it in music. He was recently caught paying people to attend his fashion show, showcasing the ugly clothes he keeps stating he has designed. You can't fake success, because then you end up in debt trying to buy it.

Since marrying into the debauched, untalented Kardashian family, via Kim Kardashian, West has been getting deeper in debt in trying to satisfy the greedy clan, who believes in keeping up appearances. Ironically, West isn't asking his wife for some of the porn money she made from the sex tape with rapper Ray J that disgracefully made her family famous reality stars on "Keeping Up With The Kardashians."

Two months ago, married Miami rapper Stitches outed "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" reality star, Kylie Jenner, 18, of having sex with him. "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" reality stars Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner continue to hit new lows on social networking. Previously, Kylie stuck her hand in the jeans of sister Kendall and groped her on camera in a Snapchat video (Kylie Jenner Inappropriately Touches Her Sister’s Private Parts On Video). This week Kylie, once again, posted a video to Snapchat sucking her sister's tongue. There is something very wrong with that family.

The Kardashians/Jenners are a mentally ill family. As stated previously, all the men in the family and those that married in as well, have fled. Bruce Jenner is now perpetually sobbing after becoming transgender. His daughter Kylie was in a pedophilic relationship beginning at age 15, with rapper Tyga, who is seven years her senior. Her sisters, Khloe and Kim promoted the sexual relationship, which is illegal under U.S. law.

Kim wanted videotape her mom have sex. The average person doesn't even want to know their parents are having sex. Kim wants to see and film it. That is mentally ill. They have no morals or values and should not be given a podium to spread this terribly dysfunctional, mentally ill conduct to the public. Hollywood has caused a mental health crisis in America, as statistics revealed a steady and pronounced rise in mental illness in children and adults, that was not present until Kabbalah Center members such as the Kardashians went mainstream.

The annual Victoria Secret fashion show was filmed recently with a noticeable absence, thanks to social networking complaints. Model Jourdan Dunn, was dropped from the show, in favor of reality star and faux model, Kendall Jenner, of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" fame. Some on social networking blamed it on race, as Dunn is black and Jenner white. However, it does not appear to be a case of racism, as three white models were replaced in the show as well. There are also other black models in the show. This appears to be a case of name recognition. Though Dunn is experienced and respected in the modeling world, Jenner is known for being famous for the sake of being famous as a reality star in a scandal plagued, dysfunctional, crazy family.

Many do not consider Jenner a real model, attributing her career in said industry to her family’s fame on reality TV. Jenner’s modeling needs work. Case in point, people online pointed out the fact Jenner tripped at the Victoria Secret fashion show. Jenner always she seems ill at ease and insecure in front of the camera. Her walk needs more confidence and poise. There’s a rhythm to the way models walk. Jenner hasn’t learned it. Being a model is more than being good looking. You need confidence, style and the ability to make people want to buy the clothes you’re modeling. That’s why you were hired. It’s not to stand there and look cute...or trip.

“Keeping Up With The Kardashians” reality star, Khloe Kardashian, has informed the public that her estranged, cheating husband, Lamar Odom, whom she briefly reunited with, continues to recover from a series of strokes, as well as heart, kidney and lung damage. Last month, Odom, a former Los Angeles basketball champion and "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" reality star, overdosed in a Nevada brothel, after taking crack cocaine, dangerous fake Viagra ("Reload") and drinking large quantities of alcohol.

Kardashian stated Odom is "learning to walk" again. As stated in the column previously, many stroke victims lose the ability to see, walk and talk, sometimes temporarily or permanently. Odom is barely speaking. His vision is improving. However, he can't walk unaided. This is particularly tough for a former athlete. Odom has a long recovery ahead of him, but if he dedicates himself to the regimen his doctors put together, he can make a recovery. Not only will he need physical therapy, which he is currently undergoing, Odom will also need rehab for substance abuse issues.

After his overdose, Kardashian did call off her divorce from, Odom, who frequently broke their marriage vows with strippers and prostitutes, among others. However, Kardashian is now stating, they have not reconciled in the traditional sense, meaning sexually (the prostitutes probably broke and infected his crown jewels). What Kardashian is doing in this regard is not a good idea, as she has a boyfriend, which means she is committing adultery.

Kardashian has been dating another basketball star, James Harden, who is also very promiscuous. Harden has been the subject of tell-all blog posts and social networking exposés, with quotes and photos provided by random groupies he bedded. One stripper, known on Instagram for taking trips to the Middle East to be sexually degraded by men for money, bragged that Harden gave her $50,000 when he bedded her on a few occasions. Other groupies have posted photos of him in separate incidents as sleep in bed after sex. He is a sex addict and he is going to upset Kardashian with his cheating.

The TMZ website is reporting former Los Angeles Lakers basketball player and star of the reality show "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" Lamar Odom, has experienced setbacks in his medical condition. Odom overdosed at a Nevada brothel and sustained several strokes, as well as damage to his heart, lungs, kidneys and liver. He is currently unable to talk or walk properly. His medical transfer to Cedars Sinai in California was done via stretcher and helicopter.

Doctors performed tests which revealed Odom experienced 10 strokes that did damage to his motor functions. TMZ is also reporting Odom underwent two chest operations that did not go well. This confirms what the Judiciary Report stated from the very beginning regarding his condition. People need to refrain from this type of so-called partying, via drugs, alcohol, sexual enhancement drugs and prostitutes. The damage it does to the body is extensive and very debilitating. Odom is also facing potential criminal charges for cocaine possession.

Liza Morales, the mother of the children of former Los Angeles Lakers basketball champion, Lamar Odom, who overdosed on drugs last week in a brothel, needs to retain an attorney to protect her children's financial interests and future. Odom, who in is in Los Angeles undergoing medical treatment, is not himself, due to sustaining several strokes, as well as kidney, lung, liver and heart damage. Odom's mind is still foggy from the strokes, due to the lack of oxygen that occurred for a time, killing off some of his brain cells. He is in no position to make any decisions about his future or that of his children.

Odom was featured on the reality show "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" thanks to his fame and money hungry wife, Khloe Kardashian and her equally greedy family. As a result of his medical condition, the couple have called off their pending divorce (at least, according to Kardashian who is making all the decisions with her crooked mom Kris Jenner).

While the Judiciary Report does agree the couple should try to make their marriage work, the Kardashians are very greedy when it comes to money and Odom's net worth is said to be $70,000,000. The site does not want his children cut out of their financial inheritance anyway, due to decisions that could be made while their dad is not in a clear state of mind. 

These choices would be made under duress, as Odom is in a terrible medical state. Odom should not be making any serious decisions at this time (there have been cases where wills were unethically and questionably changed when medical patients were on medication or not in their right mind due to pain). An attorney can be retained to act on the children's behalf, to ensure their financial futures are protected and no funny business happens while Odom is sick. His children should be his sole heirs. Kardashian is in Odom's will, but considering the manner in which Khloe and her family have ruined his life, driving him to extreme binges and public disgrace, she should not get anything (however, California law says she will).

A trusted source behind some of my Judiciary Report site exclusives, all of which later proved true, has informed me that Khloe Kardashian "does not love Lamar" Odom, but is by his side for the "attention" after his highly publicized drug overdose in a brothel. The family is using the tragedy to generate renewed interest in their show "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" which has been steadily falling in the ratings, since Kim Kardashian's divorce from NBA star, Kris Humphries. Odom has entered a rehabilitation facility, to learn to properly walk and talk again, among other things, with the hope of regaining full motor functions.

Someone in the know regarding the Kardashians, also informed me that Odom had sex with two Kardashians sisters. The Bible frowns upon a person having sex with siblings (whether in a threesome or separately), as it is considered unethical and abominable. However, God can forgive it, but it brings His disfavor into one's life for a time.

The show "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" followed me on Twitter years ago, when they got involved with the Kabbalah Center and were given illegal access to my preexisting Library of Congress registered copyrights Madonna commissioned the criminal hacking and illegal, infringing distribution of in the entertainment industry.

I follow back on Twitter 99% of the time, but I refuse to follow anyone connected with Kabbalah or their terrible, vile behavior that has greatly damaged me and my family (as described in this lawsuit) negatively impacting our health (we got quite sick from the severe stress of being stalked, harassed, threatened with death and grievous bodily injury, assaulted, financially ripped off and repeatedly burglarized at home, requiring police to be called out as they kept breaking in to steal DVD-ROM and CD-ROM discs with my offline copyrights they couldn't hack over the internet).

Kim Kardashian infringed one of my copyrights for the song "Jam" in what was her failed stint into the music industry, stealing my PREEXISTING song of the same name, for her unlawful, rip off containing duplicate and similar lyrics. It was supposed to be a wholesome song, but the rip off contained Kardashian in the video half naked with her fake silicone butt in the air, screeching out my lyrics with that abysmal voice that was not meant for singing.

So in short, I think the Kardashians are scum, particularly Kris Jenner, who is nothing but a nasty, dirty thief, sued by many for stealing intellectual property the family keeps putting out as their products, but are stolen from various copyright, trademark and patent holders in America. The Kardashians are a greedy, vile family.

The patriarch of the family, the late attorney, Robert Kardashian, left them money and other assets. They certainly were not poor or hungry. There was always plenty of food on their table. Kris Jenner then married Bruce Jenner (Caitlyn Jenner), who has money and supported the family well for years. However, Kris Jenner is a greedy witch with no talent, who was let loose in the entertainment industry and began stealing from people left, right and center and sexually exploiting her kids, including the underage members of the family, for money, fame and ratings (in what is the Kabbalah way).

It is a shame that with all the talent in America, this is what gets on television and the radio. However, Hollywood is controlled by organized crime led by a a sick cult known as Kabbalah (who are mixed up with the Italian mafia courtesy of Madonna's known cohorts she does business with). They look for idiots willing to do the unthinkable to be famous and who can be controlled by sick rules, to maintain the unlawful monopoly crime has on Hollywood.

And make no mistake, they (Hollywood) are going to fall and in a massive way. Hollywood has dragged America to such lows and gotten involved in politics and areas of business they do not belong, damaging the United States in very tangible ways. The truth is going to start coming out in full and it will leave people feeling disgusted and appalled.

Brothel Owner Dennis Hof Unethically Exploiting Lamar Odom Tragedy For Money And Fame Selling Photos And Doing Interviews

Dennis Hof, the pimp who owns the Love Ranch brothel (among others) that “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” reality star and former Los Angeles Laker, Lamar Odom, overdose in has been disgracefully exploiting the tragedy for money and fame. Odom is now attempting to recover, but Hof is on television and giving print interviews promoting his disgraceful den of iniquity. Hof’s brothel also sold secretly taken pictures of Odom as he lay in a state of medical emergency, his life in the balance, in a room of the Love Ranch. The National Enquirer bought the photos and published them.

Hof is also bragging that business in up at the brothel, with the prostitutes seeing 75 men per day at the Love Ranch. There’s no love in that. Hof’s prostitutes are so ashamed and distressed by what they are doing in having sex with men for money, they drink alcohol to help give them courage and then to (temporarily) forget how they are selling themselves.

Odom has just been flown from the Sunshine Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada to Los Angeles, California, where he has been admitted to a rehabilitation facility, after sustaining several strokes, kidney failure, as well as lung, liver and heart damage, due to overdosing on crack cocaine, cocaine, fake Viagra known as “Reload” and alcohol. Odom was also eating three large t-bone steaks per day, which helped to clog his arties, worsening the strokes.

Odom now has to relearn how to walk and talk properly. His vision is still fuzzy and bleary from the strokes, but with time that can improve. Odom experiencing kidney failure and liver damage is not surprising. Even basic over the counter pain medications such as Tylenol (Acetaminophen) bear warnings not to exceed the daily dosage or you will experience liver damage within 24 hours. Odom was taking illegal drugs plus banned fake Viagra "Reload", all of which wreaked havoc on his kidneys and liver.

Odom has been receiving dialysis as a result of the damage to his kidneys (outlets TMZ and USA Today are reporting from the Kardashians that Odom may need a kidney transplant, which is painful to recover from). Odom’s heart began intensively laboring to work efficiently in the face of the walloping it took from the crack cocaine, cocaine, speedball, "Reload" and having sex with two prostitutes (sex increases the heart rate). This caused the blood to pump at a greater rate, for an aggregative and culminative effect that negatively impacted his heart, arteries and blood vessels. That was way too much pressure, activity and stimulation for the heart.

If Odom removes stress from his life, eats a balanced and healthy diet (avoiding salt and fried, fatty foods), refrains from drinking alcohol and engaging in illegal drug use, the blood from the strokes should reabsorb into the brain within 6-months, without a repeat occurrence (I am assuming Odom's "strokes" were multiple hemorrhagic, as he was reportedly found with blood coming from his nose/mouth, which is sometimes associated with cocaine overdose and intracranial bleeding from the pressure said conduct placed on his blood vessels and arteries). If it was ischemic strokes, it's a different set of rules, as it is a type of stroke less likely to create the levels of permanent damage a hemorrhagic stroke can (and TMZ is reporting Odom has permanent damage).

If that is the case, when the blood reabsorbs into the brain, some of the negative effects of the strokes will disappear. Odom will have to dedicate himself to physical and speech therapy to properly regain the use of his motor functions. Rehab for substance abuse is also highly recommended.

Doctors will conduct further tests on his brain to ascertain the full extent of the damage. Doctors are unaware of exactly how long Odom was in a state of medical emergency before being found by the prostitutes and it took over an hour to drive him to the hospital, as he was too tall to fit in the helicopter. During that time period, brain cells were dying from the strokes.

Note to the Kardashians: do try not to have cameras up Lamar's butt every 5-minutes while he attempts to recover from this tragedy, because that will create stress and anxiety, stemming from being filmed in that state. Stress promotes strokes (increase in blood pressure from stress and or cocaine can burst blood vessels leading to hemorrhagic stroke). TURN THE CAMERAS OFF.
