Basketball Player Derrick Rose Cleared Of All Rape Claims In Civil Lawsuit Brought By Gold Digging Groupie

Derrick Rose (center) leaving court today after being cleared of false rape claims

New York Knicks basketball player, Derrick Rose, has been cleared in a court of law of all claims he and his two best friends, Randall Hampton and Ryan Allen, raped his on and off girlfriend. A jury of six women and two men in Los Angeles found Rose, Hampton and Allen innocent of the gang rape claims, brought by a disgruntled groupie the basketball star was in an open relationship with over the course of 20-months. Rose's gold digging accuser also pursued and had consensual sex with other NBA stars, such as Los Angeles Laker, Nick Young, among others.

Rose's accuser knew of the existence of other women in Rose's life, such as the mother of his young son, but consented to servicing him and other men in his circle during group sex sessions. The name of Rose's accuser has been withheld in accordance with the law. However, photos have been posted of her online.

What demolished the accuser's rape claims is text messages showing she was in a consensual sexual relationship with Rose and even brought a woman to his house for him to have sex with her as well. After the alleged gang rape, Rose's accuser texted him her banking information requesting financial reimbursement for a sex toy known as a sex belt that she brought to his mansion for sexual activities.

A sex belt is not a fashion accessory. Based on what is written online, a sex belt is used during penetration to give the man a better grip on his sexual partner while penetrating her from behind. Why would you bring that to a man's house if you did not intend to have sex with him. That was a terrible giveaway that Rose's accuser has been lying about being raped.

The case also revealed she had brought a sex harness to Rose's home, which is another sex toy, which based on information online, is used for sexual penetration. In all the years I have been covering rape cases on this site, I've never heard of a rape victim bringing sex toys to the rape. That alone was enough for me to reject the claims of Rose's accuser. Text messages after the rape where she joked with Rose about him refusing to have sex with a woman she brought to the group sex session was another giveaway she was lying about being raped. A real rape victim would not do that.

Baller Alert stated this is the woman accusing Rose of rape

Rose's accuser also waited two years to claim she had been raped. Rather than go to the police, she contacted Rose demanding in excess of $10,000,000 or she would go public with the claim. When he refused to pay the extortion money, she went public with the claim via a lawsuit. When the public asked why she did not go to police, she decided to report the fraudulent gang rape.

A close female friend of Rose's accuser also revealed she is a "pathological liar." Her friend revealed they took a vacation in Las Vegas after the alleged rape and when asked if Rose had raped her she responded, "No." The accuser's friend told the court the woman got mad with Rose over a money issue and that was the reason she falsely cried rape. When a person makes up such an outlandish and malicious story in court, they should face significant fines and penalties. Rose's accuser was sworn in under oath and caught lying six times.

Text messages subpoenaed by Rose's lawyers revealed his accuser is a gold digger who has been desperately searching for a rich man to marry, so she could quit her job. Then she lost her job and rather than seeking new, gainful employment, decided to demand millions of dollars from Rose, who had lost interest in her and was spending more time with the mother of his son.

Rose gave his accuser a glimpse into a life of luxury. Rose invited her to his Beverly Hills mansion on different occasions for sex, where she saw a sampling of his wealth. When some people see a successful person who made their money honestly living well, they will be happy for them and be inspired by what they have achieved. However, there are some who will plot to illegally take what another person has worked hard for in life.

The only thing weaker than the accuser's story is Derrick Rose's knees on the basketball court (people on social networking are stating Rose should get some robo-knees). There are many rape victims I believe and have written in support of on this site. However, Rose's accuser is not a rape victim, but an opportunistic woman aiming to financially rip off a man, seeking a quick way to become rich.

The Los Angeles Police Department were quietly investigating the case, but the fact a jury of six women and two men rejected the case in civil court does not bode well for their investigation for a criminal trial. It's alarming to think someone can be set up in this manner and face jail for something they did not do.

The Los Angeles Times reports a juror named Jared stated of the case, "We actually tried to prove the plaintiff correct before we made our decision. We went over the evidence from the plaintiff's point of view and wrote down everything that was believable. And nothing added up." My sentiments indeed.

Former Friend Of Jane Doe Repeatedly Calls Doe A Liar On The Stand

Friday 9:47pm -A onetime friend of Jane Doe took the stand Friday, testifying for Derrick Rose’s side in the civil suit accusing him and two friends of gang-rape in 2013. In her testimony on Friday, Gabriela Chavez repeatedly called her former friend a liar and said she came forward because she wanted to be on the side of truth.

Chavez said she had been friends with Doe since 2008, but they last saw each other in 2014. The last time they talked or texted was earlier this year, she said. Much of her testimony was about a trip she took with Doe to Las Vegas in September 2013, about a month after Doe said in her lawsuit she was raped by Rose and two of his friends in her Los Angeles apartment. Before going over the details of the trip, Judge Michael W. Fitzgerald told jurors that they could only use the testimony “simply as to damages” and that it was not “relevant to which version of events at the apartment is true.”

After that warning from Fitzgerald, Chavez launched into testimony in which she called Doe a liar multiple times. She went into the details about the September trip after several pictures of her and Doe in Las Vegas were entered into evidence, showing Chavez and Doe smiling, hanging out by a pool, and in bathrobes. She said that during the trip Doe seemed happy and normal. Doe told her that during the trip that she had sex with Rose and his friends, but was upset that she hadn’t heard back. Chavez told the court, “She specifically said he didn’t even care that I slept with them.”

Chavez said in court that the story as Doe told it didn’t make sense to her, so she asked Doe specifically if she was raped. Her response, Chavez said, was, “No, but I did have sex with all of them.” During cross examination, Chavez said Doe didn’t use the word consensual but “her entire story didn’t make sense.”

Like the defense’s cross examinations earlier in the day, Doe’s lawyer Waukeen McCoy peppered Chavez with questions about if she was doing this for money. He asked Chavez several times and different ways if she had tried to get money from Doe for her testimony, which Chavez repeatedly said was wrong, adding, “That’s why I’m on the side of truth right now.” McCoy asked her so many times about money, Chavez replied to one: “Is that the best you are going to keep doing, asking the same question?”

Many of her answers to questions, like if Doe took a sick day to go to Las Vegas and how she contacted Rose’s lawyer, ended with her calling Doe a liar. At one point, she said Doe “lies about everything that comes out of her mouth.” Even Doe’s desire to stay anonymous was about maintaining lies, she said. “She lies to her family all the time. They don’t know the lifestyle she leads in Los Angeles,” Chavez said. “And she wanted to keep it that way.”

Chavez said Doe at some point had told her about another rape lawsuit, involving Sean Kingston, that had settled and that she too would settle with Rose for money. Chavez said a text message sent to Doe after she heard about the lawsuit being filed—saying “Hey girl. You ok?” and asking if it was Doe or someone else “it happened to”— was just her checking in because she had been wondering if Doe would file.

“She told me quite a few times that she was confused and didn’t know what to do,” Chavez said, adding that it was because so many people were telling Doe different things. When Rose’s lawyer, Mark Baute, asked Chavez if Doe is a “pathological liar,” Chavez said yes. She ended her testimony saying she had dinner with Rose in 2015, and the meal lasted a few hours.

Crucial Text Messages Left Out Of Derrick Rose Trial Reveals Accuser Texting Him On Day Of Alleged Gang Rape Saying She Wants And Needs Him, Cop On The Case Kills Herself

Derrick Rose in disbelief as he enters court

NBA basketball player, Derrick Rose, has been set up big time by a scheming groupie, who has bedded other ballers in trying and failing to become a rich pro-athlete's wife. After dating Rose on and off for 20-months, bringing him women for group sex and carrying sex toys to his house, she is claiming he raped her and at least two of his friends gang raped her as well with his consent.

The New York Post wrote, "During cross-examination, she admitted to lying at least six times during her deposition or in text messages to Rose." It also does not look good that she waited over 2-years to file a police complaint and only did so well after filing a massive lawsuit in a cash grab against Rose on some very dubious claims. The police complaint was filed when the public questioned why she opted to sue first rather than go to the police.

The judge presiding over the case expressed anger that the accuser and her lawyer withheld important text messages from the court that reveal on the day of the alleged gang rape she sent Rose texts stating "I need u" and "I want u here." After the alleged gang rape, Rose's accuser also texted him asking for money for a sex toy she brought to his home.

She also stated in a text about a woman she brought to him for group sex, "She was mad at me babe why u have me bring a b***h and u ain't fina f**k her." A close friend of the gold digger accusing Rose and his friends of rape, testified that when she asked her if she was raped she said "no" and that she was angry over a money issue concerning Rose.

In light of the foregoing information, if I were on the jury and read those texts from the accuser to Rose, I would vote not guilty. You don't contact your alleged rapist stating romantic things of that nature. Those are things you state to someone you are in a sexual relationship with and plan to keep bedding. If a real rape victim decided to send text messages to a rapist it would state something like "I'm gonna chop your willie off" or "I hope you get arrested and your cellmate violates you like you did me."  Though I don't recommend victims contact their rapist. It is best to contact the police as soon as possible and get in touch with a hospital for testing.

In other Derrick Rose news, the investigator looking into the matter for the Los Angeles Police Department has reportedly committed suicide. Nadine Hernandez reportedly killed herself yesterday at the home of a Los Angeles Police Department lieutenant. She was found with a gunshot wound to the head and later pronounced dead at the hospital.

There are reasons to doubt the story of Derrick Rose’s accuser

October 10, 2016 | 3:48am - The Post asked two sports lawyers their opinion about the Derrick Rose case. Daniel Werly believes Rose’s rape accuser will have a tough time proving her case. Daniel Wallach, however, says Rose’s testimony may not play well with the jury. This trial boils down to one issue: whether the accuser consented to intercourse with Derrick Rose and his friends.

Because there is a complete absence of any physical evidence, such as a rape kit or corroborating medical report — a fact that favors Rose — the jury must decide whom to believe based on witnesses, none more important than the basketball player and his accuser.

Before calling a single witness, Rose’s lawyers have already planted seeds of doubt in the accuser’s story. During cross-examination, she admitted to lying at least six times during her deposition or in text messages to Rose. She also sent Rose five texts that day in August 2013 between 1:40 a.m. and 2:03 a.m., inviting him to her apartment and saying things such as “I need u” and “want u here.”

When Rose’s lawyer asked the accuser what she and Rose were going to do, she responded — in what has been described by trial-watchers as perhaps the least believable testimony to date — “Watch a movie or just [go] to sleep, communicate or talk.” Then there’s the fact that she waited more than two years to report the incident to police — and only did so after her civil suit was filed...

Judge eyes mistrial after claims Derrick Rose accuser hid evidence

October 11, 2016 | 12:39pm - The Los Angeles federal judge overseeing the $21.5 million civil rape trial against New York Knicks guard Derrick Rose said he is seriously considering a mistrial after the NBA star’s lawyers claimed that the accuser had hidden critical evidence. “Let me be very blunt with you. You have been very careless with these exhibits,” Judge Michael Fitzgerald said Tuesday morning.

The judge was referring to three lewd text messages between the accuser and Rose sent just hours before and after the alleged rape. They discuss a massage therapist whom the accuser brought to a party at Rose’s house the night of the alleged sexual assault and bely her claim that she was in no mood for group sex.

Rose and two pals are accused of gang-raping the woman on Aug. 27, 2013, at her apartment after she left the NBA player’s Beverly Hills home. The three men say the sex was consensual. The judge said the missing texts give “credence to the allegations which are now being made by the defense” — that the accuser lied about the rape. “It might very well be a mistrial,” the judge said. But he added that he was hesitant to call off the trial because the jury has already spent a week on the case and the NBA regular season starts on Oct. 25...

Detective investigating Derrick Rose rape allegations dead in possible suicide

October 12, 2016, 12:47 PM - WHITTIER, Calif. — A Los Angeles detective who recently acknowledged a criminal investigation into claims of rape by NBA star Derrick Rose died after she was found shot in a California home Tuesday night, reports CBS Los Angeles. Nadine Hernandez, 44, was found around 2:45 p.m., after police responded to reports of a shooting. Paramedics transported Hernandez to a hospital where she later died. A firearm was recovered at the scene, police said.

Whittier police said in a statement that the incident is being investigated as a suicide. “However, this is an ongoing investigation and we will continue to collaborate with the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office as part of our investigation,” the department said....

Judge Should Order Adrien Broner To Rehab For His Own Good

Adrien Broner's Instagram page requesting the public write to him in jail

Former four time world champion boxer Adrien Broner was arrested for drunk driving last year. He was temporarily detained, then bailed. This year, Broner was sentenced to 10-days in jail for the offense. Broner is now in jail again, for contempt of court, as he showed up 3-hours late to a court hearing on an assault case, as he had a terrible hangover.

Broner unquestionably has a substance abuse problem, as something so serious as court and he still could not get himself together and show up sober and on time. It speaks volumes. The judge should order Broner to rehab for his own good. It is not getting better. It is getting worse. Something is troubling Broner that he is drinking to the point of total inebriation. He has become addicted. When people reach the point they can't stop themselves through their own willpower, it is time for an intervention. The court is in a position to do that.

Broner needs medical help and treatment for addiction. It's way past the point of recreational drinking, where you have a drink with dinner or at an event. Broner is at the point that he drinks until he is impaired. And sometimes gets behind the wheel of a sports car, which could turn fatal. The cop that stopped Broner for driving while intoxicated did him a favor, because who knows, he was speeding and driving so poorly, an accident could have happened.

Broner is a boxer and alcohol consumed to excess is very damaging to athletes. And the end of the day, Broner is a human being first and foremost. He needs to take care of his life and health, so he can live a good life and enjoy his family.

Lance Armstrong Slammed By The U.S. Government In $100 Million Dollar Lawsuit Over Doping Scandal And Endorsements

The U.S. Government Is Trying To Take Back All The Money Lance Armstrong Made Through Dishonesty

Lance Armstrong

The U.S. government, via the Justice Department, has slapped cyclist and former Olympian Lance Armstrong with a massive lawsuit for $100,000,000. The 59-page lawsuit refers to the disgraced cyclist as a "dope" "dealer" and "liar." The government has sued on behalf of the U.S. Postal Service, who sponsored Armstrong and his cycling team from 1998-2005. During that time, Armstrong engaged in an elaborate, dishonest scheme of using steroids, then getting blood transfusions to flush out evidence of the banned substances that gave him an undue advantage at the Olympics and in many tournaments, such as the Tour de France.

The U.S. government wrote in its lawsuit, "No sponsor who knew the truth about how Armstrong achieved his apparent Tour de France victories would have paid any amount of money to sponsor him or his team." The lawsuit's primary objective is to recover the tens of millions of dollars Armstrong was paid in endorsement money by the U.S. Postal Service. It is the Judiciary Report's solemn belief that Armstrong's doping and chronic blood transfusions, led to him developing cancer, as it so disrupted his body's natural functions and cell processes with foreign substances and blood, it damaged his body's entire cellular structure.

Lance Armstrong called a 'doper, dealer, and liar' in brutal Federal Government document - as the Justice Department sues the disgraced cyclist for almost $100 million

Published: 10:32 EST, 12 July 2016 - Disgraced former cycling champion Lance Armstrong has been called a 'doper, dealer, and liar’ in a brutal attack from the Federal Government. The stinging assessment was part of a 59-page document prepared by the U.S. Justice Department as part of an ongoing lawsuit worth nearly $100 million against the cyclist.

‘No sponsor who knew the truth about how Armstrong achieved his apparent Tour de France victories would have paid any amount of money to sponsor him or his team,’ U.S. Justice Department attorneys wrote, the Detroit Free Press reports. The stinging assessment of Armstrong (pictured in 2011) was part of a 59-page document prepared by the U.S. Justice Department as part of an ongoing lawsuit against the cyclist worth nearly $100 million.

The damning attack went on to accuse Armstrong of abusing his position for financial and personal gain, and was delivered as the government attempts to sue the disgraced athlete on behalf of the U.S. Postal Service. Armstrong rode for the U.S. Postal Team from 1998 to 2005, and received more than $40 million in sponsorship during his career. Government lawyers trashed the effort of Armstrong’s legal team to have the case dismissed, saying on Monday: ‘Armstrong’s motion for summary judgment should be denied in its entirety, and this Court should set a date for trial.’

Beyonce Mocked Online For Not Understanding Tennis At Wimbledon And Cheering Too Late When Serena Won Her 22nd Title

Serena Williams

Singer Beyonce and her cheating husband Jay Z are two attention seekers. They go to public events for publicity and half the time don't know what's going on. This past Saturday was no different. The clueless couple attended the women's final at Wimbledon in England in support of tennis superstar, Serena Williams, who clinched the title in a sensational, hard fought victory. Congrats to Serena.

Beyonce still not getting the fact Serena won and is sitting down looking confused

Beyonce to Jay Z: what happened? Did Serena get a free throw or a three pointer?

Beyonce's delayed reaction after everyone finished cheering

When Williams won, she collapsed to the ground in exhaustion and jubilation. However, Beyonce still didn't get it that Williams had won. Beyonce, who really isn't too bright, in what is not really a secret on social networking, is now being mocked for cheering too late in what is being referred to as a delayed reaction. After all these years of knowing Williams and attending a few tennis matches for publicity, Beyonce and Jay Z still don't understand the game.

'She don't know a thing about tennis!' Beyonce is mocked on Twitter over her hilarious 'delayed reaction' to Serena Williams' Wimbledon victory

Published: 03:55 EST, 11 July 2016 | Updated: 10:14 EST, 11 July 2016 - Beyonce and Jay-Z were at SW19 supporting Serena Williams on Saturday. But when Williams won her match point, Beyonce didn't seem to notice. Star looked confused before finally rising to her feet as the penny dropped. Twitter was awash with comments about Beyonce's delayed reaction. Williams made tennis history, equalling Stefi Graf's 22-title record.

It was a moment that propelled Serena Williams into tennis history books...but it seemed to pass the biggest star in the audience by. Beyonce, 34, joined husband Jay-Z and sports fans on Centre Court on Saturday afternoon to watch the women's world number one - and her close friend - Serena clinch her 22nd career title.

But it seems the global pop icon isn't exactly au fait with how you win a tennis match. When Serena hit the winning shot to defeat opponent Angelique Kerber 7-5, 6-3, the crowd leapt to its feet - but it took Queen Bey a little longer to register what had actually just happened. Moment of victory: Beyonce and her husband Jay-Z appear to be still engrossed in the game on tenterhooks while Serena Williams' family are about to launch themselves from their seats in joy as Serena wins.

What happened? While the rest of Serena's box rose to their feet as the 34-year-old world number one captured her 7th Wimbledon title, Beyonce looked a little confused. Earlier in the match; a braided Beyonce, sat next to husband Jay-Z had gestured her support for her friend...

Oscar Pistorius Sentenced To 6-Years In Prison On The Shooting Death Of Girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp

Former Olympian, Oscar Pistorius, was today sentenced to 6-years in jail over the shooting death of girlfriend, law student and model, Reeva Steenkamp, whom the athlete shot and killed at his home in Pretoria, South Africa in 2013. In 2014 Pistorius was convicted of manslaughter and sentenced to 5-years in jail. However, he was placed on house arrest during the prosecution's appeal in the case.

Public outcry over the well publicized sentence led to the appeal and the high court subsequently overturning the original verdict by Judge Thokozile Masipa. In December 2015, the high court ruled Pistorius must be tried in court again again, but on the more severe charge of murder, as oppose to manslaughter.

Reeva Steenkamp and Oscar Pistorius

Pistorius was convicted again today, as a result of the high court remanding the case back to heavily criticized Judge Thokozile Masipa. There is public outcry again regarding the case, as under the law, the judge should have given Pistorius the 15-year statutory minimum for murder. However, she has given Pistorius less than half the mandatory. This has created anger on social networking and among women's rights groups. Comments are flooding website stating Masipa continues to show bias in her rulings regarding "fallen hero" Pistorius. Many are stating Pistorius was given a slap on the wrist and could be released from prison in 2-years, whereas other South Africans who committed lesser crimes, such as theft, were given 12-15 years in prison.

The African National Congress Women's League spokesperson, Jacqui Mofokeng, slammed the sentence, "The judgment is an insult to women. It's an insult we saw coming a mile off and an increasingly mundane insult to which we have all become accustomed. We owe Reeva Steenkamp and women everywhere our outrage today, however subdued and demoralized we might feel. Because we known, deep down, that six years for murder isn't just insulting. It's dangerous."

Oscar Pistorius sentencing: Live updates as six-year sentence is dubbed an 'insult to women' by equality campaigners

Updated 16:31, 6 Jul 2016 - Oscar Pistorius has been jailed for six years for the murder of girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp this morning. The Olympic and Paralympic icon repeatedly shot the 29-year-old model after she barricaded herself in the bathroom of his home in Pretoria on February 2013. He appeared at North Gauteng High Court this morning after a three-and-a-half year legal battle.

During sentencing Judge Thokozile Masipa said there was no evidence that Ms Steenkamp and Pistorius had rowed on the night he gunned her down. “Counsel for the defence correctly submitted that there was an unfortunate perception in the minds of some people that on the night of the murder there was an argument between the accused and the deceased and that this is what led to the murder of the deceased,” she said.

“The existence of such a perception was inadvertently confirmed by the father of the deceased Barry Steenkamp‚ who‚ during the course of his evidence‚ let slip this very perception.” “The unfortunate part of it is that there is not a shred of evidence placed before this court that supports such a perception.”...

African National Congress spokesperson: Oscar Pistorius sentence 'insulting'

11:53 a.m. EDT July 6, 2016 - South African Judge Thokozile Masipa said “there is no indication at all” that former Olympic sprinter Oscar Pistorius and the girlfriend he murdered were in an abusive relationship. African National Congress Women’s League spokesperson Jacqui Mofokeng, however, called the Valentine’s Day 2013 murder of Reeva Steenkamp a clear case of gender violence shortly after Masipa found “substantial and compelling circumstances” to levy Pistorius with a six-year prison term, a fraction of the mandatory 15-year prison sentence.

“The judgment is an insult to women,” Mofokeng said in a statement. “It’s an insult we saw coming a mile off (and an) increasingly mundane insult to which we have all become accustomed. “We owe Reeva Steenkamp and women everywhere our outrage today, however subdued and demoralized we might feel. Because we know, deep down, that six years for murder isn’t just insulting. It’s dangerous.”...

Jamie Vardy Family Not Coming To His Wedding Because Of His Fiancée

Jamie Vardy

The breakout star of this season’s Premier League in Britain, 29-year-old Leicester City footballer, Jamie Vardy. He is set to wed, 34-year-old Becky Nicholson, who is the mother of his toddler Sofia. Nicholson has two children from previous relationships. Not everyone is happy about engagement nor will all of Vardy's family be attending the wedding. Vardy’s father, Philip, blames Nicholson for coming between the footballer and his family. Vardy's father states Nicholson has caused a massive rift in the footballer's relationship with his mother Lisa.

Becky Nicholson and Sofia Vardy

Philip Vardy stated in an interview this week, "It's a real shame and very sad. I have given him 22 years of life to get him to the pinnacle of his career, and I can't enjoy it...it really upsets me." Vardy's grandfather Gerald Clewes referred to Nicholson as, "that woman" blaming her for coming between Jamie and his mother. The issue likely stems from the fact Nicholson already has two children and no prenuptial agreement appears to be in place. Some parents do not want that for their children who seek to get married, especially when their offspring is rich and famous with a lot to lose. However, it is their son's decision whom hew chooses to marry.

Jamie Vardy and Becky Nicholson

A girlfriend, fiancée or wife should not come between a man and his family. It is not a good idea. It is best to aim for a reconciliation between the family. They all need to work this out, especially for the sake of their child, who deserves to have her full family in her life. The little girl has grandparents and she should have them around.

Married Basketball Player Lebron James In Trouble For Sending DM To Fellow Athlete's Girlfriend

Lebron James, Savannah James and their children

Cleveland Cavilers basketball star, Lebron James, is in trouble. James, who got married to Savannah James (nee Brinson) in 2014, logged into his official Instagram social networking account and sent a DM (direct message) to Rachel Bush, the girlfriend of Cleveland Brown's football player Jordan Poyer. James formerly played for the Miami Heat. Bush is a music and sports groupie from Miami, who posts revealing photos on Instagram. Poyer and Bush attended a Cavaliers game.

Rachel Bush

What James wasn't planning on is Bush making a screencap of his message to her and posting it to the internet, leading to speculation he was trying to cheat on his wife again, as he did with music industry mattress, Rihanna (Rumors Swirl That Lebron James Is Having An Extramarital Affair With Rihanna Due To Her Brazen Behavior Courtside And Outside The Cavaliers Locker Room Before And After Boarding His Private Jet).

Jordan Poyer

Rachel Bush's post on Instagram about watching the Cavaliers game with boyfriend Jordan Poyer courtside. James is featured in her photo.

Lebron James sent this private message to Rachel Bush

James should not have been sending Bush private messages. It doesn't look right. It's one thing if the direct message was regarding business. However, it was not so. James was trying to have sex with Bush. James is married and it dishonors his wife and children (their classmates are going to tease them about it). I feel bad for his family, as people in the industry keep talking about James cheating and I know it has to be getting back to his wife. James needs to appreciate what he has, lest he loses it.

Pele Sues Samsung For $30,000,000 Over Using His Image And Likeness Without Permission In Football Ad

Pele

Legendary Brazilian footballer, Pele, has filed a $30,000,000 lawsuit against tech giant Samsung for illegally using his image and likeness in a newspaper ad, by employing a look alike. Upon looking at the photo in the ad that ran in the New York Times, you immediately think it is Pele. This is made more apparent by the fact it is a football ad.

Samsung football ad deceives people into thinking that's football legend Pele and he has endorsed their product

Samsung was in negotiations with Pele to use his image in 2013, but the deal broke down. Pele's lawsuit reveals Samsung, "never obtained the right to use Pele's identity in any manner or format." It is unlawful to use someone's image as a means of misleading the public into thinking they have endorsed your product or event.

Pele: Soccer legend files $30m lawsuit against Samsung for 'improperly using his image'

The advertisment appeared in the 'New York Times' last year

Tuesday 29 March 2016 - He was the man who made the beautiful game even more beautiful. Now, the Brazilian soccer legend Pele is suing Samsung, claiming that the electronics firm improperly used his identity. The lawsuit has been filed by the former soccer star’s lawyer, Fred Sperling, and alleges that the firm used a Pele look-alike in an October advertisement for televisions in the New York Times newspaper.

While the advertisement did not name the 75-year-old, the elderly black man featured in “very closely resembles” Pele, the lawsuit says. The lawsuit says the ad will confuse consumers and hurt the value of his endorsement rights. It seeks $30m in damages, the Associated Press added. Pele has endorsement deals with other companies, including Volkswagen, Subway, Emirates and Procter and Gamble.

The lawsuit says the ad appeared after Samsung broke off negotiations to use Pele’s image in 2013. Specifically, the lawsuit said the South Korean firm pulled out of negotiations at the last minute “and never obtained the right to use Pele's identity in any manner or in any format”...

Madonna Rebuffed By Famous Young Athlete Who Calls Her Old

Madonna

Psychopathic pop star, Madonna, 59, has become obsessed with a young athlete in his mid-twenties and been making him offers of fame and fortune if he will publicly date her. The athlete is already successful in his own right, but not a global superstar. The athlete is not amused by her unwelcome advances. He has been stating to his friends that he is not interested in Madonna. The athlete has told his friends "I don't want Madonna" and "I don't want that a**" and "Madonna is acting crazy" and "she's going too far" and "she's weird" and "that b***h don't look right" and "she is shaking her old p**** at me!" (he really could have phrased that last one a bit better LOL).

Jennifer Lopez

Madonna has been bombarding him with desperate messages via a member of her crazy Kabbalah Center and it is understandably disturbing him. His friends are also mocking him over it, as she is coming off like a desperate stalker. Madonna likes to associate with young stars, as it has become a well known gimmick she uses to get her name on popular blogs and in the entertainment section of newspapers to audiences of the younger celebrity.

Halle Berry

Said athlete does have a thing for women his age and women who are older than his age as well. He has a thing for Halle Berry, 49 and Jennifer Lopez, 45. The athlete bragged to his friends regarding Halle Berry, whom he called "luscious" and stated of Jennifer Lopez "I'd wear her out" in the bedroom. The problem is clearly Madonna.

If people want to date others who are younger than they are, that's their business. That's not the focus of this article. However, when a person heavily pursue someone who is not interested, causing the object of their affection distress and stress with the unwanted advances, that's definitely going too far. Nobody likes a stalker. Learn to leave people alone.

Side Bar: I want to name names so badly in this article, because I think it's hilarious, but said athlete will get upset with me, so I'm gonna behave myself.

Khloe Kardashian Says Lamar Odom Learning To Walk Again After Strokes But Their Marriage Reconciliation Is Not Real As She Continues To Date Promiscuous Basketball Star James Harden

Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian

“Keeping Up With The Kardashians” reality star, Khloe Kardashian, has informed the public that her estranged, cheating husband, Lamar Odom, whom she briefly reunited with, continues to recover from a series of strokes, as well as heart, kidney and lung damage. Last month, Odom, a former Los Angeles basketball champion and "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" reality star, overdosed in a Nevada brothel, after taking crack cocaine, dangerous fake Viagra ("Reload") and drinking large quantities of alcohol.

Kardashian stated Odom is "learning to walk" again. As stated in the column previously, many stroke victims lose the ability to see, walk and talk, sometimes temporarily or permanently. Odom is barely speaking. His vision is improving. However, he can't walk unaided. This is particularly tough for a former athlete. Odom has a long recovery ahead of him, but if he dedicates himself to the regimen his doctors put together, he can make a recovery. Not only will he need physical therapy, which he is currently undergoing, Odom will also need rehab for substance abuse issues.

The Kardashians

After his overdose, Kardashian did call off her divorce from, Odom, who frequently broke their marriage vows with strippers and prostitutes, among others. However, Kardashian is now stating, they have not reconciled in the traditional sense, meaning sexually (the prostitutes probably broke and infected his crown jewels). What Kardashian is doing in this regard is not a good idea, as she has a boyfriend, which means she is committing adultery.

Kardashian has been dating another basketball star, James Harden, who is also very promiscuous. Harden has been the subject of tell-all blog posts and social networking exposés, with quotes and photos provided by random groupies he bedded. One stripper, known on Instagram for taking trips to the Middle East to be sexually degraded by men for money, bragged that Harden gave her $50,000 when he bedded her on a few occasions. Other groupies have posted photos of him in separate incidents as sleep in bed after sex. He is a sex addict and he is going to upset Kardashian with his cheating.

Millionaire Basketball Player Derrick Rose And His Friends Accused In Lawsuit Of Gang Raping Ex-Girlfriend

Derrick Rose

An anonymous woman has stated in a lawsuit filed in U.S. court that she is the ex-girlfriend of Chicago Bulls basketball star, Derrick Rose and the athlete and his friends allegedly gang raped her. The unnamed woman states in her legal filing that she dated Rose between 2011-2013. The lawsuit states Rose and two of his friends, Ryan Allen and Randall Hampton, gang raped her.

She states a date rape drug was slipped into her drink at Rose's Beverly Hills mansion, but she was able to return home to her apartment with the help of a friend. However, she accused Rose, Allen and Hampton, of breaking into her apartment later that night and raping her while she was incapacitated from the date rape drug. She states she has flashbacks of the gang rape. The story broke an hour ago and Rose has not yet commented on the allegations.

It is not uncommon that a woman will be afraid of reporting a rape to police. Rape is a very damaging crime and the legal process can unintentionally create additional emotional damage, in having to recount the terrible trauma for authorities and in court. Press attention can also be very difficult for victims. However, to jump straight to the civil lawsuit, rather than go to the authorities and report said crime, has the appearance of an attention seeking cash grab.

The Judiciary Report is always skeptical of civil lawsuits alleging serious criminal behavior that was not reported to the police first and foremost. The lawsuit usually proceeds reporting the matter to the authorities, as people with nothing to hide, who are telling the truth, will not fear police or the federal government investigating criminal misconduct (because if the allegations are made up, the complainant could face criminal charges for filing a false police or FBI report, wasting the authorities time).

Derrick Rose Accused of Drugging and Gang Raping Ex-Girlfriend

8/26/2015 5:35 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF - Derrick Rose is being sued by a woman who claims the NBA superstar and two of his friends drugged and gang raped her. The woman, identified only as Jane Doe, says she and Rose dated from 2011 to 2013. During that time, Rose allegedly tried to pressure her to masturbate in front of him, allow him to have sex with her friends and engage in group sex with strangers, all of which she says she refused.

Rose's accuser says the two continued to date until August 2013, when Rose and two friends, Ryan Allen and Randall Hampton (who is also Rose's personal manager), invited her to Rose's Beverly Hills house. She says there, they slipped a drug into her drink with the aim of raping her.

The plaintiff says she escaped the house with a friend, but later that night, Rose and his friends broke into her apartment and gang raped her while she was incapacitated. She says she remembers only "flashes" of the incident, but can remember the defendants forcibly raping her. She claims she waited for two years to file the suit because she was "ashamed and embarrassed" of what happened and concerned her "conservative family" would find out. She wants unspecified damages. We've reached out to an attorney for Rose, but so far ... no word back.

Athlete Who Spread HIV To Unknowing Sexual Partners Sentenced To 60-Years In Prison

Michael L. Johnson went by the name "Tiger Mandingo" and was having sex with men in his university dorm room

23-year-old athlete, Michael L. Johnson, was indicted and convicted of infecting a sexual partner with HIV, the virus that causes AIDS. Johnson, who has been incarcerated in St. Louis, Missouri since his arrest in 2013, was formally accused of exposing several men to HIV, deliberately withholding the fact he has the virus. The prosecution subpoenaed the university wrestler's medical records and spoke with staff at two clinics, which revealed Johnson was aware of his HIV positive status. However, he refused to refrain from sexual activity with men he lied to stating he is HIV negative.

Michael L. Johnson

Prosecutor Phil Groenweghe referred to Johnson's conduct as deliberate and malicious, "What we have here is a perfect storm of malice" and "He didn’t just fail to disclose his status. When he was specifically asked if he was clean... he lied." Under domestic and international law in many nations, people who knowingly infect others with HIV are subject to indictment and imprisonment. They are also subject to financially devastating lawsuits from those they infected, which could lead to bankruptcy. While my sympathy goes out to anyone who is sick, please act responsibly and allow others the health you are currently being denied. Have hope that science will produce a breakthrough.

Millionaire Star Athlete Loses It All Due To Poor Financial Planning And Becomes McDonalds Worker

David Harrison

Former NBA basketball player, David Harrison, who had earned $4,400,000 during his pro career with the Indiana Pacers, ended up broke and working at fast food restaurant McDonalds for minimum wage. His story is a sobering reminder of the perils of poor financial planning.

First of all, Harrison should be commended for obtaining honest employment at McDonalds, which must have been an emotionally difficult experience, after playing professional sports for millions of dollars. Harrison should also be applauded, as he is one of the few who actually made it to the pros, which is an accomplishment in itself.

However, as the Judiciary Report has done many times in the past, let's take a look at what transpired regarding his finances, with the hope of helping other athletes avoid similar pitfalls. Harrison was overextended, having made too many financial commitments regarding a lavish home, cars and helping others in his family and circle. His home went into foreclosure and his cars in jeopardy of  repossession. He also owed child support payments.

The Judiciary Report has emphasized in the past, it is best to purchase a starter home (equity), rather than paying rent, when the financial opportunity presents itself. As your income increases, you can rent out the starter home and upgrade to an affordably larger property (Olympic Athletes Should Seek To Make The Most Of Their Money And Career Opportunities).

Many times mortgage professionals pre-qualify individuals for mortgages based on the first one or two years of income, which often declines. The athlete purchases a home for the maximum amount they qualified for, when their income often changes year after year. Many stars' homes have gone into foreclosure for this reasons. Ask in advance what the payments will be for your mortgage and make sure it will be something within your means in the long-term.

Buying too many cars can also create financial problems. Motor vehicles depreciate the second you take them off the car lot. Therefore, be mindful of what you buy and the fact it will not be worth nowhere near as much in the coming years (so don't take on too much).

Harrison revealed he did not have a university degree to fall back on when his career ended after a few short years. Some, not many athletes, go to university in the off season, which is a great way to obtain a degree. As stated in the past, it is also wise to start a small business, which can create steady income.
Harrison also developed a drug problem, smoking marijuana everyday during the off-season, which spilled over into his game when his downtime was over. He was suspended and fined for violating league rules with marijuana use.

From McDonald's All-American to McDonald's worker: How David Harrison lost his way after the NBA

By Marc J. Spears March 13, 2015 1:58 AM Yahoo Sports - David Harrison was the 29th overall pick of the 2004 NBA draft. Former Indiana Pacers center David Harrison, a little more than a decade removed from being a first-round pick in the NBA draft, has struggled to make a consistent living since his basketball career ended – to the point he said he took a job working at McDonald's two years ago.

"I was embarrassed because of where I could be in life," Harrison told Yahoo Sports. "Everybody has to work and make a living somehow. I have two children. They don't care where I work. They just need to eat. "People were showing up trying to take my car. My house was in foreclosure. I didn't have any income. I just had everything going out. I have child support to one son. I have a really big family and I have to take care of them, even through I'm not playing in the NBA. I needed money."

Harrison made $4.4 million before taxes during four seasons with Indiana and also played in China professionally for three seasons. He said almost all of that money is gone. Now 32 and without a college degree, Harrison said he's having a hard time finding a job. "An NBA career is a fragile thing," said Dallas Mavericks coach Rick Carlisle, who coached Harrison with the Pacers. "It tips on the slimmest of margins one way or the other. There are a lot of guys who get a taste of it. David had some pretty good years for us when I was there."

Harrison played in the McDonald's All-America Game in 2001 after being a two-time Mr. Basketball in Tennessee. The 2004 All-Big 12 first-team pick was a starter in three seasons at Colorado and averaged 17 points and 8.8 rebounds as a junior during the 2003-04 season. The Pacers drafted him with the 29th overall selection in the first round of the 2004 NBA draft. ...

Harrison said he smoked marijuana in the offseason during his first three seasons, but not during the season. Frustrated with his role under O'Brien and his lack of playing time, Harrison said he smoked weed daily – including before and after practices – during the 2007-08 season. He was suspended five games that season for violating the league's anti-drug policy because of his marijuana use...

Harrison became a free agent following the 2007-08 season and never played in the NBA again. He averaged 5.0 points and 2.9 rebounds over four seasons with Indiana. He played professionally in China the next three seasons and played eight games for the D-League Reno Bighorns during the 2011-12 season. He last played for the Dallas Mavericks' summer league team in 2012. Harrison hasn't received any calls from NBA teams over the past three seasons. Nor have there been any overseas offers...
