Scientific Study Proves People Are Not Born Gay

Lady Gaga's "Born This Way" is incorrect

The prestigious Johns Hopkins University has proven what many scientists have firmly believed for years, people are not born gay, it is a choice. Much of what people do in life is a choice, from religion to sexuality. Johns Hopkins University released a 143-page study concluding there is no scientific evidence people are born gay. The report states, "One environmental factor that appears to be correlated with non-heterosexuality is childhood sexual abuse victimization, which may also contribute to the higher rates."

Some non-scientists state people are born gay and you can see it from their childhoods. However, I disagree. It is environmental. It is taught. For example, satanic rocker Marilyn Manson stated his uncle used to dress up in women's lingerie and began dressing him as such when he was a very little boy. Manson became gay due to the environmental conditioning and would later engage in homosexual sex on stage at his concerts.

Another example is Chastity Bono, who at 15-years of age was left under the supervision of a friend of her mother, singer Cher. The friend was a woman in her 40s. The woman had sex with underage Chastity behind her mother's back. Bono revealed it was at that moment she became gay. Chastity became transgender, surgically having her breasts and reproductive organs removed and changed her name to Chaz.

People choose a preference at some point in their lives, having formulated an opinion based on what they desire or under the influence of others. There is no gay gene. There is no gay brain. There are external factors that can influence who each person becomes in life, then choices are made.

This article is not meant to hurt anyone's feelings, but science must remain in its true and accurate form. If the world is to fight disease and understand how the earth truly works, we must not deviate from the truth, but look at things as they factually are, to fully grasp how the human body and nature works.

No Scientific Evidence That People Are Born Gay or Transgender, Johns Hopkins Researchers Say

August 22, 2016|7:30 am - Distinguished scholars at Johns Hopkins University in Maryland released a new 143-page report on Monday that argues that there is not enough definitive scientific evidence available to suggest that gay, lesbian and transgender individuals are born with a certain sexual orientation or gender identity.

In the three-part report published by The New Atlantis, Lawrence Mayer, a scholar-in-residence at Johns Hopkins University's psychiatry department and a professor of statistics and biostatistics at Arizona State University, and Paul McHugh, a professor of psychiatry and behavioral sciences at Johns Hopkins, take on prevailing claims that sexual orientation and gender dysphoria are caused by natural traits.

Additionally, the scholars challenge the claim that discrimination and social stigma is the sole reason why those with same-sex attractions or transgender identity suffer higher rates of mental health problems. In the first part, the report argues that there is insufficient evidence to claim that heterosexual, homosexual or bisexual attractions are an innate trait that people are born with.

The report goes into detail about past epidemiological studies that have found a modest association between genetic factors and sexual orientation and behaviors. However, the report states that such studies have not been able to provide significant evidence "pointing to particular genes." The report also looks at other other evidence of hypothesized biological causes, such as prenatal development and hormones but finds that evidence is also limited.

"Studies of the brains of homosexuals and heterosexuals have found some differences, but have not demonstrated that these differences are inborn rather than the result of environmental factors that influenced both psychological and neurobiological traits," the report reads. "One environmental factor that appears to be correlated with non-heterosexuality is childhood sexual abuse victimization, which may also contribute to the higher rates."...

Is Space Tourism To The Moon A Good Idea

Moon phases (Photo courtesy of the Time and Date website)

Recently, aeronautics companies have been publicly stating their intentions to specialize in space tourism. They have made statements that they seek to shuttle people to the moon (and Mars) on a regular basis. Respectfully, I am not in favor of this. The moon should not be anyone's stomping grounds. It is one thing to visit the moon for scientific research purposes, in a controlled and considerate manner, that would mitigate any serious harm to the precious resource. However, having it as a high traffic area for non-scientific purposes can turn catastrophic.

Moon's surface

The moon needs to be preserved and kept free of chronic human harassment and pollution. The moon controls the tides. It is important to our earth. Any damage to the moon will negatively impact life on earth for seven billion people. Moon tourism could endanger it and become downright dangerous with far reaching consequences not yet understood.

Is One Race Superior To Others

I do not believe God created any one race smarter or stronger than another. I am of the belief God created us all as equals. We are what we become through faith and our efforts. I have been privileged to witness amazing and inspiring feats in the areas of science, medicine, education, the arts and sports, from people of many races and nationalities. I have met brilliant people from many nations, who are of different races.

The one common denominator I've found in people who have accomplished truly amazing things is not their race or nationality, but the hard work they put into what they do and not giving up when setbacks or failures occur. That is the true mark of greatness - faith and perseverance in the face of seemingly insurmountable odds.

Athlete Who Spread HIV To Unknowing Sexual Partners Sentenced To 60-Years In Prison

Michael L. Johnson went by the name "Tiger Mandingo" and was having sex with men in his university dorm room

23-year-old athlete, Michael L. Johnson, was indicted and convicted of infecting a sexual partner with HIV, the virus that causes AIDS. Johnson, who has been incarcerated in St. Louis, Missouri since his arrest in 2013, was formally accused of exposing several men to HIV, deliberately withholding the fact he has the virus. The prosecution subpoenaed the university wrestler's medical records and spoke with staff at two clinics, which revealed Johnson was aware of his HIV positive status. However, he refused to refrain from sexual activity with men he lied to stating he is HIV negative.

Michael L. Johnson

Prosecutor Phil Groenweghe referred to Johnson's conduct as deliberate and malicious, "What we have here is a perfect storm of malice" and "He didn’t just fail to disclose his status. When he was specifically asked if he was clean... he lied." Under domestic and international law in many nations, people who knowingly infect others with HIV are subject to indictment and imprisonment. They are also subject to financially devastating lawsuits from those they infected, which could lead to bankruptcy. While my sympathy goes out to anyone who is sick, please act responsibly and allow others the health you are currently being denied. Have hope that science will produce a breakthrough.

Ex-Missouri student found guilty of exposing partner to HIV

Updated 4:36 am, Friday, May 15, 2015 - ST. CHARLES, Mo. (AP) — Jurors in Missouri have found a 23-year-old man guilty of infecting another man with HIV and endangering four others with the disease while attending college in suburban St. Louis. Former Lindenwood University student Michael L. Johnson was convicted Thursday on one count of recklessly infecting another with HIV and four counts of recklessly risking infection of another with HIV, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported (http://bit.ly/1RMlPhe ). He was found not guilty on a sixth charge of exposing another man to the virus that causes AIDS.

Johnson, a college wrestler, was expelled from the university in St. Charles and has been jailed since his arrest in 2013. During closing arguments, Assistant Prosecutor Phil Groenweghe told the jury that Johnson knew he was HIV positive but lied to his sexual partners. "What we have here is a perfect storm of malice," said Groenweghe...

Have A Happy And Prosperous New Year Pursuing Your Dreams

A lot of people are saying "New Year, New Me!" and some are being criticized for it on social networking. However, don't let anyone tell you things can't change for you in the New Year. There are many examples of people who saw things turnaround for them this year. I made great strides this year and I know others who have as well.

The key is to have faith that good things will happen and fight for them to happen. You can't give up on yourself or your life. So many great achievers such as German physicist Albert Einstein, American inventor Thomas Edison, African American inventors George Washington Carver, Otis Boykin, Lewis Latimer and Garrett Morgan, experienced failure, but kept going until they reached success.

In the tech industry, Steve Jobs and Bill Gates suffered many setbacks before their companies were successful. Therefore, pursue your dreams and never give up on them or yourself. Have a happy and prosperous new year.

ESA Searching For Rosetta Philae Probe That Is Now Transmitting Pictures But Running Out Of Solar Battery Power Endangering The Space Mission

Philae space probe on Comet 67P

The exciting, admirably ambitious European Space Agency (ESA) Philae probe continues to transmit photos of the rubber duck shaped comet 67P, which it landed on two days ago, for an exploratory mission. It took the Rosetta spaceship, carrying the Philae probe, 10-years, traveling 4-billion miles, to arrive at comet 67P, which is hurling through space at 40,000 MPH. When you think about it, it is remarkable the probe even landed on the comet at all, given the logistics and time factor. The project costs an estimated $1.6 billion dollars.

ESA is searching for the exact location of Philae, which is thought to be stuck on its side against a hard surface and running out of solar power, due to being in the shadows. Philae's solar panels are not receiving enough sunlight as the comet rotates to charge the battery. Power is expected to run out in the next 24-hours.

Philae was designed with three legs, possibility to make it more aerodynamic. However, things with three legs, are sometimes less stable (for example, a director's film camera tripod has three legs and if not precisely extended and locked in place on the right angle, the camera will not be stable). Four legs (or more, but in an even number) could have possibly made the probe more stable. The left legs would have to move in unison, as would the right legs, alternating like a human walking or centipede crawling, providing more stability.

Based on specs listed online, the Philae probe has a drill, which is great. The length of the drill would mean unearthing valuable data about the core of the comet that holds significant secrets. As the comet qualifies as extraterrestrial, its core can reveal information about its true origins and what is driving it. And make no mistake, something is driving it.

However, due to Philae's battery issues, activating the drill is problematic and would deplete it's power. The ESA has indicated it wants to drill, but due to power issues, are saving it as a last option. The ESA are contemplating a maneuver to get Philae on its three feet, but time is limited to do so.

One can only imagine what's in the core of the comet and the drill would hit a serious payload if it were able to explore. The core likely contains something rare, as well as noxious gases and possibly a black oil like substance (like drilling for oil on earth). Additionally, if the drill were capable of extracting useable samples, would it be sanitized and safe in the event it were able to reach back to earth, so it would not pose a threat to humanity.

Texas Nurse Who Cared For Liberian Tourist That Died From Ebola Is Now Infected As Well (Video)

26-year-old Texas nurse, Nina Pham, is the second person to be infected with the Ebola virus in America, after caring for now deceased Liberian tourist, Thomas Eric Duncan. Pham and her dog are under quarantine and being cared for. It is believed transmission occurred when Pham accidentally breached CDC health and safety protocols in how to remove protective clothing after treating an Ebola patient. 70 others have possibly been exposed in this incident.

Nina Pham

The Judiciary Report has done exclusive articles in the past on lab safety when it comes to disease that were later proven true and correct when the CDC was excoriated in Congress for poor procedures and various breaches.

Thomas Eric Duncan

Health and safety in reference to scientists and healthcare workers who deal with disease is nerve wracking and can be downright tricky. Health and safety procedures have to be followed to the letter or death can result. It's not an easy job in the medical or science fields. However, scientists and healthcare workers have to be alert, vigilant and meticulous in their work.

84 Members Of Staff At The Center For Disease Control Exposed To Anthrax Confirming This Site's Previous Claims About Lab Safety

Center For Disease Control

For years the Judiciary Report has repeatedly written science articles about lab safety and the danger the lack thereof poses to scientists and the world at large (May 20, 2010's Science Safety). The Judiciary Report has also repeatedly warned against certain science experiments, regarding allegedly inactive samples of deadly bacteria (January 24, 2012's Scientists Agree To Halt Super Swine Flu Trials After Government Outcry and September 23, 2009 Scientist Dies Of The Plague). On May 2, 2009, I was also the first to state the Swine Flu reboot was due to human error (see the "Related Articles" below for more original Judiciary Report science articles I wrote that later proved true).

This week, a crisis erupted as 75 scientists and 9 additional employees of the Center for Disease Control (CDC) in Atlanta, were accidentally exposed to anthrax, via a live sample, due to lax safety procedures and protocols. The incident occurred in a bioterrorism lab at the CDC. The employees are now being medically monitored. Select employees have been administered a course of antibiotics, while others were given the anthrax vaccine.

Anthrax exposure sparks new scrutiny over CDC safety

Jun 20, 2014 12:16 PM ET - The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta, Ga., says as many as 84 of its staff in Atlanta may have been accidentally exposed to dangerous anthrax bacteria. As many as 84 scientists and staff may have been exposed to live anthrax bacteria after researchers failed to follow safety procedures, the U.S. government said Friday.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) announced Thursday that at least 75 people had been affected, prompting an investigation by federal authorities. CDC spokesman Benjamin Haynes said in an email on Friday that the number has increased to 84 potential exposures.

As of early Friday, 32 staff members were taking the powerful antibiotic ciprofloxacin, or Cipro, and 20 were taking another antibiotic called doxycycline, Haynes said in a statement.
CDC Anthrax  In addition, as many as 27 people were getting the anthrax vaccine to prevent infection. No illnesses have been reported, but the agency expects the number of possible exposures to rise as more people step forward now that news of the anthrax scare is public.

The safety breach, which originated in the CDC's bioterror lab, raised new concerns about the way laboratories around the world conduct research into the deadliest known pathogens, from anthrax to Ebola and avian flu. The CDC has already faced repeated scrutiny over security lapses and mechanical malfunctions at some of its labs dating back to at least 2007.
The CDC said it will cede control of the investigation to the U.S. Department of Agriculture "to avoid potential conflicts of interest." U.S. President Barack Obama was briefed on the matter on Friday by his homeland security and counterterrorism adviser, Lisa Monaco, the White House said. The incident also is drawing scrutiny from Congress about whether the CDC has the appropriate safety procedures in place to protect federal employees from contamination.

A week ago, on Friday the 13th, bioterrorism researchers at the CDC discovered they had mistakenly sent live anthrax bacteria out to fellow scientists in two lower-security clearance labs at the agency, instead of what they thought were harmless samples of the deadly pathogen.

Vaginal Laser Hair Removal And Fertility Issues

Laser Hair Removal Equipment

Laser hair removal for the vagina has become popular among women. It yields lasting results via hair free skin for weeks at a time, which is supposed to become permanent after a select number of treatments, which vary from woman to woman. Laser hair removal has many great benefits that has helped a great number of women.

However, there is a potential side effect that needs to be studied, regarding these professional dermatologist applied treatments, as well as the home kits available for purchase on the market, relating to fertility issues. Prolonged  effects of the laser on the reproductive organs can cause fertility issues in some women, which could vary based on age and other factors and needs to be properly studied.

Herpes And HIV: Life Altering STDs On The Rise

Kim Kardashian's herpes outbreak

Some people believe they have to have sex with lots of different people and end up heartbroken with dysfunctional issues and sexually transmitted diseases. You can have just as much sex with the same person as you can sleeping around with different people. Promiscuity is not safe.

Courtney Love's herpes outbreak

Some endanger their health via promiscuity and contract virulent cases of Herpes or HIV. Just because a person isn’t showing signs of disease doesn’t mean they are not infected. People often say someone “looks clean” as the determination on whether to have sex with them. However, if a person with HIV does not have lesions or an emaciated frame at the time, it does not mean others can’t contract the disease.

A herpes outbreak which regularly appears on the mouth (and sometimes genitals as well)

HIV is a dangerous, life altering disease that is spread through oral sex, anal sex, vagina sex and or French kissing when both parties have cuts in their mouths. It is also spread via fighting, when the skin is broken and blood is accidentally exchanged during the fight.

Some with genital herpes have operated under the premise that because they are not having an outbreak, they are free to have sex with whomever they feel like, wrongly believing they will not pass it on to others. Whereas others don’t see the signs of an outbreak and assume the individual does not have herpes, when they actually do, then go on to catch it from sexual contact. Condoms do not protect people from becoming infected with herpes. Take care of your sexual health, let others know your status and do not go around infecting others. Be socially responsible.

Former NFL Football Star Roy Simmons Dies Of AIDS After Engaging In Promiscuous Sex With Women And Men

Roy Simmons

Former star athlete, Roy Simmons, who played NFL football for the Washington Redskins, has died from complications arising from AIDS. He was 57 years of age. Simmons, who was bisexual, then full on gay, forsook the gay lifestyle and became a Christian after developing HIV. In an effort to warn others, Simmons did interviews about the sexual promiscuity that cost him his health.

Simmons spoke of becoming famous and how women would throw themselves at him and people would offer him free items in stores and other businesses, "By his own admission, Mr. Simmons fell into a habit of heavy drinking, drug use and sexual promiscuity with both men and women. 'People were always throwing things at me,' he told the Columbus (Ohio) Dispatch in 2006. 'Women threw themselves at me. When I went to a bar, I got complimentary drinks. When I went to the store, I got discounts. All kinds of individuals offered me drugs.'"

After being dropped by the Redskins, Simmons' drug addiction bankrupted him. He moved out to San Francisco, the gay capital of America and began prostituting himself to men to fund his drug addiction. In 1992 he came out of the closet on "The Phil Donahue Show." In 1997 he discovered he had contracted HIV. Simmons told CBN, "I had heard about San Francisco, the gay life. It’s the gay capitol. It was kind of crazy, but it was like, well, since you’re in it, go all the way."

Upon finding out from his doctor that he had contracted HIV Simmons stated, "He called me in and he gave me the results. My knees buckled. He told me that my tests came back positive. I guess the initial thought was I’m going to die. I’ve known people, some of them a month, and then they’re gone."

Lesions commonly associated with HIV began to appear on Simmons' forehead

Over the past five years, the science community has identified aggressive, super strains of HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) and AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome) in San Francisco, which have baffled the Center For Disease Control (CDC). Initially, HIV was called GRID (Gay-Related Immune Deficiency) and "gay cancer." HIV and AIDS first made the news for afflicting homosexual men, as scientists began identifying clusters of cases within the gay community. It began to spread rapidly due to the practice of "anonymous sex" among gay men, some of whom are bisexual.

However, even today, heterosexuals, have a false sense of security, believing HIV and AIDS only happens to gays. With the significant amount of education on the subject, via world governments trying to educate the public on the epidemic that is infecting gay and straight people, some still hold fast to the fallacy that straight people do not get HIV or AIDS.

Straight entertainers and athletes all over the world engage in promiscuous sex, taking women back to hotels or their homes for sex, who they don't know or know very little about. Entertainers and athletes have multiple sex partners and don't know what they do when they are with others and are contracting HIV as a result. Condoms have a 36% failure rate. It's not 100% safe.

Some athletes in contact sports are putting their careers and the lives of their fellow athletes in jeopardy, via sexual promiscuity. Sports such as wrestling, American football, basketball, boxing,  rugby, hockey and MMA, are contact sports where skin ends up broken and blood exchange can inadvertently occur between athletes. Some athletes are risking their health and careers over sexual flings with random people they barely know and do not care about. The Judiciary Report implores you to stop and take stock of your life and career before you lose it all over meaningless sex, simply engaged in to fulfill an urge.

Roy Simmons, NFL player who came out as gay, dies at 57

Published: February 25 - Roy Simmons, a former pro football lineman who played in the 1984 Super Bowl for the Washington Redskins and who later became the second NFL player to announce that he was gay, died Feb. 20 at his home in the Bronx. He was 57. He had been hospitalized in recent months for pneumonia, said a friend, James Hester, who was a co-author of Mr. Simmons’s autobiography. Mr. Simmons revealed in 1997 that he was HIV-positive.

NFL's Simmons Speaks of Former Gay Lifestyle and New Faith in Christ

CBN.com – Roy Simmons is one of only three NFL players to publicly discuss being homosexual. All three chose to speak of their sexual orientation after retirement from the league. But there is another side to Roy’s story that hasn’t been told, at least not until now. In 1992, on The Phil Donahue Show, Roy Simmons had a major announcement. "He comes here today" Donahue told the television audience, "to tell you that he is now and always has been gay." "I don’t think we knew the repercussions that were going to come after that," Simmons explains. "My friends were in shock – 'Roy, you must have gone out and just gotten toasted and you got a major hangover.' "...

How Far Has Science Come In The Modern Age

Back To The Future (Film Series)

In watching science fiction films such as "Back To The Future II" and the television cartoon turned movie "The Jetsons" one is painfully reminded of how far we have not come in terms of implementing modern advances into everyday life. For all of society's scientific advances, the world still seems behind and almost primitive at times, compared to what it could be.

The Jetsons (top) an architectural rendering of the show (bottom)

So what's the problem. Lack of ideas (in the mainstream). Lack of funding (the most inventive scientists often don't work for the biggest corporations). Lack of cooperation (the government and the core scientific community sometimes are not on the same page).

Genetic Testing On The Unborn To Detect Disability On The Rise But Is It Ethical

Genetic testing has become more prominent regarding unborn babies. Men and women are opting for genetic tests to detect disability in their unborn, which sadly leads to more abortions. Recessive traits in one or both parents can cause severe disability, but so can exposure to toxic substances during pregnancy (accidentally such as carcinogens or intentionally due to drug addiction) and accidents in the delivery room.

The genetic tests available are not always accurate, as researchers and doctors have found. There are cases where the tests failed to detect disability and others where it detected health issues that were not present in the unborn baby. It is not an exact science at this point in time.

Everyone wants their baby to be born healthy with every advantage in life. However, it does not always happen that way and for many it is devastating. It is not that they do not love their child, but they want them to be completely healthy. Some babies are born with mental and or physical disabilities and there is nothing wrong with that. It does not mean they are less than anyone else. There are mentally disabled people that show greater talents than some individuals without disability.

There are millions of disabled people in the world, who lead very productive lives. Having written that, specific disabilities do carry a shorter life expectancy and parents face the heartbreak of their offspring’s early death. However, science is working to treat disability, in an effort to increase mental and physical capacity and life span.

Honey Boo Boo's Gay Uncle Announces He Has HIV

Lee Thompson

The reality show Honey Boo Boo, starring 7-year-old Alana Thompson, has just been hit with sad news. Honey Boo Boo's uncle, Lee Thompson, announced he is HIV positive. The openly gay reality star stated he received the news a few months ago. The first test was clear, but the retest revealed the virus.

Lee Thompson and Honey Boo Boo

During a publicized interview, Honey Boo Boo equated her homosexual uncle with CNN news anchor and gay playboy, Anderson Cooper, calling him a "poodle" on air, which is how she references gay people. HIV and AIDS have wreaked havoc on the gay community, who are most at risk. Down low activities and sexual promiscuity has caused the infection rate to soar among gays of all ages.

The DNA Of Sandy Hook Mass Murderer Adam Lanza To Be Tested By Scientist For Monster Gene Mutation

Adam Lanza

Previously, the Judiciary Report wrote about published claims regarding the body of Newtown mass murderer, Adam Lanza going unclaimed, as his distraught father and brother have gone into hiding. This week it was announced Lanza's body has been sent to a facility for extensive testing, to determine if he possessed a gene mutation which caused him to commit heinous acts in Connecticut that left 20 small children and 7 adults dead, before he took his own life.

Scientists often study the brains of the deceased, in both outstanding people and those who have engaged in heinous crimes. For example, the brain of highly intelligent scientist Albert Einstein was kept for such observation. Through the years, via active study, scientists have found variations in Einstein's brain, regarding the creases in the "occipital lobe" which do not exist in others they have dissected. It is believed it aided in his rapid thought process and predictive thinking, but has not been confirmed.

There could be some truth to it, but not enough study has been done. Not comparing myself to Einstein, but I also have a very high IQ and when I had an aneurysm in 2008 due to this, it occurred in the "occipital lobe" (same area of Einstein's brain that was different from others), with doctors stating it was unprecedented, as they had never seen a hemorrhage in that part of the brain before and it stopped on its own rather than resulting in me bleeding to death, with a quick recovery time (one doctor stated "you're not supposed to be here" as in dead, but by God's grace I survived). The technician in the CT scan room at the hospital started running jokes asking me "are you an alien." While I'm laying there sarcastically thinking, this dude must be in scientology.

On the other end of the spectrum, years ago scientists discovered what they believe to be a monster gene present in psychopathic killers, causing them to feel no sympathy for others or remorse for depraved acts committed against humanity. The goal of the study is to determine if Lanza possessed such genetic traits. It is the Judiciary Report's hope the results will be conclusive.

While I'm a great lover of science and do believe Lanza suffered from deep rooted, clinical mental illness, as a Christian I also cannot help but lean towards the theory that Lanza's involvement in the goth movement, a branch of Satanism, conditioned his already disturbed mind to go to very dark places and do very sick things.

As humans, we are physical and spiritual beings. One cannot continually bathe one's self in darkness and depravity and not expect to be affected by the permeation of evil into one's soul. You cannot keep taking darkness into your heart and mind and expect it will have no effect. Lanza's preexisting mental illness coupled with goth was a double whammy that created a disastrous end result - the murder of 20 kids, among others.

Doctors Remove Feather From Baby's Neck

Adorable six-month-old toddler Mya Whittington was rushed to the hospital after her parents noticed a segment of her neck was swollen. What doctors later discovered was unusual. Mya had a feather lodged in her neck that was trying to make an exit.

Thankfully, Mya is not related to Donald Duck. Doctors theory on the matter is Mya swallowed the feather, but her body began rejecting it, by pushing it out of her body. The stem of the feather began protruding from her neck, hence the swelling and bruising. Thankfully she has now recovered. Ya'll keep that baby away from the remote.

Study Questions The Effectiveness Of The Antibiotic Amoxicillin

Amoxicillin

A newly released study questioned the effectiveness of the antibiotic Amoxicillin, equating it with a placebo. The Judiciary Report can understand and appreciate the points being made in the report, but Amoxicillin is an effective drug in medical and dental settings at addressing infections especially those that do not go away on their own. I wouldn't write it off just yet. Yes it has some side effects, namely rashes and has contraindication points with other drugs, but it shouldn't be completely discounted. There are uses for it.

Meningitis And The Immune System

Meningitis (Photo Credit: iStock)

Meningitis is a disease that continues to shock and surprise scientists worldwide. The recent virulent outbreak in America, originating in a contaminated lab, killed 34 people and sickened 490, via three tainted lots of steroids. The medical lab was described as "filthy." In a past article the Judiciary Report did stress the importance of lab safety and cleanliness.

The Judiciary Report is of the belief, people who’ve battled the dangerous disease meningitis still have traces of it in their system and it affects their immune system. The remnants thereof can lead to tiredness, fatigue and even malaise, symptoms that can even be confused with other medical conditions such as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

One’s immune system is a key line of defense against something as simple as the common cold to more complex viruses. Therefore, for those who've had meningitis, strengthening the immune system as naturally as possible, has health and wellness benefits and will make a difference to how you feel and your energy levels

Donald Trump Offers To Donate $5,000,000 To Charity If President Obama Releases His Passport And Academic Records

Well this should be interesting, provided there is a response. Billionaire tycoon Donald Trump has made President Barack Obama an offer. Release his passport and academic records and Trump will donate $5,000,000 to the charity of the President's choice, such as AIDS and cancer research, two he has greatly neglected.

This highly publicized challenge comes in light of the fact, several experts revealed President Obama's birth certificate contained forgery and photoshopping. Millions of Americans continue to speculate, Obama was born in Kenya and not the United States, which is a violation of the Constitution in regards to the presidency.

Study Claims If You’re Gay It Can Be Detected In Your Eyes

Oh Really Now!

Jennifer Lopez and new boyfriend Casper Smart

On August 1, 2012 the Judiciary Report published the comical but true article Girls, How To Tell If A Guy is Gay. A few days later a new study was released that claims one can tell if a person is gay by looking into their eyes when they look at a member of the same sex, as there will be dilation of the pupils.

Casper Smart posing with fellow back-up dancers. The photo has been redacted by the Judiciary Report as Smart placed something in his underwear to mimic an erection.

Not to be a know it all, but here's the problem with that. When people are high or drunk, their pupils will dilate. So, it doesn't necessarily mean they are gay, just blitzed on a substance. A practical application of this study and its recommended methods would be difficult. Furthermore, I don't have time for all that (to test if a man is gay). Beware, if you stare into a person's eyes too deeply, like some men who leer at women, the person will think you want them, when maybe you just think they're cute, but not the one.
