Tennis Star Maria Sharapova Given 2-Year Ban For Using Banned Steroid

Maria Sharapova

This is a follow up to the May 17, 2016 Judiciary Report article "Boxer Alexander Povetkin Testing Positive For Steroids Causes Cancellation Of Deontay Wilder Fight And Possible Lawsuits" mentioning Maria Sharapova and yesterday's "Kimbo Slice Had An Enlarged Heart Prior To Cardiac Arrest." Today, tennis star, Maria Sharapova, was hit with a 2-year ban for using the banned substance Meldonium. Sharapova has been taking Meldonium for the past 10-years, which constitutes the bulk of her career. However, Meldonium was placed on the banned list in January 2016 and Sharapova kept taking it, resulting in a positive steroids test.

Meldonium has helped many heart patients in Russia where it is legal and dispensed over the counter. However, as stated in the Judiciary Report article a month ago, it is highly risky for a active athlete with no health issues the drug treats, to take the medicine, then engage in rigorous training. That is using it as a steroid. Sadly, one month after the aforementioned article that mentioned athletes developing enlarged hearts that can turn deadly, due to steroids use, MMA star, Kim Slice, died from a fatal heart attack brought on by steroids use that enlarged his heart.

My concern is athletes' health. No amount of money, fame, glory and prizes is worth shaving decades off your life. Once again, the Judiciary Report would like to implore people to leave steroids alone. The risks are simply too great and far reaching. It is not worth it. Take care of yourselves. Enjoy your life and the opportunities you have, by training hard and steroids free.

Maria Sharapova suspended for 2 years for doping

Wednesday, June 8 2016 10:00 a.m. MDT - Maria Sharapova was suspended from tennis for two years Wednesday for testing positive for meldonium at the Australian Open, and immediately responded by saying she would appeal the decision to sport's highest court. The ruling by an independent three-person panel appointed by the International Tennis Federation said Sharapova did not intend to cheat because she didn't know meldonium was banned, but that she bore "sole responsibility" and "very significant fault" for the positive test.

"While the tribunal concluded correctly that I did not intentionally violate the anti-doping rules, I cannot accept an unfairly harsh two-year suspension," Sharapova said in a statement. "The tribunal, whose members were selected by the ITF, agreed that I did not do anything intentionally wrong, yet they seek to keep me from playing tennis for two years. I will immediately appeal the suspension portion of this ruling to CAS, the Court of Arbitration for Sport."...

Kimbo Slice Had An Enlarged Heart Prior To Cardiac Arrest

Kimbo Slice

This is a follow up to yesterday's article "42-Year-Old MMA Star Kimbo Slice Dies From Fatal Heart Attack In Florida." The Judiciary Report has been warning athletes for years to stop taking steroids, due to the adverse, life threatening, far reaching effects of ingesting banned substances (see "related articles" section at the bottom of this article).

A month prior to Kimbo Slice's death, the site made reference to steroids in the May 17, 2016 Judiciary Report article "Boxer Alexander Povetkin Testing Positive For Steroids Causes Cancellation Of Deontay Wilder Fight And Possible Lawsuits" which stated, "Meldonium (banned substance) increases strength, stamina and endurance, which means the heart is working harder than it normally would, via increased levels of hyperactivity, if the drug was not present in the healthy person's system. This risk is multiplied in a heavyweight, as the heart already works harder in larger people. Speeding up its processes with an artificial drug, magnifies any negative effects. One of them being an enlarged heart, which if left unchecked can lead to an early death."

One month after the Judiciary Report's aforementioned article, the Local 10 News channel in Miami, Florida stated Kimbo Slice had developed an "enlarged heart" which resulted in a fatal heart attack on on Monday, June 6, 2016 (see "Story Source" for this week's Local 10 News article). Some pharmaceutical drugs, if taken to excess, initiates liver damage in approximately 24-hours (Acetaminophen is a very good pain reliever, especially for athletes, but if you exceed the permitted daily dosage it will quickly create liver damage). Heavy duty anabolic steroids damage the heart, liver and kidneys. Taking steroids for a few years of undue fame, fortune and glory, only to catastrophically fall and die young is not worth it.

I find it highly irresponsible that some so-called fitness websites and social networking pages are promoting steroids use. I've also seen and know of cases regarding personal trainers promoting steroids use to clients. To "eat clean and train dirty" only to put poison in your body in the form of steroids is counterproductive and dangerous.

You can be a clean, natural and successful athlete. You have to eat properly and put in the work it requires in training. There are many athletes who do not win every time and people still love them. Decent fans appreciate an honest effort, more than an unethical, banned shortcut that cheats others of a win and cuts your life drastically short.

42-Year-Old MMA Star Kimbo Slice Dies From Fatal Heart Attack In Florida

Kimbo Slice

MMA star, Kimbo Slice, real name Kevin Ferguson, died last night in Coconut Creek, Florida, a city on the outskirts of Miami. Slice was hospitalized at the Northwest Medical Center, after feeling unwell and died shortly after. Reports indicate the popular MMA star had a fatal heart attack. The hospital has not released the suspected underlying cause of Slice's fatal heart attack. No official statement has been released by the medical examiner on the exact cause of Slice's early passing. An autopsy and toxicology report is expected in coming weeks.

Some on social networking are openly speculating steroids use lead to Slice's cardiac arrest, as he tested positive for the anabolic steroid Nandrolone in February, after a win against Dhaffir Harris. A number of wrestlers have died early in life from steroids use (for more information on the dangers of steroids please read: Boxer Alexander Povetkin Testing Positive For Steroids Causes Cancellation Of Deontay Wilder Fight And Possible Lawsuits). "Hollywood Illuminati" rumors are online regarding Slice's death, as he was friends with fellow Floridian, The Rock, real name Dwayne Johnson and appeared in the film series he made popular "The Scorpion King 3."

Slice is a former high school football player. He attended the University of Miami (as did The Rock). In 1997, Slice had a tryout with the Miami Dolphins, but did not make the team. Slice then became a heavyweight boxer and mixed martial artist, rising to fame in 2007. He became an online sensation, due to videos he released of himself on You Tube, fighting others in his backyard.

The videos attracted the attention of the EliteXC and then UFC, who signed him to successive deals. In 2007, Rolling Stone magazine proclaimed Slice "the king of the web brawlers" in reference to the popularity of his viral videos. Slice was scheduled to fight in London, England on July 16, 2016, as apart of a Bellator MMA show. He leaves behind a fiancée and six children.

People need to be careful in their pursuit of fame and fortune. Hollywood is full of vipers, who would have you sell your soul to the devil in exchange for fame and money, asking you to do things that damage your body, mind and soul. However, said fame and fortune is short lived and comes at a massive personal and professional price.

Leave that lifestyle alone, lest it destroys you. Take care of your health, body, mind and soul. You can make it without compromising yourself. There are no shortcuts to fame and fortune. The shortcuts are dead ends, with emphasis on the word dead. I've seen it happen to many people in music and sports.

I've seen many quickly rise under the wrong circumstances, then catastrophically fall overnight, sustaining extensive, life changing damage, from having the wrong people around them, who claimed they were so-called friends and business associates, but proved to be their undoing and downfall.

Floyd Mayweather Seriously Considering Fighting Conor McGregor But What Would Be The Ring Rules

Floyd Mayweather

In December 2015, I tweeted a post on my Twitter page about boxing legend, Muhammad Ali, fighting MMA fighter, Antonio Inoki in 1976. The event made me laugh for two reasons. Ali was trolling Inoki in a major way. Secondly, Inoki spent the whole fight on his back kicking at Ali's legs. Here's were you stop laughing, Ali was paid $6,000,000 for the fight, which was a lot of money at the time and the bout took place before a sold out crowd.

Conor McGregor

Fast-forward 40-years and boxer, Floyd Mayweather, is discussing fighting MMA's top star, Ireland's Conor McGregor. As stated in the column previously, this fight has the potential to draw big ratings and huge revenues (Reports Indicate Floyd Mayweather Getting Restless In Retirement And Is Looking For 50th Fight). I think it would be interesting. I am intrigued by it. I would certainly watch it. The only thing I wonder about is, what would be the rules. The Ali vs. Inoki fight would have been a million times better had the MMA star actually thrown a punch. Inoki kept kicking Ali's legs (which created some damage).

Tweet on my Twitter page about boxing vs. MMA

We know McGregor is a huge star and can throw a punch (and kick and choke a person out). Mayweather, who is also a huge star, retired from boxing undefeated and the richest man to ever do the sport. We know Mayweather can box, but he's not really a kicker. Most boxers aren't into kicking (unless someone tries to steal something from them LOL). Seriously, a boxing match would be best. People are curious as to what would happen if Mayweather squared off against McGregor. It's a match with potential.

Reports Indicate Floyd Mayweather Getting Restless In Retirement And Is Looking For 50th Fight

Floyd Mayweather

As the big Canelo Alvarez v. Amir Khan fight is scheduled to take place this Saturday in Las Vegas, Nevada and televised on pay-per-view around the world, retired boxer Floyd Mayweather's name is surfacing again. Mayweather retired months ago, with a record of 49-0. However stories are surfacing he is set to make a comeback in an effort to set a new world record of 50-0.

Conor McGregor

The names being bantered about as opponents are MMA fighter, Conor McGregor, which would be a megafight that would pull significant ratings and gross many millions of dollars. The two have a rivalry, having exchanged words in the past about who would win a fight if they stepped into the ring. However, there has been no confirmation of a fight between them, even though it is a good business idea.

My tweet about Mayweather and Golovkin

Another name being suggested is acclaimed boxer, Gennady Golovkin, also known as GGG. Previously, Mayweather's dad stated regarding his son fighting GGG, "We ain't fixing to fight no damn giant!" GGG is a 34-year-old middleweight boxer, who weighs 160 and is 5 feet 10 1/2 inches tall in height. Mayweather is a 39-year-old welterweight boxer, who weighs 150 pounds and is 5 feet 8 inches tall in height.

Male Celebrity Workouts (Videos Of David Gandy, Tyson Beckford And Daniel Cormier)

British male supermodel David Gandy did a workout video for Men's Health to show how he keeps his great body in shape. The workout is straightforward and targets the entire body. The gorgeous Englishman even makes working out look stylish.

Fine Jamaican male supermodel Tyson Beckford has released a workout bar and took it to "The Meredith Vieira Show" for a demonstration. Meredith Vieira looked a little too happy when Beckford showed her how to do push ups. Then, he swept her off her feet...literally. She was so weak in the knees he had to catch her. Meredith, are you okay girl?

Handsome fighter, Daniel Cormier, a brother who based on his words doesn't seem fond of working out, but he is still fly, has done a hilarious spoof of Meghan Trainor's "All About That Bass" renaming it "All About That Cake." The MMA fighter's video has gone viral and become an online hit.

Former NFL Football Star Roy Simmons Dies Of AIDS After Engaging In Promiscuous Sex With Women And Men

Roy Simmons

Former star athlete, Roy Simmons, who played NFL football for the Washington Redskins, has died from complications arising from AIDS. He was 57 years of age. Simmons, who was bisexual, then full on gay, forsook the gay lifestyle and became a Christian after developing HIV. In an effort to warn others, Simmons did interviews about the sexual promiscuity that cost him his health.

Simmons spoke of becoming famous and how women would throw themselves at him and people would offer him free items in stores and other businesses, "By his own admission, Mr. Simmons fell into a habit of heavy drinking, drug use and sexual promiscuity with both men and women. 'People were always throwing things at me,' he told the Columbus (Ohio) Dispatch in 2006. 'Women threw themselves at me. When I went to a bar, I got complimentary drinks. When I went to the store, I got discounts. All kinds of individuals offered me drugs.'"

After being dropped by the Redskins, Simmons' drug addiction bankrupted him. He moved out to San Francisco, the gay capital of America and began prostituting himself to men to fund his drug addiction. In 1992 he came out of the closet on "The Phil Donahue Show." In 1997 he discovered he had contracted HIV. Simmons told CBN, "I had heard about San Francisco, the gay life. It’s the gay capitol. It was kind of crazy, but it was like, well, since you’re in it, go all the way."

Upon finding out from his doctor that he had contracted HIV Simmons stated, "He called me in and he gave me the results. My knees buckled. He told me that my tests came back positive. I guess the initial thought was I’m going to die. I’ve known people, some of them a month, and then they’re gone."

Lesions commonly associated with HIV began to appear on Simmons' forehead

Over the past five years, the science community has identified aggressive, super strains of HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) and AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome) in San Francisco, which have baffled the Center For Disease Control (CDC). Initially, HIV was called GRID (Gay-Related Immune Deficiency) and "gay cancer." HIV and AIDS first made the news for afflicting homosexual men, as scientists began identifying clusters of cases within the gay community. It began to spread rapidly due to the practice of "anonymous sex" among gay men, some of whom are bisexual.

However, even today, heterosexuals, have a false sense of security, believing HIV and AIDS only happens to gays. With the significant amount of education on the subject, via world governments trying to educate the public on the epidemic that is infecting gay and straight people, some still hold fast to the fallacy that straight people do not get HIV or AIDS.

Straight entertainers and athletes all over the world engage in promiscuous sex, taking women back to hotels or their homes for sex, who they don't know or know very little about. Entertainers and athletes have multiple sex partners and don't know what they do when they are with others and are contracting HIV as a result. Condoms have a 36% failure rate. It's not 100% safe.

Some athletes in contact sports are putting their careers and the lives of their fellow athletes in jeopardy, via sexual promiscuity. Sports such as wrestling, American football, basketball, boxing,  rugby, hockey and MMA, are contact sports where skin ends up broken and blood exchange can inadvertently occur between athletes. Some athletes are risking their health and careers over sexual flings with random people they barely know and do not care about. The Judiciary Report implores you to stop and take stock of your life and career before you lose it all over meaningless sex, simply engaged in to fulfill an urge.

NFL's Simmons Speaks of Former Gay Lifestyle and New Faith in Christ

CBN.com – Roy Simmons is one of only three NFL players to publicly discuss being homosexual. All three chose to speak of their sexual orientation after retirement from the league. But there is another side to Roy’s story that hasn’t been told, at least not until now. In 1992, on The Phil Donahue Show, Roy Simmons had a major announcement. "He comes here today" Donahue told the television audience, "to tell you that he is now and always has been gay." "I don’t think we knew the repercussions that were going to come after that," Simmons explains. "My friends were in shock – 'Roy, you must have gone out and just gotten toasted and you got a major hangover.' "...

Fighter's Girlfriend Broke His Penis During Sex

Ray Elbe and his girlfriend, the penis breaker

This week, MMA fighter Ray Elbe engaged in rough sex with his girlfriend, who ended up breaking his penis while straddling him (you see what would have happened to you Justin Bieber if you'd run off with Victoria Secret model Barbara Palvin: It Must Be Hard For Barbara Palvin's Boyfriend That Justin Bieber's Been Trying To Bed His Girlfriend).

Elbe on a stretcher

Elbe was rushed to the hospital bleeding and in terrible pain from the sexual injury. In fact, he was in such excruciating agony, Elbe passed out. Elbe's girlfriend fractured his penis, which required surgery. Talk about an embarrassing injury (which will undoubtedly have side effects).
